since i won’t be active on tumblr when next spring comes around, and i’ve done 3/4 seasons, i felt it was appropriate to go ahead and finish the series! if you find yourself inspired by my aesthetic/looks, you can absolutely use this as a guide for the next primavera season! 🐇

what’s the look this spring?

my personal forecast for fashion spring ‘24 is “pink pilates bimbo” for sure. the renewal of spring is the time for a wellness reset. so i’ll be engaging in a physical activity but i’ll still be in barbie attire. pink athleisure pieces with super girly additions is my predicted aesthetic. 🎀

Some Wrecker headcanons for Wrecker Wednesday

Look, I know I talk about food a lot, but it's my true love, so I'm not sorry, and I'll probably definitely do it again.

Because this man can cook. He never really even considered cooking before the Batch got to Pabu, but after trying Shep's sushi, Wrecker and Omega begged Shep and Lyana to teach them how to make it. That was how it started.

And because Wrecker is intensely competitive and loves a challenge, he pushed himself to make the most perfect kriffin' sushi on the island. The most precise knife work for his sashimi, the most uniform nigiri, and when he perfected maki on the first day, he demanded a real challenge and immediately graduated to uramaki.

The Marauder was sticky for three days afterward.

After that, he wanted to learn it all. Every time he went to a new food cart on Pabu, he'd watch the vendor's techniques and try to replicate them exactly when he was practicing on his own. He scoured the holonet for new recipes and tutorials. He started testing new flavor combinations (some of them were so bad even Batcher wouldn't eat them, but mostly they were good to great), and combining different techniques, and experimenting with new ingredients that the Batch encountered on their travels. Sometimes it was a huge success, and sometimes it was a spectacular failure, but either way, he learned something new every single time.

Over time, he realized that the type of cooking he enjoyed most was the fiddly, delicate, precise work; he was good at it from all those years working with sensitive explosives, and he liked to keep his skills sharp. But what he loved most was when his family all sat down to eat a meal he'd painstakingly cooked for them, balancing Omega's endlessly curious palate with Hunter's sensitivity to overwhelming flavors and Crosshair's love of spicy and acidic food. When he found the perfect dish to satisfy all three? Well, that was a good day.

Yves von Rohr (イヴ・フォン・ローア, ****Ivu fon rōa) is an infamous Swiss Criminal from the von Rohr bloodline. He is a primary ally featured in Stardust Crusaders, the third part of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series, aiding the group with their quest to defeat DIO. He returns as an antagonist in the fourth part, Diamond is Unbreakable, and a spin-off manga about the von Rohr family.

Yves is a Criminal from the von Rohr family, he primarily commits his crimes in the country of Switzerland, but has travelled around the world in search of answers about his ancestry. In his early 20s, he became a detective to protect his hometown, Bern. His stand awakened shortly after, and his life began going downhill - turning him into the infamous Head Hunter.

He is the Stand user of Russian Winter, a stand capable of predicting probabilities and possibilities in and outside of combat. Dave

Dave is pretty scrappy but in a different way from Chief. He would probably be fucked if you abandon him on a deserted island or something like that but surviving on the streets is another matter. He knows where to find shelter, how to survive the winter and how to make a fire. He's a great cook but he's also familiarto living of scraps and dumpster diving.

As for Dave in the apocalypse... Hmmm.... He'd probably be one of these jack of all trades, someone who can do a lil bit of everything from basic first aid, to weapon repair to information brokering and making weird food concoctions (that are strangely still edible). It'd say he would probably survive as long as he finds a settlement and people to surround himself with. Dave is a social creature, he needs contact to others otherwise he'd be driven mad. He would take more risks and probably end up getting eating by some monster/zombie/mutated plant.

Valerie

Valerie learned a lot of survival skills during her work as an assassin some missions take you to the bumfuck of nowhere and you just gotta... live of the land so to speak. She can hunt game and cook, set up shelter in the wilds and her sense of orientation is on point. Val is a competent lady 🫡 She would also survive the apocalypse, trying her best to protect and take care of her son. She'd probably be mainly a mechanic, repairing cars and other devices but if worst comes to worst she could also work as a hunter/bodyguard kinda person. It depends on the circumstances.

Yves

Yves doesn't have any survival skills to speak of. They live in luxury and pleasure, avoiding any kind of discomfort. Eating in restaurants, rather than cooking. Spa-weekends instead of camping in the woods. Yves is a spoiled and privileged creature. They never needed to fear losing the roof over their head, bank account always filled to the bursting with cash. So in an apocalypse scenario they would die pretty damn quick. They might know how to fight but that doesn't mean shit in a longterm survival setting. And even if they somehow managed to live (for example by seducing some poor schmuck into taking care of them) they'd probably be miserable because let's be real the apocalypse is not a place for their luxurious lifestyle.
