Kitty: it was never official, if anything it was an ongoing bet to see how long it would last before people started to notice. We're more like.....siblings but not quite. Or emotional support ghosts for each other.

This was another request from the DA member who wanted to see Danny as a Green Lantern.  The details of this request are as follows..."An image of an black being, with Danny's shape but with rippling edges like Johnny 13's Shadow or one of the clones from "Kindred Spirits", with a ghostly aura, the DP symbol on it's chest, and a thin scar-like mark over its right eye (from OUR perspective), which is like one of Dan's eyes, the other being the same green as Danny's eyes. It should also have vampiric fangs, an angry expression, and maybe ecto-energy charging around its fists." This is my interpretation of said request. To this day, I'm not 100% certain if this is EXACTLY what he wanted, but I hope he liked it, regardless. I hope you like it, too. ^_^

I’m making a fan theory/HC for a LU fic I’m working on that incorporates some Danny Phantom-esque aspects, and I figured you were like the perfect person to ask about it bc they’re both right in your wheelhouse haha

But do you think it’s reasonable to say that the goop Dink explodes into in LU could be ectoplasm? It’s malleable and permits shapeshifting, and can reform into whole beings even after they’re initially destroyed like Wild destroyed the Darknut in the sunset arc (this is also going off of the concept doodles Jojo drew of wind watching Dark Link reforming out of a pile of black goo).

(Also please feel free to ignore this if it’s a nuisance lol sorry)

I have never thought about that, but that sounds so cool! The concept of Dink being a blob of ectoplasm that can reform and infect things (I think the black blood is because monsters are infected by his goo) reminds me of doctor's disorders, Johnny 13's Shadow, or even the clones since they too melt into puddles of goo.

Now I'm thinking about it, what if Dink is a failed clone of Time and is now a partially-destabilized goo-man? He can't keep a form for long so he becomes goo when defeated, but he can reform so long as he isn't hit when enough light magic.

The black blood is all just a part of himself, so he's basically possessing all those monsters which is why they so focused on protecting him.

As for said goo being Danny Phantom ectoplasm specifically, I'm pretty sure that in Danny Phantom, the real is that anything "alive" that's made of ectoplasm can use invisibility/intangibility, and Idk if you want to give Dink that. However, the general concept of ectoplasm beyond Danny Phantom absolutely works.

One thing I would recommend you check out is @floralflowerpower and her post on ectoplasm being a pyscho-reactive substance, aka "mood slime" as Ghostbusters put it.

Ectober Day 2: A Less Than Haunted House

Fall always brought the tourists to Amity Park. It’s reputation as the Most Haunted Town in America had spread in certain circles and the closer it got to Halloween, the more amatuer ghost hunters and thrill seekers showed up to see for themselves.

The extra traffic irritated Danny to no end. He didn’t need the extra headache of ghost hunters who didn’t know what they were doing getting in the way during fights, or gawkers hanging around to take photos and videos and putting themselves in danger. It was this irritation that led to him accepting Johnny 13’s invitation to hang out with him and Kitty at one of the old deserted homes on the outskirts of town. All the abandoned houses were popular with the tourists for no other reason than the stereotype that ghosts haunt old creepy places, and tonight they were going to prove them right.

Johnny and Kitty as a team managed to scare off a group of 4 teenagers in under 10 minutes. They slammed doors, created a chilling draft, and made shadows dance on the walls. The teens finally cracked when Kitty started shrieking and yelling like someone being murdered, and they ran screaming back out the front window.

“They didn’t even put the boards back up!” Johnny wheezed, wiping an imaginary tear from his eye. A good scare always left him in a good mood and he was especially pleased that the punk had not only let them carry on, but even came with. Sometimes he wasn’t half bad.

Danny grinned and phased out to the front porch to affix the wooden board back over the window. It lent to the whole haunted aesthetic of the house, plus it was funny watching them struggle to get inside only to leave so quickly.

Not long after he returned to the cobweb-filled parlor where Johnny and Kitty were lounging on the dusty sofa, they could see light through the few open slots in the windows. Nervous chatter filtered in and the light resolved itself into two flashlight beams that were bobbing around as their owners picked their way through the overgrown lawn to the front of the house. All three ghosts smirked as their next victims approached.

“Why don’t you take these two?” Kitty offered. Johnny pouted at being sidelined, but nodded graciously when Danny shot him a questioning look. Sensing Danny’s hesitance, Kitty decided he could use a little more encouragement. “You’ll do great. Scaring’s practically an instinct for ghosts. Just relax; don’t overthink it.”

He took a deep fortifying breath and faded into invisibility. Kitty clapped her hands in anticipation and her and Johnny faded out of sight as well.

The front porch boards creaked as the couple searched for a way in. Eventually they reached the same conclusion as the teenagers before them and started to work at loosening the planks on one of the broken windows. With the window uncovered, a young man and woman climbed into the seemingly empty house, unaware of the ghosts hovering just to their right.

Danny lets them explore a bit and get farther into the house before starting on the haunting. He ruffled the tattered curtains in a ghostly breeze and the woman grabbed onto the man’s arm. When he flickered the lights on in the ancient bulb over their heads, the man jumped and moved the woman slightly behind him. And when he shorted out their flashlights, he was rewarded with a scream. His satisfied grin went unseen in his invisibility, but he could almost feel Johnny and Kitty sharing his anticipation in finally running the intruders off.

For the grand finale, he started a pained moaning and planned to escalate to wailing. Unfortunately he didn’t get the chance. His moaning was interrupted by a snort from the dark. It came from the direction of the couple who moments before had seemed ready to shit their pants. He frowned and decided to try something else.The keening he started was cut short by a low puff of laughter followed by much louder guffaws. With his concentration broken, the light returned to the flashlights in the couples hands and he could see their faces as they laughed at him.

“So much for the haunted house. That sounds like some teenagers recorded themselves on the toilet!” the man said with a laugh. The giggles and snickers persisted as the tourists made their way back to the entrance they created at the front of the house. Once they finally left, the ghosts dropped their invisibility. Johnny couldn’t keep the grin off his face at the look of misery on Danny’s. Kitty at least looked apologetic for his behavior.

“So much for haunting being an instinct,” Danny grumbled.

“You did kind of sounded constipated,” Johnny chuckled. “I’d say maybe being not scary is a halfa thing, but Plasmius doesn’t seem to have a problem.”

“It was really good up to the moaning. You just need a little more practice,” Kitty said encouragingly. The rustle of bushes from outside effectively ended the conversation as more people showed up. Kitty nodded at him and Johnny shot finger guns his way. He’d be sure to make the most of his shot at redemption.

Ironic that I drew this after a sleepless night, but here we go. I was going to do more with this but I ran out of energy after layering all the different parts and effects. Still turned out pretty amazing though. In a previous post I mentioned how I might adapt the Fright Knight to my Unseelie Vlad AU and technically I already have roleplay-wise on my side discord server since I got the idea to have the Fright Knight be the soul of a fallen knight turned fae servant.

As a reward for his unwavering loyalty to Vladislav since the Unseelie King gave him a purpose again, the Fright Knight leads the Wild Hunt which in European folklore is a procession of ghosts and other spirits who ride eternally through the night in a never-ending hunt/battle. I know this sounds more like something Skulker would love being in charge of, but in the show we tend to forget he’s technically a blob ghost in a robotic suit...

I did mention adapting him as the ghost of a royal huntsmen, but that isn’t nearly as impressive as making the Fright Knight my Fae Vlad’s right hand servant that serves out of loyalty and not cause he wants to get anything out of it which is more Skulker’s style. At least in this version anyway. But we’re not here to talk about Skulker, we’re here about the Fright Knight.

So yeah, this drawing for the most part is a character concept of how he might look in my Unseelie Vlad AU. I gave Nightmare a new look too because for one, I’ve already drawn them several times in their canon version, and for another I just wanted to make them a unicorn instead because I mean...Nightmare’s already a ghost so the wings are a bit pointless don’t you think? I love drawing dragon/bat wings but it was just easier to leave them out this time around.

Also, there’s a color error in the title card of the Fright Knight’s first episode in the show so I wanted to make a nod to that by making Nightmare’s mane and tail (which you can’t tell but I have the mane and tail connect from head to the tailbone) purple just like the Fright Knight’s flaming hair...

In the series though, Nightmare has a green mane, tail, and flaming hooves. Personally I think they should have kept the purple because it would have made Nightmare feel more connected to the Fright Knight kind of like Johnny 13′s shadow, but I digress!

Moving on, my AU version of the Fright Knight as I said was a former knight who was betrayed by his mortal King when Vladislav found his wandering spirit and offered him a place in the Unseelie Court. The Fright Knight accepted and quickly proved his worth to his new King and was granted a magical sword to replace his previous one which he left behind since it was made of iron and hardly worthy of someone of his skill plus it kinda hurt him now as a Fae-Touched spirit. And instead of being called the Soul Shredder, this one is called “Shadowsnare” and it has the power to curse any soul to eventually become a rider of the Wild Hunt who is pierced by it whether they are sill living or already a ghost.

Lastly, the Fright Knight’s armor is also heavily rose thorn themed since this world’s version of Blood Blossoms are Vladislav’s calling card. This is the ultimate sign of how much Vladislav values him in his Court, especially after giving him some measure of control over the many mortal souls he’s captured/collected over many centuries. So yeah, this version of the Fright Knight is Vladislav’s most loyal servant and unlike the canon version he’s respected a lot better by the Fae King of the Unseelie Court than by his previous King who left him for dead when his usefulness came to an end and failed to see his true worth.

Ok, I’ve rambled long enough and seriously need to TRY and get some sleep if my pets will finally let me. Hope you enjoyed learning about this new au version of one of my favorite villains in the show.

Player – “Baby Come Back” -- January 14, 1978

Apparently I'm positively disposed to what's called "yacht rock"? I'd have called it 30-something dinner party rock. Anyway, apparently this is an example. Like all of that genre, this doesn't feel deeply emotional even when the words are. "I was wrong, and I just can't live without you." It's basically calm, and I'd even call it kinda groovy. It's not slow though. It's not going to change the world, but it's good background music for a party among people who have to get home before the babysitter needs to leave.

The Bee Gees – “Stayin’ Alive” -- February 4, 1978

I don't like the movie Saturday Night Fever at all. And I don't like its biggest breakout song either. The lyrics -- who cares, the lyrics are an excuse for Barry Gibb's falsetto to pierce your brain. I was going to clubs during the short disco revival of the 90s and I don't remember this song being played much.

Andy Gibb – “(Love Is) Thicker Than Water” -- March 4, 1978

This guy was a teen idol. I didn't understand the popularity of the teen idols when I was a teenager either. To me, they almost always have the sex appeal of a potato. As for this song, musically it sounds like a TV theme, and the lyric "love is thicker than water" gives me the giggles.

The Bee Gees -- "Night Fever" -- March 18, 1978

Barry Gibb's falsetto. Nope. The lyrics make this technically a love song, but they don't matter, this song exists to be danced to. Badly.

Yvonne Elliman -- "If I Can't Have You" -- May 13, 1978

This was written by Barry Gibb. Obviously I don't like it, though thankfully Yvonne Elliman's voice is fine. It's about how if she can't have you, she doesn't want anybody else. She sings in a kind of weird breathy way. And, as it's a Barry Gibb song, the second half of the song consists of the chorus repeating 50 times with some boring instrumental stuff.

Wings -- "With A Little Luck" -- May 20, 1978

That's quite the synth blast. Some of the lyrics are nice: "There's no end to what we can do together." But others are terrible: "The willow turns his back on inclement weather" and "with a little luck" repeated at least two dozen times. The message seems to be that you should pretend difficulties aren't there and just chant a bunch or something. But willows don't turn their "backs" on the wind. They bend with it, and that's how they avoid breaking. So this song's message makes no sense and it is musically boring except for the first couple bars.

Johnny Mathis and Deniece Williams -- "Too Much, Too Little, Too Late" -- June 3, 1978

Musically this sounds like a parody of the late 70s. It's weirdly peppy and sounds like a commercial jingle, but it's about breaking up. My brain keeps trying to mash these things together and returning a divide by zero error. These two paired up again later to sing the "Family Ties" theme, which is actually a better song, and I'm not saying the "Family Ties" theme is great.

John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John -- "You're the One That I Want" -- June 10, 1978

I confess: I like Grease. The musical, not the substance. Yes, it's nostalgia-bait, and it's goofy as hell in many ways. And yet I can't resist it. I also like this song. It's been picked over and analyzed to death, about how Sandy's changing for Danny how awful blah blah blah. Well, he was wandering around in a letter sweater before this song, planning to become a square for her. Then Sandy sings at him "You'd better shape up," and he ends up following her around in public on his knees. Sandy wouldn't have wanted Danny in the first place, and become friends with the Pink Ladies, if there weren't a "bad girl" in her screaming to get out. What can I say -- I identify. Also this song is catchy and fun, Olivia Newton-John is excellent at acting a song, John Travolta was excellent at cheese, and they had great chemistry.

Andy Gibb -- "Shadow Dancing" -- June 17, 1978

Andy Gibb died young because massive amounts of cocaine and alcohol wrecked his heart, so I feel bad about disliking all his songs. But feeling bad about his short life doesn't mean I feel good about his music. This was written by Barry Gibb, so of course I want nothing to do with it. Also Andy Gibb's voice is incredibly weak. The lyrics are about sex, whatever, I don't care because musically this song is pretty appalling to me.

The Rolling Stones -- "Miss You" -- August 5, 1978

It's interesting hearing Mick Jagger try to weaken his voice to sound like other male singers of the time. This is disco. With a rock edge, because it's the Stones, but still... disco. Specifically, Bee Gees-inspired disco. Including the falsetto interludes. Nope nope nope, I do not accept this from The Rolling Stones.

The Commodores -- "Three Times A Lady" -- August 12, 1978

I can't hear this song without hearing Buckwheat. So um. Lionel Richie is the lead singer here, and I don't like any Lionel Richie song I have ever heard, and this is a Lionel Richie song. Eddie Murphy's version as Buckwheat is better.

Franki Valli -- "Grease" -- August 26, 1978

Grease, the musical, is a not-really-guilty pleasure of mine. "Grease", the song, isn't. It's the worst song on the track. It's about nothing, it sounds 70s and not even 70s pretending to be 50s, and it's Franki Valli. Thankfully he doesn't do falsetto, but I still find his voice unpleasant. Also the song has almost nothing to do with the musical.

A Taste of Honey -- "Boogie Oogie Oogie" -- September 9, 1978

Disco, but disco with actual oomph, unlike anything that came anywhere near Barry Gibb. It's one of those dance songs commanding you to dance, and it works. It's got an interesting, and existent, bassline. Hazel Payne's voice is good. The song changes up a bit musically throughout. It's excellent, even if "boogie" sounds a little silly these days.

The Exiles -- "Kiss You All Over" -- September 30, 1978

I said "ew" when I saw this song on the list and I stand by that. There's a lot worse, certainly. I can't even pinpoint exactly why I feel "ew" about this song. The sentiment is fine. The music is fine. It's not a song where the guy demands something of the woman he's singing to without thinking of her feelings. I dunno. It's probably fine. Maybe it's the whole "fine" thing that makes me feel somewhat creeped out. It should be a sexy song and it's just not.

Nick Gilder -- "Hot Child in the City" -- October 28, 1978

This guy looks like Tom Petty. But he's no Tom Petty. The song's about a teenage sex worker, so uh, there's that. The singer doesn't sound too upset about it, but he doesn't sound too anything about it. This song should have some kind of grit one way or another, but it doesn't. It's nothing. And that's particularly bad when it's such a heavy topic.

Anne Murray -- "You Needed Me" -- November 4, 1978

Anne Murray has a beautiful voice. This song is about having been at the absolute bottom, then someone comes along and loves you, which is a great sentiment. But it should soar and never does. It lacks a chorus, and it needs a big blowout of a chorus. As-is, it feels unfinished and unsatisfying.

Donna Summer -- "MacArthur Park" -- November 11, 1978

Donna Summer is an amazing singer. But wtf is this. "Someone left the cake out in the rain" sung with incredible sorrow is just odd. And then it goes disco, because of course, but -- what? Show me someone's master's thesis on this and maybe I'll understand the song. As it is I am simply confused.

Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond -- "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" -- December 2, 1978

One singer whose singing I despise, and another singer whom I forget exists when I'm not reminded of him. Looking up the lyrics after trying to listen to the song for about 20 seconds, they're lamenting about a failing relationship. With the reasons apparently being "you don't bring me flowers/ you don't sing me love songs." Yeah, uh, if you want the same exact kind of romantic effort put into a long-term relationship as was there in the beginning, you will be disappointed. She doesn't bring you flowers, but what about that dinner she cooked? He doesn't sing you love songs, but how about the fact that he does the dishes and puts the kids to bed? No wonder divorce rates were so high in the 70s. Yep, I hate it.

Chic -- "Le Freak" -- December 9, 1978

This one was played a lot at the clubs I went to in the 90s. It's a good funky dance song with a memorable bassline.

BEST OF 1978: "Boogie Oogie Oogie" by A Taste of Honey. WORST OF 1978: "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" by Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond, but also anything with Barry Gibb's fingerprints on it.

‘This is the story of my first official mission as a preliminary hero!’

The weather on the day of our arrival was anything but clear. The sky was full of dark gray swirling clouds which pelted down big raindrops, yet oddly at the same time the sun was still shining and the sky still bright.

Ida explained that this natural phenomenon was called Sun Showers.

Uraraka said that her family called it Orphan Tears.

Kacchan claimed the sky was like this because the devil was beating his wife.

Every time I see the weather like this I think of my mom telling me that the sky was just feeling to many things at once. She said the sun and rain was the sky just trying to show all of its emotions.

I believe that is a perfect description of this weather. It was like the sky was trying to reflect all of the emotions that were flowing through the eight students of class 1a. A strong sense of foreboding and dread coupled with the rays of excitement and anticipation shining through.

The closer we tread to our destination, the stronger all these feelings became till we were finally standing at the entrance to Enoshima Juvenile Prison.

Turn this way up! 21 year old Wayne blasts this out like a genius - his voice is amazing and so feminine. I know it from Ferris Bueller's Day Off originally where it is put to very good use.

Bladerunner, one of my favourite films.  WHAT A FUCKING SOUNDTRACK! This song was an accidental recording sung for the demo by Don Percival (not the intended singer) and the weird spooky vocal just worked for the mock vintage sound.

Released through Lost Map Records. I know these people and they always have great acts - I had a lot of exceptional experiences on the Inner Hebridean island of Eigg with them. This track is just a beautiful, pulsing moonbeam.

Such a sleazy, druggy, sexy song - dirty guitar and sensual drums - the opening drum intro, borrowed from (another 60’s track), Be My Baby by The Ronettes coming up on this list at number 38.

Kamikita is a singer songwriter, also once known as KK, who belches out vivid vocals from his diaphragm while the substructure of skilled technique is there as instrumentals, holding it together sturdy. His songs are very thought-provoking alone, yet music isn’t his only reign as he writes scripts for his shows, he puts careful consideration into his visuals: and abracadabra! ygarshy is continuing to be supporting Wasureranne yo with concerts for the summer.Concurrent reports consist of ygarshy smiling, poker facing to hide his smile, yet his smile seeping out because of Shibata’s noble passion for music. Shibata will do risqué shouts or gatling release the word "sex" out of his mouth, when which yg will subtly sip his water in a means to dodge, or just knifesharp glare at him. Their current series is one where they dress up as Yugioh characters, roleplay them with accurate voices and cult-like enthusiasm, before the instigation of the series’ famous ~Shadow Games~ together. Which are all uhh, epic card games, yeah, like tabletop Jenga or  or Mariomaker or electric Russian roulette, pick them up like they’re Kuribos. It’s a riot.

 I’m sure I’ve said this for the umpteenth time now but, my favorite album from syrup16g is “delayed" syrup16g are an indie band who began in 1993 and keep resurging again to pop off. With performances in Budoukan and high Oricon points on their back. This pivotal album of theres is mellow with whimpering instruments and ephemeral sounding visuals and it's really nice, thank you SND.

Euthanasia has been becoming a uproarious subject in Japan, ever since a woman fled to Sweden because she suffered brain diseases, and wanted to die while still preserving her sanity and dignity. I saw Tokyo Syoki Syodo in concert for my first time today. It was the best. I seriously thought I was gonna burst into tears. It might be a long time since I was last this excited to see a band live - it's been a long time since I even saw a concert live but still,,, I was surprised by how much of the lyrics to Saisei Button I subconsciously remembered. It just shows that Tokyo Syoki Syodo's songs are that good. They are a group who indulge in the typicality of cutesy culture, instagram filters, sparkling make-up, and all while flexing the power to whack you with whamming hard rock. He mentioned them again in his June 9th twitcast also, calling them natural and epiphanic to how bands can just be just as they are. I have no doubts that this is my top-played song these past few months. This is my anthem. -Saisei Rock, their most recent music video, check it out! I don’t even know how many years I’ve lived at this point but it’s not commonplace to find a song this great. 

This example will only be understood by super like-minded folk, but I haven’t felt this way since I got obsessed with Sakasama Cider.

What an article. Don’t be releasing things like this into the world. The picture shown is SND’s face was drawn in the background of Meshi ni Shimashou(Let’s have some food!), a manga by Kobayashi Doom. It’s a story which digs into the lives of a a manga artist and her assistant, who bask in the dying embryos of production and then cook meals with crazy twists or gimmicks to restore their “MP”. There’s an official sneak-peak preview of it here! It’s only available in JP though… If you like the look of it please feel free to yell at your local manga provider to officially translate it, Kobayashi Doom is someone SND is so undeniably influenced by. Especially their series Negi nee-san. A webcomic about a surreal girl drowned in surreal antics. It’s usually rooted in nonsense and that’s the grandest appeal. The visuals consist of copy-pasted collages, intricate professional art dynamics, cute girls, to stoic jokes such as “’seven eleven is an integer so seven & I is a complex number” and mostly references to mathematics or science or Jojo. The most parroted one is “Yes” “Not yes”. Also worthy of mention is that things resembling Negi-neesan’s various nameless beasts will show up as backdrop etc. in SND’s manga Chikyuu Monogatari. And most importantly here, there’s even a comic about Shinoda on that link, with the Let’s Meal characters! It reads: Madare ”Who's that?" Omega "From the band 'Hitorie',His name is Shinoda and he seems to be a zealous fan of mine, (sign reads: zealous whatever food hall) He told me he wants me to experience his recent works so he sent me the mp3"Madare “Ooh Isn’t Hitorie that [insert amazing praise here]“. Omega “Look, he’s even wearing a Negi-T (Negi-nee-san’s surreal brand) in this video” (Reference: In the Talkie Dance MV he wears this one) Woah　Click-click Omega “So now, I’ve listened to it 100 times but in sheer honesty I don’t know anything about rock besides the band Ningen Isu so I thought I’d use this comic as an equivalent of an answer to him, a sort of "guess my feelings" quiz. Madare “I see you're popping your conman skill again. (You’ve even beaten me with that skill before )” “I’ve been eavesdropping. Time to cook a meal and get together with him” Omega “I like it." *The chorus lyrics to Hitorie's NAI from ai/SOlate are written on the top left corner, Kobayashi Doumu on the right, and the beastly text written next to the youkai-looking Shinoda in slide one I believe is an feisty ateji encrypting ‘For Shinoda’. SND replied to that comic too! Saying “Even insane miracles can happen huh, Doom-sensei thank you so much!! No this is seriously sick, wtf…." Q.E.D. Kobayashi Doom is strangely important for SND’s character development.

I recorded drums for Sasaki Sayaka’s song, the ending theme for 'Ultraman Taiga’. I used a big and powerful setup for this. The broadcasts start on 7/6. I can’t wait. Also Taro's son is crazy. Ultraman Taro's son is the main character of this new spinoff tokusatsu series! The ending song is called “Hitotsubishi” and will premiere along the first episode, I’ll update this if an official video arrives later, so we can listen to it! “Bug can duplicate,” Tali explained as the other Bug waved from the seat next to her before popping out of existence.  Tucker jumped at the action.  “They wanted to announce their own match, but I had to veto that.”

“Could’ve been funny, though,” Danny said.  

“In hindsight, you’re right.”  Tali sighed.  “Oh well.  And our other contestant,  from the Frozen Wasteland, it’s the deadest ghost that ever died:  Ceciliaspen!”

She hovered into the ring, the dark rings under her eyes confirming what Tali had said.  She did look pretty dead, even for a ghost.

“PHIGHT!”

For someone who was very very dead, Ceciliaspen moved fast.  She dropped into the floor, blending with the shadows of the pavement.

“Wow, is she like Johnny 13’s shadow?”  Tucker asked.  Danny shrugged.

“I don’t know, her opponent didn’t show up to the last round.”

In the meantime, Bug split themselves into four duplicates.

“Great, now there’s even more of them to roast me,” Tucker muttered.

Each Bug held a staff, and moving as one, they planted them in the ground at the corners of the ring.  Or, well, four points on the chalk circle.

“What’re they doing?”

“Just be quiet and watch, Tuck.”

Ceciliaspen was a dark spot roaming the ground, darting towards one duplicate before being distracted by a different one.    Then all the duplicates converged in the center of the ring, merged back together, and shot finger guns at the staffs.  At the signal, each staff unfolded into a projector screen, which pourned light down on the center of the ring.

“Get rekt, binch,” Bug said as the blinding light evaporated the shadow of Ceciliaspen.

Tucker blinked.  “She’ll be alright, right?”

Danny snorted.  “Johnny’s shadow always comes back after something like that.  I’m sure she’ll be fine.  Besides, they’ve got some kind of medic room in the Denny’s.”

“Actually, Ceciliaspen was the medic,” Tali said, rubbing her chin.  “I think I hired someone else too though before this round.  Ehhhh it should be fine.”

Bug shot finger guns at the cheering audience as Tali blew her kazoo.

“Ceciliaspen is unable to battle!  Reallydumbdannyphantomaus wins!”

Fallout OCs!

Uh, hey! This is pretty much the first time I've released any info about all my Fallout OCs. If you're wondering how they all know each other and what this big plot is, basically the Enclave come back with Institute allies and some other mess. All the characters and pictures were created by yours truly, and I hope those who see enjoy!

Johnny Cole/ "Vault Dweller"

Summary

Johnathan Cole, or as you better know him as the Vault Dweller, was once a typical resident inside Vault 13. He didn't enjoy the lifestyle of living in a vault and wanted to see what the real world was like. It was only until Vault 13's water chip breaks when he finally gets his wish, and was now tasked to trek through the Californian Wasteland to find a new one before his Vault dies. He came across new places, new friends, and new threats. After he defeats the master through words, Johnny was claimed as a hero by many but was ousted from his vault by his Overseer out of the fear of others wanting to leave as well. Johnny left with no strength left to fight back, and left the vault forever. He set off into the mountains and began setting up a new tribe with other vault dwellers. Before he died of old age, he told his tribe to preserve his brain and asked one final request to bring him back somehow if something were to happen that could threaten his tribe. Many years later, Johnny was re created in the year of 2287 by the help of Vault Scientists from Vault City, who were able to bring him back thanks to tremendous breakthroughs in technology. He was brought back to life due to the Lone Wanderer, Courier, and Sole Survivor needing aid in taking out a new threat that Johnny will have to fight against.

Personality

Johnny is a rough and tumble type of guy, always enjoying to throw himself into a fight with no intention of backing out until the room is full of nothing but corpses. He may not always think before he talks, but he has pure intentions and always looking for anyone in need. He also won't hesitate in pulling the trigger first if things go south, so he needs a bit of restraint from his allies before he makes a wrong move. Though he seems thick skinned and fool hearty, Johnny is a simple and kind guy who you can talk to in a bar.

Cazzy

Summary

Cazzy can't really remember much about her life, considering it was composed of being in a bio gel tube in a induced coma. She was actually an experiment created by Enclave Scientists after they resurged, wondering what the effects could be on manipulating human dna and the various mutated animal dna together and how it could be used to their advantage. One day, she was able to break free due to a containment breach by another female creature created by the Enclave. They both escaped into the night and never seen each other since. With her on her own, she decided to stay in the shadows and keep sight from humans. She traveled to the Mojave, and while there she found out that she can befriend and control other wild Cazadors, which she found useful to find supplies without needing to go out in full view. She lived in a small cave, and even though she had her fellow Cazadors, she felt lonely and in need of companionship. She wasn't the greatest at speech either, and could only speak in short utterances. One day, she noticed that a group of humans were traveling down a trail, and one really caught her attention. A man with yellow blond hair and wearing a blue jumpsuit, it was none other than Johnny Cole, along with the rest of the crew. It was then that they got cornered and attacked by a band of Raiders who were waiting for a surprise attack. Before anyone could react, a loud sound of buzzing came began to get louder and louder, and in shock from everyone, a large swarm of Cazadors swarmed at them. It was then when the main five realized that the Cazadors went after the Raiders. The swarm attacked and killed the raiders, leaving nothing but stung and stiff corpses. The group were confused as to why they weren't attacked as well, but that's when they noticed the feminine bug walkong towards them, wearing nothing but a ragged cloak to cover herself. They were stunned with awe at the sight; a insectoid woman. With the best of her speech, she said "I save you" in a soft voice. They were now dumbfounded that she could talk. She began eyeballing them all with her giant red eyes and began eyeing down Johnny again. She liked the way that this human looked, toned and strong she could tell even from just looking at his tightly fitted suit. Johnny began eyeballing her back, and something sparked within him that he never felt in a long time since, and he could tell that she can feel it too. He was the first one to thank her for her act of kindness, and asked for her name. She paused, since she never had a name in the first place. Since Mojave knew about Cazadors, he gave the idea of Cazzy as a name. She seemed pleased with it, and kept it as her official name. Johnny pledged the idea of her joining along with the group, and while they were relunctant at the thought and the chances of this female bug lady killing them all with a swarm of bugs seemed likely, she never seemed hostile at them in the slightest and did save their asses. They all agreed, with Johnny being the most joyous, and Cazzy making a buzzing noise of delight. She packed up ther things and setted of witht the group, with a new interest on her right and a swarm of Cazadors on her left.

Personality

Cazzy in the beginning of her new life was very timid and quiet, fearing the world amd the people , how theh would react to seeing a creature such as her, and felt embarrassed about showing her body. She was also very curious about the world around her, but never had the strength to actually go out and explore. It was only until Johnny and the others came into her life to show her the real world. She's now become very open and more spring in her step , and could speak more fluently in English. She always wanted to experience companionship with someone, and was given that chance when she met Johnny. Cazzy doesn't exactly know how to use weaponry, but thanks to Johnny she knows how to handle a poison soaked knife and is pretty decent with a pistol, but would much rather use her swarm of Cazadors to take baddies out.

Griffin Cole/ "Chosen One

Summary

Griffin Cole is the grandson of Johnny Cole, the Vault Dweller and founder of his tribe. Griffin was tested and destined to become the new leader of his people, and was sought to be the "Chosen One". Griffin was sent on a mission to find the tribals that have gone missing. He then discovers of the Enclave, and their plans to find people to use as slaves to mine the FEV underneath their oil rig. He finds new friends and a sweet car, and after a long and treterous mission, he successfully kills Frank Horrigan and stops the Enclave from mining the FEV. He goes back and continues to lead his tribe until his death, in which he asks for the same procedure just like his grandfather and the promise to bring him back if a new threat occured. He was re created in the year of 2287 by the help of Vault Scientists from Vault City, who were able to bring him back thanks to tremendous breakthroughs in technology. He was brought back to life due to the Lone Wanderer, Courier, and Sole Survivor needing aid in taking out a new threat that he and his grandfather will have to fight against.

Personality

Griffin takes alot from his grandfather. He enjoys throwing himself into a fight with little regard to his personal safety, and makes up for it with his powerful melee blows and bullet sponge armor made from the same material as Frank Horrigan's armor. Unlike the other members, Griffin enjoys being up close and personal and likes melee or unarmed combat, though he is a decent shot when it comes to his trusy Bozar. If melee isnt available, hell use his fists to make amends with what ever is bothering him. He may not act or sound like the sharpest, but there are moments where something comes out of him that sounds like it wouldn't come from him. He's a gentle giant, and a beefcake under his armor, which makes hima the center of attention and oggled by many women, both during his first and second life, though he isn't interested in being in a relationship as of now.

Sam Lincoln/ "Lone Wanderer"

Summary

Sam Lincoln was born and raised in Vault 101 and was taught mainly by his father, James Lincoln, a brilliant scientist who had an hopes and a dream of restoring the broken wasteland. His father always taught him that he'll achieve great things in the future, and great things Sam did indeed. When his father left Vault 101, Sam instantly took persuit and set on finding his father. Along the way, he finds new friends and helps the good people of the DC wasteland. Sam eventually finds his Father and helps the Lyon's Pride BoS take back the Jefferson Memorial to complete Project Purity. After the events of FO3 and Broken Steel, Sam decided to stay with the Lyon's Pride as their top tier sniper until their departure from the DC to the Commonwealth, where Sam decided to stay in the DC. It wasn't until Sam was called by the Courier and Sole Survivor to help them in their mits of stopping the Institute in FO4, and to stop an even bigger threat after that; the Enclave Resurged.

Personality

Though Sam may look 19, he’s actually 29 by the time the events of FO4 happen due to a unique age deficiency, making him appear younger. So the voice a mature British man coming out of a 19 year old is an odd site. Though he’s 29, Sam still has the heart of a child, so he still enjoys the things that would necessarily fit his age. He’s also the shortest of the group, only being 5′8 and a half so he gets picked on easily. Sam is an excellent sharpshooter, and enjoys staying out of the fray picking of any major threats that can come across his group with his trusty Lincoln’s Repeater. After the death of his father, Sam was only left with the life lessons that his dad told him, though he still felt lost without a father figure to help him. Luckily, being with the Sole Survivor during FO4 and the Enclave Resurgence gives him the chance to have someone to look up to, and although he’ll never forget his true father, the Sole Survivor is someone he definitely feels that he can teach him and help pick up where James sadly had to leave off. 

Pollyn Matthews  

Summary

Pollyn Matthews is the daughter of Ghoul gardeners and flower specialists, Ryan and Rachel Matthews. Because of their love for all things plants and flowers, she was named after the substance that helps plants grow. Pollyn was a miracle child when she was born, as she came out perfectly fine even though her parents were both Ghouls before she was born. Though after a few years, the process of ghoulification began to occur, though not as drastic as other Ghouls. She still kept her full head of red hair, and her skin wasn’t as damaged as her parents and didn’t smell like a rotting corpse, though she did lose her nose, and isn’t fully resistant to high levels of radiation. Though her process of becoming a full Ghoul seem to have stopped, she still fears of becoming feral, and having to fear wondering if or when her parents become feral, but she tries her best to hide the fear unless she feels that she can’t hold it in. Pollyn herself is a mercenary and bounty hunter of sorts, only going after Raider bosses, opposing mercenaries like Talon, and other bad guys. She then sells the loot she finds in her own shop, while her parents live the calmer life style of owning a flower shop, but still support her daughter in what she does, saying that what she does “rids the world of these no good junkies”. One day on a mission to take down a Raider boss, she came across a ginormous group of Talon Company mercs attacking a band of 5 men hiding behind a shack, obviously the situation wasn’t in their favor. The seemed to have no advantage as the group of Raiders seemed to posses more fire power and numbers than the 5 men and their act of flanking was non existent. She needed to act fast, and so with her trusty AA-12 shotgun and frag grenades, she ran in and blasted all the mercs into mince meat before any of them realized what was going on. All the men (Johnny, Griffin, Sam, Mojave, and Rick) could only hear the screaming of men and the sound of constant shotgun blasts, explosions, and bodies hitting the floor. They were shocked to see in the blink of an eye that a group of trained mercs that they thought would out beat them were single handedly slaughtered by one singular Ghoul. They thanked her for her help, and all she asked in return was to help her take their loot back to her shop. Sam felt a spark go off in him about this woman, but a Ghoul? He felt conflicted at first, but decided that a lot of things happen for a reason, but the problem was that he was never really good at making any moves. Pollyn could tell the young man was acting funny, and realized that the young man was interested in her. She felt shocked that someone would actually feel that way despite her appearance and just like Sam, she was never really good at making the first move. She felt embarrassed at having these feelings towards someone who was younger than her, but then felt relieved yet more embarrassed when Sam had to break the ice, as usual, that he was 29, a good 2 years older than her, yet noticeably shorter than her by about an inch or two. The rest of the men could do nothing but smile in pure smugness, and asked if she ever wants to lend a hand she can always give them a call, especially Sam. She was more than happy to accept the offer.

Personality

Pollyn is what you would call a tomboy, never having any interest in more feminine things and more into the rough and tumble style, and while she seems thick skinned and a bit abrasive, she's actually very sensitive and shy when it comes to showing her feelings. Sam himself loves both her tomboy ish charms and sensitive side, sometimes teasing her about it in a playful manner. Pollyn enjoys being loud, mainly when it comes to combat. She enjoys fragging enemies with grenades and shotguns, and is decent in melee combat with her trusty fire axe. Pollyn is always down to take down some baddies and won’t back down in a fight when it comes to protecting others.

Mojave Navarro/ “Courier Six”

Summary

Mojave Navarro was born in the Mojave Wasteland, and was the only child of his two parents, who were Bighorn and Brahmin ranchers. In his early years, Mojave enjoyed two things, western cowboy movies and fixing things. Mojave’s parents knew he was gifted when he was able to fix a broken Mister Handy into becoming their personal helper, discovering his knack of fixing robots. His father was able to get his hands on some old western flicks and tv shows back before the Great War and were in somewhat working condition. Mojave always dreamed of becoming a peace keeper, and would always ask his parents if he can become a sheriff. At age 15, Mojave began learning on how to use a gun, and a revolver felt right in his hands. He didn’t learn anything fancy but was a good shot with it, even at long ranges. By the time Mojave reached 20, his parents decided that it was time for them to retire and settle in Texas, where things were less hectic. Mojave, while saddened that his parents early departure, he was happy and thankful for them helping him out getting on his own feet. Mojave had to push the dream of being a sheriff in the back of his mind and settled off on working as a courier in the Mojave Express. It wasn’t a glamorous job, but it helped bring the caps in. While his life was simple and easy, Mojave knew that he could do so much more. It was only until he was assign to deliver a special package when his life was about to turn in a whole new direction. One moment he's walking down a trail with no worries in the world, and next thing he knows he’s tied up and confronted by three men, once of which was in a checkered suit, and pulled a gun on him. Next thing he knows, he’s waking up in an old house with a splitting headache. Insert most of Fallout NV’s plot n side quests which morally help people despite factions, and Mojave is now the owner of both Vegas and the Hoover Dam, with the help of Yes Man. When the plot of FO4 happens, Mojave sets up in the Commonwealth as a robot repairman in an old Red Rocket gas station, where he creates, sells, and repairs robots. He also created Sunset, his robot lover

Personality

Mojave is a calm and collective individual, always sounding confident with every word that comes out of his smooth talking mouth. Whenever he sees the opportunity to make some money (as long as it isn’t on those who are good of heart and aren't bad guys) he’ll take the advantage. His charisma is enough to make anyone change their mind, which can be useful in a pinch. Mojave is a keeper of piece always looking out for the good of the people, but doesn’t enjoy it when referred t o as an “Anarchist”. Mojave is a Jack of all Trades and a Master of None, meaning he can do just about anything and everything and anything that is put up in front of him; sneaking, sniping, melee combat, all the good stuff, but he's most experienced with gunslinging and repairing. Mojave will rarely bring up his temper, but when it does hell has no fury like his scorn. 

Sunset Nevada

Summary

Sunset Nevada was created by Mojave Navarro in an effort to create someone to call his own. From what Mojave remembered, Mojave made her to be as unique and as human as possible. It took him months to create and design every aspect of her, from body to personality, but kept her inner conscious open so that she can learn and understand things on her own. It took him countless trials and errors, and when he believed that he was close and turned her on, she didn’t respond. He sat on the floor, anguished and distraught in defeat, believing that he failed to bring him someone to truly love. It was only then that he hear a faint, “hello? Are you okay?” and looked up to see the beautiful robot he created was awake, and talking. He ran up to her and hugged her tightly, and she embraced the hug. After her initial start up, Sunset eased within the wasteland, thanks to Mojave feeding her inner code with all the info she needed to know (or for what he knew and could find) with both Pre-war and post war stuff, but just enough where she can still discover things on her own. Mojave also added hints about him within her, just so that she begins her relationship with him and naturally falls for him over time, and so it did. Mojave introduced her to the gang, and were happy to have a new member in the gang, and could clearly see the improvement on Mojave himself.

Personality

Sunset Nevada is a bubbly and happy individual, always curious about anything thats new and always excited to try something new. She is the very thing that makes Mojave keep on going, saying that she is, “the only one for him,” and promises to never let anything happen to her. She is unique in the fact that she is a one of a kind Assaultron, with a personality and “consciousness” that is as close to human as possible, similar to a Synth. Her body was handcrafted by Mojave and colored to be of a  beautiful desert sunset, hence her name. Mojave   taught her to never let anyone discourage or take advantage of her of being a robot, due to varying factions that involve robots (Rust Devils, BoS, etc.) and she always takes it to heart, and even when she does have thoughts of self doubt, it instantly dissipates when she embraces her lover. Sunset’s arsenal includes a gun varying the situation, an Assaultron Blade sword, and her special laser that most Assaultrons have that comes from her eye. She hates when people compare her or think of her as just an Assaultron, and has a distaste for other Assaultrons, except a few (PAM, Ada, and KLE-0) for being nothing more than pre-programmed killing machines, and shows it when she fights them, claiming that they aren't her “sisters”. 

Rick Deckard/ “Sole Survivor”

Rick Deckard

Rick Deckard during his Pre-War times, was an outstanding man. At a young age, he joined the Commonwealth Police Force, and after that he joined the military to save his country. After his honorable discharge, Rick settled down and married his high school sweetheart, Nora, and had a baby named Shaun. All that changed when the bombs dropped, and they had to enter Vault 111, where they didn’t realize they were walking into a freezing chamber. Rick woke up at one point to see that his wife was being apprehended buy two people, and was needlessly murdered by Kellogg for his son. He froze again, and finally woke up again, now 210 years after they initially entered the vault. Nate wanted vengeance and justice, and set off into the new and broken world that was the Wasteland. He joined the Minutemen, and after Fallout 4′s, he’s set off on to help restore the Commonwealth. While in the Commonwealth, he helped most of his companions, and even fell in love with Curie.

Personality

Rick is a hardened man, and knows how to work in a firefight. He’s smart, tactical, and knows how to turn the tide of a battle to his favor, which makes him an amazing general of the Minutemen. But just because he’s hardened does’t mean he’s lost his sense of human or sensitivity, and still knows how to have a good time. He can be pretty sarcastic, but only comes to it when it comes to someone who's not on his good side. Since Rick is a father, He's really determined to make sure everyone shows their true potential and to never stop doing what they believe in, and is really protective about those he cares about.

Danny Phantom Random Episode Thoughts (Part 4)

Note: Sorry it took so long to finish typing up this last one, gonna have to rewatch the show and take more notes to share other observations and thoughts I’m a bit rusty on.

Part 4

Danny only said two words to him and Jack replied “that's enough of your sass talk” without even listening. I mean sure Danny was goofing off playing videogames a bit too long but that's hardly worth being treated like he was doing something worse.

Lancer said he knew Danny was a capable young man, and you know, even though he's used for comic relief I think he's a great teacher and a nice guy at heart that wants the best for his students. Too bad he's written the way he is in the show like most stereotypical teachers who don't believe it when a kid is very obviously being bullied by the “football star.”

Maddie said “Fenton's get A's” so that proves the whole Danny-has-to-meet-unrealistic expectations thing. I'm all for doing your best but come on, he's only 14!

Jack yelled at Tucker through Danny's phone saying he's busy and then crushed it. Geez, talk about overreacting!

Danny's username in DOOM is “Ghost Boy” apparently, subtle.

Danny overshadowed the game and entered as a ghost.

Jack put a genetic lock on the Fenton Ghost Portal.

I made a theory about this but I wonder, is Johnny 13's shadow an extension of himself or a whole other being attached to him?

In this episode we see for the first time what it looks like inside the ghost portal, there's a tunnel between the Ghost Zone and Earth.

Kitty got hurt so her energy was split between the Ghost Zone and Earth. After that she put her energy into her most prized possessions so she could transfer herself into whichever girl ended up wearing it all.

I was really impressed when this one guy Danny saved on a roller-coaster saved two kids too by grabbing them midair. You go random citizen!

Johnny has a last name we never find out but they still called him Johnny 13 because of his bad luck. Like I said earlier though it's unclear if he was unlucky when he was alive or if that shadow became part of him or manifested as soon as he became a ghost.

And oh sure, when Jazz finds a supposed boyfriend they WANT Danny to spy and meddle with her affairs, but when he kissed Sam like we see a recreation of in a different episode she had to lie about what her name was and Jack said “you're never allowed to see Danny again” basically. Just more unfairness.

Danny did the same step out of the shadows thing as Vlad when we first saw him.

Her parents think Jazz wants to be a brain surgeon? Nah! She wants to be a shrink! Lolz!

Wow what a scary thought, when Jazz put on Kitty's stuff their souls were being switched, bringing Kitty to Earth and sending Jazz to the Ghost Zone. Can you imagine what would have happened if she actually had been trapped there? Scary thought...

Why on earth is the door to the parents room reinforced? No wonder they couldn't break out when Johnny locked them in.

Johnny's shadow destroys everything it passes through.

The Fenton Creep Stick is just a bat with a Fenton sticker on it.

I haven't seen Johnny himself do anything himself even with basic powers so I'm assuming his shadow itself is the source of his power.
