I just want to give a heads up that I am no professional astrologer.. although it's funny cuz you see most users saying this here and their predictions seem pretty professional in the end no? Lol. Anyways, as I was saying, please don't plagiarise my content..but wait, no, I don't really have a problem actually cause astrology is astrology and if you wanna use it for your posts, fine...feel free to...I have no issue so please widen your knowledge and share it with others. Okay, I think it's best i begin now.

Also, I'll be talking about stuff that are meant only for adult eyes lol😂 so dear minor watching, i understand how curiosity fuels your engine but please don't interact with this, otherwise curiosity will also begin to kill minors along with cats.😂😂

If something here does not relate with your experience, please keep in mind that astrology is an insanely vast but such a beautiful topic so this varies based on other aspects and placements too.

☀️Sun in the 8th house🏠 -

•The sun person makes the house persons insecurities and past wounds exposed due the sun persons brightness, because of this it seems like the sun person hurts the house person unintentionally.

•The house person gets triggered a lot with certain actions of the sun person but keep in mind, the sun person has no intention of triggering the house person.

•These are the triggers that's developed because of the house persons past and it gets exposed to the sun's light.

•No matter how much the house person tries to stop those triggers, it won't stop in the beginning of the connection.

•The sun person might want to explore the house persons deepest parts that they hide from the world and as the dynamic gets closer to eachother in the connection, the sun persons heat either worsens the wounds or helps heal the house person heal them.

•The sun person pays a lot of attention to the house persons deepest wounds and desires.

•They notice every little detail of the house persons insecurities but you'll be happy to know that the sun person usually finds brightness in all your darkest parts.

•i feel, according to my studies and observations that whatever planet sits in the 8th house becomes like a two sided coin or a opposite sort of thinking here most of the time.

•Usually the planet person thinks and feels some way about the house person but the house person feels like the planet person thinks the complete opposite of what the planet person actually thinks (lol I hope it made sense) and vice versa.

•It's like both the house person and the planet person may have similar feelings about eachother (planets depend as it can change this) but they both think that the other doesn't feel the same way about them.

• EX: VENUS in the 8th house - both of them (planet person and house person) love eachothers beauty and insecurities of eachother but they are insecure that the other person does not like it or will not like it sooner or later.

ANOTHER EX: SUN in the 8th house - both of them (planet person and house person) wants the other to open up to them but they think the other person does not want to or will not support them or understand them. Both of them want to open up abt their insecurities but they both are afraid and hence take a long time to open up but in the beginning are closed off.

Eros (433) in 3rd house : Firstly, Eros is your turn ons. The Eros person is turned on / finds the house person voice very attractive. Also the house persons hands, how the house person speaks and their mind.

Omg It’s finally here!!! ;0;

I’ve been working on this for over a week now and I finally have the first five pages done!!

Apologies for the inconsistent art style and quality, I’m still figuring out what I’m doing lol; also I originally made the first 3 pages in black and white like a traditional manga (hence the specific page ratio) but realized half way through that all the lines, dots, and high contrast were triggering my migraines… whoops… ;v;

At least it gives me a chance to practice my coloring skills. (Lord knows I need it. The purple dress and the orange sand keep wanting to clash so much oof ;v;)

As for the story, I figured simply combining the two story lines of Tristamp and Tangled would make it feel a little bit boring/predictable, which is why I’ve decided to mix and match things, as well as add my own original spin to the story, hopefully to keep y’all engaged/entertained! ^^;

My goal atm is to update with at least one new page every Wednesday (for WooWoo Wednesday, obviously), but potentially more, idk yet. I might also consider posting the comic to AO3 if y’all are interested. This is all pretty experimental for me, so I’m figuring stuff out as I go lol.

ummm this took an embarrassingly long amount of time (79 hours altogether </3) so u will. look at them!!!!! If u don't know what sky au is or want 2 learn more about these sillies then I will be rambling about them rn (with extra doodles) !! lucky you :]

Kry, what is sky au ??

To put it simply, it's a (mostly) ishimondo centric au where Mondo guards over the sun, while Taka guards over the moon. Together they keep Earth in balance. Other planets (excluding Earth for now) are guarded by a being similar to Mondo and taka (aka the hopes peak students are now guardians too). They all each have their own ways of making sure that their planet/moon/etc are rotating correctly and orbiting around the sun n such !! (It's a work in progress so pls bear with me </3)

The Earth, in this case is not guarded by anyone in particular. Which gives the beings an opportunity to basically go down there and explore or just go through shenanigans pretty much. So long as they don't burn the whole planet down and are able to blend in with humans down there they're able to do whatever they please 👍

now to get some sorta like. random facts about Mondo n taka (plus the piece itself) out of the way cause !!!! the post is about them SO

Mondo: Sun guardian ☀️

Does not have a specific routine when doing his job. Usually goes with his gut feeling and continues on from there.

With that in mind, he tends to travel to earth very often to mess around n' have fun. He doesn't doesn't go out of his way to cause destruction (at least not on purpose)

But, he is more feared than liked by most of the mortals there. That does not stop him from roaming around the Earth though!

His halo can emit the brightest light that could honestly blind a regular human, but for the space beings it does not have much of an effect on em.

MF TOOK THE LONGEST TIME (42 hrs) !!! BC OF HIS HAIR. and the halo. shakes him crumples him up

Kiyotaka: Moon guardian 🌙

Unlike Mondo, Taka actually does have a routine that he carefully and thoughtfully planned out to make sure that everything goes smoothly with things regarding the moon (phases, rotations, yk)

Only goes down to Earth for educational purposes, he wants to learn more about how the moon directly affects the Earth (as well as other things about mortals and nature in general)

Does come off as intimidating to mortals, but it is mostly unintentional and therefore he doesn't hang around them much.

Is able to make little star projections with his hands and uses this to make his plans/write down stuff (good example is making that flower projection in [this] comic.)

🧡 academia >> Only studied chemsitry for 7mins but I finished my first exam!! It was a chemsitry practical one and I think it went well!! ^^ Did my art work in study today so I could continue working on it and socialise with my non-art friends

🧡 physical health >> I did a couple pushups

🧡 self care >> I was exhausted after the exam so later in chemsitry I played cards with my friends and let myself relax at home. I also cuddled my dogs some more and said no to ice cream (I had more earlier plus other snacks)

Also I only missed 3 days of #nodalchallenge and I thought I missed a lot more so my motivation's slightly up! It's good to reread old posts, journal entries, diaries, look at old photos and conversations. For me anyway, I can get so caught up in the present moment and how badly it's going, feeling even worse with the fact that I remember being so much more consistent and productive and more disciplined and whatever other good stuff I thought. But really looking back I get to see how many bad and horrible days I also had AND how I still managed to bring myself up once again. It's a strange feeling to be inspired by yourself but it's also so nice <3

I hope you all get inspired by and take more comfort in yourselves more often :)

I usually do a proper post for ideal type readings, but I wanna do this for u. so lemme do a quick one.

Card(s): AoS, PoC, moon in rx, PoW rx, and QoP

Lee Han prefers his partner or ideal type to be someone who is smart or book smart (AoS). But not in a pretentious way. He would like them even more if they know many things or trivial things. So, a walking Wikipedia basically. At the same time, he would like it even more if they can communicate their thoughts and opinions well. Someone who is thoughtful yet logical.

Although his ideal type may sound cold to some, he also likes someone with a twist. So someone who looks smart and cold, but is a softie at heart (PoC). Someone who expresses themselves well and is emotionally intelligent.

With the Moon and Page of Wands both in reverse position, I think Lee Han wants someone who is the opposite of him. Lee Han isn’t particularly good at expressing himself, so he wants a partner who can emotionally express themselves. I think his ideal type is someone witty, expressive, and talkative. The Moon in reversed tells me Lee Han can be emotionally unstable, so he wants someone who is the opposite of him. Someone who knows themselves well emotionally.

The Page of Wands in reverse and the Queen of Pentacles also tells me he wants someone who has their shit together and knows what they want. To be frank with you, Lee Han is quite turbulent. To me, he feels like he’s still figuring things out. Hence, this ideal type of his is actually what he wants to be and he’s looking for it outside of himself. He wants someone who can fill in the qualities he lacks.

I have a brain today so i can actually expand on some of the things youve pointed out instead of just aiming heart eyes at you for the compliments fjsndjsjejke so for the first point, yes!!! Scar and Xisuma returned to the others post chap 6 and were like "Well that sucked!! Wow!!!!" I wouldnt say theyve given all the information to everybody, because they themselves aren't exactly ready to discuss that beyond the immediately required basics, but everyone else was given the gist: convo went badly, Grian is being taken back to Hermitcraft on Scar and Xisuma's insistence. Both Scar and Xisuma feel fucking horrible for how that conversation went down-- nobody had a good time there. So while the plan is to eventually get everyone up to speed, they're sorta taking this time to be miserable about what was essentially a fight that ended in stripping Grian of his autonomy

There's also a little cross-communication happening here in the background, btw: Scar and Xisuma have a pretty big picture now, but Tango, Mumbo, and Pearl have been fed that false info abt the potions being potentially useful. So, yknow :) just smth to keep in mind there haha

Your point about how it almost feels like Grian falling asleep is a survival mechanism is spot on the money. It's essentially him falling into a state of low power mode, where everything but his most basic of functions is shut down for a brief time in favour of preserving energy-- i would honestly consider it more equivalent to a coma than actual sleep. Hence Tango's concern, and subsequent relief when Grian woke up; the entire time he was unconscious, he was fully unresponsive. So, yknow. Real nerve-wracking to see, especially after that prior full week of unresponsiveness as his body struggled to maintain itself.

Tango's role here is indeed deliberate, both on a watsonian and doylist level!! The reason however is the exact same for both: Tango is a little more removed, personally, from this situation. Grian was-- and is-- his friend, ofc, but he's not as close to whats happening. Meanwhile, Xisuma is in 24/7 server babysitting mode, Pearl is not fit to be a caretaker, and Scar and Mumbo were tearing themselves apart by trying to sit and look after him. So Tango got assigned caretaker duties 😂😂😂😂 it was an effective way to divvy up tasks and keep everybody busy, and somewhat hilariously, so far Tango is the only person Grian isnt supremely upset with for one reason or another. And thats why he's continued to stay in caretaker mode lol he is truly just. The only guy who can rn

I also just sorta think of him as a surprisingly emotionally savvy fixer-type, in terms of personality. Like. I think he just gets what people set down in front of him, yknow? Although hell if he knows what to do with it once he's got em. He fumbles a lot, sure, and he defaults to fix-it mode, but he is getting the message when Grian essentially says "i dont wanna talk anymore" without actually saying it

As for Grian and his headspace, rn, theres definitely a complexity at work here where he wants to die and is very genuine in that, but he IS also grateful he's seeing his friends. He cant deny that. As painful as it is, he still loves them very much, and ultimately he's trying to do this for their own good as much as for his own sense of punishment and relief. I think like... now that he's really creeping up on what he has planned, and the pieces are suddenly becoming a reality, theres a bit of dissonance he's fighting against to stay on course. He wants his friends happy; he also wants to die. He's so overwhelmingly tired; he is, as much as he feels he doesnt deserve it, glad to have his friends close. That sort of hopelessness mixed with a warped sense of comfort that he got to see and interact with them one last time. If that makes any sense. Its a bit of complexity i wanted to make sure i added in, because people are so rarely fully decided on any course of action they choose to take, without even a single flicker of doubt (and especially one so final as this). Im glad youve picked up on that, and that you appreciate what i was trying to set down with it!!! :D

dw I already know full well about the multiple corrective rape fanfics that got orphaned on Ao3. The original confession blog is what introduced me to the fandom in April actually, and I've been watching everything from the sidelines ever since.

And apparently a little bit before that, (as far as I know) the first instance of the gore anons coming to light was actually with them harassing GarbageChocolate as their first victim. Hence the reasoning for going far back as March and possibly January.

Hi! first of all, thank you for liking my art!💞 to be honest i undo and erase my lines Very Often… but i tried my best to give an answer! my reply is going to be pretty long so i'll put it under a page break

it's pretty old, but here's a process video of me struggling for comparison lol (i assume the lineart you were talking about was my persona fanart!)

My process sort of feels like sculpting out the lines I want from my sketch. I just work on that same layer and refine the lines by erasing away parts I don’t like or redrawing it (hence all the undoing). Lineart on its own layer sometimes ends up looking a little weird for me, since I may lose a lot of the loose energy from the sketch.

In my experience, when I undo lines often it’s a sign that I’m not really confident in my line quality which is the real cause of the issue. The lines that I’m most satisfied with are those that are bold (one continuous line without fraying), have varied line weight, and create interesting shapes with sharp angles that show the object’s 3D form. To do this I make lines heavier when they’re in shadow and thinner where light is hitting the form or when two forms are touching. I sometimes go over the same line multiple times to give it weight (since my favourite brushes usually don’t change size with pressure).

I’d say making sure your lines are confident + stable, and varying your line weight by knowing where to make a line thicker/thinner is the most important part of line quality! Then knowing where to place the lines by going slowly and making deliberate choices. (People practice this by only drawing with pen on paper, which makes sure every line you place is done with intent and if you do make a mistake, to work with it and adapt. Honestly I should do it more often too) You can also try drawing from the elbow or arm to make your lines really stable, or use a stabilizer on your brush. Oh and this is a pretty general tip but use references!! They're so helpful for visualizing the end goal for the drawing and you can easily spot any errors. They really make you more confident!

The “Realms” of Teyvat, their elements and powers, and a brief historical summary

last updated: 11/20/2022 (up to date with the relevant information available as of version 3.2)

this post also contains spoilers if you're not caught up!

History

As the first Descender, the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles appeared, and it's unknown how they “made the world anew” or what kind of context that's meant to have, but it's assumed that the Heavenly Principles were established around this time, and this entity hasn't been active in Teyvat since the Cataclysm.

The Second Descender is presumably the Primordial One, also called/speculated to be Phanes (as for some reason there seems to be some uncertainty on the subject, but for now are considered as the same until confirmed otherwise). Phanes was born from an egg (comparable to the Cosmic Egg myth motif) and is described as being androgynous in nature.

This eggshell was presumably used to “separate the universe from the microcosm of the world”, which the microcosm could be in reference to the Void Realm/Abyss, and the universe could refer to either Celestia or the establishment of the “false sky” (which is presumably metaphorical in reference to constellations and Visions being a lie, deceitful, or controlling in some way to make humans submit to Celestia, but since these constellations are visible, then the sky illusion would be a construct of Celestia, and for reasons unknown).

❗At present, Teyvat refers to the Seven Nations, if not the world/planet as a whole and its connected areas.

Around this time, the Primordial One made four Shades of itself (which are parallel to the artifact categories, where Phanes/The Primordial One is represented by the Circlet of Logos). Following that pattern, Istaroth is represent by the Sands of Eon, and with the association of Time. The other three associations for the Shades are Life (Flower), Death (Plume), and Space (Goblet of Eonothem).

Before the defeat of the Seven Sovereigns (the strongest of Dragon-Kind) and the founding of the “Human Realm”, the Light and Void realm were equally present and opposing to each other in nature, and Vishaps and Elemental Dragons were presumably more present in Teyvat, also ruling over the seven nations at the time, hence why it was considered unsuitable for humans to live there by the Primordial One.

After defeating the Seven Sovereigns, nature was then made suitable for humans, and those that wouldn't submit went to the ocean/Enkanomiya.

In short, nature was changed to be home to humans, and with the Sovereigns now gone, the elemental thrones went to the Primordial One + Celestia and the Archons instead, as the elements originate from the Light Realm, and now made it possible for them to rule over nature and the established Seven Nations. (also called the “realm of the elements”; more details can be found on this in the Light Realm section)

❗based on the description of the events that happened at this time (see Forty Years After the Held Branches) it's possible that along with the Seven Sovereigns, the majority of life was destroyed, hence why it was necessary to remake it or make it habitable again, as Phanes and it's shades had to make mountains, rivers, birds, animals, fish, flowers, grass, trees, and then humans.

After this point, history starts to get a little ambiguous (especially since there's different perspectives and stories that don't have fully clear meanings yet, so it gets a little confusing), but in short Celestia began its rule over humans, and then there was the war with the Second Who Came, which there is relatively less information about at the moment.

✨ The Realms

• for reference, and with a few exceptions, the Realms and the context for the word are not explicitly locations, and refers to the two main powers/energies in Teyvat, which are both present in and can affect nature (referred to as the Human Realm, but really is just called that because Humans are now the primary entity living in Teyvat, and wasn't a named realm/force before)

☀️ The Light Realm

• also called the “realm of elements”

- “though much like mother nature, this realm has fallen under the dominion of humans, it will still lend humans its aid against the enroaching void” (Loading Screen text)

- this refers to how the elements and their seven thrones are now under the rule of Celestia, and despite that will still help humans in the fight against the Void Realm/Abyss)

• another title is the “Vishap Realm”, as Vishaps are creatures that can harness the “pure, raw, primordial elements” and are also called elemental beings. That and they were the major species before humans, and the seven elemental thrones previously belonged to the Seven Sovereigns, who were the “elememtal lords of the Vishaps” until their defeat.

• without adjustments/modifications to increase compatibility, humans are described as incompatible with the Light Realm (likely referring to the elements, and how humans can't just use them like Vishaps and Dragons can)

• the elemental energy of the Light Realm is considered to be pure, and as a primordial force of nature.

• some other things of note are the two images above. Starting with the light sigil, this item is from Enkanomiya, but goes along with the name card text as well. The text that goes along with the Colors of the Rainbow namecard is “Light can refract into countless colors, but people stop at seven because they're lazy to count. Perhaps the elements are like that, too.”

- the main metaphor is that the elements are from the Light Realm, so like a rainbow, the primordial light force/power is “refracted” into seven elements (which is not specific to the Archons, as the elemental thrones were around before them, and belonged to the Seven Sovereigns). It isn't clear how many more elements may exist or have the potential to exist, but that is a possibility if that's what this is hinting at.

🌑 Void Realm

• the Void Realm has also been called the Abyss, but the word Abyss has several other meanings as well.

• as a region (the one Childe/Tartaglia falls into), this Abyss is considered to be both beyond and under/underground Teyvat, and/or another world completely.

• as an entity, the Will of the Abyss is a force that encourages the Abyss Order, and has been known to be attracted to and draw in those with great ambition (ex. Gold and Tartaglia)

- with such individuals, prolonged exposure to the Abyss can result in changing their personality, corrupting them, and/or making them more inclined to cause trouble/chaos.

• the dark energy of the abyss is extremely harmful to elemental beings, such as Archons, Vishaps, and Dragons, even if these elemental beings can also repel the dark energy with power from the Light Realm, meaning they're both capable of being harmful/defensive against the other.

- an example of this is how Archon's can get poisoned by this energy (like Venti) and constructs made by Archon's can be corrupted (see Aerosiderite items)

🏞️🌌 The Human Realm

• lastly, the Human Realm without the title is just nature and the world of Teyvat, encompassing the Seven Nations, and even some of its adjoining areas, which is now under the rule of Celestia after the defeat of the Seven Sovereigns of the Light Realm, and the Void Realm was possibly just a more obscure opposing force at the time that didn't have a major presence in Teyvat to be rid of.

• as previously stated, the primordial energy of the Light Realm is incompatible with humans without adjustments or modifications (and the Void Realm can possibly be considered the same way as well), which is where the Ley Lines come in. Simply put, the Ley Lines are a network (taking on the shape/system of tree roots that extend throughout Teyvat) that the elements flow through, and also remember everything that happens in Teyvat, regardless of where things take place.

• though even with how these modifications are mainly used by humans, vision holders/allogenes, and some light realm creatures, the Abyss Order is also able to use them, which is how monsters like Abyss Mages, Heralds, and etc. are able to use the elements, furthermore backing up how both Light and Void can be present in nature and Teyvat, and are able to use the elements.

• The Ley Lines roots are sourced from Irminsul, as primarily revealed by Nahida in the latest quests, and is primarily linked to the consciousness of the Dendro Archon. It also is said to be the root of Dendro power.

• In short, Irminsul stores all information and memories of Teyvat, which are collected through the Ley Lines. Irminsul is only one of these trees, however, and it's possible that there may be more (see Albedo voicelines).

Practical Applications?

• with there being more information about these energies, forces, and etc. as of the Enkanomiya event and overall having been added (which I'm just now getting to analyzing oops), it answers some of the gaps previously open in alchemy philosophy (which I will hopefully be able to make a post on soon) and can be used in practice for a number of uses.

• these are just some ideas I came up with, but the ones that pertain to working with the distinct Light and Void Realms/sources I have experimented with, and overall this is not a full list. With that in mind, it's best to experiment to figure out what you want to incorporate into your practice and however you'd like.

• energy work with Light - as the primary source of the elements, Light is useful when it comes to working with the seven elements, and to a certain degree, can be used for simple tasks such as cleansing because of its “pure” properties. Though some other things to consider in protecting your space are uses in banishment, warding, etc.

• the use of the seven elements, Light, or Void in spells, alchemy, etc.

• transmutation: Light can also serve as a starting point when trying to work with elements, whether it's in meditation, energy work (whether it's for space maintenance or building constructs, there's a lot you can do, so this list is open ended) or with spells, working with Light first before a more specific element might make it easier.

- the opposite can also work, especially for those who might already find this kind of energy easier to work with or just have a preference for it, so Void is also an option in performing everything previously mentioned, and can be used with the elements just like Light can be.

• the Light Symbol as a general sigil

• accessing the Ley Lines through meditation (ex. to work with the elements) or working with them when doing spells and etc.

• going on “Irminsul expeditions”
