List of established relationship prompts
Requested by: Anonymous Request: “heey! i love your prompts and i was wondering if you could write fluff/romantic prompts about a long lasting/established relationship”
“So… Do you actually like me—” “We have been together for seven years. We’re getting married next year. What the hell do you think?”
“You… You learned to cook my favourite meal?”
“You always know the exact temperature I like my baths at.”
“It’s weird that you know me better than I know myself.”
“Life would suck complete testicles if it weren’t for you.” “Oh love, I really wish you weren’t always so vulgar when expressing your affections.”
“So… I heard from the grapevine that I’m the best thing that’s ever happened to you.” “Stupid, you hear that from me every day.”
“Tell me how you fell in love with me.” “…I literally told you that again yesterday—” “I don’t care, I wanna hear it again. Plus, I like hearing you speak.”
Picking up little quirks from each other over the years.
“My love, why don’t you just use the whole closet instead of three quarters of it?”
What’s Character A’s is also Character B’s, and vice versa. Sharing isn’t caring, sharing is the norm.

Person B is lying on Person A's chest when Person A called. "B," "What?" It takes a whole minutes before Person A continues: "I love you." Person B laugh, "we've been dating for 7 years but it's still make you this nervous every time you say that?" "No, I'm not," "I can hear your heartbeat and it's been crazy for 5 minutes now, you know?" Person B looks up, smirking, "I love you too, by the way."

establishing a relationship prompts
feel free to use :)
the hesitation before introducing them like “name, this is my family. guys, this is my… um, this is name.”
“i thought we were …” “thought we were what?”
the built up feeling of being excited to see them for no particular reason at all and the character feeling that being like what’s wrong with me? we aren’t even dating
“what are we?” and the other character responding like “what do you mean?” even though they know
“can we talk? what are we? what are we doing?”
“i don’t want to continue this… relationship… if this is how it’s going to be. i want some clarity.”
explaining it away with friends like oh no we aren’t like that… but that bitter taste being left in their mouth because what are they if not that thing
a character leans in for a kiss and the other asks “what are we?”
they’re just relaxing together when one asks out of the blue “what are we?”
“i don’t like him. if anything, i hate him.” “…. right.”
additionally, character trying to explain it away and sounding even dumb to themselves
“what are we doing?”
“i’m tired of feeling like i have an expiration date on my forehead. what. are. we?”
the classic “you know i think of us as more than just…” if u know u know
“what are we?” “whatever you want us to be.”
a confession like “i don’t know why i feel this way but i know you mean a lot to me and i want to ask if you feel the same abort me” because communication everyone
the more and more they think about it, the more they feel hesitant about continuing with their relationship because they’re terrified that it’s not reciprocated
what happens next? will either of them be honest or will they crash and burn after the question is asked?

“My back is killing me.”
Nico snorts. “That’s what you get, doofus. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”
He doesn’t have to look over to know Will is pouting. He can practically taste it in the air, it’s so potent.
“I don’t know when you stopped loving me.”
“Hm, I dunno.” Nico closes his book and glances down at his dramatic-ass boyfriend, sprawled on the bench next to him, wide-eyed and pitiful. When he notices Nico’s full attention finally on him, those baby blues grow round with hope, and he purses his lips for a kiss. Nico indulges him with a huff of laughter and rolled eyes, holding his hair back as he leans in. “Maybe when I told you not to lift the giant box of bandages by yourself and you didn’t listen. Might’ve been around then.”
“I could’ve handled it,” Will grumbles. He reaches out and grabs hold of Nico’s cheeks, holding him when he tries to pull away. Nico can’t say he minds.
“Mhm. So your back is killing you for unrelated reasons, then.”
“Exactly. You get me, babe.”
“You’re ridiculous.”
Will’s grin is wide and toothy under his own.
“You love me.”
And Nico has never been able to resist him.
“I do.”

Look After You (Christmas Fic) - Francisco “Catfish” Morales x Reader
Tumblr media
[moodboard for moodboard’s sake]
Summary: It’s the first time you’ve had Frankie home for the entire month of December, and you have some exciting news for him.
content/warnings: fluff, established relationship, reader & frankie are married, they have a daughter, girl dad frankie, classic christmas (no sad beige bullshit here), reader is pregnant, pregnancy announcement, their daughter is rambunctious & sweet, daughter is named Valentina (Val for short), Santiago appearance, alcohol mention (santi and frank have a beer lol), these two are so sweet you wanna throw up [2k-ish words]
a/n: okay first fic on tumblr, this feels weird. and yeah it’s wayyyy too early for Christmas but i hate that it’s snowing where i am and im pretending im happy about it (aka writing fics about Christmas) let me know what you think!!! <3
Christmas had stopped being a time to relax a long time ago. Even more so once you had your daughter. And your husband. But, Frankie was plenty of help, this evening, among many others, he’d offered to completely take over the bedtime duties for Valentina, that you normally split 50/50, so you could have some time to yourself, which you opted to wrap gifts.
It was the 23rd, and the wrapping was a little late admittedly. He’d offered everything under the sun, a hot bath, a home cooked meal, etc. You’d chosen to wrap gifts. This was the first year you got to spend the entire month with him. And Val was three. You settled down on your bed, with a bunch of gift bags, wrapping paper and a few bows. The gifts you planned for your daughter on your left, and a few for your husband on the right.
By 7 o’clock, you’d wrapped everything. Gift tags were what you had left. In your hand writing, you started to write your first name. On your daughter’s gift. You silently laughed at yourself, trying again, with a different tag, addressing it to Val, from Mama.
You’d never get used to it in the best of ways.
You smiled at the tag, feeling stupid. Stupidly happy. The amount of joy that children got out of Christmas, would last forever, and seeing the joy from your daughter made all the work worth it.
Then you got down to your husband’s little stack. A few useful items he’d asked for, a book he’d wanted, and a framed photo of the two of you. One from the day you told him you were pregnant with Val. Taken on a digital camera, he’s smiling wide, genuinely, while you press a kiss to his cheek. He had been trying to find time to get all the photos printed off the camera and frame some, specifically that one to put on his nightstand. You wrapped that last.
Cause that wasn’t the only part of the gift. You had a letter, and more importantly, a pregnancy test.
A positive pregnancy test.
You looked at it for a moment, you only found out a few days ago, and decided you’d surprise him on Christmas Eve, with the photo.
A swift knock was put on the bedroom door, to which you hid everything at your side, throwing your sweater over it. “Francisco Morales if you walk in here you may not live to see Christmas Day.” You call out, in a joking tone, as the door cracked open.
“Hey there, Mrs. Catfish.” You place the voice immediately. Santiago. “Heard you were wrapping gifts in here?”
“Yeah, you’re safe.” You chuckle lightly, standing up off the bed to hug him as he stepped in to greet you. “What’re you doing here?” You wrap your arms around him with a smile on your face.
“Holy…shit.” You furrow your brows, hearing his tone as you pull back, following his gaze. Fuck. “Looks like it’s Mama Fish of two.” He chuckled, looking back at you with a smile before you shushed him quickly.
He got a kick out of the nickname he’d come up with when he’d found out about Val.
“Yeah, looks like it.” You smile, the reality kicking in a little. “Frankie’s supposed to find out Christmas Eve so keep it zipped.” He chuckles again, taking it to heart.
“How far along?” He asks as you made an effort to finish putting everything neatly into its little box, and labeling it with his name.
“Four weeks. Only found out on the 19th.” You say quietly, stuffing presents into the closet, behind some storage boxes, stacking a few spare blankets over it for good measure.
“Damn.”
“Don’t even do the math, Santiago.” You warn with a fake scowl.
“Guess me taking Val for the weekend paid off.” He jokes as you shoot him a look, opening the door and leading him back out into the hall to the living room to find Frankie.
The Christmas lights on the tree were plugged in, blues, red, purples, oranges, greens, yellows…you’d refused to give in to the sad beige trends, you wanted your daughter to have the Christmas you did. Full of life and color, and strange ornaments with memories and crafts and photos. Frankie was in the kitchen in the fridge, digging for drinks.
“You found her?” He calls to Santi, to which he replies with a simple “yep.” “Either of you want a beer?” He asks, Santi gave you a look to which you held up a finger in warning.
“No, honey, just water for me.” You reply, and he came into the living room a few moments later, two beers and a water. You thanked him and smiled, sitting down next to him on the couch while Santiago sat in one of your armchairs.
You spent the rest of the evening talking, catching up and laughing. Your daughter slept like a rock, and eventually you checked on her, making sure she actually was asleep. She was the spitting image of both of you, snoring softly. Your pride and joy, you never thought any man would ever make you feel safe and loved enough to have a child, a home.
The last two weeks, you’d been watching Christmas movies with Val and Frankie, curled up on the couch, as she got all excited about Christmas, and winter, and presents.
Last night, she’d begged to make cookies she’d found in an old cookbook of yours. Gingerbread cookies the three of you decorated to look like each other, accompanying the little house she decorated. She passed out from a sugar high on the couch between you and Frankie at only 6 in the evening. A miracle, for a girl like her. He’d talked to you about how much he loved the two of you, quietly playing with your hair, for almost an hour before you both fell asleep.
By the time Santiago left, you both were tired, like average toddler parents were. You drag a blanket from the back of the couch, pulling it up and over the two of you, curling up with him for a minute.
“Good day?” Frankie asks, like clockwork each night he wanted to hear what you had to say. His eyes reflect the Christmas lights, and somehow every ounce of admiration and love he held for you.
“Good day. Got all the presents wrapped.”
“I’m glad, all ready for Christmas?” He rubbs your arm, pulling you closer.
“Very. You?” You look up at him, hand finding his soft brown curls, you see him wear more frequently now. Standard Oil practically owned his head of hair until you came along and convinced him the curls and little grays were perfect to you.
“I think so. Wrapped your gifts last week.” He grins down at you, hand falling at your waist, fingertips grazing your back and pulling you just a bit closer. You smile at him, God, you love him. His eyes shine a little more in the light of the tree, pulling you up to kiss him sweetly, your hand pressed gently to the side of his face.
“I love you.” You murmur, reaching just a bit farther up to press a kiss to the tip his nose, one of many things you adore about him.
“I love you, hun.” He kisses your cheek in return, letting you rest on his shoulder, just against his neck. You play with the hem of his shirt, yawning slightly. “How’s a hot shower and bed sound?” He asks with a slight chuckle, you can feel it deep in his chest, with his heartbeat. The one he knows beats just for you.
By the next evening, dinner is served, chicken (considering your daughter won’t touch turkey), mashed potatoes (her favorite), and green beans (cause somebody needed her greens.)
“Mama, do we get to open presents tonight?” Your daughter asks, her spoon spinning around in her potatoes.
“Only one, since Santa hasn’t come yet, sweetheart.” You grin, watching her take another bite, smiling at you and Frankie.
“Do you think I’ll be able to hear the reindeer? When he’s on the roof? Cause I can’t see Santa?” Val asks, pulling her hair out of the little ponytail done by Frankie from earlier when she’d “helped” him outside shovel the snow on the sidewalk, messy from her little hat.
“I don’t know about that…but I heard Santa has been leaving behind something extra special if we leave him some milk and cookies tonight.” Frankie smiles, explaining to his daughter what she could expect if she tried to stay in her bed and sleep.
“Hmm…I think we should get to bed soon, Val cause Uncle Santi called before dinner and told me Santa had already come to his house.” You hum like it's nothing, and your daughter shoots up, finishing the remainder of her plate, and Frankie smiles at you.
“Can we go get my pjs? And brush my teeth? I wanna go to bed!” Val forgets she could even have one present tonight.
She takes Frankie’s hand, tugging it a little, watching you for approval. She drags both of you, through her bedtime routine like you usually have to do for her. You kiss her goodnight, and tell her Christmas will be there the sooner she goes to sleep, and that you love her. You lean on the doorframe, watching Frankie talk to her, telling her goodnight and that he loves her.
Your hand finds your abdomen without really thinking. Jesus Christ do you love him, and God are you glad to be the one having his children.
You quickly tuck both hands in the pockets of your jeans as he turns to you, walking out with you. He takes your hand, leading you back to the living room.
“I’ve got something for you.” You say softly, he presses a kiss to your head. You reach under the couch, as you’d hidden it earlier in the day, and he chuckles a little. You hand him the box and settle with your legs over his lap, he brushes your knees with his free hand. He looks at you to see if it’s okay to open, his hands making the box look much smaller than it was. You nod, encouraging him a little, a small smile on your lips.
He shakes off the top, pushing back the wrapping and looking at you, a large grin on his face, taking up the photo frame, setting the box beside him. He pulls you in tightly, still holding the framed photo. “I’ve been meaning to do this, this is amazing, thank you-”
“Frankie, I’d take another look in the box before you thank me, honey.” You joke slightly, he lets go of you, giving you a confused look, taking the box back up, taking back some more of the wrapping, he looks back up at you, his eyes wide, and you don’t even know how his smile got better. He wraps you up in his arms again, pulling you up to hold you as close as he can.
You’re every good piece of him, you’re the one thing he could ever dream to have.
“We’re having another baby!” He’s impossibly happy, excited and holding you tight, kissing you repeatedly before you can even say another word. “I’m a dad, again…” He lets you go a little to look at you, glancing down at your stomach, and back to your eyes. “Thank you…”
Those big, brown eyes and that smile, that got you here in the first place.
You’re smiling, blushing with how excited he is. He pulls you back in, once again, elated, with little tears at the corner of his eye, holding you close. The only place he wants to be.
“I- I’m only four weeks. Only found out a few days ago, just wanted to surprise you.” You stumble over your words, and he kisses the side of your face, still holding you but loose, so you could breathe, and he could look at you.
“It’s amazing. It’s more than amazing, it’s the best fucking Christmas gift.” He grins at you, hands rubbing your arms up and down as if to warm you. “I love you so much.”
“I love you too, Francisco.” You just about melt into his arms, his comfort the same as a blanket while it snowed outside.
He made you happier than you could’ve ever believed you deserved, let alone believed you would find. And yet, he reminded you somehow everyday of how much he didn’t deserve you.

Prompt 12
Geralt has a thing for biting. Jaskier has a thing for not looking like a mauling victim the day he performs at a very prestigious court. Geralt agrees he'll hold off on the biting for a few nights, so Jaskier is "presentable." But now he looks unclaimed. He looks like he has nobody that loves him and watches over him. Nobody that can bite him in the heat of passion. Geralt sucks it up and decides that he'll just have to come along to make sure nobody gets any ideas about doing anything to his bard. And so what if he spends most of the night staring longingly at Jaskier's neck like some kind of starved vampire? Who says you get to judge? *grumpy witcher noises*

Billy was a little weird sometimes. And not in any notable, ‘makes you avoid him in the school halls’ sort of way but more he did things sometimes that kinda made you question what was going on in his head sort of way.
Though those only really became apparent when you had started dating him, then it suddenly felt like Billy Loomis was a whole other person to the one you thought you knew.
Like when you first started dating everything was fairly run of the mill, with the dates and the affection and constant touching and all. But after a few months Billy started showing up at your house unannounced.
Not at the front door like a normal person but always at your bedroom window, which wasn’t hard to achieve since you lived in a one story.
At first it was with claims that he’d missed you and couldn’t wait until the next day to see you. Or maybe it was because he needed help with the homework and knew he’d do better with a face to face explanation.
But then he’d started showing up later, when you were already in bed and settling down to go to sleep. You’d thought it was for one of those reasons but when you sat up to say something all he’d done was kick off his shoes and get under the covers with you, making you lie down as well so he could pull you close and hold you.
He hasn’t said anything, didn’t mention it at school and was always gone before you woke up. But it became somewhat of a regular occurrence, and you couldn’t say you hated it.

A offers B a hip massage after taking it up the ass for the first time and it just leads to more sex.
Or it maybe it doesn't. Maybe it just leads to some nice cuddles and emotional intimacy. That's super cool too. If not much cooler.

"SHERLOCK!" John bellowed, as his best friend and the love of his life jumped off the rooftop of that godawful building.
Everything was gone within a few seconds. Sherlock's body hit the pavement, which drew the attention of the passersby, and just like that, the eighteen glorious months that John had spent with Sherlock as his flatmate, were all but a memory.
It wasn't just Sherlock who had died. John's heart shattered into a thousand pieces and it was as though his life had been sucked out of his body in an instant.
John rushed across the street to be able to be close to Sherlock's body as soon as he could.
"He's my friend!" He kept running to close the seemingly infinite gap between himself and Sherlock. "Please, let me through. He's my friend," he said with a broken voice.
Strangely, John felt as if he was running on a treadmill. His eyes widened and his heart pounded with horror when he wasn't being able to physically reach out to Sherlock's corpse. "Sherlock!" he yelled again. None of the passersby noticed him, though.
It was like John didn't even exist to them. Nobody was making way to let him through.
*
John's eyes snapped open. He realised he was in Sherlock's bedroom, lying on the bed on his right side, with Sherlock spooning him from behind.
"John!" Sherlock's arms tightened around John's chest and abdomen.
John was awake, but his heart was still racing. He was breathing frantically as if his life depended on it. He tried to swallow but couldn't, because of his dry mouth.
"John, wake up. You're okay, John, please wake up right now."
"I'm up," John said in a hoarse voice as he tried to take deep breaths.
"Another nightmare?"
John nodded. His breathing rate was slowly becoming normal.
Of course, that's what it was. Sherlock was back in London a few months ago. There had been one not-so-nice interaction between them, but they had found each other shortly after.
"Er, sorry if I woke you. What did I do, this time?"
Sherlock's arm tightened around his waist. He placed a kiss on the top of his head. "You were shaking - head to toe. And you shouted my name, too, just now. Are you all right?"
John was glad he wasn't facing Sherlock. "Jeez, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
"Don't be stupid," Sherlock said and kissed John's temple. "Tell me what you saw, this time."
"It was you again," said John in a low voice and swallowed. He felt a prickly sensation behind his eyes.
"You jumped off the building and died. This time, I wasn't able to reach out to you. Your body was lying on the front on that pavement but I just couldn't close the distance. It was ugly." John was tearing up.
Sherlock was silent for a long moment. "You know there wasn't any other way."
"I know! I can see why you had to do it. At least now that we've had a talk about it. That's not going to make the nightmares disappear, though. The one I had just now was the worst. It was like I'd become a ghost to everyone else in the world."
Sherlock kissed John's hair once. Then again, then a few more times on the different areas of his scalp.
John's eyes fluttered as he closed them to live in the moment. He grabbed Sherlock's forearm - that was still pressed against his stomach.
Sherlock moved his kisses down to John's nape, sending shivers down his spine.
"I know," Sherlock said between his kisses. "Just wanted to ensure you knew the reason behind all that. Moriarty knew that you were the one I cared about the most and that I would've done anything to ensure your safety."
John closed his eyes and nodded as he leaned back against Sherlock's body on the bed.
"If you felt that you'd become a ghost, you should've been able to tell that it's a nightmare. You'd never be invisible or a ghost to me. That's simply impossible."
John blinked furiously at Sherlock's words.
"As ever you see, but you don't observe."
A couple of tears rolled down John's cheek as he chuckled. He wiped his face and turned around to face Sherlock. He held Sherlock's face gently in his hands.
"Yeah, well. You're the fantastic detective here, not me."
Sherlock opened his mouth but instead of replying, he looked away and cleared his throat.
John could tell he was blushing even in the dark room. He let out a fond laugh as he pulled Sherlock close, to kiss him as deeply as he could.

“Steve!” Dustin yells as he bursts into Family Video. “How many phones do you have?”
“What?” Steve asks, finally tearing his eyes from the TV. “Why?”
Dustin vaults over the counter, ignoring Steve and Robin’s warnings against doing that very thing. “Dude, the tapes,” Steve groans.
“Dingus, control your child,” Robin jokes, and Steve throws her a look.
“If I could, I would.”
Dustin waves his hands in front of them. “Hello! Emergency? Phones? How many?”
“Christ, kid, why?” Steve asks again.
Dustin huffs like Steve’s being an idiot. “Because. My friend Eddie’s missing.” He catches sight of the TV and gestures at it. “See? He’s not a murderer, though. I have a list of his friends, acquaintances, whatever.”
Steve rolls his eyes, grabs at the list, scans it. Smiles when he realizes exactly where his boyfriend must’ve gone. “No need,” he says, shoving the list back at Dustin. “Robin, you coming?”
“Wouldn’t miss it,” she promises, ruffling Dustin’s hair through his hat. “C’mon, squirt.”
Dustin splutters. “Is anyone gonna tell me what the fuck is going on?”
“Language, dude,” Steve chides. “We’re gonna find Eddie. I know where he is.”
“How-”
“Shotgun!” Robin yells, racing to the passenger side of the car and tugging twice on the handle.
Steve levels an unimpressed eyebrow on her. “What are you, twelve?” She sticks her tongue out at him. “Oh, very mature.”
He unlocks the doors and they all pile in. “Buckle up,” he says, and peels out of the parking lot.
The drive to Reefer Rick’s is usually twenty minutes.
Steve makes it in twelve.
He’s out of the car before it’s settled, running past the house to the boat shed. “Eds?” He asks. “You here? It’s Steve, Robin, and Dustin. Just us, I swear, you’re safe, Eds.”
Dustin hurries up, barging ahead into the building. “Eddie? Are you in here?”
Steve sees a tarp move and makes a split-second decision. “Dustin, you and Robin go check the house, okay? I’ll stay out here and keep looking, but it doesn’t look like he’s here.”
“Okay,” Dustin agrees, running off with Robin in tow.
Steve eases into the boathouse, lets the door shut behind him. “The door’s closed, baby. Just you and me. I know you’re under the tarp. Are you gonna come out?”
Silence, then the quietest he’s ever heard his boyfriend, “No.”
“Can you tell me why not?”
“They think I killed her.”
“I know. That’s why I’m here. I know you, Eds, I know you wouldn’t do that. I’m here for you, I’m here to help you.”
“How?”
“Well, a wise man once said a good hug can fix most your problems.”
The tarp shivers. A silent laugh. “Don’t let Wayne hear you. He’ll get a big head.”
“He deserves it. He’s right.”
Silence for another minute, then the tarp shifts, exposing Eddie’s face. “Stevie?”
Steve smiles softly. “Hey, Eds. You ready to come out?”
“I think I’m going crazy,” Eddie admits.
Steve can’t help the chuckle. “I know. You’re not, if it helps. Real life is just this crazy sometimes.”
Eddie shakes his head. “This is voodoo-level shit, Stevie. I’m scared.”
Steve’s heart breaks. “I know, baby. I know. And I know it might be hard to believe, but I’ve been through this before.” He edged closer to the boat, sits down right at the edge so they’re face-to-face. “Remember Starcourt?”
“The earthquake that stunk of government?”
Steve nods. “Russians. Among other things. The thing that’s behind all of this… we’ve fought him before. We hurt him, really bad, last time, but didn’t manage to kill him. And now he’s back. But we’re more prepared this time, I swear. We’re gonna be fine.” He frames Eddie’s face in his hands. “I’m not gonna let anything happen to you,” he says, so seriously his voice breaks.
Eddie’s eyes fill with tears. “I know,” he whispers. “And that’s what scares me. I don’t want to do this without you. And if you keep jumping in front of everyone-”
“Hey,” Steve says, shaking Eddie’s head a little. “I’ve got you now. I’m not gonna do that. But I’m not gonna let you do that, either, you hear me? We’re gonna get through this. Together.”
“Together,” Eddie breathes, nodding. He clambers out of the boat and into Steve’s lap, tucking his face in Steve’s neck. “Together,” he mumbles again, and it feels like a tattoo on Steve’s neck.
The door to the boathouse creaks open, revealing Dustin. “What the fuck,” he says, judging them with his eyebrows.
Steve judges him right back. “What?”
Dustin waves a hand at them. “This? How do you know each other?”
“We’re boyfriends,” Steve says, apropos of nothing. “We’ve known each other for years, though.”
Dustin splutters. “But- you- Nancy! And Robin!”
“I did date Nancy for a while,” Steve agrees. “Came running to Eddie when she broke my heart. He put it back together.”
“Aww, Stevie,” Eddie coos teasingly, still hiding. Steve pokes his ribs.
“And I’m a lesbian,” Robin says, knocking Dustin’s hat over his eyes. “Also, dude, you’ve gotta stop trying to get people together.”
Dustin blinks. “I- whatever. Eddie. We know you didn’t kill Chrissy.”
“You don’t know that,” Eddie says petulantly.
Steve rolls his eyes. “Quit being contrary.”
“You quit being contrary.”
“The fuck does that mean?”
Eddie shrugs. “Still kinda freaking out.”
Steve sighs, hugs Eddie tighter. “I know. I’m sorry. We know you didn’t kill Chrissy, Eds, but as long as the general public thinks you did, we’ve gotta keep you out of sight.”
Eddie looks at Steve pleadingly. “Your place?”
Steve smiles at him. “Yeah, we can go to mine.” He turns to Dustin. “Get everyone on the walkies. Tell them to meet at mine in fifteen minutes. Code red.”
Dustin nods and runs back to the car.
“Hey,” Robin says, tilting her head to meet Eddie’s eye. She smiles when they lock gazes. “I’m glad you’re okay.”
Eddie huffs a laugh. “Not sure I am, Birdie, but thanks.”
They stand and make their way to the car.
Together.

There’s a few things in life theoretical knowledge can’t prepare you for. On top of the list, or very near it, is the actual experience of raising a child. The daily, hourly experience of living with a child isn’t comparable to anything else, and it can’t be properly described in words.
Sherlock loves Rosie to distraction. But, it has to be said, if there was a world championship of accidental cockblocking, she would medal without breaking a sweat.
That adorable, wonderful, funny, smart little girl can ruin the mood so quickly Sherlock would honestly be impressed if he wasn’t simultaneously so frustrated he can barely see straight.
John lovingly calls her the world’s most effective chastity belt, and Sherlock agrees wholeheartedly.
Sherlock thinks this might be the reason most couples wait a few years before having children.
Unfortunately, he and John never did anything in the right order. They fell in love pretty much on sight, then spent ten years being stupid. In between Sherlock pretend died, then (almost) died for real, John got married, had a kid, the wife died, John moved back in, Sherlock became a second father, and then, finally, they started shagging.
Only they never had a sex holiday, because they have a Gremlin they can’t inflict on anyone for a week to just bugger off and shag each other’s brains out. Not yet, anyway. Molly’s offered, but their schedules have not aligned yet. Sherlock hopes it will happen soon.
The last few weeks were especially harrowing. Sherlock was in Cardiff for a week for a boring case, and when he came back, he was busily snogging John against the refrigerator when Rosie came down from her room and vomited all over the sitting room carpet.
If there’s anything that kills the mood faster than a vomiting four-year-old, Sherlock never wants to encounter it.
Of course they both got sick as well, and for the better part of a week, even the thought of anyone touching any part of Sherlock that wasn’t his forehead or his hand was frankly revolting.
Then Rosie dislocated her shoulder and had to stay home from daycare for a solid week. They were both so exhausted every evening that whoever had bedtime duty that night routinely fell asleep in Rosie’s bed before Rosie did.
But now.
Now Rosie’s at Molly’s. They had a lovely date night, with dinner at Angelo’s and a walk through Regent’s Park in the moonshine, and Sherlock is a tiny bit tipsy from the wine and from banked arousal. He’s got John backed against the sitting room door, and they’re snogging leisurely. John’s hands have found their way into his clothes, one hand is caressing his arse, the other trailing up his spine.
“The things I want to do to you,” John mutters, grinning at Sherlock, wicked and full of promise.
“Oh, I have a list as well,” Sherlock replies, biting at John’s throat.
John moans, letting his head fall back against the door, exposing more of his skin to Sherlock’s hungry mouth. “I hope getting me out of my clothes before I go completely crazy is on that list,” he breathes, the hand on Sherlock’s arse pulling their hips together. He’s got a leg slung around Sherlock’s and is dreamily rubbing his erection against Sherlock’s thigh.
“In a minute,” Sherlock mutters, going back to biting at John’s neck. John smells delicious there, like fresh air and a bit of sweat and his cologne.
The door to 221 opens, closes and someone ascends the stairs.
Sherlock sighs. “Fuck off, Lestrade,” he yells through the closed door.
John giggles a bit, hiding his face in Sherlock’s shirt. Sherlock smiles. That’s his favourite thing in the world, a happy, aroused, giggly John Watson, all his to do with as he pleases. He kisses the laugh from John’s lips.
There’s a knock at the door. Right behind John’s shoulder blades.
“He said fuck off, Lestrade,” John says, freeing his lips briefly from Sherlock’s before diving right back again for another deep, dirty, single-minded kiss.
“Listen, chaps, I get it, but the Lambeth strangler’s resurfaced. We need to move on this now.”
Sherlock draws back from the kiss. “How do you know it’s him?” he asks, holding John in place as he makes a move to withdraw his hands from their various places on Sherlock’s person.
“Red string, candles, the works. It’s the same man, Sherlock. It’s not a copycat, we’re sure.”
Sherlock sighs. They’ve been after the strangler for years. Sherlock has never had the opportunity to see a fresh crime scene.
“It’s okay,” John says, quietly, so Lestrade won’t hear through the door. “I understand. This is important.”
Sherlock meets John’s eyes. John looks disappointed, but he knows ending a date with chasing a serial killer is as traditional for them as sex is for other couples.
The case is alluring. Surely at least an eight. It’s important.
But so is John.
“Lestrade,” Sherlock says, leaning in and nosing along John’s neck while speaking, “walk away now, no questions asked, and give us one hour, no questions asked, and I’ll take the next five cases you’re offering, no questions asked.”
There’s a noticeable pause, then Lestrade says, quietly, “One hour.”
They hear him walk down the stairs and the door to 221 closes behind him.
“Delaying a serial killer crime scene for a whole hour, for me?” John mutters, grinning at Sherlock, bright and happy. “Now I know you love me.”
“Some people need a lot of convincing,” Sherlock mutters, sinking his teeth into John’s neck.
“Take me to bed,” John says, winding his hands into Sherlock’s hair. “And convince me some more.”

Established secret relationship lestappen and A is a single dad (like p's age or younger). They've been together for a while and the kids gets on very well with B. They go to some of the races and since they're so young they dont really understand keeping the relantionship a secret so they keep interacting with B.
In the beginning everything is very cute/sweet but it gets to a point where their relationship gets found out, like maybe the kid is attached to B in the media pen and they end up saying something revealing
DW: A becoming a single dad before the dating

Flufftober Day 1: Wearing Each Other's Clothes
I'm not trying to imply that I'll write all of the flufftober prompts- life has been pretty busy but I couldn't resist this one. :)
Draco was always cold. His feet were always tinged just a little blue, nose always frozen when he tucked it against Harry’s neck, and his fingers always felt like ice cubes.
Harry hated it. Hated the thought of Draco being cold, he wanted him warm, and full, and happy all the time.
So he did what any good boyfriend would do and constantly gave Draco his sweatshirts and jumpers to wear.
This may have been in part because Harry himself hated feeling cold, being cold made him grouchy. But it was also because he loved his boyfriend and there was something about seeing him wearing Harry’s clothes that turned his heart into a frantic, galloping mess.
Every. Time.
And so, when Draco wandered into the bar wearing one of Harry’s hoodies, hood pulled up over his head, and Harry’s leather jacket on top, Harry felt like he might combust. It was one thing when he gave Draco his clothes and another entirely when Draco borrowed them himself apparently. Mine, mine, mine. That possessive little green dragon in his heart purred contentedly.
“Hey,” Draco said, oblivious to the way he was making Harry feel, as he slid onto the stool next to Harry to order a drink.
He leaned in and pressed a kiss to Draco’s neck, nudging his hood back, and giving into the urge to give it just a little suck.
Draco laughed and swatted his arm but he also tilted his head to the side to give Harry a little more room. “Brute,” he murmured but his voice was so soft, so fond that Harry knew he didn’t mean it.
Harry hummed, “you love it,” he teased, nipping at the pale skin lightly.
“I love you,” Draco sighed.
He paused and drew back just a little, just enough to see the flush staining Draco’s cheeks. “Yeah?” he whispered, grin stretching his mouth too wide.
Draco nodded once.
“I always thought I’d say it first,” Harry confessed, cupping Draco’s cheek to turn his face toward him.
“Well,” he said, eyes soft around the edges as he must have read the obvious love on Harry’s face, “you took too long.”
“I love you,” Harry said.
He smiled at Harry and leaned in the kiss him softly, “I know.”
“Good.”
The bartender cleared her throat and they turned in one to look at her, “sorry to interrupt. Did you want to order something?”
Draco nodded and ordered.
And Harry couldn’t help but think that it hadn’t mattered that she interrupted, not really. They had all the time in the world.
