Chilchuck analysis speedrun: As a hardworking half-foot who grew up poor and discriminated against and had his gullibility taken advantage of multiple times in his early adventuring days, Chilchuck thinks optimism is a dangerous flaw. He’s stressed and strict all the time because his job is noticing details like traps that could get everyone killed before anyone knows it, he takes the lives of everyone to be on his shoulders, and with the way he speaks about it that probably partly reflects how he felt about taking it upon himself to provide for his family too. His life’s always been pretty centered around work and has become even moreso now that his wife left and everyone is independent, and due to past events he’s very iffy with bonding with coworkers. He thinks feelings and job are a disaster mix. Like with his wife or with parties hiring him as sacrifice, being open or having good faith is vulnerability which can get you hurt, so he processes and shows all his stress as anger instead of worry. Doing strict dieting probably isn’t helping the irritability what with hunger, and on top of being a hunger suppressant alcohol might be the main stress reliever he has.
OK, so you have implied in your previous Fae Dick posts that animals and trees can communicate with him in some fashion. Does that mean that Fae Dick could somehow get a heads up that Jason is crawling out of his grave? Could Fae Dick get to a resurrected Jason faster then the league would?
Ooo, good point!
I’d go with yes, yes Dick would notice. Also I don’t think he’d allow Bruce to bury Jason anywhere but the manor grounds, so that would help.
When Jason wakes up in his grave the entirety of the Wayne estate would startle out of its grief stricken slumber, as imbued as it is with Dick’s fae magic. As such, I think the soil and the roots would also aid Jason in breaking free of his grave, severely reducing whatever brain damage he may suffer from a lack of oxygen.
Meanwhile Dick, who’s out in the streets as Nightwing, would definitely feel a sense of alarm and urgency from his home and immediately turn around to check it out.
And this find Jason right as he pulls himself from the ground.
(Dick doesn’t question it. He’s fae. And questioning miracles is the best way to unmake them and he’d rather sleep in an iron bed than give Jason up again.)
Tim and Bruce would probably suspect that Dick dabbled in some kind of necromancy for a while. Not that Dick does anything to dissuade them of that notion, he’s too busy hissing and spitting at anybody stupid enough to approach Jason without his express permission and feeding him healing plants and roots the forest readily offers to him. 🌳✨
All of the ‘Team Bolas is a found family and they’ll all stay together as one back on the QSMP server’ people are going to be very disappointed when everybody gets back on the island and Cellbit immediately goes back to living in his Underground Bloody Murder Room and only talking to people he thinks won’t betray him for the Federation, a list that notably doesn’t include Jaiden or Foolish, and tbh it probably wouldn’t include Phil if the eggs are back by then because Phil quite literally would rather sit in his house and do nothing than dare cross the Federation and risk his kids’ lives and Cellbit doing a violent revolution would risk Chayanne and Tallulah too much for Phil to go along with it, and it probably wouldn’t include Baghera because she wants to help ‘fix’ him by sending him off somewhere with Roier to calm down and that would be seen by Cellbit as an attack against him. Charlie’s cool tho, Cellbit has already decided he’s on his side
Rei’s Boss’s “bloodline” speech feels very targeted and homophobic. Like dude keeps bringing it up, and he chooses to show the exact pic with Kazuki and Rei sharing their indirect kiss.
He knows his son is gay, and instead of conversion therapy or the normal disgusting pray the gay away shit homophobic parents use, Shigeki just says “nah, ima do a murder.”
I bet when Silver was very small he just called Malleus by name but eventually someone told him that they’re supposed to address him with a title and he stopped and Malleus, whose whole thing is that his status and strength have prevented him from forming meaningful attachments with most people and he feels isolated because of it, went home and didn’t come out of his room for three days.
Very sad Luka left Paris (aka will be more uninvolved in the show). For me, that episode was the end of Miraculous. I've stopped watching and just lurk in his beautiful fanart...but of course, I'll still draw him!

"One thing that I've always said about Juan is that every action that he does is heartfelt and genuine. When it was the war against the French, he was there and he was going to go to war, even though he knew he was going to die. He saw them getting ripped apart, but he was there and he was going to do it. I believe if Lucrezia hadn't come over, he would have led all his troops into death. I don't think there's anything that he's done which was through general cowardice. In terms of his survival, he died how he lived, and that's laudable, in itself." — David Oakes.
yk what pisses me the fuck off? people being so obsessed w regulus that they downplay sirius' trauma just to make reg a sadder character that they can relate to. do whatever u want with reg - this is a free fandom, jkr doesn't run it and ur allowed to think whatever, but its actually baffling how ur willing to legit take away sirius' trauma for reg. i've seen people say that 'reg is the second choice child' like... ur kidding me, right? just because... he's younger?? doesn't make him second choice??? i will confidently say that sirius is 100% the less favoured child and i will fight anyone on it - i mean, how is this even a fucking debate?!? what is wrong with people?! sure, reg's story is sad and interesting but i desperately need you to stop depriving him of every little good thing in his life just to improve his story.
i will 100% confidently say that sirius is objectively one of the most, if not the most, traumatised character in the marauders fandom. yes, i know we shouldn't compare people's trauma, and with any other character i wouldn't. but this is sirius. he was physically and mentally abused by his parents, he felt that he had to protect a young child when he was only a year older and developed a martyr complex, had his family try and manipulate him into joining their cult at 16, ran away from home and was disowned at 16, grew up in wartime, he became a child solider at 18, his *adoptive* parents died at 19, his brother died at 19, his relationship w remus was falling apart, he got framed for the murder of his bsfs at 21 and then spent 12 years of his life getting his soul sucked out of him, at 33 he gets let out and his godson thinks he's a murderer and he has to un-learn his dog-like behaviours, at 34 the war begins again, at 35 he dies, and then in the afterlife watches remus have a wife and child. please fight me on this because i could go all day for him.
