I have to go with The Joker and the King because I actually got all the elements of the song to work in a fic :) But If He Ever Hurts You and Battle Scars are close seconds due to their length and complexities.

I love all my children equally. I put too much work into each of them to not be proud. Have confidence in the fact that you are creating something and never feel bad about it!

The support from @figsandfandoms and @fruitygus always keeps me going! But anytime there’s engagement with my work, I blush so thanks to all :)

9. A time when writing was really hard

I had to take a long break from October to early December to focus on school assignments. I desperately missed the creativity and am so excited to get back into it!!!

10. A scene/character you wrote for that surprised you

I cannot believe I wrote so much for Steddie this year! I’d never written for Stranger Things but the fourth season opened the floodgates!

11. A favorite excerpt from your writing

I’m going to do a title instead with We both have cigarettes and cufflinks because of the randomness of the story behind it. I was at a memorial for work and overheard a snippet of two old men’s conversation. That line was the only thing I caught and I thought it fit Steddie

12. How did you grow as a writer this year

I cursed more which is a big step for me :) it’s not in my daily vocab but it was fun lol

13. How do you hope to grow next year

I hope to have more time and inspiration. The media I’ve been consuming recently hasn’t given me much to work with.

14. Who was your greatest positive influence as a writer (beta, another writer, cheerleader?)

Like I said, anyone who comments or engages in any way with my writing makes me so happy I cry! I never expect to get 10 hits let alone kudos or comments. The fandom community has been more than I could ever hope for and I love you all <3

I saw a shirt at the mall that blew me away so much I used it Psyched!

16. New wisdom you can share with others

You can always get back into writing, even if you’ve taken a break. People will be there to cheer you on. And never be afraid to self promote!

17. Projects you’re looking forward to in the new year

I have a Spicy Six (Stranger Things) in the works that’s been knocking around for a few months. Just need that last burst of motivation. A couple of Shus ideas in the mix as well. One angsty, one pure tooth rotting fluff. Aside from that, I have no idea but I can’t wait to see where inspiration will strike

5, with a few started that I haven't posted

10,809. I write very short.

What fandoms do you write for?

I've posted fics for agents of shield and harry potter (mostly marauders), I have plans for a community fic, a gomens fic, more mcu, and a stranger things fic on the back burner.

What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

pretty kooky too, home is your arms, getting the words out, skating a pirouette on ice is cool, and true trans soul rebels, respectively.

Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do, because I get very few.

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I haven't actually written any angsty endings yet, but since I abandoned hiya on a cliffhanger, that'd be it.

Week 11 - Interactive Article 

Creating an interactive article provides a variety of skills and applications. Throughout the creation of our article the knowledge of creating the blog website, setting up sections within it as well as learning how to embed images, audio and videos within the article.

Articles particularly interactive ones can be very useful and more and more writers, journalists etc. are starting to use them (Conlen et al., 2019). Their value can be immense as it can provide organisations more engagement through their own website through embedded links, more engagement on their youtube, Instagram etc. through links as well showing off highlights or aspects that are mentioned throughout the article. Therefore, for a sporting organisation this can lead to tremendous growth through many avenues such as membership if they have embedded that in their article as well. There are a variety of ways to profit of this for an organisation and its this multitude of options that makes it very valuable.

Articles are a good way for consumers to receive information with digital media growing more and more with new ways to interact with sporting organisations (Harris). Through interactive articles consumers have the ability to see a variety of information which can be beneficial to them through not just reading but accessing embedded links which may be highlights, scores etc. to catch them up on all the latest news. It enables fans to be in the loop of everything and it is this connection that fans will feel empowered ad have brand love and loyalty which will keep them returning to the articles or sport organisation as a whole (Vale and Fernandes, 2018).

i know i've talked about this before but the little pause before Abed says "Happy Valentine's day" in 21st Century Romanticism is so so gentle.

because somewhere in there, they both knew. they've both known. the line has been too blurred for too long for them to keep ignoring it, but they do anyway.

because Troy's not ready to face that. he's gotten so much more comfortable with himself but the idea that he might be gay is still a battle line that he can't bring himself to cross.

so when Troy puts his hand on Abed's shoulder, says "there's someone out there for us," Abed knows he's right. he thinks Troy knows too.

and he knows what he wants to say. he wants to say "i didn't think such violent things could happen to ordinary people" "i can't see anything i don't like about you" "to me, you are perfect" "i wish i had done everything on earth with you" "you want the rest of your life to start as soon possible;" he wants to say: "i love you." but he knows Troy isn't ready for that. that Troy may never be ready for that but he definitely isn't ready now.

so instead he thinks for a moment. about what he could possibly say that won't do any damage. and he settles on "Happy Valentine's day," and hopes that it's enough. because it's all he has.

okay SUPER random but it just occurred to me that there are parallels between lavarti and trobed? at least in the sense that they're glued-at-the-hips besties who can read each others minds and finish each others sentences and are off in their own little worlds together even when they're surrounded by other people

and their painful separations aka abed's grief when troy left for his trip and parvati's grief when lavender got attacked by greyback

except i refuse to believe that lavender died, she recovered from her wounds and came back to parvati just like troy sailed around the world and then came back to abed and they all lived happily ever after

ok trobedison headcanon time:

the three of them become harry styles stans, and it starts because annie always loved one direction and harry was her fav. so annie plays his music in her room all the time. at first it kinda annoyed troy, but then one day he caught himself humming golden and he became super obsessed. when abed found out that troy was a fan, he started watching every piece of harry styles media he could find in an effort to understand the appeal. it wasn’t until he watched the sign of the times music video that he became a true stan. and now that they all love king harry, they have dance parties all the time and annie knit them all cardigans like the one he wore. (also, adore you is 100% a trobed song you can’t change my mind)
