social survey time. in 2000s there was a german videogame called zanzarah about a girl who lives in london and travels to the fairy land to save the humanity. i played it when i was five. it was my first encounter with art. if you could disassemble my persona this game would lie at its fundament. it has the most beautiful ost ever called come with me by karina gretere, and when i watched tamb it popped in my head for the first time in many years. i wrote a comment about it under the song hoping that maybe one day one person will understand me..... and got 7 likes????? maybe i live under a rock but in my 24 years of life i have not met a single person who knew zanzarah, and now i meet SEVEN who know zanzarah AND tamb??????? is..... is there some sort of link....... did the eight of us end up in tamb because of zanzarah.........

Trying to come up with a new outfit design for Nathan since I’ve been unhappy with his default outfit for a while now (I don’t think I even posted a drawing with that outfit on here b4 💀)

I wanted his outfit to actually reference his lore and look more mystical and stuff in general!! ^^ this is just a first draft but I actually really like it so far :)

I traced the draft sketch on top of the old ref so I didn’t have to draw a full body (and for easier comparison) lmao

In this old ref, his (purple) skin and hair color was the same, which I have changed by now as well to make his face more readable (as you can see from my recent art of him)

He desperately needs a new ref 😭

Finally signed up for @alhilton’s patreon for early access novel draft chapters and am having a pretty grand old time. I love a fussy foppish man with mysteriously vicious magical powers/issues.

I have taken some creative liberties in blasting the scene with my usual “but what if it was a Don Bluth movie” art beam, which is to say, adding a lot of glowy magic and Noise filter.

Fuck it. Posting original art here. I’m working on designing an art book for myself to collect together my digital art from the past few years.

The art in this post is specifically of these cat detectives I like to draw because I drew one dude as a joke during a dnd session and then it spiraled. So because they’ve been my art hyperfixation for several months now, I have lots of art of them but I don’t post them because I’m not sure anyone’s interested in that?
