Personally, I am not of fan of visualization, but I'll try my best.
I think an app like Pinterest could be great! You could create boards based on your desires.
Also, you could simply just manifest better visualization skills.

This hypnosis method is for all who are into hypnosis or looking for a method of easy meditation and visualization or anything you want honestly…ready? let’s go! 😁

Start by finding a quiet room, space or find somewhere comfortable to stay for a bit like a chair or bed. I and some people prefer to lie
down, especially when using self hypnosis to drop into deep trance. For beginners and people who like body scanning, it can be more effective to sit upright in a comfortable chair, place your feet on the floor, your hands on the arms of the chair and eyes focused on a point in front of you or on a spiral. The goal right now is to relax your body then your mind.
2. Imagine your goal.....focus on what you want to achieve with this session; you can also use this time to visualize what you want to achieve or how you’d like to feel.
3. Induction and body scan, Lift your index finger on your dominant hand and without moving your head, look up to the ceiling. Take two or three deep and slow breaths into the lungs first, diaphragm then stomach. Realize how your breath instinctively becomes slower and deeper, and your eyes start to feel heavy and blink and want to close. When your eyes are ready to close, exhale your breath, drop your finger and say your trigger word in your mind, “sleep,” Feeling your body sink and with the waves of relaxation wash over you gently as your mind drifts. 
4. Imagine walking down a beautiful staircase of relaxation, with each exhale, stepping down the staircase counting down from 10 down to 1. As you’re deepening your relaxed state, give yourself
suggestions as you count down, saying the words, “relax” or “deeper and deeper.” After finally reaching the end of your staircase, visualize and create a safe place that puts you into a tranquil state; letting your mind lull to a place of suggestibility. This place is your subconscious and here you can teach your brain whatever over time. Stay here as long as you like.
5. When you’re feeling more open and relaxed, start to visualize yourself and your life in your relaxed space like a movie; visualizing, achieving your goals, what it would authentically feel like to become your ideal self, noticing the genuine and authentic changes your subconscious shows you to make the pictures/movies and images brighter and clearer, focusing especially on your goal, outcome, ideal self, etc. Take special awareness on the feelings you get while relaxed and in trance, the feeling after a good workout, getting chores done, etc. Make sure that you make the goal/images compelling to the mind. It’s perfectly fine and normal to be dissociated or all over the place, what is important is that it feels good, making the experience ‘richer’ by focussing on the longterm positive effects and feelings of being in trance. Say to yourself 10 times, “each and every trance, I feel more and more ______&_______in every way and it feels great (compounding a suggestion around 10 times reinforces the prior suggestion). When you feel happy, peaceful and satisfied with this: relax, further if you can, and when you do, say to yourself “every time I do self hypnosis I go even deeper relaxed even quicker and it feels great”. You can use this opportunity to embed any other suggestions that you want .
6. Emerging and waking when you get bored, hungry, want a cup of tea or start to go in and out of relaxation and start thinking about normal life again, emerge yourself. To do this you take yourself back into your relaxed, safe place and back up the stairs, counting from 1 up to 10 now. You should give yourself affirmative suggestions as you emerge up the stairs so you feel great and have a wonderful rest of your day!

I wanna talk about aphantasia more.
My visual memory is fucked. Some people talk about "Oh I can't remeber what I look like" I can't remeber what my sister looks like. Like I know "Yeah she's got brown hair and these eyes" but I can't acctually remeber her. I've gotta see a picture. I can't even describe patterns that I recognize because my visual memory is so god-aweful that if I'm trying to describe a pattern is sounds like a chaotic mess of triangles.
It doesn't matter if I *know* what you look like, cause even then, if you're not around, I don't *know.*
It's like an out of sight out of mind thing like sure dreaming in literal words is cool but it's also such a poor description and so complicated and complex to explain.
I will see something so pretty and want to draw it because I'm an artist by passion and I won't be able to take pictures because I'm driving- at that point it's hard to tell if I even *can* draw it, even if I attempt, it won't be the same.
When I draw, I need a reference, or I need the emotion, and there is no guarantee that any will come out good because I also need to be in the right mindset. My drawings literally span from what I posted when I'm fuelled and passionate, to practically stick figures when I'm not. I can't draw poses well, I have an art doll that I try to use, but I frequently forget where I placed it.
I'm such a sucker for trying to imagine, trust me I do, but I just can't see. I can't visualize, and it's like a total casaandra-nova-finger-brain-fondle-mind-fuck
Especially when I hear about other people being so successful.

A SOLIDÃO 
Do que se trata a solidão? eu tambem nao sei e nem tenho essa resposta, mas de uma coisa eu sei a solidão é o que mais mata hoje em dia, mas ela não mata assim do nada ela mata aos poucos com vícios entre outras coisas, o quão triste pode ser a solidão? o que ela mais afeta em você? em mim? em nós? Ela afeta todo seu sistema e te faz acreditar que você não precisa de ninguém além de você mesmo. Mais é ai que você se engana ela afeta a todos e a tudo, inclusive aquelas pessoas que estão ao seu redor vivenciando toda a sua vida, mesmo que você não queira eles estão ali lutando por você, então não se feche, não seja egoísta ao ponto de se cegar e acha que está só, pois nenhum de nós estamos seja você rodeado de amigos ou nao. Você sempre estará rodeado de pessoas físicas ou espirituais, basta você acreditar que tudo é possível pois te digo que só basta você acreditar, mesmo que você não acredite em nada. Então pelo menos acredite em você e nunca deixe de acreditar.
O que te faz forte é a sua fé, eu me sinto hipócrita dizendo isso pois eu mesma já me coloquei em xeque em relação a isso por sentir que nunca senti a fé, ou já senti e não soube distinguir, mas uma coisa é certa sem a fé não somos nada além de carnais ocupando espaço na vida terrena. Não acho que seja digna dela pois cometi tantos pecados imundos que duvido que minha alma seja salva, ela nao vai, mas eu sei que se a fé estiver comigo eu me arrepender de alma e coração o perdão pode chegar. Isso pode levar anos e milênios, é claro, não sou leiga a esse ponto. 
Só não podemos desistir de nós mesmo por mais difícil que esteja, sem obstáculos somos apenas meros mortais sem aprendizagem e se não tivéssemos esse aprendizado o que seria de nós? Pois digo alto e claro eu não sei! E quer saber nunca saberemos pois somos uma quebra-cabeça em construção. Construção essa que é feita pela gente e por mais ninguém mas isso não te faz uma pessoa solitária e sim uma pessoa guerreira que nunca desiste e nunca deixa de lutar.
