You glower at your boyfriend through the dark lens of your sunglasses. “Don’t come near me with that.” 

Steve smiles cajolingly, approaching with the sunscreen nonetheless. “C’mon, babe, you didn’t come out here just to sit under this umbrella all day.” 

“You know I did.” You dart your stare pointedly to where the pale rocks are growing little puddles of lake water underneath his feet. “If you come over here and drip on my book—” 

“Put the book away,” he coaxes. And he’s convincing, all shiny skin and even shinier smile and his pretty hair stuck damply to his forehead and the back of his neck. One tiny strand curls inward over the curve of his cheekbone, and you want terribly to slick it back in with the others but any affectionate gesture right now would feel too close to giving in. “Lemme put some sunscreen on you so you can come swim with the rest of us.” 

“I’m fine here.” 

“It’s really nice out there.” Steve sits down next to you like a mirror image, his hands by your feet and his feet next to your butt. “The lake’s not too cold or anything, you might like it.” 

You suck your teeth. “I’m just trying to enjoy my book, Steve.” 

He angles his head. “What, you don’t want to spend time with me?” 

You angle your head right back, deadpan. “Don’t.” 

“You know, Max really loves you,” he says, squirting a dollop of sunscreen into his hand and starting to smooth it up your calf. You wrinkle your nose at the smell. “She thinks you’re the coolest. Beats me why, but it’d probably make her week if you went out there.” You’re quiet, and he goes on, encouraged. He works the sunscreen over your knee, hands chaste and purposeful as they run the length of your thigh. “Plus, you know, you can read your book anytime, but these warm days are only gonna last so long before it’s freezing and snowy outside again.” 

“I like when it’s freezing and snowy,” you say, setting your book down on top of your bag before one of you gets sunscreen on it.

“I know, but you won’t be getting the gun show when I’m all hidden under ten layers, y’know?” 

Steve raises his eyebrows at you, and you look away from him, biting down on your smile. You feel more than see your boyfriend’s answering grin, spreading like a blight over his pretty face. He starts on your other leg. 

“And if you come hang out, I’ve got an ice cream sandwich in the cooler with your name on it.” He brushes his thumb over the side of your knee sweetly. “Been saving it for you.” 

You soften. A bit. “You could bring it to me here,” you point out. 

Steve shakes his head, frowning as if he really doesn’t know who’s making these rules and wishes he could change them for you. “Can’t, sorry. Frozen treats are only for those of us out there braving the sun.” 

You cross your arms. “You make it sound so pleasant.” 

He takes one of your arms in his hands, disentangling your defensive stance to continue slathering you in sunscreen. “It’s really not bad,” he says. “Between the ice cream and the cool water, you can pretend it’s winter if you want.” 

“Steve!” You both look out towards the lake, and Robin is waving him over. “Stop flirting with your girlfriend and come back here. We need more people to play chicken!” 

Steve gives you a pleading look. 

“I’m not getting wet,” you tell him firmly. 

He grins and takes your hand, lotion-slicked palm sliding against your own as he pulls you up. “You won’t on my team, don’t worry.”

My HC's For The Ninja's Weightlifting Strength.

The ninja are incredibly strong, constantly putting their bodies, minds, and everything they have on the line. The amount of training that they have to do in order to endure everything they do is insane. And I see strength HC's about the ninja all the time, but those are in relation to their powers. I also want to think about the raw strength these little lego people posses. These are my HC's for the ninjas bench, squat, and deadlift Maxes without their powers.

Zane - As a robot, he can't really train his muscles as he has none, but he still competes with everyone else, and uses the information he gathers about himself from training in order to upgrade himself and better understand his weak and strong points physically. And being a robot helps significantly when moving weight.

Bench - 880 lbs (399 kgs)

Squat - 1100 lbs (498 kgs)

Deadlift - 2000 lbs (907 kgs)

Kai - Kai is a big aesthetics person. While still being incredibly unnaturally strong for his weight and build, he leans more towards building a better physique rather than moving the most amount of weight he can. He's gotta look his best for the cameras.

Bench - 425 lbs (192 kgs)

Squat - 590 lbs (276 kgs)

deadlift - 800 lbs (362 kgs)

Jay - While being the physically weakest and smallest ninja, Jay still throws up some impressive numbers. He has the sleeper build of all the ninja, and relies more on his agility and speed rather than pure muscle.

Bench - 390 lbs (176 kgs)

Squat - 500 lbs (226 kgs)

Deadlift - 625 lbs (283 kgs)

Nya - An absolute demon in the weight room. She's not afraid to look bulky, and is glad that she can keep up with and beat some of the guys, including Jay, which she likes to taunt him about. She excels in Squat and deadlift, with a still unnatural bench.

Squat - 650 lbs (294 kgs)

Deadlift - 760 lbs (344 kgs)

Cole - Even without his super strength, Cole is without a doubt the strongest of all the ninja. He trains in a strongman style, not caring about the physique, but about the weight. The opposite of Kai.

Deadlift - 925 lbs (419 kgs)

Lloyd - With his bad shoulder, and ankle, he has to be very careful when training, and he always has a spotter ready in case something goes wrong. But this little guy is determined, and still trains with some weight that make the ninja worry for him.

I hope you have some fun with this prompt! I will love to see where you take it cause I think it can either be fluff or angst, or both!

When I first read this prompt, I was like 'ah, easy one, I'll write something for it in a few hours'. Nope, my guy, nope. I had to rewrite it like three times because when I thought I finally had a good idea, it turned out it wasn't good. So yeah, it was quite of a challenge. 😃

“Daddy, Papa, when can I go to a race with you?” Julia asked on a calm Sunday afternoon when she was coloring in a coloring book while Max and Charles drank their coffee on the couch. Charles looked at Max, opening his mouth to answer Julia's question but Max was faster. 

“Come here, baby, we have to talk about something.”

“I wanna go to a race with you,” the little girl said while climbing onto Max's lap, burying her face into his dad's chest. 

“I know, princess,” Max nodded, kissing his daughter's hair and hugging her. “But... It is not that easy.”

“Why?”

Max looked at Charles and then at their daughter again.

“Because there are some... Not so nice people there. Some people do not like it when two boys love each other and have kids together. And we do not want these people to hurt you, to tell you mean things,” Max tried to explain, “In this world, in the racing world there are a lot of people who do not like men like your papa and me. Because we like men, we are in love with each other and we are married. We have to keep it a secret.”

“B—But boys can love each other too,” the little girl mumbled to Max's chest. “It's not fair not to let them love each other.”

Charles smiled and leaned to Max, resting his head on his husband's shoulder. 

“They can, but... There is a big chance Daddy would lose his job if a boss in his team found out he was gay. That boss does not like gay people. So daddy has to keep it a secret.”

“Christian doesn't like Daddy?” Julia asked. Max shook his head. 

“No, not Christian. Christian likes Daddy, you know him, he likes you too. Another boss, Helmut, does not like people like me, like us with your Papa.”

“I don't want to be a secret, Daddy,” the little girl said, lips pouty. “I wanna go there with you. I wanna see vroom vroom cars go very fast and Daddy or Papa win.”

Max tried to swallow the lump in his throat. He never wanted his daughter to be a secret, he never wanted to pretend like he was single and straight. He never wanted to lie and shield his daughter from the real world, from making friends, going to races, but when Helmut saw how Max had behaved with Daniel when they were teammates, he threatened him that he would make Max lose his seat if it turned out he was gay, because "they don't need pussys in real men's sport". His dad wasn't much better, either. 

“Come here, baby,” Charles told Julia when he saw Max taking a deep breath and trying not to cry, “Give Daddy a bit of space.”

“Julia hurt Daddy?” she asked, lips trembling as he climbed to Charles' lap. 

“No, baby, you didn't hurt Daddy, don't cry,” Charles said, hugging the little girl to his chest, trying to soothe her. 

“It's okay, princess,” Max whispered after wiping his tears away. “Daddy will solve this, I promise.”

“Do you wanna watch a race on the tv?” Charles asked. 

“Yes! Yes! Yes!” Julia said, nodding intensely, eyes sparkling, and a huge grin on her face. She loves watching races, and she already knows a lot of radio and commentator lines.

hi!! jumping off from all the love for ur fics (SO DESERVED by the way u are such a good writer + always nail the characterisations so well <3), i was wondering if u had any writing advice? i'm trying to start writing my own fics after years of reading others + finding it hard to actually finish anything once i get started

thank you so much!! i'm not an expert by any means but i have been writing lil fics since i was a kid and i took one (1) creative writing class so hopefully i can help a little bit!! i'm just gonna give you some bullet point tips if that's okay.

you'll have an easier time finishing the things you start if you start with small ideas. if you know you're unlikely to finish a super-long multi-chapter fic, then start with something short!! choose an idea that you can realistically explore and find some conclusion to within a thousand or two thousand words. for example, one of my favorite things i've ever written is i want your midnights, which is straight up just steve and robin hanging out and counting down the minutes til midnight on new years eve! it's only 2,156 words and i'm pretty sure i wrote it in one sitting. not that you have to write something in one sitting ksndcdm that isn't what i'm saying but my Point is that most people (myself included) need to work up to writing longer fics. there's nothing wrong with just writing a single scene! my "dear steve" fic ab max writing her goodbye letters is only 625 words. another one of my favorite fics is just about steve and max having a conversation at billy's funeral. i think single-scene fics like these really let you practice your dialogue and characterization without having to worry about plot at the same time.

write towards something!! this could mean just having an ending in mind when you start, or it could mean literally writing your big scenes first even if they don't come first chronologically. when i wrote my steve time loop fic, i actually wrote his big conversation with nancy and jonathan before almost anything else. that scene is over 3000 words into the fic, but it's the thing that really inspired me, so i went ahead and wrote it, and then i liked it so much that i was motivated to write all the stuff beforehand and then motivated to finish the fic up. this isn't gonna work for everyone. i know some people (cough sarah @steveharrington cough) who just can't make themselves write things out of order. but even if you write everything in order, it can help to keep in mind whatever you want to happen in the future to motivate you and give you some idea of how to direct your writing.

don't stop reading!! all the time i see people make mistakes or use clunky verbiage in fic that makes it clear they just. don't really read books or short stories or anything. like this might make me sound mean kdsjncdkmn but sometimes it can be like. really obvious when All somebody reads is fanfiction. i think that reading varied things (books, fics, short stories, articles, poems, etc) can also help you develop your own style because you'll get greater exposure to different writing techniques and have the opportunity to figure out what you like and don't like!

if you're new to writing in general, i encourage you to try different things. try writing a scene in past tense, then try it in present tense, see which you like better, that sort of thing!

this one is easier said than done, but having a writing buddy can be really helpful!! this doesn't necessarily need to be somebody who also writes fic. i send my bestie sarah updates as i write, and part of my motivation to write comes from how fun it is to send her updates and get her reactions to everything!! writing can be a very solitary hobby if you want it to be, but it can also be social, and i personally find it way more rewarding when it's social.

btw if you're gonna be sharing your fics with friends i think the best place to write is in google docs. it's super easy to share with others and you can access your files on any device which i find convenient because i often end up writing on my phone in bed at night bc i had some idea i just couldn't let go.

ok this is getting way longer than i meant it to be snjcdkx so LAST TIP! i'm gonna caution against reading a Ton of fic while you're writing. i think if you read a lot of fic sometimes it can throw off your characterization. instead of actually getting inside the character's head, you default to parroting whatever fics you've read. i'm like a freak about characterization i'm very picky about it skdndkmc but people compliment me on my characterization a lot and i think that's because i make a conscious effort to keep my fics grounded in the characters' canon behavior and my Own understanding of them rather than the fanon understanding.

“But I don’t want to go!”

I sat on the bed with my face buried in one of Max’s hoodies. Unfortunately, for him, it was the one he was wearing.

He kept his arms wrapped around me as I sobbed my heart out.

It was been the most wonderful six months in the UK. Max and I had been to all the tourist sites that I could think of. And then we’d been to all the tourist sites he could think of. We’d spend time at home together, cuddled on the couch watching movies and eaten so many sweets treats that we’d felt sick. Watched so many Grand Prix’s and yelled so loudly that I’d lost my voice the next day.

Even when Max had been working, it had been fun to go exploring myself and be able to come back later and tell him all about my misadventures. He would sit back and let me ramble on about what id done and he would look at all the pictures I’d taken.

But better than all of that was falling asleep at night, having the person I loved be next to me in the same bed. Even if he did steal all the blankets.

But in a few days, it was all going to be over and I wasn’t ready to say goodbye.

Max slowly ran his hand along my back, trying his best to soothe me. As much as I appreciated the gesture, it wasn’t really helping.

I looked through blurry eyes at the room: clothes strewn about everywhere. I had been packing some of my things away, thinking about the empty apartment that was waiting for me back in the US and gotten angry. My clothing had been the easiest victim to attack and they didn’t stand a chance.

“Baby, please don’t cry like this.”

Very gently, Max lifted me off of his body, ignoring the wet patch on his chest.

“Look at me,” he said, trying to catch my eye. “Hey, hey, love. Look at me.”

Reluctantly I did as he asked. If the sense of comfort could be a person, it would’ve been him; I so badly wanted to go right back to how I had been not seconds before.

“Let’s just take a breather.” He physically breathed in and nodded his head.

I followed his lead, much less enthusiastically.

“I know that this sucks. It sucks for me too, I promise.” Max brushed his thumbs over my cheek, wiping the tears away. “But I hate seeing you sad. I don’t want your last little bit of time here to be like this.”

His kinds words just made me want to cry more. And he could see it.

“So!” He quickly continued. “We’re going to leave the packing for now. Ok?”

“Yeah, ok.”

“Come on,” he said holding his hand out as his stood up. “Let’s get out of here, baby.”

The parking lot was almost empty and the sky was starting to turn darker. Quietly, I nibbled on my chocolate, finally getting a grip on my emotions for the first time today.

He took my hand in his and brought it to his lips for a sweet kiss. And with that simple gesture I knew that even though leaving would be hard, seeing him again was going to make it all worth it.

"What was that?" Asked Max.

Billy set down his weights and turned around to face the younger girl. He quirked a brow and raised his shoulders in confusion.

"How you were talking with Robin, what was it?" She asked softly.

Billy tensed up immediately and looked around the room checking for others even though he very well knew no one else was home. He spoke quietly, his usual bite not present.

"I um... R-Russian, my mom taught me. Listen Max, you can't tell Neil okay, whatever you do he can't know." His hand shook gently and Max looked conflicted.

"Why? Doesn't he know you speak Russian?" Her head tilted to the side in question.

"Yeah, that's the problem." He scoffed, crossing his arms and staring at the ground.

"What do you mean?"

"He doesn't like it when I speak... that way. He got rid of almost everything my baba gave me, said he 'didn't want no commie' for a son. My mom was Russian, Neil didn't like that either. Please don't tell him, it was just a slip of the tongue, a reflex." His voice shook as he defended himself.

"I get it, I won't say anything." He sighed in relief. "As long as you teach me some." Billy smiled to himself and with a soft chuckle he nodded.

"Speck-onya notché." He laughed softly at her accent, it was very... American.

"Yeah shitbird, it's close enough." She smiled brightly, shinning with pride.

Billy leaned back into the couch, he liked this more than he'd admit, teaching someone Russian reminded him of his mother. How fluently she'd speak, like a flowing river, never faltering.

"Hey Billy, what's my name in Russian?" Max leaned forward and asked sweetly.

He cocked a brow and gave her an odd look.

"Max." He deadpanned. She sulked back a bit biting her lip she looked up again.

"Can you give me a Russian name? Please." He sighed and rubbed his face.

"Fine. Ummm... Mishka. Your name is Mishka." He said exasperatedly. Max just smiled even brighter.

"What does it mean?"

"Little bear."

"What's your name in Russian."

"Boleslav, it means great glory. They shortened it to Billy. I better never hear you call me that." He snapped, his usual fire dimmed. Max smiled and giggled, repeating the name in her head.

"Can you say something to me in Russian?" He sighed but complied none the less.

"привет, меня зовут Билли." He said offhandedly.

"Wow! What does it mean?" She questioned happily.

"Hi, my name is Billy." The sound of a car rumbling close quieted the pair.

Neil must be home, Billy's face fell. He turned back to Max with a serious expression.

"Remember, you can't say anything." She nodded sternly in agreement as a frown painted her features.

Boys don't cry - Mike has to evolve his art

Thanks to the YouTube algorithm Boys don't cry was brought to my attention. I know there are a lot of analysis and theories about it and I am pretty late to that party.

But yesterday I was thinking about instruments in Stranger Things and Mike's Guitar in his room and a probably recently used upright piano in the background of the Wheeler's house (Recently used because it still has music scores on it and I doubt Karen would let those laying around)

It is pretty much in the focus in this shot from S4E7 when they finished interrogating Max and Dustin tells her to come with him. Then the camera tills and boom it is shown to us in this brief moment.

But back to my original thought.

The lyrics of Boys don't Cry fit perfectly for pre S4 Mike who doesn't feel like Will wants to be his friend anymore. I mean

OMG!!!!!!!

I am just realizing that Chrissy had a Vision every time she tried to get help in fixing her problem.

She had a Vision right after she went to Miss Kelly.

She had a vision right before she met with Eddie in the woods to buy weed.

And her final vision is before Eddie can give her the Special-K.

Her final vision is mere seconds after Eddie told her that the Special-K will kick in pretty quick if she snorts it.

What if Vecna was afraid that the drugs make her "troubles float away" and he doesn't have enough access to her because she is stoned.

You know what else makes your trouble float away? Purple Palm Tree Delight!

If you have a job, how long is your shift? I run my own business so I don't really have shifts. If I have them, I do cat visits from 6-7am, then dog walks 8.30-2pm, and then any evening visits are between 4-5pm. I normally just have dog walks though, cat visits are only a few weeks a year.

Do you ever wear your hair in a pony tail? No, I tend to put it up in a messy bun as it's better at keeping it out of my eyes than a ponytail.

It drops from $750 to about $625 and that is US Dollars and that's delivered no but that's a price drop of over $100 and it's his idea to make it the same now people are going ballistic and it has all of the dot required stuff to be DOT approved as a motorcycle and with the 20 cubic inch motor it is too big to qualify for 49cc but with a smaller motor you can but it's only five horsepower. But he insisted on it having gears and this one having gears with a 20 cubic inch motor which is the larger motor the standard lawn mower it will go 150 mph and that's because it has gears with the five horsepower motor which is 49cc it will go 80 miles per hour because it has gears and it can be ordered only with gears we don't sell it without because we wanted to sell not to be just another piece of crap it's not it's not a piece of junk these are new motors that can withstand storms and hot and cold and they're air cool yes but their brakes and Stratton so you'll have to pull over and then they'll start up again and that's why they make the noise but we put in air cooling systems that are nice and an option to go to liquid cool it's a real motorcycle and it's a real scooter and 80 mile an hour scooter is just about as fast as they make and that's 49 CC's it's about 8 cubic inches or 7 cubic inches I think and someone says no it's 5 and of course I know what it is and here we go we're putting it out to sell and tons of people want it

Season 4 predictions

I just wanna try to see how many of these, if any, will be right when the time comes. I'm not a particularly good theorist, so we'll see how it goes.

1. Mike runs away or at LEAST goes to visit the Byers on his own.

I didn't think that this held much weight until I started looking at the old StrangerWriters twitter and also I think Finn was missing from a bunch of the forest pictures where most of the Hawkins-based cast was present? This is by no means an original theory. I’m just including it as a theory that I agree with. Hawkinsschoolcounselor did my favorite write-up on the theory.

2. Dustin and Max working together on some suspicions they have regarding the plot (maybe regarding the Hellfire Club) without Lucas.

This makes me sad to say it, but it does seem like there's a lot of photos of them interacting (there's a third link but i can't find it right now rip) and Lucas not being present. I think this could be good because we'll get to see some platonic Dustin/Max interaction, which we haven't really gotten to see yet since Dustin's largely been kept from the Party for the last two seasons. Now, why would Lucas not be involved? I lovelovelove the post from @willel about him getting caught between interests in nerdy stuff and sports, and there may be evidence of this based on the fact that Caleb hasn't been seen in any Hellfire Club gear yet for cast photos. (Tho.........Max also hasn't been in any club gear either)

3. The Hellfire Club is a Boys Only group

Just bc we haven't seen any girls represented yet (including Max), and it makes sense to me that?? maybe they're jerks. ST hasn't had a proper incel character yet (IK it's the 80s so that's not a thing, but I'm sure there were plenty of nerdy guys with similar complexes about dating and women back then). ST loves to subvert tropes, which is why Jonathan isn't really a woman-hating lonely creep that most horror movies would cast boys like him as. Although they love to subvert tropes, they still occasionally use them when it's instrumental to the plot (i.e. Billy shows up to be the asshole popular bully type when Steve outgrew that narrative. Maybe we're looking at a Jonathan, for lack of a better word, "replacement" too.)

4. Joyce leaves Jane and Will alone with Jonathan to look after them.

I expect Joyce to spend a good chunk of the season with Murray while they're tracking down Hopper based on the phone call to 618-625-8313 (Murray's cellphone) that fans can make. I'm still confused about whether Jonathan has graduated or not, but if he HAS then this would be especially frustrating because he clearly wants to go to NYU. If he hasn't graduated, then maybe this will be a stressful time because he's busy applying to schools. Maybe he will get in or won't get in, but Joyce won't be there to celebrate/commiserate with him. (I think rumors are floating around that S4 takes place in March? That's often when seniors find out their college placements, right?) I think this might be another season where their relationship gets stressed, just like in Season 1 when Jonathan feels like he's handling everything with Will on his own.

This also might make the first theory more practical because Joyce would?? potentially be more likely to call Karen and let her know if Mike ran away to their house?? maybe. I just want Jonathan and Mike interaction lbr.

5. Hopper sends information to Joyce and Murray through the newspaper.

This is based on the gift wrapping for the matryoshka dolls that got sent to some of the big ST instagram accounts. In the word search, ENZOS is circled. Enzo's was the name of the restaurant where Jopper were supposed to have their "date," and I think Hopper could circle those letters and send it to Joyce in hopes of her realizing that he's still alive. Codebreaking is a fairly common motif in ST, and luckily this one is easy to figure out for the average audience member as long as they have a good memory of ST trivia.

It's the same cycle daily. Wake up. Stay in bed for another hour or two just scrolling through different apps on my phone attempting to escape reality. And now we’re caught up to me now. Debating whether or not to go eat breakfast, it would be easier just to skip.

I’ll get something to eat I guess, even though I really don’t want too and I know i'll just end up regretting it as I always do. I head to the kitchen and search around for something to eat that won’t kill my calorie intake, but also won’t get my parents wondering. I grab 2 eggs and make them over-easy. Salt and Pepper. Water. (140)

After I eat I head to the bathroom, remove what would have been my water weight, and step on the scale. I watch as the numbers go up and up. 103.6. Not bad, it went down again thankfully. At this rate, I can get down to 95 in no time. I proceed to log what I ate and my weight into the weight-loss app. I have my goal set to 100 on it but don’t worry, that’ll go down as soon as i hit it.

I’m two days into my workout routine, I’m nonbinary and I want more of a masculine figure. It just sucks that I’ll probably need a high calorie intake to make myself actually look more masculine and get the build that I want, but I can’t do that so we’ll just make do with what we have.

My workout routine as of now:

Stretch Briefly

Push-ups, as many as I can. I did 20 last night, 2 reps of 10. (Decreases chest fat, increases chest muscles)

Bicep curls, this one was a bitch to get through. 20 on each arm, then work up my goal. 5-10 reps on each arm, sets of 10. (Increase bicep/arm muscles)

Armpit row. I believe I did 15 reps and 5 sets. These were difficult. (Arm strength increases, it focuses on deltoids/trap and back muscles)

Standing dumbbell press. I think I did 10 reps and 5 sets of these. (Chest, shoulder, and back muscles) (should be able to see collarbones more the longer i do this for)

Scissor kicks. Oh my god these were difficult, especially since my scoliosis had my spine stabbing into the exercise mat underneath me, and god it felt like I was going to collapse. 4 sets and reps of 25. (Lower abs and leg muscles) (after a month my leg muscles should be more defined)

Air cycling. Wasn’t too too hard, a little painful. I did this for a total of 6-7 minutes, or the duration of 2 songs. (Abs and leg muscles)

Wide arcs. It burned a little bit, but wasn’t too hard. I believe I either did 2 or 3 sets of 10 reps. One rep for me is going to each side once. (Abs and Legs)

Hip Raises. HOLY FUCK this one hurt so so much. I didn’t expect it to hurt that much, but once I hit 30 I just lied on the floor about to cry, lol. I should do 30-50 reps on each leg. (Butt and Leg Muscles) (should lose an inch of hip fat)

And that's basically it. It took me about an hour and a half, but I know it’ll get easier over time. I’m not sure how many calories I burned, I’m going to try to figure that out now.

Pushups: about 2-3 minutes (-9 calories)

Bicep Curls: I think about 20-30 minutes, Ill time it all tonight. (-130 calories)

Armpit Row: Think 10 minutes (-21 calories)

Standing Dumbbell Press: 15 minutes (-78)

Scissor Kicks: 4 minutes (-23)

Air Cycling: 6 minutes (-30)

Wide Arcs: 2 minutes (-12)

Hip Raises: 3 minutes (-20)

Total burned: 323

Yesterday I ate a total of 750 calories, which is too much. I feel a bit better knowing that it’s now down to 427. Under 500 calories. I did good, right?

It’s now nighttime, I apologize for not writing for the day. I skipped lunch, but ended up regressing and making up for those calories with sweets. What do I mean by regressing you may ask? Well I’m talking about age regression, basically where I mentally regress back to a younger- more innocent state of mind, usually ranging between 2 and 5/6 years of age. I had been numb for most of today and it was the only thing that could get me out of that- well besides creating line in my arms or thighs till the blood reminds me I’m alive, and the cut can help me realize that I can feel pain instead of well- nothing at all? But anyways, when I regress it can be voluntary or involuntary, and it's mostly involuntary for more, and when it happens I lose more control of myself and tend to eat when I really don’t want too even though im so hungry, please let me eat, please

I ended up eating one brookie/brownie cookie thing (150) and one chocolate fudge cookie thing (65) it was surprisingly l̶o̶w̶ less calories than I thought it would be.

We had burgers for dinner, luckily I had a veggie burger (124) which was less than a normal meat burger. In total with all the condiments and stuff, it was quite a disappointing number (333).

After dinner, I went out to go longboarding to burn some of the calories at least for 15 minutes before it got dark (-65). I got some cool pictures at least.

I finished up some schoolwork when I got home, had a snack(which was a mistake) popcorn (93/ my dad gave me too big of a portion) and a soda for the caffeine for later (150), then worked out. Also, hey I was right! It went a lot faster this time and I actually got it done in 40 minutes. It wasn’t as many calories burned as last time though unfortunately (-241)

I put all the numbers together and honestly it wasn’t great. Without the working out and longboarding, it was 9̶3̶1̶ and then I burned 306 calories in total. So I’m still left at 625 which is over 500 but not over 800, and that's okay I guess. Anyways I’m going to read a book for the night now, check in again tomorrow!
