Not crazy about the mercenary attitude, but nah, I get it if you weren’t invited to the party and are tired of being used for your stepping discs.

And then Laura plays right to Illyana’s heart strings. Wow, Laura, that feels very targeted, almost as if you know her and can relate. I just said earlier that I want more Illyana and Gabby content, but I want Laura in there too. Imagine Gabby bonding with Yana and then making our girl and Laura battle over her affection. Gabby would love that, and so would I.

X-TERMINATORS Vol 2 Highlights

X-Terminators was a banging mini produced towards the end of the First Krakoan Age. It kicks off in media res with Dazzler, having returned from a week away, is doing the 'throw all your boyfriend's stuff off the balcony' thing.

Gal Pals

He cheated on her and she dumped his ass so she calls her girlfriends for support and drinks.

Turns out Alex (the ex) owns the local bar and spikes their shots. Dazz was unaware that he was a vampire or a human trafficker who has his quarry fight in various arenas.

By chance, the gals run into Wolverine (the cool one,) though they accidentally insult her drip. She just happened to be in the same death arena as them.

The narrative jumps to the gals explaining themselves to the Quiet Council who are being mega buzzkills.

The X-Terminators hatch a plan to rile up the crowd - so they generate enough noise for Dazzler to wreck shit. It's a good plan. Boom Boom's tits get the job done.

They blow up the arena they're in and Alex's boss, The Collector, tells him to wrap it up and imprison them. Conditions are poor, with no privacy to get changed or use the bathroom. Alex is the worst.

With little choice in how to escape from the spaceship, they figure out it has indoor plumbing. Boom Boom lobs a ton of bombs down the toilet and The Collector is like 'get these pests out of here.' They escape before that can happen, landing on a Krakoan baseball game.

Then fucking Dracula shows up and demands recompense for all the vampires they slew. It doesn't work out for him.

Laura doesn't do memes, it seems.

The gals figure 'fuck the collector' and track him down to mess with his shit. Jubilee uses the Nuclear aspect of her powers and they all die - kinda. It's awesome. A very wild ride that doesn't take itself too seriously.

It always annoyed me when people would say jubilee is useless because her power is to "make fireworks". First of all, it's not fireworks. It's plasma that mimics fireworks. Second of all, even if they were actual pyrotechnics did y'all forget that fireworks are literal bombs? That can grievously injure or outright kill you if used incorrectly? The idea that "it's just fireworks" is cool until you're blind, partially deaf and/or covered in 3rd degree burns, then what?

i want to bring lightwave AKA aurora dante back into marvel media! she was seen in spider-man and his amazing friends - season 3, episode 08!

i redesigned her outfit and added onto her powers. she now has the ability to crystallize her body and refract powerful light through her crystalized form! she still has her original backstory, working with S.H.I.E.L.D., becoming manipulated and hypnotized by one of the agents to do his criminal bidding.

breaking free from this control with the help of her half-brother, iceman AKA bobby drake and his amazing friends, she was able to defeat the agent with them and clear her name.

aurora can be so much more than what marvel is doing with her right now, which is literally nothing. i want to change that. starting from today, i will do my absolute best to spread the lightwave agenda!!

please help me on my journey to bring her back! any little bit of sharing and honestly, just talking about her can do SO much!
