Tips from your trans big brother: Packing
Alright homies, it's time for packer talk. A quick trigger warning. Most packers look like penises. If you don't want to hear about that, keep on moving. Please take care of yourself and I hope you will have a nice day/night! Packer talk under the cut.
So what is packing? Packing is when a trans man, (such as myself) or a trans masculine person uses something like padding or a packer to make a bulge in their pants. Some people use it as a way to fight bottom dysphoria, others use it to help pass, and there are many reasons why someone might want to pack.
There are 3 types of packers based on what they are used for. I'll run through them right now and I'll give recommendations and leave links for them. I'll then go over packing gear. Buckle up homies, it's going to be a long post.
Soft Packers
To start with we have soft packers. It's a packer that is made to look like you have a bulge in your pants. It can't be used for anything else. Soft packers are normally made with two types of material: elastomer/thermal gel and silicone.
Elastomer/thermal gel. This type of material is very soft and squishy. It's not very durable. It can tear easily and you can't really sanitize it the normal way ie with boiling water because it will melt.
People who have sensitive skin can break out due to the material so it's not recommended to wear it against the body without a barrier for long periods of time. You can use packing underwear or a packing pouch to keep a barrier between the packer and your skin. You also have to powder it so it's not sticky.
Silicone is more durable, firmer and less stretchy, and will last you a lifetime if you handle it with care. These are a lot easier to clean and sanitize since for the most part you can run them through the dishwasher or boil it in water (unless the company you get it from tells you otherwise that is).
For soft packers I recommend there are two. The 1st one is a Mr.Limpy . It's made of the elastomer material, but it is a great way to test to see if packing is something you want to do. The second one I recommend is the Classic Silicone packer from AXOLOM. I just got it a few days ago and I already love it. It bends down itself so it makes packing so much easier.
STPs packers
Stand to pee, or STPs are just as the name implies. It's a packer that helps people to stand to pee. These can help trans guys who have dysphoria when it comes to sitting to pee. It can also help them feel safer in the men's bathroom. STPs are hollow, a bowl at the end, and a shaft to pee with. Often you can use a STP both for packing and peeing but some are better than others. Packing with these can be a bit harder since they are firmer. It's because they can keep their shape when peeing.
These are made of silicone, and since you are using them to pee with, you need to sanitize them so you don't give yourself a UTI. When using a STP for the 1st time, I recommend starting in the shower 1st naked then slowly moving up to using a toilets/ urinals because trust me, you'll pee on yourself.
STPs are harder to recommend since everyone is built differently when it comes to where your urethra is and how fast you pee. Hell, I haven't fully mastered my own STPs. However, I have a STP Freely from Transguy Supply and I've been getting better at it.
Pack and Play Packers
Pack and play packers are packers that can be used for sex. You can often find 3 in 1 which is packer, STP and play. It mostly comes down to if your packer comes with a rod that can be put inside of your packer to make it stiff enough to penetrate. I haven't used one yet so I can't recommend one but you can use STP Freely as a pack and play as long as you buy the rod that goes in it.
Packing Gear
Packing gear is a thing that are made to make packing easier. There are 3 many types: packing underwear, packing harness and packing pouch. These are thing that will hold your packer in place and prevent it from falling out of your pants.
With packing underwear there's two types. Normal packing underwear that comes with a built in pouch that will hold the packer in your underwear. STP underwear is made with STPs in mind. They come with a O ring that'll hold the shaft in place when peeing and come with a button fly you can open so you can pee.
I personally use the Sport Packing Pouch. It's a pouch you put your packer in and pin to your underwear to keep in place. As for STP underwear I use the Cake Bandit underwear. Keep in mind that packing underwear is expensive. However you can make your own by sewing a pouch into underwear you already have.
So that's about it when it comes to packing. Packers come in all shapes and sizes, so it's up to you how big you want your dummy peen to be. Keep in mind that most cis guys' penises are about 3-4 inch when soft so you don't have to use a 8 inch packer. Bigger is not always better. Packing is a deeply personal thing so do whatever feel right to you. Good luck on your packing journey!
With love, Miles, your trans older brother.

TO ALL MY FTM FOLLOWERS
I’m tired of trying to sell my old packers I finally purchased a prosthetic that’s right for me and selling all the ones I never used seems hopeless therefore if you want a packer I’ll be giving them away/ selling them for the price you name. So message me if you’re interested I have a peacock Gen 2, Mr. Limpy (large and small), Doc Johnson, and a Pack it all in the Caramel color. I know the struggle of trying to get a packer so I thought since now that I’ve found the one I want I want to help lessen the dysphoria OF others. PLEASE TAKE THESE DICKS FROM ME!

My Trans Experience as a Demi-Boy:
Hello, in case you are just finding out who i am; My name is Salem and I go by He/They/Ze pronouns. My gender identity is Demi-boy, it is part of the non-binary part of the gender spectrum, but I am also trans (AFAB).
Being Trans means: that you were born in a body with a sex that doesn't match what you feel that your gender is.
Non-binary meaning: that you don't feel fully male or female or both at the same time.
(Side note everyone experiences gender differently and these definitions may not fit everyone who identifies as non-binary. if it is different for you, please comment your definition below)
Now what dose being a demi-boy mean?
A demi-boy can be trans or not; a demi-boy can be born female or male. But what makes you a demi-boy (in my understanding) is that you identify with masculine aliened pronouns, but you don't feel fully connected to just one set.
here is the definition from Gender Wiki with a link: " Demiboy (also called a demiguy, a demiman, or a demidude person) is a gender identity describing someone who partially identifies as a man or boy. In addition to feeling partially like a boy or man, demiboys also feel partly outside the binary. That can include anything under the non-binary umbrella like agender, genderqueer, or xenogenders for example."
What does this mean for me?
Well, let's break it into smaller parts so it's easier to digest...
Pronouns, gender dysphoria, clothing, restrooms, selflove, sexuality, name, pet names, and surgery.
Pronouns:
As I said before my pronouns are He/They/Ze, but how dose pronouns make me feel if I'm not connected to them fully?
So for He/Him/His pronouns....
i feel very comfortable with, I love being called masculine names or complements. Ex: Handsome, dashing.
But what about they/them?...
They/them are pronouns that I feel comfortable with as well. especially when I'm okay with my chest and having titties. like genderfluid people i feel different pronouns at different times. it's like a cycle actually, for 4 months straight, I'll feel male then I slowly move to they/them pronouns. When i feel more neutral, i know that i don't feel quite male.. the she/her gives me a extreme anxiety and stress being called.
Then there is Ze/Zim/Zier...
sometimes i just get this big euphoria most being called these pronouns; it makes me feel like I have a safety net of sort. where one no could guess what I was at birth.
Gender Dysphoria and surgery:
I'm sure some of you are wonder snice i am AFAB (a female at birth), do I experience gender dysphoria?
short answer... yes
Long answer, it's much more complex. Bottom dysphoria I experience constantly, without my Mr.limpy i would not be able to function through that whole day. i would most likely be having a break down. However, i have chest dysphoria sometimes, but every now and then i'll be fine with my chest being more feminine.
For surgeries i would most likely if i had the money do bottom surgery, but most likely not top surgery.
Restrooms:
what restroom do i use? most likely the one if fewer people in it. but yes, i use the female and male restrooms. but most days i just hold it until i get home.
Clothing!:
I wear whatever the fuck I feel comfortable wearing that day. Skirt? yes. jeans? yes and they better be cuffed. i wear mainly gothic punk things. i also like being a femboy.
Sexuality:
Plot twist... gender doesn't pick your sexuality.....
just because you are a demi-boy doesn't mean you're straight, bi, gay, or anything else. What am i? Well, I'm Grey-pansexual. I can feel platonic, romantic, and sensual attraction to any and every gender. Almost never sexual.
Pet Names:
I love being called masculine things with an addition of fem. Ex: pretty boy. i also love being called more gender neutral things. Here are some things my friends have called me:
Rat bastard
comrade
bitch
feral
gerlim
dice goblin
crow
Last Self Love:
that will be in a different post

FtM Passing Tips Master List
Notes:
-All prices are in USD. There are free online calculators to change USD to Euros, Canadian Dollars, etc.
- These are from personal experience, YouTubers like Kalvin Garrah and Chase Ross, and research.
GC2B is a great place to get binders. For my gf and I, it’s one of the only places we trust.
Price: ~$30
Classic Packy aka Mr.Limpy from FtM Essentials. Cheapest packer money can buy.
Price: $12
These are more expensive than a classic packer, but I personally really want one: an STP (Stand To Pee). An STP is a packer that you can pee out of while standing. You can use public urinals and others would be none the wiser.
Price: ~$80
For Packing: You can buy packing underwear from many different sites. Fair warning: Packing underwear with rings can break some packers. Be cautious. If you can’t buy packing underwear briefs are tight enough to hold your packer in place
Price: Vary.
Boxers: American Eagle and Calvin Klein are good brands. I honestly LOVE TomboyX. They’re gender neutral underwear in many lengths and patterns. They’re super soft and pretty affordable.
Price: Vary
Equate Hair Re-Growth Treatment for Men. Apply to the areas you want hair on according to the directions, like your face, legs, arms, chest, and stomach. I’m planning on getting this for myself tbh.
Price: $25 on Amazon as of 12-4-18
Around Christmas time is the perfect time to buy cologne, men's deodorant, body wash, etc. Wal-Mart sells gift sets with one or all three of these for relatively cheap.
Price: $10-$30
Haircuts are an obvious one. What works for most people is short on the sides (you could do a 3-2-1-0 fade) and long on top. When getting it cut ask them to square off the sides as that is typically a more masculine thing.
If you can’t cut your hair beanies and snapbacks can be great for hiding your hair in. But be cautious, sometimes, it can bring out the feminine shape of your face.
Voice: Don’t force it! It will not sound natural and be a dead give away. Those posts saying to tilt your head only work for about 1 minute. Try stretching your neck, it can help. Also, try consciously lowering your voice little by little, eventually it will come naturally. Also, don’t talk super fast or be flamboyant. Try being more monotone.
Clothes: If you can’t bind, baggy clothes can help hide your figure. Hoodies too. Dark shirts are better than light shirts. Bigger pants. Skinny jeans will not help, especially if you pack (it might look like you have a boner 24/7) Baseball shirts can help your shoulders look broader. Patterned shirts can also help hide your chest.
-Finding Your Mens Pant Size: Pant sizes in men’s go by inches. It’s the inches around your waist and the length of your legs. For example, my pant size is 28”- 29”.
Binding: If you can’t get a binder, layering sports bras will help. You can layer NO MORE THAN 2!! As everyone says, do not use ace bandages! There is a company that makes binding bandages that are safe for trans people. I don’t know much else about them though.
-Binder Rules: Don’t sleep in a binder. Don’t wear for longer than 8 hours. Stretch often. Make sure you can take a deep breath. If you want to exercise or swim in a binder, you can (contrary to popular belief), just make sure that binder is one size bigger than your normal size. If you can’t fit it over your head and shoulders easily, it’s too small. Don’t force it on.
Posture and Walking: For your posture, slouching is good. Widen your stride and walk slower. Be more assertive with your actions. Women’s elbows are more flexible than men’s so women tend to swing their arms around more, don’t do that. When holding things, keep your arms to your side. Also, men have a certain bounce to their step and tend to not sway their hips. Just observe guys as they walk and try to imitate it.
Sitting: Man spread. Don’t cross your legs and don’t let your knees touch.
Shark Week: On your “shark week” don’t wear boxers (unless you use tampons). They do not work with pads. Wear briefs instead. Another option is to wear briefs or womens underwear with a pad on under boxers.
If you can’t afford a packer there are a few amazing DIY’s on Youtube by Chase Ross and HeyIt’sGrayson.
One tip to relieve dysphoria is to take off your shirt from behind and over your head. Like all those hot guys in movies.
T and Surgery Costs
Testosterone: $12-$26 per dose. Price Per Month: >$24-$120< depending on how often you get the shot. If you’re diagnosed with gender dysphoria by a medical care provider, insurance should cover the cost.
-Testosterone should be given every 2-4 weeks. Could be more or less.
Top Surgery: The price can range from $3,500 - $9,000 USD. May or may not include consultation fees. A down payment is normally required to secure a surgery date. This down payment can range from $500- $2,000 USD
Bottom Surgery: FtM Bottom Surgery can be more than $50,000 USD
-There are two different types of bottom surgery: Phalloplasty and Metoidioplasty.
Phalloplasty uses a skin graft to create a penis (usually from your arm). It’s done when your clit growth isn’t big enough to work with.
“Phalloplasty surgery can provide a sensate penis, with erotic and/or tactile sensation, as well as rigidity for sexual intercourse (usually with a penile implant) and the ability to stand to urinate.”
Metoidioplasty works off your clit growth if it’s big enough. From what I know, it is just used to make your clitoris growth bigger.
“Metoidioplasty it to increase the size of the clitoris.”
If you’re diagnosed, insurance will pay for most or all of the cost of bottom and top surgery and testosterone.

Boxer Buddies Review
Hello! Today i am doing a review on a discrete, cloth packer made by Boxer Buddies! The company is owned by a super chill, friendly, trans-guy, Cal. He was inspired to start the company when he noticed there wasn’t many discrete packers available. He also aimed for them to be at a reasonable price. This affordable product is perfect for trans-guys who maybe don’t live in a supportive household, aren’t out yet or don’t like the look of traditional packers.
The packers are discrete by appearing as a fish plush toy until you put them to use. They come in many designs such as peacock, cosmic { the one i will be reviewing today} , shark attack and a few more awesome patterns.
This is the package it comes in. It is fairly discrete as well, since the B in front of Buddies could be ‘’ Beanie’’ selling the idea of a plush toy more.
This is the actual packer. As you can see it looks very unsuspicious when laying down, but when held up by the ‘ fin’ looks like the shape of a traditional packer.
It is a clip on packer, meaning you take the safety pin and clip it to the band of your underwear. This is how it looks when you pin it on.
And how the packer looks in boxers.

I was pleasantly surprised with this packer. I liked the clip on feature, it made it feel more secure in my boxers. The designs are really unique and comforting in a way. Its not as heavy or big as my Mr.limpy packer which i really appreciate. The price after shipping is $7.84 ( i believe it is a bit more if shipping international) that is the cheapest packer I've ever seen that works really well.
Overall in my opinion its a great product and i really do suggest you check it out! ( links below)

New Packer
I just my first packer! I got a “classic packy” also known as a Mr.Limpy from Early to Bed. It’s only about $12 and looks nice under clothes. For the price, it looks pretty good without clothes too. I looked into getting a packing pouch but ultimately decided on a packing harness from FtM Essentials. It holds it in place really well. I’m loving it, and it’s really helping with dysphoria!

Seconding the “start small”— my small not-Mr.Limpy-but-similar (Edit: it’s a Packer Gear 4 inch) has not been worn out of the house before because of the “…okay, wow, I have never personally seen a cis dude with this much obvious bulge 😬”
i'm starting to experiment with packing and i don't really know what i'm doing, would you have any information or advice for this? thanks!
My advice from my semi-limited experience is uhh
Start with something cheap and on the small side. You won't know how it works for you, if it works for you, or what works for you until you start experimenting, and dropping a ton of money on something you end up not really liking or using sucks. Most folks recommend the Mr. Limpy in XS or S as a good, inexpensive starter. (Also, most packers are REALLY big, even if they say they're small. My packer is a S and it's much bigger than any flaccid irl dick I've seen.)
For packing gear, I really recommend using a harness you can wear under underwear, rather than packing underwear, to start with. Again, some people try packing and find it isn't really for them; underwear is expensive, and you need to buy a lot of it to cycle through for regular packing. This is what I first bought, and it works well.
Fuck packing powder. Buy cornstarch. It's exactly the same thing, but less expensive. (But do powder your packer; it reduces chaffing and chaffing damage, and keeps it clean.)
Position your packer lower than you think you need to. Experiment with this. Look at pictures for reference. They tend to ride up and sit higher to begin with, and we also tend to just think they belong higher than they really do.
Keep in mind that packing really isn't for everyone- it's okay and very normal if you try it out and find it makes you more dysphoric, is too uncomfortable to be worth it to you, etc. It does work for some people, and it can be great, but you'll have to experiment a bit to figure out what works for you & what doesn't. Don't worry too much if you find it isn't for you; people really do not notice if you don't pack, tbh.

Need a new packer. Recommendations?
I’ve been using “pack it” light and heavy the past few years and have grown tired to them. Anyone have recommendations for one that’s more on the cheaper side. (I know you get what you pay for) Or any thoughts on the mr.limpy??

I find it difficult to believe that a woman out there will love me for who I am. I know I'm more than my gender but I find myself incredibly dysphoric and it impedes on my social life when interacting with women. Do you have any tips on overcoming this dysphoria? I don't pack but I've considered it but I like wearing boxers and I only occasionally wear boxer briefs which eventually trigger my dysphoria... I feel broken.
Plenty of women out there are in relationships with trans men. You should try packing, pack every single day. Get an STP and a 4-1 pack and play.
I invested in a freetom 4-1 and it was such a relief! Not only could I pee standing up, I could also feel the prosthetic during play and it looks super real in and out of my briefs.
You don’t even need to buy an expensive one at first.
Go on Amazon buy a Mr.Limpy it costs less then 15 bucks
and go grab some Rodeoh packing underwear an start feeling better!
You will find someone but first step is to make yourself feel more comfortable.

When you need a Damn packer because your dysphoria is very intense and all you can fucking afford is a Mr.Limpy but you need to find someone that lives close so you can pay them and get the packer. Or if some fellow FTM buddies wouldn't care giving away a packer until I can get my friends, you'd save Part of me
