I'm on a 3 month pre-op insurance requirement 4 bariatric surgery and I probably won't get the procedure done until December or January. I can't wait to get it done, I hate that I left myself go this much and I need the extra help.

I gotta get back on track. Last days have been so high in cals; I binged twice and was unsuccessful with a purge both times so now I'm stuck feeling heavy. It's just easier not to eat cause every time I try and count cals I end up going over on lil dumb shit I should never have eaten. Fasting is the only thing that feels right and food just feels wrong. I'm gonna reset and fast for 120 hrs then try omad at 800 or something.

The unspoken part of that too, being called "soft squishy marshmallow mom shaped uwu" and then going, hm, no thanks. That's weird and uncomfortable. Is that people get SO TAKEN ABACK. And almost immediately switch straight into anger, because the idea of a fat person turning down a "compliment" is absolutely unthinkable.
