Play with VR: Your sim wears the headset and starts some animations (like shown in the video below). Fun increases while Energy decreases. When you stop the action, the headset returns to the base.
Work Out with VR: Your sim wears the headset and starts some workout animations (see the video below). Sim will gain Body Skill. Fun increases while Energy and Comfort Decrease. When you stop the action, the headset returns to the base.

honestly it frustrates me so much that exercising and eating well and getting enough sleep truly are one of the best things you can do for your mental health, but most of us has such a damaged and skewed relationship with those things because of the things we've been hearing since childhood.
when we're told to work out its usually not in a "move your body in ways that feels good and is enjoyable" but in a "work out so you can fit into this unnatainable beauty standard that will change in a few years anyway". when we're told to eat healthy were not being taught how to balance our diet so that we have energy and enjoy food. instead we're told to count calories and cut down on sugar and carbs.
we're not being taught to love ourselves and take care of ourselves. we're being taught self hate and self sabotage instead.
and that makes me so mad.

day 2 new med combo
changed my bedsheets, reorganized some laundry i put away haphazardly before, hung the rest of it up, and did half of a pretty involved crafting project with the kiddo (we stopped bc the lil gob was definitely in need of a nap but we'll do more tomorrow)

Yesterday was a 3.5 mile walk
Today we went a short 0.70 mile walk
Then later in the day we had a delightful 5.22 mile walk
My love made us some green tea that I gladly enjoyed afterwards.
I will admit communication today has been extremely difficult and frustrating.. I feel like every object is overwhelming, I feel like everything is to close and cluttered and my brain is far to tired to fix anything that’s been bugging me.. I was to dis functional to make even the right facial expressions or use the correct tone of voice let alone finding the correct words to say.
Tomorrow is a new day and a new day to thrive and I do hope it’s a bit easier on me.

being real they get such a bad rap now but I think mini band workouts were the most "transformational" thing I ever did for my body. people who are really into selling you weightlifting trash talk them but until I did glute activation with a band for months and months I could NEVER get over quad dominance in so many exercises and now I always feel my glutes working like 🤷🏼‍♀️
