The Spiders Sister - Chapter 5
Summary: Reader gets ready with her girls for a stark party.
TW: mentions / discussion of overstimulation, mentions of parties (ew)
Words: 2.4K
A/n Sorry for the late update, I started writing this at 2am on two hours of sleep and then my grandma ended up in the hospital and I had to drive eight hours to see her. Oh… and uni went back so I have like ten assignments.
You had been sleeping for about an hour and a half before beginning to stir. You shifted in your sleep a few times indicating you were close to waking up.
Wanda had been reading because you were still curled around her leg like a baby sloth and despite having no issue with being your personal pillow, it did mean she was unable to leave without waking you.
The redheaded witch had one hand nestled in your hair as she gently massaged your scalp while holding her book with the other hand and using her magic to turn the pages.
You had one leg thrown over her calve as your arms were wrapped around her thigh with your cheek resting on the top of it.
As you begun to shift around more you had began detangling yourself from Wanda, she took note of your waking state and placed the bookmark into the spine of her novel before turning and setting it down on the bedside table.
She sent a quick text to Natasha to let her know you would be up soon, before shifting her gaze back to you to admire your sleepy expression.
While you slept your features were so much more relaxed, your guard was down and the small crinkle in your brow was gone. Wanda had to hold herself back from running her thumb between your eyebrows at the sight of the usually tense skin sitting smooth and flat.
She knew you had a small headache most of the time just from the way you acted. The way your hands drifted to your temples to massage them when it got bad. The way your brow never sat flat unless you were sleeping. Or maybe it was the way you winced when Thor was being too loud that had tipped her off.
Regardless as to what it was that had alerted her to your hidden headaches, she could figure out or at least assume it was due to what pepper had said about your powers.
With them dialling up your senses it must be the cause of your day to day discomfort even if it had seemed to trigger worse than normal at the mall today.
It seemed like something that you had just accepted, after all you didn’t have a permanent solution as of yet.
It also seemed to be something that shifter day to day hour to hour in terms of its severity.
As Wanda had gotten lost in her own mind, you continued wriggling on the bed beside her drawing her attention back to present day you laid beside her.
You mumbled something incoherent before rolling over with a small tired groan that sent Wanda’s heart tripping over itself as your eyes fluttered open.
You sleepily pried your headphones off which had miraculously managed to stay on while you had slept.
Wanda smiled down at you and reached out, rubbing your back gently as she continued drinking in your tired and sleepy expression.
You gave her a slightly crooked grin that did things to her she wasn’t going to repeat.
“Hello sleepyhead.” She said softly, unsure of how you were feeling and also relived she hadn’t tripped over her words. She was optimistic that you were feeling better as you had removed your headphones of your own accord which made for a good sign.
You mumbled out a short “good morning” which made Wanda laugh softly.
Before the two of you could continue there was a light knock on the door. Wanda softly called for them to come in and Nat slipped through the doorway and into the room.
She came and sat down on the bed beside you so you were between the two women.
“Hey Y/n/n, how are you feeling?” Nat asked.
“‘M alright. A bit tired still, but my headaches gone, and it doesn’t feel like everything’s too much anymore.” You mumbled rubbing a balled fist at your eyes tiredly.
“That’s good.” Wanda said with a smile.
You sniffled, sitting up properly.
“Are you feeling well enough for a party?” Nat asked.
“What party?” You asked sitting up a little taller.
“Tony’s throwing a party to welcome you to the team.” Wanda said.
“That’s why we went dress shopping dumb-dumb.” Nat said rolling her eyes playfully.
You simply looked at them and blinked.
“Y/n? You ok?” Wanda asked.
“I think we broke her.” Nat said masking her mild concern at your lack of reaction.
“I’m fine.” You said snapping out of it.
“So?” Wanda asked.
“So?…” you asked.
“The party. You excited?” Wanda pressed and you shrugged non-committedly.
“I guess.” You said.
“You guess?” Nat said sounding exasperated. “What does that even mean?”
“I don’t know, I haven’t really been to many parties. I’m more of a stay in and watch a movie kinda girly.” You said.
“If parties aren’t your thing you don’t have to stay for all of it.” Wanda said, “But you do have to make an appearance, because Stark’s throwing it for you.” She said looking apologetic.
“Wait a second,” you began looking panicked. “I don’t want people to know who I am. How will Stark throw a party to welcome me to the team without everyone finding out who I am. I mean I wouldn’t hate it but I don’t want people to know and it puts peter at risk and-“ you rambled.
“Y/n.” Wanda said but you continued to spiral. “Y/n! Listen to me.” She said taking your hands in hers. Your eyes snapped to meet hers. “Calm down. It’s not a huge party, its just the avengers and anyone else who is important to the team as well as a few SHEILD agents. Only people who already know peter is spiderman. It’s a small thing.” She reassured and you breathed a sigh of relief.
“Oh?” You asked feeling a bit better. “Who’s coming?” You asked getting a little curious as to who knew of your little brothers alter ego.
“Well Carol is going to swing by because she’s in the area. I think the guardians are busy. All the avengers will be there some of which I don’t think you have met yet. Peppers coming. Director fury is coming by to congratulate you, I think. Maria, an old friend of Nat’s. Doctor strange avoids us at all costs since the last time New York needed to be deep cleaned with his magic so he won’t be coming I don’t think. Shuri is probably busy. Rhodey one of Stark’s friends will drop by probably. Scott lang and his daughter my be coming. And Thor is bringing his brother Loki who sometimes stays at the tower. He’s kind of an honorary avenger. Bruce will probably be hiding in his lab. I think stark invited your aunt. And of course…” Wanda said trailing off to look at Nat who rolled her eyes.
“My sister, Yelena and her best friend Kate bishop.” Nat finished for Wanda.
“So… a few people.” You said with a chuckle.
“You could say that.” Wanda smiled.
“And all these people know my brother's real identity?” You asked.
“Yes. They’ve known peter for a while most of them since the incident in Germany, but some only met him more recently when we fought the big purple grape.” Nat pitched in.
“About that…” you said looking at Nat.
“Oh … you're wondering how I survived when practically every channel on the TV was saying I died?” Nat said looking amused.
“Um… kinda, yeah.” You said. “Is that rude?”
“No. After Tony snapped, I returned with the others who blipped, and we used the time stone to go back and save Tony.” Nat shrugged.
“Okay…” you said nodding slowly. “So just another day in the office?” You grinned.
“Pretty much.” Nat said mirroring your look with a bemused smile.
“Now.” Wanda said clapping her hands. “No more stalling. The party is in two hours and we need to get ready.” The witch looked very excited at this revelation and the idea of getting ready with you and Natasha.
“Alright.” You smiled, “what are you thinking wands?”
“Well Nat is amazing at braiding so she can do hair while I do makeup.” Wanda was practically buzzing where she stood looking like she had just eaten three kilos of sugar.
“Who’s first?” You asked looked between them.
“Wanda can start on your makeup while I braid my own hair first.” Nat said with a fond smile.
“Sounds good to me.” Wanda said getting up off the bed. “Where do you keep your makeup?” She asked looking around the room.
“Um … about that … I don’t have any.” You said and Wanda looked surprised for a second before perking up again.
“I think I have some in your skin tone.” She said “I’ll be right back, stay here.” Wanda grinned before taking off out the door to presumably head to her own room.
“She love this stuff doesn’t she?” You said turning to Natasha who was expertly separating her hair into sections with her nimble fingers.
“Oh yeah.” Nat said looking amused. “She lives for this kind of thing.”
“Of course she does.” You said playfully rolling your eyes. “She’s stunning even without makeup.” You said not meaning to let that slip as Nat raised an eyebrow in amusement.
“Oh yeah?” Nat asked.
“I-I mean you are too. Don’t get me wrong. Your both hot and…” you said before groaning and covering your face with your hands.
“Thanks, hot stuff you're not so bad yourself.” Nat grinned patting your leg with her hand while the other held her partially done braid together.
You must have looked like a tomato by the time Wanda came back. She laughed when she saw you sat there looking flustered.
“Oh, Nat what have you done.” She chuckled sending shivers down your spine. “I don’t think I have that skin tone.” She joked and you covered your face again.
Wanda sat beside you on the bed and gently reached out to pry your hands off your face.
“None of that, show me those pretty eyes baby.” Wanda said softly and you pouted at her with a little frown.
“Your too cute.” Natasha said as she finished one braid off with a hand before starting on the next. She planned to pin it into a fancy up-do when she finished the two braids.
You sat up on the bed, folding your legs under you in a Criss-cross pattern while wanda mirrored the pose facing you.
“Alright.” Wanda said. “What kind of look do you want to go for?” She asked.
“I don’t know much about makeup so whatever you think would be best.” You shrugged and Wanda nodded thoughtfully.
“Alright.” She said after a minute of deliberation. “I have an idea. Close your eyes we’re starting with the eye makeup.” Wanda said as she fished around in her makeup kit before pulling out some tape.
Wanda cut and short piece and lined it up tin the edge of your eyes before lightly dusting some black eyeshadow over it. When she brought her finger up to blend it out your breath hitched slightly at the feel of her fingertips on your skin and you prayed she didn’t notice.
Wanda continued working silently. Putting silver eyeshadow on and continuing to blend with her finger.
She removed the tape and curled your eyelashes before adding a waterproof mascara.
The concealer was cold when Wanda applied it and it was refreshing in a way. The way it covered the space under your eyes made you seem much less tired than you normally looked as an ever long suffering insomniac.
Once she had dusted your cheeks with a light blush and put on the finishing details you took note of how her lip had made its way between her teeth, wether from concentration or admiration you were unsure but it was cute regardless.
“Done.” Wanda said and you sighed, not realising the close proximity of her fingers ghosting over your skin had made you subconsciously hold your breath in anticipation.
“You look stunning parker.” Nat said with a little smirk.
“She’s not wrong. You look three-hundred shades of hot right now.” Wanda said and held up a mirror.
Your own breath almost hitched at the person in the mirror.
Wanda had done dark eyes with smoky eyeliner and silver eyeshadow. Your cheekbones were defined and covered in a light blush that shimmered slightly in the light. Your eyelashes looked long and dark bringing out the colour of your eyes.
“Do you like it honey?” Wanda asked.
“I love it.” You said taking your eyes off your reflection to beam at the witch who seemed to preen under your praise.
“Im glad.” Wanda said.
The rest of the time spent getting ready was rather uneventful. Nat’s fingers felt amazing as she grazed your scalp while segmenting and braiding your hair into three sections which Wanda then pinned up into a beautiful spiral.
In the end you were stood dressed in a black dress with an open back, it hugged your curves and showed just the right amount of skin. It had an ankle cut with a slit that reached to your mid thigh. It was strapless with a black ribbon holding the back together in a way that exposed plenty of tanned skin.
You had black heels with silver rhinestones which matched your silver jewellery. You wore a think silver chair and simple hoop earrings. Your rings and jewellery were all your own that you never took off and you always paired it to your outfits and not the other way around.
Wanda placed a hand on your shoulder startling you out of your own thoughts.
“You look amazing stop fretting.” She said. “If you want you can stay with either Nat or I the whole night if it helps with the anxiety.” She posed looking slightly hopeful you would agree to spend the night on her arm.
“I would love that.” You said softly and Wanda nodded happily.
“Then it shall be so my lady. Right this way.” She said swooping into a low bow and taking you on her arm and leading you down the hall.
The party wasn’t as loud as you had been expecting. Part of you had been worried of another issue with your spider senses in such close succession to the attack earlier today, but it seemed that would not be an issue today at least.

"Ow, what the fuck," Jungkook yelps loudly, straightening himself so quickly that he almost knocks you in the face with his forehead. "It hurts!" he whines.
"Man up," you scold him, pushing his head back to the pillow that's on your lap.
You're met with a deep scowl of hurt on his face mixed with a glare he's giving you, but you ignore him. In his defense, it was your idea to have a pampering night and you practically forced him to put a face mask too. In your defense, he's the one who kept complaining about that one pimple on his cheek that you so gladly (because you're such a good friend) have decided to take care of. He could easily pop it himself but like you said, you're such a good friend that you told him to lay down, even made it comfortable for him, and started taking care of his face.
It's been two days since you and Jungkook made up. You've been feeling like a shit even after apologizing, knowing the fault is mostly on your part, and that's why you've decided to call him over in hopes he'll agree. A small part of you knows that the reason for wanting to hangout with him is mostly because you need to assure yourself the two of you are fine. Maybe popping out his pimple isn't the best solution of how to assure yourself but you already know that you're just fine and there hasn't been any permanent damage done to your friendship.
"Do you have to do it so harshly?" he scolds you in return, flinching when you press a little too hard but it's the final touch as you pop it out with enthusiastic yelp. Yes, a perfectly fine friendship.
"Hand me the make-up removal pads please," you tell him, ignoring his scolding as he obeys and hands them to you.
You wipe his face again, using toner right after as he finally allows himself to relax knowing the worst part is already behind him.
"All done." you call out excitedly, slapping his cheeks a few times as the glare is back, making sure you see it before he sits up.
By the time you're cleaning and tossing all the used and dirty pads to the bin, putting your skin care products back to its place in your bathroom, Jungkook is watching a movie you turned on. The pink rabbit headband that held his hair from his face is long gone, tossed on your coffee table.
You plop on the seat next to him, feeling fresh from the mask and products you put on your face. Both your and Jungkook's faces are glowing from your effort, despite Jungkook's previous protests.
The two of you go back watching the movie you so successfully ignored from the beginning, not really minding you've no idea what's the movie about in the first place, well if you don't count Jungkook reading the description of it when you were choosing one.
"Where will you be on New Year's Eve?" Jungkook asks, eyes still attached to the television as he munches on the popcorn you prepared at the beginning of the movie.
Christmas is getting closer each day, so is New Year's Eve. It used to be a tradition between you, Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung to celebrate New Year together as a group of friends. However, last year Jungkook celebrated separately with Kiko and her family in Japan. From what you can remember, he felt really bad about not living up to your unspoken tradition and even debated whether he should go. As much as you wanted to celebrate New Year's Eve with him, it'd be selfish of you to say and admit that to him knowing he'd probably stay.
It was kind of a last minute plan as Kiko's family invited them to celebrate New Year's Eve with them. You still remember him stressing over the phone when they started dating and he was about to meet her parents. He was so stressed and almost frightened, trying to think of ways to impress them. But you told him he doesn't have to do anything, just be himself because he's already enough. He's Jungkook for fucks sake. There possibly couldn't be a better boyfriend for her and her parents.
And just like you told him that night, they loved him the second she introduced him to them and a huge rock fell off his heart.
So last year, you celebrated it without Jungkook, just you, Jimin, Taehyung and a few of their friends in the city watching fireworks and just having fun. However, Jungkook made sure to call you and your friends a little after midnight to wish you a Happy New Year. It's a pity Jimin and Taehyung were too wasted to even remember him calling.
To hear him asking you about your plans this year spark a new set of curiosity and excitement inside you, wondering if he's going to spend it with you and the boys again.
"Not sure," you answer, eyes already set upon him as he glances at you and chuckles at your big eyes that are widened with curiosity. "Why?"
He puts away the bowl with popcorn in it, dusting his hands off as he clears his throat. "Jin's family has this cabin like, four hours away from Seoul and he invited me, including you, to spend the New Year's Eve there. Tae and Jimin already agreed to come."
You're a little shocked to hear Taehyung and Jimin already agreed, considering none of you mentioned it to you. You talked on the phone with Taehyung the other day, wanting to make sure he's feeling okay but he only assured you Jimin exaggerated like always and he caught a little cold but is fine. It's weird how their friendship sometimes reminds you of you and Jungkook.
And you also talked to Jimin, mainly telling him not to tell anyone that you and Jungkook were never really dating and it was all fake.
"I wouldn't say that to anyone else and I won't, I promise." he promised you, his soft voice resounding from your phone.
Well, you didn't mean anyone else because you know Jimin wouldn't go around and talk about your private business. You were talking about Taehyung. Not because you don't want him to know, but because you want to be the one who tells him.
"Yeah, that sounds like fun." you offer him a smile, glad you've already got plans. If he didn't ask you, you'd probably stay a few days longer with your parents.
"Yeah," he says, smiling but he looks away for a second as he clears his throat, gaining your attention once again as you stare at him with a confusion written on your face. "I think you should know Kiko is coming too." he says, making it sound as if he's warning you of her presence.
Oh. Well, that's expected. This is what Jungkook was talking about, right? There will be a time when you and her will see each other again.
You've to admit, you're not that pleased at the sudden news which if you thought about it, could've been quite obvious. Of course, he's not going to spend NYE without her. But it doesn't really matter whether you're pleased with it or not, you could always decline his invitation. What matters is how careful Jungkook looks and sounds, almost as if he's expecting you to throw a tantrum or something. Kiko is still a very touchy subject in your conversations and you feel sorry because you're the reason behind it this time.
"Okay?" you let out a chuckle, but it sounds forced even to your ears. "Don't look at me like that, Kook. I'm not gonna bite your or her head." you joke, seeing him letting out a chuckle as he shakes his head.
"I just want everything to go fine." he says gently, features softening as he looks at you.
"I don't think that's just up to me but you don't have to worry about my part. I respect your decision."
He eyes you for a moment, almost as if he's looking for you to crack and laugh in his face, but you seem to be honest and even offer him an assuring smile before you take the bowl from the coffee table he put there.
"Thank you." You hear him say, glancing at him to be met with an appreciative smile before he takes the bowl from your lap.
"Hey! I had it first!"
"No, you didn't."
And just like that, everything is back to normal. You just hope it'll stay like that.
Tumblr media
"C'mon, just one drink."
You hate intrusive people, especially if they're guys, drunk guys. It seems like an irritated twist of your features are not enough to flick off this guy. Who even let him in? He looks like he's in late forties, in a club with a bunch of horny young adults. On other hand, he doesn't look as if he could be dangerous or a pervert, but he is annoying which you ascribe to the alcohol flowing in his system. Even from your safe distance behind a bar, you can notice the flash in his reddened eyes and the laziness in his motions.
He's been here for the past ten minutes, not leaving even as you take the orders and pour others a drink. It seems like he's solely focused on you which scares you a bit and you glance hesitantly at Yunhyeong, the security in his thirties, deciding you'll give him the signal if this man won't leave in the next five minutes.
"I can't drink, I'm working sir. I'm sorry." you decline him for what seems like a hundredth time by now.
"Oh, that's a shame," he gasps out dramatically and drunkenly, most importantly, slapping his hands against the counter. "Let me at least buy you a--"
"Aren't you too old to hit on younger ladies?"
Your head shoots up in the direction of the incoming voice, audible enough for you and the man to hear as your eyes widen in shock. There's an edge in his tone, purposely calling out the man for his intrusiveness and maybe even his age, as you see the young guy almost smirking when he sees the older man's brow twitch.
You're speechless at his forwardness and bravery you guess, considering the guy looks twice bigger than the man that approached the two of you. He looks young, even younger standing just a meter from the man who's obviously older than you or him. His height does make him look a little bit older but you can tell he's around your age. But wow, he looks handsome as he eyes the older man waiting for his response while he stutters over one.
The black leather jacket clings to his upper body perfectly and if you look over the counter, maybe you'd be able to appreciate his skinny legs more. It's hard to describe what his real hair color is, the club's lights distort its color but it looks brown. A light brown.
"Aren't you old enough to be in this club, kid?" The older man reacts, drunkenly just like you expect him to, but his words are able to be understood.
You look at the guy who seems completely unbothered by the jab about his age, as if he expected nothing less of him. "Old enough to know when a woman is not interested."
Your jaw drops, eyes widening as the man tries to straighten up but he stumbles a little, almost knocking the bar stool next to him. He looks at you, your eyes immediately going to the young handsome guy for help, but before he can jump to the rescue again, he lets out a big puff of annoyed breath.
"Whatever."
He turns around and stumbles into the dancing crowd, causing a few people to curse at him until he disappears and is in a safer distance from you. The young man stays in his place, glancing at you and doesn't hesitate to open his mouth as soon as your eyes meet.
"Are you okay?" he scoots closer, standing where the older man was standing just a few seconds ago.
"Yeah, thanks for that." you tell him, offering him a humorous chuckle even though you don't find it funny.
If this guy hasn't approached you, you'd just give a signal to Yunhyeong and he'd take care of it. But it's not comfortable to be in this situation nevertheless and at the end of the day, you're thankful he decided to step in before you had to call an actual bouncer and maybe cause a scene.
"Don't mention it, I'm shocked no one else came to rescue you," he tells you, still eyeing you with worried eyes which is crazy because he doesn't know you. "Can I buy you, I don't know... orange juice?" he asks, laughing as you join.
"Shouldn't I be the one buying you a drink?" you ask in return, corners of your mouth twitching in a smirk as he looks down for a moment with a smile on his lips. Damn, he's cute and hot at the same time.
"Of course not, you're a lady." he says with a grin causing you to laugh at his comment. He does look like he's amused and just said it to lighten up the mood, but there's a little spark of honesty when he keeps looking at you.
"Well, this lady should thank you again for your help and maybe offer you a free drink." you propose.
He smiles at you shaking his head. "I could not possibly take that, besides, I asked first."
You amusingly roll your eyes, "My drinks here are free, perks of me working here."
"I'd still like to buy you that non-alcoholic drink or whatever you prefer. Please, let me do it, you're crushing my ego right now."
"Men and their egos," you feign an annoyance causing him to grin at you innocently, "Okay, I'll take you on your offer and pour myself orange juice."
From the corner of his eyes, you see him pleasingly grinning at you in triumph as he slaps a few cash on the counter. You take it, giving him the money change as he's already shaking his head and puts his hands in surrender, but he probably doesn't know you've one male best friend with a huge ego and stubborn ass to deal with on a daily basis. You're quicker than him, already opening your mouth.
"You've your ego and I've got mine, so take the change." you tell him sternly but there's a pinch of amusement in your voice as he eyes you, sighing in defeat as he takes it.
"Thanks," he says, stuffing his wallet into the pocket of his jeans as he gives you a smile. "Umm, yeah, I should probably go. Have a nice rest of the night." he says somehow awkwardly, still lingering on the same spot.
You almost feel your cheeks flush at his cuteness and obvious awkwardness of his uncertainty, but you appear confident as you give him a great view of your smile. "You too, thank you..." you look at him questionably and he almost jumps at the opportunity to introduce himself.
"Haneul, I'm Haneul."
"Haneul," you let his name roll off your tongue with a tint of teasing. Fuck, are you seriously subtly flirting with him just like that? "Thank you, Haneul."
He nods, looking at you in expectation and you see it in his eyes, having this urge to tease him a little as he chuckles in amusement when he recognizes your bad attempt of trying to hide your grin. "Won't you tell me your name?"
And you do want to tease him for a second but you can already see a group of people approaching your side of the bar, so you let out a giggle as he joins you. "Y/N, I'm Y/N." you repeat his previous words only revealing your name this time as he nods, muttering your name under his breath.
He gives you a slight wave, showing his nice smile at you for the last time as you wave at him back, feeling your cheeks flushing as he turns around.
"Dude, where were you? Was the line to the restroom that big?" One of the guys approaches him before he has Haneul in a headlock, both guys laughing as Haneul tries to push him off.
There's a small smile on your lips for the rest of the night, your mind going back to him a few times when you actually have the time to just rest for a while. Unfortunately, there's no sight of him for the rest of it too.

On the other hand, Jungkook has completely different worries. After he finished editing photos of his recent project, he joined Kiko to watch a reality show she's been watching already. They've been sitting there, Kiko cuddled up to his side as he lazily stares at the huge screen of his television, for at least twenty minutes now. She looks too immersed to notice Jungkook's puzzled look while he slowly strokes her forearm.
"Kik?" he breathes out, voice coming out as a murmur.
She hums in response before she tilts her head upwards to look at him, finally seeing the little hesitance he seems to be fighting with. This causes her to pay more attention to him, straightening herself to have a better look at him.
"You know about our plans for New Year's Eve?" he starts slowly, mentally cringing because he's probably making a bigger deal out of this than it's necessary. Fuck, this is pretty much similar to that time when he talked to you about the same topic.
"Of course, I know. We talked about it on Tuesday." she chuckles lightly, the sound causing Jungkook to smile before he continues with what he started.
"I talked to Y/N and she's coming too." he says simply, not really sure how else to say it.
Obviously, Kiko has already been informed that Jin invited you as well since he's friends with Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung. You're a part of their group and Jin knows you've always, well most of the time if we don't count last year when Jungkook went to Japan, celebrated New Year's Eve together as friends. Jin is also known for hosting parties and wanting to have as many friends there as possible, plus he's seen you a few times and even invited you to his wedding. Which obviously had to do something of you 'dating' with Jungkook back then, but it doesn't matter. You were invited and Jungkook wouldn't want it any other way. He'd ask Jin anyways if you could've come if he didn't ask himself.
Jungkook was delighted when Jin mentioned you when they were speaking about the NYE plan. He can't lie, he froze for a moment when he realized this means you and Kiko will be seeing each other way sooner than he thought. And with your recent argument, he wasn't so sure if the timing was right. But you talked about it and you agreed to come as well which eased his nerves.
"Oh, okay." she says lightly, making herself comfortable once again as she leans her head against Jungkook's shoulder.
He's pleased with an easy 'okay' but still, he's dumbfounded by the short and curt response. "Okay?" Jungkook mumbles, causing her to look at him as she chuckles at his big doe eyes staring confusingly forward.
"What do you want me to say?" She laughs a little.
"I don't know," he says honestly, "How do you feel about it?"
She stares at him for a moment, releasing a sigh as she sits up and turns to him. "Honestly?"
Oh, this doesn't sound right.
He's not sure how he'd react if she told him she's not happy about you coming too. A little tension is probably inevitable on both parts. At the end of the day, it is what it is and he expects at least awkwardness when the two of you will see each other again. On another note, it's not like if Kiko admitted her discomfort or plainly said to him that she doesn't want you to go (even if she probably wouldn't do that), he'd do nothing about it. You've already been invited and he's not an asshole to disinvite you. He wants you there and that's the end of it. You're coming and that's it.
"Honestly." Jungkook responds, patiently waiting for her to say what she thinks as she gives him a little breathy chuckle looking down at her lap.
"I know you guys stayed friends and I don't have anything against her. I know she probably doesn't like me, not after I hurt you..." she mumbles the last part, shamefully looking at her lap as she fumbles with her fingers. "It's not like I blame her."
"Listen, I talked about this with her and she's fine. She's just having my back." Jungkook assures her, gently grabbing her fidgeting hands as she finally stops and looks into his eyes.
"Are you sure that's it?"
"Hm?" Jungkook widens his eyes in confusion.
"Are you sure she's just having your back?" She watches his brows frown in even bigger confusion. "You guys dated. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there's nothing going on between you two now,"
And she knows she can trust him and he'd never do anything to hurt her. He's way better than her. She told him that many times.
"But I do feel weird about the thought of her being there. But," she quickly jumps to add, "that doesn't mean I don't want her there. I know she's still your best friend, you said it yourself. I'm sorry, I'm probably not making any sense right now. I do think it'll be weird but honestly, I don't mind her coming if that's what you're worried about."
Well, he's probably more worried about you having her head the moment you see her, rather than Kiko's thoughts of you coming too.
"I'm trying to be as understanding as I can. But Kookie, she's your ex after all." she points out and Jungkook closes his eyes for a moment without realizing.
Fuck. That's right.
When you talked on the phone the other day, you confessed that you told Jimin about the whole fake dating thing. Even without seeing your face, Jungkook came to the conclusion you're being careful about the topic and it took you a few seconds until you started rumbling.
"I'm sorry I told Jimin without speaking to you first. I was just so angry at myself for bringing Kiko into our conversation and Jimin was the only friend with me at that moment, plus he kept bringing up us dating which he actually brought up a few times way before that and I just felt like an asshole for lying to him, so I just told him and I don't..."
You spoke like that, quickly and rumbling that Jungkook barely caught onto any of your words, for at least a good minute before Jungkook cut you off.
Understanding as always, he told you it's fine and he'd tell him the truth too if it came down to it.
That conversation over the phone, you telling Jimin, caused Jungkook to think about other people too. Taehyung doesn't know, apparently you made Jimin promise he won't tell, but you both want him to know too.
The other person Jungkook thought about is sitting right next to him, her brown eyes boring into his as she stares at him with a soft look. Telling her the truth, especially now that you've been brought up not as his best friend but as his ex, feels right. He is a little scared of a possible reaction, maybe the slight embarrassment of stooping so low to get her back. That doesn't mean he regrets it.
Back then, it was just a simple thought that crossed his mind and he asked you; "How would you feel if I told Kiko the truth?"
There was a silence for a split second before your amused chuckle resounded from Jungkook's speaker, his heart relaxing. "Jungkook, I don't think I've anything to do with that. You can tell her, it's your relationship. I think it'll ease up a lot of things, plus she won't think I'm your ex."
Attentive as always, Jungkook made sure to get your permission to tell Kiko that you and him were never really dating and it was all for a show. He thinks you've a say in this and at least you should know that he wants to tell her.
On the other hand, you think that you've nothing to do with that because it's Jungkook's relationship, just like you told him.
'I think it'll ease up a lot of things.' Your voice is fully settled in his memory, thinking that you're right.
Him telling the truth right now, now that she has told him how she feels about you celebrating New Year's Eve in the same cabin with them, could ease up her worries.
"I don't think you should worry about that," Jungkook speaks up carefully, letting out a faint sigh as he closes his eyes for a moment. Here we go, you got this, he has to mentally encourage himself to spill it out before he takes a breath. "About her being my ex."
"What are you talking about, Kookie?" she breathes out, voice laced with confusion and curiosity as she takes his hands. She's the one who squeezes his hands this time, having a weird feeling about this.
He does feel a little embarrassed to finally spit the truth out. He faked a relationship with you to get her back. If he hadn't done it, he wouldn't be most likely looking into his girlfriend's eyes right now. Their second try of a relationship caused a lot of hurt to both of them, notwithstanding that the cause of Kiko's biggest mistake she has ever made. But he can't look back at it every time, he doesn't want to hide things from her. If he wants this relationship to work, honesty is the key. She wasn't honest at first and look, where it had brought them.
On the other hand, they're perfectly fine right now. It affected Jungkook to the point he has his own doubts, staring at the ceiling in the middle of the night wondering if his decision will backfire on him. Kiko has promised to never hurt him again, never broke his trust and to a certain point, he wants to believe her. He believes her because he loves her and sees how much her own mistake affected her too. She's broken inside too.
He has never addressed it directly to her, but he noticed and could feel her pain whenever she's trying to look elsewhere, avoiding his big eyes and whenever he'd catch them, they would be slowly filling with tears. She's the main reason their relationship and Jungkook has suffered a lot of pain, but that doesn't mean her emotions aren't valid.
And now it's time to get through Jungkook's ego and doubtful thoughts. They both have to try if they want to stay together.
"Me and Y/N were never dating," he says, surprisingly letting his voice come out steady and loud enough for her to fully understand what he has just said. "The whole relationship was fake."
He finds the courage to look her in the eyes, not surprised by the silence that follows right after he spills the truth out. She looks confused, understandably confused, as she blinks a couple of times before she lets out a breathy chuckle.
"It was fake? I don't understand that," she mutters, "You kissed each other, looked like you--you looked like a real couple. Were you just faking it this whole time?"
Fuck, it sounds even worse now she said it.
"Yeah?" Jungkook presses his lips tightly, trying to find the urge to take one of the cushions and hide his face from her.
"Why would you fake it?" she asks, voice tender and sounding curious.
"Isn't it obvious?" he lets out a chuckle, similar to the one Kiko let out just a seconds ago. "I wanted you back. Somehow, my twisted mind thought if you saw me with another woman, maybe you'd realize you still love me." Fuck, can he lock himself up in the room now?
It sounds awful when he says it like this. No one else would be able to do this with him, only you. He'd never use you to get something only he wants. Now as he looks at it, he feels guilty for bringing you into it and faking a relationship with him. It's not like he regrets it. He enjoyed your time together and he knows if you didn't want to do it, you wouldn't. You both got what you wanted. You helped each other. You were the one that assured him everything is fine no matter how many times Jungkook expressed his deeper thoughts.
He knows he's overthinking most of the stuff because he truly cares for you and wouldn't do anything to intentionally hurt you.
"Oh, Kookie," Kiko gets him out of the short trance, her hands cupping Jungkook's face. "I still loved you back then. I just had to end our relationship because I know I'd only hurt you," And she did hurt him, badly. But look at them now, they got over it. Or at least they're trying.
She looks at him with a gentle look, corners of her lips lifting to a smile. "You were trying to win me back this whole time?"
All he can do is pathetically nod in response, causing her to giggle as she kisses him. He's surprised, not expecting her to have such a light reaction. She pulls away from the peck she gave him, leaning their foreheads together.
"I thought it was real. I've never thought it could be fake."
Jungkook gulps, not quite sure what to say to that. He feels a sudden discomfort from her words. "Yeah," he murmurs, breathing out a chuckle. "I mean... I told you there's nothing going on between me and Y/N before."
"You did," she hums, "But I thought you moved on. Don't get me wrong, I know she's your best friend but you guys are just so close... so finding out you're dating was shocking but in a different way."
Shocking that she couldn't believe he moved on so easily, but not so shocking when she found out it's you who he is dating. It made sense to a certain point. You're one of the closest women in his life and he was heartbroken. For all she knew, maybe you were the one secretly in love with him even though she doubted it. On another note, she couldn't believe he started dating someone he assured he'll never date because they're just friends.
Like every girlfriend, she had her own doubts at the beginning of their relationship but she knew Jungkook is loyal and would never lie to her like that. It didn't take long for her to fully trust him and see for herself that you're more like a sister and brother who keep bickering around. She has never seen Jungkook act around other women like that. He really treated you like he treated Jimin and Taehyung, the only difference it's he's more protective of you.
"It sounds stupid, that idea of mine... but it worked."
Kiko giggles at that, pressing another kiss to his pouty lips. "It did," she hums, "God, I spent hours crying my eyes out when I first saw her with you."
Is he supposed to apologize? He feels like he should. "I never planned on making you cry," he says instead. "I never wanted to hurt you by doing that. It was all just so I could get you back."
"Hobi thought you did," Kiko murmurs, her hands slowly sliding off Jungkook's cheeks and defined jaw as she drops them in her lap.
When she notices Jungkook's confused frown, she sighs. "He thought you started dating Y/N because you wanted to hurt me, just like I hurt you."
Jungkook is speechless. It all makes sense now. The protectiveness he had for her, making him suspecting if there are any deeper feelings involved. Something that many people suspected of you and Jungkook. However your and Jungkook's friendship is still different from Hoseok's and Kiko's. You're one of a kind.
The constant glares he's been giving you, suspecting your 'relationship' causing you to freak out more than once. The only difference is that Hoseok wasn't suspecting you to be fake dating, or maybe he was, but the main reason behind his attitude was the thought of Jungkook purposely trying to hurt Kiko. And that's not true.
"I'm sorry about him."
"I'm sorry he thought I'd ever want to hurt you like that." Jungkook admits.
Hoseok is not only Kiko's friend. He's also Jungkook's and the fact that Hoseok thought he's purposely hurting Kiko by dating you, doesn't sit well with him.
"Everyone thought you and Y/N would never happen, you guys always insisted on that and then all of a sudden you started dating. So rather than him thinking you guys genuinely like each other that way, he thought you've an ulterior motive." she says gently, not wanting to sound as if she's defending Hoseok and making it seem as if Jungkook is the bad guy here. That's not it.
She just doesn't want him to think that Hoseok would think such a thing out of nowhere, she's simply stating how Hoseok was feeling about it.
"My ulterior motive would never be to hurt you." he deadpans, causing her to quickly jump to react.
"Of course not," she agrees, "I know that. Hobi is just... protective. I know I'm the one who hurt you, that's why I told him to leave you guys alone and let it go. He was just being my friend. Those few months after our break-up were so hard for me. I know I don't deserve to be sad when I'm the one who screwed this up, I damaged our relationship and it'll never be the same no matter how much we can act like it will. But... what I did, will haunt me for the rest of my life and I'll have to live with it."
"I don't think you don't deserve to be sad," Jungkook murmurs, staring at his tattooed knuckles as he needs to have a clear head, instead of looking into those soft brown eyes. "It's your feelings and I know you regret it. I chose to give this relationship a second try, it wouldn't be fair of me to constantly hold that against you."
"And I'm thankful for that," she says immediately, catching his eyes as he looks up at her with a neutral look. "I don't think I deserve it but I can't imagine not being with you. I love you too much. Those months were so hard for me. Not even me staying in Japan helped that much. I could barely eat, I'd just cry until I fell asleep and even my dreams were filled with you. And Hobi was there for me all along. Even though he knew I made a mistake, he was the only person who never truly judged me."
If he looks at it impartially, he can understand that. If it were you, he'd never be able to judge you and he'd be there for you no matter what kind of wrong thing you'd do. But when he looks at it as a person who's completely involved in it, as Jungkook – Kiko's boyfriend, he does feel a little bitter. Not out of jealousy. But because of what she's saying.
"I don't question your feelings, Kik. From the regret and hurt I see in your eyes every day, I can understand you haven't had it easy too. But the part of me, the still hurt one, just feels... weird right now. You made a mistake and I told you I won't hold it against you. But as we're talking about this... I can't help but to think. No one forced you to cheat on me. I said I don't want any details and I still would like it to stay that way. But it's not something you do out of nowhere and most importantly to the person you love so deeply. If we had any troubles in our relationship," he sighs, "Not that it'd justify cheating, but our relationship was perfect. Or am I wrong?"
Jungkook makes sure his voice is gentle as he speaks, not wanting to sound as if he's verbally attacking her because this is not the case. He lets out his deeper demons, the thoughts that have been buried inside him despite them talking about their relationship more than once since they got back together. However, they've never had this kind of conversation and they've never said these things that are being said right now. At least not to this extent.
He watches her eyes flutter shut, letting out a shaky breath as he watches her fingers tremble slightly. His heart jumps at that. He knows he hasn't crossed any lines. It's only fair of him to talk about this. Yet, he can't help but be worried about her reaction.
"You're not wrong," she whispers, opening her eyes as he's met with the same watery eyes full of regret again. "I'm so sorry. I know no one forced me."
That's all he needs. Just for her to admit it loudly.
"Hey," he calls out, taking her hands into his again before he cups her face to make her look at him. "We're together now, okay? And that's all that matters. Some things have to be said but this doesn't mean I don't love you."
She nods, smiling into the kiss when he pecks her lips. "Thank you," she says into the kiss, but Jungkook just ignores it. He didn't do it to do her a favor. He's just being honest.
"I can't believe you and Y/N faked the whole thing." she giggles, causing Jungkook to chuckle as he shakes his head.
"We're both crazy." Jungkook simply says, grinning at the thought of you.
"She just agreed like that? I still remember her gagging when someone mentioned if you and her ever kissed on that bowling night." The few, and very rare, times you and Kiko hung out with the same group of people.
He doesn't even remember who brought that up. All he remembers is that it was unnecessary to question your friendship and bring that specific topic when his girlfriend was present. Still, your fake gagging made him laugh and he remembers how he poked you in your ribs like he always does to annoy you, saying something along the lines; "You wish you could kiss me."
Now that he thinks about it, it was probably inappropriate to say that too in Kiko's presence. He was just joking, knowing it means nothing to the two of you and you're being you, trying to persuade everyone how disgusted the two of you are at the thought of kissing each other. It was just one of those times.
He actually wanted to say it out loud once again, wanting Kiko to hear that he's not interested in you in that way.
"Not exactly," Jungkook sheepishly grins, not wanting to go into too much detail. The most important part will be said, that's all that matters. "We had a deal." Jungkook scrunches his nose at that, especially after he sees Kiko's slight and confused frown.
"Deal?"
"Uhh," Jungkook almost stutters. Would you be okay if he mentioned that you wanted to explore more in sex? He doesn't want to mention that, thinking about your privacy. "We slept together." he blurts out, watching Kiko's eyes almost bulge out.
"You," she freezes, "slept together?"
"More than once." Jungkook adds, feeling like he's adding gasoline to the fire.
"More than once?" she chokes out, "I, it's none of my business since we weren't together but... wow." she says, completely speechless as she seems to be processing Jungkook's confession.
Of course, she's speechless and shocked and confused. Jungkook always assured her that he doesn't see you in any way that could lead to you being intimate with each other. He knows what that looks like right now, but he doesn't really owe her any more details.
"So, you guys were like friends with benefits?" She shakes herself out of the trance, chuckling as she's trying to lighten up the mood, especially when she notices Jungkook's worried and puzzled look.
"Yeah, something like that," he mutters, widening her eyes when her eyebrows shoot up to her hairline. "I mean, yeah probably. We didn't label it. We just..."
"Had sex," she finishes when he clearly had a hard time to do it, too torn whether it would be a douchebag move to say it. "It's okay, Kookie. You can talk to me about it."
"I don't really feel like talking about me fucking my best friend." he admits, cringing right away when he hears his blunt words. You're usually the blunt one. He got that from you.
"Yeah, of course," Kiko quickly says, "We don't have to talk about it, if you don't want to."
"I mean... there's nothing that much to talk about. We had sex but we're completely fine. I know it's hard to believe," Poor Jimin probably doesn't believe it up till this day, he thinks. "I don't want you to worry about Y/N and me. There really is nothing going on between us, I know I said that before but I meant it."
Yes, he said there's nothing going on between you two just to find out that two people who were completely against the idea of kissing each other, suddenly had sex multiple times on multiple occasions. And now he's assuring her there really are no deep feelings between you two.
It's all so messed up and he can feel a headache approaching from all the thinking and worrying.
"Kookie," Kiko giggles, scooting closer to him until her knees touch the side of his thigh. "I trust you. It is what it is."
They stare into each other's eyes, Jungkook ones flickering down to her lips as she gives him a knowing smile, already leaning down to kiss him. This time, it's not only peck but they keep kissing each other as Jungkook grabs her hips, leading her to sit down on his lap. In a few minutes, their kissing doesn't ease up and they're too eager to continue. Kiko's hands are on Jungkook's clothed hardening bulge, Jungkook's mouth occupied with her neck. Everything is going fast, their need for each other is too strong and they don't waste any time. Kiko slides down Jungkook's sweatpants and boxers with a little bit of his help, before Jungkook reaches for his wallet that's been sitting on the coffee table ever since he came home from work.
Taking out the condom, Kiko helps him to slide it down, his length already bare from waist down, straddling his lap. When she finally sinks down his length, they both groan from the pleasure. No words are needed, mouths preoccupied again with kissing each other while they're chasing each other's pleasure.
Tumblr media
"Sweetheart, go fetch us another round of shots!"
Your head snaps to your friend and at his words aimed at you, eyes already narrowed as you're met with his boxy smile. His cheeks are already reddened and he's fully energized from the alcohol, one of the stages before he gets fully wasted.
"I'm not taking care of your drunk ass tonight, Taehyung," you remind him, trying to hide a grin from how funny he looks. You can't get mad at him, simply mentally snickering at the pet name he gave you. "You guys insisted on going out, don't make me regret this."
Despite your warning words that are laced with amusement but seriousness too, you're already standing up while Jimin is trying to hide his own amusement, silently laughing at Taehyung's stretched and innocent grin.
You roll your eyes amusingly, waving him off when he messily hands you his wallet. "It's my turn to pay." you remind Taehyung, already walking away before he or Jimin could protest.
Taehyung would be perfectly fine with paying, the only reason he sent you to go get drinks is quite simple. You've a little discount on any drinks because you work here part-time. Considering they decided to get you out of the comfort of your home, spamming you with messages about how they want to hangout with you, you couldn't say no. Not that they gave you much choice, telling you they'll stop by on Friday to pick you up. And they did.
Coincidentally, they chose the club you work at, letting their curiosity take over and wanted to check the place out. That explains Taehyung calling you one evening, asking you about the club and if it's a good place to go out. Two days later, they bombarded you with messages about wanting to hangout too. Jimin was on it this whole time too.
Apparently they tried to do the same with Jungkook, but he couldn't come tonight and unfortunately he won't be one of the people who will take care of Taehyung's ass once he gets too drunk, leaving you and Jimin up to it.
"Are you guys having fun?" Yejun asks, grinning at you behind the bar when you usually stand on your shifts, cleaning dry one of the glasses.
It's a little rare to see him working behind a bar, not that this is the first time you see him working there. You allow yourself to give him a smile, still quite embarrassed when you look him in the eyes with the thought of you and Yoongi in his office.
Yoongi doesn't seem to be the person to brag about his sexlife or personal things, but that doesn't mean anything. Maybe he told Yejun what you've done in his office. The first time you saw Yejun after what happened between you and Yoongi, he asked you how you managed to work with him and how it went. You practically almost choked on your spit, wondering if he knows.
Back in the work you snatched Yoongi to the side, bursting with a ton of hushed questions about whether Yejun knows or what if he has cameras in his office.
"Calm down, he has no cameras there." he told you, completely unimpressed by your rather evident nervousness. "At least not that I know of."
You remember how your heart dropped and you felt like you could vomit right there. So, there could be a high possibility Yejun saw Yoongi's dick in your hand? And much more than that too?
"Oh my god, you should've seen your face. I'm kidding. He doesn't know and has no cameras there, so take a chill pill." he snickered, simply walking away while you glared at him until he disappeared behind the corner.
Still, you allowed yourself to sigh in relief but didn't forget to mumble a simple 'what an asshole', aimed at no one but Yoongi himself.
Even after that, you still get a little tense around Yejun which is definitely not his fault. From the looks of it, he doesn't know anything and it's all you and your unstoppable worries and thoughts. Suddenly, another round of shots sounds way better than when Taehyung came up with it.
You assure Yejun you're all having fun, even mentioning that your friends like it here more than in other clubs which isn't a lie. Taehyung and Jimin's sweaty hair from all the dancing with other women, even men, is clear proof that they really are having fun. Ordering the drinks Taehyung asked for, the same drinks you've started your night with because you don't like to mix different kinds of alcohol, you and Yejun make a small talk which luckily doesn't involve his brother. This way you don't get to arouse any suspicion.
Yejun gets your drinks on a tray to make it easier to get to your table (that you've reserved because it's easier since you work here) and you're ready to take it and get to your friends. However, the somehow familiar voice and person standing next to you, ordering his own order makes you pause as you glance beside you.
Your eyes widen at the coincidence of you seeing him again, especially after he has been in your mind a few times since last week. He probably senses a pair of eyes on him, turning to glance at the direction it's coming from while Yejun is already turned and making the drinks for him.
"Hey," You're the first one to break the silence, considering you were already staring at him and you're trying to play it cool.
His eyes widen for a second, plump lips opening in a sudden surprise before they stretch into a warm smile. "Y/N, hi!"
"You must like it here, you were here just last week." you grin at him, leaving your tray just for now as your eyes won't leave him. You take that time to properly look at him from up close, admiring his soft features that you weren't able to see that much last week.
Last week he got rid of the rude and drunk man that wouldn't just leave you alone.
He does look a little embarrassed for a moment, scratching the back of your neck as he lets out a chuckle. "Yeah, I don't usually party this much... it's just my friends..."
You don't question his friends, probably because you can relate considering your own friends usually get your ass out of your apartment and crash your plans that involve just lazy evenings and Netflix. And he doesn't look like he wants to say anything further about that topic, instead eyeing your whole clothing.
A pair of light high-waisted jeans with a cropped white tank top. It's simple but yet revealing a good amount of your skin, now that your denim jacket is perched on your seat and not covering your arms and shoulders. There is a simple necklace sitting in your cleavage while the shorter one is sitting just right between your collarbones, giving your outfit just the right pinch. Your hair is not in the usual ponytail or bun, let down now that you're not working and don't want hair in your face while working behind a bar.
Peachy matte lipstick makes your lips appear thicker, making them pop out since you kept your eye-makeup simple with a mascara and thin eyeliner. You've been pretty confident about your choice of outfit, wanting to leave a tight dress in your closet. Seeing the amount of women wearing almost similar dresses just proved to be the right decision of your choice of jeans and a tank top with thin stripes. You must say, this top makes your breasts pop out even more and it wasn't your intention. They're just there.
On another note, Haneul doesn't seem to be eyeing your breasts, respectfully staring at your outfit just for a few seconds before he looks you in the eyes.
"You're not working?" he asks simply, somehow too surprised when he sees you obviously being here as a customer while you shake your head at his question.
"No, I usually work on Saturdays. It's just a part-time job, I don't really work here full-time." you explain with a smile on your face, briefly pointing and glancing at the bar as he understandably nods.
"Well, I'm glad I see you here," he admits, your mouth falling in surprise as he sheepishly grins. "If anyone bothers you just tell me, I'll fix it." he tries to joke, actually earning a giggle from you. It seems like your inside joke, even though you don't know him at all but have a good feeling.
"I'll remember that." you grin, opening your mouth even though you're not sure what else to say but you don't want this conversation to end so quickly. However, Yejun unintentionally interrupts your conversation by giving Haneul his drinks as he quickly pulls out his wallet and pays for it.
"Can I get you anything?" he asks, your heart jumping at him wanting to buy you a drink.
You point sheepishly at the tray with the drinks on it, wanting to take him on that offer but unfortunately, you've already ordered for yourself and your friends. "Thanks, that's sweet of you." you tell him anyway, smiling as smiles back at you.
"Oh, what a shame. I was quite excited to buy you a proper drink and not an orange juice." he jokes, feigning a pout as you giggle.
"What's wrong with orange juice?" you ask in return, still grinning as you say it. "Perhaps, you can buy me one later." you suggest, appearing confident while your heart hammers inside your chest. You can be quite bold, but not when you're flirting with a stranger.
"Perhaps, I can," he grins, "Will I find you here later?"
"You'll have to look for me and see for yourself." you grin back, watching the corner of his lips to quirk in a challenging smirk.
"I'm up for that challenge," he smirks, "I like it." he says with a low tone, causing your lips to shiver with surprise and excitement.
"I think I like that too." you smirk, watching him grab his three drinks with his big hands.
He bids his goodbye for now, lingering by your side for a moment to the point you get to smell his fresh cologne, as if he knew you're a sucker for men that smell nice. When he leaves, you're trying your best not to stare at his disappearing figure and turn to the bar with a puzzled look, almost jumping when you feel a hand on your back.
"Sorry, it's me," Jimin says, chuckling at your jumpy state as you sigh in relief when you see it's him and not some creepy stranger. "You were gone for quite some time, I went to check up on you if everything's fine," he informs you when he sees the questioning look you give him.
"And Taehyung might have sent me to check on you because he's talking to some girl, wanted to be alone with her." he admits, causing you to snicker at Taehyung's tactics.
"Yup, everything's fine. Just talked to... someone." you clear your throat, already groaning at Jimin's smirk.
"Oh, that guy that just walked away?" he muses, causing you to roll your eyes at him as he laughs. "Yeah, I've seen that," he answers your silent question. "Do you know him?"
"Not really," you tell him unsurely, "He interfered when some old and drunk guy kept bothering me, nothing serious before you start panic," you explain quickly as soon as you see Jimin's frowned brows at the mention of the old guy. "I just saw him again, he is a nice guy."
"Well, don't mention anything about that old guy to Jungkook. He'd flip out and probably become your own security while you work here."
You both laugh at that, knowing that Jungkook would be capable of doing that but mainly know Jimin is joking. You glance at the bar, noticing Yejun smirking at you from the distance which makes you laugh and look at him confusingly. "What?"
Jimin follows your line of vision, looking at Yejun whom he met when you first came here and ordered the first round of vodka shots.
"Nothing." he muses, pursing his lips to hide his smirk which he fails to do.
"Spill it out." you laugh, not understanding the looks Yejun is giving you.
He steps closer, leaning against the bar slightly so you can hear him more audibly. "That guy you talked to, you've talked to him a week ago, right?"
You open your mouth in surprise. "How do you know about that?"
"I've seen you. I've seen that drunk man bothering you when I came from my office, thought I would step in but then I saw him already taking care of it. You didn't seem like you wanted anyone else to interfere."
You ignore the last comment, glancing at Jimin who seems to be enjoying what he's hearing, smirking and grinning at you as you bump your elbow to his side.
Confidently, you clear your throat trying to hide the blush that wants to creep onto your cheeks. "He was just being nice." you try to wave him off, shocked when Yejun amusingly shakes his head.
"Well, that young guy you just talked with, came here three times this week looking for you."
Your jaw drops, completely surprised by the new information. That explains why he was so surprised to know you're not working here full-time and seemed kind of shy at the beginning. "Looking for me?"
"Well, he wasn't exactly asking about you but I noticed him looking for someone whenever he came to order more drinks. I thought he was looking for you since I saw you last week, but seeing you now I'm almost certain that I'm right."
A group of people approaches him, causing him to excuse himself as he gives you a wink before he goes to fully take care of their order.
Glancing sideways, you see Jimin smirking at you knowingly as you're trying to hide your blush and shyness by straightening yourself. "Shut up." you grumble at him, letting him take the tray with your drinks while you hear his bubbly laugh behind you.
You can't help but let a small smile ghost over your lips at Haneul cuteness, his interest in you is no longer just your imagination but a reality.
An hour or so later, Haneul keeps his promise and finds you, rescuing you from being in an awkward silence between Taehyung and Jimin making out with some girls that joined your booth. You introduced him to your friends, ignoring Jimin's knowing smirk he hides by kissing the female that sits next to him while Taehyung shouts a cheerful greeting, too preoccupied to properly even look at Haneul. He doesn't even question who Haneul is, being welcoming as usual as you grin sheepishly at Haneul that seems to be amused.
You drink together, mostly just talking and getting to know each other through the loud music. Being in a club full of sweaty bodies and loud music isn't quite the right scene to be having a casual conversation, but the two of you are in your own world. You get an even better feeling from him, hearing him talking to you so freely and getting to know him better.
You're surprised when he tells you his age, finding out he's twenty and that makes him younger than you. But it doesn't bother you because he's sweet, not eyeing you like you're his treat of the night. He seems genuinely interested in you, asking you questions to get you know better.
So you talk about your job, teasing him that you're older than him which he just playfully rolls his eyes. He does seem to have innocent and youthful features, that's why he gives away those youthful vibes because he has seemed like a typical college boy when you first saw him, not that it bothers you or it's something bad. He still looks better than any typical college boy. Your guess has been right, he is still in college but from what you've managed to gather, he is really mature and the way he talks makes him look as if he's being the older one. Not just the fact he's quite tall, but the way he acts too.
You're not sure how many hours you've been talking, he even introduces you to his own group of friends that later joins you in your reserved booth, smiling shyly when you notice them giving the same teasing smirks and grins to him just like Jimin was giving you later. You see him clenching his jaw, annoyed by the teasing of his friends and how much he tries to tell them to fuck themselves, he controls himself and just gives you a shy grin.
Later on, he asks you if you want to dance and it's probably the only chance of you two being alone, safe from the grinning faces and teasing eyes of your friends. You're not drunk enough to embarrass yourself on the dance floor, but the need of being alone with him is stronger because you're actually having a good time. So, you take a swig of your shot, drinking it all before you let him lead you onto the dance floor.
Even as you're dancing, letting yourself relax thanks to the shot, he keeps his hands respectfully on your hips not letting them drop any lower. Even though you wish he'd touch you more, the amount of alcohol makes you more braver and confident, wanting to feel him closer. But you don't make a move, respectfully letting him treat you like a princess. And you dance, until the two of you are gasping and sweaty, your hands firmly on his chest as you look him in the eyes, finding him way closer than you thought he'd be.
"I think I want to take you out." he admits softly, but loudly enough for you to hear as his lips brush against your ear and hair that's covering it.
You shudder, trying not to look too excited as you pull away slightly to look him in the eyes. "You think?"
"No, I mean... I know I want to take you out. On a date." He chuckles nervously, the ends of his hair sticking to his forehead as he still maintains that fresh scent of his cologne.
You hold your excitement and a hammering heart for later, but don't hide the smile that spreads on your lips. "I think I'd like that."
"You think?" he asks in return, grinning as you laugh.
"No, I know." you muse.
When you get back to the booth, Taehyung ready to fall asleep any second as his head keeps dropping low, you and Jimin agree that's it for tonight as you can't feel your legs in those goddamn heals anyway and your own tiredness is getting to you (considering you're not that sober either but still not fully drunk like Taehyung is). You and Haneul exchange  phone numbers, bidding a goodbye with shy and knowing smiles before he helps Jimin to make Taehyung stand up. He's too tired to protest, luckily not having the urge to vomit as usual.
As the three of you sit in the cab, Taehyung's head dropped on your shoulder as soft snores leave his mouth, Jimin looks at you questionably when he sees you smiling.
"I have a date!" you call out excitedly, no longer hiding your excitement about Haneul as Jimin starts laughing at your cuteness, with your friend sleeping between you two completely unaware of the news.

Hi there! I've got a fantasy story I've been working on for ages, and one of the characters has a magical "disability" that I've been having doubts about. (content warning for very minor self-injury.) Sorry in advance cause this is kind of a long ask, but I think it's all important context.
My story has a very slice-of-life theme in it, that despite all the grand adventure and amazing magical deeds it also focuses a lot on friendship and fighting to preserve peaceful lives, and most forms of magic are very mundane and help out with daily jobs and hobbies.
This character, part of the main cast, is a person with the common ability to grow a pair of wings and minor other body changes that allow her to fly via magic. In a region of her world where magic is taught and cast verbally, she was originally able to cast magic verbally, before she was cursed to be unable to easily use magic. This curse locked off her ability to cast magic in the standard way, and also to freely transform between her human and winged appearances, though she can still fly and use her wings normally with only some discomfort. Since she's in her winged form permanently, she discovered that if she uses her feathers to write out the words of her spells, in the dirt or on her skin or whatever, she can circumvent the curse and cast spells, though it's not comfortable to her since she's still suffering the effects of the curse and it's not a standard or reliable way to use magic. It causes her discomfort and even pain depending on the strength of the spell, and sometimes she has to pull out a feather if she needs to cast a spell right away and doesn't have any harmlessly shed feathers on hand. (like yanking out some hair, hurts but won't really bleed or cause injury unless she pulls out a big flight-devoted feather.)
Originally, her goal in the story was to find a way to break her curse, and regain both her ability to transform freely as well as speak magic in the usual way, because using her feathers in such a way was damaging her ability to cast magic at all and might have really hurt her soul if she didn't find a solution quickly. Though I've been having trouble getting that plot point to work, and I've also been reading on this blog about how perfect magical healing of disabilities is a cop-out. I've come to the conclusion that this character's condition is definitely a disability in the context of the world. Due to my magic system's development and lore, I've set the magical rule that the longer a curse has been carried by the victim, the harder it is to break by magical healing, and this character's curse has been on her long enough that it's pretty much permanent. I've thought that if I remove the "this curse will kill her if she doesn't break it" part of the plot, and simply reduce her curse to something uncomfortable and unorthodox, but manageable and survivable, I can develop her personality and her magic style around this mostly-unique method of casting magic and keep it as part of her character, instead of having to remake it all fresh once the curse is "broken," and also make it a fantasy disability. I've been doing a bit of research on chronic pain disorders and I think that's a good place to start from to make her ways of dealing with her curse believable?
I've been debating whether I want to give her back the ability to change between appearances or not, and I'm pretty sure I want to keep her in one appearance permanently, partially because while every other winged character has the ability to get rid of their wings when they're in the way, she'll have to keep them and I'll be able to use her to develop more of the culture and inventions around winged people. Her wings still function well, but she can't fly as far or as complex as some other members of the cast.
Does this sound like a reasonable path to take? Is this a good place to start developing a magical disability? I don't want to make her a token disabled-adjacent character so I'm working to expand my world and cast enough to show how real-life disability is accommodated via magic and society (don't worry, disabilities can't and won't all be magicked away by lazy worldbuilding), but I've been thinking about it as I write and I think if I commit to this character actually being disabled in her world, it'll be better for me to write her compellingly and add some realistic references and character traits for her.
If this isn't a good path for me to take with my character and story, I would love hearing any other suggestions you may have for me to treat this character and her curse, and if you have suggestions for me to implement other fantasy-adjacent disabilities instead in the small explanation I've given of my world and magic? And of course if there's any horrible glaring ableist problems you see while reading this, please let me know and I'll do even more research and fix them right away. If this isn't enough information, I can provide more, but this ask has gotten really long and I don't wanna talk endlessly.
Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance for answering! I hope you're all having a good day, and a nice holiday season if you're celebrating anything!!
Hello asker,
No horrible glaring issues jumping out!
I find this pretty interesting, and I do agree with you that this character's condition is a disability in the context of her world. It does seem very adjacent to chronic pain; obviously not a 1:1 but it does track. I think it is in fact a good place to start for believability and research!
Now, on to your other questions.
Whether the curse should be lethal:
I think it would be more interesting and even more impactful if the curse wasn't lethal, and instead is something she has to learn to manage. It makes it more akin to chronic pain conditions in real life, and I really like that her unique casting method will always be a part of her. She could, for example, want to break the curse at first, and later figure it's not a necessity. Or perhaps the curse is originally lethal and it only gets partially broken — like it's been in place too long to fully break, but it stops being lethal or something similar. Or maybe she thinks it's lethal, and figures out it isn't.
It's still possible to make the curse lethal and for her to want to break it, because of course no one wants to die, but it could also definitely lead into the magically curing disabilities trope. The cure trope is, as you know, pretty tired already. It would likely be harder, and require a lot of care, and you'd definitely have to make sure there's other characters with disabilities whose main goal is not to cure them. It could also still be lethal, in the way some disabilities are in real life, and she could live out her life the way she would want to and can until she does die. I am not sure if that's what you want for your story, and it's completely fine if it isn't – I just wanted to present various different options.
Whether to give her the ability to switch during forms:
It seems you want to keep her in one form permanently, and I like that. I like that she keeps her wings even if they're in the way, I like that they aren't the same as some other members of the cast, and I like that they help her with her unique magic.
I think this seems like a very reasonable fantasy disability, and if you'd like to check out similar asks we've answered (including for winged characters), we have a fantasy disabilities tag.
Basically, in summary, it would be really impactful for her to learn to live with her disability and for the narrative to treat this positively despite the challenges.
Hope this helps, and if you have any more specific questions, feel free to send another ask.
Side note, me personally I love mundane magic and your system sounds neat. :)

Hey! My friend has recently come out to me as mtf and shes been having trouble with stubble. Do you have any tips on passing better? I really like your posts btw.
Concealer is the typical temporary stopgap. Obviously the more permanent solution would be laser hair removal for dark hair or electrolysis for light. Depending on your region you may be able to get insurance on those treatments if a general practitioner or therapist recommends it as a dysphoria treatment, so that may be worth looking into if it gives you consistent discomfort and difficulty. It did for me and I'm very happy to not have to worry about that anymore.

Exploring Advanced Techniques in Hair Transplant Procedures in Turkey
Turkey is renowned globally for its expertise in hair transplant and hair restoration solutions. This article will provide you with a detailed overview of the advanced hair transplant procedures, hair grafting, and implantation techniques available in the country.
Hair transplant in Turkey incorporates two major techniques: Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). These procedures are considered the gold standard in hair restoration, with their high success rates and natural-looking results.
Follicular Unit Extraction is a hair grafting technique where individual hair follicles are extracted from the donor area and then implanted into the balding areas. This procedure is less invasive, resulting in minimal scarring and a shorter recovery time.
On the other hand, Follicular Unit Transplantation involves removing a strip of scalp from the back of the head, from which individual hair follicles are then harvested. The follicles are then transplanted into the areas with hair loss. This hair restoration procedure is highly effective for those with large areas of baldness.
Additionally, Turkey also offers advanced hair transplant techniques such as micrografting and minigrafting. These procedures, like the others, aim to provide a natural hair transplant by ensuring the implanted hair blends seamlessly with the surrounding hair.
Each hair transplant procedure steps are meticulously planned and executed to ensure the best possible outcome. The hair transplant operation begins with a thorough evaluation of the patient's scalp, followed by the harvesting of hair follicles from the donor area and their precise implantation in the balding areas.
A significant advantage of undergoing a hair transplant in Turkey is the country's commitment to using the latest technologies and methods for hair implantation and hair restoration procedures. This includes the use of high-precision tools for follicular unit extraction and transplantation, ensuring a natural and permanent hair transplant.
In conclusion, the hair transplantation process in Turkey is designed to offer patients an advanced, effective, and natural hair transplant. From the detailed hair transplant procedure steps to the meticulous execution of the hair transplant operation, patients are assured of a high-quality hair restoration experience.

Turkey has become a global hub for hair transplant procedures, offering solutions for both men and women suffering from pattern baldness. The hair transplant in Turkey has gained significant attention due to its advanced techniques, high patient satisfaction, and compelling patient testimonials.
Hair transplant for men is a common procedure in Turkey. Male pattern baldness, a condition that affects a substantial number of men worldwide, can be effectively addressed with a hair transplant. The hair transplant patient journey typically involves an initial consultation to assess the extent of the baldness and plan for the appropriate procedure. The patient preparation phase includes detailed instructions to ensure optimal results.

This is largely due to the expertise of the healthcare professionals and the high-quality care provided throughout the procedure. Patient testimonials often highlight the transformative impact of the transplant, boosting self-confidence and enhancing overall well-being.
Hair transplant for women in Turkey is also gaining popularity. Female pattern baldness, although less common, can cause significant distress. A hair transplant can provide a permanent solution, restoring hair to thinning or bald areas. Women undergoing a hair transplant in Turkey can expect a similar patient journey to men, with a tailored approach to address the unique aspects of female pattern baldness.
The hair transplant patient recovery process is an essential part of the journey. In Turkey, patients are provided with comprehensive aftercare instructions and ongoing support to ensure a smooth recovery. This commitment to patient care post-procedure further enhances the hair transplant patient experience.
In conclusion, Turkey's reputation as a premier destination for hair transplant procedures for men and women is well-deserved. Harnessing Hair Transplant in Turkey: A Comprehensive Guide to Restoring Hair Density and Overcoming Baldness
Baldness, medically referred to as alopecia, is a common concern for many individuals worldwide. The quest for a reliable hair loss solution has led many to explore various options. One of the most effective and promising procedures today is a hair transplant in Turkey. This technique is not just a temporary baldness cure but a permanent solution for restoring hair and improving hair density.
Hair transplant success stories have significantly grown over time, and Turkey has become a renowned destination for this procedure. This treatment is an excellent hair regrowth treatment that has given hope to many suffering from hair loss. The outcome of a hair transplant procedure is often a new lease of life for many, restoring their confidence and youthful look.
Baldness treatment in Turkey primarily involves a hair follicle transplant. This procedure is a remarkable hair loss solution whose success hinges on the transplanting of hair follicles from dense areas to the bald patches. It's a delicate procedure that requires skilled professionals to ensure the hair starts growing from the transplanted follicles.
Hair regrowth after a transplant procedure is a gradual process. Over time, the transplanted follicles start to produce new hair strands, leading to restored hair growth. The hairline restoration process is particularly fascinating as the procedure can accurately redesign a natural-looking hairline.
Hair density is another critical aspect of a hair transplant. A successful procedure in Turkey aims to provide a dense, natural-looking hair pattern that seamlessly blends with your existing hair. The result is a fuller head of hair that effectively masks any previous signs of baldness.
Hair transplant success stories from Turkey are indeed inspiring. These stories highlight the effective hair regrowth treatment options available and the potential for a total baldness cure. The hair transplant procedure outcome is not only about restoring hair but also about reinstating self-esteem and confidence.
In conclusion, if you're exploring alopecia treatment options, a hair transplant in Turkey could be the solution you've been searching for. It's more than a procedure; it's a journey to reclaiming your hair and reviving your confidence.
Hair Transplant In Turkey: A Comprehensive Guide to Scalp Health and Post-Op Care
A hair transplant in Turkey involves an intricate procedure that focuses on restoring not just the hair, but also overall scalp health. It is a process that begins with a thorough examination of your scalp, followed by a carefully planned surgery, and concludes with a comprehensive post-op care regime.
Scalp rejuvenation is an integral part of the hair transplant procedure. It ensures that your scalp is in the best possible condition to receive and nurture the transplanted hair grafts. This is key to the hair transplant graft survival and ultimately, the success of the procedure.
The hair transplant surgery day is a significant one, requiring preparation and understanding of the process. This includes understanding the application of hair transplant anaesthesia, which is administered to ensure minimal discomfort during the procedure. Some people may experience anxiety about the anaesthesia, but rest assured that it is a standard part of the process and is administered by experienced professionals.
The process of transplantation involves making tiny incisions on your scalp where the hair grafts are inserted. These incisions may require hair transplant stitches, which are typically dissolvable and do not cause any long-term discomfort.
A common concern among patients is the hair transplant scar that results from the incisions. However, modern techniques and technologies have significantly reduced the visibility of these scars. Furthermore, proper hair transplant scar care, as part of the post-op care, can help to minimize any residual scarring.
The hair transplant healing process is as crucial as the surgery itself. It involves meticulous hair transplant post-op care to ensure the health and survival of the newly transplanted grafts. This care regime typically includes gentle washing, avoiding direct sunlight, and refraining from strenuous activities that may put stress on the grafts.
In conclusion, a hair transplant in Turkey involves a holistic approach that focuses on overall scalp health, from the initial scalp rejuvenation to the final stages of post-op care. With the right understanding and care, the procedure can successfully restore not just your hair, but also your confidence and wellbeing.
Understanding the Comprehensive Process and Key Elements of Hair Transplant in Turkey
If you're considering a hair transplant in Turkey, it's essential to understand the intricacies of the procedure. This includes the critical role of the donor hair, the various hair transplant techniques employed, and the technology used in the transplantation process.
A hair transplant surgery starts with the extraction of donor hair, which is the hair that's harvested from a patient's own scalp. This hair is typically taken from the back of the head, known as the hair transplant donor area. This area is chosen because the hair here is genetically programmed to resist balding, making it ideal for transplantation.
The next step in the process is the preparation of the grafts. The hair transplant graft density, or the number of hair follicles transplanted per square centimeter, plays a crucial role in the outcome of the surgery. A higher graft density often results in a more natural-looking hairline and increased hair volume.
The actual transplantation procedure is usually carried out over a single or multiple hair transplant sessions, depending on the extent of hair loss. The hair transplant surgeon's role is vital at this stage. They are responsible for implanting the grafts into the recipient area, ensuring the correct placement and angle for a natural appearance.
The hair transplant team also plays a significant part in the process. They assist the surgeon in preparing the grafts and often help in the implantation process. The skill, experience, and coordination of the team can significantly impact the success of the procedure.
In recent years, there has been a significant advancement in hair transplant techniques and transplantation technology. This includes the use of state-of-the-art hair transplant equipment, which allows for more precise and efficient extraction and implantation of hair follicles. These advancements have made hair transplants more effective, less invasive, and have reduced recovery times.
In conclusion, understanding these key elements can help prospective patients make informed decisions about undergoing hair transplant surgery in Turkey. It's always important to conduct thorough research and consult with a professional before making any decisions about your hair restoration journey.
Non-Surgical Hair Transplant and Alternatives: Considerations and Advice for Hair Replacement Therapy in Turkey
When considering a hair transplant in Turkey, one must weigh the benefits and drawbacks of surgical and non-surgical hair transplant procedures. A non-surgical hair transplant, contrary to common belief, can provide impressive results and may be suitable for those not willing to undergo an invasive procedure. This method, also recognized as hair replacement therapy, offers a less invasive alternative for those suffering from hair loss.
However, it's crucial to remember that non-surgical hair transplant methods are not for everyone. Although they can provide an immediate solution to hair loss, these procedures might not offer the same long-term results as surgical hair transplants. Therefore, it's essential to explore all hair transplant alternatives before making a decision.
Hair transplant considerations should include a thorough evaluation of your hair loss pattern, the potential causes, and the expected results. It's also advisable to consider the potential side effects and post-procedure care required for both surgical and non-surgical hair transplants.
Seeking hair transplant advice from experienced professionals can help to clear any doubts and provide clarity on the most suitable procedure for your specific case. It can also give you a realistic expectation of the results you can achieve. Remember, every person's hair loss is unique, and hence the solution should be personalized.
A hair transplant consultation is a crucial step in the process of deciding on a hair transplant procedure. During this consultation, a thorough examination of your hair and scalp will be done to evaluate the severity and pattern of your hair loss. This assessment will help determine the most suitable hair transplant procedure for you.
Hair transplant counselling is another vital step in the process. This counselling can provide you with a deeper understanding of the procedure, help you set realistic expectations, and prepare you for the post-procedure care.
A pre-transplant consultation is the final step before deciding to undergo a hair transplant procedure. This consultation will provide a detailed plan for your procedure, including the type of transplant, number of sessions required, and the aftercare regimen.
In summary, when considering a hair transplant in Turkey, it's crucial to research, seek advice, and have thorough consultations to ensure you're making an informed decision. Whether you choose a surgical or non-surgical hair transplant, remember that the procedure should be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
Understanding the Cost, Financing, Benefits, and Success Rate of Hair Transplant in Turkey
Hair transplant in Turkey is gaining popularity due to its impressive results and proven success rate. This procedure has been a game-changer for many individuals, providing a boost of confidence and a renewed sense of self-esteem. In this section, we will dive deeper into the aspects of hair transplant cost, financing options, benefits, and the success rate of the procedure.
Hair transplant cost in Turkey is one of the primary factors that potential patients consider. It's important to understand that the cost may vary depending on several factors. These include the complexity of the procedure, the number of grafts required, and the specific techniques used. However, despite these variables, hair transplant in Turkey is recognized for its affordability compared to other countries.
Next, we will discuss hair transplant financing. This is a critical aspect for those who may find the upfront cost a bit steep. Thankfully, there are various financing options available to help manage the cost of the procedure. It's always recommended to research and explore these options thoroughly, ensuring you find the best fit for your financial situation.
Now, let's delve into the hair transplant benefits. This procedure can bring about a multitude of positive changes. Firstly, it provides a permanent solution to hair loss, offering a natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing result. Furthermore, it helps to improve self-confidence, as a full head of hair often enhances personal appearance. The hair transplant procedure benefits extend beyond aesthetics, as it can also positively impact mental and emotional well-being.
Understanding the hair transplant procedure advantages is equally important. One of the significant advantages is its high success rate. This is mainly due to the advanced techniques and skilled professionals carrying out the procedures in Turkey. Additionally, the procedure results in minimal scarring, and recovery time is relatively quick.
Lastly, let's consider the hair transplant success rate. The success of a hair transplant is usually determined by the growth of new hair and how natural it looks. In Turkey, the success rate of hair transplant procedures is high, with most patients achieving desired hair transplant results.
In conclusion, it is clear that the hair transplant procedure offers numerous benefits. From cost and financing options to the success rate and the positive impact on individuals' lives, hair transplant in Turkey stands as a promising solution to hair loss. However, it's always advised to conduct thorough research and consult with a professional before making a decision.
Understanding Hair Transplant Recovery and Post-Operative Care in Turkey
Hair transplant recovery is an essential part of the overall procedure, and Turkey's advanced healthcare system offers exemplary post-transplant care, making it a top choice for many undergoing this life-changing operation.
One of the most frequently asked questions by patients is about hair transplant recovery time. Typically, the healing process is relatively quick, but it can vary depending on individual conditions and the specific type of hair transplant procedure the patient went through.
After the transplant, the scalp may feel very tender, and there may be some swelling. Some small crusts may also form around each graft, but these usually fall off within a week. It's essential to understand that the hair transplant patient recovery period is a journey that needs careful attention and patience.
Post-transplant care is crucial to ensure a successful recovery. Patients are usually given specific instructions to follow, which may include taking prescribed medications, using certain hair care products, and avoiding certain activities. Hair transplant post-operative care also includes regular check-ups to monitor the healing process and to make sure that the transplant is successful.
In the first few weeks following the procedure, it's normal for the transplanted hair to fall out - but don't worry! This is a natural part of the hair transplant procedure recovery, and new growth will usually start within a few months. It's important to remember that everyone's recovery process is different, and the final results of the transplant may not be visible until a year after the surgery.
In conclusion, hair transplant in Turkey offers a high standard of medical care and a thorough hair transplant recovery plan. The recovery period requires patience and diligent post-operative care. By adhering to these, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits of your hair transplant procedure recovery.
Understanding Hair Transplant Procedure Safety, Risks, and Side Effects in Turkey
As the popularity of hair transplants in Turkey continues to surge, it is vital for potential candidates to understand the procedure's safety, potential risks, and side effects. This knowledge can help you make a more informed decision about whether this procedure is right for you.
One of the primary concerns that many individuals have is hair transplant procedure safety. Modern techniques and advancements in medical technology have made hair transplants safer than ever before. However, as with any surgical procedure, there are still some risks involved. That's why it's essential to be fully aware of the potential hair transplant risks before deciding to undergo the procedure.
The most common hair transplant risks include infection, bleeding, and scarring. There's also a risk of unnatural-looking hair growth or the transplanted hair not taking root as it should, which can lead to disappointing results. Despite these risks, it's important to note that complications are relatively rare, and most people experience successful results.
Regarding hair transplant side effects, patients often experience some degree of pain, swelling, and numbness in the scalp following the procedure. These are typically temporary and should subside within a few days. Some people may also experience a phenomenon known as "shock loss," which is a temporary thinning of your existing hair. Again, this is usually temporary, and your hair should return to its normal thickness within a few months.
The potential hair transplant procedure disadvantages should also be considered. One of the main disadvantages is the cost, as hair transplants can be quite expensive. Also, the procedure may require multiple sessions, depending on the extent of hair loss, which can be time-consuming. Lastly, it is important to manage expectations as the results of a hair transplant are not immediate and may take up to a year to fully materialize.
In conclusion, while hair transplants in Turkey offer a promising solution to hair loss, it's essential to understand the procedure's safety, risks, and side effects. By being fully aware of these factors, you can make an informed decision that best suits your needs and personal circumstances.

Hair transplant in Turkey has garnered international attention in recent years due to its accessibility, affordability, and the high level of expertise offered by the professionals in the field. However, along with the popularity, various hair transplant myths have surfaced, causing confusion and apprehension among potential patients. This article aims to debunk these myths, disclose hair transplant facts, and set the right hair transplant expectations.
One of the most common hair transplant myths is that the results are immediate. In reality, patience is key when it comes to hair transplant before and after. The full results of a hair transplant procedure may take up to a year to be visible as the transplanted hair initially falls out before growing back. This is a normal part of the procedure and understanding this aspect can create more realistic hair transplant procedure expectations.
Another common myth suggests that hair transplant is a painful procedure. While some discomfort is inevitable, the procedure itself is generally painless, thanks to the local anesthesia applied during the surgery. Hair transplant reviews often highlight the professionalism and care of the medical team in ensuring that the patient is comfortable throughout the procedure.
In terms of hair transplant facts, it's essential to know that not everyone is a suitable candidate for the procedure. Factors such as the extent of hair loss, age, and overall health can influence the success of the procedure. It’s crucial to have a comprehensive consultation with a professional to understand if you are a good candidate.
When it comes to hair transplant expectations, patients should understand that results may vary. Factors such as individual hair characteristics, the extent of hair loss, and the skill of the medical team can influence the outcome. Therefore, it's important to have realistic hair transplant procedure expectations.
To conclude, understanding the hair transplant procedure can greatly contribute to your overall experience and satisfaction. Through hair transplant reviews, you can gain insights into the experiences of others, helping you make an informed decision. Remember, knowledge is power, and the more you know about the hair transplant procedure, the better prepared you will be for your journey towards hair restoration in Turkey.
Understanding the Hair Transplant Timeline and Procedure in Turkey
When considering a hair transplant in Turkey, it is vital to understand the hair transplant timeline, hair transplant preparation, and the hair transplant procedure process. This will not only help you set realistic expectations but also ensure that you're adequately prepared for the journey ahead.
The hair transplant timeline generally spans over a period of 12-18 months. However, it is essential to remember that each individual's hair transplant timeline may vary depending on various factors, such as the extent of hair loss, general health, and the speed at which their hair grows.
Before the hair transplant procedure in Turkey, there are several steps involved in the hair transplant preparation. Firstly, you will need to have a consultation with a hair transplant specialist who will assess your hair loss and discuss the best treatment options. You may also be asked to stop certain medications and refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking for a specific period before the procedure.
The hair transplant procedure timeline commences once you're cleared for the surgery. The procedure typically involves extracting hair follicles from a donor area (usually the back or sides of your head) and implanting them into the balding or thinning areas. Despite the procedure's complexity, the hair transplant procedure process is usually straightforward and carried out under local anesthesia.
Hair transplant procedure preparation is another essential aspect to consider. It includes understanding the post-procedure care instructions, arranging for someone to drive you home after the surgery, and ensuring you have a comfortable space at home for your recovery.
In conclusion, understanding the hair transplant timeline, the hair transplant preparation, and the hair transplant procedure process can help you feel more confident and prepared for your hair transplant in Turkey. Remember, it's not just about the procedure, but also about the journey to regaining your confidence and self-esteem.
Understanding Hair Transplant Procedure Advancements and Variations in Turkey
In the realm of aesthetic medicine, hair transplant eligibility is an important consideration for individuals seeking to regain their hairline and overall hair volume. Turkey has emerged as a leading destination for this specialized procedure, due to the country's advanced techniques and highly qualified medical professionals.
Hair transplant procedure types vary, each catering to specific patient needs and hair loss patterns. The procedure's versatility is one of the reasons why it has gained significant popularity among those wanting to combat hair loss. The two most common procedures are Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE).
FUT involves removing a strip of tissue from the back of the scalp, from which hair follicles are harvested. These follicles are then implanted into the balding areas. On the other hand, FUE involves individual removal and transplantation of hair follicles, offering less scarring and a quicker recovery time.
The hair transplant procedure variations are designed to suit different hair loss patterns, scalp conditions, and patient preferences. Some variations include Direct Hair Implantation (DHI), where hair follicles are implanted one by one directly to the thinning area that needs to be covered. Each hair follicle is placed in a specific direction, angle and depth, thanks to the DHI patented tool, providing 100% natural results and maximum viability.
The hair transplant procedure advancements in Turkey have been phenomenal, making the country a preferred destination for patients worldwide. These advancements not only include new techniques but also innovations in technology and equipment used in the procedure. For instance, the use of high-powered microscopes for follicle extraction, ensuring minimal damage and higher success rates.
Furthermore, hair transplant procedure innovations have led to less invasive methods, shorter recovery times, and more natural-looking results. As a result, people experiencing hair loss can now choose from a variety of effective and affordable solutions.
In conclusion, understanding the hair transplant procedure types, their variations, advancements, and innovations is crucial in making an informed decision about your hair restoration journey. Turkey, with its advanced medical facilities and expertise, continues to be at the forefront of these developments, providing top-notch hair transplant services to thousands of satisfied patients each year.

However, to maintain the hair transplant procedure outcome, patients must commit to a lifetime of proper hair care. This includes maintaining a healthy diet, abstaining from smoking and alcohol, and using hair products recommended by their specialist.

Exposure to pepper spray.
If you use pepper spray, it is possible that you will be exposed to it to some degree. It is also possible that someone may use pepper spray on you. If you are exposed to pepper spray, here are the steps you should take:
Try to remain calm. Remember that the effects are temporary.
Remove yourself from the area if you were exposed to pepper spray in a dangerous situation such as a fight. Allow any friends or comrades to guide you to safety.
Once you are in a safe area where you may spend up to an hour recovering, flush the exposed area with cool, pure water.
Do not rub your eyes with your hands, especially as your hands may have pepper spray on them, and if you have been sprayed in the eyes, your vision will be impaired and you will not be able to check your hands.
To rinse your eyes, look to the sky and blink as you pour cool, pure water directly into your eyes.
DO NOT flush exposed areas with milk, vinegar, a baking soda solution, an antacid/Maalox solution, or other “home remedies.” These are NOT more effective than pure water, and some are potentially dangerous. Milk can introduce bacteria and baking soda solution can cause permanent damage to corneas, etc.
Continue to rinse with water as the effects gradually lessen. Take care as you rinse:  water can carry pepper spray onto other parts of the body.
Once you can move and speak without continuous water rinsing, move to an area where you have access to soap and running water. Your body can be decontaminated by washing with soap. Wash your body with soap and COOL water; hot water will increase irritation. There may be pepper spray in your hair that you can’t see, so wash it even if you don’t think it’s there.
Any orange color on part of your clothing may be pepper spray that needs to be washed off. Remove any clothing that has pepper spray on it to prevent recontamination. Place them either in a trash bag if you need to transport them before washing, or place them directly into a sink, bathtub, or washing machine (ideally separate from other clothes or laundry). They can be decontaminated by washing with soap or laundry detergent.

Previous Chapter
“Ahmanet is attached to her like a demon possessing a body for the first time. It will not be an easy task to remove her permanently, you may want to keep Eris bound.” Ardeth said, a stressed look on his face. I noticed this as I peered around the corner staying in the shadows so that I wouldn’t inform everyone of my presence. I wanted to see everyone’s candid reactions to what the Medjai had to say.
“No,” Rick said forcefully, Evy gave him a heartbroken look. I knew if the roles were reversed she would have the same reaction as Rick did. Evy started pacing as she thought of potential solutions.
“I don’t see another way… The switch can happen in an instant and before you even realize it she will be your enem-” Ardeth started to say before Rick cut him off again. I couldn’t decipher the Medjai’s expression, he was utterly unreadable.
“I am not going to leave my baby sister tied up somewhere with this bitch in her head. We need to keep an eye on her. I haven’t ever abandoned her before and I’m not going to start now.” He said, Evy put her hand on Rick’s chest to calm him down, pushing Rick backward as he was starting to overreact, his emotions getting in the way. Evy suddenly spun to face Ardeth with a coy smile.
“Is there any way you could be the one to watch her… There is certainly something that you are doing to keep this monster at bay.” She asked him politely. He blinked, his eyes flitting towards the corner where I was standing. I knew he could sense me, unlike everyone else that was in the room. Our parents couldn’t even keep track of us when they were alive, neither could the orphanage clowns, but a total stranger could. I couldn’t help but admit there was some sort of connection between us, I knew that since the moment I tried to kill him. I watched as he dropped his head thinking as he stared at the floor. I found myself waiting for his answer with bated breath, and then he slowly started to nod. When he lifted his head his eyes met mine briefly and my heart leaped.
“How is it that you two are just these magic protectors?” Henderson arrogantly asked breaking the silence that had fallen over the group, pointing to Ardeth and Dr. Bey. I decided now was the time to reveal my position, I removed myself from the wall I was leaning against walking to a chair furthest from everyone. Ardeth walked towards his mentor.
“We are part of an ancient secret society, for over 3,000 years we have guarded the city of the dead. We’re sworn at manhood to do any and all in our power to stop the high priest Imhotep from being reborn into this world.” Dr. Bey started to explain as he sat down in one of the exhibit's ornate chairs, Ardeth pacing the floor next to him.
“Now because of you, we have failed.” Ardeth glared daggers at Henderson and Rick. He finally stopped pacing and planted himself next to the elder man. He watched me carefully, eyebrows furrowed in a perpetual frown.
“And you think this justifies the killing of innocent people?” Evy asked, a scowl on her face questioning the only people who were helping us. I had half a mind to throw something at her from across the room but I stopped my impulse.
“To stop this creature, let me think… YES.” Dr. Bey and Ardeth answered strongly, knowing she wouldn’t understand anyway.
“Question… Why doesn’t he like cats?” Rick slid into the conversation listening intently for the answer. I smirked, he really was curious but it made me wonder if he had learned nothing from our time in Egypt.
“Cats are the guardians of the underworld, he will fear them until he is fully regenerated.” Dr. Bey answered his seemingly simple question. Rick nodded looking down, his hair falling into his face.
“And then he will fear nothing…” Ardeth said to the group, annoyed. He made it seem as if we were school children acting up in class.
“Yeah, and you know how he gets himself fully regenerated?” Daniels rhetorically asked.
“By killing everyone who opened that chest” Henderson answered, looking at his Colt and contemplating putting a bullet in his brain, no doubt. Rather bite that then be reborn as a mummy’s flesh and bones.
“And sucking them dry, that’s how” Daniels enthusiastically vented.
“Jonathan, will you stop playing with that?” Evy scolded him for playing with the bow that the chariot display was equipped with. He stopped immediately, almost causing the mannequin to fall over.
“When I saw him alive at Hamunaptra, he called me Anck-Su-Namun, and then just now in Mr. Burns’ quarters he tried to kiss me,” Evy told the two men who were now in charge of our army.
“It is because of his love for Anck-su-namun that he was cursed. Apparently after 3,000 years–” Dr. Bey mused looking at Ardeth carefully.
“He is still in love with her.” Ardeth finished his thought glancing in my direction, looking away quickly. I wasn’t sure what to make of that comment, I cleared my throat causing his eyes to find mine again. It was interesting, he wanted to be around me and watch me closely but at the same time, it felt as if he wanted nothing to do with me.
“Yes, well that’s very romantic, but what does it got to do with me?” Evy asked them, fiddling with her necklace.
“Perhaps he will once again try to raise her from the dead,” Ardeth said to Dr. Bey, not sparing a look towards Evy.
“Yes, and it appears he has already found his human sacrifice.” Dr. Bey told the whole group, both him and Ardeth finally turning to stare at Evy.
“Bad luck old mum” Jon uttered out, unsure of what else to say.
“On the contrary, it may just give us the time we need to kill the creature.” Dr. Bey contemplated.
“We will need all the time we can get, his powers are growing,” Ardeth said as he looked up through the skylight at the beautiful display of nature that caught everyone’s attention, an eclipse of the sun.
“And he stretched forth his hand towards the heavens and there was darkness throughout the land of Egypt” Jon quoted the bible sighing towards the end.
“Alright well, I suppose that’s our cue to leave,” Henderson said, as he looked down from the sun. I stayed planted in my chair as Evy had permitted Ardeth to be my keeper now. I glanced over to Rick who was busy paying Evy attention. They were speaking in hushed tones as they planned what the next step in the agenda would be. I looked away from them and back at Ardeth, he stood stoically watching me from afar like a panther stalking his prey. But what he didn’t realize was that I was the predator that he would need to escape from. My thoughts turned darker the more annoyed I got with our situation. I sighed, happy my head was finally empty from Ahmanet. But I knew she would be back with a vengeance sooner or later.
“Alright.” Rick clapped, the loud noise filling the atmosphere making my ears ring as he walked over to me.
“Hey, you doing alright?” He asked me with sympathy in his eyes that bothered me. Rick wanted to get back into the brother-sister relationship as if he hadn’t missed a beat. But for the last three years, he had no idea the trauma I had been through. I wasn’t sure if I could just ignore that and continue. He was becoming a less grizzled version of his younger self, thanks to Evy, but I was tired of his non-apologies.
“Don’t give me that, ‘poor Eris’ bullshit” I spit out, he was treating me like a delicate little flower. His brows knit together, I could tell he was tired and trying to help. I saw the frustration grow on his face as he rolled his eyes and pushed past my shoulder. This pissed me off but I decided not to make a show of it and just let him go brood. I was tired of the constant side-eye looks and constant worrying, I needed to get away from it.
I started walking to the entrance of the museum letting my feet take me where they wanted. I heard the soft footsteps of Ardeth behind me, he would rather blend in with the background. I could tell he felt more comfortable this way but I wanted nothing more than to yell at him asking what was wrong with me. I continued walking upstairs to the darker hallways that held our stone displays, when I got to a corner furthest away from the group I decided now was my chance, as they would never hear us here. I spun around on my heel facing him, holding back the true anger I was feeling at the moment.
“What’s so wrong with me that you can’t even look at me?” I asked him genuinely curious, but I could feel my tone shifting to one of anger.
“All I see when I look at you now is her,” He said, not even daring to utter her name. I understood the sentiment but I longed for him to look me in the eyes and hold my gaze like he had when we were fighting not 48 hours prior. He continued avoiding my eyes.
“Look at me!!” I started to raise my voice at him, desperate for the connection. He slowly started moving his eyes in my direction moving slowly up my figure. When his eyes finally met with mine he strode up to me closing the space between us. His arms reached for me, grabbing my hands and grazing his fingertips up to my shoulders. His touch was light, it almost felt as if he couldn’t control the movements. He continued up my neck and to my face pulling me closer to him, resting our foreheads together. He closed his eyes as he started to play with the ends of my hair.
“Eris.” He breathed out slowly, his accent made my eyes close as I melted into his grip. I didn’t want to push him away from me, but he still wasn’t doing what I had asked him.
“What is it?!” I yelled as I attempted to push him away but his reaction was too quick for me to walk away like I wanted. His strength was impressive and he let up almost immediately as we stood there.
“I know you can feel this between us too,” He said as his hands went to my hair moving a strand that had loosened back behind my ear. His scent consumed me rendering me speechless.
“I can,” I replied, softening my tone, unsure of what else to say to him concerning the matter. We both knew there was a chemical reaction between us but neither of us knew what to do about it with the current circumstance. There were too many unknown attributes. “She’s not here right now,” I whispered before I could filter my thoughts.
“But we have no indication of when she will return either.” He silently considered.
“So let’s take advantage of the time we have now,” I grumbled, getting annoyed yet again.
“Eris.” He said my name again. “We can’t, I can’t.” He didn’t even attempt to explain why as he continued to hold me to him.
“Why not?!” I yelled at him attempting to get free of his grasp. “If you wanted nothing to do with me then why are we constantly so close with one another? None of this was my doing, it’s almost always you that’s bringing us closer together.” I spit out thoroughly pissed off now. He gripped me tighter, not letting me move. I closed my eyes, the frustration getting to me quicker than I knew it, feeling the tears starting to form.
“Open your eyes,” He commanded me, but I wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine. So I kept them closed, shaking my head as my lip started to quiver. No one wanted me around, he was the only one who wanted to be close to me and even then he didn’t.
He moved me backward and in an instant my back hit the wall behind me, with a force I wasn’t expecting. A gasp escaped my lips, feeling the cold stone against my skin, effectively causing me to open my eyes. Our gaze met and I could finally discern the emotion that was in his eyes. Love.
“I want you more than anything in this life. I cannot explain it, we are so strongly connected. But you are not what I was expecting, you have to understand. My tribe has a certain expectation from their leader. You and I shouldn’t be compatible in any way but we are. A medjai and a demon.” He scoffed letting a small smile break through. “You are the hardest thing I have had to keep myself away from and I’m afraid I can’t do it anymore.” He spoke quickly as if he couldn’t get through the words fast enough. I could tell that he was fighting an internal battle. All of a sudden he didn’t hold back any longer, he dipped his head down and captured my lips in a passionate kiss, he moved his hands from my figure to the wall behind me attempting to hold himself back from doing anything more. But that wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted more. I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him down as close as I could to my body forcing him to move himself as I brought his tall figure down to my frame. His lips left mine and quickly attached to my neck, sucking and pulling the skin beneath it as he moved his hands to my bum, lifting me up and pushing me up against the wall, my legs wrapping around his waist. I moved his head away from my neck and back to my lips, I grazed his bottom lip with my tongue and he easily opened for me to explore his mouth. Our tongues battled for dominance as the kiss deepened. My fingers entangling in his hair, he groaned, enjoying the feeling. Just before we could take it any further I heard my brother clear his throat behind Ardeth. Ardeth stopped the interaction abruptly, setting me back down on the floor, my legs felt weak, as I attempted to get around him to look at my brother my face flushed from our encounter.
“You know when Evy said to watch her, I didn’t think this is what we would walk into.” He stood there with his arms crossed, a stern look on his face.
“I apo-” Ardeth started. I could feel him lurking behind me, his fingers lightly touching the small of my back, not willing to keep his hands off me completely. I elbowed him in the ribs to get him to stop talking, there was nothing to apologize for. Jon was smirking behind Rick’s shoulder and Evy just looked shocked.
“Fuck off Rick, I’m not a child anymore,” I interjected still pissed from our previous interaction.
“Sure, but you are a time bomb” I heard him whisper under his breath. I ignored the comment not wanting to fight with him right now.
“We’re going to head back to the fort to keep the others safe. You guys do whatever you need to do to prepare, come find us later.” Rick said to us. I nodded as my brother and the others retreated back down the stairs leaving the museum. I turned around looking at Ardeth, he pulled me into a side hug.
“I want to show you something.” He said to me as he ended our hug, picking up my hand and gazing into my eyes. I nodded, not entirely sure what he meant by that but happy that we were alone again. He led me back down the stairs and towards the curator's office.
“Wait here for a moment.” He told me as he knocked on the door before going in. I gazed around at the hallway I had walked for years around giving tours trying not to eavesdrop on their conversation. When he came back out he had Dr. Bey with him. I could tell he was trying to stifle his excitement.
“Eris. I know this may seem fast-paced and rash. You do not know me very well, and our traditions are different than yours. Dr. Bey has been my mentor for years, he is all I have currently with me but I assure you there is a whole tribe that would be behind me if they could right now.” I wasn’t entirely understanding where he was going with his speech but I stood there hanging onto his every word as he came up to me and took both my hands in his. “When I was 16 I took an oath to become a Medjai, following in my father's footsteps, four years later I became a chieftain after my father's death. I have taken many lives. I want you to know me fully. I want to teach you about my culture, as your husband if you’ll take me.” He retrieved an item from his pocket, a small box. He opened the lid to reveal a beautiful diamond ring. I gasped, it wasn’t what I was expecting at all. Dr. Bey smiled at me as tears started to escape my eyes.
“Yes!!” I found myself saying, an immense amount of excitement flowing through my body. I looked up at Ardeth, he gave me a wide grin showing off his extraordinarily white teeth. He wrapped his arms around me in a hug giving me a quick peck on the lips as he broke off and slipped the ring onto my left ring finger.
“Seeing as the circumstances are a bit complicated with Imhotep on the rise I would like, with your permission, to commence our ceremony now,” I smiled at him, enticed by the offer.
“Yes, I never thought it would happen so quickly but, like you mentioned earlier, there is an undeniable chemistry between us since the moment I saw you. So yes!” I told him immediately, bringing his face to mine, ignoring the presence of Dr. Bey. He pulled me to him, closing the space between our bodies, dipping me down toward the floor and back up. He broke the kiss more aware of our surroundings than me at the moment. He took me by the hand and led me to the courtyard outside my office window where I had first seen Ahmanet. Dr. Bey followed us, standing to the side carrying a book that I hadn’t noticed before.
“Ardeth, Eris, I have known you both for many years, I am happy to initiate the wedding for you. If I’m being completely candid I knew that you two were bound for each other the second I met you Eris. Although I held my tongue until recently it is my honor to wed you on this night. Here I have the Nikah, the agreement you two will honor as a married couple. It is a standard such as a marriage license in America.” He explained to me as Ardeth and I held hands excited to continue on our adventure together. Ardeth signed the contract binding himself to me for eternity or however long we had left, after he signed, I signed right after happily doing the same.
“Ardeth, are there any words you would like to add before your vows?” Dr. Bey asked him.
“Yes, Eris you make me feel as if I am a young soul, I have never had that feeling before in this lifetime. I matured at a young age and have always been described as an old soul by my peers. It is part of the reason that I became Chieftain at a younger age than the rest. My decision to marry you may have come out of a place of rashness, but I knew the second you were in my arms at Hamunaptra that this was the right decision for me. I promise to cherish you, honor you, and love you for as long as I shall live. I will never command you to do anything you do not want to do. You will never be an object for me. I love you and this chemical attraction between us is unmatched by any power and love in this lifetime. I will protect you at all costs whether or not it takes my life from me. You are now my top priority.” He said to me, I smiled more tears coming down my face at the lovely words he was saying to me.
“Eris.” Dr. Bey prompted me.
“Ardeth, I promise to love you no matter what happens in the future, through arguments and any adversity we might face. I promise to protect you fiercely and honor your decisions, we will make decisions together and help each other through our worst and best times. I will support you in anything and everything you do. I love you.” I told him as we exchanged wedding bands. Dr. Bey smiled throughout the whole conversation.
“May Allah smile upon you always, by the power vested in me I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride.” Dr. Bey concluded our elopement ceremony. I smiled as Ardeth pulled me to him kissing me, almost immediately his tongue was in my mouth. I couldn’t help but laugh a little seeing him out of his shell. If someone were to ask me if this is what I thought would be happening tonight I would’ve told them they were crazy. But here we were, I was now a wife.

Miraak's Appearance - Headcanons
I’ve seen previous headcanons about Miraak’s appearance shifting with the time he spends in Apocrypha, and I adore them! So, I wanted to share some of my thoughts (I say “some”. Fair warning: this ended up being a bit long).
TW: slight body horror
Before Apocrypha:
As a Nord, he has some of their ‘stereotypical’ features - the fair-skin, the golden-blond hair, but piercing dark eyes as opposed to blue ones. Tall, broad-shouldered, and muscly without being bulky (after all, he had people beneath him to do any heavy-lifting).
As a Dragon Priest, he was a man with power, wealth, and influence. He likely had access to the finest beauty products of his time, and was no stranger to being pampered. This was a man who knew what a skincare routine was, especially when he notices how his appearance impacts his followers. The more beautiful he is, the more people flock to him, and the more they find him persuasive, listen to him, and do what he wants.
In-game, he’s clearly a very proud (even arrogant) - this would definitely extend to his looks. He took pride in his appearance. I think he would be particularly proud of his hair, a common source of pride amongst Nords, and spent hours ensuring the golden-blond colour really lived up to its name. He was well aware of how good he looked, and the impact his looks had on those around him.
So what happens when that gets taken away from him? And - what’s worse - he has no control over it whatsoever?
In Apocrypha:
Miraak is stuck in the place where Hermaeus Mora’s power is at its most concentrated. In that time, we can assume his appearance became more… ‘Mora-esque’. (After all, he’s essentially part of the furniture by the time the Last Dragonborn shows up.)
When his appearance first begins to change, it starts off slow. His golden hair begins to darken. His fair skin begins to pale even further, and when he looks in Apocrypha’s murky waters, he swears for a split-second his eyes glow. But he’s just imagining things, right? He’s the Dragonborn - such things can’t happen to him.
It’s when his hair, now inky black, thickens into strands which move without him touching them, when the whites of his eyes begin to disappear, when his skin tightens and becomes a ghostly, that he begins to panic. Luckily, he’s in Apocrypha - the largest library in existence. There must be some information somewhere in here that can tell him what’s happening right? Something that can stop these changes? That can reverse them? There must be.
When his hair is a mass of writhing tentacles, when his eyes glow a sickly green with split pupils, when his skin is as sallow a corpse, so pale he could see every individual vein, so tight it pulls his lips back into a thin line, creating a permanent ugly snarl, when his back becomes permanently bent from hours spent pouring over books, he accepts what he has become. Well, ‘accept’ is not the right word - he could never accept his new appearance. A Dragonborn, THE Dragonborn, the most powerful Dragon Priest in existence, who defied the Dragons themselves, now looks like this? Like the unholy abomination of a Lurker shagging a Seeker? Oh no. No. This will not do. It can’t.
This can’t be happening. This cannot be true. This can’t be him. This is not him.
He used to have cultists spend hours combing his hair. Now, he can’t bear to touch it. He used to run his fingers through it, admiring its softness (and himself of course). If he touched it now, it might touch him back. The thought makes him shudder.
This is when he stops removing his helmet. He no longer sees a reason to. He neither eats, nor sleeps. He can converse with the mask on, though he shudders at how his hair writhes against it. At times, he feels suffocated. Like he’s drowning.
He stops combing Apocrypha for solutions.
And if he did remove his mask? If he was to glance at his reflection (for he could never bear more than a glance)? That thing staring back at him… That’s not him. That can’t be him.
He tells himself this is only temporary. He won’t look like this forever, because he won’t be trapped in Apocrypha forever! He’ll break out - of course he will! He’s the First Dragonborn (a thought that no longer fills him with the confidence it used to). He’ll find a tome, a solution, something, and he will break free. Then, he can resume his rightful place as Dragonborn, and everything will be as it should.
After Apocrypha:
Except it isn’t.
He never regains his golden mane.
His eyes never lose their eerie glow.
His skin remains sallow, sickly.
And his body? Millennia of no food, no water, no sleep - the second he leaves Apocrypha it all hits him like a giant’s club. He is as close to death he could possibly be without dying. His body is so frail, so fragile, so thin, he cannot even stand on his own. Each breath causes his chest to physically ache, he feels each rib groan in pain with every inhale. He has to rely on that damned Last Dragonborn, his so-called Saviour, to help him even stand. White-hot pain rockets through his body. He screams through gritted teeth, knees buckling beneath him. He blacks out before he even hits the ground.
If he is to regain his strength, to regain his appearance, to be any semblance of the man he once was, the man he sees in his mind’s eye, then he has a long journey ahead of him. But he’ll make it. He has to, right? Right?
It takes months - maybe even years - but eventually… Eventually, the tentacles recede into hair, but it remains black, and streaked with white near his temples (man’s stressed af). Eventually, the whites of his eyes return, his dual pupils merge together once more, but an electric green ring remains around his iris. His skin is no longer deathly pale, no longer so tight it pulls his lips back, but it never regains a healthy appearance, nor its softness.
Miraak is not the man he once was, and perhaps he never will be. So, needless to say, the mask stays on. He’s no fool. He knows what would happen if people saw what he looked like. Saw this monstrosity, this perversion, this wretch he has become. He has to hide his appearance. No one can know how he truly looks, not even himself.

operation: is wanname real? ft. scaramouche x fem! reader
notes: this was my yoiscara fic on ao3 but i replaced every yoimiya part with reader stuff
it wasn’t odd that wanderer has a significant other. yeah, he was a fatui harbinger but he said that’s all behind him now. lumine wouldve believed it couldve been childe or hell, even mona. but name? now that’s suspicious. she has discussed it with paimon and honestly, they had different theories. paimon said that wanderer might have been harassing name into dates. but lumine pointed out that scaramouche might have done it but not wanderer and name would never let that slide. two solutions: they’re actually just friends or they’re actually together.
“paimon hopes it’s just friends.” paimon said. lumine doesn’t really care if they’re together or not. she just wants to make sure they’re both safe and if it’s real. paimon agreed. so it’s time for their super secret top mission: operation: is scaramiya real?
the travelers split up into spying the pairs. lumine took up the job for wanderer and paimon asked name upfront. “psst, officer pie nom nom?” lumine asked into her walkie-talkie, an invention she recently got from fontaine. her walkie-talkie picked up paimon’s voice,
“copy that, ying! tcch!” lumine lowered the walkie-talkie as it no longer detects the frequencies. she spotted wanderer’s indigo hair as lumine tried to walk up to him casually. but already, the older male turned around and met eyes with lumine.
he furrowed his brows, already suspicious of lumine’s next moves. lumine nervously laughed as she rethought the process of paimon calling dibs for name and it all made sense. well, wanderer isn’t hard to tolerate, right? just a simple question. “what do you want?” wanderer asked, sternly. she crossed her arms. lumine mockingly mimics wanderer’s crossed arms,
“can i ask you a question?” lumine asked as wanderer’s brows seemed to furrow even more. so scary! she might even leave a permanent dent in her face. almost as if wanderer knew what lumine was thinking– what if he developed mind reading like nahida??? he changed his expression to be more neutral. well, whatever the definition of neutral is to lumine.
“you already did.” lumine rolled her eyes as wanderer still stared daggers into her skin. lumine wondered how paimon’s mission is with name.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
paimon managed to find name nearby komore teahouse. the girl was preparing teabags and packaging up some orders. she looked giddy but more than usual. paimon assumed it could be about anything but it was most likely about wanderer. but not wanting to jump into conclusions, she floated her way to name.
name looked up to paimon as she smiled and waved. she removed one earbud from her ear and asked, “hey, paimon! what’s up?” paimon smiled back. name is outgoing and the total opposite of wanderer. archons, she’s even compared to taroumaru.
“hi name! i have a question,” paimon asked as the taller woman nodded as a signal to say more. she was tweaking on whatever tea recipe she had. “are you seeing anyone?”
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
“what?” wanderer said, his face dropping into disbelief. lumine could joke right now that wanderer’s puppet joints were creaking from the shock. the traveler tried to stifle a laugh before saying again, “are you seeing anyone?”
wanderer pinched his porcelain skin, “no, i’m not. why are you asking that?” lumine squinted at wanderer’s body language to see if he still had the tell from his harbinger's days. wanderer scoffed but the little bit of his lips curled up. there it is. he’s lying. but lumine knew that she couldn’t push the anemo wielder a bit more.
“okay okay, just asking because i know you got those admirers!” lumine teased as wanderer cringed. “they were asking.”
“again?” wanderer asked even though he already knew the answer. lumine was in relief that the azure haired man didn’t catch up to her lie. she nodded to wanderer’s question,
“again.” lumine watched the indigo eyed man trying to gain back her composure.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
you were absorbed in your thoughts though your red tipped ears gave it away. paimon waited patiently for your response despite being super impatient the whole time. it was clear that name was fighting herself for how to reply but paimon accidentally cleared her throat. not in a “hurry up and answer way but more like in a “this is awkward but i have no clue how to leave '' way.
“ah sorry, paimon,” as paimon tried to reassure you that it was completely fine and she could be misunderstanding paimon. but you gestured paimon to come closer, “i can tell you anything and you won’t tell anyone, right?” paimon nodded despite crossing her fingers behind her back.
“yes, paimon promises.” you gleamed as paimon had to squint a little because of how much you were glowing.
“okay, between you and me, im seeing this guy and he’s a bit cold at first. but he’s so adorable and our tenth date together is being under the stars in the chinju forest. i think, around 12pm? well, it’s always night there but shhh, he’s so cute.” you overshared as paimon kept a mental note of what you were saying to recount to lumine. although, you were obvious of who it was… kind of. paimon got the memo.
“woah, that’s so cool, nickname! but lumine is calling paimon,” paimon pretended to get a call from lumine. “bye-bye, name!” she nodded as paimon waved goodbye. paimon flew away enough further where you were. she opened the mini map in her tiny backpack, gifted from aether, and teleported to lumine.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
once lumine and paimon were together, they conspired with each other on the next move of the operation. paimon summarized what she heard from yoimiya as lumine recounted her visit to wanderer. “okay, what now?” the pixie asked as lumine tried to make up the next step.
operation: is wanname real? (pt 2. the tenth date)
“you said that the date started around 12pm?” lumine asked, holding a white chalk. paimon nodded as lumine wrote “date: chinju forest, 12pm, go a bit earlier than the pair.” on the board. on the left of the chalkboard, there was a key for colors. pink being name, teal for wanderer, blue for paimon and yellow being lumine. “so the game plan is to find a hiding spot in chinju forest and i think i remember some because of windtrace. do you know where they’ll be?”
paimon raised her hand as lumine stifled a laugh. “yes paimon?” paimon cleared her throat as she floated to the board.
“no, but name said that they’re going to watch the stars.” paimon answered, picking up another white chalk and writing it on the board. it was sprawled next to lumine’s neater handwriting.
“hmm, that could be a cliff-ish area. okay, that’s the plan? any objections?” paimon raised her hand again as lumine gestured her to continue. paimon was still thinking of what to say, scripting it in her head.
“no but what about disguises? do we wear the leaves on our head or wear camouflage?” paimon asked as lumine took out her wallet.
“hm, do you think anything is cheap for–” she dug around the light blue pouch. “– four pieces of mora?” paimon winced,
“no… but do you think we could ask childe for help?” lumine raised a brow,
“we’re not going to use childe as a personal bank, paimon.” paimon’s slight smile of mischief slowly turned into a frown, “you know he would let us!”
“it’s game plan, paimon.” lumine replied as she opened her map. she selected a waypoint near chinju forest. paimon flinched at the map,
“can we not teleport? it makes me feel sluggish.” lumine looked as if she was debating between walking there or teleporting. she left the opened map on the table and came back with a treat for paimon. “here, have this.”
paimon quirked a brow, “what?”
“it’s a dessert with slime. eat it, pie.” lumine replied. paimon took it and ate it hesitantly. paimon usually has naps after food and she is similar to a dog. kind of. eats, sleeps and doesn’t pay rent. anyway, paimon may seem like she’s brave but she still hates the taste of medicine. after paimon was finished, she was in a food coma. lumine scooped her sister into her arm and the other held the map. she selected the waypoint.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
wanderer feels like something’s off and it irritates him. today was the day to stargaze and make flower crowns with name. clenching his fist while the other handheld a basket with various flowers from their respective nations and foods. he already cleared the surrounding area from the monsters or fatui members, which some recognized him. but he swirled them away before they could question his actions.
taking the blanket from the basket, he laid it down on the lush grass. each time he walked on the grass, it lit up just a little. something with a bioluminescent plant or something. nahida told him before but he doesn’t remember. he placed down the plates of shimi chazuke and– he winced– dango. not like he hates name's favorite food. just not his type or it reminded him of someone else.
nevermind, he took out his k-phone to call name. the phone buzzed with an outgoing call sound while he waited. “hi babe,” wanderer flushed at the nickname and thanked god for name not being here yet. “im on my way! don’t wait up!”
wanderer laughed, “i won’t.” he could hear name's giggle in the call. rustles of leaves coming from the call or was it in the forest? “wait, nickname, ill put you on mute for a bit. i think there’s a hillichurl camp nearby.”
“okay!”
wanderer knew by his heart that there wasn’t any hillichurls or whatever since he cleared it the moment he got there. the bushes were rustling and as wanderer creeped closer, it was only a bake dankui. the little animal danced a little, playing a little charm. wanderer rolled his eyes as it did its disappearing act. he called back name, “nevermind, i was just paranoid. where are you right now?”
“near the gate!”
“okay i’ll walk to you.” wanderer replied as she marked the location on the map. namehummed in response and the call ended. she followed the stone scattered path down the hill until he saw the top of name's head. name was dressed in a tank with a tiny bow in the middle with jorts. wanderer remembered when name insisted that jorts were a statement in which wanderer replied, “you mean, a fashion question?”
when name's eyes met wanderer’s indigo ones, her face lit up and she waved frantically. her pace up the stairs went faster as wanderer was about to warn her to go slower. his girlfriend managed to fall on her face. wanderer stifled a laugh since he was always prone to laugh at people falling.
the indigo haired boy walked down the cobblestones stairs. although there were lanterns dimly lighting the path, it was clear the what or who was glowing the brightness was name. “give me your hand,” wanderer said. maybe a bit too sternly but name ignored the cold facade, knowing that her boyfriend meant it in a good way. “hurry up or else, the food will get cold.”
name's softer and was in wanderer’s calloused hands as he led his girlfriend up the stairs. the night in the forest is everlasting but never too cold. maybe too spooky for the average person but wanderer enjoyed that fact. it meant no one would bother his date with name. wanderer’s smile curled a bit at the thought. the two lovebirds were at the date location, and it was decked out with more decorations than before. strange.
well, wanderer can ignore how strange it is right now since name looked mesmerized. “how is it? the scenery here should be quite breathtaking.” name laughed, “it’s… amazing. how did you find this place?”
name sat next to wanderer as she took out the flowers from the picnic basket. there were flowers all around the world. from sweet flowers to qingxins to even sumeru roses?? she inspected them a bit, swirling the stems around her fingertips. it looked as if they were recently ordered too? how long was wanderer planning this?
“well, when i was younger, i found it when i was wandering around. ironic since–” he rolled his wrists a little, ball joints moving. “your name?”
“yes. anyway, do you want to make the crowns now or watch the stars even–”
“— even though they’re fake.” name finished. wanderer’s smile curled up again. she was listening to his mindless rants about tevyat despite maybe not agreeing to them. cute.

3. Skin Resurfacing:

Whumpay 23 Day 4: Passing Out From Pain + Winged
TW: Wing Removal
Feathers slowly drifted down to the ground, covering the shiny wood flooring. Whumpee grunted as Whumper plucked out each one.
“Do you understand why I’m doing this?” Whumper leaned down to press a kiss to the top of his head.
“Yes, master. So I can’t fly away from you.” He tried to keep himself still, not wanting to anger the man.
“Correct,” he plucked another feather, “this pain will be good for you. It’ll teach you how to be stronger.”
“Yes, sir. Thank you, sir.” Whumpee may have not been here long, but he was a quick learner. He would much rather let go of his pride if it meant he received less pain. Pleasing Whumper also came with its perks. He had a place to stay, a soft bed, warm food, and no need to worry about money. Though, having to constantly be on his toes, share his bed with someone, eat with someone’s unyielding stare on him, and deal with torture when the other was in a mood, made him think it wasn’t very worth it.
“This is very tedious, don't you agree, pet?” Whumpee nodded absentmindedly, still pondering his situation here. “I think a permanent solution would be much better,” He moved his fingers into Whumpee’s hair, slowly petting him. “What do you think?”
“Whatever you think is best, master. You know much more than I do.” He closed his eyes, focussing only on the fingers running through his hair.
“It’s good that you know your place, Whumpee. It would be frustrating to have to punish you constantly.” Whumper moved to grab something from behind him, one hand still in Whumpee’s hair. “For this, I’ll make things much easier for the both of us, understand dear?” The hand in his hair moved to sit on his shoulder.
“Yes, sir.”
“Very good.”
A shrill scream pierced the air of the room as Whumper made the first incision. Blood poured from the junction of his wings and his back, staining the floor.
“Shhhh,” Whumper’s grip was firm on his shoulder, and no matter how much Whumpee struggled, he could not get out of the man’s grip.
“PLEASE! Please! Stop! It hurts!” Whumper paid his cries no heed, continuing his work in separating his wings from his body.
“I thought you said you understood, pet.” The knife cut another sinew of muscle off the man’s back, “there is no reason for you to keep these. They are only a nuisance for the both of us.” There was another scream as the blade moved forward again. “Now, be good and sit still, I don’t want you ruining this.”
Whumpee flailed again, trying to hit the tool from the man’s grasp. Moving the handle of the knife down, Whumper hoped to keep it out of Whumpee’s range, but it only put it in the direct range of the winged man’s movement.
The knife was slapped away, dragging a deep line on his back. It created a diagonal from the middle of where his wing met his skin to half’s foot under his right wing.
“You ungrateful wench!” He hit the back of Whumpee’s head in a fit of rage, increasing Whumpee’s wooziness. “I was trying to make it as clean as possible,” there was a squelch as Whumper pulled the blade out from its grove, “but you must make things so difficult.” Whumpee whimpered, now keeping quiet.
The quick change from the calm “caring” man to the enraged annoyed kidnapper gave Whumpee whiplash, but it was a good reminder of who he was really with. No matter how much he let himself be walked over or submitted, Whumpee was never safe, he could not crack the code that was Whumper.
Whumper continued his previous ministrations, however, now he was quicker and less careful with his cuts. In his uncaring attitude, he nicked the man under him many times. Whumpee had tried to be quiet, but as time moved on, and the pain increased, he couldn’t shove his screams back down his throat.
As the blade sliced through the flesh over and over, the hall was filled with the screeches and moans of a man in pain, and the floor was flooded with the red of a wound left open for too long.
“We’re almost done with this one,” Whumper leaned closer, “I do not want the same trouble with the next one. Understand?”
Whumpee didn’t say anything, head lolling to the side, unable to keep himself up. The agony was too great, he was dizzy and couldn’t focus on anything but the feeling of his wing peeling away from his back.
“Hmph, very well. For your sake I’ll take that as a yes.” Giving his shoulder one last hard squeeze, Whumper made the final cut through the main nerve.
Whumpee let out one last earth-shattering scream before slumping over. He couldn’t feel anything on his left side anymore and yet, at the same time, it hurt more than anything ever had before. He could barely describe it, it was like something had decided to claw a hole in his back, and wasn’t stopping, which, he supposed, was partly true.
He lifted his arm, trying to reach a shaking hand over to touch his back, but it quickly fell limp to his side like the rest of him. Whumpee collapsed, folding into himself. His eyes closed and he let the sweet escape of darkness take over him.
Whumper pulled him back up, supporting body himself. He aimed the knife to the other wing, “well I supposed this will make things easier for the next one.”

Chapter 2
Sally paced back and forth until an idea came to her mind she grabbed her green non permanent marker from her pocket and walked towards Mike “just hold still!” She opened her marker and began to color his hair with it before putting it in a low ponytail the way veneer had his hair she grabbed mikes hat and puts it on veneers head making sure all his hair was under it. “Now go to the bathroom and swap clothes… trust me!” She said
Once they did Mike and veneer walked out of the bathroom Mike was now wearing the prison/jail uniform and veneer was wearing mikes security guard uniform “I feel stupid!” Mike groaned “the old Swaparoo! It’s just a temporary solution until I find away to convince the other security guards NOT to do that penalty on veneer…”
—————————————————————————-
/Meanwhile with Kaiyo\
Kaiyo was glad he wasn’t in a foster home nor with his aunt but instead Ritz veneers boyfriend was kind enough to take him in. He sat at the table and picked at his food with his fork then put his fork down.
“Come on Kaiyo at least eat a little something…” Ritz said softly as he sat across from him. “Hey look you didn’t need to go through that… no kid you’re age should ever go through that!” He says in a comforting tone.
“If you aren’t hungry for lunch at least promise me you will eat a little snack ok?” The blonde haired Mount rageon puts a comforting hand on Kaiyo’s shoulder.
/Meanwhile back with Veneer\
——————————————————————————
After a few minutes Veneer now wearing the security guard uniform, mike and Sally all went back inside when they did Veneer went to the lockers where his personal belongings were in “ven.. ven.. veneer locker 5!” He opened it and grabbed his phone to see so many texts and voicemails from Kaiyo he pocketed his phone then opened the locker that had velvets phone and pocketed it too.
Veneer looks around and ran towards velvets cell then slid her phone on the floor between the bars of the cell door. Velvet picks up her phone and looks at the who she thought was a security guard in front of her. Ven lowered his sunglasses “shhh!” He chuckles and smiles at velvet.
“Veneer! How did you.. “ velvet got cut off by veneer “two very nice security guards helped me” he whispered to her still smiling. “I will also find our permanent records and remove that were criminals so it seems like a huge misunderstanding!” He whispered to her once again.
“Just be careful ok” velvet replied. The green haired boy nods and walked down the hallway again to the room where the permanent records were being held, he looked around then dashed inside the room.
Veneer opens a drawer and lightly pushes each file forward “Veronica.. Victor.. Ve… Ve.. Ah Velvet!” He grabbed velvets file and opened it before sitting down in a chair and grabbed some nearby white out and used it to white out ‘Velvets penalty: a year in jail’ and he blows on it till it dries then he wrote ‘helps out in the community daily by reading books to little kids in the library every other day’ he neatly puts the file back before finding his own file “Vi… Ve.. Veneer!”
Veneer grabs his file and opens it as a piece of paper fell out of it… the paperwork that he and velvet filed out to be Kaiyo’s legal guardians he picked it up and saw it was still valid he folds it in half and slips it under his hat.
Veneer white outs the penalty in the file then quickly and neatly puts it away and shuts the drawer before walking out of the room chuckling quietly to himself.
—————————————————————————-
/Back with Kaiyo\
Kaiyo was in the front yard sketching in his sketchbook until… a black SUV type vehicle pulled up in front of the house. The door was opened and an adult female Rageon stepped out.
