Use coffee and water to blunt those cravings, filling your belly sends a signal to your brain that your stomach is full and you need to stop eating. + [2] Try an eating window, Intermittent Fasting is a great tool to practice and you also adapt over time to not eat or snack throughout the day every so often. + [3] Fill up on protein source, foods with protein create great satiety and eliminate the non stop cravings that can be cause by carbohydrates, combine a meal with a high protein source to blunt hunger in its tracks. + [4] Miscellaneous TV watching and eat, believe or not most people are used to eating something while watching TV.
