Okay, although I am very much stranger-aligned, the flesh is an interesting fear for me personally. In terms of fear-alignment, it's probably a close second?

I mean, of course, on one hand: vegan. Never eaten meat; no idea what that shit even tastes like, or really looks like up close. I have absolutely no frame of reference for that part of it.

But, on the other hand: limitless modification. I could finally ground myself in the horror of corporeality, embrace it, and learn to build myself a new, stronger foundation out of the viscera. It'd be euphoric. I could solve all of my body image issues. I've always wished that shapeshifting was real & as a flesh avatar, i could literally be any shape i want. It's the fastest possible route to peak gender. How could I refuse all of that?

Hell, I don't even have to be human looking anymore, which means people won't expect me to act like how they think a human should anymore- and- and i've just gone full circle back to the Stranger haven't i? yeah i see what's happened here, oops-

whenever im in a location for a long time and brought my ipad i've been figuring out procreate. i found out how to paint with it. the thing i work on appears to BOB but i add more BOBs as appendages or extensions when i think i'm done with it. well i'm not sure what to do with the background but now i'm painting a "horse." which i should probably look at a ref for whenever i'm able because. horse

Okay so Jacob did a podcast with Naomi that was released today and on it Naomi said someone at AMC told her "dont ask Jacob about race" she went ahead and ignored them as she should because that's insane and stupid but it's not lost on me that she was then replaced by a white woman who asks the most useless questions in the world. Nevermind AMC granting access to weird racist pedo apologists like Maven who dont even like the show but still to get to show their whole ass to an acclaimed director like Levan Akin. And a gaggle of other white interviewers/journalists who either are utterly useless or downright racist/antiblack and weird in their articles. Something incredibly nasty is at work and even if I sort of trust Rolin, I will never, ever trust AMC and I hope the higher ups go straight to hell.

i love how sparrow's storyline fits into the podcast's theme of mistakes-you-can't-take-back and how ironic it is that being loyal and acting out of love can lead you to make awful, unforgivable decisions. to see how he's lost all confidence in himself and then projects that shame on his kids makes me really interested how his and normal's relationship will end up-
