quick daily update
I'm really tired bc I started my internship at the hospital but here's a quick summary:
Fasted until 9am (I start work at 6am) and had a breadroll (300). Then at home I had the same I had yesterday but a bit less (300). Then I ate plums and sweets oopses (900)
1500calories intake today
Burned 2000calories

I need tips on how not to binge. I hadn’t binged for three weeks but last night i ate around 1500calories and im so disapointed i was supposed to be fasting cause i am not getting my body fast enough. Please give me some tips. Please and thank you :)

I've had like over 1500calories today and I feel so digusting, but I'm planning on fasting and getting some energy drinks and gum tomorrow. I've also got a vape so hopefully that helps me deal with my cravings better

Day 9 of #30DaysofAlternateDayFasting, 25th September 2023
Today supposed to be my fasting day, but I ate 1500calories of food, so I shall call it a semi fasting day. The reason I ate was that I felt so hungry today. I guess I didn't eat enough the day before.
I have drunk 3.2 litres of water and tea today.
manged to have had about 8 hours sleep last night and 2 hours nap during day time. feel great!
my weight today is 56.75kg! I'm wondering what my weight will be tomorrow.
didn't go to the gym today, I must go to gym tomorrow!
what am I going to do tomorrow, eat or not eat? I think I am going to eat tomorrow, most importantly, I'm gonna eat super healthy food tomorrow. I'm gonna treat myself well tomorrow!!!

New food rules:
(These rules are for me and me only. I'm only posting them as a way to hold myself accountable)
• 1500calories max. Coffee doesn't count (because I need it)
• Work out daily. Situps, jumping jacks, and hour of the bike, an hour walk on warm days, squats.
• No pop. Track water.
• 12 hour fasts for now. Work up to 18 hours max.
• No food before 10am or after 6pm (8 hour time window for food)
• weigh-in day is Friday for now
*Rules will change as I go on in this diet. The more weight I lose, the more strict the rules will get. Weigh in day will change when I get my new job, but for now Friday works.

what i ate today:
breakfast   -a fibre 1 brownie bar   -black coffee
lunch: -raspberries and diet soda + laughing cow cheese
dinner: gnocchis, 1 cup, with red sauce, and diet soda again LOL (i dont really get to decide what i have for supper)
snacks: -gum+vape
cals was 516... i wanna keep this up
so pro tip!!! eat fruit instead of unhealthy snacks! 
heres what i would’ve eaten if i didnt count calories:
breakfast   -chocolate dipped granola bar (50cals more)   -black coffee
lunch: a toast with butter or dulce de leche OR garlic bread, or naan bread... really just some sort of bread, OR chips (which can be like 290cals) + another bar 
dinner: whatever my parents make, without paying much attention to the portions/calories (i dont really get to decide what i have for supper) + a desert of some kind, like a piece of chocolate
snacks: chips and/or cereal (dry tho) + diet soda
ofc my regular diet varies and some days i dont eat breakfast or lunch at all but eat a lot for supper and snacks... or when i smoke pot i eat more chocolate, i could do like three 140calorie bars in one sitting. what i need to do, is CHOOSE NOT TO. 
this usually comes out to 900-1500calories depending
which is a huge difference.
i think i can make it.

i’m so tired of binging, i’m starting a new “diet”. starting with 1500calories tomorrow and decreasing by 50 everyday until April 2.
Day 1: 1500
Day 2: 1450
.
.
Day 17: 650
Perfect for easing into restriction and eliminating binges. Any day i think i need more cals, i’ll go over. Main goal is to not binge for 21 day(that’s how long it takes to break a habit) but i have vacation on April 2.
Other goals:
Log every calorie
Drink 3L+ water
No other food restrictions, just calories
