I just found out that the chonky stuffed dinosaur that I gave as a gift at a coworkers baby shower years ago is the little one's favorite toy and that he sleeps with it every night and yes I am crying oh my god my heart hurts its so cute 😭😭😭

#i didn’t even fully remember the toy until my coworker broke out the picutes and showed me #and like i don't know if i've ever felt so touched as knowing that that little four year old loves something i gave him before he was born #the little stuffy has stitching on his leg where he had to get surgery #and he isn’t as brightly colored as he used to be #but he’s so loved by that little boy #and like fuck man that's life isn’t it? that's what being human is?#you give something small that years later you don't even really remember #but it ends up being something so important to someone else #just #be kind everyone #the small things might only be small to you
