Here's a piece from my reactions piece for episode 2 pertaining Bakugou!
Overall opinion, I did enjoy what I watched, but the only thing that bothered me was the Bakugou scene, I mean I feel like that whole scene didn't even need to be there. Yes, including taking Iida, Midoriya, Koda, Uraraka, Asui and Todoroki out, so be it. *narrows eyes* Honestly, someone at BONES has to have some personal vendetta against Katsuki. Not the whole studio, but just someone. If it was the whole studio, let's be honest, there wouldn't have been that scene where Katsuki told the kid about looking at his own flaws before judging others two seasons ago or last season with the whole Team Bakugou vs Team Tokage episode or Monoma insulting Katsuki and Midoriya reacting to it the way he did. I have already prepared myself for all the unnecessary moments like Bakugou being agitated because it's not nothing new and it won't stop.
Reminder though, this is the season where THAT SCENE happens and us manga readers know better. I feel like that's important. There will never be the stopping of character mistreatment be it from the inside or from antis (which sucks) and as people who are fans of Bakugou (or just any character who gets this treatment), let's remind ourselves that we know the original source (the manga and Horikoshi) and we know how it supposed to be and we just continue enjoying Bakugou content that is enjoyable.
To put it simply, I feel like someone has a grudge against Bakugou or just sees him as potential comedic relief. As a fan of Bakugou, I have prepared myself to just ignore those bits because they will feel off at times to me. At the same time, I won't take it to heart because the manga exists where I do get to see better parts of him. I'm not going to let moments like that, or antis for that matter, ruin how I feel about his character. I know it will be hard, but think of it this way. Who has the better control over what I say and feel about fiction other than me? No one. My opinion of Bakugou is important to me because it's how I feel. It's my experience I have control over and I will take whatever I need to out to continue to have a good experience.
This is what I need fans of Bakugou to do. Put how you feel about Bakugou first because at the end of the day, it's you. You own your feelings and the experience is something for you. If you need to skip over moments like that in the anime, do it. Antis being jackasses and coming into your inbox about him? Remember to not take what they say to heart because they don't pay your bills or care about your feelings. You laugh at them and call it a day.
If you like Bakugou, do NOT let anything ruin how you feel about him for you. As a fan, you see the character development, you see his good moments, you know the source material, etc.
It's what I do for Miruko. I see some bad things from others, but guess what? BLOCKED, HA HA!!
And besides, while I'm sure someone at BONES has something against Bakugou, I also feel like there is some who has Bakugou fans' backs given that there would be a lot more scenes they would have changed or taken out to make Bakugou look bad as possible. So when that scene, the Bakugou jumping in front of Midoriya scene, happens let's actually have faith and hope for that person/people at BONES who actually is trying to give Bakugou the representation he actually has in the manga. Let's be optimistic for that, at least!

guillermo del toro’s pinocchio is a beautiful film but my god no one has adapted that story like neverafter. you can never look at it the same way again after listening to lou wilson, a black man, explaining that he chose to play as pinocchio because it’s a story about a little boy who isn’t allowed to make mistakes. that in pinocchio's story, he is fundamentally barred from childhood at once upon a time. he must earn something that everyone else is granted from birth. the other boys get to tell lies and play and get into trouble, but when pinocchio does the same thing there are grave and violent consequences. his pinocchio is trying to understand why the world is so unfair, why the rules are so different for him, why everyone else gets to be a real boy.
and I think about it every day.

Okay, dearest followers, be honest.
Which one of your fictional crushes do you truly believe that you could pull irl? Realistically. Taking all factors into account. Whether you were in their universe or not, up to you. But be HONEST.

I love you hated female characters. I love you female characters who are flawed. I love you female characters who mess up and try to do the right thing after. I love you female characters who get the undeserved vitriol from fans. I love you female characters who fans completely condemn because of one mistake they made. I love you female characters who fans completely condemn because of one mistake they made as a child. I love you female characters who people blame for ripping apart their ships instead of the larger forces that be. I love you female characters who get all the hate as the male characters who do worse in canon get absolutely none. I love you female characters who get hated on because they told a man “no.”

Character: I think boys are pretty
Fandom: oh! They're gay! That's canon!
Different character: I have no interest in romance or sex. I don't understand it. Relationships confuse me. They seem pointless to me. I have no desire to be in a romantic or sexual relationship. I am an aromantic asexual.
Fandom: well, I guess you can interpret them as aroace...I don't see it though.
