A Life Changed

Life changes when you lose a loved one. How may you feel? A little lost, well a lot lost, but it helps to know if you know where they are. If you believe things happen for a reason, it is important to understand the reason; to understand their lives.

Our physical, mental and emotional struggles

We are all here for a finite time. Some of us will get to live our lives with a little more ease, some will mentally or emotionally struggle through life. Some may physically struggle but may remain mentally strong. Through autism and a disability I didn't know I had, I have mentally and emotionally struggled through life. It's why I continue to write.

My Intuitive writing

Using my intuition and gut to write, based around what's happening in the universe, my blog belies a different path to the one I get to live out in my personal life. Living with autism means each day is difficult, where I can remain mentally stuck. It’s easy to read my blog, read what I write and think I have everything wrapped up. I don’t...

Mental and emotional struggles

I have nothing wrapped up. Just putting one foot in front of the other can be a struggle. In the global pandemic trying to move forward has been a nightmare. With autism, the global pandemic has changed how I see the world, my world. It has changed everything. Mentally, in the early days of the pandemic, I failed to get on top of how I felt around decisions being taken that with a disability, weren't in my best interest.

Also, it's not just the loss of a loved one that changes your life. Other situations we struggle with, can also change your life. My life is now forever changed.

There are a lot of people out there stuck in vicious cycles, or not experiencing the lives they truly want and deserve mainly because they are not being truly honest with themselves and their issues from past hurt or trauma they’ve experienced blocking their own growth. Pretending or putting on a good front will not get you the healing you need or the life that you deserve. I often get people who cross my path and I know they are suffering.
