Signature Spell: SING,, Meeshell [N] can turn into a mermaid once exposed to water, she can control water as well.

A girl with wide, uncertain eyes looking around a grand, ornate hallway.

"So, this is it. Night Raven College. Honestly, I feel like I've wandered into a fairytale. Except... the fairytales I know usually involve something else, not... this."

"Meeshell [N], I'm officially lost and probably going to cry. The carriage ride was... an experience. And now, I'm standing in front of this... this... uh..."

"Octavinelle Dorm. Sounds... aquatic? I guess that makes sense? But seriously, what kind of sorcery did I perform to end up in an all-boys school? My parents are going to kill me." You sigh as you walk into the mirror.

The dorm was... opulent. Dark, but elegant. Like an underwater palace. And the air... it smelled faintly of the sea. "Maybe it wasn't so bad after all?" You say to yourself.

"This is going to be a long year." As you look around meeting a pair of eyes, bluish purple.

This wasn't your idea to be a transfer student to an all-boys school, but you were chosen. You lay on the couch around you was the Octavelle dorm cafe. The Octavinelle dorm had became a sanctuary for you, a place where you felt safe and understood. Azul had made sure that the lounge was always filled with the soothing of flowing water, creating an environment that calms your anxieties. Jade, with a mischievous glint in his eye, often "accidentally" bumps into you, causing you to transform into your mermaid form around water, sneaky eel you thought. Floyd was delighted to tease you all the time, playfully splashing you with water and watching you glow around in your element though it was inconvenient when it was class time and you couldn't turn back until hours later having to relied on him to take you to class or back to the dorm.

When you first begin in the new school, you couldn't handle it. Azul, your housewarden, offered you help, to which you agreed to. Azul helped you a lot with the class. Honestly, you couldn't stop thanking him. You start to hang out with him and his hangman; you can't help but stare at times, having a feeling of familiarity.

Azul Ashengrotto is obsessed with [N]'s unique spell to control water, Azul sees her as a valuable asset for him his Monstro Lounge. He subtly manipulates situations to keep her close, offering her luxurious accommodations and rare treasures in exchange for her help. He's fascinated by her shyness, finding it incredibly endearing, and enjoys slowly breaking down her walls. After all his childhood friends should be comfortable with them.

Floyd Leech was initially drawn to [N]'s mermaid form a reminder of his childhood friend a [c] tail mermaid, Floyd is fascinated by similar to the point that he believes that [N] is his childhood friend. He sees her as a playful toy, someone to tease and torment. He enjoys pushing her boundaries, testing her limits, and reveling in her lovely startled reactions. However, as he spends more time with her, he begins to appreciate her kind soul, developing a possessive affection for the shy but confident girl who captivates him since young.

Jade Leech is captivated by [N]'s gentle nature and ethereal beauty; Jade observes her with a predatory gleam in his eye. He likes her mermaid form alottt. He enjoys playing mind games, weaving webs of intrigue to keep her entangled in his schemes. He finds her fear and hesitation a delicious challenge, relishing the slow process of breaking her spirit and molding her into the perfect, obedient companion. He knows that you are his childhood sweetheart.

Azul provides her with a private room filled with rare seashells and shimmering pearls. Floyd, with a possessive air, insists on being her personal guide, showing her the hidden corners of the dorm and introducing her to the wonders of the deep sea. Jade, ever the shadow, follows her everywhere, his presence a constant reminder that she is never truly alone.

[N]'s singing voice is hauntingly beautiful, captivating the hearts (and ears) of the Octavinelle trio. Azul records her voice, playing it on a loop in his office, while Jade uses her melodies to lull unsuspecting victims into a hypnotic trance, a siren call. Floyd, ever the playful one, teases [N] by imitating her singing, much to her embarrassment.

Y/N peered into the cauldron and smiled at the emerald green hue the continents inside it gave off. She and Vil had been tasked with brewing more healing potion for the nurse. Normally Professor Crewel would have done it, but he was busy with grading papers. 

So he had asked her and Vil to brew it. 

Both had agreed, it would be easy to do and not to mention that they could spend some time together. 

“See?” Y/N grinned up at him. “I told you we could finish in record time.” 

“I had no doubt that we would.” Vil replied as he began to decanter the potion into the correct vial, while Y/N cleaned up their station. “It’s of magnificent quality.” He commented after a few minutes. 

“Of course it is. My mother would not stand for anything less than perfection.” Being the daughter of the evil queen came with its own rewards and risks. Y/N knew the ins and outs of potion making by the time she could walk. 

Her romance with Vil began with them being rivals in Crewel’s class and it had blossomed from there. 

And her mother, who was hard to please, had readily approved of her dating Vil, something that had been a relief to the both of them.

In all of his years alive, Malleus had never thought that he would meet someone, especially a fae whose magic was on par with his own. But that happened the day he met her.

The daughter of the dark fairy, who like him, was found to be intimidating by other people, just like how almost everyone avoided him. 

That was one of many things that they bonded over. 

Just like their mutual love for gargoyles.

Said hunter couldn't help but chuckle. "It would seem so, Mon trésor." He planted a brief kiss on Y/N's forehead, smiling when she leaned against him. 

It was such a thrill to have someone who excelled in hunting, just like him. And she kept up with him, challenged him. 

As expected from the daughter of the huntsman. 

"But I do plan on being first next time!" 

He grinned. "I look forward to it."

"Would your mother approve of our dorm, Y/N?" Riddle shyly asked during the current Unbirthday party that was currently going on while everyone else was having fun. 

"Oh yes!" Y/N gave him a bright smile. "Mother would approve very much. Especially with the way her rules are being followed so closely." 

That gave Riddle a sense of pride. 

"But remember, you can bend the rules, sometimes." 

He chuckled. "Yes, I know." He stood and offered his hand. "For now, how about a match of croquet?" 

Y/N accepted his hand. "I thought you'd never ask."

"Do you really think I can do this, Azul?" It was a few minutes before Y/N would go and perform for the crowd in the Mostro Lounge, and to say that she was nervous would be an understatement. 

"Of course I do. You'll blow them all away with your talent." 

"If-if you really think I can, then I'll give it my best." 

"Don't worry, if you can't look at the crowd, then just look at me, your muse." He teased lightly, hoping it would make her laugh, even just a little and it worked when Y/N giggled a little. 

"I will." 

And as always, Azul was right. The crowd was blown away by her talent, as expected. Given who her mother was.

• Justine Dancer x f!reader

Justine could not help but admire you. For you were perfect in every way possible. When you danced during class she swears you were better than any Swan dancer she had ever seen. When you sang she so believes that not even Meeshell could compare with the way your voice sounded like that of an angel.

Anyone could see just how utterly infatuated she was with you, yet Justine herself could not. Whenever you entered her vision she would stop and just stare at you, eyes filled with nothing but love. When you would compliment her on her dance routines Justine swears she could melt into a puddle right then and there.

Yet, no one could convince her that she was in fact in love and the constant butterflies in her stomach with you was more than just “adoration for a fellow peer.” Justine didn’t know why she tried to deny it so much, she was usually as confident as a peacock. But when you were even ten feet within her vicinity she felt all confidence shrivel up and sink down to the very pits of her abodemen.

Her voice would falter slightly and while you may not be able to see it, Justine could just feel her cheeks burning from being so close to you. “You did really great out there!” Or “I love the way you styled your hair today!” were all below tier compliments, that Justine always got and could handle yet if she heard them from you? The girl feels like she’s just been blessed by the heavens.

And finally, and I mean when she finally wholeheartedly admits to herself and others how her feelings for you have grown and developed. Justine finds it shocking how so little people seem shocked, while the majority smile and sigh in exhaustion and happiness as they would no longer have to hear you rant on and on about her love for you.

Well of course except for Melody that is.

“I…I am in love with [name]…” Justine admitted quietly, staring off into the distance through the open window of her dorm room. Melody chuckles, while Justine turns her head in confusion, “What? Why are you laughing like that?” Justine questions. Melody stands, walking over to sit next to Justine.

“Congratulations on being the last one to find out.”
