Ingredients You’ll Need:
1 cup chopped kale
½ cup sliced red cabbage
½ red bell pepper 
¼ cucumber
1 carrot
3 radishes 
½ avocado
2 tablespoons almonds

Preparing and Storing Healthy Weight Loss Salad Meals Meal Prep: To prepare a salad, put all the ingredients in family-sized or individual meal prep containers. Do not add the dressing until you are ready to serve; instead, put it in a separate container. Storage: Does not keep well in the freezer, but will keep in the refrigerator for four to five days.
Instructions 
To a bowl or meal prep container, combine all of the ingredients. I like to separate them, it’s so pretty. But you can mix them up too.
If serving now, drizzle over the salad dressing. Otherwise prepare and store it in a separate container.
Serve cold, or place in the fridge for a meal prep lunch or dinner.
This detox salad is ideal for weight reduction. This delicious salad, which is full of elements that increase metabolism and burn fat, can help you lose weight. Although I prefer to prepare this using roasted chickpeas, I frequently use canned chickpeas that have been drained and rinsed instead of roasted. good-ending!kakashi and itachi need to have a little former traumatized geniuses cooking club where they get comfortable with making little "mistakes" and putting imperfect dishes on the table and improvising without needing to explain themselves like it's life or death
#the “former” is aspirational and v cute#probably sai and tenzo also join at some point#of course gai joins in occasionally because he's not to be outdone by his rival with cooking of all things#and also with these four it can get depressing quick#iruka is invited once as a courtesy when he shows up to work with one too many kitchen injuries lol#if there's one thing they're not the cooking club is not clumsy#... unfortunately he is quietly assigned a buddy any future attendances#usually itachi because itachi can put out fires very quickly#or sai because sai is (frustratingly) talented in the kitchen and doesn't feel he's missing out on practice#neji might also participate sometimes! he wasn't ever anbu but he probably needs the therapy-ness of it#he's not a huge group activities person but sai invites him and he's surprised by how low-key it is#he gets a little competitive with itachi lol#since itachi doesn't care about things like using all whole-grains or only organics or attempting to make a recipe vegan#he's very good at following directions don't get me wrong but he's not much of an experimenter unless he knows a dish super well#while neji just knows which replacements to use after doing it for so long#neji isn't super militant about it but he watches his diet to make sure it isn't imbalanced/overly protein heavy#and like itachi he doesn't care for strong tasting meat so he'll preferentially choose fish or plant proteins#this is what finally makes things more easy between the two of them! some of the others want to make a meat-heavy dish one time#but itachi isn't feeling it and neji shows him how to do a tofu alternative!#long tags#naruto#from the margins#hatake kakashi#uchiha itachi#hyuga neji#sai#yamato tenzo#umino iruka#omegaverse

oh man i am loving what you've written so far for sweet feather diet! i'm so excited to see more of the rippling aftereffects of the change discord did, both with fluttershy and im sure others too. take as much time writing as you need of course, i don't want to rush you. but know i'll be eager to read new chapters if or when they come out

by saying that being against israel(as a nation/government/military) is antisemetic, inherently, you are equating Israel to Judaism; to hate one is to hate the other. by saying that, you are saying some fucked up shit about judaism. last i checked, the average jew is not in favor of bombing children, destroying hospitals, humiliating women, raping prisoners, despising arabs, stopping humanitarian workers or forcing people out of their homes. last i checked, jewish teachings call for one to respect and honor the holy land, not bathe it in blood and destroy the olives that spring upwards. last i checked there is NOTHING about treating your fellow man like cockroaches that need the world's supply of raid.
but israel's all for that shit. the government leaders are actively pushing it, the military are making tiktoks PROUDLY showing off the horrific shit they're doing, this is undeniable. they are NOT equal, and there is NOTHING antisemitic about having a problem with a country committing evil. you might as well be saying it's Anti-Venezuelan to hate Nicolás Maduro, or Anti-American to hate MAGA. even suggesting such is saying some very, very awful things about the neutral group.
or hey, maybe you can't think of ANY possible reason to hate israel EXCEPT hating jews! in which case.... you're just. The bottom roll of his belly was exposed to cold Winter air, again. A larger and larger sliver seemed to pudge out as the weeks went by, and it was making Matthew horribly nervous.
He tugged his thick sweater back down to cover it, blushing despite the fact that there was no one else there to witness it. He had been reaching for a mug on the top shelf when it rolled up—he should really stop putting his cups and cutlery up in that cabinet!
His fingers shook a bit as he brought the mug to the stove, knowing Winter was taking a toll on his once-slim body yet again…
It wasn’t the first time, that was the thing. How could he possibly let this happen again? The first time, he’d sweated and starved it out of himself during Springtime. This time, he was already looking chunkier than last year.
As Matt poured a helping of sugary hot cocoa, just freshly made, into his mug, he was hyperaware of his soft, rounded belly pressing into the tight button of his once-roomiest cold weather jeans, and how his hips were filled with buttery rolls and slopes where there had once been a trim waist. At least his chest and upper body had remained mostly untouched. But his beer gut was definitely carving an indent in his clothes…
Still, with a squeak, he couldn’t stop himself from dumping the giant gooey marshmallows he’d bought beforehand into the cocoa as well, and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top. He had already spent the money on it, it would be a waste!
And, oh god, he still had a box of mixed muffins and donuts to get through this weekend, too. And pancake mix he’d prepared last week that was going to go bad soon, he really ought to use it. And…
Matt cringed. This was going to be a long Winter.
