No Buy Review
This month was interesting to say the least. For the most part I was able to avoid most temptation to buy things that were on my no list. This last week has been the most difficult. I think in many ways I built up this idea that come September my no buy was up and I could “go wild” so to speak. Being able to tell myself yes later has helped me manage any desires earlier in the month, but this…

How to: fresh start.
Hi babes! Hope you're all having a great day. Now, I want to share with you tips that will help you FEEL that fresh start of the new year.
Digital cleanse. Cleanse your phone, delete unwanted pictures, screenshots, videos, documents, games, apps ESPECIALLY shopping apps. Why so? Well, let me tell you. You don't need your phone constantly buzzing with sales on stuff you already have or don't need. Those apps convince you that you need this and that when, in reality, you don't. You'll just end up wasting time and money.
Physical cleanse. You might be wondering what that is. For me, physical cleansing is simply taking a shower (could be a simple shower or an everything shower) and drinking green tea. Green tea helps with digestion, cleanses your stomach, and even boosts your brain health. You can drink whatever drink that is actually beneficial (ginger shots, lemon water, mint tea, etc).
Wardrobe. Declutter your wardrobe. You can donate some, resell some or even reuse (to clean, for example). Clothes are fabrics and fabrics are meant to have more than one use. Just get rid of clothes that you don't wear anymore or that don't fit you (size, style..)
Unsubscribe and unfollow. YouTube, tiktok, instagram.. just unfollow. You've grown out of phases, embrace that and unfollow people that resonate with the old you (who you love, but simply don't relate to anymore).
Rearrange. For me that's for my gallery, pinterest, and spotify. For my gallery, after I delete unwanted pictures, I create new folders for the ones I kept. For pinterest, I archive my old boards ('24 vision boards), create new ones, and update old vision boards. For spotify, I delete playlists I don't listen to anymore, unfollow artists and create new playlists.
Notion! I've been a notion user and lover for the past 5 years now and it's my planner, diary, journal and literally everything. Open a blank page and build it however you like, or choose a nice template and play around with it till satisfaction. Create a "reflection" section where you write about the past year and what you loved, hated, learned, etc.
Write down who you want to become. What is she doing, what does she love, what does she look like, what's her personality like, how she spends her day, what are her hobbies, what are her ambitions, etc. And may your visualization come true.
So, that's it for now! Love always, angel.

finally got around to doing something I have been meaning to do for a while and that is taking the fake leather tags off this sweater because they were pretty dire
bruh. why.
#your girl#when I moved I did very little decluttering because at the time it felt easier just to pack everything#BUT when I was going through my closet I straight up threw out anything made out of fake leather that was peeling#AND IT WAS A LOT OF STUFF#I still have some that wasn't peeling but like. I don't know what to do with it? I'm not going to wear it#(it's largely her universe jackets)#(I have been trying to stick to real leather only for most stuff but there were a lot of older clothes/shoes)#okay this actually answers the question on whether or not to buy the handbag I have been hesitating over#that'll be no because it's ~vegan leather#however they also have it in nylon and that's in the color I like better anyway it's just not discounted#one of my goals for this year is to teach myself leatherworking (largely for cosplay purchases) I just haven't hit buy on the tandy order y

Best Ways to Keep Your Life Organized and Stress-Free
In today’s fast-paced world, staying organized and stress-free can feel like an impossible task. But with the right strategies, tools, and mindset, you can transform chaos into calm and create a life that feels manageable and fulfilling. Whether you’re juggling work, family, or personal goals, these tips will help you stay on top of your game. Let’s dive into the best ways to keep your life organized and stress-free!
Why Organization Matters
Before we get into the nitty-gritty, let’s talk about why organization is so important. Being organized isn’t just about having a tidy desk or a color-coded planner (although those are great). It’s about creating systems that make your life easier, saving time, reducing stress, and helping you focus on what truly matters.
When you’re organized:
- You’re less likely to forget important deadlines or appointments.
- You can prioritize tasks more effectively.
- You feel more in control of your life.
- You have more time for the things you love.
Now that we’ve established the “why,” let’s move on to the “how.”
1. Start with a Brain Dump
One of the best ways to clear your mind and get organized is to do a brain dump. Grab a notebook or open a blank document and write down everything that’s on your mind—tasks, ideas, worries, appointments, and goals. Don’t worry about organizing it yet; just get it all out.
Once you’ve emptied your brain, you can start categorizing and prioritizing the items on your list. This process not only helps you feel less overwhelmed but also gives you a clear starting point.
2. Use a Planner or Digital Calendar
Whether you prefer a physical planner or a digital calendar, having a system to track your schedule is essential. A good planner can help you:
- Keep track of appointments and deadlines.
- Plan your day, week, or month in advance.
- Set and track goals.
If you’re tech-savvy, apps like Google Calendar, Notion, or Trello can be game-changers. They allow you to set reminders, share schedules with others, and access your plans from anywhere.
3. Declutter Your Space
A cluttered space equals a cluttered mind. Take some time to declutter your home, workspace, or even your digital devices. Start small—maybe tackle one drawer or folder at a time.
Here are some quick decluttering tips:
- The 80/20 Rule: You probably use 20% of your belongings 80% of the time. Focus on keeping the essentials and letting go of the rest.
- One In, One Out: For every new item you bring in, get rid of one.
- Digital Declutter: Organize your files, delete unnecessary emails, and clean up your desktop.
4. Create Routines
Routines are the backbone of organization. They help you establish habits and reduce decision fatigue. Start by creating a morning and evening routine that works for you.
Morning Routine Ideas:
- Make your bed.
- Write a to-do list.
- Spend 5 minutes tidying up.
- Meditate or stretch.
Evening Routine Ideas:
- Review your day and plan for tomorrow.
- Prep meals or outfits for the next day.
- Unplug from screens at least 30 minutes before bed.
5. Prioritize Self-Care
It’s hard to stay organized and stress-free if you’re running on empty. Make self-care a priority by scheduling time for activities that recharge you. This could be anything from reading a book to taking a bubble bath to going for a walk.
Remember, self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. When you take care of yourself, you’re better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
6. Learn to Say No
One of the biggest causes of stress is overcommitting. If you’re constantly saying yes” to everything, you’ll quickly find yourself overwhelmed. Practice setting boundaries and saying “no” to things that don’t align with your priorities.
7. Automate and Delegate
Why do everything yourself when you don’t have to? Look for ways to automate repetitive tasks or delegate them to others.
Examples of Automation:
- Use apps like Zapier to automate workflows.
- Set up automatic bill payments.
- Use grocery delivery or subscription services.
Examples of Delegation:
- Hire a virtual assistant for administrative tasks.
- Ask family members to help with chores.
- Outsource tasks like cleaning or lawn care.
8. Stay Flexible
Life is unpredictable, and no matter how organized you are, things won’t always go according to plan. The key is to stay flexible and adapt when necessary. If something doesn’t work, don’t be afraid to tweak your systems or try something new.
9. Celebrate Your Wins
Finally, don’t forget to celebrate your accomplishments—big and small. Whether it’s completing a major project or simply sticking to your routine for a week, take a moment to acknowledge your hard work.
FAQs
1. How do I stay motivated to stay organized?
Staying motivated starts with setting clear goals and reminding yourself of the benefits of being organized. Break tasks into smaller steps and reward yourself for completing them.
2. What’s the best way to handle procrastination?
Start with the easiest or most enjoyable task to build momentum. Use techniques like the Pomodoro method (working in short bursts) to stay focused.
3. How can I organize my digital life?
Use tools like cloud storage to keep files accessible, create folders for different categories, and regularly delete unnecessary files and apps.
4. What should I do if I feel overwhelmed?
Take a break, do a brain dump, and focus on one task at a time. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help or take things slow.
5. How often should I declutter?
Declutter as often as needed. Some people prefer a weekly tidy-up, while others do a big cleanout every few months.
Final Thoughts
Staying organized and stress-free is a journey, not a destination. It’s about finding what works for you and being consistent. With these tips, you’ll be well on your way to creating a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.

Phone Declutter and Reorganisation
Welcome to the New Year, this post is a little different from my usual and since we're all moving into a New Year why not take a look at de-cluttering our phones?
Clutter tends to take over our lives if we're not careful, whether it's in our cars, our bedrooms or our phones, it will creep up on us whether we realise it or not.
So do you have apps, photos, videos, files or contacts that can be removed? Do you have a mess of apps that take over your screen and leave you distracted when you're trying to get something done? Are there apps that lead you to procrastination or brainrot?
If yes, then this post is for you.
Now, I'm not saying to remove the fun or sentimentality from your phones - I'm personally all for the lived in vibes vs the minimalistic practices that are all the rage today. However, there are points made about clutter, procrastination and the general effect our digital identities have on us that I can't help but agree with.
So before your phone has anymore control over you, here's a checklist to sort through.
Checklist:
Delete unused apps
Declutter your social media, unfollow people, update social media profiles
Clean out your contacts and update your information on them
De-clutter your email, delete the junk, save attached files to your desktop, unsubscribe from emails.
Review, remove or replan old notifications
Reorganise calendar, delete old ones and add new events
Organise files in your gallery, delete or transfer photos/videos to a desktop
Delete unwanted or old notes
Clear cache and history
Sort apps into folders and update software
Change wallpapers and widgets
In the end, I hope this little list helps you to have more power over your own lives and schedules, I know how it feels to be swamped by everything and it genuinely helps when you have one less thing that feesl so suffocating to your day.
I'm planning on maybe doing an article on Brainrot at some point, but maybe once I created a routine for posting... I still have a lot of other posts to sort out.
Anyway, thank you for reading!~

Day 34 - Decluttering
I woke up around 7.15am. It was late, but I did my morning routine with ease. I did wake up tired, but I knew I have to appear as fresh as I could. Today I made a list of zones I have to declutter. Also, I placed an order for some organizers and a new hallway closet. Smaller than the one I already have. In my mind, if I do not have enough space to deposit things, then I won’t have too much…

Now that my exam is out of the way, the next plan on my bucket list is a deep-cleanse (declutter) of my closet but doing the entire room is a good idea while I'm at it. The agenda, in no particular order:
Vanity
Shelf
Desk
Closet
Bed Storage
Side-Desk
Bathroom
#I have regular clean-up days for basic organization + laundry + sweeping + decluttering on the 15th and 30th of every month#but a deep-cleanse/decluttering comprises of going through all the things I've hoarded and throwing away things I don't use/need anymore#you guys have heard of spring cleaning? Here I present to you mid-year summer cleaning#ngl I've been looking forward to this for a while now. I love organization#personal#goals

Planning for Excellence
One of the things that I have learned during this past year was the idea of dividing my to-do list into three pillars. The guy who showed it to me had his three pillars which were wealth, health, and mindset. I thought that I would use the same idea in which to organize my goals for the year. However, I decided to include mindset under the pillar of health, because, to me, mindset is mental…

A Quick Assessment Of 2024
A Clutter Reports Quick Assessment Of 2024
The fact that this is a short post and not a full article should already tell you…not very well. Of all the goals I had put down for 2024 I knew I wasn’t going to get them all done. I didn’t think there would be only one, and I didn’t think it was because I pushed myself to build a model kit. Yet, that’s what happened. Let’s do a quick runthrough of what progress I did make on my 2024…
