How to change your life with Gamification
Disclaimer stat point and daily quest (points) are used interchangeably and are different from main/side quest (points)
₊˚ ‿︵‿︵‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧‿︵‿︵‿︵ ˚₊₊˚ ‿︵‿︵‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧₊˚
You may have already heard about Gamification. It’s a strategy in which you use game mechanics, elements and principles to apply them to your everyday life to enhance your performance, studying etc.
But how should I use this technique to get the most of my life?
This is a guide for implementing Gamification in your life and thoroughly explains the process.
In my guide I am inspired by manhwa systems like in the solo leveling manhwa. Normally a system gives you stats such as strength which one can upgrade and become stronger. Upgrading is archived by quests that give you exp which also can increase your Rank e.g from F Rank to E Rank all the way to S Rank or higher. Quests are differentiated between daily quests and non daily quests. There are more functions such as items and gold but for the basic setup they are not needed
First you need to create your stats. In the solo leveling manhwa there are six stats: Strength, Vitality, Agility, Intelligence and Sense. You should have six stats but you are not obligated to use the ones from solo leveling. Idk how you can implement Sense and Vitality.
I strongly recommend you to have a stat called Willpower which indicated if you did every quest that you set for yourself and how well you stick to the system as a motivation.
Tumblr media
As you can see I copied the stats Strength, Intelligence and Agility from Solo Leveling and added Willpower, Discipline and Stamina.
Some other ideas for stats are:
Charm (Beauty stat: I would use this if you want to glow up)
Charisma (If you want to improve your social skills or want to speak ------------ more professionally etc. I would use this stat
Health: If you want to eat more healthily or want to diet or want to -------- get your sleep schedule right etc. I would use this stat
You can get creative and cater to your own needs
Now if you have your stats you have to create a daily quests with each of these stats
Here is my example:
Tumblr media
My quests don't look like much but you have to gradually work yourself up to your goals. Someone who has never done e.g Pilates in their life can't do a 30 min Pilates workout from day one without loosing motivation in the long run. So if you want to e.g. get your sleep schedule right I would set your wake up time e.g. 5min earlier every cycle until you reach your goal and maintain it.
A cycle equals 21 days. If you finish a cycle you can reflect your performance and make the daily quests harder or change the stats if they don't fit into your goals. Especially your first cycle is more of a test and try period. But you should keep your stats as they were and should not change them except if they really don't serve you.
Main/Side Quest stats:
These quests are quests like ''learn … language for 15min''. They are more of a to-do lists task.
I would use this formula for categorizing these tasks:
ASSIGNMENT (S) LIST
The ASSIGNMENTS
:::
:::
:::
CATEGORY: main/side exp etc.
DIFFICULTY: e.g. SSS
CLEAR CONDITION: e.g. finish all assignment(s)
TIME LIMIT: e.g. 7 hours
REWARD UPON COMPLEATION
:::
+2 exp
Stats in crease: e.g. Mentality +1 Intelligence +2 Motivation +1 Skill +1
PENALTY UPON FAILIURE
:::
all stats -1 (e.g.)
emotional damage e.g. +3
DURATION: e.g. 24 hours
Items confiscation …
DURATION: ???
Emotional damage stat explained:
This stat affects your conversion rate to points in the daily quest stat points. Normally the conversion rate is 10 e.g 10 main quest stat willpower point = 1 daily quest willpower stat point. Per +5 emotional damage you have to collect 5 extra points to converse the stat point
Example 10 points are needed in the main quest stats to converse to one stat point with a rate of 5 emotional damage point you need 15 points. A 10 point emotional damage point equals a 20 point conversion rate and so on.
How to decrease the emotional damage stat:
If you complete main/side quests as a reward you get -1 emotional damage point which you can use to get your emotional damage point to a good level. Emotional damage can't get into the negative.
The difference between daily quest stats or stats and main/side quest stats and leveling up is explained below
Stats in/de- crease in the main/side quests doesn't affect the normal stats that we've established so you have to create a new stat page for the main/side quest stats to count the points.
Like this:
Tumblr media
Ten points on e.g intelligence stat on this list equals one daily quest intelligence stat point.
The conversion rate is as such 10 to 1 which means if you have e.g ten agility points you get one agility stat point.
How to level up:
Every time you finish a daily quest you gain a point for the Stat (first pic) you can only gain one point per stat per day. If you gain 10 points at every stat in the daily quest stat you can level up. If you don't finish a quest you will loose 1 point from the stat that you would've gained one point from.
Ranking up:
First you have to choose a range from which you can level up e.g F to S Rank / F to SSS+ Rank etc. than you have to find a starting point which you gradually increase e.g 20 (start point) increases +20% per Rank up.
How to increase your Rank:
Completing all daily quests gives you 1 EXP while the EXP gain can value in main/side quest the rest is explained above.
Here's my example:
Tumblr media
Zyklus is German for cycle which I just tracked here and is explained above.
Lastly you need something that motivates you and in Solo Leveling it was a Punishment Zone if sung jin woo doesn't complete his quests.
For myself if I don't complete 5/6 quests i have to do the punishment.
For the punishment you have to do something you detests (and strains your body)
My example are 150 burpees
A full page can look like this:
Tumblr media
One last thing is that you can 100% customise this approach you can add coins items etc. which also exists in a system, change other things as you like but the foundation has to remain intact.

Timothée Chalamet Natal Chart Reading
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
With a restless mind, Mercury conjunction Uranus, Timothée needs mental stimulation, because Mercury and Uranus speak of the mental, the intellect. He can have a very quick mind, he absorbs and understands things very easily, he is always looking for new information, maybe he tends to read a lot, but he may not like long books, as his Mercury is also in conjunction with Mars, which talks about things that can be done quickly. This aspect also denotes that he is abrupt at times, perhaps people who have a slower thought process bother him, as he has great mental agility.
As his ascendant is in Virgo, it’s ruler, Mercury, makes important aspects in his chart, this denotes that he likes to be on the move, it’s very important for him to be able to flow through different places and different people (Mercury conjunction Uranus + Venus in Aquarius). He is very easy to communicate with, his speech is fluent (Mercury conjunction Neptune) and he is eloquent when explaining his ideas (Sun conjunction Jupiter).
Knowledge is very important for him, as well as traveling, as it’s a way of elevating his spirit. He seeks to improve himself, elevate his soul, make it greater(Sun conjunction Jupiter + Mercury conjunction Neptune). This Sun/Jupiter connection has a very strong presence in his chart, this conjunction brings good humor, high-spirit and strong moral and ethical principles, whatever they may be.
There is a side to Chalamet, however, that he keeps to himself, perhaps he was very sensitive when it came to love, since from an early age romantic encounters were very important to him (Saturn in the 7th house), he has suffered a lot though, especially with Moon in Pisces in the 8th house, as he tended to to idealize others, suffering great disappointments when reality came to light. However, as he is going through his Saturn return, it’s likely that he is maturing when it comes to romantic relationships. Love is now a very serious matter, which he truly commits to, investing a lot of himself.
His Venus being in Aquarius shows that he feels very good in a crowd, he likes being around people, it brings a certain pleasure to his soul; also, like it or not, he has something that makes him different, be it his features, his manner, or the way he acts. He enjoys studying (Venus in Aquarius + Moon sextile Mercury + Mercury conjunction Mars, Neptune and Uranus), I think he was an excellent student, maybe everyone liked him, especially with the Sun being in the 5th house, perhaps his teachers loved his presence, his dedication. Speaking of the 5th house, the strongest house in his chart, Timothée has a gigantic stellium in it. In this life he came to attract attention, to express himself genuinely, to bring lightness, joy, creativity to others and to himself. Because he has powerful aspects in this house, in the sign of Capricorn, he will be remembered as someone very important, loved, intelligent and his artistic ability will be remembered long after he is gone. He will pass away doing what he likes, it’s very unlikely that he will retire, he will always have vigor and that shine of his, even in his more mature years, 50/60/70 (Sun, Mercury, Mars, Neptune and Uranus in the 5th house in Capricorn).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
He is very strategic, perhaps from a very early age Timothée knew what he wanted to be when he grew up, he was/is very attached to his mother (Moon in Pisces, in the 8th house), he inherited/will inherit many of her characteristics, perhaps he knows a secret of hers(Pluto in the 4th house). There is something at the beginning of Timothée's life that is intriguing, perhaps there is some conflict, some not-so-friendly situation, perhaps it’s the secret as I said, perhaps it’s something that he has noticed since he was very young, something within the family, that leaved him/made him uncomfortable. But in any case, he is emotionally intense, mainly due to the Moon in Pisces in the 8th house + Pluto in the 4th house + Moon sextile Mars and Neptune + Moon trine Pluto. He has a very rich intimate universe, when he loves he shows it (Sun conjunct Jupiter + Mercury conjunction Neptune), he is always going through a process of internal revitalization, stirring his own depths (Moon in the 8th house trine Pluto). Timothée feels the people around him, his intuition is sharp, he knows how to navigate people (especially with Mercury aspecting Neptune) because he has this “warmth” (5th house), dealing with them, winning them over.
It would be obvious if I said that he has talent for acting, but I will say it anyway, as it’s written/underlined/printed in Timothée's chart and this is made clear by the stellium he have in the 5th house, of the arts, of stage, the house ruled by Leo. He has a lively personality, which captivates people, this is the Sun in the 5th house, people take him seriously because he strictly fulfills what he promises, Sun + Mercury + Mars in Capricorn.
Commitments are very important to him. He generally doesn't make excuses when it comes to the things he wants, he goes out there and make it happen (Sun, Mars and Mercury in Capricorn). He doesn't stand still, either things happen or he searches for something to do, being restless, curious, hyperactive. He is also very skilled at convincing people to do what he wants, he has the power of persuasion and it’s very strong (Mercury conjunct: Mars, Uranus and Neptune). He is also very honest (Mercury conjunction Mars + Sun conjunction Jupiter), sometimes he can give his opinion without being asked to, which can be considered as intrusion to some.
From an early age he set up strategies to get where he wanted, because with the Sun + Mercury + Mars in Capricorn, he already knew which mountain he would have to climb, and today/in the future, he is/will be reaping the fruits of his work. He is very independent: Mars in Capricorn made him always want to have autonomy over his destiny, to have control over himself, over his life. With Venus in Aquarius in the 6th house he cares about his friends, he is always giving advice to them, or has a lot of contact with them, they are part of his routine, whether through messages or in physical presence. Romance is very important in Timothée's life, it makes him feel good, it’s essential to his identity, Sun in the 5th house, as he likes the feeling of fun, happiness, the lightness that it brings (Mercury in the 5th house) to his heart. The area of romantic relationships is one that he does not like to lose/feel like a loser in, in the sense that he invests a lot of energy into romantic relationships (Mars in the 5th house) to have to lose his loved one or not truly have them; however, just like in his life in general, he doesn't like a stagnant, fixed love life, where he can always predict what will happen, news and movement are essential things to keep his Venus in Aquarius satisfied.
He has a good ability to remember things, to remember all the little details about his loved ones, what they said in the past, Moon sextile Neptune + Mercury conjunction Neptune, also he has a great ability to memorize, be it long texts or just some random information. He has a lot of charisma (Sun + Mercury + Mars + Neptune + Uranus in the 5th house), people in general consider him very dear, it’s difficult to have enemies or people declared his enemies. He is much appreciated by the young female audience (Venus in Aquarius + Midheaven in Taurus, despite Gemini being mostly all over his 10th house). Timothée can entertain people with ease: Sun + Mercury in the 5th house. In the search of transcending oneself for the better, pleasure, happiness, the capacity for artistic creation, as well as self-expression, these are the key words for reading the natal chart of Timothée Chalamet.

Physics of Monkey D. Luffy
Tumblr media
This post contains physics information about the Straw Hat, Monkey D. Luffy.
Luffy's entire body is rubber because he ate the Gum-Gum Devil Fruit, and everything bounces off him (or perhaps he bounces off it). His body is a slender build, allowing him running speed other characters may not have. He's agile and flexible, and can stretch every part of his body.
Since he is made of rubber, Luffy is completely immune to lightning, because rubber is a lightning insulator.
I'm going to cover his base abilities, his gears, his attacks and explain how he does it all with the principles of physics.
If you have any questions you want to know about Luffy, asks are welcome!

Hi ive seen your work, thank you for keeping the epic fandom alive 🙏🙏. I’m not sure if you do nod but if you do could you write headcannons about him, like the mandrake ones. Thank you!!
Awww thank you for liking my work!! 😊😊 I found the lack of content for Epic saddening and had to do something about that lol
I can definitely write some hcs for Nod, I’ve had a few asks about him that I havent gotten to writing yet because he’s not someone I write much for but this is a good way to start!
Nod General and Romantic Headcanons
Tumblr media
General
I feel like the movie didn’t emphasize this enough but Nod isn’t just a good flyer, he is one of, if not the, best.
I imagine he’s been on the back of a bird ever since he was little. Flying with his dad or with “Uncle” Ronin when they weren’t off fighting boggans, or even riding with other leafmen when his dad wasn’t around.
Nod probably grew up around leafmen his entire life, being in the barracks or following his dad around while he was on a shift. The other leafmen and women took to him like he was family and he was always seen with another soldier if he wasn’t with his mom or dad.
Probably was friends with other soldier’s kids and they got into all kinds of mischief, mostly bugging the older soldiers.
The day his dad and Ronin left for a seemingly routine recon mission, his dad left with a kiss to his mom and a ruffle to his hair. There was a tension in the air, unspoken acknowledgment between the adults that this time was different than before, but Nod didn’t bring up that he could see that.
When Ronin came back alone, with nothing but his father’s helmet and many bruises and cuts, Nod didn’t shed a tear.
He took the helmet as Ronin explained that his dad wasn’t coming back this time and stared at it in understanding, his face falling.
Nod didn’t even need Ronin to tell him that his father was gone when he came up to the door.
Nod was little when it happened so Ronin had taken charge of him early, but that didn’t make him any less rambunctious.
For a while, Nod was quiet, that was until he grew old enough to be unsupervised and all bets were off. It got especially bad right before Ronin started training him as a leafman. His behavior was actually the reason why Ronin enlisted him, because he was getting into trouble.
Loves animals. Wants all the pets, give him five minutes and he would’ve had Ozzie on his back kicking his leg.
Finn is sort of like his older brother and when they are both off duty, Finn takes time in annoying Nod, usually by messing with his hair or playfully shoving him.
Romantic
Goofy freaking tease. If he’s even half an inch (or whatever the heck tiny people use to measure height) taller than you, he’s calling you short forever now.
Is constantly holding things out of your reach or blocking your way, if you have to do something or need something, by principle he feels like he has to prevent you doing or getting whatever you need.
Cheesy dorky pick up lines. He has an entire index of them, sometimes he will go alphabetical. Finn has a list of his most used ones.
He will be taking you on flights all day every day. Hope you aren’t afraid of heights.
In all honesty though, he would be so excited to share his love of flying with you. He’s good with birds and would love for you to like flying as much as he does. If you don’t, thats ok, but he will give you puppy-dog eyes when you tell him you don’t want to fly today.
Tries to impress you all the time with his swordsmanship and status as a leafman, apparently he heard that people “like a guy in uniform” so he’s laying that on thick.
Even though it is when he isn’t trying at all that he impresses you the most, you won’t ever tell him that. He’s too cute when he’s talking about how to train a bird or fit a saddle and you could listen to him for hours.
That isn’t to say you aren’t impressed by him as a leafman. His agility is crazy and seeing him train or fight is a feat in itself. Just make sure you stay safe and he’ll let you watch him work all day.
Ronin teases the two of you. So does Finn. Nuff said. Finn likes to embarrass Nod in front of you.
“Oh have I told you about the time when Nod got scared by a caterpillar?” “FINN!”
Ronin encourages this, he’s the one that started it after all.

What is "Agile" anyway?
So...
I feel like my posts are best when I write about things on my mind. And because of my job, "dark agile" and "dark scrum" have been a lot on my mind. "Dark" basically is used to mean "Subversive" or "Pretending to do X, but in fact doing to opposite.
Dark design for example, refers to design that is worse for the users ( Making it harder to say no to cookies than yes for example).
But to talk about dark agile, I have to explain what agile actually is. I also want to do this because agile is super simple. But if you ever want to see a LOT of successful scamming, check out business management consulting. A LOT of people have a vested interest in making it sound a lot more complicated than it is and/or ignore what it actually is in favor of telling companies what they want to hear.
Agile is short for "Agile software development"
First, understanding the problem agile solves:
Small companies can change what they are doing, and how they are doing it really quickly. They are also very good at listening to their developers and put their good ideas into practice.
As companies grow larger, they quickly lose these abilities.
Agile, is a way to keep those abilities in a larger company. This is done by giving each development team freedom to develop however they want ( not WHATever they want ), and to give them as direct a line as possible to whoever is the decision maker for the thing they are developing, which allows them to change what they are developing very quickly, but in a way that still leaves that decision maker happy.
Or in other words, encourage worker empowerment and grassroot organization ( Can you guess why companies REALLY try hard to not actually do agile? :p )
That's it. That is agile... as in, all of it.
You can read the agile manifesto and the agile principles, which flushes out what exact values agile is trying to achieve, but you basically already have all the info
If you are thinking "But what about Scrum?", scrum is a proposed tool to achieve agile. It is not agile, nor is it part of agile. Agile is a goal. Scrum is a tool that may help a company reach that goal.

Bowynn Gods: Maenna
Tumblr media
A Troop of goddesses standing before Maeanna
Maenna  (Main-nah)  Maenna, sometimes spelled and pronounced Maeanna, is the Bowynn goddess of order, law, truth, justice, just victories and balance in the pantheon. Created by Bia itself, she is the godly incarnate of Bia. Considered so blessed, all other gods honor her, including Anhur, King of the gods himself.
There are no sacred stories of Maenna, as she cannot be persuaded to take a view or hold a view over another. When Ahnur holds court or stands in at a mortal hearing, Maenna is in attendance as well, Even if Ahnur is not present himself. In some way, Maeanna is Anhur's balance in this aspect. She is there to make sure truth is revealed, that justice is done, and balance is restored to those when a crime or injustice has been committed on.  Maenna, like Bia itself, represents the ethical and moral principle that every Bowynn citizen is expected to follow throughout their daily lives. They are expected to act with honor and truth in manners that involve the 7 virtues, family, the community, the nation, the environment, and the gods. Maenna as a principle was created by Bia to meet the complex needs of the emergening Bowynn tribes that embraced diverse peoples with conflicting interests. The development of such rules sought to avert chaos and it became the basis of Bowynn law. It was all this that Maenna taught the first tribes during her 7 days with them. From an early period the 7 tribal chiefs would describe themselves as the "council of Maenna" who decreed with their wisdom came directly from Maenna. Maenna represented the normal and basic values that formed the backdrop for the application of justice that had to be carried out in the spirit of truth and fairness.
The goddess Maenna was more than just a goddess. She came to represent the concept of balance and order because many Bowynn needed to explain the balance of the world around them. Everything about their culture was centered on order and everything had its place in the world. This included religion, governmental affairs, and seasonal changes. Maenna is also known as the goddess of justice and truth. Her teachings can be compared to the conscience of a person. It’s reasonable to say that Maenna’s teachings aided the people into being good individuals. It was considered a crime against Maenna if a person practiced jealousy, dishonesty, gluttony, laziness, injustice, and ungratefulness.
Maenna is depicted is a tall woman of motherhood age. Agile and regal in appearance. Sometimes depicted winged, her wings are massive and pure white. It is said when her wings are out right, the light of justice shines. It is Maenna's wings and light that attendants swear by before attending court. Maenna is seen with a crown of apple leaves (most sacred tree of the Bowynn faith) and in turn, when new judges are appointed, they too are crowned with apple leaf wreathes. In godly form she is seen with long flowing white robes and a white hladd over and a staff in her hands. In her totem form she takes the appearance of a white swan. Sacred gifts to the goddess come in the form of incense, flowers, herbs and crowns of apple leaves.

You know, it's not the first week I've had a rather strange feeling after watching The Lost Boys. I myself really adore the VTM universe, and therefore it was not difficult for me not to compare with which clan the four boys themselves would be associated and (which is no less important) which sect they would belong to.
So please don't take this seriously, I just love these two universes and it is very difficult to make me shut up, I must tell about it!
(𝓪𝓵𝓼𝓸, 𝓘 𝓪𝓹𝓸𝓵𝓸𝓰𝓲𝔃𝓮 𝓲𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓼 𝓽𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓭 𝓱𝓪𝓼 𝓪𝓵𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭𝔂 𝓫𝓮𝓮𝓷 𝔀𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓷 𝓫𝔂 𝓪𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻 𝓾𝓼𝓮𝓻, 𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓷 𝓲𝓷 𝓪 𝓭𝓲𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓮𝔁𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓭𝓲𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓬𝓵𝓾𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼. 𝓗𝓸𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓽𝓵𝔂, 𝓘'𝓿𝓮 𝓷𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓼𝓮𝓮𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝔂𝓸𝓷𝓮 𝓭𝓸 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽.)
𝕯𝖆𝖛𝖎𝖉 - BRUJAH!
No, I'm serious. Despite the fact that in his image he may seem quite restrained, he also has his own impulsiveness and rebellion. Yes, not all representatives of this clan are reckless adrenaline racers with rude behavior, but David fits this clan like no other. His dedication and loyalty to his principles and (just as importantly) his pack is one of the defining elements of the Brujah. Their leadership qualities can only be compared with the Ventru clan. Brujah will always protect their fellows regardless of who they are and what clan they are from. Until you cross their path.
𝕻𝖆𝖚𝖑 - Toreador.
Say what you will, but his persona LITERALLY screams it, I'm not talking about his style in clothes, hairstyles. Representatives of this clan are quite big supporters and evaluators of absolutely any creativity. They are charismatic, charming, their energy can be recognized even without meeting face to face. And this is almost all that I personally saw in this character. He quite easily comes into contact with Michael (although in the film itself quite little attention was drawn to the topic of relations between him and other vampires from the pack (not including David)), which is also inherent in Toreadors (unlike other clans, representatives of this are more socialized to people ) + he is clearly a music connoisseur more than anyone in the group. I don't know how else to say that he gives off the vibe of this clan, sorry (lmao), just agree with this fact.
𝕯𝖜𝖆𝖞𝖓𝖊 - Gangrel.
Perhaps this is explained by his "quiet" nature. Representatives of this clan are more like introverts and asocials and rarely come into contact with strangers, but are very loyal to their pack and feel more comfortable among it. They don't like to talk a lot, they look too lonely. However, thanks to some of the headcanons I've met here in the open, I've been assured that this clan is the best fit for Dwayne. They are agile, no less strong than the same Brujah and connoisseurs of paraphernalia that is more related to the pagan or folklore style (this can be seen in his jewelry, in particular, you can highlight his earring made of wolf fangs, which in particular means as a symbol of "courage and strength" and more commonly used by hunters), which is also the signature style of the Gangrel clan.
'𝕸𝖆𝖗𝖈𝖔 - it's more interesting with this because I'm still not sure that you can attribute his character to this particular clan, but... Malkavian.
I know that maybe it sounds a little strange, but his character is no less a mystery to me, and maybe it was this fact that made me come to this conclusion. The representatives of this clan have a mysteriousness, a kind of strangeness, and what is no less noticeable - obviousness. Watching the film a second time, I also noticed Marco's habit of biting himself, which may indicate his nervousness at some points. Maybe it's not accurate, but since I'm a fan of "biting my own lips", I made this conclusion about his person. Malkavians always seem like "angels with an innocent face (unless the vampire is completely consumed by his insanity)" which I also noticed in Marco. Seriously, I want to adopt him (lmao) because he seemed like such a cute puppy until he showed his fangs (I still want to adopt him). Also, this fact for me was no less served by his outfit. Seriously, I'm in love with his jacket, the style of which literally screams originality and originality. And this composition is so chaotically combined that it almost makes up all the chaos that is going on in Malkavian's heads + his no less charisma and look say something significant about his restrained madness.
ᴏғ ᴄᴏᴜʀsᴇ, ᴛʜɪs ɪs ᴀʟʟ ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴍʏ sᴘᴇᴄᴜʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴀɴᴅ ᴍʏ ᴛᴀᴋᴇ ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡʜᴏʟᴇ ᴛʜɪɴɢ, sᴏ ᴘʟᴇᴀsᴇ ᴅᴏɴ'ᴛ ᴛᴀᴋᴇ ɪᴛ ᴛᴏᴏ sᴇʀɪᴏᴜsʟʏ. ɪ ᴄᴏᴜʟᴅ ʟᴇᴀᴠᴇ ᴏᴜᴛ sᴏᴍᴇ ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟs, sᴏ ɪᴛ ᴛᴜʀɴᴇᴅ ᴏᴜᴛ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴀ sᴍᴀʟʟ ᴘᴏsᴛ ғᴏʀ ᴇᴀᴄʜ ᴏғ ᴛʜᴇ ʜᴇʀᴏᴇs.
Now, as I said, let's move on to the question of the sect in which the boys could participate. And the first thing that came to my mind at first: 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙨.
This is explained by their energy, where they do not often think about the consequences of their own actions, preferring to act more + representatives of the Anarchs are rebels against the rules of the elders, and for boys, the object of rebellion is Max (their sire). One way or another, but in the film it is noticeable even despite the fact that the interaction between the boys and him was limited.
However, after the scene with the food, where the boys presented themselves in their own nature in front of Michael, I had another option - 𝙎𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙖𝙩. Let me explain: Anarchs, although they are rebels, follow the main rule of the Masquerade - not to stand out. Of course, their behavior could indicate that they "had a tooth" on the local surfer team for a long time, but even the Anarchs are careful and try not to succumb to their own Beast (which is what distinguishes them from the Sabbatites). Sabbat representatives do not shy away from their own nature, seeing people only as food and nothing more. Human suffering for them is fun, fun for their immortal life. There is no need to argue - the death of surfers was truly brutal.
It would be fair to classify them rather as Anarchs, despite this fact. After all, they are too sensible to be just killers. If they were real representatives of the Sabbat, they would have ignored Max's request and simply killed Michael in the hotel at the first meeting.

Uncle Bob, Alan Turing and Razors.
It's been some time since I've updated the blog with my software development news. It's been a busy two months filled with Java exams, web building, work project deliverables and milestones and a sense of impending doom at the THREE 4 hour exams that I have to sit this week.
That being said, I still like to take the time to discuss some of the interesting things that I've been reading and watching lately. So in this article I will quickly discuss and link to videos across the interwebs that share some very cool ideas that I have encountered during my studies and work.
Uncle Bob's Clean Code
If you haven't heard of Uncle Bob then you need to watch his videos on Clean Code that can be found for free on YouTube. Robert Martin is a highly influential software programmer who was one of the original authors of the Agile manifesto (when it was designed for programmers before the project managers took over). He is known for promoting many different software programming principles, including the well known SOLID principle.
His lectures are fun but more importantly very important to learn.

The Halting Problem
With the development of such powerful computers you'd imagine that the pool of tasks that couldn't be completed by a program would either be small or shrinking. Well, it turns out that it has stayed relatively the same size (at least for the last 20 years). There are some algorithms, some procedures and predicates that cannot be solved by any computer, even supercomputers. One of the many problems that cannot be solved was proven so by Alan Turning. It is called the Halting Problem and it's quite interesting. The video below is a very brief introduction but sums it up nicely and skips all of the logic for those who just want the high level summary.
youtube
Razor Pages ( .Net)
I have been working as a web developer for 6 months now and during this time I've been so busy catching up with the current major project which requires very little code that we have yet to delve into any real web design. I've been dealing with small amounts of javascript here and there and designed the odd banner or two in CSS but I have mainly been working on service design and continual service improvement.
This month will see me start diving into the world of .Net from Microsoft. I've been beginning my scouring of their documentation and support sites (Microsoft actually provides good documentation that explains key concepts with very little fuss.) Below is a playlist of introductory lessons from Microsoft and a great starting place for anyone who wants to get into ASP.NET or .NET web developing.
youtube
I'm hoping that someone somwhere is interested in any of these videos, if you are let me know on twitter @alexheywood and I will get in touch and we can share resources!
Desperately trying to remind myself that its summer outside and that I should not spend all of my time coding / watching videos on coding.
Speak soon!
