Some Reasons Your Spells Aren’t Working

You didn't give your spell enought time to work.

You don't know what you are doing at all and by this i mean you don't know the correct hour, day, moon phase and herbs to use for your spell. You need to learn before you do anything.

You aren't helping the spell. Magic is meant to be used as a tool to supplement your mundane effort not as a substitute for them. how do you expect to see results of your weight lose spell if you don't workout?

Lack of focus/concentration.

Unclear intention. Whether you write petitions or speak incantations, clearly stating your intention is THE most important part of any spell or ritual. Try to be specific enough to get the results you want.

The spell worked you just didn't notice it.

There is a very, very remote possibility that someone has placed a curse on you specifically to block your magic. However – and I cannot stress this enough – this is VERY uncommon. If you were cursed you would know it, or at least know that something was very wrong in your life.

Can someone who does deity work answer me some questions? I tried doing deity work before but failed (well it was a long story) and there are just a few questions I've been DYING to ask.

1.Why don't the deities themselves answer controversial questions of their own mythology and explains how certain things happened?

2.Do deities from different religions acknowledge each others presence or maybe even know them? If so what do certain deities feel about others?

If someone can answer these questions I would REALLY appreciate it they have been on my mind forever😭

"Your heart seems elsewhere, child." Her grandmother's voice, sharp as her gaze, cut through her reverie.

"Is it so visible?" Nasha asked, a half-smile fleeting across her lips.

"Only to eyes that have seen many summers come and go," her grandmother replied, her look softening.

Nasha wandered past the garden, hands reaching out to caress the petals of wildflowers. She plucked them gently, gathering a bouquet, each color representing wishes for the future.

Under an oak, girls from the village gathered, their laughter as bright as the ribbons they wove into each other's braids. They spoke of suitors and promises, of weddings that would soon take place.

"Come join us, Nasha!" one called, a bloom of excitement in her cheeks.

Nasha paused, her fingers closing around the stems in her hand. The pull of expectation tugged at her, yet she remained rooted to the spot.

"Perhaps another time," she called back, her voice steady.

She watched for a moment longer before she turned away.

Different types of water and their magickal uses:

Sea water: good for curse/hex breaking, cleansing, healing, banishing and protection spells.

Dew water: beauty, love and fertility spells, as well as delicate magick. Also Good for Fae work.

Storm water: is great for spells and rituals that has to do with emotional strength, confidence, charge, motivation and force. It’s known for strengthening spells. Also good for curses.

Snow water: Spells and rituals that focus on purity, endings and change, as well as slow working spells.

River water: Good for creating changes, moving on and letting go of negativity, warding and focusing energy.

Rain water: Very multi-purpose, but specifically great for growth and rebirth spells. Great for spells that you want to keep gaining power over time.

Spring water: Growth, holy water, cleansing, protection, prosperity

Moon water: Depending on the moon phase it was created in, it can have different properties.

Sun Water: protection, healing, clairvoyance, courage, strength, prosperity, luck, self-love, cleansing and creativity.

Swamp Water: Used for banishing and binding.

*This song has a TW for ED.* I personally find it to be very productive and helpful for recovery. It reminds me that all this work isn’t for nothing.

This song came out a little bit after I started working with Aphrodite. I always feel so connected to her when I hear it. I feel safe and strong and seen. It’s like she is reaching out to me, reminding me that I don’t deserve to hurt like this, and I think that’s really beautiful.

Blessed is the Lord who has guided me throughout this year. Thank you heavenly mercy for your glory and your guidance. Thank you for coming back into my life. Thank you for answering my prayers when I had nothing to give. Thank you for answering my prayers when I had nothing to offer: No fellowship, No belief, No trusts, All ignorant to the word, to faith, to history, and to the spirit.

I pray for a new year where the Lord guides me, walks with me, and fulfills me. In 2024, I pray. In 2024, I walk in, with the Lord.
