hi, i'm interrupting your path to the fic because i wanted to say thank you for 50 followers (ik its not a lot but humour me) i made this blog like 3 weeks ago on a whim and i didn't expect people to like my stuff this much. so thank you again for all your support, and i hope you enjoy, and i don't know what to do to celebrate my silly little milestone but I'll probably just double-post tonight or tomorrow.

"Mei-mei?" You call, running up the stairs into your daughter's room. You heard a crash, and the silence since has been deafening. "Jingmei, are you okay?"

You hear tiny giggles and a playful bark. Thank the archons that she's okay. On that note, where is Zhongli? You creep into Mei's room, only to find her with bows on her horns that match Amber's collar. She giggles again. "Mama, look! Me and Amber are matching!"

You smile. "I see that, honey," You pick her up, hugging her tight against your chest. She's growing so, so fast, and it scares you. "You look amazing."

Jingmei having horns was a shock to your system. They sprouted one night when she was three, and since then, they appear whenever she's tired or really, really excited. Even Zhongli was surprised by it. "I don't know," he said when you asked why this was happening. "Archons having children with mortals is rare. I suppose it's like half-adeptus children, but I can't be certain." He pulled you to him and kissed your hair. "Stop worrying, love. She's healthy and happy. That's all that matters."

"Thank you, mama," she grins a toothless grin at you, and slides out of your hands, pulling you down with her.

"Mei, where's your father?" you ask her. She leans closer to you conspiratorially, pressing her forehead against yours.

"We're having a princess party. He's getting changed."

"Into a princess dress?" you ask, widening your eyes in excitement. Jingmei simply shrugs.

"I don't know. But he said I can decorate his horns." You chuckle to yourself, Zhongli doesn’t know the word ‘no’ when it comes to you, your daughter, or your dog. It makes you laugh that a whole archon gets bossed around by women when he gets home. "Mama, why don't you have horns?"

You'd been waiting for this question. Jingmei is an observant child--she gets that much from her father--it was only a matter of time before she questioned your lack of horns, and you'd been practising what to say. You considered running it by Zhongli, but you had a feeling he'd say the unfiltered truth--which you suspected would be too much for her to handle.

"I'm not special in the same way you and your dad are." You say softly. "You get your horns and magnificent hair from him, and your pretty smile and clever mind from me." In all honesty, Jingmei is more him than you in terms of appearance--sometimes people don't believe you are her mother, especially if they don't know Zhongli. But the minute she opens her mouth, everyone knows that she's yours. She's as eloquent as you are, quick-witted, and sometimes a little stubborn. And you love her for it.

“I think you’re plenty special, mama.” JIngmei smiles widely, throwing her arms around your neck enthusiastically, almost knocking you over in the process.

“Thank you, sweetheart,” you smile, littering her cheeks with kisses until she’s giggling uncontrollably.

"Jingmei, I'm afraid none of your mother's dresses fit me," Zhongli's voice trails in from outside. "I hope my makeshift dress will do." He walks into the room, with the blanket from your bed draped over his silk pyjamas. You and your daughter both burst into laughter, so much so that Zhongli almost blushes.

"What are you two laughing at?" He scowls, pulling you both into a hug, and gracing Amber with her obligatory head pats. She yips happily.

"Nothing," you both giggle.

Zhongli huffs, sinking onto Jingmei’s bed. He glances at his daughter’s makeup supplies from across the room. If he’d known he was going to be her only model, he’d have bought some less bright colours. “I suppose I should stay true to my promise.”

“Mei-mei,” You smile brightly, glancing at Zhongli with playful mischief. “How about I let you use some of my things today? Prince Papa deserves the best, no?”

Jingmei jumps up. “I’ll get it!” She giggles as the runs out of the room, Amber bounding happily behind her.

“How does she know where my make-up is?” You ask Zhongli lightly, sitting beside him and running your hands through his hair. He chuckles, leaning his head into your hands.

“This isn’t the first time we’ve used your makeup, love.”

“What?”

“It’s been at least a year and a half,” he says shamelessly. “We did ask you. Admittedly, you were half asleep, but you did say yes.”

You scowl at him. “I sure hope you don’t apply that logic to anything else.”

Zhongli laughs. “I don’t do anything you don’t explicitly ask for.”

“Yeah, hence why we have a four-year-old,” You scoff. He’s nothing but a big liar.

“If I remember correctly, you asked for that too.” You scowl at him even more—if that’s even possible—and gently slap his arms.

“Don’t say things like that when Jingmei’s around.” You hiss. “Especially when they aren’t true.”

“But they are true,” He smiles, drawing you closer to him. “I’m not in the business of spreading misinformation. You know that.”

You roll your eyes at him as Jingmei comes storming back into the room. “Found it!” She smiles happily. “Are we group hugging?” She says, glancing between you and her dad. She puts the makeup on the floor and barrels into the both of you, stretching her little arms out as far as they go.

She may not have the words to express it, but growing up in a house so full of love makes her want to show that love to whoever she sees—be it a bug she sees out in the wild, a new friend, or simply just her parents.

“Jingmei, darling, you’re prodding me with your horns.” Zhongli chuckles, trying to sit up. But the little girl insists on staying put, her grip on you both tightening.

“Am not.”

“Are too.” Zhongli retorts. It sometimes throws you off to see how easily he switches out of his usual formal manner of speaking when it comes to his daughter. It seems he does the opposite to you sometimes--you swear he uses bigger words just to confuse you.

Amber yips excitedly and launches herself onto you, offended that she’s been left out. Zhongli chuckles to himself. He never thought this kind of life would suit him. He thought he was destined to live life on his own, detached from the rest of the humans he watched over. He’s grateful for you and his daughter because you made the decades of solitude worth it, and he’ll savour every minute he has with the both of you. And Amber.

an: i spent half an hour on a name website to try and find a traditional Chinese name that had something to do with crystals, and this was the best name i could find, but if it's actually a curse word or something I think I'll just cry

im actually a HUGE fan of exploring clovis and aphrodite cabin dynamics!! i even ship mitchell, valentina, and drew with clovis (not all together ofc but as separate ships!) :D

ok ok so on one side we have a demigod whose godly parent is the literal embodiment of love and the other side we have a demigod whose parent is the literal embodiment of sleep; i think it's a very goofy and cute dynamic!!

here we have a demigod whose godly parent is LOVE thus making their life very motivated, inspired, and directed/guided by love (of all types!), and a kid who is lucky if he even knows what year it is. imagine being someone who has had so MUCH LOVE front and center in their life and being surrounded by half-siblings that share this trait with you and then you try to flirt with clovis 💀

since clovis seems to be very "go with the flow" and more in the dreamscape than reality at any given time, i think that would make it all the more difficult to even get him to even consider the possibility that flirting is what's going on let alone someone flirting with HIM. like he went through the trouble of showing nico the counselor meeting and didnt seem to notice that gee nico is rlly rlly focused on will weird. he's so relaxed and unbothered that detecting social cues or picking up on subtleties and viewing things as anything other than neutral demigod-to-demigod interactions just isn't something he particularly excels at. why would he need to? he's usually sleeping, so that sort of stuff doesn't concern him all that much because why would anyone be interested in him romantically much less flirt with him??? that doesn't make any sense??? so it's not so much him being unconfident or hard on himself as much as it is just his "logic."

that's how he regards his interactions with people in general... now once more: this is the APHRODITE cabin. they're generally nice, and even if it is flirting, aren't they all kinda flirty by nature? (not accurate in reality ik just bear with me here)

and for a while, DREW ran the cabin. the same drew who literally called clovis "repulsive" and seems to have some beef or just general dislike for him. with her being the head counselor (and even when she steps down, she's still an older camper with influence in her cabin) and thus being who clovis might immediately associate the cabin with due to interactions as a fellow head counselor, it seems unlikely that anyone from that cabin thinks that highly of him. and if they did, could it be a form of rebellion AGAINST drew and not actual general interest? or just some sort of cruel joke or even just the easy way out of that weird old aphrodite tradition?

i also headcanon clovis as just. Chill. Unbothered. Not Aware of Social Norms in general. he's the type to hug/lean on his friends lazily, cuddle with ppl he doesn't even know all that well at the campfire bc they're comfy, offer to share his bed with someone who is having nightmares, etc. just bc he has far less experience with actual human interaction as opposed to dreams where he can control them as he wishes. who is he to say someone isn't just being friendly/polite to him or thats just how ppl act?

that all being said though, people wanting/trying to keep him up long enough to talk to him, get to know him, or hang out with him as opposed to just to get some sleep, help with dreams/nightmares, or info on gods and whatnot, IS something unusual enough for him to notice. so when a nice, pretty aphrodite camper visits him and asks to go strawberry picking or sits by him at the campfire or asks him about HIS dreams or compliments him with no hint of malice/dishonesty in their voice, THAT can be enough to catch his attention. and THAT is when the ✨️confused flustering✨️ occurs.

this eepy boy is touch-starved, friend-starved, all KINDS of starved AND honestly just taken for granted/neglected when it comes to living in a camp full of adhd kiddos with demigodly powers so when someone whose godly parent is LOVE starts showing affection and attention to him? WOWIE UHHHH WHAT IS HE SUPPOSED TO DO????? and i think that's a lot of what gets him so flustered in such new, intense interactions: the whys? and what do i do's? and even the how does this make me feels? and do i really deserve this's? getting all worked up with that sort of stuff in ur head is gonna stress ya out and stress makes ya... well... exhausted. sleepy.

i think it would def take a LOT of time and patience when it comes to anyone pursuing a child of hypnos romantically, and i think the aphrodite cabin is just the right type of ppl to take on that challenge. being experts in all sorts of different forms of love whereas clovis is mostly only ever by himself in the land of make-believe so to speak, they're the perfect types of demigods to help clovis explore uncharted waters and be gentle and kind enough to not be too pushy to make him uncomfortable but just pushy enough to make sure he knows that hey, im being flirted with, that's something that can happen and i am worthy of having happen to me, and help him figure out his love languages (while also enjoying the cute reactions during this process uwu).

and when it comes to teasing/flustering, the possibilities for silly pet names ("dreamboat/dreamboy", "sleeping beauty", "bedhead" (affectionately), etc) and cheesy pick-up lines ("you must be tired from running through my dreams all night" "I've never met someone as cute as you; pinch me i must be dreaming" "aren't you the sweetest dream I've ever had", etc.) are endless and hilarious. whether or not he actually picks up on it or it goes whoooosh over his poor sleepy widdle head, at least it's entertaining.

and in the end, i doubt there are truly many other significant others who would be as gentle, comforting, comfortable, thoughtful, and soft all the way around as the gods' eepiest soldier.

this is kinda lackluster bc im tired myself and i havent spent time actually sitting down and writing up concepts in YEARS so i might answer this question again sometime with a better response and better concepts and ideas!! my brain's all rusty lo siento T~T but thanks for the question!! I'm always down to talk abt my BOYYYYYY!!!!!

Heather and friends

Yeah I do feel kinda guilty how me writing down literally all of my platonic F/O talk is shorter than the Sylvain post. I just did some general info tho didn't go in too deep

Heather is affectionate with friends: for Claude she likes to poke him the most.

Teasing is their friendship language and dear GOD they don't pass any opportunity.

They always make up stories of what made them friends. It still is a mystery when and how they became so close.

Claude likes to joke that they became close because they started making bets and she ended up being his temporary poison tester- for example (and that's what he'd be introducing her with to Byleth saying how she's much more durable than she seems)

But I'd be lying if I said she never tried his poisons... The devil in her head won, is what happened.

They also trust each other on an ultimate level. Heather doesn't keep any secrets from Claude but she doesn't expect him to do the same. She's just unable to hide a single thing from him. The millisecond she figures out her feels for Sylvain Claude knows etc.

In time skip when Heather is in AM route she's worrying about her bestie 24/7. Ik I mentioned it in the Sylvain post but it's important to bring it up again. Literally when he sent that letter she was READY to go there all on her own solo the fucking army.

Didn't do CF so can't say what's happening in there. But she'd be devastated to fight Claude ❤️

Hilda

Heather is affectionate with friends: Hilda has the most hugs reserved. They also hold hands when shopping together!

Although they don't really have a lot of common interests they just get each other yk?

They're both lazy, don't like training or fighting and they certainly love cute things.

Heather is one of the few people Hilda doesn't have to worry about in battle... But instead she's concerned with Heather's private life and how she doesn't seem to fight for things she cares about.

Even though she was at first really not convinced with Heather's feelings for Sylvain it didn't take much for her to change her mind. The three often hang out, but only after Heather told Hilda about her crush was when she started to really look at how the two interact.

Heather actually doesn't mind doing Hilda's work every once in a while. When there is a assignment she likes (like stable duty for example) she'd be willing to replace her.

Hilda ofc dolls Heather up whenever they have the chance. Having self-care day is just their favorite thing ever.

You KnOW that she'd be Heather's maid of honor for her wedding with Sylvain. But I'm adding this because it's important to me yk...

If they happen to be apart due to only one of them being recruited to another class, the two continued to send each other letters to make sure they're alright... But after some time they stopped.

Cyril

Heather is affectionate with friends: for Cyril it's mostly patting his shoulder/back. At first he found it odd but when he asked her why she did so she told him that this is how she shows that she appreciates him!

So he started doing the same! How cute.

She doesn't get in his way, but Heather and Cyril's relationship can be compared to Ashe and Cyril's. The difference being that she's somewhat of a sister figure to him.

He often points out Heather's ridiculous standards towards herself compared to others. And each time if hits her like a truck.

Being called out by a 14 y/o is just a shocker lol

Although he doesn't need any protecting, Heather can and WILL scream at anyone making mean comments about him. Especially if him being from Almyra is brought up.

He doesn't really know what to think of her for the most part, but he trusts her and he's not afraid to talk about his troubles with her.

And she'd turn the world upside down to help him! They can always count on each other. But Heather doesn't bother him with her personal problems (stuff like suitor situation), but that's just because she knows how brutally honest he'd be about it. Even if he didn't understand it, he'd still be right.

Buut she wouldn't know about his reading problem, only because it never had to be brought up to be honest.

Hey, I'm a Cy//sithea trash btw. So you know she'd be curious about their bond developing. It's not as in she'd immediately think they're in love. But she was definitely thrilled that he was making more friends! Of course time skip changed some things around so she'd be teasing him just for it to be ineffective he'd be like "Yes, I like her??? after the off collab, vox found you occupying his head a lot, living in his mind rent free — not that he minds ╮(︶▽︶)╭

he’d be working on projects or preparing for his upcoming streams and he’d be wondering what you’re up to, resisting the urge to call you on discord

‘i wonder what y/n is doing right now’, ‘i want to talk to them but i don’t want to seem too clingy’, ‘besides, i saw them two days ago, that’s not a very long time...’

when you do your zatsudan stream, you bet vox is going to be there. he smiles so much listening to you talk about your experience during the off collab, reliving some of the moments in his head as you recount them

he was aware of his big crush on you but he just didn’t do anything about it during the off collab

as much as vox akuma is confident, he does get a little nervous sometimes, especially when he’s around you

‘c’mon vox, you gotta tell them sometime soon. you’re not a wuss.’ he chided himself 

and then he decided, he was going to see you in person and confess his feelings for you

after packing and preparing to go visit you, vox lets his kindred know that he’s cancelling stream on the day that he’s leaving, saying that he has to take care of some stuff irl

after a decently long flight, vox is standing right in front of the door to your apartment; and for someone who’s heartbeat is usually at a chill 60-70 bpm, he could quite literally feel his heart beating out of his chest

‘knock knock’ you walked to the door, curious as to who it could be. you open your door to see vox standing at your doorstep

your jaw drops and you stand there in shock. minutes passed before you stuttered out, “v-vox? what’re you doing here?”

vox smiles and says, “i missed you so i came here to surprise you, i hope that’s okay with you.”

“are you kidding me? of course i’m okay with that. come in vox.” you let vox in and once you shut the door, you gave the demon a hug

after parting from the hug, you both move to sit on the couch. vox looks at you and says, “actually y/n i came here for a reason…i have to tell you something really important and i hope that this won’t change our friendship.”

“oh yeah of course vox, you can tell me.” you say as you look at him expectantly

vox sucks in a breath, looks you in the eyes and says, “i’m in love with you y/n. i liked you even before we met during the off collab; and after the off collab, i couldn’t stop thinking about you, i just had to see you again and tell you how i felt. i don’t know if you feel the same, if you don’t, that’s fine too. i ju-”

you cut vox off by pressing your lips to his, giving him a soft, gentle kiss before pulling back with a smile. “i love you too you silly demon and i have for a while now too.”

“r-really? thank goodness…” he breathes out as he brings you in for another hug

mysta

for mysta’s first stream back home, mysta would do a zatsudan talking about the off collab and reminiscing on the events that happened

mysta would subconsciously bring you up a lot because he spent most of his time with you during it

whenever mysta brought you up, chat would start going really fast with comments like, “ayo?”, “mysta simp arc?”, “awww you can hear him smiling while he’s talking about them.”, “cuteeee!”

you would pop into his stream as he’s talking about how cute you looked when you were focused on something and how you looked good in everything you tried on when you guys went shopping 

you’d smirk and send a message saying, “so you think i’m cute huh?”

you can see from his model that mysta’s eyes widened when he read your message. “oh shit, uh h-hi y/n! i didn’t think you’d be watching…”

“am i not supposed to be here mysta?”

“nonono! i didn’t mean it that way, it’s always nice having you in chat y/n.”

after mysta’s stream you call him on discord and he picks up, knowing what you were going to ask him already, “h-hi y/n, what’s up?”

“did you mean what you said on stream?”

“yeah! of course i did. i think you’re amazing.”

"well, i like you mysta and i have for a while now. i'm really glad i got to spend time with you during the off collab and i feel like i like you even more after that."

“wait really? why me though? i’m not special, there might even be someone out there that’s a better fit for you.”

“no mysta, you’re the only one i have eyes for. you’re the one i want to be with, no one else even remotely compares to you.”

luca really wanted to tell you his feelings during the off collab but he got a bit too nervous to do so, therefore he decided to do it online — the luca way (≧▽≦)

luca is such a creative boi. i mean, have you seen deezney land??

so luca would hop into the nijien server, find a plot of land that is far away from the main village and start working on a sign in the sky as well as a little viewing platform

after luca’s done with the sign, he’d start working on note blocks — that when triggered with a lever will play the song ‘can’t help falling in love’ by elvis presley

he’d then make a railway track all the way to the viewing platform and when he’s done, he’ll admire it for a bit before logging off

the next day, he’d send you a message on discord saying, “hey y/n, are you free right now?”

you message him back almost immediately saying that you are indeed free at the moment

luca then calls you on discord, when you pick up, he asks you to hop onto the nijien server because he has something to show you

you agree excitedly because you know how good luca is at building in minecraft and you can't wait to see what this creative boi has built

when you arrive in minecraft luca meets you at your little minecraft house before leading you to the minecart that will bring the both of you to your destination

as you get closer to the sign that luca made, you ask, “wait…what does that sign say? did you make another amusement park luca?”

“u-uh no…you’ll see when you get there” luca says and chuckles nervously

when you arrive and you hop onto the little viewing platform that luca made, you see that the sign spells out, “i love you, be mine?”

you sit there blushing and in shock, not knowing what to say

luca sees that you’ve been stationary in-game and quiet for a while now, so he asks, “h-hey y/n, you alright?”

you respond softly, “yeah…is this what i think it is luca?”

“well...yeah, i’ve liked you for a while now y/n and i thought that this would be the best way to tell you my feelings. oh and, press the little lever on the side.”

you move over and click on the lever, ‘can’t help falling in love’ starts playing and you can’t hold it in anymore, you start crying

luca the poor baby thought he messed up so he panicked saying, “noo did i do something wrong? why’re you crying y/n? i’m so sorry!”

“no luca, you did nothing wrong, this is just so beautiful, i couldn’t help it. i love you too luca, thank you for putting in the time to make all this for me.”

“aww, you’re welcome y/n, only the best for you.” gaaaahhhhh ( 〃▽〃) 

ike

ike would always let you listen to his raw vocals before he sends them in to the producers or before he mixes his vocals. the quilldren are very jealous (≧◡≦)

so ike figured that he would do the same but this time, he would sing to you directly to confess his feelings for you

after the off collab, ike started to miss your presence and he felt his feelings for you deepen so he decided that he would finally let you know how he feels

ike messages you first on discord asking if he could call you, you let him know that it was okay to do so. when ike calls you, you pick up asking him what’s up

“hi y/n! i just wanted you to listen to my vocals for this song that i’m working on for a possible cover in the future.”

“oh sure!! aahh i’m so excited to hear your amazing vocals again ike”

ike takes a deep breath and starts singing the start to ‘i like you, i love you’ by kagamine rin

ike thanks you and after a few seconds of silence, ike asks, “y/n you know what the song is about right?”

“yeah i do, it’s about rin having a crush and trying to act on it.”

“yes so um…that wasn’t a recording y/n, i was singing that song directly to you and that’s how i feel currently. i really like you y/n…”

your jaw dropped and you had a faint blush on your cheeks. after a few seconds of trying to process what ike just said, you respond saying, “w-wait really? well, i like you too ikey. thank you for serenading me with that song, that was really adorable.”

“aaah thank goodness, i can breathe now; and thank you sweetheart, i’m glad you liked it.” ike chuckles. ike can i have your hand in marriage please? (//▽//)

ever since shu got back from the off collab, he’s been working on coding a little game

he knew he wanted to confess his feelings but he didn’t want to just call you on discord and be like, “hey y/n i like you, i hope you like me too.”

so he thought that it would be easier and more thoughtful if he coded a game to help him express his feelings towards you

once shu finished it and did a few test runs he messaged you on discord to see if you were available

you messaged him back 5 minutes later saying that you were free now

shu called you on discord and when you picked up, he asked if you were down to do a little test run of a game that he coded. you agreed and expressed how honoured you were to be testing this game out for him

he sent you the download link for the game and requested that you stay on the call with him so that he could hear your live reactions to it

after you booted the game up on your pc, a button saying 'start' flashes on screen. when you clicked start, a bar of text appeared saying, “hi y/n, thank you for taking the time to test this game out, i hope you like it.”

"wait is the cursor a chibi me? awww that's so cute!!"

the game was basically shu telling you what he likes about you and immortalising the moments you guys had during the off collab

Hey are you still doing match ups by chance? If you are can j have one for stranger things? I’m 5’9, and a Leo, ENFJ, Ravenclaw, and 4w3 and I only know what half of those mean lol. I go by she/her pronouns I have darkish brunette hair that originally was not supposed to look as dark as it was but that’s why happens when you don’t color match the dye , I have hazel eyes, freckles, and a birthmark on my right cheek. I was able to be like you and made a whole post about why I love Diego and this isn’t even all of it either. And if anyone wanna asks me why I love my favorites, then ask me again and I’ll say why! Even if it’s Diego bc I have more to say!!

WELL!! It’s hard to explain why. I haven’t played him in awhile bUTTT IDK WHY FNWBE. I just love him so much. It’s the way that even when he and MC are strangers, he cares for her. Ik he’s a doctor and he’s supposed to care but he wasn’t on duty and didn’t have to care. He doesn’t pry, even if MC does sometimes, AND he feels remorse PLUS he actually does enjoy being a doctor. Not just to do good but also because he enjoys helping people!

The way he puts his doctors coat on MC when she’s sleeping in the bowling alley. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. He put it in her so she would be comfortable while sleeping. He let her sleep in his bed and he may have been a little rude with his responses about “does this look like a bed and breakfast?” But he still offered her comfort and ordered her food and didn’t really judge her for it bc it was a pizza. He worried for her before they became a couple. He’s strong and doesn’t like to show it often because he doesn’t want to hurt people and that’s so sweet. He doesnt take blood from people themselves because he sees it as wrong. He takes her when she wanted to see Victor and when she broke down about Grace, he didn’t judge her. He just held her softly and said “it’s okay. You have to get it out.” And he just held her gently and let her cry because he knows she needs it and because he cares about her.

When he kissed her and noticed his fangs were coming out, he noticed it immediately and stopped because he can’t hurt her. He wouldn’t forgive himself. I bet it was tempting but he couldn’t do it. And when he found out that Victor found her, HE LOST IT ON HIM!! The kind and patient man lost his control on Victor because someone he began to love is in danger and he can’t let her get hurt because of him. I haven’t played him in awhile but I believe he kinda pushes her away at times, but it’s not because he’s angry but it’s because he doesn’t know what to do.

He’s new to this. He hasn’t loved someone romantically in a LONG time so it’s hard to know what to do. PLUS, he doesn’t want to turn her into a vampire because he’d worried about her and doesn’t want her to regret anything. He just wants her happy and tries to teach her about EVERYTHING. Whenever Dracula is coming for him and her, he protects her and is literally like “she is my lover and you WILL treat her with respect.” He was a little afraid of Dracula but he wasn’t afraid to say that he loves MC and will make her be respected.

And when Antonio is like “leave her” Diego is just saying “NO.” The game made it seem like he would, but he couldn’t. He loves her so much and asks her to go with him because he wants to protect her. He doesn’t do the thing where they break up and he disappeares. He took her with him and swore to protect her and it’s just so sweet to me. He loves her and can’t leave her alone. And when he sees Eva again, he notices MCs problem and he’s like “oh, sweetie,” and doesn’t call her ridiculous for her jealousy and worry but comforts her and is saying “I love you and no one can take that love away from me.” AND OH GOD,,

When she was thrown off the roof made me love him more. One of the wives had MC by her neck and Diego is PANICKING. He loves her. He can’t lose her. “Please let her go,” he says trying to make a deal, willing to lose himself, but she drops and he screams. He screams like he is dying because he most likely is. He tells her, “I don’t know what I would do in a life without you in it,” OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES. HE CANT LOSE HER BUT NEVER FORCES HIS DESIRES ON HER. And when they’re fighting the wife, you can tell Diego is going at it. She just DARED to hurt his lover and he’s not letting her get away with it. He only lets her go bc MC is sick and needs care. AND THATS WHEN HE TELLS HER HE CANT BE WITHOUT HER IN THE HOTEL. HE LOVES HER SO MUCH!!

And when she got stabbed by Dracula, Diego saw it and witness it happen. He saw the claws go through her back and heard as she screamed. She was dying but he ran with her. He ran for somewhere safe for her. Somewhere where he could hold her. And he realizes he has to turn her. He’s worried for her. His desires of wanting her to live by his side is still pushed aside because he can’t force this on her and is like “Don’t ruin your life for someone else’s happiness” telling her that she doesn’t have to do this!! He will be so sad, probably depressed for eternity, but he can’t force her to do anything because he loves her. And when he turns her he helps her with everything!! Teaches her, comforts her, tells her it’s okay, and even when he pushes her away you know he misses her.

He loves her so much and is so in love that he doesn’t think about himself sometimes. He thinks of her and tries to make sure he isn’t forcing her to do something. He just loves her,,,so much,,and he cares for her and when he’s controlled by Dracula, the most powerful vampire, MC snaps him out of it and he realizes and he loves her so much that he snapped out of it for a moment. His pupils become so wide because Diego is telling himself to STOP. He’s looking at the love of his life and he CANT DO THIS. HE CANT HURT HER. HE WONT HURT HER!!

And away from MC, he cares for everyone! Even JD!! They don’t always get along but he cares and makes sure JD is happy too. Like when JD is missing because of their father, Diego comforts MC and is saying that it’s okay and does his hardest to help everyone!

And my favorite moment of Diego out of his own route, is in Razis route when Baba Yaga (is that her name?? I forgot) has Razis bottle and MC is having nightmares from the laylines, and Diego watches over her. It’s his turn because everyone have shifts, yet he doesn’t stay in the hallway when she wakes up. He comes in, eyes filled with concern and scaring her for a moment, but he apologizes and calms her down and he sits in front of her and says he’ll stay until she goes to sleep. He tucks her back into bed (which is so wholesome of Diego...), and stays for a moment, and MC breaks down. She’s crying and is scared to show it because she doesn’t like to, but once again, Diego doesn’t judge her. He leans in and hugs her to his side. He wanted to make sure she knows she’s loved. That it’s okay to feel sad and show it and say how much he cares for Razi. And he’s like “I’m Razi’s friend and I’m yours as well, you know that, right?” Stating that he cares for her and MAKING SURE SHE KNOWS!! He just cares for her and Razi so much and will make sure she’s safe. And whenever she goes to bed and they wake up in the morning, Diego doesn’t say a word about her red eyes. He keeps it between him and her and I feel like he would comfort her more if she needed it,,,

Mackenzie and Razi are his best friends and he WILL make sure they’re okay. When Mackenzie is hurt in her route he rushes over and is like “don’t you die on me Mackenzie!” And when Razi is hurt in his route, he reacts immediately and helps him as best as he can. He goes to New York in an AFK special to help someone, in Dukes route it’s stated that he loves his wife (who is MC) and watches movies with her every Friday even if he finds them a little ridiculous!!

He wanted to give her The wedding SHE desired, he offered to help Antonio and he cared about him even when Antonio was being basically a little BIH. He cares for everyone and how can’t I love someone like that? And in JDs route when they’re in hell and he’s being controlled, he almost bites MC but gets it under control and he apologizes to her after it and feels truly guilty. He cares and he spreads that love to everyone he knows (and everyone he doesn’t) and how can’t I love him?

How can I not fall for this vampire who cares for his wife, his friends, Antonio who is almost like his brother because they want to kill each other, AND THE WORLD!! HE LOVES ALMOST EVERYONE!! Anyways, that’s a little as to why I love Diego and there’s so much more,,,I said what he did because it’s why I love him. His actions are why I love him and I hope I said it all correctly here in this Chili’s tonight. You felt bad making him deal with you being so pathetic and weak. Sure school sucks and you're sick and tired of it, but at least you both have a shoulder to lie on.

Whenever he stayed by your place, you'd sit on his lap while working on calculus lol. He also hugs you all the time when he notices you getting stress. He was also dependable when it comes to accidentally falling asleep and waking you up. You'd take small breaks when you finish a subject, like a long as heck hug or a nap. As time flew you sort of stopped cursing your school tho you still do it lol because he kept you calm and happy.

That day he started to stay in your dorm alot and with both of you helping each other, you got passed everything you thought was a job alone. You still get anxiety and other problems because of School, but at least now you knew, that There's someone to help you stand up again

There are also times that'd when you'd get way too pressured, he'd ask you to play something with him to keep your mind off school even for s short amount of time.

Usually u just pass by after stopping by ur fave clothing/thrift shop owned by tae and joon, but one day ur like “I deserve a break fr studying, so imma look at some flowers.” Jungkook is off doin something else + it’s off season, so yoongs is the only one in the shop

He’s like “uh r u looking for anything in particular”

“nope just taking a break and looking at flowers”

“break fr what? U don’t look like u work here”

“nah I’m a college student”

”oo cooL. What u studying?”

U see, u and Namjoon have a something something going on, aka joon is always flirting w u when u go to his shop, but it’s really weird cuz he never actually asks u out or do anything more than flirting so u don’t really know how he feels and whenever u try to initiate something w him he plays it off cool

Aka that one time u asked if he wanted to go to jimin’s bakery w u and he was like “uH nah. I gotta do some stuff w tae...for the shop, yes. Sorry, and I hope I’m not giving u the wrong impression bc I’m not looking for a relationship rn”

AND THEn the next time u come in the boi flirts w u again, so u just start flirting w him and y’all have this weird friendship where u flirt all the time

So yaH. Yoongs is walking u out of the shop, and joon is closing up his shop (sweeping the front, locking the doors type of stuff) AND HE SEES YOONGS HAND U A flower.

Joon literally yells across the parking lot (the flower shop and joon’s shop face each other) “HEy, y/n, r u cheating on me?!”

Yoongs is shaken cuz he rarely interacts w joon, and yoongs whispers a quick goodbaiiiii to u before running back into his shop

Suga may seem like an aggressive man bc of his cool rapping skills and savage words, but he’s really just a pacifist deep down inside

So joon finishes locking up his shop, and you’re just standing there a little shaken holding ur flower. Ur stressed abt school and now stressed bc rm has never flirted this aggressively before

Joon marches across the lot and yoongs is abt to flip his sign to the closed side when joon throws the flower shop door open, finds the same rose yoongs chose for you and slams it on the counter and is like “imma buy this, little boi”

And yoongs is just staring at joon w a slightly afraid but mostly judgy face and is like “ok it’ll b $****” (like I’m censoring the money amount bc yoongs likes to keep his prices private, something abt competition mixed w the patriot act. Sometimes idk what’s up w this guy)

And as yoongs is getting change, etc. he’s like “ya know one time I saw ur paperwork on seokjin’s desk and saw ur bday and I know ur younger than me, so b more respectful, boi.”

Rm isn’t letting up and keeps on a hard face “okay. Sure.”

Yoongs hands over the rose and joon mumbles “thanks hyung” before exiting the shop

You’ve been outside this whole time just standing there thinking abt how weird this is and considering ending ur odd friendship w joon bc wtf was that

And joon comes out and smirks and winks is like “take this flower instead. It’s better. I swear”

U: “Uh it’s the same flower”

Joon: “Shhhhhhhh, but it’s from me, ya boy, so it’s better.”

U: “Uh okay.”

So now you’re standing there holding one flower in both of ur hands, and the sun is at that annoying level where it keeps getting in ur eyes and ur the one facing the sun. Fortunately yoongs comes out a few awk secs later and his 5’ 8” tall head is big enough to block the sun.

U: “I don’t. That’s just joon, my friend”

U: “ yah it’s this whole confusing thing. Pls ignore joon.”

Sugay: *glares at joon* “stop harassing her”

Joon: *hands up and genuine oops covering mouth face* “shoot man, sorry Y/N, I didn’t mean to harass u”

Yu: “oh yeah that was harassment kinda, but I mean I reciprocated it so it kinda wasn’t really harassment, like it was consensual harassing, basically teasing, but thanks, Yoongs for enlightening me”

U: *looks at joon* “so r we buds or were u actually jealous?”

Joon: *scratches neck* “uh...yah we’re friends, but I enjoy being in this sarcastic not-relationship flirtationship w u”

Yoongs: “Well y’all can keep that up but imma ask Y/N out rn”

u: *jilted + school stressed + friendship stress + suitor stress, so tears slowly begin to form in ur eyes*

Yoongs and joon r broing out and making up for their weird fight earlier and r doing a bro hug when Yoongs sees u crying

Yoongs kinda just stops in the middle of the hug and stares at u, he’s kinda shocked.

Joon turns and looks at u and is like “Omg, r u crying”

Ur like “yah” and then u receive a nice big group hug fr the boys and then realize the rose thorns r piercing into ur palms and suddenly joon and Yoongs have ur blood on their backs and they’re like “oh shoot” and help u get inside yoongs’ shop where suga sanitizes ur hands and bandaids them up while joon is making some tea in the back

Yoongi is whispering “so when do u wanna go out?”

Ur still sniffling and can’t rlly talk and say something abt finals coming up soon

Sugay: “after finals?”

U: “yah. After finals”

“I’ll call u tho”

“Yes pls”

And joon comes out w some tea and then drives both of u (Jk usually drives Yoongs home bc yoongs shares a car w his roommate and jjk and myg r neighbors, live in the same apartment complex. So yah Yoongs took the bus to work)

Joon drives both of u home and u listen to some good soothing winky face bops (think u by primary or any dean-like song or zion t) on the way back and u and Yoongs r in the back seat holding hands and when u arrive at ur apartment rm is like “next time one of u sit in the front, I feel like an Uber driver”

U: “weren’t u actually an Uber driver once”

Rm: “actually I still am,but for the one time I’m actually not getting paid to drive I’d appreciate having someone shotgun.”

Yoongs: “oK I’ll move to the front”

Rm *smirks*: “thx bro”

And Yoongs opens the door to let u out and he walks u to ur dorm and he’s like “inch resting night “

U: “Yah”

Myg: “I’ll call u, ok? Don’t b too stressed” and he pulls the two roses fr behind his back and hands them to u “use these to remind u to chill, k?”

U: “K.”

U hug Yoongs then u say goodbye and u peek out ur window to see Yoongs get into Rm’s car but in the back seat and you can see Yoongs laughing fr inside and his smile is as bright as the sun and rm’s just sighing his face dull like the night sky

And they’re ur sun and moon, two nice dudes making ur life better than before.
