A Bitter-sweet Birthday || Kyojuro x reader
Happy Birthday to my one and only Flame Hashira - Kyojuro! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
I miss the series, but mostly I miss him. Since it's his birthday, I decided to write something short.

The day was sunny and calm with no clouds in the beautiful blue sky.
You woke up early and immediately started to get ready in the quiet privacy of your own room. The day was very important since it was your beloved's birthday today, and you were beaming with excitement and happiness.
The kimono you decided to wear was simple yet pretty. It was plain white fabric with a fiery pattern at the edges, and with fitting red obi and golden obijime. You looked like the real Rengoku, just without flame-like hair.
You were working on pinning your hair up when your door slid open.
Senjuro looked inside and smiled, seeing you in front of the little vanity table. "You are up early. I should have expected that you would be excited to celebrate. Do you need help?" He asked with his soft voice.
You nodded your head. "Yes, please. You are much better at this."
Boy laughed and soon joined you, easily pining your hair up in a simple hairstyle that suited the occasion.
"Oh! Can you put it in?” You asked, handing him a gold hairpin.
Senjuro nodded and fulfilled your request. "My brother did his best picking this for you."
"Yes, I know. Best gift ever," you chuckled and looked into the mirror, admiring Senjuro's work. "Thank you so much."
"No problem. Will you help me a little too? I need some help with cooking,” he asked, and you of course nodded before getting up and following him to the kitchen.
There, you pulled your sleeves up and helped him with preparing miso soup with sweet potatoes and some simple sweets. After all it was a day to celebrate, and what celebration would it be without real sweets!
"You think we have everything?” you asked.
Senjuro shook his head. "I couldn't buy the last thing from our list," he said, looking down.
You just gave him a small smile and ruffled his hair. "No need to worry, we can buy it on our way to him.”
"There will be no need for that. Here.” It was no one else but Shinjuro.
At first his sudden, loud voice made you stiff, but then you realized he was handing you a box with the last thing from the list. Blinking, you looked up at him, not hiding your confusion.
"Just take those to him. I bought them this morning after seeing them on Senjuro's list. I figured out you will need these," man explained.
You smiled widely and bowed. "Thank you so much, Shinjuro-san. We indeed needed those."
"Thank you, father, he will be happy to receive these," Senjuro added with a kind smile.
Shinjuro looked at both of you as if he wanted to add something, but he decided to stay quiet instead. He just turned away and left.
The two of you returned to cooking and chatting, sharing some giggles while doing so.
------------------------------------------
When the food was ready, Senjuro packed it up, you collected other stuff you planned to take, and you both set off on the road.
It wasn't a long trip but going with a friend was an amazing feeling.
The closer you got, the more excited you became. You couldn't wait to celebrate Kyojuro's birthday.
The burial ground seemed quiet and calm, as if it was frozen in time together with everyone else, buried deep in its grounds.
All you could hear were birds singing softly, their songs carried by a quiet whisper of the wind that sneaked around the crowns of trees and soft splash of a river nearby. The sun's gentle warmth enveloped the serene atmosphere, casting a comforting glow on the world.
"Aniki," Senjuro said happily and ran up to one of the graves, setting everything down next to it.
You quickly followed him and smiled looking at the grave. "Good to see you again, love."
After the quick greeting, you and Senjuro got to work, cleaning the grave. You made sure to visit Kyojuro regularly so there was a small amount of cleaning needed.
In the end, you pulled out the box that Shinjuro gave you and pulled out incense sticks. You lit them up and placed them on the grave.
You and Senjuro clasped your hands together, preparing for the prayer ahead with a sense of unity and reverence.
Senjuro finished first, and started putting down a little blanket. You joined him shortly after, and helped him with setting everything up.
"Aniki. Everything's good at home, father has stopped drinking, and things are much calmer there now. He even accepted Y/N around," Senjuro said, even if his words were greeted by nothing but silence.
"That's true, but I still try to do my best to stay out of his way. Today he bought us incense sticks for you, love," you smiled softly.
Senjuro nodded and picked up his little bowl of soup. "Happy birthday, aniki. I wish you were still here. I miss having you around.”
You smiled sadly, doing the same as he did. "Happy birthday, my love. I miss you dearly."
The rest of the celebration went calmly.
You talked and joked with Kyojuro, telling him everything that happened since the last visit.
If you only knew he was there indeed, sitting next to his own grave, listening to both of you and feeling happy, hoping the warm sun rays would convey how glad he was to celebrate his birthday with his little brother and the love of his life.

My current bank balance is negative £300.
Some unexpected expenses came up and I’m deep in my overdraft. Any donations to my Kofi (link in bio) would be hugely appreciated, especially in the run up to the holidays.
I’d also like to apologise for taking so long with the next chapter of Jealousy - I’m in my final year of uni and it’s kicking my ass - so please have a sneak peek of chapter 30!
Once again, my Kofi link is in my bio :)
Taka’s birthday had begun the same way for ten long years.
At eight years old, two weeks after his grandfather’s fall from grace, he’d woken in a tiny apartment he wasn’t yet accustomed to, sluggishly realized it was his birthday, and burst into tears.
His father had swooped in to hold him against his shoulder, having just returned from his nightshift. Taka sobbed into his work shirt, and refused to leave his side all morning. He peeked over the stove as his father made breakfast - soup, rice and broccoli stalks - and they ate their small portions at the kitchen table.
The one notable difference this morning was Taka’s lack of tears.
He sat up in bed, stretching, and was disappointed that he felt the same. Which was stupid, he knew. It was dumb to think there would be any physical difference between seventeen and eighteen years old.
He felt no sadness for leaving his childhood. No anxiety for his newfound adulthood. Frankly, Taka felt he’d begun his adulthood long ago.
He washed and dressed methodically, and it was only when he was running a comb through his hair that he smelled food.
“Father!” Taka emerged from his bedroom to find him washing rice in the sink. “I thought your shift didn’t end until seven?”
“It didn’t,” his father smiled ruefully. “I left early.” The circles under his eyes had somehow gotten darker, and Taka’s brows creased in concern.
He fell into rhythm beside him, retrieving miso paste and tofu from the chipped cabinet. “You really shouldn’t cut corners like that. You’ll get in trouble with your supervisor again.”
His father laughed through his nose. “What are they going to do? They can’t dock my pay any more than they have, and I’m already on the nightshift.”
Taka’s lips twisted as he filled a pot with water. Their oven was currently in need of repair, but a camping stove on the countertop filled the role nicely. At least until the landlord finally answered their calls.
“Don’t make that face.” His father flicked on the stove. “There’s no reason for you to worry. I’m sure you won’t have this kind of trouble when you get a job.”
Taka stilled, his hand clenched around the jar of miso paste. “You mean when I’m Prime Minister.”
A tunnel of steam rose from the rice cooker and rolled across the ceiling. His father nodded without looking up. “Yes. When you’re Prime Minister.” He squeezed Taka’s shoulder in an approximation of a hug. “Happy birthday, Kiyotaka.”
Taka’s smile was stiff. “Thank you, father.”

What's ur fav piece of trivia for every* character?
(*or at least as much as you can recall off the top of ur head)
my favorite trivia for characters is usually just whatever i think is funniest so just keep that in mind. that's not always the case but you might see it become a pattern. oh the other thing is whatever is most soul-crushing so yeah.
Ichika - either the fact her name comes from how her parents met (because i think it's really sweet) or that she accidentally discovered miku when she was watching videos on her dad's tablet and opened a recording of a miku concert
Saki - she used to listen to the song Time Machine when she was in hospital (at Ichika's recommendation) to remind her of family and friends. It's the in-universe reason why she is featured on the cover. This is actually one of my favorite facts in the game overall.
Honami - she is surprisingly good at flirting
Shiho - not one I've posted before, but in Run! Sports Festival! she couldn't bring herself to throw any of the balls in the ball toss because they had cute animal designs on them
Minori - she once passed out because Haruka wished her happy birthday.
Haruka - she likes penguins because she thinks the way they waddle is cute and she likes how round a lot of penguin merch is
Airi - she followed all of Shizuku's campaigns and bought all the magazines she was featured in when she was still a member of Cheerful*Days. She insists it was just research.
Shizuku - either that she usually has a thermos of miso soup on her to eat after practice or archery club or that she isn't good at texting. i haven't posted either of these before
Kohane - again one I haven't posted yet, but her favorite photo she's taken of Count Pearl is one of Pearl eating mice. the rest of VBS are surprised that she isn't squeamish about that sort of thing (i dunno what they're talking about that sounds like a very cool photo).
An - the possible symbolism of the black stripe on her new school cardigan. hello to the person who submitted that i am still not over it.
Akito - in Cinema he's the only person to sing solo during the first two choruses, the others don't get solo parts in the chorus until the end of the song. i think about this one a lot actually
Toya - he can't swim
Tsukasa - he's the comedic relief and there's a lot of really random shit i know about him because of that, so my favorite fact about him is whatever will have the most impact in the moment if i were to mention it out of nowhere. for a less vague answer, this one although i consider it to be one of my worst posts
Emu - she's very good at replicating cartoon faces. i like this one because it raises a few questions about whether the L2Ds are still exaggerated or if she just looks like that and no one questions that she actually has a cartoon face. what if project sekai ends with them all becoming self-aware.
Nene - either the fact that she thinks the forest has good graphics or that she called rui's mom "auntie" when she was younger because i think it's cute.
Rui - i like a good reference and i appreciate that he sometimes references famous people and media.
Kanade - she's left handed. i also like that her family name was made up specifically to contrast with the rest of N25.
Mafuyu - either that it's shown one time that she can see ghosts and then it's never brought up or referenced again, or that the "mom's cooking" listed as her favorite food might refer to the bunny-shaped apple slices her mother would make for her when she was a kid. i also like the detail that her eyes being two-tone is because she inherited the eye colors of both her parents.
Ena - twitter user. also despite loving cheesecake, she doesn't like cheese. girl what the hell.
Mizuki - they started out editing by making AMVs for a magical girl anime they liked. Amia comes from the name of a character from that anime. also did you know they put ice cubes in noodles because of their sensitive tongue. ice cubes.
Bonus - some side character stuff I like
Kotaro's favorite food is strawberries but he doesn't like strawberry flavored things for whatever reason
Asahi and Sakurako's family names are Chinese mythology references
Tatsuya's hobbies are motorbiking and fishing. these are not things you expect to go together
Nagi hated tomatoes but she would eat them in front of An
Iori hates spicy food, whilst Mio's favorite food is super spicy ramen. Meanwhile Mio doesn't like cream, but Iori likes crepes (which usually have cream on them).
Souma started listening to foreign music after Arata left for America
gbr i forgot about the vocaloids for a second but before i call it a day i think it's incredibly funny that Len cannot reach the stools in crase cafe.

Tumblr media
I see like no snuffy stuff apart from parental figure so im really happy you requested this. Im also having a kind of writer block so just at the right time lol. May our delusion unite. Im also horrible at cooking so more delusion to believe in
I feel like its gonna be a little short... Anyway enjoy!
To never let go...
A slight humming echoed through the apartment only to be heard by yourself. Your wooden spoon pushed the vegetables around in the frying pan. Fresh fried vegetables, along with some tagliatelle who were cooking in a pot next to you. You swiftly took out plates, dividing the vegetables portion unevenly, more for you beloved husband, he must be hungry after all that work. You also took out the noodles, sprinkling some cheese and sauce over both portions. A bit of salt resting on top of all vegetables pieces and a miso soup on the side. You brought the plate on the table, sitting in front of yours, tapping your nails excitedly against the hard wooden table. The clock ticked, seconds by seconds turned in minutes by minutes.
It had been fifteen minutes and your smile started fading, more tapping your nails in anxiety than excitement. He was usually home by now, you kept your hopes up and waited.
The minute needle on the clock had already did one and half turn, you gritted your teeth in anxiety. It was already eight pm, your eyes started to feel heavy, you layed your head next to your untouched plate. Soft music playing in the background, your mind drifting off to sleep, the second you felt yourself go, the door sound woke you up. You didn't even have the energy to get up, your body and mind too exhausted to do anything, you were wide awake but head layed in your arms and eyes closed. Quiet steps could be heard, like it was done on purpose" im awake love" you said raising your upper body, rubbing your eyes and stretching afterward. You walked toward him and opened your arms to which he welcomed himself." Hello" he said in one of the most gentle voice, you cupped his face, looking up at the man embracing your fragile body." Happy birthday. Let me reheat the mea-" he shushed you with his finger" don't bother, you're clearly exhausted, i'll make something" " bu-" " no bargains" you nodded, lower lip sticking out a bit. He smiled at you expression walking in the kitchen, you sat down and watched his back with a smile. A comfortable silence filling your shared apartment, well that was apart from the soft music in the background.
A plate was placed in front of you, a candle resting in front of it, the last and most important piece to finish this magnificent view, was your husband. Sitting calmly in front of you, face resting in his palm, other one placed over your hand. This was so intimate somehow, you both ate in a peaceful quietness, an intimate dinner, every word shared through your crossing gazes. Smile attached to the both of your lips, they closed like magnets, connecting in a swift but gentle motion. The instant felt like thousand of years, when parted only to be joined in one last peck. An intimated gesture that leaded in one of the sweetest moment.
The music of your first date, playing in the background, both of your bodies swaying around in a romantic dance. The exact same dance of the night of your wedding, both of you stuck in your own world, the other people just absent. Only thinking about one another...
The majestic ice white dress followed your steps, bodies pressed against one another, face inches part. Only eachother for eachother, a romantic slow playing in the background, other couples dancing around. But both of you in center of it all, the flowers decorating your freshly styled hair, lips joined in a kiss that ended and started something. The slow ended, your arms still didn't leave his neck while his still rested on your hips. Clapping could be heard has everyone was staring at you and Marc....
The music fell silent as you both stood in the middle of the living room, embracing eachother in a hope to never let go
To never let go...

picnics & birthdays
kazuha sits contentedly next to you, a comfortable silence filling the space between you and him. you watch as the artists from above paint the sky and craft it into a masterpiece – a variegation of blues, indigos, pinks, oranges and purples tinting the ceiling of clouds above. the air is wet with the humidity from the transition of summer into spring, but maybe that isn't just where the sweat is coming from.
kazuha is nervous. after all, it's only the fourth date after he confessed. but it is the fourth date, after all, shouldn't he get used to it by now? shouldn't the butterflies finally lay to rest, and let him enjoy himself, immersed in your joyful presence?
he can do this.
the view of the great expanse of the ocean greets you from your picnic spot, boards of sushi and and cups of sake dotting the foreground. picnics were reserved for special occasions, and for this? your birthday.
thoma was kind enough to gift you your favourite food – you didn't request any of it, the ginger was just happy to provide something that would make your picnic experience more so enjoyable than it already was, being able to spend time with kazuha and whatnot.
your eyes quickly scanned the spread in front of you. both traditional and modern cultural foods. miso soup. dry salted braised saba. agedashi tofu. honmei choco. sushi. sake. and of course, cake.
a round cake was plated in the middle of the plethora of food thoma provided for the both of you. the cake, with messily frosted icing and with red lettering that vaguely looked like – "happy birthday y/n!" – looked perfect.
your boyfriend shifts his weight closer to you, pressing a kiss to your cheek as he toys with the promise ring on his finger.
"happy birthday, my love."

Baked With Love.
The following is a snippet from Always.
Summary: Bakugo helps her bake with a little bit of teasing.
Tumblr media
Yoshiko washed her hands in the kitchen sink while Bakugo beat up eggs for rolled-up omelettes. She wiped her hands with a towel and walked up beside him. "Want help?"
"I dont need help, fuck off if you want to eat."
"Y'know, I'm not trying to strike your precious ego here. Just speedin' up things."
"Yeah, standing there will speed things up." He glared at her.
"Well, tell me what to do."
"Get the miso soup out of the fridge and heat it."
"Ask nicely."
"I thought you wanted to fucking help??"
Yoshiko blew him an air kiss, making his eye twitch. She opened the fridge and found the pot of miso soup. She took it out, peeking inside. "Hey, Bakugo-"
"Katsuki." He corrected, not looking up from the spinach leaves he was chopping to put in the eggs.
"Huh?"
"You called me Katsuki when I got shot."
"And you called me Yoshiko."
"Get a hint, bitch. I'm askin' you to use my given name. Feel honoured, brat." He said, looking up from the cutting board.
"Nah." She transferred the soup into a glass bowl. "If I call you Katsuki, you still won't call me Yoshiko."
"Yeah, you're right. Your name is lame anyways."
Yoshiko laughed, putting the bowl in the microwave. "Katsuki. There. Happy now?"
He remained silent, rolling up the eggs in the pan with chopsticks. Yoshiko faced the microwave, waiting for an answer. "Yes, Yoshiko." That warm sensation was back again when she heard her name slip so effortlessly from his lips. She stared at the bowl roasting in the oven. She didn't want to feel any of this. Why was she suddenly seeing him in a different light? Of course, she knew the answer to her question. She'd been here before.
When the oven dinged, she took the bowl out and set it on the counter. "Do we have tofu?" She asked Bakugo, who was now cutting up the omelette.
"Yeah, in the fridge. Last shelf."
Yoshiko nodded and took the tofu out, slicing a few pieces to put inside after separating the soup into two smaller bowls. Bear came into the kitchen, sitting expectantly by Yoshiko's heels. Yoshiko cut a few small pieces for him and put them in his eating bowl.
"Oi, I'm done here." Bakugo said.
"Okay, the soup's done as well," Yoshiko said, taking a seat on one of the high stools by the counter.
Bakugo sat across from her, and the two began eating in silence. It felt nice working out together and then having breakfast while everyone was busy snoring. Bakugo liked it because it felt like he had her entirely to himself during that time.
"Damn, this soup is good," Yoshiko said after taking a sip.
"Duh, 'cause I'm the one who made it." He said, taking a sip from his own bowl.
"Maybe you can help me bake."
"What?"
"It's Hitoshi's birthday in two days." She explained. "And I want to bake him a cake, but I never baked before. So I was thinking of baking cupcakes today, so I got some idea on how to get around stuff. I don't want to burn it."
"I'm not helpin'."
"What, why not?!"
"I 'aint got the time to bake some silly cupcakes. Besides, I don't bake either."
"But you and Sato baked cookies the other day!" Yoshiko reminded.
"I just happened to be there when that idiot was in the kitchen, and I didn't want him to make a mess."
"Sato's a professional. He cleans up after he's done. You just don't want to help me."
"Damn right," Bakugo smirked.
"Fuck you." Yoshiko flipped him off. "I'll just ask Sato to help me inst-"
"Fucking fine, I'll help you." Bakugo groaned. "But your ass better not annoy me, or I'm ditching you."
"Aren't you the sweetest?" Yoshiko sniggered.
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
"So, what kind of cupcakes do you want to bake?" Bakugo sighed after he put out the utensils they would need.
"Chocolate."
"Okay..." Bakugo opened Sato's baking book since he didn't know the recipe by heart. "Crack an egg into the bowl." He dictated, elbow on the counter as he watched her pick up the egg. She tapped it against the bowl, spilling its contents out of the bowl.
"Oops,"
"Oops, my ass!" Bakugo yelled, pushing her aside. He grabbed a few tissue papers and cleaned her mess. "Don't you know how to crack a damn egg?!" He lightly tapped another egg against the bowl and perfectly cracked it open.
"My bad, Gordon Ramsay."
"Shut up and add the milk." Yoshiko peeked at the recipe, checking how much milk she'd need and poured the milk into the bowl.
"Okay, add the rest of the wet ingredients." He watched her measure out the quantities and pour them into the bowl. It almost felt like he was babysitting a toddler that wanted to bake.
"I'm done," Yoshiko said.
"Okay, whisk it up."
Yoshiko held the beater, holding it in between closed fingers like she was going to stab someone with it. She poked it into the bowl and slowly moved it back and forth.
"Bitch, that's not how you beat the batter." Bakugo frowned, pinching his nose. He snatched the bowl and whisk from her, showing her the right way to beat it.
"Okay, now for the dry ingredients." He held the book up again and dictated the ingredients out for her to measure and put in another bowl. At least her dumb brain knew how to measure ingredients. "Now gently mix the stuff up." He held his breath as she combined the dry ingredients, letting it out when she didn't spill anything.
"Now, just pour the wet ingredients into the dry." He said, handing her a spatula.
"Okay." She took the spatula from him, transferring the wet ingredients into the dry ones. "Now mix it up. Don't fucking spill anything."
"I know, I know. Stop being so bossy." She rolled her eyes, beating the mixtures together. Bakugo's eye twitched as he watched her whisk the batter with the speed of a turtle.
"For fucks sake, you're so damn slow." He stood behind her and brought the bowl closer to her stomach, putting his hands on top of hers while she still held the bowl and whisk. Yoshiko's breath hitched as she felt his warmth creep into her back, catching his sweet caramel smell with a hint of cologne. His lecture on how to beat the batter properly fell on deaf ears as she was too busy blushing and processing the position she was in.
"Got it now?" He asked, gaining her attention again, letting her hands go.
"Huh- y-yeah. I got it."
"You just fucking stuttered."
"Your ears are not working." She defended, quickly beating the batter up, glad he couldn't see her face.
"I'm sure they are," Bakugo muttered under his breath, still standing behind and watching over her shoulder.
Once the batter was done, Yoshiko put the cupcake liners inside the cupcake moulds and let Bakugo transfer the batter into them. He sighed and went to put the spatula in the sink when Yoshiko snatched it from him. "Are you really going to waste all that sweet goodness?" Yoshiko said, wiping the batter off it with a finger and licking it. Bakugo rolled his eyes at her and adjusted the heating, popping the tray into the oven.
Yoshiko kept the spatula in the sink and gathered the dirty utensils to wash. Bakugo joined her, drying the dishes as she handed them to him. Once done, they dried their hands, walking over to the oven to see the cupcakes slowly rising.
"Heh, I'm already drooling," Yoshiko said.
"Of course." Bakugo snorted, glancing down at her. She had a little batter under her lip. He put a knuckle under her chin, making her face him and taking her by surprise. His thumb brushed under her lip, and he slowly brought it to his lips to lick it all while he locked eyes with her.
Yoshiko's lips parted in shock, a wild blush blooming from her face to her neck down. The AUDACITY this guy had. She opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out.
"Mm, not bad." He said, looking at the oven again.
"You-" Yoshiko began, unsure of what to say. Bakugo looked at her again, smirking when he saw her flustered.
"What?" He tilted his head.
"You fucking idiot."
"Aw, are you blushing?" He inched his face closer. For a split second, he saw her eyes dart down to his lips and back at his eyes again. Oh, God, that made him want to kiss her.
Yoshiko gulped, looking into his dangerously close crimson eyes. She could feel her pulse in her neck, her heart pounding so loud she could hear it in her ears. For the first time, she found Bakugo intimidating. That shitty look on his face was daring her to back away so he could win this silent game they were playing.
Since when did their challenges become this flirty?
"I hope you break your arm again." She growled at him, inching even closer just to make him back away. He did not back away.
"The feeling is mutual, darling." He purred.
"So- uh, what are you guys making?" Yoshiko heard Shinsou's voice, her head immediately snapping to her side to see him awkwardly standing there. She quickly moved away from Bakugo, her face heating up even more.
"We? We're just baking cupcakes! They're almost done." Her voice came out louder than she wanted it to. It was like she lost controll over herself.
"Uhuh..."
"Really. We were just discussing how much time we need to keep them inside. Right, Katsuki?"
"Totally," Bakugo smirked at her. Yoshiko wanted to punch his nose so bad because through that smirk he was telling her that he won.
"Katsuki?" Shinsou raised an eyebrow.
"Uh- yeah..." Yoshiko trailed off, looking down at the floor.
"Interesting. So when are these cupcakes going to be done?" Shinsou asked. Oh, he was going to have fun teasing her later.
"Ten minutes, I guess." She said, glancing at the timer. She stepped away from Bakugo, not looking at either of their eyes. She hung her apron behind the door. "I'm going to take a shower. Take a cupcake once they're done."
"Okay," Shinsou replied, watching her leave the kitchen. Once he was sure she was out of earshot, his eyes narrowed at Bakugo.
"The fuck you lookin' at, eye bags?" Bakugo scowled.
"She's my best friend," Shinsou said.
"Yeah, not shit."
"Hurt her, and I'll break your neck." Shinsou threatened, voice low.
"Hah? I don't need you to tell me what to do."
"Consider it a warning." Shinsou shrugged. "The last guy who broke her heart got his nose broken by me. But she doesn't need to know that, aye?"
"I'm not her shitty ex," Bakugo snarled. "Besides, I'm the stronger one."
"Pretty sure I could brainwash you, given you can keep your mouth shut," Shinso smirked.
"Shut the fuck up."
The oven dinged, and Bakugo took the cupcakes out while Shinsou made himself coffee. Once the cupcakes were cool enough, Bakugo took them out of the mould. Shinsou took one, taking a bite of the warm cupcake.
"These taste like they were baked with love." He teased.
"I will kill you."

★ . . . KARERA HAD NO PROBLEM GOING to sleep, time zones be damned, and so her snoring kept you up the entire night. You must have dozed off at some point, because when you next opened your eyes, light was filtering in through the window and Karera was gone.
You groaned and reached for your phone before pausing. It was now officially one month before your nineteenth birthday. One month for you to find your true love and claim your family’s fortune.
Or one month until you died, depending on how you looked at it.
KARERA: Oi, headed over to your villa. You can stop by before you head off with pretty boy to drop off your things. I'll wait until then before i go out. Wouldn’t want to cockblock you kekeke
Hope you didn’t forget about the sightseeing. You’re supposed to meet at 11.
PLEASE DONT SLEEP IN OR I SWEAR. AND DONT LET THE PRETTY BOY FORGET EITHER. YOU HAVE HIS NUMBER RIGHT??
Y/N: Don’t get an ulcer, i have his number.
I'm gonna be fine, don’t worry. Pretty sure josuke won’t make me do anything weird.
Actually, what time was it? You bolted upright.
It was already ten thirty.
You hastily got your clothes and crossed the hall to take a quick shower. Why hadn’t you set an alarm? You’d been too cotton-headed from talking to Josuke to remember. Still dripping water onto the floor, you rushed back to your room to pack a small bag. You would’ve gone outside right then if your stomach hadn’t loudly declared it was empty.
You had virtually no energy. If you didn’t eat something you’d collapse before you and Josuke left the mansion. The Higashikatas wouldn’t mind if you grabbed something from the fridge, would they?
You went into the kitchen. Gleaming marble countertops and shiny appliances greeted you, as well as Daiya and Kei at the kitchen island.
“Morning,” you croaked, wincing at how crusty you sounded.
“Morning, Y/N!” Daiya chirped. “Did you sleep well?” A pair of teacups sat in front of her and she pushed one toward you, almost as though she’d been waiting for you.
“Didn’t sleep at all actually, but thanks for asking.” You gulped down the tea. A little sweet but it helped.
“Good morning, L/N-san,” Kei said. She was drying plates and replacing them in the cupboards. She didn’t quite smile at you. “Would you like something to eat before you go out with Josuke?”
“Don’t bother, I can just grab whatever you have from the fridge.”
“It is not a problem. Norisuke-san gave me directions to look after you during your stay.” With that, Kei whipped out some breakfast foods in a flurry. In no time at all, there was a bowl of miso soup, a rolled omelette and a bowl of fluffy white rice in front of you. Despite your protests, Kei began cutting cubes of cantaloupe and watermelon too.
You glanced at your phone and began shovelling food into your mouth. No time to argue. If you spent a minute on each dish, you should be able to make it.
Daiya watched you eat closely. Extremely closely, her eyes squinting a little as though she had trouble seeing you. “You’re going out with Josuke today?”
“Mhm.” You downed the miso soup in one gulp.
“Slow down. You’ll choke. Are you in a hurry?”
You nodded. “Hard to explain, but I need to be out of here by eleven.”
Daiya hummed. After a beat, she asked, “Y/N, what do you think happiness is?”
You didn’t have time to chat with Daiya right now, but you felt bad ignoring her. “That might be too deep for someone who just woke up.”
Daiya rested her head on her hand. “That’s fine. Just tell me what you think happiness is. I won’t make fun of you.”
You glanced around discreetly for Kei, hoping she would divert the conversation for you. She had disappeared, though. You thought you heard the sound of a vacuum being fired up somewhere.
“Well, I guess … happiness is security. Knowing that you're safe and that things won’t catch you off guard and … ruin everything,” you mumbled to your omelette.
Daiya’s dark eyes glittered like marbles. “That’s interesting. I wouldn’t have expected that from you.”
You shoved the omelette in our mouth. Looks like you wouldn’t have time for the fruit. “I should get going,” you said, trying to break off the conversation as gracefully as you could.
“Do you know what I think happiness is?” Daiya asked, oblivious. “Sharing your memories with someone. A fluffy cake shared together, or huddling under an umbrella. Waking up on a lazy afternoon in each other’s arms. I think sharing those little memories with someone is true happiness. They’re more precious than anything.”
One breath and you’d be out the door. “That’s pretty romantic of you, Daiya.”
“Do you think so?!” she gasped, leaning towards you.
“Yeah, I mean—I guess.”
“Can I tell you something?” Daiya smiled softly. “The truth is, my eyesight is pretty bad. I fell into the faults when I was a toddler. I can’t see more than a few inches in front of me. Dad’s always worried about me, but I just tell everyone to treat me normally. I don’t want people fussing over me.”
Guilt knifed through your heart. You were being such a jerk right now. Daiya was doing her best trying to have a conversation and all you could think about was leaving.
Daiya gasped as she pitched forward suddenly. Her arm reached out to grab the counter but it knocked over your teacup instead. Without thinking, you reached out to catch her. The teacup shattered.
“Y/N…” Daiya murmured.
“Careful. You could’ve hurt yourself.” You looked down at the floor, grimacing at the shards of porcelain.
Daiya raised her face. She was so close you could count her individual lashes. “Y/N … are you fussing over me?”
“What?”
“Didn’t I tell you not to? I don’t want to be fussed over.”
“I wasn’t. I just didn’t want you to—”
Between one blink and the next, your perception went wonky. It was the strangest thing, but it felt as though something dropped out of your eye. You didn’t have time to see what it was before Daiya caught it in her palm.
You tentatively let go of Daiya. You scrubbed at your eye, blinking rapidly. “What was that? Did you just do something?”
Daiya ignored you. Even if she couldn’t see well, she picked her way over to the living room with the ease of someone who knew where everything was. She stopped in front of a game of chess and considered it.
You followed after, feeling light-headed. The board only had a handful of large black chess pieces, each with a sphere inlaid in it. When you looked closely, you thought you could make out symbols in each of the pieces. The piece that Daiya put down was a bishop, the profile of a person faintly visible in its sphere.
There was a nagging feeling in your skull, like you had just entered a room and forgotten why. You rubbed at your eye again, the confusion like cotton stuffing. Your body urged you to get going, but why?
“You’re missing a lot of pieces. How are you supposed to play?”
“The number of pieces isn’t important.” Daiya laid her head on the chess board, touching each chess piece in turn. “This one is a memory of someone playing in a flower garden. And this one is of riding a bike. Oh, and this one is of a cute little kitten!”
Memories? Inside the chess pieces? You peered at the bishop Daiya had just set down. The guy inside the sphere had his dark hair hidden under a sailor cap. His quiet smile tugged at something in your mind. “So what’s this one? Who’s that guy inside of it?” Why did you feel like he was important? You’d never seen a sailor cap like that before, but you couldn’t get rid of the feeling.
Daiya giggled. “You have no idea.”
“I feel like he’s important. Like there was something I had to do.” You rubbed your eye again. No matter how hard you smacked your brain, you just couldn’t remember who the guy was.
“Fairness is rules, and rules are power,” Daiya said in a sing-song voice. “And in the spirit of being fair, I’m going to explain my Stand ability to you, okay?”
In a burst, Daiya’s Stand appeared behind her. It was bright and colourful, with a head that resembled a travel cushion and five other connected units, all with smiley faces on them. “My Stand’s name is California King Bed. If you break a fair rule of mine, I get to extract a memory from you.”
It felt like the floor dropped out from under you. You rushed to the chess board, snatching up the bishop. “You stole a memory from me?”
“Mhm, and I’m not going to give it back. I told you not to fuss over me. That was the rule.”
What the hell? You shook the chess piece, panic rising up your throat. You tried to twist it apart, break open the sphere. This guy was part of your memories! No wonder your head felt so fuzzy.
“Be careful with that,” Daiya chided. “If the piece breaks or gets lost, the memory will disappear forever!”
“Give my memory back!” you yelled. “Daiya, this isn’t funny. Give it back, right now!” You didn’t have a clue what the memory was, but Daiya wouldn’t have taken it if it weren’t important.
“Hm, I wonder what time it is,” Daiya said, grazing the watch on her wrist.
“Time?” You looked at her watch hands. It was nearly eleven. But why did that matter?
Your hand brushed against your pocket, and even through the material, you felt the chill of your bone dice. You jolted at the realization. You had made a bet yesterday with someone! They had rolled higher than seven, and so you had to do whatever task they set out! But who had it been? You had to do it by twelve, but what had the task been?
“How do I get my memory back?” you asked Daiya, gripping the bishop in your hand. “There has to be a way, right?”
“There is,” Daiya said. “The fairness of rules is power, so I’ll tell you California King Bed’s weakness too.” She smiled wickedly at you.
“If I happen to step on your shadow, then …”
Daiya’s foot grazed over your shadow on the ground. All at once, the chess piece on your hand hissed, a crack running through it. White mist escaped the sphere, trailing towards your head before Daiya snatched her foot back, giggling. Just as quickly, the mist zipped back into the chess piece and it became solid again.
“It’s going to be a lot harder than that to get me to step on your shadow,” Daiya teased. “Where all of the lights are, the windows, even the sun’s position … I’ve got it all memorized! If you need true love to break your curse, I’ll do it! I’ll be your true love! We’ll share all of your memories and have true happiness!”
You gaped at Daiya. Yesterday at dinner you’d brushed her off as the ditzy little sister. Obviously, she was a lot more cunning than that. You had to get outside. You were meant to do something at eleven, you just couldn’t remember what the hell it had been. Did it have something to do with the guy on the chess piece? If you told Daiya about your Stand and the dice, she might be willing to give your memory back. But what if she used it against you? You could ask her to roll and force her to return the memory with Dancing’s Done, but you genuinely weren’t sure what number she would roll. Your Stand had surprised you once; you couldn’t afford to owe a task to Daiya.
“If you wanna go sightseeing, I can take you,” Daiya said. She tapped your nose. “You’re dressed so sloppily. Why don’t we go back to your room and we can pick something better? Ooh, maybe we could match!”
You gritted your teeth as Daiya skipped toward your room. You looked at the chess piece again, willing anything to come up. Would Dancing’s Done attack you still if you couldn’t remember the task? Did that count as opposition?
“Are you coming?”
You walked slowly to your room, trying to calm yourself. Daiya would be at a loss if your fingers started falling off, but you couldn’t do anything about it.
The best bet would be to get Daiya to step on your shadow somehow. But even if her vision was impaired, it was going to be hard as hell.

When his phone read a quarter past eleven, Josuke wasn’t overly worried. Y/N said they would suffer jet lag and Josuke himself had gotten to the mansion five minutes late. He sent off a text that he was outside but to take their time. At least he had time to plan out what they would do.
His phone went off then and Josuke answered, thinking it was Y/N.
“Hello?”
“Oi, this is the pretty boy, right? Are you and Y/N out and about already?”
It took a second for Josuke to place the voice. “Is this Karera?”
“Ding-ding-ding.”
“I’m still waiting for Y/N. We haven’t left the mansion yet.”
The other end was silent for a second. “Wait, what? You’re still at the Higashikata mansion? Do you know what time it is?”
“It’s not like we have a schedule or anything. We don’t even know where we’re going today.”
“YOU IDIOT!” Karera screeched. Josuke winced, pulling his phone away from his ear. “Did you completely forget about the dice? You rolled a nine. If Y/N doesn’t get their ass outside right now, their Stand is probably pulling them apart already!”
Josuke’s blood turned icy. Shit. He had completely forgotten. Today’s sightseeing was because of Y/N’s Stand. According to Joshu, his fingers and then his entire arm had fallen off when he’d defied the Stand’s task. Josuke strained to see beyond the mansion’s gate. He didn’t know if the same would happen to Y/N considering they were the Stand’s user, but if it would, then where were they?
“I don’t know where Y/N is,” Josuke said to Karera. “Could they have left already?”
“They were asleep when I left for the villa,” she said. “They would’ve told one of us if they’d gone somewhere!”
Josuke’s insides went wobbly when he thought of Y/N suffering their own Stand attack. If he had known that could happen, he would’ve given Y/N a simpler task. Then again, Joshu had been yelling his ear off about it, but you learned to tune Joshu out after a while.
“Are you still at the villa? Could you help me find them?” Josuke asked.
Karera didn’t answer right away. “I’m … a little held up with something. You’re on your own, pretty boy. I’m gonna hope that since you and Y/N didn’t decide on anything specific, Dancing’s Done will be a bit more lenient. But if it isn’t and Y/N is bleeding out, you’d better count your days.”
“It’s not like I wanted this to happen,” Josuke muttered. “I’m going to try and figure this out. I’ll call you back.”
Karera grunted and Josuke ended the call. He craned his neck to take in the gated wall. Could he scale it? Or maybe he could use Soft and Wet’s bubbles to lift him over…?
Thankfully, the gates slid open. Josuke frowned when he spotted Joshu’s hair but rushed forward anyway.
“Joshu, do you know where Y/N is?”
Joshu clicked his tongue. “Why do you wanna know? Trying to improve your chances?”
“Improve my chances?”
Joshu strutted towards Josuke and jabbed his finger into his chest. “You and I are both going after Y/N for their money. I’ve got the means to back it up. You don’t. You should just forget it.”
Josuke’s mind briefly buffered. “Are you talking about the true love curse?”
“I’m gonna get Y/N to fall in love with me.” Joshu smiled smugly. “Then I won’t have to bother with the fruit company because I’ll be filthy rich.”
Josuke couldn’t help laughing. “That’s never going to happen.”
“Says you. You didn’t even know who the hell you were a year ago. You still don’t. I’m fully in control of who I am and what I want.”
“Keep telling yourself that.”
“You’re just worried they’ll actually fall for me, aren’t you? I got Yasuho to do it.”
“Yasuho was never in love with you.” Josuke didn’t even know why he was talking about this. He wasn’t vying to be Y/N’s true love, but a part of him rebelled at the thought of it being Joshu.
“Can you just tell me where Y/N is? I completely forgot about their dice yesterday and they’re supposed to come with me to go sightseeing. I don’t want their Stand to attack them just because I was late.”
Joshu’s eyes widened. “That’s right.” He turned back to look at the house and began running. “Fuck! If they died because they couldn’t go out today, I’m gonna lose that fortune! Where the fuck are they? And why were you just standing there like a dumbass? Do you want them to die?”
Josuke scowled and rushed after Joshu. Why did everyone keep asking that?

Get Back Hachi’s Memories! CH10 (END)
<10> Though the Cup May Be Broken
"Uuu... unfh..." Hachi slowly opened his eyes to a room filled with soft light. His head felt dull, as if he'd been sleeping for days on end. It felt like there were heavy waves of lead sloshing about in his skull.
"Ungh..." Hachi groaned again before checking his surroundings. He knew this place. He was lying on an aqua-colored sofa. He could hear the glugging of a coffee maker from behind the kitchen counter. This was the living room of the airship Sky Joker.
"Hosshi!" Something flumped onto Hachi's stomach. Hosshi beamed at him. Its expression looked like it was welcoming him back... but that was just Hachi's misinterpretation.
"Hosshi hosshi hosshi!" Hosshi kept mewing, as if begging for something.
"Okay, okay. You want konpeito, Hosshi?" Hachi slowly got up and took a divided jar of konpeito out of the cabinet.
"Hosshi♪" Hosshi joyfully started to munch on the candy.
"Took you long enough. You're finally up?"
Hachi stared blankly at the boy in the red suit who had just come down the hallway. "........."
A moment passed.
"...Hachi?" The boy looked worried for a moment before Hachi spoke.
"Joker-san, good morning. Was I asleep?"
"......" Joker looked like he wanted to say something, but he twirled around and kept talking with his back to Hachi. "Y-Yeah... It's already nighttime! You dozed off for a while!"
"I'm sorry. My head kind of feels heavy..."
"...Well, it's fine. You must've been really tired." Joker turned back around and grinned. It was his usual mischievous smile. "I went ahead and made dinner. You wanna eat?"
"Huh...? Hachi's eyes went wide with surprise. He looked over the back of the sofa and saw that there was dinner already prepped on the table. There was freshly-cooked rice, a platter of fried foods, salad topped with apples, and a steaming hot bowl of miso soup.
"HUH!? You made this, Joker-san!?"
"Yup. I can do it when I try."
Hachi leapt up and dashed over to the table. He hopped into a chair, surveyed the table, and once more exclaimed in amazement. "Wow, this is wonderful!"
"C'mon, let's eat!"
"Okay! Dinner time it is!"
Joker and Hachi faced each other and began to eat together. It was how they usually ate dinner, hardly any different at all.
"That was delicious, Joker-san!"
"Yeah, it was."
"Hosshi!"
Joker smiled softly. The food tasted better than usual, and it probably wasn't just his imagination. The three of them enjoyed a peaceful moment together.
Eventually, Joker spoke. "By the way, Hachi, do you remember?"
"Hm? Remember what?"
"Y'know, uh..." Joker stuttered. Then he spoke freely as if a load had been taken off his mind. "Well, whatever. I'm headed out to a job tonight."
"Ohh, you're going out to steal a new treasure! What is it this time?"
"This time it's... uhh..." As Joker tried to remember, there was an electronic ding from the game console left on the edge of the table.
"Hm?" Joker opened up the lid and instantly went pale. "What!? My Battle Smasher 3 save data's gone! W-What happened!?" Joker frantically started to mess around with the console. Watching him, Hachi gave a little sigh.
"Argh... Joker-san, would you like some tea?"
"Yeah, please," said Joker, eyes fixed on the tablet screen.
Hachi picked up Joker's teacup. "Ah... this is..."
It was a brown, misshapen teacup. There were white letters reading "Joker-san, Happy Birthday!" on it. It was Hachi's handwriting. Hachi had stealthily made it for Joker's birthday. But for some reason, the cup was glued together in places. It looked like it had been broken, then fixed.
Just then, a spark of light zipped through Hachi's brain. "!..."
Joker noticed that Hachi was staring at the teacup and turned to face him. "What's wrong, Hachi?"
"Um... this..."
"Yeah, you gave me that one."
"Huh... ah, that's right. It's a little early, but happy birthday, Joker-san!"
"Yeah, thanks."
Teacup in hand, Hachi walked to the kitchen. Watching him from behind, Joker thought to himself. He'd used the ceramic glue that came out of Hosshi's egg to fix the teacup in a jiffy, but Hachi hadn't reacted to it. So Hachi didn't remember that he'd lost his memory.
Which means Hachi must not remember what I whispered to him before...
Okay, it's better that way.
Joker patted his own chest in relief, just before hearing a voice from the kitchen. "Really, Joker-san!?"
"Huh?" Joker sprinted over to the kitchen and found Hachi with his hands on his hips, staring at him. In his hands were empty frozen food bags and prepackaged food containers from the grocery store.
"Ah, you found out."
"Good grief... ready-made food is fine and all, but you have to toss the containers right away. If you just leave them around, they'll start to smell. It's not sanitary," scolded Hachi as he speedily cleaned up the kitchen.
"Haha, my bad. Sorry," Joker casually apologized, feeling somehow relieved.
"Geez... if you'd just apologized nicely from the start, we wouldn't have had to go through all of that."
"Huh?"
Joker gave Hachi a dumbfounded stare. As he rinsed dishes, Hachi spoke with a mischievous smile. "I just remembered."
"What?"
"What you told me before."
"What the..."
Yes, Hachi had remembered. When Joker was trying to force-feed Hachi the curry, he'd told him  "It drives me crazy when you're not around. I'm sorry," and apologized...
"Because you told me that, all my hate for Phantom Thief Joker up and vanished. I'm sorry about that, Joker-san," Hachi said, bowing his head.
"Er... well, it's okay. You're back to normal now." Joker scratched his cheek.
Hachi lifted his head, looked up at Joker, and gave a smile. "But Joker-san, you really do need me around, right?"
"Ngh..." Joker avoided eye contact.
"Right, Joker-san?" Hachi narrowed his eyes  and smiled up gleefully at Joker.
"Rrghh... enough! Anyway, the treasure! We're headed out!"
"Eeeeh? But we just had dinner! And besides, what about your save data?"
"Well, it's all gone. But all I have to do is restart from the beginning. Long as I remember, I can redo it however many times it takes!" Joker grinned at Hachi.
"Yes, you're right about that!"
"Come on then, if we drag our feet too long, Spade or Queen are gonna beat us to the punch!" Joker wrapped his cape around him and put on his silk hat. Hosshi bounded up beside him.
"Hosshi♪
Joker turned toward Hachi and exclaimed as usual, "Let's go! Don't dawdle, Hachi!"
"Okay!" Hachi responded enthusiastically and ran after him.
The two of them exited onto the Sky Joker's deck, where the brilliant city lights flickered below. They inflated Balloon Gum and gently lifted off into the dark of night.
"All right, let's go get some treasure! Welcome to the shining night!" Joker's voice rang louder than usual in the clear air. The round moon glowed everlastingly in the night sky...

The bad batch, Gregor, Howzer, Rex, Wolffe, and Cody all go to a Hibachi place. Who gets Hibachi, who gets sushi, who gets noodle bowls, who sings every time someone in the restaurant has happy birthday sung to them, and who gets miso soup? (Obviously they can all choose multiple things.)
So... many... That poor restaurant...
Let's go down the list!
Wrecker: He'd sing, he'd get Hibachi, and sushi, and noodle bowls and miso soup, and the wait staff love him too much to even mind the mess he makes, and love him even more when he helps clean up after (he may be messy at home, but dude knows not to do that shit in someone elses' place)
Tech: Miso Soup (it actually has been found to have several health benefits), and Hibachi, that way he can ensure everything is cooked correctly - plus he secretly really likes the show. He does not sing. Unless you get him drunk.
Crosshair: Noodle Bowl - it's quick and simple, and has all the nutrients and calories he needs without a ton of fuss. He'll throw utensils at anyone who sings and he'll make eye contact while he does it (except Omega of course)
Echo: He'd get the miso, too, but, depending on how good it is, might not finish if it's too salty. I think he'd initially go for the noodle bowl, but, if he's in a good mood, he'll do Hibachi just for the fun. The singing though? ... yeah, not likely to happen
Hunter: Sushi - the flavors are more subtle, but still incredible, and he'd rather stand a bit back during the Hibachi shenanigans - just a bit too much going on for him to relax during it. He doesn't sing initially, but them Omega gives him a look and reluctantly joins in
Omega: She get Hibachi because that's so COOL, but wants to try all of the things, so ends of just snacking off of everyone's plates. And oh yes. She sings. And when she learned what the song means, she then insists and "figuring out" everyone's birthdays so they can start celebrating them for each other, too!
Gregor: Oh Hibachi all the way! And he steals a nibble from the plates of whoever's around him when they're not looking, but he can't not giggle while he does it so always gets caught. And proceeds to finish putting the stolen food in his mouth anyway with a big grin. He sings loud and off-key and makes everyone smile so damn brightly because of it
Howzer: Yes to Miso - it's healthy and a good appetizer. He'd get the noodle bowl, but he'd also get a few bits of sashimi - nothing too crazy. He doesn't sing initially but, like Hunter, yields beneath Omega's insistence.
Rex: Another one for Hibachi - he can't help but think how much Fives would have loved it, and maybe the quiet evening could do with just a pinch of controlled chaos. He does not sing. Guys. Really. Come on, we came here to relax, not announce our presence to the whole damn restaurant.
Wolffe: He'll get some sushi as an appetizer and the Hibachi for his main course. It's rare he gets to indulge, so he's going to take advantage, but like hell is he going to let on how much he's actually enjoying the food. Until the kriffing singing starts... He gives Gregor the meanest glare before yielding with a disappointed eye-roll and getting back to his food.
Cody: This man has learned to appreciate the finer things in life, so he's going for pure sushi. He'll even get the weird stuff no one can pronounce so he can recommend them to Obi later. And yes. He sings. Much to everyone's shock and Gregor's absolute delight. His voice isn't loud and boisterous, but he lends a subtle undertone to it and unabashedly meets the eyes of anyone gawking at him (Obi taught him)

@ahogedetective sent - "Happy Birthday, Ryuji-kun! I hope your day has been really great! I wanted to give you a gift: something that I hope you will like!" With a smile, Shuichi hands Ryuji a gift box. Inside was a ramen gift set, that contained a ramen bowl and a pair of chopsticks, with a traditional Japanese wave pattern on them. Along with that, came packets of ramen of shio/miso/shoyu etc. flavors, and a mini soup spoon.
"Ehehe, I bought this from a really nice ramen restaurant that sold gift sets of their selections... so I absolutely had to buy this for you, so you could try it, too!" (HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RYUJI!!! ⚡🍜🎉!!!!!)

He never asked for nor expected gifts from his friends but undeniably he was always touched whenever they chose to get him one - and sure enough, Shuichi had great taste in gifts having gotten him a brand new ramen bowl and a new set of chopsticks - along with several packets of ramen that he would be sure to use in his new bowl generously. "You really spoiled me dude! These are just fantastic!"
"Heh, you gonna show me this great ramen place sometime...?! Maybe I can treat you there as a thanks for all of these amazing presents! These are just fantastic, man! Thank you!"

trying restriction again because fasting has put me in a binge-purge cycle and eating literally anything makes me suicidal and im sick of it
time : 5:52pm
cal limit : 200
things i ate : apple (75cals) and a black coffee (0 cals) at 1:30pm, apple (75 cals) and a miso soup (21 cals) at 5:20pm
i binged last night so i look super bloated still but in a fasted state my body is so cute idk. but im gonna just fast for the rest of the day and try this heavy restriction instead of actual fasting everyday until im happy with how flat my stomach looks. because then im gonna start a diet i saw on twt that helps to maintain your sick body because im lowkey happy with how my body looks now but i am not ready to eat 2000 calories a day and also just wanna see what i’ll look like a little smaller🙈 but yeah its just a diet so that ur happy with urself while also somewhat recovering because ur still eating most days. you start off having 900 cals one day split into 2 meals, 600 the next in one meal, do that all week and then fasting from dinner on friday to dinner on sunday (you break ur fast with whatever dinner u want on sunday night, the cals dont count because breaking fast is insanely unpredictable) and to make it realistic i gave myself one day a month to have a “cheat day” idk what day that will be this month, but next month its gonna be my birthday so im gonna do it then ! also gonna be trying to excercise for atleast an hour everyday !
