Honestly don’t feel Deku Is going Beserk that a too obvious direction sadness yes anyone will be sad and he probably get a sense something bad just happen but I feel we are missing a flashback cause I think hori has a very specific vision of how he wants to handle shigAFO with all 5 i didn’t expect allmight and Deku was never going to waver he was so sure had chapter 305 never happen then yes but now there something we are missing

The story is obviously keeping him and Shigaraki apart for a reason, and I’m not convinced original body AFO won’t find Midoriya first and mess with him before he can get to Shigaraki.

Not because I think AFO will be defeated before Shigaraki, because he definitely will not. But because Midoriya and AFO have had very little interaction, and that fact combined with the recent jump cover featuring the two of them is pretty foretelling that they WILL.

And I think that will/should happen before Midoriya sees the state Shigaraki is in.

And to top that off, Bakugo isn’t dead. He’s not staying dead, for fucks sake. And I don’t expect him to stay in that state for too long, because then if the story wants to maintain a LITTLE bit of physical human anatomy logic (which it does), then Bakugo really would die. So I expect him to pop back up pretty quick. If he doesn’t and this is dragged out beyond reason, well, I’ll be here complaining lol.

The best fics are the ones that recognize that although Luke Skywalker may APPEAR on the outside to be a normal friendly twink who happens to have cool powers, especially when contrasted with such ship partners as Boba or Din or even Han, he is arguably the scariest person alive in the galaxy around the prequel era. AND, crucially, he is also a fundamentally weird guy. This man was homeschooled on a rural farm his entire life and then apprenticed to a swamp gremlin who showed him how to tap into the cosmic power of the universe. I think he is a character who has very little frame of reference for how a Jedi or a person in general is supposed to act and there is some thing about him that is by necessity really fucking weird and a little scary but he’s so nice that it can throw you off the scent a little bit.
