Tabitha walks into her apartment to find a man sitting at her table. "Jughead? Is that you?"

He turns to face her, and she sees that it is in fact her boyfriend. "Tabitha, hey." He gets up out of the chair and walks to her, putting a gentle hand on her shoulder. "I found a spare key and let myself in, hope that's alright."

"Yeah, no problem. Whatever you need." She takes a quick glance around her apartment and sees that the floors are empty of boxes. "Don't you have any belongings to bring in?"

He shakes his head. “Most of my stuff was destroyed in the explosion, Archie’s supposed to bring whatever survived in an hour or two."

Tabitha muses over that. Jughead didn't have much already and now a bomb going off, ruining what little he did have? She feels compassion for her boyfriend, moving in a lot quicker than their original plan. "Well, as I said before, whatever you need, I'm here for you."

Jughead holds her face with one hand and pulls her in for a kiss. "I know."

She kisses him back, standing on her toes to lift herself up a few inches. She appreciates Jughead leaning down slightly for her, even though the height between them isn't that much.

When they break apart, Tabitha remembers what she originally meant to do upon walking into her apartment. “I almost forgot, I brought you dinner.” She holds up a bag of Pops takeout and grins at him. “Figured you’d be in the zone.”

"Thanks, Tabs." Jughead takes the bag out of her hands and places it next to his typewriter. He turns to Tabitha and kisses her again, holding her shoulders. "Thank you again for everything. I don't know what I'd do without you," he admits onto her lips.

She doesn't respond, only kisses him back. It's all she can do, really. With everything going on in Riverdale, letting Jughead move in a little earlier than they had planned is the least she could do.

A few hours later, just like Jughead said, Archie is knocking on their door. "All I was able to find were some clothes, and these aren't even burned."

Tabitha holds the box and quickly realizes how light it is. "And he didn't have much when he was living with you?"

"Barely." Archie picks up another box and gestures to the inside of her apartment. "Can I come in?"

"Of course." She moves out of the way to let him in and closes the door once Archie has made his way through the small living space.

He opens his mouth to ask a question when Jughead walks into the living room from the writing nook they had set up together. "Arch, hey."

There's an awkward silence as the friends exchange words of concern for each other. Tabitha places the box she'd been holding on the floor. "Thanks for stopping by, Archie."

He turns to her and nods. "No problem. I'll see you two tomorrow?"

"This is Riverdale. Obviously we'll see you tomorrow," Jughead remarks, wrapping an arm around Tabitha.

Archie chuckles at that and waves goodbyes to the new couple, leaving their apartment and the two alone.

"I saw how much, well, little, Archie brought," Tabitha says, trying to comfort her boyfriend. "Jug, if you need anything, please let me know."

His face falls a bit, she notices. The last thing she wants is to see Jughead upset, so she kisses him again. She sends every thought and feeling of comfort to him through their lips. She never wants to be away from him.

Their lips part. "Come on. I'll show you our bed."

Got chewby a new tug and some Christmas dog biscuits that look like donuts (we have mini donuts a lot but they usually have chocolate on them so we can't share with her so I thought it would be fun to get donuts that she CAN have)

And got harely a couple new toys. There's this springy toy that I thought she would like but it makes a squeaky sound when it moves (which I did not realize when I bought it) and shes a little afraid of it. And a rubbery ball with feathers on the ends that I didn't know if she would like but so far its her favorite. AND I found these cat treats that look and feel like chocolate that are made of beef fat and ive had to hide them from her cuz she was trying to tear open the box to get more.

" Oh no." Miguel breathes out. He glances around the room. It looks horrible, it was too late. 

The room was covered in blood. The chipped wallpaper had always been disgusting, but now it had a reek of death over it. He can only imagine how it went down here. 

" Uhm, actually. She's still alive." Layla suddenly glitches into existence. 

Miguel's eyes widen under his mask as he turns to her.

" What?"

" Yeah, she made it out alive. " She tells him, showcasing a security video taken out on the street.

And indeed, you were alive. Barely, but still. The cameras follow you until you eventually pass out into an alleyway. But something is wrong. The date on that tape dates back 2 years ago. That cannot be possible- Or can it?

" Who are you?" 

Miguel turns around, claws jumping out as he turns to face the voice.

He's surprised as he comes face to face with you. You're in terrible shape. Skinny, bags under your eyes and dirty. 

You glance at his claws before shaking your head. 

" Trust me, you don't want to do that." 

He cocks his head. Anyone with the injuries you had when you escaped your abusive household would be dead. He doesn't want to take his chances with whatever saved you.

" I'm Spiderman-"

" No you're not. I know that dude. He lives a few streets from here." You scowl.

You don't seem intimidated in the slightest. Still seated with one knee up to your chest in the window sill, your posture slacking.

" I'm from a different dimension. I want to give you a chance." He tells you.

You cock your head.

" A different dimension? And a chance at what?" 

" Yes. A chance at living. You wouldn't have to be alone anymore."

" I'm never alone."

To this day, he doesn't know how he managed to convince you to join the spider society. You're one of the very few non spider people around.

So far, years have passed. He's gotten to know you a lot better. Your name is Y/N L/N. And you're the host of Toxin. The strongest symbiote he's ever come across, and he's come across Carnage. ( Which is also apparently it's 'parent' symbiote.) It also led to him bringing you on the team. 

You're a complicated person, having been through a lot at a young age. You had been severely abused by your own parents for a reason he doesn't know (or would ever understand.) Your healing journey was scary, but you had hardened from your experiences, putting up a barricade around people. Thankfully, it crumbled since Miguel now had your back. It made Miguel soft towards you. The society he was building was small when he found you, making you one of the first members. Determined to not give you the fate of a future villain (like almost all the other symbiotes), he's kept you closely tucked in his side. Over time, he found a new chance in being a dad through you. Your own parents never guided you, and he finds himself all too eager to give you that guidance. And so you've been with him, watching as the society grew. And growing it did. Miguel watched proudly as you managed to make friends, and eventually helped guide other younglings just like he guides you.

You're also the only one who doesn't take his shit. And who's able to handle it. (The object he threw the one time he wasn't looking at whoever entered his lab, you had thrown it back at him. It had silenced him. He'd never admit it, but he was proud of that. Glad you'll never cower for people like your biological dad ever again.)

The only downside? Your choice of friends. Hobie caused trouble, and was all too eager in teaching you how to aswell. Gwen was okay. But she was also friends with Hobie, and Miles. And Miles was originally an anomaly. Sure, the boy was now part of the team, but still. The only one he approved of was Pavitr. And the random Peters you hang with often.

Truth to be told, he saw you as his daughter.

Currently, he was stood in his lab, glancing around at the screens. He truly had no idea what you were doing, but as long as you weren't putting shit on fire (you wouldn't, Toxin hates fire,) he's fine with it.

" Aye Miguel!"

Speak of the devil. With a symbiote web, you launch yourself onto his platform, two styrofoam boxes in your hands. You wordlessly set his down on his desk, as you often do.

" Thanks. What have you been upto today?" He asks, barely taking his eyes of the screen as he opens the styrofoam box and takes out an empanada.

You open yours, and immediately the scent of chocolate fills the rooms. It's overly sweet, and it lowkey stings his nose.

" Not much. Mostly training actually. You did anything fun today?" You ask him in return, leaning back against his desk.

Apparently you've managed to find pancakes. And hazelnut chocolate spread. 

" Been watching the multiverse, nothing special. Where'd you get that? " he asks you.

" Made it. We were craving something sweet." 

" Empanadas are sweet."

" Right, well, not pancake, chocolate, strawberry sweet-"

" There's strawberries in there?" He asks, glancing at it.

You hum. Picking up a piece and showcasing it to him. He admittedly can see a bit of a lump in the chocolate, but that doesn't really convince him.

" Yeah, want a bite?"

" No thanks, I'll pass."

" Kay' your loss. So I've been thinking-"

" That's worrisome."

You roll your eyes at his comment.

" Sure, whatever. Anyway. We should get a pet. I was thinking a cat, or a spider-"

" No. We already have spider cat. Also, basically everyone here is a spider. Why would you even think of a spider?" He grumbles.

Nothing he ever has read in the parenting books could ever prepare for whenever you open your mouth.

As he speaks, he finally turns to look at you.

You shrug.

" It'd be funny. A tarantula maybe. We could call her Webs." You tell him.

You're not even grinning. You're serious about this.

" I'm still lost. Why a spider?"

" I just told you. It'd be funny. A spider as Spiderpeople HQ's lil mascot. There's also these adorable jumping spiders. They're cute. And small. And a spider." 

He sighs, rubbing his face in his free hand before deciding to give up and continue to eat.

" No. No spider pet at Spider HQ. You can pet Spider-Cat whenever he's here. That's more than enough." 

As if to save him from this hard parenting moment, ( He kinda wants to give into you, give you the world, but this was just a blatantly bad idea. Even by your standard.) A new anomaly pops up on his radar. And coincidentally,  you just finished your food. ( You're always scarfing it down instead of eating it at a normal pace. Something that has to do with Toxin he believes.)

" What about a frog? Nah jumping spider's more fun-"

" No. No frog, no spider. Also, an anomaly just popped onto the radar. A Sandman variant. Earth-632. Have fun. Bring one of your buddies if you want, I'm here if you need back up." He tells you.

You hum, licking your fingers clean before wiping them on your pants.

" Can we eat them?" You ask as you start messing with your watch.

" No. No eating people." 

" Was worth a try." He hears you mumble.

" No it really wasn't. " He tells you in return.

You roll your eyes.

" Whatever. Don't miss us too much!" You call before Toxin's form envelops you completely right as a gateway forms.

Soon enough you've jumped through, and Miguel finds himself opening up yet another screen to monitor your mission, seeing as you've gone alone. 

A rare smile makes it once his face though. Yeah he's soft for you. And maybe he should look intk those jumping spiders. Just for the heck of it....

The next day, I was really appreciating Layla for staying over because she was able to help take care of Celest while I was as work. When I got home and got settled in, my brother Trent came over. Trent was my older brother by four years but we were so close. Ever since I was young, he was my protector. Since he and his girlfriend have an apartment close to where I live, he makes his way over to see Celest and I almost everyday.

“Hey~” I tried to greet him as I let him in but he pushed me out the way

“Move, bitch!” and made a quick beeline over to his niece, who was sitting playing with dolls on the floor with Layla. I giggled to myself as I shut the door behind him. Trent loved Celest and I didn’t know if it was because she’s his first niece or because of the story behind why she’s here.

“CeeCee~” He cooed as he started to pluck her from the floor until Layla stopped him

“Aht! Put my baby down.” He looked down at her like she said something crazy.

“The fuck you talkin bout? This my baby.” He tickled her all over her tiny body, which sent her into fits of laughter.

“Oh I’ll be damned.” Layla stands up and reached for Celest and Trent turned away. They did this everytime they were at my house at the same time. Celest didn’t seem to mind because as long as she was entertained, she was satisfied.

My phone started to ring which caused Trent and Layla to stop their playful bickering and looked my way.

“Who is it?” Layla whispered as if I answered the phone already. The both of them walked up to me, surrounding me and the phone I had in my hands that was ringing with Connie’s contact.

“Connie?” Trent was visibly confused so that’s when I forgot to tell him all about meeting Connie again again yesterday. “The hell?” He whispered more to himself than to me.

“Don’t cuss in front of my baby— Hello?” I waved the both of them off and walked into another room.

“Hey, Chy’anne. How are you today?”

“Uh.. I’m doing pretty good. I forgot you had my number.”

“Yeah, I was scared to call you lowkey. Didn’t know if you were busy or anything.” I could hear the hint of nerves in his voice but I wondered why. I was definitely more nervous than he was. It’s been 2 years since I’ve talked to this man at all let alone over the phone and what I was hiding still twisted my insides.

“No.. no, I’m not busy. I just got off work not too long ago.”

“Oh? Where you work at?” I wondered where this conversation was going if it was going anywhere at all.

“At a design company..” I trailed.

“Cool cool, that’s wassup. Hey listen, I hope this isn’t like, last minute for you or anything but I was tryin to see if you wanted to come out with me for dinner later,” My heart dropped to my chest. This was the last thing I imagined happening so quickly. I looked back into the living room from where I was to see Layla and Trent on the floor with Celest, feeding her Cheetos. “I understand if you say no because of your daughter and everything but you can bring her, I don’t mind it or anything.”

“Um.. sure! Sure, that’s fine. What did you have in mind?”

“The, uh.. Mexican restaurant down the street from the mall.”

I nodded as if he could see me. “Alright, yeah. Yeah, that’s fine. What time?”

“Damn, um.. is 7 good?”

“7 is great! See you then.” I hung up so goddamn fast, I didn’t even know if he said anything else.

As soon as I was finished, I came and sat down on the couch in the living room with Trent, Layla, and Celest.

“Soooo what he want?”

“He wants to take me and Celest out to dinner tonight.” Layla did all the squealing for me. It was if she was more excited than I was.

“See? He still like you girl!”

“What the fuck is goin on? You talkin to Connie again? You ain’t speak to that nigga in 2 years.” Trent laughed.

I rolled my eyes. “I know, but—“

“We went to the Titan’s game yesterday and they talked and everything!”

“Oh shit, I forgot he went pro…” I didn’t. In fact, I didn’t even want to remember because the year he got drafted I found out I was pregnant with Celest. I couldn’t even bring myself to watch the draft on tv with everyone else when it happened.

“Yeah…”

“He pickin you up??” I didn’t stick around on the phone long enough to ask.

I shrugged as I looked at my nails. “I don’t know.”

“Shit he better be pickin y’all up. He the one that invited you out.” Trent did have a point. Him being the most honest sibling I had was useful.

“C’mere, baby,” Layla held onto Celest’s little hand as they stood up. “We gonna go take a bath. You goin out with daddy~” Trent and I glanced at each other as we watched them walk down the hall.

“You didn’t tell him, did you?”

I looked down in shame. I really did not need anyone else telling me how bad of a person I am.

“You know you got to now, right?” I nodded. “But if that nigga on some crazy shit, I gotchu alright?” He held his hand out so I could dap him up.

“Thank you, T.”

After Trent and Layla helped Celest and I get ready, I texted Connie the address and within minutes he said he was on his way. I assumed that he was probably already in the area.

“You ready~” Layla teased as Celest sat in her lap happily.

“No.” I was being honest. My heart was jumping out my chest and the fact that I was dressed all nice for a dude that was supposed to be my baby daddy but he didn’t know that he was my baby daddy was making me feel worse.

“Well, you best get ready.” I was the only one nervous in this situation. Celest played happily not even really aware of what’s going on and all Connie knew was that he was gonna pick up his estranged best friend and her cute lil daughter.

“Bitch you didn’t even do my baby’s hair!” I noticed that Celest’s hair was all over the place and needed to be brushed at least. I went to the bathroom to get hair products and stuff to start brushing up Celest’s hair into two small braided buns.

“Girl,” Layla laughed at my anxiety. “You runnin around like a chicken with your head cut off for what? A man who don’t even know who—“ There was a knock on the door.

“Can you get that for me, T?” I finished Celest’s hair just in time. “All done!” Celest jumped out my lap as she copied the phrase all cutely. Trent opened the door and Connie was there in the doorway with a bouquet of flowers. But they weren’t fancy dinner type flowers, they gave off the simple floral collage vibe with lightly colored daisies, roses, and sunflowers. It was beautiful.

As the guys do, Connie and Trent had their little reunion but I didn’t mind because they really hadn’t seen each other in a while and that was my fault.

“Aww, he bought you flowers!” Layla exclaimed excitedly, which made Celeste jump up in excitement too.

“For the pretty girls.” He smiled as he handed the beautiful bouquet to me. Being a celebrity and all, I thought he’d be dressed down in a suit with blinged out jewelry to show off but he was dressed casually but you knew he was taking things seriously.

“C, you wanna say hello?” By this time, she was clung to my leg because she wasn’t familiar with the man in front of her.

“Hey pretty girl!” Connie kneeled down so he could talk to her properly. “I’m Connie, what’s your name?” Layla, Trent, and I were looking at each other because the two of them was completely unknown to the circumstance. Celest answered his question the best way she could

“I’m a pretty girl, why didn’t I get any flowers? I’m sure you have enough NBA money to go around.”

“Layla shut up and let them have their moment.”

“You got her car seat and stuff?” I nodded before going to Celest’s room and bringing her carseat to the front. Luckily I thought to clean it yesterday. Trent had already brought her diaper bag full of everything else. “I gotchu.” Connie took the carseat from my hands and was taking it to the car. Celest and I said our goodbyes as we walked outside.

“Have fun, girlie!”

“Y’all lock up before you leave.” Trent and Layla were the only people I trusted with a key to my house. But with that, we were on our way.

Yea!! I actually really liked the theater troupe in Furinas Story Quest, this guest list is canon to me!!

I haven't made a post about it yet but I think that Furina might eventually meet and befriend some of the Archons in her travels. They know what she went through and based the new voice lines it seems like they have a lot of respect for her, so she might invite some of them to the wedding too!

Holidays got me so behind on asks, here ya go!

Wanderer: I love the fact that you can choose a name for him, I gave him the name Kokoro so that will be the name I use for these headcanons. (Also giving him the nickname of Ko which means child)

Giant/human size:

If there was a poster child for fearplay from a giant, Kokoro would be it. Pre-Irminsul incident he was not kind to borrowers that he came across. At the very best case scenario he would let them scurry off, whispering his disgust under his breath, worst case scenario…well. 

Post-Irminsul incident he’s much more tolerant of tinies, especially after having to interact with some that attend the Academiya. He just ignores them mostly, unless he gets paired up with someone (ie Faruzan who he tolerates).

He doesn’t have a lot of his sense of pressure and touch anymore, between being a puppet and the Dottore’s experimentation. So sometimes he finds a tiny that has hitched a ride on his person somewhere. It’s lowkey a game between the tinies of the Academiya, who can stay on the Dendro Archon’s pupil the longest without him noticing.

Current record was Layla who had fallen asleep in one of his pockets on accident, and was only discovered because Nahida had teased Kokoro about bringing a friend “home”.

Tiny/borrower size:

Pre-Irminsul incident, he would be a very aggressive tiny that would assist the Fatui as a spy of sorts. He would still desire the Electro Gnosis, less because he believes it to be rightfully his, and more to just piss off his “mother”. 

HATES being held, will do whatever he can to not be held. He doesn’t mind sitting on a shoulder or anything, just being held like a doll.

Abandonment issues are dialed up to 11, especially since the child that passed from sickness would play with him like a regular doll. Traumatized.

Venti: My favorite archon <3 silly little wind sprite.

Giant/human size:

Easily the gentlest person around tinies. Can be found sleeping in many random places absolutely covered in the tiny folks of Mond. 

Most tinies know he’s Barbatos, and consider him the patron deity of tinies. Since, he too has a tiny form (wind sprite).

He actually plays around with his size sometimes to be more closely involved with the tiny community of Mondstadt, though often with a change of clothes to prevent too much confusion.

If a tiny feels comfortable with him, they should be prepared to have a bad hair day. He tends to fidget with whatever is in his hands, aka tinies often find themselves completely ruffled after a few minutes of Venti’s attention being elsewhere. 

Tiny/borrower size:

Prankster of the year award has been his for centuries. Between causing headaches for Jean, to stealing an unfathomable amount of wine from the Angel’s Share, new visitors to Mond will often be warned of a tiny bard clad in green.

He can often be seen hitching rides with just about anyone, offering them a day filled with music for just an apple.

Cats are even worse to tiny Venti, not only is he allergic, now they're big. He’s often seen on rooftops and in trees for that exact reason

Summary: Snippet from Jake's night of taking Layla out to get to know him. Jake doesn't know how to behave around Marc's wife. No smut, just fluff & mild gunplay. Lowkey all the love to @lunaselena for all the nonsense they write with me.

His cap was firmly pressed back onto his head by her. Dark curls of his hair not quite making it back into place. Jake just smiled. Thin as it was, wanted her to see his appreciation for returning his cap. Or maybe for the lingering touch surrounding it.

Everything about the arcade was bright and flashy, designed to snag attention, though Jake’s was firmly on Layla.

“No…” He admitted after she asked him if he wanted to go home yet. Feeling out his reluctance to leave right away. Not after that chaste little first kiss they’d shared in the photo booth. He needed more time to sit with that. This was Marc’s wife. He shouldn’t be wanting more of that.

He reached up to properly get the cap comfortably on his head. One hand lifted it while the other combed back his hair. Contemplating an arm around her shoulders to pull her over to the shooter while holding her. Instead, he stepped back and gestured for her to get moving with a tip of his head in the direction of a game he spotted with plastic guns.

Walking over there Jake pulled the gun off the console to check it over. Not overly realistic, but for the game they were about to play, it’d do.

“Here.” He pointed at a space in front of him for her to stand. Treating it like it was a real gun. Arms around her he got her to hold the gun. One hand on her wrist. Shifting her fingers away from the trigger.

“Only hold the trigger if you intend to shoot. Otherwise, it goes here.”

His other hand reached for her second hand to bring it up and clasp over her first hand.

“Better grip for recoil and steadier aim.”

He muttered, not that it’d matter for an arcade game. Leaning back he looked down at her. His foot came between hers to kick them apart a little wider. His hand going to her hip to steady her posture.

“Tch. Look real dangerous now, Chica.”

Jake chuckled as he stepped back to appreciate her stance with a gun. He reached for the second one. And tapped the console to start.

Zombies charged towards the screen. Head shots took them down but a few rounds in the body also seemed to do the trick. Jake shot with precision. Making every bullet count.

“Coming in from the left.” He warned. Helping Layla to clear out the oncoming crowd. “Right. Right.”

The levels rolled by and soon there were too many to hold off. Zombies overwhelmed them, gnawing at the screen.

“Ack. They got you. We don’t keep any infected under this roof.”

He laughed, Hand reaching up her back to wrap around the back of her neck and tug her into him. Affectionate and playful. Nothing rough about it. Bringing the gun up to press under her chin. Pressing just enough to tilt her head up to look at him.

“Pew.” He said quietly. A smirk. He brought the gun down.

Finding any excuse to untangle and move away from her, he put the controller back in its holder. They’d spent a good portion of the night together. Going through drive-thru’s and watching the stars. Late-night arcades and doing every game they could. Even managing to hit the leaderboard on one of them. J +L imprinted on the screen. Jake truly didn’t want the night to end. He knew if they stayed any longer he’d be finding other reasons to kiss her.

(also this user was referring to the doodles i did of the DHMIS characters from the TV series a while ago). i’m not gonna do all of the characters, but i’ll do a couple:

briefcase:

- i call him brandon (simply because brandon matches with brendon heehee)

- works a lot of odd side jobs but his main job is an accountant 

- an absolute go-getter ! this guy genuinely loves to work. give him a task and he’ll make sure it gets done efficiently 

- pokes fun at his older brother often but in reality they’re extremely close 

- in spite of all the jokes and teasing, briefcase looks up to brendon, like, a lot actually. i imagine they grew up in poverty together so they really only had each other to rely on, which is why they’re so close. brendon took good care of him when he was young, so briefcase working hard to make sure he grew up to have a stable job was his way of giving back to his older brother. he probably helps brendon out financially while he works to get his novel published 

(unemployed) brendon:

- the whole “unemployed brendon” name joke-thing stemmed from people getting the two brothers’ names mixed up. briefcase prolly started saying something like “but i’m the employed one !” and so the whole “unemployed brendon” thing came to be. funnily enough, people actually started remembering the two’s names correctly after it 

- gets easily mistaken for the younger brother because of his height and higher pitched voice but he’s considerably older by about 6/7-ish years 

- loves to write. it’s his passion. a proper education was hard to come by when he was young, so he taught himself to read and write by studying the papers he sold and would buy himself books whenever he had a little extra money. now that he’s older he’s been able to publish a couple articles here in there in a few newspapers but his real goal is to get “The Ultimate Forgiveness” — a thematic autobiographical novel centered around learning to forgive oneself for past mistakes — published 

- has a quieter, more reserved nature in contrast to his brother, however he can get a little loud and sassy if provoked

- bearer of an absolutely fantastic unibrow. (shrignold take notes)

coffin:

- name is finn, short for finnicus 

- drinks his coffee black for sure

- likes to keep his areas dim and dark. actually, he likes a lot of dark, macabre things 

- is he a vampire ? we’ll never know 

- he do work as a mortician though (woah bros i just rhymed)

- hobbies include taxidermy, skull collecting, poetry, reading, gardening, and wood carving

- was originally part of an amish-like family, but he left that kind of community behind. his family keeps in contact so he pretends to still follow the lifestyle just to keep the peace with them. (hence the “oh is that a TV ? yeah i’ve been thinking about getting one of those. haha, don’t tell anyone though.” and also the questionable fashion choices *cough cough* those shoes...)

- idk mane, he’s just lowkey a chillax guy. not really much else

- goes by "ellie" or "tracey"

- she’s an electrician but also the host for a TV game show called “Watt a Shock !” (ha did you see what i did there ? aren’t i clever)

- is my wife huh. what. who said that ?

- they can get brazy with an electric guitar, man

- as cool as her hair looks, be careful touching it. it’s got that static electricity effect

- related to colin and layla (laptop), she’s like their super cool older cousin. 

- just super sweet and energetic overall

- knows a lot of random, entertaining trivia facts

- 100% dips their fries in milkshakes/ice cream

after cake & coffee, the two of you step outside the house

lowkey worries you with it, swinging back as far as the equipment allows

apparently it was a race and heeseung won

(at this one park in my town, there's this big wooden dragon structure)

heeseung pretends to be your knight in shining armor

once the sun starts setting, you both head back

you eat cold dinner and possibly dessert

when you finish, heeseung suggests playing a game

it's decided that you'll play blockus

everyone gets loud, teasing each other and calling the others cheaters

your family especially call out you and heeseung, suspecting you're trying to help the other if one of you isn't playing

they're right

heeseung does well, winning some games

he fits so well in with your family, it makes your heart flip

Jay

downtown shopping + cooking with the family

you guys leave somewhat early

he's pretty much following your lead on which shops to go into

spoils you

like if he notices you staring at something for just 1 second too long, he's asking you about it

pushes you into the store, telling you that he'll get it for you

tbh, he does more shopping for you then he does for himself

you guys get pretzels before heading home

you're not allowed to carry a single bag, jay refuses to let you

but that just means you have to feed him bites of his pretzel

holding it up to his mouth, teasing him before letting him tear off bits of the food

at home, your family is preparing to make jaeger schnitzel

jay is so curious (and it's so cute)

so he's right there, asking questions and watching how's it's done

jay is taking notes of the spices and seasoning used, already planning to stop by the stores before y'all have to go back to kr

he gets put on tenderizing and flattening the pork

jay promises to make it for you when you guys get back

he’s excited to cook you something that reminds you of home

Jake

salinetal walk with layla or barfuss (barefoot) park

on the off chance that he brings ms. layla with him, you take her for a walk near salinetel

you both wear one of jake’s hoodies

you guys are holding hands, with layla walking in front of you

you guys sit at a bench, messing with one another's hands, giving layla love and enjoying the salt mist and smell

if you happen to be sick or stuffy, it's perfect

if he doesn't bring layla then it's okay !!

you bring your second favorite puppy to barefoot park

assuming that he loves to be out in nature (he does)

he helps out the people around y'all

giving encouragement to the little kids on the balancing activities, helping to carry any strollers when you get to the river or near the end of the park

it all makes you fall in love with him more

he jokes when you're in the river about catching fish with his bare hands

also he's got a hand on your arm to keep you balanced as well when he’s able to

makes sure that you don't slip on any rocks

Sunghoon

he takes his film cameras with him

so you decide to take him to schloss park one day

sunghoon takes photos of everything he thinks is pretty and interesting

you dont notice but he's managed to get a few of you with the sunlight streaming through the trees and onto your face

he can't wait to get back and develop these photos

once y'all have walked deeper into the park, sunghoon is making you switch sides

he won't allow you to be the one walking on the side that dips off

sunghoon does make you pose for a few photos

such as near the museum or in front of the walkway into the downtown area

you guys head to one of the many ice cream/gelato shops

sunghoon gets some flavored ice cream and you order yourself the chocolate cookie

you sit and watch the kids play by the water

the both of you give each other bites of the other’s ice cream

Sunoo

pedal boating on the nahe river + dinner

he would be annoyed at first

but once y'all set a pace, he's good

stopping to take selfies

sunoo loves seeing the animals

whether it be ducks or the rarest deer

if you guys do spot a deer then his eyes are going wide and his mouth becomes an 0

sadly time runs out way too fast for the both of you

later that night you head to a restaurant (it also just so happens to be connected to a movie theater) for dinner

sunoo orders a fruity cocktail with his currywürst

you order the same but with a mocktail instead

since you guys are sitting outside, you enjoy the atmosphere in between your small conversations

you and sunoo point out the various movie titles as well, giggling about the differences

Jungwon

bakery hopping

jungwon is so excited

he can't wait to eat new pastries, cakes, and bread

especially because they're something you grew up with, and he wants to get a taste of what that was like

the two of you leave in the morning - so nothing too sweet to start off

you get 2 raisin breads and 4 choco breads

at the next bakery, you move onto a few slices of apfelkuchen (apple cake) and a slice of bienenstich (bee sting; a vanilla cake with vanilla cream and caramelized almonds on top)

taking a break from sweets, you get pretzels, varying from plain to pizza

then you go to a bakery that specializes in streuselkuchen and german cheesecake

he’s surprised by the difference from cheesecakes in korea to ones in germany, but enjoys nonetheless

Ni-ki

jahrmarkt

he’s literally bubbling with excitement

ni-ki has heard you talk about the rides and all the fun you've had (especially once it was confirmed that he was coming with you)

he's into the thought of getting to be apart of such endearing memories with you (even if he won't admit it 🤫)

that feeling is tripled once your trip is for sure going to include jahrmarkt

niki is determined to win one of the few carnival games there for you

you're standing there, translating to the person running the stand every time he asks to go again

if only one person can go at a time, you might have to drag him away

but once he's won and is satisfied, the both of you are off to the rides

if you're as much of an adrenaline junkie as ni-ki is -

the both of you are determined to go on as many rides as you can

he especially enjoys ones such as break dance/break dancer or x-factor (warning: if you look up videos of the rides, there's lots of spinning and swinging + possible flashing lights)

ni-ki won't push you to go on rides if you're not that into them or feeling queasy

he’ll stand by your side as you try to calm your stomach, rubbing circles on your back

if you're still not feeling up to the rides, he'll walk through the lego display and check out vendors with you

to end the night, the both of you go on the ferris wheel, holding hands and taking in the scenery

Moon Knight College!AU Headcanons

Pairings: Steven Grant x Layla El-Faouly, Marc Spector x Layla El-Faouly

Warnings: Mentions of Randall Spector's death, allusions to Wendy Spector

A/N: I've had this idea rattling around in my head for a while and decided to share the headcanons I've accumulated. Enjoy! :)

Steven knows about Marc and they get along/share the body well (haven't quite figured out when/how this would have happened).

Jake is technically there, too, but Steven and Marc don't know about him yet.

Marc and Randall both loved baseball. They played together and followed the Cubs, going to games whenever they could.

Marc kind of threw himself into baseball after Randall's death. Practices and games gave him a reason to be out of the house and took his mind off everything.

He also started working as soon as he could as a teen and took on as many hours after school and over the summer as he was legally allowed to, along with mowing lawns and shoveling snow for neighbors. Again, it got him out of the house, and he was able to save up a decent bit of money before going off to college.

Marc is on his high school baseball team and is good enough to get a full ride scholarship to [insert college/university here一something in either Chicago or New York]. He ends up there instead of joining the military, at Steven's urging.

They minor in history for Steven but major in something "practical" (Marc's wording) like business.

Marc has never really liked school. He can't sit still, can't focus. He's not dumb, far from it, but just doesn't do well in a traditional classroom setting.

He hates the first day of classes most of all, when it's all ice breakers and introducing oneself. He hates the attention on him, prefers to just keep his head down and do his work.

"Do you have any siblings?" / "No," Marc lies through gritted teeth. It's easier this way. No need to trauma dump to a class full of poor, unsuspecting students.

Steven, on the other hand, loves school. He thrives in that environment.

They're co-conscious during classes, so Steven is there to absorb all the information and take notes, but Marc is still the one to participate and answer questions when necessary.

More than once, a professor has called on Marc, who hadn't been paying attention, but Steven is there to feed him the answer.

Anyway, to the story:

Maybe one evening Steven is stopping by the coffee shop on campus to grab a coffee/tea before heading back to the library to study.

The coffee shop is playing the college radio station, and Layla is the host/DJ for the evening.

That day, the station is running a trivia contest for listeners.

Steven's not really paying attention as he waits in line, but he can't help but perk up at the mention of ancient Egypt.

He mentally answers the question himself. The contestant gives a different answer, and, to Steven's horror, the host rules them correct.

Steven is lowkey fuming, so he ends up calling the station and speaking to Layla. They argue over it for a bit.

(It would have to be something that's contested among scholars, because Steven and Layla both know their stuff. Steven is an ancient Egypt buff, and Layla is an archaeology major.)

Steven starts tuning in to Layla's show after that. He only knows her voice, sure, but he's quickly developing a crush on her. Her voice is just so nice to listen to, and she's smart and cool and kind. He becomes a regular caller.

Layla looks forward to Steven's calls. He's a bit dorky but also so charming. She's crushing on him, too.

Maybe Layla and Marc have run into each other before, so when she and Steven finally do meet irl, she's confused.

(Maybe she has a friend whose boyfriend is on the baseball team, or she tags along to the games with a friend who writes for the school paper.)

Steven may or may not panic and tell her that Marc is his identical twin brother. That'll be fun to clear up later. (It's not a total lie, though, is it?)

Anyway, Steven and Layla start dating.

Eventually the truth comes out about the Marc/Steven situation and Layla is hurt that she was lied to, but also ultimately understands that Steven was trying to protect himself and Marc.

She ends up also getting to know Marc better, and soon enough she's dating him as well.

Maybe over summer break they go to Egypt together and visit Layla's family? Steven absolutely loves it.

Also, I had nowhere else to put this, but Marc drives a 90s Toyota Corolla. It's not the coolest car, but, hey, it's reliable.
