Wrote and edited an assignment today, sat at my desk for an obscenely long time then edited in a comfy chair as a treat.

I still can’t shake my preference for editing on paper - when I edit first directly into the document I magically lose the ability to remember what I was trying to say lmao.

I'm still trying to make my way though Practical Malware Analysis before the end of the year! I have to finish 2 chapters per week to make that deadline, which... may not be realistic, lmao. Today I managed to read chapter 15 and do all 3 labs! this chapter was all about anti-disassembly techniques, which were really cool to learn about. It's not every day that I have the time or energy to go through a whole chapter in a day, so I'm going to celebrate it when it happens. 15 chapters done, 6 more to go, let's do this!

hello everyone!!

sorry for disappearing; my mental health got pretty bad and i just haven’t been too active online - but - offline i’ve been super busy! i’m almost done with my last semester at my community college and will be moving out and going to my 4-year to finish my degree in december! i’ve been accepted into the undergraduate program, i have an apartment that ill be signing the lease on in a week and a half, and i’m at a point with my grade in the one (1) class i’m taking this semester that i could do nothing for the last month left and i would still pass with a B

i’m super busy with the move - in moving 3 hours away and i’m taking a lot of my furniture with me which means uhauls and trying to fit the smaller boxes in my car (which has been a struggle) but i’m really excited!

I believe so and Im sure the artist whose work is in this exhibition in nyc inside Moynihan hall in Penn Station would agree.

A while ago I lived inside this little farmhouse. Something about the pureness and Rural feel took me back there. A simpler time.

I think it is the hand. They are notoriously hard to draw or paint. It is so realistic that I didn’t notice it and instead the piece just vibes with me. Beautiful hand. Beautiful Art. Amazing details. Yea…if art can fill ones heart with peace ✌🏾 and help us to empathize ❤️ with one another, it can certainly change the world

I'm interested in the way a physical piece of art functions in today's world as a simple but powerful communication tool.

Sometimes it's just a simple grounding- a hand holding oranges, and yet the world-wide reach still exists because when someone stands right here in front of this work, the viewer and the artist get to communicate. Right here. Right now.

Art behaves as a radical conduit and connector in this way.

This notebook has been taken apart and put back together with different materials- the paper replaced with canvas; the neat stitching replaced with bulky blue thread. It's an exploration or exercise on how sometimes the only way to shift our understanding or enact change, is to first deconstruct what is in front of us, so that it can be put back together in a new way.

Day 53 • 100 Days of Productivity

even though it’s my day off, i spent some time making precalculus flash cards to start prepping for my final in a month. i know myself and i need to start making sure i know how to do the stuff i’ve already learned so that i don’t have as much to memorize more by the time the final comes. i didn’t work myself too hard, it’s still my day off and i didn’t want to force myself to do anything, but i got one chapter out of three done so i’m happy

Today and from now on… Im going to take some time to put more of myself out there through sharing a lot more of myself on here. I have the least followers in here and to be honest that is ok.

I live to learn. I love to read and journal all the time. I have a chronic book 📚 addiction.

In an effort to niche down and find my target audiences i gave found myself not really telling my story as best as I can. There is something about writing ✍🏼 especially in something as marvelous aa a paperblanks journal 📓 that helps me to express myself fully within these pages.

This is important because it helps me stay creative, review my principles and goals, and to come back to my why or rational for making strategic decisions.
