Sharing an umbrella with the rain code characters

A/n:since the hundred line came out (again no spoilers please) I thought about doing a couple of posts with other kinda death games to celebrate and since I do a lot of danganronpa posts already i decided to do the ones who have very few posts, so maybe expect a zero escape post soon......maybe

Shinigami

You and your death god girlfriend were casually walking around kanai ward looking for stuff to do on your day off

You sat on a bench and sighed tired of holding your umbrella, meanwhile shinigami was too busy looking around at all the other couples sharing their umbrellas to notice your annoyance

"The rain today is pretty bad huh?"

"I dunno, once you're here for a while you can't tell the difference anymore"

The death god pouted and sighed loudly and dramatically to get your attention

"My hair is gonna get all wet, it takes so much time to do twintails"

"......you......do your hair?"

"Obviously, you think it just spawns like this?"

"....kinda....you can magical girl transform but automatically doing your hair is out of your powers?"

"Even someone super powerful as me can't do everything y'know?"

"......sure, then why do you always have the same hairstyle?"

"Cause my hair is so long if I let it down its gonna go all the way to my legs"

"Ah I get it......now I kinda wanna see you with your hair down"

Shinigami put her hand on her head dramatically and started floating in the air even more

"Well you will soon if this rain keeps running it, ah! If only I had brought an umbrella"

You raised your head and looked at her weirdly

".......shini.....You're an incorprial being.....you can't get wet"

".............so?"

"So what?"

"Come on master! Do I have to spell it out for you? Just share that umbrella with me!"

"Why? The rain can't hit you"

"Cause it's romantic! Don't you see all the couples doing it? Or is it that you don't love me enough huh?

You looked around to see that there were indeed a lot of couples sharing umbrellas, so you sighed and raised your own so she could stand under it, which she did

"Thank youuuuu, I knew you still loved loved me master"

"At least don't float, you're already super tall and I don't want my arm to hurt later"

"Okaayyy~

She stopped floating and sat on the bench, she then started staring at you while smirking

"......what is it?"

"I dunno, just being here, with the rain, under one umbrella, it's such a romantic moment isn't it?"

"I.....guess"

Without saying another word she moved closer and kissed you passionately in the lips

"How about now?~"

".......why do you have to be such a good kisser?"

"Cause I'm good at everything"

"Except doing your hair it seems"

"H-hey! Come on master"

Halara nightmare

You and halara walked hand in hand outside of the casino you spent most of the afternoon in.

Once your partner closed the door behind them, they took out a stack of cash they had just won and started counting all the money while you took out your umbrella

"49....50...ok it should be everything, where do you wanna go now? I can buy you something if you'd like"

"I'd rather go back to the agency, I'm kinda tired now"

"Tired? Didn't you spend the entire day on my lap while I gambled?"

You blushed and tried to look away

"You told me I'd get bored just standing around.....and everyone looked at me weird"

"Calm down I'm just kidding, plus I think they regretted those stares now that I'm using their money to spoil you"

"Eh, that's true"

"OK let's go back then"

Halara put their hood on and started walking in the rain, but you quickly put the umbrella over their head, making them look at you confused

"You can keep the umbrella to yourself i already have the hood on"

"But then your clothes are gonna get wet"

"Baby, I go out in the rain in these clothes every day, I'll be fine"

"Just let me help please, you always do stuff for me I just wanna do this simple thing"

Halara looked surprised for a bit before smiling

"You're such a gentleman"

"It's just cause I love you a lot"

"Me too"

"Oh and before you say anything don't even think about paying me for this, it comes with being my lover packet"

"Alright, Alright but don't be surprised if that new game you wanted appears on your bed, that's not paying you am I right?"

"I know arguing on this isn't going to change your mind so I'll just accept it"

"Smart choice"

Fubuki clockford

You looked back at your phone one last time and sighed again the last message from fubuki was still a "I'm fully ready now I'll be there soon😊🥰👍" sent at least 30 minutes ago

A walk from the agency to the café you decided to have your date in was about 10 minutes and even if she had stopped to help a stray cat or an old person cross the street like she often did that would have taken 15 minutes at the max so your detective brain couldn't help but get worried and start thinking about every possible scenario that led to her being late

"Where is she now? Did she get lost again? But she would have texted me if she did, maybe the chief asked her to help on a case before she left? But he knew we had a date planned"

You continued thinking and sighed once you understood you couldn't come up with any believable reasons

"I should probably head back and check on her"

Just as you took your umbrella and were about to get up from your seat you heard a familiar voice yell your name

"W-wait y/n, I'm here"

You looked towards the voice and saw fubuki was there......with her hair and clothes completely soaked and panting as if she had just ran a marathon

"I am truly sorry for my lateness, I lost track of time,I....know how ironic that is, I hope you can forgive me"

"O-oh no its totally fine.....b-but why are you so wet? Did you not bring your umbrella?"

"I thought my hood would be enough but it seems the rain was particularly bad today"

"Oh I see"

"But don't worry, I can just turn back time to before I got out of the house and grab the umbrella"

"No please, I know how worn out you get after using your Forte. You already look so tired I wouldn't want to tire you out even more. We'll just share an umbrella to get back and.....I'll buy you some new clothes"

"S-share an umbrella? Oh yes I've heard of that, when a boy and girl share an umbrella that means they care about each other very much right?"

".....most of the time.....fubuki we're dating of course I care about you a lot"

Fubuki blushed and ran a hand through her wet blue hair

"Y-yes I suppose so, I apologize"

"There's no need to apologize, now just sit here, thankfully they have umbrellas on the tables, I ordered your favorite"

Fubuki got starry eyed and sat next to you

"Really? Oh thank you so much y/n, you are truly wonderful"

"You too buki, you too"

Martina electro

The moment you walked outside of your work building, even before you could start thinking about putting your hood up you felt that no raindrops were hitting your head so you opened your eyes to see Martina next to you holding an umbrella to cover your heads

"Oh hello miss vice director, any reason you're accompanying me home today?"

Martina adjusted her glasses and sighed

"You know you can drop the act with me y/n"

"Sorry, you're just so serious even outside of work, not that I mind, it's what makes you look sexy"

She started glaring at you and you got a bit scared at that

"I was joking, plus it was a compliment"

"I suppose.....well anyway what did I tell you about going out around without an umbrella, you're going to get sick"

"Oh yeah about that....I....couldn't find it"

You felt your girlfriend glare at you even more and get angrier

"Really? It's in the stand near the door, as always"

".....sorry"

She sighed but got closer, almost side hugging you

"It's alright just don't do that again ok dear?"

"Definitely, even though I wouldn't mind if it means I get to share an umbrella with you"

Her glare got even sharper and her tone more threatening

".......y/n....."

"Sorry, just kidding, I'll definitely remember next time"

"I'll hold that to you, now let's go back home, it's already late"

You nodded and started holding martina's hand and kissed her cheek as thanks causing her to blush a bit but hold onto you even tighter while walking together

Guillaume hall

You had nothing to do but wait for guillaume to come pick you up for your date so you just started scrolling through your phone making sure to cover it with the umbrella to not get it wet

"Woooh! Look at that super hot guy over here! He must be taken by a really hot and lucky girl~"

You looked up from the phone to see guillaume grinning at you with her beautiful and sharp teeth

"Oh hey babe, I'm glad you could make it"

"Obviously, you think I'd let anything get in the way of a date with you? Not even some boring peacekeepers meeting"

She practically jumped on you and hugged you tightly, making you notice her clothes were wet for some reason

"Sooooo what should we do today? I got lots of ideas but I'm willing to let you decide if you wanna, ohhhh I should have checked the tarots for advice, silly me"

"Before that, why are you covered in water? Did you not bring your umbrella?"

"Oh yeah about that, my horoscope said that if I didn't bring my umbrella when I go out something really romantic would happen, aaaaaand since I had to go on a date with you I thought it had to come true"

".....that was.....a very specific horoscope"

"Eh, I've had more specific ones, now come on let's go, I can't wait for that really romantic moment"

"Wait I can't let you get even wetter, at least get under an umbrella"

"....wait.....so that means....you and I.....are sharing an umbrella?"

"Y-yeah is there an issue with-"

"Kyaaaah that's so so so romantic, you and I holding onto each other under one umbrella with the rain pouring in around us...that's so sweet and romantic and perfect, oh my fortune telling was right as always"

".....sure, just get here"

"Of course love"

Guillaume hugged you again and put her head on your shoulder while smiling brightly

"Just make sure you hold that umbrella over both of us for the entire day, it's so cute like this okay? Okay~!"

"Yeah I was going to do it anyway"

Iruka

*Bang*

One last bullet hit the wooden target straight in the head as iruka looked at it proudly before turning to you

"So.....how was I?"

"You were great ruka, I think you did even more headshots than last time"

"I don't know.....I don't keep count....but thank you....having you here is nice"

"Don't mention it, you know I love watching you practice"

Hearing that iruka's face darkened and she grinned entering her more.....unhinged personality

"Oh yes, my love watching massacre those targets like I'd do to anyone who hurts him, how perfect! I'm glad you like it darling"

"...o-ok anyway, are you ready to go?"

"Yes, let's go"

Iruka put on her hood and you opened your umbrella, putting it over her when you realized she didn't have one

"Hm?"

"What? Something wrong?"

"No it's just......"

Suddenly iruka grabbed the umbrella you were holding and tore it out of your hands, before putting it in basically the same position it was in before

".....I could have....held the umbrella"

"You're the one without an hood, you need to be protected"

"......from the rain?"

"Yes"

Arguing with her would have been pointless, so you just stood closer to her under the umbrella as she held onto you tighter and tighter

"Are you comfortable?"

"Yeah, you're strong but it's nothing that hurts me"

"Good, if it starts to hurt tell me"

"Yeah don't worry"

"And if the rain hits you tell me too"

"Hehe, sure, what are you gonna do? Shoot the clouds?"

"..............."

"Oh my God ruka did you actually think about doing that"

Uhm some updates:

I'm gonna try to get a job this summer just to keep myself busy but I'll still be writing and consuming new content so it shouldn't really get in the way too much

I just finished chapter 2 of yttd and. Oh my god. I feel like I've been stabbed in the heart 27 times. But good news! I'm gonna open requests as soon as I'm done with the current content. I know the end of the game (?) is coming out this year and I'm excited for that. I'm so glad I didn't drop it after chapter 1

I'm also into Raincode and I might start the Hundred Line Last Defense Academy (it looks like shit I won't lie but idk) I'm just watching whatever my favorite gaming YouTuber is playing

summary: after yomi finds out you've been a spy all along, he holds you at gunpoint to… confess to you?

there was only one way this would end.

you should've known, when you first joined the peacekeepers, only to spy on them from within, that they'd find out eventually. you should've known how cruel they were and that their leader, yomi hellsmile, would never leave a traitor alive. not when he would go as far as sacrifice his own men, even his own right hand woman. nobody was safe from him. so you should've known you weren't either.

“you never did trust me to begin with, did you?”

yomi had you cornered in his office, catching you red handed, when you were going through his computer. you were completely vulnerable, as he held you at gunpoint. leaning against the door, to block your only exit.

“i wish i could say that i knew from the beginning that you'd betray me. but you actually had me fooled. i'm impressed…”

yomi toyed with the gun in his hands, as he spoke to you. he didn't seem too eager to shoot you, at least not right now. but you were worried he'd accidentally fire at you, so you sunk further into your seat, as you nervously watched him.

“i would've expected that you'd be more suspicious of everyone around you…” you huffed softly, hoping not to upset him too much. but yomi instead chuckled in response and put the gun down for a moment.

“you were always my weakness, you know that?”

yomi's words caught you off guard.

“i've had my eyes on you from the moment you joined the peacekeepers. i've always wished that all those signs pointing at you being a traitor meant something else. that you tried to become my friend, because you liked me, not because you wanted to find my weakness. that you spent all those late nights at the office because you wanted to be near me, not because i was just another target for you. i've let my guard down around you, hoping you'd one day realize how i felt about you. and then you stab me in the back, betraying me and the peacekeepers like this…”

you've had never seen yomi so emotional, so genuine with what he was saying. this was a completely new side of him. he never seemed like he cared about anyone. so why had he fallen for you of all people? and just as you thought those things…

“did you really believe i cared about you?”

yomi burst out into laughter, raising the gun in his hands and waving it around as he laughed maniacally. and just like that, the words he said made sense again. of course, he'd never love you. even thinking he could possibly love anyone was a preposterous thought.

“aww, what's wrong? you were blushing just now, but now you're all serious again. don't tell me a spy like you can't even recognize when someone is lying to them”

yomi was just toying with you at this point, you were sure of it. as he slowly approached you, gun pointing at your head, he was grinning to himself. as he leaned against the table, towering over you in your seat, he continued to smile.

“well, do you think i was lying to you, my little spy? or do you think i've been telling the truth?” yomi asked, as he gently pointed the gun against your forehead. “let's play a little game. if you can guess which one is right, i'll let you live. so tell me; do i really love you? or was it all just a lie?”

Yandere Archives: Rain Code

Yuma Kokohead

Yuma is kind of an interesting character to imagine as a yandere. I think you could make a case for him to be a lucid or delusional yandere. He´s a character with strong morals, one who doesn´t want to do others any harm and is more than capable of recognizing when he is doing something wrong. On the other hand, I can also imagine him acting very irrationally when he falls deep into obsession with his darling

I simply can´t imagine him having a lot of experience when it comes to love, you´re probably the first person he ever fell in love with and it would happen very fast. As such, Yuma would be pretty lovestruck with you, he just feels so happy when he´s around you! He always wants to help you in whatever ways he can and tends to trail behind you like a lovesick puppy. He gets very flustered whenever you praise him in any way, he really enjoys the attention he gets from you.

He´s so inexperienced when it comes to love, that he doesn´t really understand that the way he feels for you might be a bit more intense than what actual love would be like. It shouldn´t feel so completely unbearable to leave you for the night whenever you both have to head home. He knows he will most likely see you again the next and yet Yuma still feels like crying whenever you have to separate. But that´s just what being in love is like, right?

It´s normal that he sometimes lies awake at night for hours, tossing and turning in bed before finally getting up and heading out into the streets to see you again. He´s easily memorized the path to your home from the many times he has gone there and so he finds it even in the darkness of the night without a hitch.

His heart feels heavy and only when he can finally see your sleeping form through the glass of your window does he finally feel like he can breathe once more. You just look so peaceful, Yuma almost can´t rip his gaze away from you.

But then in the morning, when you tell him that you once again feel uneasy because you could swear there were eyes on you all day, he can´t help but feel guilty. Following you home, that´s bad, no questions about that. Yuma knows that. He knows that and yet he can´t bring himself to stop. He needs to see you, he has to be right next to you every minute of every day or he feels like his heart will stop functioning.

He can´t be apart from you and it breaks your heart to see Yuma so sad every time you say goodbye, but you do notice that it keeps getting harder to actually leave every single day. The way Yuma looks at you so sadly, the way that with time, Yuma starts begging on his hands and knees for you to stay with him just a moment longer. It´s worrying. He seems so unhealthily attached to you but no matter how many times you try to bring it up, he immediately shuts down any arguments you try to bring. He just won´t hear it. He can´t bear to hear it, because deep down he knows you´re right.

It can´t go on like this, but Yuma just can´t let go. He wants to be with you so badly, he would do anything!

His desperation to be with you would almost be cute if it wasn´t so frankly worrying. The longer you are with him, the harder it gets to leave him. But the longer you are gone, the more determined and desperate he gets to keep you around for longer. You really don´t know what to do.

And Yuma? With time he realized that this is a problem, the way he thinks about this isn´t normal. But the thought of you being gone is even more unbearable. And honestly, Shinigami is just making things worse. As the god of death, her morals are way looser than Yuma´s and so she tends to give him "helpful advice" on how he can be with you forever.

Killing rivals through the Mystery Labyrinth, finally taking you home, and not letting you leave until you promise to love only him...

Yuma is horrified to hear these things and he refuses to act on any of them. But the more time goes by, the more he hears Shinigami´s voice in his head, and the more desperate he gets, the more appealing her "solutions" sound.

It´s only a matter of time until total obsession can turn even someone as honest as Yuma into someone willing to do terrible things for the one he loves

Halara Nightmare

Halara I imagine to be the one that takes the longest to fall for you out of everyone here. They are a very serious person and try to detach themselves from their emotions. What time do they have for things like romance when they need to do detective work?

It takes a long time for you to prove yourself in Halara´s eyes, they need to respect you as a strong and genuine person before they could ever develop any kind of attachment towards you. And let´s be clear: That really isn´t an easy task. Halara is not easily impressed and they´re even less likely to think of someone as honest

Due to the past scamming their family fell victim to, Halara is very wary of strangers. In their eyes, there´s no one in this world who does good things simply for the sake of it. Everyone has their own motives and reasons for doing things, theirs just include money.

So to earn their trust, you must be quite a remarkable person, one with a bright head on their shoulders. And then maybe with time, you will begin to earn their appreciation

It definitely takes Halara the longest out of everyone here to fall for you, it´s a very gradual progress, one that both of you probably aren´t aware of. Halara isn´t very affectionate with you and that doesn´t really change later on either once their obsession with you grows.

And Halara? Well, I´m pretty certain they have no experience with these sorts of feelings and might even push them away whenever they surface. They´re just a distraction from their work, they can´t afford to feel these things for you.

But slowly but surely, they keep falling deeper and deeper until even they can´t deny the way they feel about you anymore. They haven´t loved anyone like this before and it takes them aback, but they´re not stupid. They can surmise what the fluttering in their chest whenever you send a smile their way means. The way their cheeks feel warm whenever you fleetingly touch them. They know what all of this means, they´ve simply tried to deny it for the longest time

From the outside, it seems like nothing changed at all from the way they act. Their behaviour around you doesn´t really change all that much, though they are maybe a bit gentler when it comes to talking to you. But it´s really hard to catch on to honestly, and that´s how Halara prefers it to be.

Strangely enough, I can actually see them as one of the few yanderes that isn´t actually 100% interested in getting into a relationship with you, it isn´t really all that necessary to them. They greatly enjoy your company, yes, and their heart speeds up whenever you enter the room, but they simply don´t believe that a romantic relationship is the only fulfilling way to be with you.

Yes, touching you more tenderly and maybe even kissing you definitely sounds appealing to them, but it isn´t their priority when it comes to their darling.

What is their priority? Their darling´s safety.

As we know, Halara is very wary of any stranger you might meet. They´ve always been convinced that people simply can´t be trusted to act in your best interest, even before meeting you. And now you´ve entered their life and yes, Halara is happy to admit that you might be the only exception to that rule.

To them, you are the one good, honest person walking this earth. You do nice things out of the goodness of your heart, you care for other people and want to help them. And Halara knows better than anyone else how strangers will try to take advantage of that. They simply must keep you safe from any harm that might befall you.

They´re very smart and quick to figure out when someone has ill intentions and they´re even faster when it comes to fending them off. They´re very well informed and have no problem with blackmailing or threatening people to leave you alone. And if that fails, Halara is also very well-versed in hand-to-hand combat. Any possible threats are quick to run away afterwards.

And to be clear: ANYONE is a threat in Halara´s eyes. The world is full of scummy people and you can never be too careful. You have a good heart and someone needs to be there to protect it. That´s their job and they will do anything to complete the task.

No one will ever lay a hand on you while they´re around.

Desuhiko Thunderbolt

I feel like Desuhiko would be very fast to develop a crush on you and it would be very obvious to everyone. He can be very "intense" when he shows interest in someone

He would try to make a move on you almost immediately, though that would most certainly lead to you rejecting him and being kind of uncomfortable.

Funnily enough, with how he usually is you probably wouldn't even suspect how deep his love for you actually goes. He's like this with everyone so he's probably not serious about you at all. It's just like with everyone else, you think

So because he's coming on so strongly with everyone, you wouldn't even think that anything was different this time with you. And at first, you were right.

Desuhiko went to try and talk up other people but somehow, his mind kept returning to you. His thoughts started focusing on more aspects of you than simply your looks. No, in his mind he really started admiring you for your personality and all the little quirks you have

It was strange to him because never before had he gotten so attached to someone he was interested in.

When he realizes that he's actually in love with you, Desuhiko doesn't really know what to do with himself. He's completely overcome with emotions and just kind of a mess all around.

But now that he realizes the extent of his feelings for you ( he doesn't really because he doesn't know just how obsessed he is with you) he doesn't know how to go about it. Suddenly lame pick-up lines don't feel right anymore and he gets more and more tongue-tied when around you. It's quite a rare sight to see Desuhiko be so flustered and almost... shy?

Suddenly he's very self-conscious about what you might think of him. You probably think he's really lame with the way he tried to hit on you first, huh? Yeah, maybe that wasn't really the best move

But Desuhiko is nothing if not persistent. He won't give up on you so easily after a single defeat, now that he's aware that what he feels for you is special

Honestly, his attempts to win you over will become way more endearing? You can tell that he tries really hard to impress you. See, he's caught onto another criminal all on his own! Isn't he cool? You think so too, right??

On the other hand, he will also keep complimenting you on every single thing you do.

"Oh y/n, you're so smart for figuring that out!", "Oh, you're just so kind for helping that person out"

It would almost feel patronizing with how he praises every single mundane thing you do but you brush it all off because Desuhiko is just being Desuhiko

And after a while, Desuhiko will get a bit upset when he notices that you aren't really taking him and his feelings seriously. Because he is very serious about you! He's made up his mind that he wants to be with you and he'll do anything to prove that to you!

You start to notice that something about this is different because Desuhiko completely stops trying to hit on random people on the street. And all you can wonder is what possibly could have caused this. It was a good change obviously but you were still curious

But of course, the real reason is that he wants to show you how serious he is about you. He doesn't need or want anyone else when he already has you. He would consider it downright cheating if he kept up his old behavior. I mean you're already almost kind-of dating, right? I mean you must have picked up on his feelings by now, he even confessed all these months ago! Continuing to hang out with him means that you're not entirely opposed to the idea, right? Right?

He just keeps getting more and more persistent and it´s really hard to go anywhere without him. He always insists on tagging along with you, no matter how short the trip. It´s honestly pretty frustrating sometimes, it´s like you can never have a moment to be on your own, Desuhiko is always with you.

Naturally, you start complaining. And even Desuhiko can see that you´re getting annoyed with him never leaving you alone, even with his rose-tinted glasses. But he just can´t bring himself to ever leave you alone. And this is when his Forte comes into play.

You see, his Forte is actually kind of perfect for a stalker. Can you imagine the kind of stuff a yandere could pull off with the ability to disguise themselves perfectly? Whenever you get sick of him, Desuhiko can simply disguise himself as someone else and "discreetly" follow you when you´re out in public. And even if you do end up catching him, well, he has another person´s face, how are you supposed to know that it´s actually him?

And while we´re talking about disguising himself as someone else, this would actually be a pretty effective way to get rid of any perceived rivals without doing anything truly heinous. Despite everything, Desuhiko could never find it in himself to actually hurt someone like that, it´s not really in him.

So when he sees someone trying to make a move on you? It´s very simple for him to disguise himself as them and then make them look bad right in front of you.

Fubuki Clockfort

Fubuki definitely strikes me as a delusional yandere. Never before in her life has she ever been in love with anyone so when she feels that burst of warmth in her heart when she sees you for the first time, it‘s a strange and foreign feeling to her. Not at all unpleasant though! It‘s just something she has never felt before and so she is very curious about what this could possibly mean.

So to figure out what this is all about, Fubuki spends more and more time with you. And as she comes to find out very soon, she really enjoys your company! And her heart starts beating really really fast whenever you‘re near to her! Oh, this exhilarating feeling, it makes her feel strong and so, so weak at the same time.

But it is a wonderful new feeling and one she wants to hold on to for as long as she can.

Faster than you could realize, Fubuki starts to get really clingy with you. She keeps insisting that she should go with you when you head out with the excuse that she would be able to guarantee your safety due to her Forte if you ever got into any trouble. So obviously she has to tag along!

Fubuki would be so so sweet to you, singing your praises every step of the way. It's almost impossible to get her to calm down once she has started rambling.

I think after a good amount of time, Fubuki would be able to realize that she is in love with you. She might have had a sheltered upbringing but love was something that had always been at the back of her mind, even if she didn't allow herself to dwell on it for too long

As the heir to a very important family, Fubuki has been in an arranged marriage for as long as she can remember. As such, all her life, she never allowed herself to fall in love with anyone. She knew she was already promised to someone and she couldn't bear the thought of having her heart broken if she fell for someone else. She realized that her own wishes would have to take a backstep for the good of the Clockford family

She has told herself this all her life and yet when she finally does fall for you... Oh, this feeling is so addicting, how could she ever give up on this?

How could she ever choose her family over you? She has already envisioned her perfect future with you! Fubuki will go on adventures all around the world and you will accompany her as her loving and loyal partner! Oh, she can't help but fluster just thinking about all the time you two will be spending all alone!

The thought that you might not feel the same way as her doesn't really register in her head. Surely you must also have these intense feelings, just like her?

Because she's so delusional, she will definitely jump the gun with confessing to you.

"Y/n, I want to tell you something very important. I think - no, I know, that I'm in love with you. You look confused? Please do not worry, I've already spoken to my parents about breaking off my arranged marriage. There won't be any issues!"

She says this all with a smile while you wonder how someone can fall in love with you and break off their engagement after knowing you for 3 weeks.

Is very shocked and close to tears if you reject her, no matter how gently you do it. Also, you won't do yourself any favors if you mention that you two don't know each other enough yet. She will see that as a sign that you're willing to date her if you two spend more time together.

And if you just outright reject her? Well, Fubuki is definitely not happy about that. Maybe she should have waited a bit longer before confessing her feelings? Oh how clumsy of her, she's so unfamiliar with how love works!

So what does she do in this type of situation? She uses her Forte to turn back time to before she confessed her feelings. She understands that you need more time to process your feelings! So she will ask again tomorrow <3

Honestly, you could really abuse her Forte, she could just confess over and over to test the waters and then simply turn back time every time you turn her down. Or what if she suggests holding hands? Or asks if she can kiss you? If you don't want to, she can simply turn back time and make you forget it ever happened

That being said, if you keep rejecting her, Fubuki might get a little desperate. She really wants to show you that she could be perfect for you! So she'll definitely shower you with gifts. Anytime you even remotely mention wanting something, she'll get it for you with a smile. It's really no issue for someone whose family has as much money as hers.

Also because she's an airhead, you could definitely also manipulate her into giving you things or doing things for you. Whether it's clothes, a villa or her bank account number, nothing is out of the question!

Speaking of her family, you would be in a very rough spot if she ever brought up wanting to marry you to her parents. She probably wouldn't realize that she's pressuring you but how could you ever refuse if the Clockford family offered you an arranged marriage? How could you slight a family with so much power and money?

If you accept, Fubuki will be overjoyed, knowing all along that you loved her as well

And once you're married, there's no way you're ever going to be able to run away from her.

The only good news is that Fubuki is pretty tame as far as yanderes go. She would never want to harm you in any way, she just really wants to please you! Anything you wish for you will definitely get! She just wants to be with you for the rest of your lives!

Vivia Twilight

Vivia for me is a strange case because I can both see him taking a long time to fall for someone or falling for someone almost immediately

As we can see from his Gumshoe Gab, Vivia had a very troubling childhood where he went through a lot of neglect. He also expresses that a lot of people stay away from him because of his Forte so he probably feels quite lonely, even if he doesn't directly say this

So I think more than anything, Vivia would fall for a darling that is very kind and caring, someone who gives him the time of day and isn't deterred by his way of speaking or perceived strangeness

That being said, I don't think his darling would actually have to be an extraordinarily good person to catch his attention, as we can see him describe Yuma as "very kind" simply for talking to him or listening to him speak about his interests

Due to all the neglect he had to suffer through, Vivia might latch on to anyone who shows him the bare minimum of decency or affection because it is something he isn't used to and wants to continue to feel

“You keep talking to me every day. You must be some kind of angel.“

So I think Vivia would latch on to and fall for you almost immediately but it would be a slow and gradual descent into madness for him. It doesn't happen immediately and you probably wouldn't even notice anything changing about his usual behaviour

His way of speaking in metaphors and mysteries ironically enough would make any underlying thoughts and motives he has anything but overt. You might chalk up the way he‘s behaving suddenly to Vivia being Vivia.

It's not at all obvious when Vivia has a crush on you, it's like nothing really changes. He‘s not going to be upfront about his feelings so it would be up to you to pick up the small clues he leaves behind to figure out what is really going through his head. In front of you, he's still his old tired self, though you might feel someone intensely staring at you from time to time while you're at the agency. It´s kind of unnerving because every time you turn around to look, you can’t find the person responsible for giving you that chill up your spine

It´s honestly unlikely that you‘ll catch Vivia in the act of watching you, he can be very discreet when he wants to. On the flipside though, if you do end up seeing him, he‘ll simply smile directly at you and then turn back to his book, making you believe that nothing was strange about this after all with how casual he‘s acting about being caught.

Maybe you were just paranoid and jumping to conclusions. What´s so strange about being looked at sometimes? You‘re sure it was just a strange coincidence that it always seems to be Vivia who‘s studying you so intensely

If only you knew though, him staring at you out in the open was the least of your worries.

There is something much worse that you have no idea about. Vivia‘s Forte lends itself perfectly to a stalker yandere like him.

It's almost too easy. Vivia can simply lie down on the ground and use his Forte to turn himself into a ghost. Now he's completely invisible to everyone's eyes and he can even phase through walls if you were smart and locked the door to your room. Nothing you will do to protect yourself from your stalker will actually hinder Vivia in any way.

Locks, motion sensors, security cameras - nothing works. And the longer there is no evidence of a stalker, the more you will start to believe that it must have all been in your imagination from the start.

I mean surely, if there really was a stalker breaking into your house every night, something would have shown up on your security cameras, right? You made absolutely sure to cover every single area outside your house so there wouldn't be any blind spots. And yet still - the recording tapes turn up empty

At least Vivia will listen to you when you express your worries about believing you have a stalker but not finding any evidence. He feels a bit bad about how paranoid you have become because of him and yet he can't really say no when you ask him if he could spend the night at your house to help keep watch because you feel unsafe. It's too perfect an opportunity to pass up

You can rest assured that no one will secretly break into your house tonight while Vivia keeps watch over you <3 He's not getting a lot of sleep tonight due to being so close to you in person. It's just so different to have your permission for once to admire you all night

Can't help but chuckle to himself when you thank him in the morning for keeping watch so diligently. He looks so tired too!

Getting a bit off-track here so let's reel it in again. Vivia as a yandere would crave a normal relationship with you, which means he would ideally like you to fall for him as well, even though he sees it as a bit unlikely that someone as perfect as you would ever fall in love with him.

He wants your relationship to be peaceful and sweet, which is why he never wants you to find out about his tendencies. It would completely shatter the illusion he had kept up for so long and change everything, he can't let that happen

Because of this, I don't think Vivia kidnapping you is all that likely. He wants to be overt in his obsession for you and so no matter how much he wants all of your attention and affection, he won't do something so drastic, especially for no reason.

He needs to feel really threatened or like you're going to completely slip away from him to ever consider kidnapping you. He realizes that being kidnapped greatly reduces the likelihood of you falling for him.

That being said, if he did decide that this was necessary, he wouldn't have too hard of a time. We learn in the game that apparently he's always carrying around a syringe and we've seen him sedate people with it too in the flash of a moment. This leads me to believe that that probably wasn't the first time he knocked someone out and so he would also know what he needs to do if he wants to put you to sleep.

Will apologize but explain that he had to do this to ensure your happy future together. Hopes that you find it in the kindness of your heart to forgive him

Also, I feel like this is the right time to mention that Vivia would be a protective yandere. You're an amazing and kind person to him so it's of utmost importance to keep you safe. You deserve the world ( and so much better than him, he thinks) and he won't stand for anyone trying to harm you. You're so, so important to him, he can't let anything happen to you

I think this protective tendency is something he wouldn't really display in front of you all too much, aside from maybe making some small comments on the side when he thinks that someone might be up to no good

He will definitely follow you around in ghost form though!

Now, Vivia doesn't like violence all that much and would rather avoid any bloodshed. He's not the type of yandere to go crazy with jealousy and just murder anyone he deems a rival. ( I think I should mention that I can't imagine Vivia as a very jealous yandere in the first place)

He really rather wouldn't and especially not in front of you. He doesn't want you to become scared of him because he started swinging around a knife all carelessly. If he deems someone a threat, he might just go with something ominous. That combined with his height should be enough to scare off most people.

That being said. He does canonically have a box cutter in his coat at all times and he knows how to use it. If it really came down to it, Vivia could bring himself to hurt or even kill someone for you and your relationship. Murder is an absolute last resort and he‘s not quite sure if he could actually go through with it, but it‘s not out of the question.

He just wants a quiet and peaceful life with you at his side for the rest of his life. And he‘s going to have it, no matter what.

Synopsis: This is just making out with Martina and Yomi. There is no other way I could explain it.

Notes: Something possessed me late in the night and I wrote this as soon as I woke up. This is pretty different than the stuff I usually write. (0_0;) Can you tell that I haven't ever kissed anyone?

Your back was against Martina’s chest. Sitting between her legs, she held you in place. Hidden behind her slim build was a surprising amount of strength. Yomi was straddling the two of you, staring down at you with an almost sinister grin. Plucking the tablet from your hand, he tossed it to the side without a care. If it broke, Yomi would just buy you a new one.

He quickly removes his gloves, and a lone finger trails down your neck. “If I’m not mistaken, which I never am, I believe I told you work should be done at the office, not brought home.” With his free hand, he wipes a crocodile tear from his eye. “Oh, how it makes me sad to think you care more about work than your loving spouses.”

You roll your eyes at his theatrics. “Yomi, you told me to have the report finished tonight.” Not to mention that he dragged you out of headquarters early.

“Hmm? No, I don’t think I ever said that.” He leans down, heated breath against the skin of your neck. “Now you’re lying? I thought higher of you.” The points of his canines lightly dragged against your skin before he bit down.

Not one to waste any time, Yomi left a trail of kisses and bites along your neck. He was teetering on the edge of lovebites and actually drawing blood. A line he was seconds away from crossing. At this moment, he wanted nothing more than to see those drips of red start to pool.

You attempt to shy away from his barrage of affection, but Martina’s grip won’t let up. “Come on! I was almost finished anyway. Give me a few more minutes, and then I’ll be your personal blood bag.” You tried to reason, but Yomi wasn’t trying to listen.

Pulling away from your neck, already starting to bruise a deep purple, Yomi looked at his right hand with cold eyes. “Silence them. All I want to hear from them is their pleasured cries.”

“Yes, Director Yomi.” Manicured fingers grip your chin, tilting your head to the side. The waxy balm of Martina’s lipstick smears against your lips as she locks you into a kiss. Her tongue enters your mouth with little force, eager to explore what she claims as hers. The way she kissed was always analytical, focused on every movement and sound you made. She would kiss your lips raw if given the chance.

Closing your eyes, you decide to accept their advances. You’ll get an earful from Yomi for not meeting his deadline later. But, you’ll stay in the moment, pressed between your partners. Martina’s sweet hums filled your ears alongside Yomi’s huffs of air.

With Martina occupying your lips, Yomi leans back into your neck. The new angle provides more surface for his teeth to mark. A smirk plays on his lips. Like a warning, a moment of peace, he left a trail of kisses along your jawline before heading downward. He paused at the junction where your neck and shoulder met. With a near-cruel giggle, he bit down. A groan bubbles up in the back of his throat, tasting the sharp, metallic taste of blood.

You flinched, tears threatening to spill from your eyes. Yomi loved to purposefully seek out pressure points just to see you cry. In response, you instinctively try to back away. Martina’s hold on your chin tightens. She pulled away, her lips brushing against yours as she spoke. “Stop your squirming at once. Director Yomi is gracing you with his love.” Not giving you time to respond, she leads you into another hungry kiss.

With a hand tangled in her hair, Yomi rips Martina away from you. “Now, now, my dear right hand. No need to be so pushy. If anything, their squirming makes this all the better. Now move. I want to taste those pretty lips of theirs.” Yomi laughed, licking the blood off his lips, ready to draw more.

"I love you too!" She'd quickly exclaim and be so unbelievably happy by your words. Will want to pull you into a hug and might end up doing that before pulling back and apologizing for how eager she was.

Kirumi offers you her hand as she smiles softly at you and asks to go on a walk or just find some warm place to sit down and have a nice date at. She really wants to just spend time with you as her heart is singing from your sweet words.

Vivia

Vivia was reading a book. He heard you talking to him, and he did have half of his attention on hearing your words. But his nose is still in his book. And then he hears your words.

He wasn't expecting to hear you confess to him. But he isn't against it. Vivia just gives you a tired smile before giving you his attention instead of focusing on the book he was reading.

"Are you sure? Love is a very powerful thing." Vivia will question as he looks at you. He doesn't doubt your feelings towards him, but he does want to see if you'll double down or be scared off. If you do repeat what you said then Vivia gives you a light pat on the head before he replies with, "Then my heart is yours."

Yakou

He's in the middle of "organizing" papers on his desk when you come up. He barely manages to look up to greet you when he hears you tell him those three words.

"Wait, for real?!" He'd let out as he's shocked and wasn't expecting you to say that to him. He has been planning on being the first to confess to you, but you beat him to it.

Immediately tells Yuma to clean the place because he needs to talk you to get some meat bun as a celebratory date. Yakou almost forgets to say, "I love you too." But he remembers thanks to the expectant look on your face.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted, but I'd like to say that I've finished rain code (and by finished, I mean watched a full game playthrough that was maybe 35 hours long (I did not watch it all, I took breaks and continued the next day and so forth)) and will be writing for Rain Code characters (I will write for everyone except for the main bad guys (ex: Martina, Komi, Makoto, Seth, ECT) and the people on the express)

Rain Code in my opinion is truly wonderful. I didn't see Nothing coming at first, and Im not sure I had the best of hopes for it since it came from the makers of Danganronpa (as much as I like the game and characters, I have to admit it's very problematic) I enjoyed the game. I think the story plots are very interesting, and it's nice that we change it up from time to time. And the character designs are beautiful. Same with the models. It's almost unbelievable that we went from ultra despair girls to rain code, the animation and models is truly an improvement.

Anyways, long story short again, I will be writing for Rain Code characters when I feel my energy come back for writing! I'm excited for that day and I hope I'm able to get my motivation and will to write again! 💕

Halara nightmare relationship headcanons

A/n:An halara post to celebrate international non binary people's day (I really hope I got the date right)

It's gonna take a while for halara to accept their feelings towards you and even longer to confess. They have some pretty big trust issues, have dedicated their life to only their career and have never expected to fall in love, but once they do accept their feelings and confess, you get to feel all the love they repressed expressed on you.

They're very protective of you, they don't trust people easily (except for you) so they're scared someone might hurt you so they keep an eye out for you when you go outside together, they stand near you but will blush a lot if you hold their hand.

Halara is your sugar parent and you don't have a choice in that, they spoil you so much with all the money they get from cases and bets. You will receive gifts literally every day even if you didn't ask for them, it's always something that you like too, maybe you just mentioned it once but they remember it and brought it for you.

The rest of the agency is very surprised at how nice halara is to you, considering how they act with everyone else, desuhiko especially is angry at you cause you don't have a debt to halara while he's still trying to pay his. Yakou assigns you two on cases together often because it's one of the few ways to get halara to work without having to spend a lot of money, you two work great together though.

They'd love you even more if you're a fellow cat lover, they like to send you cat videos to show you how cute they are. If you give them any cat related stuff, they'll treasure it forever.

You're halara's first love and one of the first persons they trust and like in general and you made their life better, they'd do anything for you, just call out their name and they will be there.

VERY quick to ask what you need, but he also tries to offer your usual solutions

“where does it hurt? do you need a heating pad? painkillers? tiger balm? do you want me to run a warm bath?”

if you have fluctuating mobility/occasionally use a mobility aid, he does his best to keep everything in a convenient spot for you. crutches near the bed so you can slide your arms in and get up with a bit more ease, rollator in a place where you don’t trip but it’s easy to access…

he was initially Overly Careful with you so he didn’t aggravate your pain further, but as he grows used to your needs, he’s still careful but he’s not scared of breaking you like he used to be

kisses the back of your neck while gently massaging your sore joints/muscles, murmuring soft “i love you”s and “you’re gonna be okay”s while he’s rubbing tiger balm onto your sorest spots

if he hears your joints pop he gets really nervous until you specify if it was a good/bad pop

if a spot is too sore, he won’t touch it in case he hurts you even more.

and if you just Can’t get out of bed for the day? he calls off from work to take care of you. brings you comfort food, helps you to the bathroom when you need it, makes sure you’re hydrated and taking your meds…

“did you forget to take your meds? maybe you should take them now, love. it’ll help you feel less sore.”

he’s very careful to make sure he doesn’t shame you for forgetting meds, for needing help, for being in pain. he just does whatever he can to make sure you’re okay and empathises with your complaints about your aches.

while he hates seeing you in pain during a flare-up, he becomes extra doting just to make sure your needs are met. cooks your fav comfort meal, makes sure all your pillows are soft and arranged to keep you comfy, refills your water bottle whenever it’s almost empty, etc.

You were a murderer, clean and simple. It didn’t matter if you were helping someone or not. You killed someone with your own hands. But what was strange was that you were not behind bars. The exact opposite. It was practically guaranteed you’d be dealt the death penalty the moment Yomi Hellsmile stepped onto the scene. Yet here you were now, peacekeeper uniform draped over your body, gun in hand, as you patrolled the city.

That night was burned deep in your memory. His face pulled in mock pity as he looked down at your cuffed figure. Martina Electro was behind him, holding up an umbrella to shield him from the rain. His cane clicked against the pavement as he got closer. “Now, what’s that look for? You’re looking at me like I’m going to kill you. If anything, it should be me thinking that.”

Your heartbeat was loud in your ears, and your throat was dry like a desert. The rain hits your face as you look up at the director. “It’s- It’s not like that! I…”

“Quiet.” Yomi’s voice called, cold and uncaring. “Criminals have no rights. Especially not the ones that try to excuse their crimes.” 

The end of his cane prods the top of your head. “However, I could almost praise you. You killed a man to protect someone you don’t even know. I can’t tell if I should call you brave or an absolute idiot.” 

A peacekeeper stepped up to him, tablet in hand. They salute the directors before speaking. “We’ve gathered all the information on the case. We also have an eyewitness who saw her commit the crime.”

Martina takes the file, offering it up with her free hand. “Here you are, Director Yomi.”

Taking it into his open palm, Yomi smiled at her. Though, it didn’t reach the rest of his face. “Oh, you’re just so diligent. But I would expect nothing less from my beloved right hand.” The way he purred out those words would’ve made you feel something if he were not your executioner. And it seemed like it made Martina feel something as her face became pink.

As he read the file, his eyes widened ever so slightly before his lips curled into a smirk. “Well, the victim was the criminal we’ve been searching for. This day seems to keep getting better!” Tossing the tablet back to the peacekeeper, Yomi lifts your chin with the end of his cane.

“And you were able to take him down.” Those steely grey eyes seemed to pierce through you. “Do you think your sense of justice is high? Seems like it is with the way you’re parading around the city like a crime-busting vigilante!” His tone raised as his cane struck the ground next to you.

Shaking, your eyes stay low to the ground. This wasn’t how you expected your life to end. Well, you were going to die anyway, you might as well try to stand your ground. “He was trying to hurt that woman. I was only trying to get him away from her. I didn’t mean to kill him-” 

This time, it was Martina interrupting your flow of speech. “You will not speak out of turn. It doesn’t matter what you were trying to do. The only thing that matters right now is your sentencing.”

Like you weren’t even there, Yomi comes behind Martina. He wraps his arms around her waist and rests his head against her shoulder. “A scummy criminal like you should take after Vice Director Martina here. Poised, elegant, powerful.”

“It’s an honor to hear such praise from you, Director Yomi.” Martina leaned into him, her face flushing darker in color. 

You felt awkward. It felt like you were intruding on an intimate moment. As you attempt to look away, Yomi’s cane returns to poke at your head. Stepping away from the woman, he smirks down at you with a crazed look.

“Justice is punishing every disgusting piece of filth that galivants around harming this city. Not even the cruelest of my torture methods are enough for murderers to atone. Every single one of you deserves to die for ruining my ward.” 

There were no words left in your head. Nothing can save you now. You believed you lived an honest life, but now it was about to be snuffed out. All because you tried to defend someone.

“However.”

A light shines through the dark—a dull, red light. From the streetlights, that same color glows around Yomi like a corrupt angel who had fallen from heaven.

“It seems you know that. Even though it cost someone's life, you came to her rescue. Despite not knowing this woman, despite knowing your hands will be stained for the rest of your unfortunate life. You know the real meaning of peace.” He looks at the peacekeepers stationed at either side of you. “Pick her up.”

They nod and loop their arms through yours, hoisting your body to meet his eyes.

“Situations like this really make my heart bleed.” His neck rolls, and he looks at you through his lashes. Yomi’s flowery words were a direct contrast to his expression. He looked at you like you were lesser than the mud caking his shoes. “Instead of me painting the streets with your fucking blood, you’re going to become a peacekeeper. This is how you will repent for your disgusting crimes.”

He leans in close, his eyes boring deep into yours. “But you’ll wish I just killed you once you undergo my training.” With a flick of his wrist, Yomi gestures to the peacekeepers. “Get this criminal trash out of my sight.”

Pulling you away from your reminiscing, your radio crackles to life. The voice of your director cuts through the pitter-patter of the rain.

“Come down to my office, now.” The radio cuts off, leaving you no time to respond. 

When you entered his office, Yomi stood behind his desk, gazing at the neon-lit city. You take notice of Martina’s absence. On the screen at the center of the wall was a live video feed of the river bank, stained dark with large plumes of smoke.

You walked further into the room, stopping at his desk and curtly bowing your head. “You called for me, Director Yomi?”

His voice calls out to you, sweet like honey. “Do you know why I asked you to come here?” He turned on his heel, looking to face you with that deceptive grin.

“No, I do not.” You replied, keeping your answers short, nervous to find out why.

He hums for a moment, his eyes closed as if he were daydreaming. “Hmm, how long has it been since I've graciously saved you from the filthy life of a common murderer? Two, three years?”

“It’s been two years.”

Yomi dragged a single gloved finger along the wood grain desk. He moves around to stand behind you. “Ah, that’s right. Two years of you knowing your place at Amaterasu.” His hands move and rest on your shoulders, thumbs rubbing gentle circles over your uniform.

“You know, I’m your hero. Your savior.” His hands trail down to your arms. “I’m the one that gave you a second chance at life. Now look at you. Someone that knows the meaning of justice in this city.” Yomi’s tone is soft like he only wants you to hear what he’s saying. He comes around to stand in front of you now, but not without letting his fingers trail against your hip.

While that wouldn’t be the way you would word it, Yomi pitied you enough not to sentence you then and there that night. In his own twisted way, he did give you a second chance.

This time, you bow a bit lower. “No one is more thankful for that than me. I don’t think I could ever pay you back properly.” 

Calculated fingers reach for your chin, lifting your head to meet his eyes. The light of the screen omits a glow against his skin. A gentle white glow. It almost made him look… safe.

“Well, that’s where you’re wrong,” Yomi smirked. He cupped your face with one hand, grabbing a wrist with the other. “I know the way you could show your gratitude.” He pressed his body closer to yours. “Become my right hand.”

It wasn’t an offer, it was a demand.

“Since I brought you in from your disgusting sewer rat life, I’ve been keeping an eye on you. I know better than anyone that you’re made to be by my side. To join me in bringing order to Kanai Ward!” There was an almost sinister glint in his eye.

“But,” You paused, trying to gather your thoughts at the sudden proposal. “But what about Vice Director Martina?”

Yomi’s head cocked to the side, the smile on his face stretching into something crueler. “I don’t know anyone by that name.”

Those few words sent a chill down your spine like the room got cold. What happened to Martina Electro? You didn’t have much time to dwell on it before he started to talk again. 

The hand on your wrist moved so both were now holding your face with gloved fingers. His breath fans against your skin from the proximity. There’s a sharp, minty fragrance.

“You’ll be all mine. No one will have you but me. Nice and pretty by my side. We’ll show the fucking scum that stains the streets the truth about order and peace!” Yomi pulls you into a tight embrace. His hands resting on your waist while his head rests against yours.

“My beloved right hand.” He lets out a chuckle, slowly swaying on the balls of his feet. “You’ll stay by my side, right?”
