Seems like Yoshiki’s eyes are starting to lose shape whenever he’s stressed out, starting with his left pupil getting more jagged when he’s putting back ‘Hikaru’s head in ch22, and then in ch24, his left iris moves to the side.

Okay guys who's gonna be the one to write the a/b/o fic of Scott x Logan where Scott's the cookie cutter alpha with that whole picket fence, mated with 3 pups and a knot on the way kind of guy at first glance which is why it surprises Logan that him and Jean are an alpha x alpha pair, slick doesn't seem the progressive type (either jean and scott actually are together or they're besties who help a brother out during their respective ruts) and maybe Logan's so drawn to Jean at first bc it's Scott's scent he smells on her (or you can go the throuple route). Scott thinks Logan is another alpha either based off of behavior or initial scent. But then Scott realizes all the posturing on Logan's end comes from the fact that he's a Feral Mutant and NOT another alpha challenging him and he also realizes all the posturing on HIS side was him trying to subconsciously show off to a potential mate not a rival bc the truth is Scott's never met an omega like Logan before, and he certainly didn't want one like Logan (arrogant, combative, wild, a smart ass, activity does the opposite of what Scott tells him to do, competent on and off the field, knows exactly how to press Scott's buttons like nobody he's ever met before, pretty, soft looking hair, can somehow pull off mutton chops, is great with kids even though he claims otherwise, smells amazing---) or so he claims and he spends a good chunk of it being in denial about his pining bc he actually hates the guy and the feeling is certainly mutual and he tried to steal his gf for Christ's sake and he's a little jealous bc he's so nice and sweet to Jean and Ororu but he gives Scott such a hard time and perhaps Logan's first heat in his recent history rolls around bc he's finally in an environment his body feels safe enough to have it in and it's either power bottom Logan or perhaps theyre fighting for dominance even there and and and...

So who's biting the bullet and writing it? Or is it on me?

I wonder what the kids and teachers in luz's school think of her now. Shes stopped "terrorizing" other kids, mainly because she seems to have stopped engaging with most of her classmates period. She no longer brings live animals or taxidermy to school. She even participates in english class occasionally, even if she doesnt "get" the point of the book. Her rants only clock as suicidal if you know about her time in the boiling isles which the people at her school do not.

I wonder if luz's teachers and schoolmates think that luz mellowed out over the summer. If the principal/counselor that suggested she go to the camp patted himself on the back because shes "improved."

The whole summer had felt like trying to remember a dream after waking up: the moments and days slipping away no matter how much they tried to hold on and make them last. Running outside with abandon, chasing each other through the tall grass deliriously happy and lying down in the fields surrounding their village, watching the clouds float by.

The Sallow twins were determined to enjoy the last summer of their childhood.

real talk though how much of their success was facilitated by the fact liz hemmings sees 'child with adhd' and thinks 'future world renowned musician' and just invested so much love and time and money into nurturing not only her own child's ambitions but also these two kids he brought home from school and the table drummer from her year 9 math class of 2009

the neodymium microcosmos or the anticipation of received forms

last week was the seventeenth anniversary of my first post in this place and after three thousand one hundred thirty-seven posts, i am pretty sure i'm still not doing it right

my kids and my girlfriend came over friday night and we drank pink lemonade tequila spritzers and ate pizza and shared this week's stories. it was a really nice night

yesterday, a cover of thirteen by big star came on the radio, and i was barely able to explain to cassidy how that song always makes me cry just before i lost my voice

last night i dreamt of quitting, i dreamt of a magazine cover with red stars on a blue field and no words, and i dreamt again of walls filled with pastel fauna absent menace or comfort

today, i am spending the day with finn and fall and they have surprises in store!

this week spans bloomsday, the solstice, the full moon, and midsummer

i'm spending next weekend in the mountains up near the gorge and my anticipation grows
