Fellow Rosalina enthusiasts (or any Mario fans), I need your help:

There's this adorable fan art that I wanna find again, and neither Google or Ecosia have been any help. It depicts Rosalina telling a story to the Lumas in her library, but the Lumas are all wearing super crowns so they look like her biological children. I remember it being really cute but I don't have it saved and I don't remember who drew it.

“You’re not gonna win. You never do.” Dick says, elbowing Tim as they play against each other in Mario Kart, after finishing a long case.

“Stop elbowing me!” Tim kicks at him, and it isn’t long before they’re trying to multitask kicking each other while playing.

“You’re both children.” Jason says as he walks in, with a raised brow at the two men, they glare back at him, and see you walking in behind him.

“This is pretty on par.” You say, shrugging it off, not nearly as disappointed with the two as Jason is. 

Jason just rolls his eyes at them, giving you a shoulder squeeze as he goes to the library to grab what he came here for. Meanwhile, you lean on the back of the couch, watching the two play.

Dick addresses you in the middle of kicking Tim while trying to button smash at the same time, “Tell him I’m gonna win, obviously.”

You hum in thought. “Who’s playing as Rosalina?”

“Me!” Tim says, kneeing Dick again.

“Oh, well obviously I have to be on Tim’s side. Rosalina is the best character.” You nod, maybe your choice was purely for aesthetics but– its Princess Rosalina.

“What?!” Dick exclaims, and Tim laughs.

“She knows what she's talking about!” Tim says, pushing Dick’s leg off of him.

Dick rolls his eyes. “No, Toad is the best. And that’s why I’m gonna win–”

“I won.” Tim interrupts.

Dick stares at the screen slack jawed.

Jason walks back in, looks at the screen, looks at Dick, and then shrugs as he motions to you that he’s ready to leave.

Dick finally manages to glare at Tim five minutes later. “You got lucky! It was only because she rooted for you.”

Tim snorts. “Just admit you lost, dude.”

“No way! She’s a good luck charm. When have you ever beat me in Mario Kart on this map before?” 

Tim considers that. 

“Huh… what do you say to a science experiment?

“I’m telling you, it’s definitely Kite-Man. Who else would be behind something as lame as this?” Steph asks, scoffing at the idea of it being anyone else. “Plus there was a kite at the scene.”

“Yeah. Which was at the park. Kites are in parks. That's what they do.” Duke counters, taking a seat at the kitchen counter, near Jason and you, the former seemed to show no interest in the conversation at all, but you turned to look at them.

“What’s this all about?” You ask with a raised brow.

“Someone stole all the hot dog carts at the park.” Steph sighs, bored by the mundane crime. Tim glances up, intrigued, but not because of the crime.

“My bets on Kite-Man.” Tim says, nonchalant. “..What about you?” He raises a brow as he looks at you.

“Uh– I’ll side with Duke. Keeps things even.”

“Thank you!” Duke seems genuinely touched.

Tim then pulls up the case notes on his computer, and looks for the latest police update.

“Well, what do you know? Not Kite Man.” Tim grins. This was sound evidence for him. Maybe you were lucky, after all..

Steph whips her head to Tim, eyes wide. “What?! Who?”

“Condiment King.”

“Fuck. I should have guessed that!”

Four card games between Dick and Steph, a race between Cass and Duke, and three rounds of chess between Tim and Damian later, Tim and Dick reached the conclusion that you were, in fact, good luck.

However, in a family of detectives, it didn’t take long for a majority of the others to pick up on their scheme. Or to realize you were a good luck factor. 

“I’m gonna win. Obviously.” Tim declared, confidently at the dinner table as they finished up– they were having a family dinner for once, and afterwards they were going to have a round of Mario Kart… which meant the winner only had to ensure one thing.

“Fat chance!” Dick scoffs, immediately giving into his competitive spirit with that comment.

“No. I am.. You should root for me.” Tim says, suddenly addressing you now.

“Tempting— but maybe I should sit this out with Jay.” You knew how game night went with this family, and you did not want to get in the middle of that. 

“Or you could root for your favorite person?” Duke buts in, smiling as he slides his dessert plate towards you as a bribe.

“He’s gonna lose.” Tim points out, pulling the plate away.

“I’m gonna kick your ass!” Duke retorts,ripping the plate away from Tim.

“No— she should root for me instead! Root for me, please!” Dick says, bringing his hands together as he begs.

You just laugh, but Jason looks completely annoyed by them now. Since when did they care who she was rooting for?

“No! She’s rooting for me—” Tim starts again, swatting at Dick as he tries to push Tim further away from you.

“If she’s truly as smart as Todd says, she’ll root  for me, obviously.” Damian interjects, a proud look on his face as he crosses his arms. 

Jason narrows his eyes. Okay, what was going on here?

Steph rolls her eyes. “Guys— stop it. This is all childish.”

The boys share a look, feeling a bit called out now. 

Dick looks at you. “We aren’t trying to make you feel uncomfor—“ 

“Obviously she’s rooting for me.” Steph says, interrupting him, standing up at the table as she grabs you by the shoulders. 

“Oh fuck you, you did that for dramatic effect—“ Dick slams his hands on the table.

“Like you aren’t the drama, Circus boy!”

You shake your head, deciding then would be a good time to go use the bathroom, because evidently— they would notice if you weren’t there during the actual games.

As soon as you’re out of sight, Jason turns back to everyone else.

“Okay, what the fuck is this all about?” He glares at them.

“Nothing!” 

“What’s what about?”

“None of your concern, Todd.”

“Language.”

They all respond, obviously too quick and dismissive with their responses.

“…I’m gonna ask one more time.” He says, slowly, making eye contact with everyone.

“…okay, fine— she’s good luck. That’s all.” Duke says, shrugging.

That gives Jason pause.

“What?”

Tim butts in, “Anytime anyone has a game or a bet— whoever she sides with always wins. I thought it was an anomaly at first but.. it’s happened too many times to not be a trend.”

“She’s like a lucky rabbit's foot.” Steph provides, leaning back in her chair.

Jason mulls over that thought. Anytime he played Mario Kart or a card game against Roy, he *did* usually win.. he thought he was just a natural but— he only won when she was home, too. He lost when she wasn’t there.

“…maybe there’s some truth to that.” Jason admits.

“See!” Dick says, glad this didn’t end in argument but also— he noticed it first, so he felt vindicated.

“Now we shall let her pick a team.” Damian says, ready to convince her why she should root for him.

“No.” Jason says, smirking a bit as he shakes his head. “..you really thought this would change anything? She’s going to root for me— and I’ll wipe the floor with you all.”

There’s a pause as everyone stares at him in either disbelief or anger.

“..I fear we made an error.” Tim mutters.

“I’m definitely playing now. Guaranteed to win? I mean— I probably would have won anyways.” Jason brags, standing up as he’s ready to go to the living room and start these games.

“You cheater!” Steph accuses, slamming her hand down on the table.

“We were trying to do the same thing though..?” Duke adds, scratching the back of his neck.

You walk back in— raising a brow at Jason as he’s standing up.

“Eager?” You ask, smiling creeping onto your face. “I thought you didn’t want to play?”

He wraps his arm around your shoulder as he leads you to the living room, you could make out his family’s argument and protests from behind you.

“Changed my mind. As long as I have you on my side, I’ll always win.” He smiles cheekily at you.

“How romantic.” You say sarcastically, raising a brow at his sudden affinity to participate in game night.

He grins at you, “And they say chivalry is dead.”

“…is this about me being a boon?” You question, side eyeing him with a soft smile.

“You knew?” He widens his eyes, pausing to look at you as you both stand in the living room door frame.

You snort. “Hard not to. They made it fairly obvious.”

“…you still gonna root for me?”

“Always.”

In Super Mario Galaxy, Rosalina sits down when reading from her storybook in the Library. However, internally, not only is her sitting form a separate model, it is also a separate entity from regular, standing Rosalina.

As such, internally, Rosalina and Sitting Rosalina are two different characters and have nothing to do with each other.

help me out with something.

so, at the beginning of the haunting incident in the library, there's this whole bit of business where a painting fell off the wall in Oscar and Rosalina's house. Stella makes a point to put it back, even point a camera at it to see if it moves:

but then, when we go into the haunting for the first time, the painting is totally absent.

at first I just chalked it up to "okay, whatever, we're back in time or in a weird pocket dimension or something" during the haunting, which we were, kinda. but then...

this is the same wall the day after, when everything's gone back to normal. Pixel's bed has been moved somewhere else, but the painting still isn't back.

so... where did it go? was it also just moved while the house was rearranged? did I miss it bc Sidney sternly told Oscar not to go back into his basement, as their Mystical senses were tingling something tricksy was still down there even after the exorcism?

I don't know if this has any plot significance whatsoever, or if it's just a 'whoops' that comes with overseeing tons of backgrounds with intricate details, but I thought I would just put it up in case someone knew something I don't.

Rosalina is a model and works part time at a gym as a personal trainer. She also works at a library and reads stories to the children.

Daisy is an athlete with soccer being her main sport. She met Rosalina through her job at the gym. She works part time at a coffee shop.

Peach comes from an affluent family. She works at the same coffee shop as Daisy and that’s where they met. She wants to be a fashion designer one day.

Rosalina and Peach are cousins.

Pauline runs her own talent agency. Peach has a big crush on her.

As for the main bros: Peach and Mario are exes in mine. It was a stint of comp het for Peach, but she figured it out. Her and Mario are still good friends. He also dated Pauline in the past before she started her business and was still getting her bachelors.

Daisy and Luigi are dating also they’re so cute I can’t not have that.

Decided to make a design for the MC of each Scarlet Hollow playthrough I've done so far

I'm putting some info about each of the playthroughs and about each MC under the cut, there'll be spoilers!

Playthrough #1 -> Laurel (Talk to Animals + Keen Eye)

⭐️ Laurel is determined to right the wrongs of her family's past.

Background: Sells arts and crafts on Etsy and lives in a closet in a house with ten roommates. Feels unsettled after arriving to Scarlet Hollow

Episode 1: Saved Gretchen, saw Duke get killed

Episode 2: Was able to rescue all the kids from the mine, and no one got hurt

Episode 3: Hung out with Tabitha and tried getting to know her better. Volunteered to make the sacrifice to Charlie and got hit with the elderly beam.

Episode 4: Let Dr. Kelly lock Reese away. Ended up finding Stella and talked with her alone.

Playthrough #2 -> Issac (Mystical + Book Smart)

⭐️ Issac is determined to uncover the mysteries of Scarlet Hollow. Closest with Wade.

Background: A biology student living in an apartment with a difficult roommate (his cat named Truck). Feels a sense of foreboding after arriving to Scarlet Hollow.

Episode 1: Saved Duke, saw Gretchen get killed

Episode 2: Was able to rescue the kids from the mine but Rosalina was injured

Episode 3: Hung out with Avery for the day. Was able to advocate for himself successfully to free Charles’s spirit and let everyone go

Episode 4: Called Tabitha and let her kill Reese, burned the body together with Dr Kelly. Didn't find Stella.

Playthrough #3 -> Blaire (Powerful Build + Hot)

⭐️ Blaire has no idea what's going on but is determined to keep everyone safe. Closest with Tabitha and Stella.

Background: Working in the service industry and living in a basement that floods whenever it rains. Feels more alive than she has in years after arriving to Scarlet Hollow

Episode 1: Top tier adventuring buddy and was able to save both Duke and Gretchen

Episode 2: Was able to rescue the kids from the mine but Rosalina was injured

Episode 3: Hung out with Tabitha and bonded with her. Volunteered to make the sacrifice to Charlie and got hit with the elderly beam

Episode 4: Convinced Reese to not kill Dr Kelly and run away instead. Tabitha led the way to Stella and the three talked, got Tabitha and Stella to reconcile

Playthrough #4 -> Adelaide (Street Smart + Keen Eye)

⭐️ Adelaide is a harsh skeptic and determined to get out of this town as soon as she can, and until then is just trying to stay alive. Closest with Kaneeka, started romance arc with her.

Background: A first year associate at a big law firm living in a dingy studio apartment. Feels tense after arriving to Scarlet Hollow

Episode 1: Saw Duke get killed, insisted they don't tell the cops and wants to leave town Right Now

Episode 2: Saved Rosalina and abandoned the other two girls in the mine

Episode 3: Hung out with Kaneeka and convinced her to leave town together the next morning. Refused to sacrifice years off her life to the ghost, left the library and town hall boarded up

Episode 4: Called Tabitha and let her kill Reese, burned the body together with Dr Kelly. Convinced Tabitha to go talk with Stella in private.

Something I've wanted to do for a long time! Rabbid Rosalina as one of those posters you'd see in the library as a kid!

Rabbid Rosie reminds me so much of myself in middle/high school it's unreal. Reading, both fiction and nonfiction, was such a big positive influence on turning me into the person I am today... but as I got older my OCD and other issues made it harder and harder. I'm trying to get back into it these days because medication is helping, and I'm finding it very good for the soul. I would love to maybe print this and turn it into a bookmark for myself some day.

Thought about Max and Xander since I don't really make content for them but decided to make some headcanons:

Max's parents took to Xander pretty well when Max introduced him to them although they were wary.

Max's grandmother surprised the heck out of Max when she pulled a Mulan moment (you know EXACTLY which one I'm talking about; if you don't, what are you waiting for?????) and tells her granddaughter that he has good genes. She also asks if great grandchildren will be in the picture soon (Xander reddens at that and Max blushes even harder; only Avery knows of this but Jameson may have found out too someway somehow-oh those sneaky Hawthorne ways).

They do bring up the conversation for fun on the topic of kids and while they are in no rush if they ever got married, Xander really wants to be a dad. But Max points out their horrendous height difference.

Xander makes friends with her younger brother and they get along nicely with the both of them wrecking havoc in Mario Kart. They love to play as Wario and Waluigi with Max occasionally joining just to beat them as Princess Rosalina or Yoshi.

Max often snatches up little Tiramisu on days she comes to the Hawthorne House and although she is there to hang with her boyfriend, she usually steals away into a cozy nook in one of the libraries for cuddles with her. That often ends in her falling asleep and napping until Xander comes to find her cuddled up with a book, the puppy passed out in her arms as well. He always makes sure to put a blanket over them and leave a treat for Tiramisu after he takes pictures, of course.

A bit of Alabaster's story and in particular where does he fit in the Sparks of Hope timeline.

Alabaster was in the Winter Palace when Cursa attacked Pristine Peaks. He was already working at the Space Opera Network and he went back to his natal planet to bring some books and old writings to invent and perfect some new illusions for his shows.

Capitain Orion and Rabbid Rosalina arrived on Pristine Peaks at the same time that the Darkmess hit the planet, all this while Alabaster was inside the Palace. Rabbid Rosalina wandered inside, getting lost inside the labyrinthine library and later getting trapped in a room by Midnite.

Alabaster got caught in another wing of the Palace and had to fight (read: flee screaming like a little girl) through the Darkmess that invaded the library. In his panic he forgot about all the secret passages that may had come in handy to escape, which led to him having a brief encounter with Midnite who seeing him in a pathetic state, carrying Darkmess stained books and scrolls and brandishing a small throwing knife, just scared him off. Alabaster finally managed to escape through a window and took refuge in Madame Bwahstrella's house before regaining his senses and hurriedly going back to the Space Opera Network.

Madame Bwahstrella didn't skip a beat and started using this event to threaten to blackmail him to her favour. Alabaster lives in fear Bwahstrella will reveal his actual cowardice to the world.

Summary: When Ashton is visiting the Rosalina, he starts acting like a little brat, which isn't too uncommon. Luckily, Rosalina knows how to deal with brats like her boyfriend.

It's no secret the Princess of Xiruthia and the heir to House Galileus are an item. It was quite a surprise when Ashton proclaimed his feelings towards Rosalina, but it all worked out when she did the same. The two love spending time together, messing with each other, and just being in the other's company. At times, Ashton is a bit of a brat and likes to annoy Rosalina whenever the urge strikes. Luckily, the princess knows how to deal with her bratty boyfriend.

It was a warm afternoon, and Ashton decided to visit his girlfriend at the palace. When he arrived, the guards and castle staff greeted him and directed the nobleman to where the princess was. In the palace's library, Rosalina had her nose stuck in a book, reading about how a siren fell in love with a knight. She sat in a small bay window overlooking the castle gardens and some of the kingdom below. When one of the guards opened the library doors, he cleared his throat to get the princess's attention.

"Pardon me, Your Highness," the guard said, "Lord Ashton is here to see you."

"Send him in." Rosalina said, not looking up from her book.

The guard bowed before stepping to the side to let the heir of House Galileus in. When Ashton saw his girlfriend reading, he chuckled as he approached her.

"Hey, Rosebud," Ashton said, "How've you been?"

"I've been well, Ash," Rosalina said, not looking up, "What about you?"

Ashton quirked a brow as he watched the princess read, not giving him any attention. The nobleman scoffed as he casually plucked the book from his girlfriend's hands.

"Wha-? Ashton, hey!" Rosalina exclaimed, reaching for the book, "I was reading that!"

"So you'd rather devote all of your attention to this book than your own boyfriend?" Ashton teased, "I must say, Your Highness, I'm wounded."

Ashton sighed dramatically as he did his best damsel in distress.

"What were you even reading anyway?" Ashton questioned, looking at the cover, "Making Waves and Changing Tides. Is this another romance story about knights and mermaids again?"

"N-No, it's not." Rosalina retorted, a faint blushing appearing on her cheeks.

Ashton chuckled as he set the book down and sat down next to the princess.

"Come on, Rosebud, it can't be that embarrassing," Ashton said, "I already know you like that stuff; why try to lie about it to me now?"

"S-Shut up!" Rosalina exclaimed, trying to hide her blush.

Ashton laughed and draped an arm over the princess's shoulder.

"Ahh, you love me Rosie Posie," Ashton teased, "And there ain't nothing you can do about it,"

"Ugh, you are so annoying." Rosalina said, feeling a smile creep on her face.

"Me? Annoying? Never."

Rosalina glared playfully at the nobleman and poked his cheek.

"Yes, you are." she said.

"You love me so much it makes you look stupid, but it also makes you look adorable." Ashton teased, poking Rosalina's nose.

Rosalina blushed when the nobleman called her adorable.

"Q-Quiet you..." she said sheepishly.

"Why don't you make me, Your Highness~" Ashton challenged with a chuckle.

As Rosalina glanced at her boyfriend with puffed-up cheeks, an idea came to mind, and a smile formed. Rosalina straightened her posture before standing up and sitting behind the nobleman. Then, she wrapped Ashton in a tight embrace. Ashton chuckled as he placed his hands over hers.

"Is this your way of getting me to shut up, Rosie Posie?" Ashton asked, chuckling.

"No," Rosalina began, positioning her hands, "But this is!"

Without warning, Rosalina started digging into the nobleman's sides, causing Ashton to flinch and chortle.

"Hehehehey! Rosahahaha!" Ashton giggled, "Cut it ohohohout! Hahahahahaa!"

"Nu-uh! You've been a mean little brat this whole time," Rosalina retorted, "And brats like you need to be taught a lesson."

Ashton tried to twist out of the princess's embrace, but he couldn't move; he was trapped.

"Hohohow are yohohohou this strohohohong?" Ashton questioned.

"How are you this weak?" Rosalina retorted.

Ashton tried to swat away his girlfriend's hands, but she easily dodged his hands and continued to tickle the nobleman senseless.

"Rosalinahahahahaha! Hehehehahaha!" Ashton giggled, "Come ohohohohon! Stahahahahap!"

"Are you gonna stop being a brat?" Rosalina asked.

"What dohohohoho you thihihihink?"

Rosalina sighed and rolled her eyes. With a swift movement, she kept one arm wrapped around the nobleman while using her other hand to tickle his armpit. Ashton squealed as he rocked back and forth in the princess's grasp, trying to escape, but he still marveled that his girlfriend was so strong.

"Aaahahahahaa! Rosahahahaha!" Ashton half-whined, "Plehehehehease! Knock it ohohohoff!"

"Y'know, I have to deal with bratty kids all the time, and this is how I keep them in check," Rosalina said, "I guess I need to try harder for you if I want to get my point across."

Ashton tried to dislodge his girlfriend's arm from around his middle, but it was barely budging.

"Rosebuhuhuhuhuhud! Get your hahahahand ohohohout!" Ashton giggled.

"Hmmm... nope," Rosalina said, "It's staying there until you've learned your lesson."

Ashton giggled as he tried to escape the princess's tickle hug.

"Aahahahahaha! Rosahahahaha!" Ashton cried, "Come ohohohon!"

"Are you gonna stop being a brat?" Rosalina asked again.

"Maybehehehehe! If you stohohohop, I'll thihihihihink about ihihihihit!"

Rosalina was surprised that the nobleman could still act like a brat. Rosalina sighed as she pulled her hand out from his armpit and wrapped her other arm around him, embracing him tighter.

"Sehehee? That wahahasn't so hahard, rihihihight?" Ashton questioned with a giggle.

"Who said I was done?" Rosalina asked.

A chill ran down the nobleman's spine. Rosalina then shifted her arms to hug Ashton by his shoulders. Then, Ashton yelped and started laughing. Rosalina giggled as she dug her nails into her boyfriend's shoulder blades, swaying with Ashton's attempts to escape.

"AAAAHAHAHAHAHEHEHEHEE! ROSAHAHAHAHAA!" Ashton laughed, "NOT THEHEHEHEHERE!"

"Why? Does it tickle, Ashy?" Rosalina questioned, "Does it tickle?"

"WHAHAHAHAT DO YOU THIHIHIHIHINK?!"

"I don't know; you tell me. Tell me, Ashton, does it tickle if I do... this?"

By "this," Rosalina slipped her fingers past the nobleman's collar and started skittering his nails on his shoulder blades and neck, causing Ashton to squeal and reach up to try and pry away his girlfriend's arms and hands.

"YEHEHEHEHES!" Ashton laughed, "YES, IT TIHIHHIHIHICKLE! AAAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Good," Rosalina said, "Maybe this will teach you not to be a brat."

Ashton felt himself grow weaker as he laughed and squirmed in the princess's grip.

"ROSALINAHAHAHAHA! I GIHIHIHIHIVE UHUHUHUHUP!" Ashton laughed, "PLEHEHEHEASE! HEHEHEHAHAHAHA!"

"Are you gonna stop being bratty?" Rosalina asked.

When Ashton didn't answer, Rosalina brought out one of her hands, slipped it under the nobleman's shirt, and spidered her nails all over his side, making Ashton double over and lean back into his girlfriend's lap with a loud laugh.

"YEEHAHAHAHAHA! YEHEHEHEHES!" Ashton cried, "IT TIHIHIHICKLES SO BAHAHAHAD!"

Rosalina giggled as she stared at her boyfriend's happy face with loving eyes. His rosy cheeks, white smile, and adorable laughter made her swoon. When Rosalina stopped the tickling, she kissed the nobleman's lips. Ashton was shocked at first but pulled his girlfriend in closer. When they parted, Ashton sat up and pulled Rosalina into another kiss, which the princess gladly accepted. After they parted, Ashton took a deep breath before leaning back into the princess's lap.

"So, are you gonna promise not to be bratty?" Rosalina asked, playing with the nobleman's hair.

When Ashton hummed in thought, the princess tweaked his side, causing the nobleman to flinch away and chortle.

"Okay, okahahay!" Ashton giggled, "I'll try, but come on, Rosa; you love me when I'm bratty."

"So what if I do?" Rosalina questioned, "Gives me an excuse to tickle you."

The nobleman quirked a brow and sat up, glancing at the princess.

"What did you just say?" Ashton asked, feeling a smirk form.

The princess's eyes widened when she realized what she said.

"O-Oh, uh... nothing." Rosalina said.

"Did you just say it gives you an excuse to tickle me?" Ashton asked.

Rosalina blushed and turned away from her boyfriend's gaze with a nervous giggle. Then, Ashton wrapped his arms tightly around his girlfriend and pulled her into his chest. He chuckled as he leaned closer to her ear.

"You may have restrained me with your magic, but I don't need magic to keep you locked in place, Rosebud." Ashton teased.

Before Rosalina could protest, she squealed and produced bell-like laughter as the nobleman tickled her in retaliation. Tickle hugs sure are deadly, wouldn't you agree?

My Rosalina Wishlist for the Nintendo Switch 2 era

In order of what I want the least to want I want the most:

For her to make appearance in (at least one of) the RPGs

Maybe they could connect her to Geno, or to the pre-established star lore of the RPGs, maybe there's another copy of the book Paper Mario takes place in in her library, have her interact with Starlow (another being who uses star power), you could do a lot with her. She's already one of the most fleshed out in the mainline games, she'd flourish in the RPGs, games which specifically aim to develop (most) of the cast as characters.

Give her a Power Up band

Technically this (and one more addition later on in this list) is not a Nintendo Switch 2 related thing but if this were to happen it would likely be during the Switch 2 era, so it's relevant enough.

Years ago I predicted that her, Toadette, DK and Diddy Kong would get power up bands based on a leak. Since then, it's been confirmed that Donkey Kong and Diddy will be getting power up bands to go alongside the Donkey Kong-themed expansion of Super Nintendo World. I still think Rosalina (and Toadette) could get one, especially if they do a Galaxy-themed expansion. It would be nice to have one in time for 2027, Galaxy's anniversary, but that's not likely given that we'd probably know about it being built by now. It could still happen not too long after it. A space-themed expansion would definitely be popular (Toadette is part of the Toad Brigade, who debited in Galaxy 1, so she could get one during this supposed expansion too).

Even if that didn't happen, Rosalina does make an appearance at the park via the VR binoculars, and she was recently given a new plush made specifically to be sold at the park, so she's already one of the most likely candidates to get a band next.

A new Rosalina-owned Mario Kart stage

Not much to explain here. It's been over a decade since she got one, and that was her first (unless we retroactively count Rainbow Road).

An appearance in a Mario movie sequel

If not as a major character, then at least as a post-credits character. After a Luma was in the first movie, it seems inevitable that Rosalina will appear in the films eventually, I just hope it's sooner rather than later! Even if it's for a short time, I think they could fit her in movie 2 somewhere. Literally just show Lumalee going home or something. They might save her for movie 3, but that would probably also happen during the Switch 2 era (I could see it releasing in 2029 or 2030, the Switch 2 would've only been out for about 4-5 years by then).

Another appearance in a mainline Mario game

I'm welcome to it being a 3D game, but I'd prefer for it to be a 2D one because she has yet to make an appearance in a 2D game.

Bonus points if she's playable!

Her own solo adventure game

Even putting my bias aside, I genuinely think this could work! She's one of the most popular characters in the franchise, it would be a good chance to find out more about her origins or at least give a Mario-adjacent game a deeper story than usual, and outer space is almost always a cool setting for any piece of media. If it were to happen (I know it probably won't, but a girl can dream), I hope it's not essentially just "Super Mario Galaxy 3, but you play as Rosalina". I'd love it if the game had a genre the Mario franchise either hasn't touched yet or hasn't done often (I still think a Kingdom Hearts-esque action RPG would suit her very well).

Although if I had to order these from most to least likely to happen during the Switch 2 era, I'd say: an appearance in a new mainline Mario game, a new Mario Kart stage, her power up band, an appearance in the Mario movie sequel, an appearance in the RPGs, and finally her solo game.

But hey, prove me wrong Nintendo! Watch how I jinx it and none of these happen lol
