Gazan Arabs are the political undead because of the falsity of calling them Palestinians.  The origins of the name “Palestine” are disputed, but it is not disputed that the unbordered desert once called Palestine no longer exists.  The 1948 Israeli War for Independence is not called the Palestinian-Israeli War; it is the Arab-Israeli War.  Arab-Israeli citizens are not called Palestinian-Israelis; they are Arab-Israelis.  The pseudo-national identity of Palestinian was reborn and weaponized in the 1960s, when it became clear the Jews were not going away.  Even when a region called Palestine in English existed, which included Jerusalem, it had no unifying political organization.  (God likes to put sacred sites in dry, difficult places so believers won’t be rushing through prayers to get to the beach.)  In addition to making a few terrorist leaders rich, affixing the defunct identity Palestinian to Gazans guarantees they have no functional political governance, nor do they need one because their special purpose is death to Jews.
Another term that may have outlived its usefulness is the political label “Zionism.”  The connection between Islam and Mecca is not Meccaism; it is Islam.  The connection between the Jews and the biblical Zion is not Zionism; it is the essence of Judaism.
Judaism is the world’s longest running book club.  While Jews don’t do violent conquest, they have enough book-learning to use the right words.  In this heartbreaking moment of never again again, the Israeli government needs to decree that it will officially terminate the use of the term “Palestinian,” will not recognize Palestinian anything, nor enter into agreements, accords, or associations with any entity or persons calling themselves Palestinians.

Post-scarcity abundance resulted in control-by-crumbs socialism and the compensated victimhood of Gazan Dependistan.  There is no God-given right to any material possession, nor an unalienable right for people to live on any land.  All inhabited land has been claimed, conquered, and controlled many times.  The very study of world history is more or less a chronology of military conquest.  Until very recently, life on Earth for most people was a daily struggle for sustenance and survival.  When a people were conquered and their wealth and lands seized, they were neutralized through mass killing or enslavement.  Conquered people who were not considered a threat might be allowed to survive as exploited undesirables among the conquering people.  This has been radically altered by scientific progress, which allowed billions of people to rise above struggling for daily bread.
Among the great advances provided by scientific post-scarcity, one negative is that many able-bodied adults no longer need to work at all.  The Gazans are the first national identity group living off other people’s money in the “Death to Israel” gig economy.

The Gazans are being starved by greedy Gazans and Ham@s who steals the humanitarian aid and selling it at exorbitant prices for those who can’t afford it even during #ramadan .

now, more than ever, i think of Unit 731. people doing horrible things, and they know it's horrible. there's no excuse, there's no "they didn't understand", even if history may attempt to paint it that way. i can imagine, in the years to come, the US will paint Israel as "the bad guys" because obviously, genocide is terrible. but will say close to, or nothing about our own contribution, or paint it in the dim colors of the past- of "misunderstanding".
i bring up Unit 731, not as a direct comparison to what is happening now, but to say that, humans can do terrible things, and know that they're doing terrible things, but continue anyway. and then sweep it under the rug. it has happened before, don't think it won't happen now. many people do not know about Unit 731, or, that the US bought the information in exchange for helping to cover it up. (i suggest looking into it, but just be warned that it's intense)
you cannot paint Unit 731 in a good light, you cannot excuse it. you cannot paint the Palestinian Genocide in a good light, you cannot excuse it, but Israel and the US tries to anyway.
DO NOT LET THEM.
continue to push for Palestinian freedom, continue to make sure this history is told right, be loud, don't let it be covered up, or downplayed, now and in the future. it's so important.

32 Palestinians killed within 3 hours of Gaza truce ending
At least 32 Palestinians were killed and several others injured in Israeli airstrikes on the besieged Gaza Strip shortly after the humanitarian pause ended on Friday morning, according to Anadolu Ajansı.
The Gaza Ministry of Health stated that “dozens of people, mostly women and children, were injured.”
Within three hours after the humanitarian pause ended, the death toll of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks climbed to 32.
The pause between Israel and Hamas, which came into effect on November 24, ended on Friday morning. Shortly after the humanitarian pause ended, heavy shelling and Israeli artillery fire resumed in the eastern Gaza Strip.

Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas, said today that they “will not accept anything less than a complete cessation of the aggression, withdrawal of the occupation army from Gaza and lifting of the unjust siege" in exchange for a return of the hostages.
These are the exact conditions that existed on October 6th.
Now, with thousands of Israeli civilians murdered and raped and dismembered by Hamas, Israel cannot return to the status quo, let alone possibly agree to Hamas's conditions for releasing convicted terrorists.
That's it.

Interfaith Institutions Must Fulfill Their Role Regarding Gaza
“A joint interfaith appeal for a ceasefire, calling for an end to all civilian attacks, including the daily atrocities in Gaza, could send a potent message, uniting Muslims, Jews, and Christians” Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi* The conflict in Gaza, which lasted six months, was marked by intense and widespread bombardment. This relentless assault has resulted in the deaths of over 30,000 individuals,…

"Own goal" is when terrorists blow themselves and civilians up in spectacular fashion -- think IRA in Belfast or the IED factory in Iraq...
If anyone wonders why Israel "tolerates" Hamas launching 10's of 1000's of self-made-but-still-very-dangerous rockets, it's because they (Hamas) are so piss poor at doing it that they've killed probably 10x Gazans through launch accidents, explosions, and other "own goal" than Hamas have even wounded Israelis.
In case of the incompetent IRA bombmakers, it was implied that actually they were deliberately sabotaging the cause -- because nobody wants to believe that stupid evil fucking fucks might also be grossly incompetent or at least criminally negligent. In Hamas, people are saying they did it deliberately to get sympathy and sabotage the the meeting between Biden and (what's-his-name-the-Palistinian-figurehead-dude) ... same difference?
"Own goal" and then saying the other side did it: the Qataris and the rest of the Arab world really want to believe it was the Israeli side. We've seen what Israeli strikes look like (Gaza towers) -- this wasn't that! It's funnily enough the exact same as the explosions from the Hamas rockets which make it past the Iron Dome and actually hit (purely random) things in Israel.
Sigh.
