I see people saying having a lot of introjects is an endo thing. It is NOT.

Being an introject heavy system is normal and it has nothing to do with "endogenic systems".

It's not because some endos think being a system is all about having your favorite characters as alters to hang out with that you have to invalidate actual systems who happen to have many introjects.

They don't control it. If they have those introjects, it means they need it.

It's not because you don't share the same experience that theirs is invalid.

This is not a criteria to fakeclaim systems.

It's just another proof of how harmful endos can be.

We all know that introjects are supposed to be loved and cared for, and they deserve all the good things like the rest of the system.

But I've noticed some shoutouts were missing. So:

Shoutout to introjects who have multiple sources that are completely unrelated to each other.

Shoutout to introjects of abusers in the system's life that are trying to heal.

Shoutout to nonhuman introjects that were also nonhuman in source (and are often considered "horrifying" or "scary").

Shoutout to introjects that have a source but are still brainmade by like a half at least.

Shoutout to introjects from anime.

Shoutout to introjects from movies/series.

Shoutout to introjects from books.

Shoutout to introjects of inanimate objects.

Shoutout to introjects who are scared of telling others they're introjecrs because of the hate and stigma the DID/OSDD community still has, especially against factives.

Coming to terms with polyfragmentation:

We often feel attention seeking, or like a faker for our polyfragmentation and for the way we experience being plural. We split frequently, we have a subsystem, we are introject heavy, we have multiple fragments.

This is not because we are faking. This is not because we are attention seeking. This is the way that our brain is due to trauma. Our trauma made our system have attributes that are frequently seen as "faking symptoms" but, they just, aren't?

RA victims are more likely to be polyfragmented.

Autistic systems are more likely to be introject heavy.
