Something i find fun, if Adrien and Félix are sentimonsters, is Adrien's feather allergy. Aside from the dramatic irony.
An allergy is where the body incorrectly labels an object as a threat, and the immune system reacts, or even dangerously overreacts, in ways which could be threatening to the person it's trying to protect.
If Adrien is a senti, then he's made from a feather, that's his soul. His allergy is targeting something that is already part of his being and biology. That means it's not an allergy, it's an autoimmune disease.
Allergies are genetic, as are predispositions to autoimmune diseases, and Adrien and Félix are genetically identical, though we don't know if Félix shares his allergy. It's possible it hasn't been activated yet. His odds of developing this could be heightened by a bunch of factors; illnesses, food, sunlight.
I'm excited to see if he'll share it or not, if being around duusu will be good for him (someone who understands, to befriend and vent to like Plagg is for Adrien) or bad for him (y'know, a health hazard).
Adrien having an autoimmune disease, maybe he's on immunosuppressants, maybe he's not. I think that could further explain some of Gabriel's actions, not justify them but make them make a little more sense.
After all, the feathers are in the rings, maybe that's a small part of why he hasn't been given his yet. Maybe it's part of why Gabriel has so little physical contact with him, he could give his kid a rash or worse.
If your kid has a weakened immune system and your wife is dying or gone, trying to keep that kid inside, reducing his and your own contact with people, especially other kids - because kids spread diseases like wild fire. I get it. It makes me feel really bad for them. Adrien doesn't even understand what his father's protectiveness is about, besides just losing Emilie. And Gabriel can't even begin to have that conversation with him without everything coming out. About why his feather allergy is such a big deal, about papillon and his wife.
Anyway I'm just thinking about how he ended up letting him go to school. About how he let Nino give him a party but absolutely would've been advising for it to be outside in the open air rather than letting a load of strange children into his clean house.
He really wasn't that bad of a dad at the start. But Nathalie's right, he's getting worse and worse. And I'm worried about how he'll cope and what he'll do without her, now that Adrien is the only close person to him that he has left. Beyond whatevers going on with Tomoe anyway.

I know I'm not the best at managing my emotions and I've bitched about people plenty in my time but it still always catches me off guard when my coworkers talk incredibly nastily about someone else in the office with what seems like reckless abandon, like.
Oh, you. You don't? Try and keep this to yourself? You don't consider this frustration a private thought? You just. Let these thoughts out, in the open, often to me specifically???
Can't quite tell if it's the eldest daughter thing that makes people vent to me or if I just have the Vibe that calls people who want to complain
Very odd. And not pleasant.
#catfish speaks#idk if this is something other people experience a lot#its not like oh everyone vents to me all the time#cos its not that#my actual friendships are based on open communication and if we vent its met with a degree of compassion and consent#like yeah sometimes we forget to ask but most of the time its a 'sorry i forgot to ask' 'no its ok it sounds like it sucks' thing#the important thing is that i care about these peoples frustrations and want to listen and help#with my coworkers its like. i dont know you that well. i didnt even know this was a frustration#and idk did i miss a cue they gave me that signalled they consider me safe to vent to?#cos if that was the case - i feel like im being dumped on but they probably see me as a safe person#and that mismatch isnt anyones fault but i think im the only one realising its a mismatch at all#cos when people do this it makes me uncomfortable#i personally dont want to bitch about the other people in the office#i like them. yeah they can get annoying. so does everyone. so do i.#it feels cruel to speak nastily about them while they're not there with whay feels to me like unjustified anger#but then the people venting may be seeing me as a safe person who they just want to listen to their troubles#and i understand that and empathise with that - everyone wants that!#i jusy dont understand that that is the transaction we're entering until it's actually happening#at which point i am unprepared and unresponsive#i don't want to agree with the bitching i am hearing. but i don't want to deny them their voice.#im also the worst at standing up and disagreeing with someonr especially if theyre upset#so i just noncomittally agree and dont really offer much until they stop talking to me#which. obviously doesnt solve the problem and potentially leaves a broken trust between us#WHICH WAS UNSPOKEN AND ASSUMED THE ENTIRE FRICKIN TIME#its. god.#i dont understand othr people i really don't#anyway. if this resonates pls let me know I'm so curious

Astrology Placements & Aspects that are likely to be stalked or attract obsessive people 🩸🕷️
(TW / MINORS DNI⚠️ : mentions of stalking and sexual content)
materialist 🔖
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
DEFINITION + DISCLAIMER : Stalking is persistent, unwanted attention or surveillance by an individual toward another person, often involving repeated following, contacting, or monitoring in ways that make the person feel threatened, harassed, or unsafe. It typically includes obsessive behavior aimed at controlling or staying close to the person, even without their consent. These are just my personal observations and are meant for entertainment purposes only; it may not resonate with everyone due to the nuances of astrology. Please respect my work and avoid copying or stealing it. Enjoy reading!! 🕷️🩸
🩸All Water Sign Placements (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): Water signs are deeply emotional and intuitive, often forming intense bonds with others. Their empathetic nature can attract people who feel misunderstood or who have obsessive tendencies, as they believe only these individuals can truly understand them. This connection to the water signs' emotional depth can lead to feelings of obsession.
🩸Neptune in the 1st House: Ahh I think everyone’s heard of how much of a blessing and curse this placement is. Neptune in the 1st creates a mysterious or ethereal aura around the person. This makes them hard to read, which can magnetize those who idealize or obsess over mystery. Their ability to project fantasies onto others can lead stalkers to feel as if they’re connected on a deeper, almost spiritual level. A lot of celebrities with this placement have PSYCHOTIC FANS💀.
🩸Moon in the 1st House: These individuals are extremely attuned with their surroundings and can easily empathise and pick up on energies. They may unknowingly attract others who become fixated on their vulnerability or nurturing qualities.
🩸Pluto in the 1st House: Omg this placement is scary ngl because people notice how much power and magnetism this individual possesses and people just can’t help but be amazed and intrigued by these individuals. This intrigue makes them want to know more and more about the person which then leads to obsessive tendencies, such as following them around, stalking their social media page or just keeping tabs on them. These individuals surely have a strong, sometimes mysterious presence that can fascinate or captivate others, leading to obsessive behavior from admirers or stalkers.
🩸Chiron in the 1st House: Chiron in the 1st house can make someone appear vulnerable or wounded, which can attract individuals who want to "fix" or control them. This placement often draws people who are compelled to heal or dominate the person’s perceived weaknesses.
🩸Lilith in the 1st House: Lilith represents our shadow selves and repressed desires. In the 1st house, it can give off an aura of raw power and sexuality, attracting people who are drawn to what they perceive as forbidden or unattainable.
🩸Pluto-Ascendant Aspects (esp harsh aspects) : When the ascendant comes in contact with pluto, pluto intensifies its characteristics. This could indicate that these individuals have something super striking about their appearance. Pluto is also the planet of mystery and uncertainty so these individuals exude a sense of mystery which attracts people to them because they want to know more about this individual. These individuals attract people who want to control, or “possess” them which leads to stalking tendencies.
🩸Pluto-MC Aspects (esp harsh aspects) : People can easily retort to stalking tendencies when it comes to these individuals as MC represents their public persona and people get obsessed with the way the individual portrays or presents themselves to the world. This reminds me of stalker fans that celebrities have that would go to any and every extent to see them or be near them because they are so fascinated with how they “appear” in public. If you follow kpop there’s a term for these type of fans called as sasaeng fans (please go and look it up, it’s actually so scary) who also possess obsessive and super CONCERNING qualities which resonate with how stalking and obsession can occur in respect to this aspect.
🩸Pluto-Moon Aspects: This aspect gives rise to others becoming emotionally obsessed, attached and dependent on the individual. This attachment or dependence leads to obsession as other people feel they NEED this individual in order to survive and this causes obsession. These individuals may attract obsessive or controlling partners who are drawn to their emotional depth and vulnerability.
🩸Pluto-Venus Aspects (esp harsh aspects): Omg individuals with this aspect, PLEASE PLEASE be really careful with who you trust or share your information with, especially when it comes to romantic relationships. Your partner could become super possessive of you and would want to monitor you 24/7, so creepy omg. These individuals also attract really insecure and possessive people. So please be mindful when you’re letting your guard down with others. These individuals attract obsessive partners who are unable to let go, often experiencing power struggles or possessive behavior.
🩸Pluto-Mars Aspects (esp harsh aspects) This aspect heightens the individuals sexual energy which in return tends to attract attention of A LOT of perverts or people who just want to sleep with you. They see you as a way to sexually satisfy their needs and they become obsessed with the fact that you might sleep with them and slowly start getting creepy and stalking you till you give in and sleep with them (PLEASE RUN AWAY IMMEDIATELY). If you have this aspect and feel like partners are just using you for sexual activities, PLEASE LEAVE because I’m sure when the attraction is genuine you will know it. This aspect induces a lot of LUSTFUL intentions in others towards you.
🩸Neptune-Mars Aspects (mainly the square and conjunction) : Oh god the amount of times people with this aspect get sexualised is so sickening. Literally people fantasise about you in their sexual scenarios and get obsessed with these scenarios and desperately want it to happen in real life. This desperation gives rise to obsession and stalking. TOXIC ASF.
🩸Venus Square/Opposite Saturn: Individuals with these aspects usually tend to have low self esteem so they can mistake obsession as love because they think this is exactly how love is supposed to feel like and this is all they’re going to get. This aspect also often suggests struggles in love and relationships, which can manifest as attracting partners who are emotionally unavailable or controlling. The difficulties in achieving healthy relationships may attract obsessive behaviour from others who know that the individual is easily controlled and can be manipulated. This power that these toxic people have over the individuals is what makes them obsessed because they just NEED to control and possess the native. Even if the native cuts ties with these toxic people, these people would stalk them and somehow try manipulating their way back into the natives lives.
🩸Scorpio Venus: OKAY this placement takes the winner title for getting stalked. Literally every single scorpio venus I have encountered has one or the other story of how their partner or someone who liked them OUTRIGHT stalked them. The people who are into these natives are SUPER possessive and observant over these individuals. They stalk their social media, probably have a secret folder of their pics and somehow “magically” appear in the same places as the native is in. I’ve noticed that sometimes people with this placement do enjoy this kind of attention, as long as the other person is respecting your boundaries and the actions in the relationship are both consensual, then it’s all good. If you guys have watched the show “You”, there’s this character called Beck and I feel like she probably had this placement and that’s why Joe was so freakin OBSESSED with her and the amount of times and the ways in which he has stalked her is crazy💀
🩸Scorpio Mars: These people attract ATTENTION everywhere they go. A lot of staring from others too because it’s hard NOT to notice these individuals. Their powerful sexual energy and ability to dive deep into relationships can attract obsessive or controlling individuals who want to dominate or consume them.
🩸Pluto/Scorpio in the 7th House: Oh god, these people can’t help but not attract intense and controlling people. Their partners have a need to KNOW every single thing about them - where they are, who they’re with, what they’re doing. Basically 0 privacy. A lot of intrusive partners are attracted. Well the native itself could possess these obsessive tendencies and sometimes they might enjoy a little bit of obsession from their partners side but eventually it gets toxic wherein it gets hard to cut ties with their partners and this obsession turns into something detrimental.
🩸Venus in the 8th House: SO MANY STALKERS, SO MANY SECRET ADMIRERS. Trust me if you think people aren’t watching you, THEY DEFINITELY ARE. For some reason people tend to notice even the tiniest amount of change in your physical appearance. This is scary honestly because there are eyes on you always because honestly your energy is so POWERFUL and MAGNETIC that people just can’t seem to get enough of you. These individuals attract bitchy friends who want to know everything about the native and always try to ONE up them. Please be super careful with who you engage with and share your energy with. I feel like just because this is a super intense placement, your intentions might not be clearly understood by others. For instance if you’re just acting friendly with a guy he might mistake it as flirting and then develop feelings for you and become obsessed 💀💀. Scary asf.
🩸Mars in the 8th House: Just like venus in the 8th house your sexual energy and presence is very high. Honestly this placement is SO MUCH more than just intense sexual energy but what to do, these individuals inevitably exude this type of energy. So if these individuals are being friendly with someone, the person might mistake this friendliness as something more and try and make a move because these individuals do come off as slightly more sexual than other people. This could also mean that people who have sex with these individuals ALWAYS want to come back to them because it was probably the best sex they ever had. They basically become sexually obsessed with the natives and keep coming for more and more.
🩸Mars in the 10th House: Mars in the 10th house can make a person’s career or public life a focal point of their energy, which can attract admirers or stalkers who become obsessed with their achievements or public image. For instance Jungkook from BTS has this placement and his fans are feral and superrr obsessed with everything he does and as a fellow army it’s honestly concerning to see 😭💀.
🩸Pluto in the 10th House: I feel like this placement attracts more of haters who are OBSESSED with the power these natives hold and want to either possess the same amount of power or overtake the native. This obsession stems more from hatred and envy. This intense, sometimes intimidating energy can draw admirers or obsessive followers who are either fascinated by their authority or want to undermine it.
🩸Neptune in the 10th House: Neptune in the 10th house can make a person’s public persona appear glamorous or unreachable, drawing people who project fantasies or illusions onto them. These individuals may find that others become obsessed with their perceived image rather than their true self.
🩸Venus in the 12th House: Venus in the 12th house can create secretive or unspoken love affairs, which may attract admirers who remain hidden or watch from afar. This placement can sometimes make it difficult to see a person’s true intentions.
‼️Of course, there are likely other placements that may experience similar things, but these are the aspects and placements I can recall off the top of my head. It’s important to note that having any of these placements doesn’t guarantee that such experiences will occur. This is merely a possibility and may be nothing more‼️

Good Omens S2’s ending is so agonising, but I do think it’s going to make Aziraphale’s development significantly more impactful in S3! As a second act this has every painful, fascinating ingredient that made Zuko’s arc in ATLA so outstanding, and Aziraphale’s core conflict/fatal flaw draws from the heart of his character!
He loves Crowley deeply but he’s still clinging to Heaven’s brainwashing, and he’s never actually treated Crowley as an equal or sought to understand Crowley’s perspective yet.
Aziraphale still seems to believe Crowley is just a ‘lost, confused angel’, rather than recognising what Crowley is actually doing: rejecting the system entirely and trying to do good on his own terms. Aziraphale still believes the desire to be Angelic and the desire to be good to others are the same thing, therefore if Crowley is good (as he’s shown himself to be) he must be secretly want to be an Angel and is betraying that whenever he argues against Heaven.
Aziraphale still hasn’t listened when Crowley explains over and over again that he DOESN’T WANT TO BE AN ANGEL. He’s still desperate for Heaven’s validation, even after he chose to leave, and there’s a deep void in his identity! He wants so desperately to be seen as “Good” (regardless of the actual morality of his actions) that it’s used over and over again to coerce and manipulate him! He also wants desperately for Crowley to be “Good” too, because at this point Aziraphale couldn’t ever let himself trust or accept Crowley if he wasn’t.
Aziraphale’s ‘angelic superiority’ is still constantly used to prop up his own identity, and he still considers deviance from Heaven (both in himself and others) as something shameful, embarrassing and in need of being ‘Corrected’. He also still believes Crowley needs/wants to be “Forgiven” by Heaven and that angels are inherently superior to everyone else!
Aziraphale’s default response to suffering being to make it about Heavenly purity rather than empathising with others also makes him extremely blind/self-centred in some situations. He’s proven that he’s willing to adopt empathy - the force that drives Crowley to compassion and forgiveness - if it helps to do good for others, but it’s still a very undeveloped skill in him.
At the start of this season Aziraphale lets Crowley sleep in his car for God’s sake, and apparently only calls Crowley when he wants something! He takes Crowley’s devotion to him for granted, and dismisses Crowley’s feelings and perspective on Gabriel instantly! Whenever they disagree on anything Aziraphale just assumes that he is Good and Crowley is Evil, therefore Crowley’s perspective isn’t worth taking seriously. And Crowley loves Aziraphale so much and is so afraid of losing him that he just… concedes. Over and over again. And keeps on forgiving him without Aziraphale ever realising how deep he’s cutting Crowley. Even now, Aziraphale still sees everything as a dichotomy between “Good” and “Evil”, “Angelic” and “Demonic”, with no middle ground or space outside of it. A worldview that fundamentally misunderstands Crowley’s entire life, moral compass and identity.
Aziraphale does love Crowley, but he still hasn’t reckoned with Heaven’s brainwashing. He still won’t ever be able to understand Crowley’s perspective until he gets the outcome he thought would fix everything, and realises that it won’t.

WHAT DID JOE SAY??
Some quotes from Joe's recent Sunday Issue Magazine:
"In thinking on what I was going to say, I would think and hope that anyone and everyone can empathise... This isn't a direct answer to your question, but just thinking about what I want to talk about..." he says, before restarting. "I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathise and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years. That is a hard thing to navigate. What is unusual and abnormal in this situation is that, one week later, it's suddenly in the public domain and the outside world is able to weigh in."
"I try and dial that volume down. I was obviously made aware of it and think that mistreating anyone, whether it's in person or behind the anonymity of a keyboard, is shameful"
"So you have something very real suddenly thrown into a very unreal space: tabloids, social media, press, where it is then dissected, speculated on, pulled out of shape beyond recognition. And the truth is, to that last point, there is always going to be a gap between what is known and what is said. I have made my peace with that."
"I feel fortunate to be in a really great place in my life, professionally and personally. I feel really good."
"I'm sure you can appreciate, given the level of noise and scrutiny about my past relationship, why I wouldn't want to just open the door to things like that right now."

A man’s Lilith conjunct a woman’s ascendant
Tumblr media
I have been getting a lot of questions about this placement in a synastry chart so I thought I would make a post on it. I will also be touching on when a woman Lilith comes in contact t with a mans personal placements also.
A mans Lilith is a placement that shows what he finds attractive yet intimidating in a woman. He desires her but he fears her at the same time. Because of this having your ascendant aspecting this point in his chart is very intense. Its creates this magnetism, a sort of push pull affect within him. When a woman’s ascendant falls here he is extremely physically attracted to her. The ways she carries herself is very interesting to him, he finds her sexy. This is initially a more visual attraction, however it can grow overtime into something deeper, especially if you have other placements to support you.
Tumblr media
In the worst case scenario, Lilith in a mans chart shows you the type of woman he wants or tries to control. He is initially attracted to all these wild and enticing things about her, but when he has her he tries to dampen her fire. The more insecure and undeveloped a man is the more likely he is to fall into this outcome from the placement between you. On the rare occasion, if a man has issues with his feminine energy or rejects the feminine in his life, he may be repulsed by her because of her free and untamed nature. Its something he cannot understand or empathise with.
However if he is secure, confident within himself and has worked on himself he is more likely to admire how powerful you are and it only adds to the attraction between you two.
I will say with this placement more often than not, a woman with this synastry with him will be his weakness in some way or other, not always in a bad way. Lilith is a representation of pure feminine power, that is often untapped because this is an area that is repressed within a woman through her life and growing up by family, peers and society itself.
Tumblr media
Having this placement with a partner in synastry can also show at the best of times that this man will help her feel more connected to her own power and femininity. He can help her open up to this side of herself. This is also the case when a woman’s Lilith is aspected by a personal planet in a mans chart - more common when it’s this way around.
In turn, the woman can help him surrender to the feminine and embrace her. Healing his own wounds around women and femininity. Realising that its not something to control or tame but something to admire and work with.
Tumblr media
Thank you for reading everyone. This is a topic I am extremely passionate about and I love working with Lilith in clients charts.
If you would like to work with me in embracing this side of yourself through your natal chart send me a message on here or email me at [email protected]
Please title your email ‘Lilith work’ - My Lilith readings are priced at £5
I am so grateful to you all who follow me and work with me

⤷ their s/o has anxiety – hq
Tumblr media
✩ characters: various
✩ warnings: mentions of panic attacks
✩ a/n: i know anxiety is different for everyone but this is just based on my own personal experience ◡̈
Tumblr media
⭑ kenma is very observant and can always sense when you're feeling overwhelmed in public places— it isn't long before he's asking if you want to leave, and if you say you feel guilty for cutting your day out together short he'll tell you it's fine because he prefers being at home with you anyway.
⭑ hinata isn't afraid to deliberately embarrass himself in front of others whenever you do the same, he knows you hate being the centre of attention and so he hopes that he can draw everyone’s eyes away from you and onto him instead.
⭑ yaku is so good at reassuring you when you have a panic attack, he’ll stay with you the entire time and hold your hand, refusing to leave your side as he tells you that everything will be okay and that you'll get through it just like you always do.
⭑ akaashi is always happy to listen if you ever need to vent to someone about your struggles, he can empathise with how you feel since he experiences a lot of the same things you do and is therefore very understanding of what you're going through.
⭑ sugawara has no problem with being the one who talks to the cashier when the two of you are at a checkout, and while he does try to encourage you to face things that make you anxious, he appreciates that it's not always easy for you and is happy to help you out when you need it.
⭑ kuroo likes to remind you to take your medication on time, especially if you're someone who is prone to forgetting— he even buys you one of those pill organisers and will leave various post-it notes around the house to help you remember.
⭑ yamaguchi does his best to learn all of your triggers so that he knows when you might be likely to have a panic attack, and whenever he notices that you're feeling anxious he'll walk you through breathing exercises to try and help you ground yourself.
⭑ bokuto will always order your food for you if you ask him to, he does it for you so often that he practically has all of your go-to orders for different restaurants fully memorised— he never judges you for not being able to do it yourself, but any time you do find the courage to order without his help he'll be so proud of you.

How to Develop a Memorable Antagonist
Tumblr media
Antagonists are one of the most important characters in your book. Without an antagonist, writers wouldn’t have a story to write in the first place. They bring the action, drama, trauma and many other factors that are often the reason for a book’s success. However, their pivotal role in the book is often why antagonists can come across as poorly-written one-dimensional characters.
From stereotypical backstories to a lack of humanisation, authors often make simple mistakes that can result in a cliche or boring antagonist. Are you struggling to create a compelling antagonist for your WIP? Here are some tips to help you get started.
Give Your Antagonist A Clear Motive
People don’t just wake up one day and decide they want to fundamentally alter society and possibly end the world. Or, maybe they do, but their idealogy starts somewhere. Voldemort wanted to change the wizarding world because he loathed muggles due to his parents, Hannibal’s tragic past triggered his cannibalistic tendencies.
Every antagonist has a reason for their crimes, and it's important to understand your antagonist’s motives and goals in order to create a compelling villain. Start with your antagonist’s backstory.
Did they have a tragic childhood? Did they desperately want to achieve a certain goal but failed and were driven insane? Are they following someone? Are they being manipulated? There is an endless list of possible reasons you can choose from in order to create a compelling motive for your antagonist.
Make Your Antagonist Multi-Dimensional
Once you have established their initial reasoning it’s time to go into more detail. I would start by taking their dynamic with the other characters into consideration. Why do they despise the protagonist? Do they want to simply remove the obstacles in their way or do they have a personal vendetta?
It’s also important to consider the other characters. Is there a mentor figure in your book who the antagonist has a personal vendetta against? What about their allies and henchmen? How did they meet them? Did the antagonist start off alone or have they worked with the same group of people since the start?
Your readers don’t necessarily need to know every single detail of your antagonist’s past, but having a clear understanding of their motives and dynamics can help you create a clear image of the antagonist. For example, they could be particularly spiteful towards the protagonist’s best friend because she is the daughter of the antagonist’s ex-ally. This could make for an easy subplot or come in handy if you need to distract the antagonist in a fight scene.
Make Your Readers Empathise With Them
When developing a motive authors should always look for a way to make their readers empathise with the antagonist. Show us why we should feel sorry for them, tell us they could have had a promising future if it weren’t for an unjust moment in their lives. When you make your readers feel conflicted about your antagonist they become more than just a character on the page.
Your readers begin to question whether their tragic past justifies their actions, some might root for them, others might dislike them more and regard them as apathetic. However, the goal is to make your readers view your antagonist as more than just the person causing issues for your protagonist.
Give Them Strengths And Weaknesses
Everyone hates a Mary Sue protagonist, but the same can be said for an antagonist. Think of it this way—if your antagonist is an all-powerful flawless villain who could destroy the world if they wanted to, then why haven’t they already won? Why do they have to fight the protagonist?
The good vs bad, protagonist vs antagonist dynamic only entices readers if they can’t tell who is going to come on top at the end of it all. This is why it’s essential to give your antagonist appropriate strengths and weaknesses.
Here’s an example of an antagonist with appropriate strengths and weaknesses: a main antagonist is an all-powerful witch who wants to destroy the protagonist’s home country but she lost most of her power in a fight against the mentor and can’t gain them back without a special artefact.
This example shows your readers how big of a threat the antagonist is while also providing her with appropriate strengths and shortcomings. This can look a little different depending on the genre you write for. Maybe the antagonist in a romcom wants to get the love interest married off to a side character and has the leverage to do so but the main character is introduced to the love interest’s family to try and sway the antagonist’s plans.
You don’t need to create a comprehensive list of all of your antagonist’s strengths and weaknesses, but it’s important to have a proper understanding of what puts them in a position to easily combat your protagonist and what stops them from outright winning.
Showcase Their (Negative) Impact On The Story
An antagonist can only be labelled as such if they actively do things to hinder or harm the protagonist. Simply saying your antagonist is a bad person isn’t enough, you need to show your readers this too.
When you start reading Harry Potter it is made clear that Voldemort was an all-powerful wizard who severely damaged the wizarding world during the first war, however, his bad deeds aren’t only reserved for the past. He was also just as evil in the present and was out to harm Harry from the first book itself.
From small confrontations with the protagonists to entire fights, it’s important to create a range of situations and chapters that can showcase your antagonist’s ‘true colours’.
Keep Their Personality Consistent
Just like every other character, it is important to ensure you have a consistent personality type for your antagonist. An antagonist regularly spotted in a suit known for their professional and calculative plans wouldn’t casually joke around with the protagonists during a showdown. The way they contradict the protagonist should also be reflective of their personality.
You should also take their personal history into consideration and how that could impact their dynamics with certain characters. For example, a character like Tom Riddle who despised both of his parents would likely be spiteful whenever they see the protagonist with their mentor figure and could even target the mentor out of spite.
The only time an antagonist’s personality should change is during a pivotal point in the book’s plot. Maybe the put-together antagonist shows off their frustrated side when the protagonist outwits them, maybe they let out maniacal laughter when the protagonist asks them about their motives.
It’s important to treat your antagonists like humans and consider how a person with that personality would realistically react to the situations they are in.
Avoid Creating A Stereotypical Antagonist
Nobody likes an overdone cliche. When writing your antagonist try to avoid creating stereotypical villains. Here are a few examples of stereotypical antagonists and how to avoid them:
The Evil Mastermind: Instead of making the antagonist an all-powerful villain with no weaknesses, give them flaws and limitations that can be exploited by the protagonist. Make the antagonist's motives more complex than just wanting to take over the world, and consider giving them a personal connection to the protagonist or a sympathetic backstory.
The Brainwashed Henchman: Rather than having the antagonist control their minions through brainwashing or mind control, make the henchman have agency and free will. Consider making the henchman conflicted about their role, or have them question the antagonist's motives and methods.
The Vengeful Ex-Lover: Instead of making the antagonist a scorned lover seeking revenge, consider giving them a different motivation for their actions. For example, the antagonist might be seeking revenge for a perceived betrayal, or they might be trying to protect someone they care about.
The Unfeeling Machine: Rather than making the antagonist a cold, calculating machine with no emotions, consider giving them a personal stake in the conflict. The antagonist might be acting out of fear or desperation, or they might be struggling with moral dilemmas related to their actions.
The Crazy Cult Leader: Instead of making the antagonist a stereotypical cult leader with a group of brainwashed followers, consider giving them a more nuanced personality. The antagonist might genuinely believe in their cause and be able to convince others to follow them, or they might be struggling with doubts and conflicts within their own ideology.
Avoid ‘One Man Armies’
Let’s be honest, one evil wizard cannot destroy your protagonist’s entire world by themselves. Just like protagonists have mentors, allies, coworkers, friends and sidekicks your antagonists need to have allies too. Voldemort didn’t conquer the entire wizarding world by himself right after graduating from Hogwarts, he instead built his troops and only fought Dumbledore once he was ready.
When worldbuilding for your novel it’s important to create some semblance of character development for background antagonists as well as the lead antagonists.

hi mr. haitch!
i was wondering if you could do a character analysis on suguru geto? i have a hard time understanding how his ideology changed, specifically when he takes it to the extreme and wants to eliminate ALL non-sorcerers. i’d also like to hear your thoughts on the dynamic between gojo and geto… their conflicts and how they drifted apart but never permanently resented the other. lastly, if possible, could you touch on how loneliness affected the two and if it had any impact in their actions, both after riko’s death and after their argument when they split paths
thank you so much,
a curious anon
My knowledge of the series is pretty limited so I can only answer with what I've seen and understood, but Geto and Gojo can be looked at as two different reactions to the same trauma: one blames himself and the other blames everyone else.
That's the core to the changes both of them underwent after Riko's death. Gojo was recognised and elevated as the strongest from birth - the linchpin that holds his society together. Despite the swagger and the ego, beneath is a powerful loneliness and detachment. He has been reduced to a function, with no choice other than to fulfill it, and there's a lot of resentment towards Jujutsu society as a result - they took his childhood, his humanity. His whole identity is based on being the strongest, and yet when he found something he wanted to protect - he failed. Since Riko's death we see evidence of constant effort to master his abilities, to better fulfill his role but at the cost of sinking deeper into the expectations of others. Even so, Gojo comes away with a greater appreciation for the vulnerable, especially children.
Geto, however, did not suffer the same societal pressure - everything about him, his place in the story, is a result of choice and agency. He wants to be a sorcerer, wants to get stronger to protect the weak, he wants to work with Gojo to better the world. When we first meet him, he views his abilities as a means to realise his desires, his ambitions, and - fundamentally - his values.
Riko's death, and everything that followed, robbed him of that ability to choose. Her death meant nothing, a new vessel was found, the world didn't end, everyone moved on. Gojo internalised his feelings of failure and forged on - seemingly unmoved. Geto threw everything he had at saving and avenging her and it changed nothing.
I'll pause here and say that I think Geto and Gojo saw different things in Riko: Gojo saw someone weaker than himself forced into fulfilling a role, Geto saw someone exemplary and unique murdered by the powerless. Perhaps (and remember I'm not an expert here) she came to stand for all of Jujutsu society in his mind - someone with an inherent greatness or importance sacrificed for the sake of people who lack the strength to protect themselves. She was the ultimate realisation of his early beliefs (the strong serving the weak) and it proved to be horrible, far removed from what he envisaged.
But let's focus on their reactions: Gojo went further into himself, into his role, aspiring to realise his full strength to protect others. Geto stopped growing - became bitter, twisted, blaming everyone but himself. He thinks himself a liberator, but in truth he is motivated by an endless appetite for revenge - to take his pain and inflict it on everyone else. It's a response common among men who struggle to regulate and manage their anger and personal set-backs, looking to displace their own negative emotions and push them onto someone else: believing it'll lessen their own pain.
All of this is just supposition, though. Fundamentally Geto is a violent racist, with a fascistic worldview built around strength as some kind of valorous ideal - gleefully inflicting pain and suffering on others. We can empathise with his journey, but we don't have to forgive his actions.

The funny thing about stolas is that he really is the most real depiction of NPD I’ve seen in a while. Unintentionally very well written. This show like few others ever do, explores the fact that people with NPD can be so socially inept and incapable of change they can ruin their own life and never fully understand why it happened. A stereotype is that NPD patients are always evil abusers but sometimes like with covert narcissism, it’s complicated. Stolas ticks every last box in the covert category.
He’s not outright a villain but is infuriatingly self centred, and destructive. One example is all of his “I” “me” “my” statements in every situation. Fizz is in danger ‘this will be fun (for me!) I love words!” While it was a good gesture to help Asmodeus, he makes things about himself again. And this made Ozzie mad. And in the latest argument he clearly forced himself to try and empathise with someone but gave up right away when it wasn’t going well and went back to the same I/me/my statements. “I have my answer so you needn’t say any more” “I didn’t know you thought so low of me” and to Stella “I want you out..out of my life” “via you have been the one good thing in my life” Even in a desperate situation where someone he undoubtedly loves, but who he hurt with his lies, is leaving him, he physically can’t stop making it about himself because of this disordered way of thinking. And in a way, that is sad.
It really is a disorder and not just villainy because the person with NPD has grandiosity and callousness, that combination prevents them from seeing a problem in their own behaviour until really pushed. (Who does that sound like) So without help, they end up alone and confused/bewildered by why that is. That reaction of blatant frustration from every single character who speaks with him - via, blitz, Asmodeus, (I don’t feel right including stella but that dinner table scene implies she’s angry he ignores her) is so accurate too.
I mean, I’m by no means a Stella fan but after that confrontation in LooLoo land and him screaming his divorce declaration in the circus, he seemed to think they could just ignore everything despite the ongoing affair, and eat dinner together as a family like nothing is wrong in harvest moon. So at that point I understood her being pissed.
They try force everyone into their version of reality, but it’s exhausting and someone incapable of empathy or change without help (seriously why are all these deeply mentally suffering characters not have a therapy arc - Bojack had several. Many failed. But he had several, because he was messy and had to keep trying.) Viv thinks Stolas is Herb, an innocent victim of homophobia, but he’s actually Joseph Sugarman, dangerously callous and terrifying but soft spoken, mixed with Bojack. Sugarman is a brilliant villain imo.
This is an extremely good point. It's a damn shame it's unintentional, because if it weren't, Stolas would at the very least be in the running for one of the best depictions of NPD ever put to fiction.
NPD isn't Magical Evil Abuser disease -- like you said, it's a legitimate disorder, and it's horribly damaging to the person who has it. People with NPD can both feel and crave love the way Stolas loves Via, but healthy relationships require give and take, and giving doesn't come easily to them. Even when Via's leaving him, the highest praise he can give her is that she's been the only good thing in his life.
It's extremely sad, tragic even. If only Viv understood why.

i have something i want to share with the class that i think will help people empathise a bit more with schizophrenics. i understand it can be hard with schizophrenia since the symptoms of a psychotic episode are so different from the general experiences of an ordinary person, but i bring you this.
a psychotic episode is like a nightmare you cannot wake up from because you are already awake. you are living and walking in the world of chaos and confusion created by your own imagination that you believe to be real. just like how you believe the nightmare to be real while you are asleep and in it, we schizophrenics believe that our experiences in a psychotic episode are what is really happening. think of the panic and fear and erratic behaviors you experienced while in the nightmare. now transfer that to real life except everyone around you can see that what you are experiencing is not real. see how that'd be out of place? see why a schizophrenic person might act that way during an episode?
now please take this knowledge and put it into practice. the homeless person yelling at nothing on the street corner? they're in a nightmare, imagine how terrified they are. we are people, we are sick, and we need help. please try and work against the stigma so ingrained in society by remembering the humanity of schizophrenics. please please please don't let the stigma dictate your views of us, we are not the stigma

Alright here's angsty Stanford headcanons because I need to cope
He really struggles to empathise with people, which is why he moved on so quickly from asking about Mabels emotions when he was "taking away" her closest friend for an apprenticeship. He can't comprehend people feeling, and he really struggles to empathise with them unless they remind him of himself.
He always needs to be the best, and he'll do any petty little thing to make sure he's better than the people around him. "Grammar, Stanley." He genuinely couldn't let himself give Stanley that win, he NEEDED to be better than him, no matter how petty it was. He saw an opportunity to correct Stanley, and didn't hesitate to take it. He didn't care how it affected Stanley, and he wouldn't understand his emotions anyway, but he just needed that little ego boost of "I'm still smarter than you" even after Stanley had finally gotten his win.
He'll just take constantly in relationships, he won't think of how it affects people. He'll use little manipulative tactics like "are you sure?" In a grateful tone to make people think he appreciates the gesture, but he really doesn't care. He doesn't recognise the value of gifts. "I love it when people give me gifts!" He says, but not for the emotional value of someone getting you a gift, but because he's a kleptomaniac that likes getting things.
Superiority complex!! He looks down on everyone, except Dipper. Because Dipper reminds him of himself when he was young, and because of that, he sees Dipper as a sort of equal.
He'll have ego crashes every now and then, where he's fully convinced he's just the worst. "[...] causing him to ride and endless see-saw between dizzying ego, and plummeting insecurity." Said Bill. So Ford will usually think of himself as better than most people, like, he really looks down on everyone, but there will be periods where he's just manically depressed and he hates everything about himself and views people as better than him.
He was genuinely confused when Dipper turned down his apprenticeship. 1, he views it as a tremendous honour to be able to work alongside such an intelligent man, and 2, he can't comprehend that Dipper turned down the opportunity to potentially go down in history. "Can you seriously tell me you don't feel you were destined for more than this?" That's both subtly trying to manipulate Dipper into saying yes, and also, him genuinely being confused about Dipper not feeling a need for greatness.
He's very quick to refuse blame for most things, and turn it around on other people. "I'm selfish, Stanley? How could you say that after costing me my dream school!!" He completely brushed off Stanley's points, and emotions, and turned the situation into one where he could be angry at something Stanley did, so that he was the "good" one in the situation.
He doesn't act honestly, like ever. He masks so much of his personality, and now it's not even intentional. He's just such a dick, and people used to point that out, that he's picked up subtle ways to manipulate people into believing he's nice, things to say, things to do, etc.
He constantly does favours for people and is such a handyman, but it's usually just because he likes it when people praise him, or, to make himself look better. Like when he made that new lightbulb, and Mabel said "Are you seeing this? This is what a hero looks like!" That's EXACTLY why he did that, not because he wanted to, he probably expected someone would buy new light bulbs. He just wanted the compliments. And, branching off of that, he noticed the light bulbs that Stanley was holding and immediately clocked where he had been, but he still said "So, where were you?" Less as a question, and much more as a taunt, because it boosted himself even more.
He apologises a lot when he doesn't mean it. He'll do something that made someone upset, and apologise, but he doesn't actually feel sorry at all, nor does he understand why they're upset. "I really am sorry, is there anything I can do?" And things of the sort, he doesn't mean it at all, but he's literally perfected his acting skills. He can act so so genuine.
One of the only times he ever genuinely felt sorry, was when he burned Stanley's back. Up until he was pushed through the portal, he viewed Stanley as someone he loved and respected. Not "on his level", not an equal to him, but it was his brother and he genuinely did love him. So when he kicked Stanley and scolded his back, that was one of the few times he's ever genuinely meant the words "I'm sorry".
(His apology in Wierdmagedon was NOT genuine he just wanted Stanley to join in because they needed him)
Acts like he knew things he didn't know when people tell him about it, and acts like it was an obvious fact, solely to put them down
Some sick part of him takes pride in his history with Bill. No matter how much he hates Bill, there will forever be a section of his ego that's proud of the fact that he was the one to be chosen by Bill. Bill is one of the most powerful gods in the universe, in the MULTIVERSE, and he chose Stanford. Ignoring his intentions, it was still Stanford that he needed. And Ford takes slight pride in knowing he was needed by such a powerful god
He uses manipulation tactics without even realising he is

Damnnnn, you should write Lizzie more often! And on that note, how about:
83. “you have no idea how much i want you"
Tumblr media
elizabeth olsen & fem!reader
tags: smut, a little bit of angst in my opinion <//3, dubcon, mentions of somnophilia, fingering, praise, power bottom!elizabeth olsen. MINORS DNI.
word count: 1517
a/n: lizzie's boyfriend in this fic is noooot robbie, it's just some random man. i love the two of them n would never write them apart, even in fiction!!!
It was the week before Christmas, and the only time all of you could meet over dinner before everyone had plans, whether it be going back to families from hometowns, travelling, or shooting for an upcoming film for the next several months.
Dinner was being held at Elizabeth’s house. You were attending with your brother who’d been dating the actress for the past few months. You’d never seen the house before save one hasty moment when you came inside after an afternoon spent amongst your friends and brother at the backyard pool when Lizzie ushered you in to change out of your bikini and into dry clothes.
Your brother was adamant about being presentable, for it was the night he’d ask his girlfriend to move into a new place with him. It was a huge step for their relationship, though you were unaware how things were going between them as you scarcely saw Lizzie.
She’d always been sweet to you, offering for you to stay for dinner when you were around or to sleep over in one of her guest rooms the night before day plans with your brother. You took it as her trying to get close to her boyfriend’s little sister, which you empathised with. But plans with her always fell through. Nevertheless, seeing her at family events was always nice.
You were wearing something simple, a black dress and a knit red cardigan. Your hair was tied up into a bun, loop earrings and natural makeup pulling it together. Feeling a bit daring, you wore a dark red lip. The car drive to Lizzie’s place was filled with your brother’s instructions- don’t mention anything about his plans; be cool; act natural; be nice to her. He mentioned that she was particularly excited to have you over and even asked him what your favourite dishes were.
Upon arrival, you found that her house wasn’t decorated very much besides a string of vivid white lights that wrapped around the bushes in front of her house under the kitchen windowsill. When your brother knocked on the front door, his girlfriend opened it within several seconds with a wide smile. It was decorated in more detail inside. Pretty ribbons and strings of evergreen lined the trim of some ceilings. Soft Christmas music played from the living room, a warm yellow tint coming over the entire house.
Lizzie’s eyes found you first but your brother stepped in for a hug and her face was shrouded by his shoulder. Hands came up to hug him back and you stepped into the front foyer, slipping past the couple. Your brother rounded his girlfriend and she closed the front door, flattening down her shirt as she turned to you.
“Y/N,” she breathed out as if relieved. “How are you? It’s been so long.”
You parted your lips to speak before another knock came at the front door. Lizzie looked at you helplessly for a moment until you smiled in understanding and left to follow your brother into the kitchen. Green eyes followed you until another knock echoed through the front foyer and Elizabeth finally turned to open the door. You heard the sounds of her greeting her guests behind you as you helped your brother set the table with the meal the two of you made.
The rest of the night was filled with you catching the stares of your brother’s girlfriend in the corner of your eye as dinner progressed.
Then finally, “Liz, there’s something I want to ask you.”
From the couch in the living room, you heard her turn off the sink tap to listen to her boyfriend.
You willed yourself not to listen to their conversation. You knew it was a sensitive topic, and a major step of their relationship. You tried your best to listen to the conversations of your brother’s friends, trying to pretend you cared about vegan meatballs and summer irrigation. Lizzie seemed to get along great with her friends, but you couldn’t imagine her fitting into a group like that. It was only when you heard your brother’s muffled speech become louder and Lizzie’s quickening padding of her feet as she sped through the hallway to the living room that you figured the offer to live together wasn’t taken positively.
A gust of air blew against your side and the rest of the guests looked up to the figure behind you.
“Come. Now,” Lizzie snapped and she took your wrist with her hand, dragging you up from the couch and pulling you with her. Not a word was uttered to her friends, leaving them stupefied behind you.
Before you could even question what she was doing, you were being forced through the living room, up the stairs, and down a hallway of doors. Suddenly, you were being pushed against the final door of the hallway, the breath being knocked out of you.
“You have no idea how much I want you,” Lizzie whispered as she buried her face in your neck and kissed up your skin. Her pants blew hot down your neck as her breath quickened.
You tried pushing her away, but she took your wrist and brought your hand to her breast, making you grope her harshly. She moaned out, her forehead pressed against your shoulder. “E-Elizabeth, stop,” you pleaded, trying to push her away from you but only ending up groping her rougher. She only moaned louder, forcing you to abandon the hope of pushing her off, and instead raising your hand to her mouth and silencing her.
Her hips began grinding down against yours, evidence of the obvious pressure that started forming beyond her lacy panties. “Don’t pretend…” she groaned out and lifted her head from your shoulder to pant against your cheek, “like you don’t want this.”
A hand rounded around to your ass and Lizzie squeezed harshly. “Pinch my nipples. Go on, do it,” she urged.
Miraculously, you found enough sense in you to form words. “But my brother- your boyfriend! And I’m his sister, and you’re moving in together-”
Lizzie pulled you from the door and turned the doorknob before she pushed you in. For a moment, she parted from you as you stumbled backwards while she flicked the room light on and shut the door behind her. “I’m not doing anything with him,” she replied. Like a predator to its prey, she wrapped her arms around you again and walked you deeper into the room.
It was only when the back of your knees hit the edge of a bed and you fell back down onto it that you realised you were in her bedroom.
She started pressing kisses all over your face as she pushed you up her bed, forcing you to catch up to her speed helplessly while you crawled backwards.
“I want you…” Lizzie panted.
Another kiss to your cheek.
“… To fuck me.”
Another to your chin.
“I want your fingers in my pussy.”
She took your hand and tucked it past the waistband of her pants where your fingers met her damp panties. “So good,” she groaned. Lizzie began bouncing on your fingers, her hand wrapped tightly around your wrist in order to buck the heel of your hand up into her clit. Her eyes opened and when her viridescent eyes met your own, she smiled. “We broke up, princess. Now, you’re all mine.”
Perhaps the words elicited something in you, for your fingers lifted up and pressed into her clothed hole. She stifled a squeal in response. Hurriedly, she zipped her pants down and pulled her panties to the side, quickly drenching your digits in her juices as she began humping your hand.
“I only ever dated him to see you,” she forced herself to speak through the white-hot waves of pleasure running through her. “But you never came for meals I invited you to, never slept over. Gods, how terribly I just wanted to run my tongue through your pretty little pussy when you fell asleep in my backyard that afternoon. And how simple it would’ve been, to pull that skimpy bikini to the side and see that puffy cunt.”
Lizzie leaned down to kiss your lips. “My beautiful girl. Let me see you,” she said and straightened to pull the collar of your dress down, then your bra to each respective side so your tits were exposed. Her lips immediately wrapped around one of your nipples, nipping at your bud occasionally while she moaned as you began to extend your fingers through her velvet walls.
Your brother, under the impression that he had truly upset his ex-girlfriend enough that she holed herself up in her bedroom while she cried against your shoulder, walked the dinner guests out apologetically. He texted you to let him know when you needed a ride back home and left the house, dejected and anxious.
For the first time, you did take up Lizzie’s offer for you to stay over after several orgasms. The two of you slept in her bedroom, bare sweaty bodies entangled as your head laid against your girlfriend’s soft breasts.

//just me venting about sukuna haters sorry
Not me seeing so much discourse about whether sukuna is a well written villain or not... he essentially has no backstory shown as of yet and we barely know anything about him but he is still one of the most naturally interesting and compelling characters in the whole damn series bro 💀 buckle up bc its about to get lengthy (im just glazing sukuna in this post ngl so 🧎‍♀️)
so many whiny ass mfs are weeping about how he "doesn't have any personal goals or a proper reason to be a villain" when that is the whole point???? He lives on his own desires and satisfactions and does whatever he wants to, because he is capable enough to do that. Mfs want "real villains" but cant even handle sukuna 💀 ive seen too many shit ass threads and poorly articulated "critiques" on his character that dont make any valid points. If you can't even separate your personal dislike of a character from your analysis of their writing, dont even bother posting that shit please 😭😭😭 the fact that we haven't even gotten any information about his background yet and people are jumping the gun about him being "poorly written" is already saying a lot 🤨
The fact that yall are so bitter and angry about him that you can write 500+ words about how oh-so-terrible of a villain he is kinda proves that he's doing his job well tbh 💁‍♀️
What also bothers me to no END is how people compare him with villains of other series, who had compelling sob stories that made people empathise with them. Thats nice and all but why should all villains have grand ideals and be subject to feelings of empathy/sympathy from their audience?
Part of what makes sukuna so interesting is how he's not tied down by morals, rules or long term goals in life. He doesn't limit himself, which is what makes him an unpredictable character. He's completely left behind what it means to be human in many ways, and he's clearly not a character written to be empathised with. He is very purposefully inhumane and distant from everyone else, and that feeling transcends from within the series to real life as well. There is a clear lack of understanding bc most of us can't comprehend what its like to just live without being goal-oriented.
Sukuna is a true anomaly in the sense that he doesnt really fit in any kind of box within the series. He's born from man, but its clear that he separates himself from humans (and nobody else considers him human, either). He's not a cursed spirit. He hovers between life and death. The narrator referred to him as the honoured one, whilst angel referred to him as the disgraced one.
These little contradictions in his character make him all the more complicated and interesting to think about. And even recently, he's been shown to waver a little bit momentarily in the manga, questioning his own irritation at yuuji. He's capable of self reflection, and though sukuna does whatever he wants for the most part, he doesn't blindly go into things without some thought first, he's a constant thinker and analyser, and an intelligent one at that.
And honestly, he is always such a joy to watch and read, his personality is so flavourful, and the way he carries himself is very attractive. He's not afraid to get messy or of getting hurt, theres so much chaos in the way he does things and yet he also has a huge element of gracefulness to him, which shines through the poetic way he speaks. Its undeniable that sukuna simply oozes charisma...
And this isnt talked about enough but this man is genuinely so effortlessly funny (in a kind of sinister way i guess?) Like yes he is an old ass man having real beef with one FIFTEEN YEAR OLD for very little reason, he accidentally healed yuujis arm and somehow expected him to be grateful for it despite how he literally ripped his heart out afterwards, then he proceeded to sit on him after kicking him down likeeee 😭 what kind of behaviour is this sir
His facial expressions at yorozus yapping 💀 THE WAY HE COMPARED YUUJIS FACE OF DESPAIR TO THE HARIMA STATUE 😭😭😭💀😭💀💀😭 omg that was so foul but i was fucking losing it ngl
How he randomly compared gojo to a fish and started talking abt his scales... thats a very unique and descriptive comparison, isnt it? Even in the recent leaks, he was 100% ready and squaring up to a literal child talking abt "youre starting to get annoying" LIKE HELPPP 😭 HE FR SAID "fuck them kids and fuck you too"
I saw someone saying that sukuna has no passion, like are we talking about the same character....? This man is a literal jujutsu NERD 💀💀 he truly recognises talented sorcerers and the only time hes seen to be having genuine fun is when hes fighting a mf... is that not passion? This is literally sukuna when it comes to jujutsu: 🤓
Anyway im done here now, im pretty sure i missed a lot of things i couldve talked about as well but ive done enough yapping

The thing with the hidden inventory arc that gets me is that like, if I hadn’t seen any of JJK at all, and you show me s2 ep1 up to the end credit scene of s2 ep 4, and asked me who I thought was going to become the leader of a cult who wanted to kill all non-sorcerers, I’d think it’d be Gojo, not Geto.
Suguru was the one telling Satoru over and over again that jujutsu existed to protect non-sorcerers, that the society should prioritise survival of the weakest and that you can’t kill without a point to it.
Satoru was the one saying he found moral arguments annoying, that he didn’t think he’d feel anything if he killed everyone in the Star Religious Group.
Somewhere in episode 5, their ideals switched. I think after the weird, detached mood Satoru was in after fighting Toji wore off he probably really started reflecting on why he’s doing what he’s doing, but we don’t get to see a lot of that thought process because this episode is focused on Suguru’s descent.
The thing I can’t get my head around with Satoru though is what actually changed? What conclusion did he come to? Or was it just that, as much as he could empathise and agree with Suguru’s views, it was just that the method of killing all non-sorcerers was something he rightfully couldn’t justify? Or was it that, hearing Geto (who he believes to be responsible and level-headed) spout his own beliefs back to him in such an extreme way made him realise how twisted it was?
With Suguru, we understand it - he explains that he’s still been trying to tell himself that helping non-sorcerers is important but that after what happened with Riko, and then seeing what was happening in the village, he just couldn’t see that as worthwhile.
We don’t get that same insight into the changing views of Satoru, and part of me wonders how much of their changed perspectives comes from hearing each other’s views. That Satoru trusted Suguru so much that he trusted in the things Suguru said, and the more unhinged ideas Suguru heard from Satoru, the more they started to make sense because of everything else he was experiencing?
I do think that, if for Satoru it’s purely that he can’t justify killing millions of people, that shows just how good of a person he is, just for the sake of being good. Because if he could see Geto’s reasoning but still disagreed with what he was planning to do, that shows a strong moral code.
I feel this is less of an analysis and more me just trying to understand these two weird dudes, so feel free to add on! This is something that really intrigues me about their characters

this is prob a stupid question. is it still crustpunk if i wash the pants and vest. i have sensory issues when it comes to strong odors and certain textures (like dried juice spills for example. it gets well. crusty. an sticky, and it makes me wanna scratch my brain out). like not like a oh i wore this one/twice time to wash but like oh hey its been like a month and someone spilled a soda on me, time for a wash. is that. like. cool?
Tumblr media
If you wash your stuff it isn't crustpunk. My stuff also isn't crustpunk and thats fine!
If you dont want to be crusty and smell, just dont call yourself a crustpunk and wash your stuff every month.
it takes years for patch pieces to even become crustpunk too, and if your washing it then its definitely not at that level yet.
I think you need to examine why you exactly WANT to be BE a crustpunk.
why do you want to be called crustpunk so bad?
you straight up said you dont want to smell or have crusty clothes, so why do you want to become the dirty smelly piss smell type of punk
there are lots of other punk styles out there to look into!!
Not everyone has to adhere to being a crustpunk and it is OKAY
you can just be a punk! Like me :3
I feel like my tone isnt super clear in answering this ask so im going to disclaimer. I also have autism and sensory issues and wanted to be crustpunk until i realised sensory bad. I empathise with your experience and want to help guide you to understanding that we can all be punk in our own ways and following certain rules wont make u more punk in a way thats more special or smth.
Just do what u want for urself individually. Thats what being punk is all about.
not trying to fit in with everyone else
