Okay I just had this random ass thought I want to share with you. Mainly because it makes me smile and sometimes that's all you need.

Iterator Saiki, Kuusuke is the oldest member of their local group and is only a Sliverist because he's CURIOUS (and if the members of his local group wants to die and escape the Cycle, especially as their Cans slowly but surely break down, it would be a good idea to know instead of them spending centuries slowly but surely rotting away), and poor Saiki keeps being bothered by various Slug Cats (his friends without psychic powers) and other members of his local group (the Psykickers). Akechi is the only Scug he intended to have because he's oddly good at doing maintenance. How did he end up with a colony.

i love this but i pose you with another variation:

kuusuke pulls a five pebbles while sharing a water supply with kusuo. he was jealous that this iterator who was supposed to be his YOUNGER brother was such a newer and better model (unlike LttM who was actually the older one), and that all the ancients were moving to kusuo's superstructure...and so kusuo collapses. the water was used up to find a solution (oversimplified but i dont feel like rambling about the complexities of what the iterators were built for and what the sliverists were trying to do for my followers who dont know rain world, sorry) just like pebbles, but it was also out of spite. kuusuke...didnt think the newest generation of iterator could suffer from lack of water so easily, either

kusuo wants to get rid of all the scugs that keep bothering him, but hes too weak to do anything (which he hates because he used to be a GOD in comparison to these animals), and theyve even been helping him. one of them even saved him from death to begin with, sent by a friend whos distraught over what kuusuke did to him (one of the psychickers as another iterator. idk which of his friends would be the hunter scug)

...and he company isnt that bad, he supposes...he was awfully lonely

as much as i adore and am writing the fic with saiki being a scug, iterator saiki is also super fun to think about, and i love your idea, and his friends being scugs who harass him like 5P and his scugs in rain world is perfect.

Ford Pines - he literally just has the vibes tbh. Crazy uncle who doesn't want anyone bc he's aromantic and obsessed with portals. also it would make billford worse.

Mable Pines - she literally picks her crushes and then stops 'liking' them in week. Do you know how many aromantic people have done this.

lapis lazuil - ngl I was rewatching steven universe and I just had a Feeling. Also she's one of my favorite characters, so.

Rise Leo - he's like Mabel he's doing comphet. (I think he's gay aromantic specifically and just keeps mistaking "I want to be friends with this guy/wow they're attractive" with "I want to date him") (also makes the fandom wide headcanon of aro donnie really funny. Wrong twin guys..)

How I feel about L: hhhhh sigh. hhh. sighhhshhshsiigggh. honestly? he's kind of like my favourite jumper. he's my number one comfort character ever and I came very close to crying in bed for days after he died. i am not 'typical about this man.

How I feel about Matsuda: he's such a cutie!! teehee!!! look at this silly fella who probably cuts his own hair!! giggling and kicking my feet cause he's funny and silly and would be a good friend doncha think?

All the people I ship romantically with L: Matsuda, Misa, Rie, other people's OCs (if they're shipped with him by their creator xD). Light deserves a mention because while I don't ship LawLight romantically I do think they're an iteration of the "red thread" trope because no matter what time, no matter what place, they'll write history together with a pen filled with their own blood in place of ink. that said I was genuinely surprised that so many people ship them just because I don't see it at all. I don't hate it, there's just nothing that clicks for me when looking at L and Light.

All the people I ship romantically with Matsuda: mostly just L, I've seen Matsu + Misa stuff but I think they'd be cuter friends.

My non-romantic OTP for L: Light 100%. You can't have one without the other. I can't explain all my thoughts about them without a whole post dedicated to it, but anyway, Light is my answer.

My non-romantic OTP for Matsuda: mentioned it above, Misa! They're two sillies and they're both :3 so they're besties and they've probably got matching friendship bracelets.

My unpopular opinion about L: he does eat normal food on a semi-regular basis. specifically, meat, usually I think steak. I hc him as anemic but also Watari wouldn't let L die or become malnourished and there's important things in food that you can't necessarily get in vitamins or tablets. and actually, as someone with anemia, I think L would actually have really strong cravings for rare or medium rare red meat when his iron is low and thus when he eats it he enjoys it.

My unpopular opinion about Matsuda: He's actually really smart, especially with humanities subjects. Just doesn't have great detective skills. A different career path may have been beneficial but he actually really believes in justice, probably more so than L and Light, and he actually QUESTIONS his own sense of justice which leads to more balance. he's such a great guy.

One thing I wish had happened with L in canon: he survived. and actually, I'd just really like to see him solve lots of cases. idk how many/if any he solved outside the anime but you know. a side series where he solves cases and explores the world and has tea parties with Watari would melt my heart.

One thing I wish had happened with Matsuda in canon: honestly I just wish we got to see more of him in general. I wish we got deeper into his character - into everyone's character, actually, they're all a little 2D and it's not just the animation - but yeah. more Matsu. how he works.

My L OTP: I'm not sure if I can pick one HAHAHHS I love all his relationships (well, my headcanons for them) from platonic to father and son to mentor and mentee to enemies together to lovers. yeah. I just like L LMAO but maybe Matsu. hm idk. I hear some people ship him with BB or Naomi and I wanna look into that.

My Matsuda OTP: lowkey L and Matsuda are one of my favourite ships. in Matsu's case I don't really ship him with anyone else so this is the only answer. some of you might have noticed that in my headcanons Matsuda plays Pokémon Go! and L is a Pokémon fan too... hmm... Also I like them cause they're both childish: like yeah L is always calling Matsuda stupid but does he call any other task force members stupid, even when they deserve it? no. arrogant child and silly child. even in non ship situations I think they're actually on similar wavelengths in a way.

hi everyone! i want to establish some ground rules when it comes to leaving requests or asks. these guidelines are pretty typical, but i’d like to iterate their importance. i mainly specialize in reader-insert content.

without further ado:

REQUEST RULES:

1. i may imply suggestive content, but i will not write explicit NSFW content.

2. please don’t send the same request multiple times. i am a slow, thorough writer. if your request isn’t posted within your ideal time frame, chances are i’ve seen your request and am working on it. other times it may because because i am too busy in my own life to focus on writing, so please expect hiatuses. thank you for your understanding.

INTRODUCTION 💞🫶

Tmnt. This is a current hyperfixation of mine and it has been for like almost 3 years, but technically since I was 4. I love everything tmnt!

Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen, Gwenpool, etc etc

Musical theatre/plays. My favorite musical is Beetlejuice and I am in my school’s production of These Shining Lives

Some anime. I haven’t watched a lot, but I like Neon Genesis Evangelion and Saiki K.! I want to get into more!

Drawing. I’m not the best at art and I don’t use an iPad to draw or anything so bear with me every once in a while I draw something good

Writing. I like writing fanfictions and original stories. The character with the jacket in the main character of a story I’m working on about three people with superpowers and there’s not much of a plot yet but I like drawing her. Her name is Fia Doriann and her superpower is to talk to birds :))

My own tmnt iteration. I have my own version of tmnt since middle school and have barely written ANYTHING for it but I have soooo many ideas that I want to share on here if people are willing to hear. For example, in my iteration there is a Venus de Milo character, and she is drawn above. I gave her one arm to mirror the statue a bit and her name is also part of her character development I adore her. (My iteration also includes Jennika, Karai and Miwa being two separate people, Alopex, and more)

Leonardo is my favorite ninja turtle. He’s my little guy no matter the iteration.

Here. lets name some of the very few supposed AroAce characters out there!

Isaac from Heartstopper - Side character in a story focused mainly on romance and his identity doesn't get as much focus compared to the rest. not ideal for aroaces uninterested in romance who are looking for representation of themselves.

Saiki Kusuo from Saiki K- Doesn't ever say the words "aro" or "ace" and so the fandom fights tooth and nail to say he doesn't count as representation. People would rather label him as a Tsundere and ignore the evidence pointing towards him being aroace.

Alastor from Hazbin Hotel - Was originally AroAce but got retconned to being JUST Ace after fan backlash and Vivzie not caring enough about writing it in any meaningful way.

Peridot from Steven Universe - Word of God representation that barely matters at all because writers of the show admitted to shipping her with certain characters and writing her to fit those ships in some cases.

Jughead from Archie comics - Old comics had him be very much aroace coded but in recent iterations they made him JUST asexual or they erased the identity completely. When the erasure was brought up, people fought tooth and nail to deny erasure took place due to him never having a "canon" identity anyways.

and yes, i know there are a few aroace characters that stay aroace but the point still stands that a lot of aroace characters are only confirmed through Word Of God (which most people agree doesn't fucking count), they have their identity retconned or erased, or they aren't an important enough character to be explored and thus isn't that great as representation.

And this isn't to say other aspecs have more characters or anything. this is me proving a point that there isn't some over-saturation of aroace characters taking up aspec representation.

The moment you argue that one aspec identity takes up most of the rep, you have already lost the argument because you have missed the bigger picture.

There is NOT enough aspec representation to be claiming one identity gets more than the others. We need more aspec representation in general and yes, we should ask for it to be as diverse as possible. That is always the goal for representation. But we should not be claiming the little aspec rep we do have is over-saturated by one identity because it's not a true statement.

"Why is all aspec representation in media AROACE rep?" and is the aroace rep in the room with us right now?

Just, behold. Aiura is rightfully angry at Kuusuke, and she's going to both get vengeance and help her dear friend at the same time. After all, someone has to do so.

Also random Iterator Toritsuka thought. When he lashes out at Kuusuke, inadvertently starting the entire thing, he was just expressing an opinion he, Aiura, low-key Saiki, and a bunch of other Iterators had for a while. Everyone was sick and tired of his complaints about Saiki's existence, and Toritsuka just so happened to be the one to snap. Anyone could've snapped and be the catalyst. Everyone knows this, and Aiura has pointed this out to Toritsuka many times after Kuusuke cut off all connections and started draining away at his and Saiki's shared water supply, causing Toritsuka to tell her what happened in an attempt at asking for help at figuring out how to fix this.

But even with this logic, even with others supporting him, the guilt is still there. Sure he's rightfully angry at Kuusuke, but he was still the one to finally light the fuse to everything that happened, even if it was by accident.

But he knew how to help revive Saiki. Sure it'll take a while for everything to be in place for his plan to safely happen, but that's just more time to prepare. So he started to carefully build a Purposed Organism. One that'll survive the trip, revive Saiki, then stick around as a companion to Saiki.

Sure the end result, Nendou, was a bit simple minded, but he's still perfect for the task. Sure he had to rebuild his genome almost from scratch right when he thought Nendou was complete due to it attacking Nendou's body, but that just meant he had more time to figure out a route from his Super Structure to Saiki's submerged one and find his Puppet Body. Sure the most direct route has Kuusuke's Super Structure right in between his and Saiki's, but that just means that Nendou can wreck the place, just a bit. Maybe steal one of Kuusuke's precious pearls to pay a Scavenger toll.

So he made the Slag Code Neuron, gave it to Nendou, then prayed that his efforts weren't pointless. Because if they were, he doesn't know if he'll still be sane.

while it wouldnt be a longfic like my isekai scug saiki au, im so very tempted to make this au into an extended oneshot ough

again just: yes to everything. even if toritsuka feels at fault, the only one responsible is kuusuke himself. anyone couldve caused him to snap. hell, he couldve caused himself to snap. it was just sheer unluckiness that made toritsuka the end result

also very very crack idea: scug nendou has the chin as remnants of Rot cysts that almost afflicted him lmfao. he doesnt have the Rot, its inert and can't harm him or reproduce, but those cysts just remained even with his genome being fixed

toritsuka was very worried when his purposed organism seemed much less intelligent than the average slugcat, which already aren't exactly geniuses. but nendou succeeded anyways because at the very least he never forgot the goal he'd been programmed with.

his efforts were not pointless. and while kusuo can't communicate with anyone or do much at all, and can barely remember anything...he's alive again, and his puppet isn't laying face down in the mud and water anymore, so thats something

ok, idk if this is a thing or not, so bear with

the whole power scaling thing in modern anime, the super-duper-mega-über Saiyans and the world-killing-apocalypse-causing-collosal Smashes of shounen right now, seems to point to (and it brings me no pleasure to say this) bad, poorly thought through, writing

and what I mean by that is this:

when creating a scale for the powers in your show, usually there's the villain at the top, then the heroes climb up to above this villain to defeat them. in normal stories (ones with storyboards and well thought through plots/planning) this is a good, even great structure, a true classic for a reason. but with stories that don't have a set plot, have no planning, and will simply continue for however long they are profitable, the villains have to get more powerful with each iteration, which means the heroes also have to get more powerful which means... you see where I'm going with this

all this leaves you with is endless buildup that is going, and say it with me, ✨nowhere✨. it's actually reminiscent of a playground game of pretend, where two children try to one up each other with "well I have power * infinity" "well I have power * infinity +1" "well I have power *infinity +2" do you see how that's not a good basis for a story???

in conclusion: yes, Goku probably could "beat your fav", but is that even a good thing at this point???

side note: any op character from a different genre could beat Goku (saiki k, one punch man, that guy from the movie Mask, etc.) because the laws of physics intrinsically change with genre, but that's an argument for a different post

We had weird obsessions of "what if X character was in this world?" questions that at first glance may have been just a weird Autistic asking weird fandom questions but it was very persistent; and also there's probably the fact we had a weirdly gravitational-repulsive relationship to characters like Kirbopher/Zetto from T.O.M.E (we were sorely disappointed to find that this character was "just one person" and had NO CLUE WHY once we did get around to watching it, and we were always kind of watching and hoping we would not any plurality tropes at the same time for these types of characters).

Anyways, it took until about university before everything sort of clicked. We'd heard the term "endogenic" in high school on a more inclusive blog, on our last year there. Keeping in mind we graduated early in high school that would have been between six and eight years ago.

Uhh, we think we played with the idea a little our second year at university but sysmeds and anti-endogenics specifically had us repress ourselves a lot (side note that this is the reason we will always stand by the fact that anti-endos are, and will always be, inherently ableist and maybe even fascists, even if we were to hypothetically turn around and realize tomorrow we were not endogenic).

It took at least another year? Maybe a half a year? before we realized, and the only reason we did is because, well...this is a little embarrassing to admit but we had come out as a system previously within our university's anime club a semester prior, but Kusuo projecting nemself into the table and very obviously announcing nyr presence as a soulbound was probably what got us to accept it more formally and wholly.

RIP now our offline friends who also follow us here know the reason we were trying our best to NOT be staring at the table after that Saiki K episode. 🤣☠️🤣☠️ Whoopsies.

25. What is something you wish singlets knew about plurality?

A lot of your problems would be solved if you asked yourselves "is this a way that I would treat them if they were a singlet???" and if the answer is "no" then you should either ask or shut the fuck up. One example we tend to think of is the way y'all use parts language to describe us, it's fucking insidious. Sure, your friend is "part of the group" but you don't treat your friend as an extension of your limb, that would be abusive.

More headmates and alters does not an unhealthy system make. Shut the fuck up.

On that note: multiplicity is not inherently disorderly. I will not elaborate on this one.

I am very specifically asking singlets to shut the fuck up and start supporting us when we choose to not drink the koolaid that sysmeds gave us and try to aim for healthy multiplicity instead of final fusion, and that is assuming we somehow ended up disordered in the first place. I am very specifically asking them to learn history on shit like the empowered multiplicity movement (web archive because...paranoid until we can move this thread to our tumblr) so they know sysmedicalists and anti-endogenics are lying. They are lying when they call it ableist. They are lying when they say calling them sysmeds or drawing comparisons between plural and queer communities is transmisic. The TPA may have legitimate reasons to be criticized, as @delgado-master put in the previous linked post, but it was also much worse for us as a community before they existed. Anti-endogenics, in particular, are liars and anyone who puts any caveat onto endogenics existing, weather they "believe in us" or not, is not someone who is going to give you accurate information.

Related to the above: learn what dogwhistles are, and learn how sysmeds and anti-endogenics use them. Saying you're anti-misinformation but then lying about your own marginalized community makes you the bigot, and it's especially telling when they have to thinly veil their hatred the way TERFs veil their hatred as "concern for women," and similar.

I want y'all to be able to arm yourselves so you can call these ableists' asses out when they pull the shit they do — and LOUDY. PUBLICLY. Endogenics, their supporters, and anti-ableists in general have enough emotional and intellectual labor going on. It would be nice to free some of that energy up to do something more effective, and I think that is where singlets can help.

There is a lot more I want to say, but I don't think I'm going to have time to list everything lmao. I would be here all day if not longer if I could keep going.
