After all, fiction isn't reality. Your story featuring a slasher killer did not chainsaw real people to death. So anything goes with fiction, right?

Disabuse yourself of those notions this instant, buster, the Quarry fandom's fiction police is here to lay down the law!

• You cannot put characters through traumatic sexual experiences without their consent! I don't care if they're fictional people: they matter more than you.

• No dark themes! Don't you know that depiction = endorsement? Moreover, romanticizing fictionalized depictions of immoral behavior means you want to experience it/carry it out in the real world.

For example: Yandere fans want to be stalked IRL, even though most people find stalkers terrifying.

• If an age gap between a couple passes the seven-year limit, it's an illegal age gap! It doesn't matter if they're both adults: a 50-year-old cannot be shipped with a 41-year-old. Their age difference makes the 41-year-old minor-coded!

• "Smut in stories must be vanilla," is what I'm getting from "smut is supposed to be with consent." No kinky shit, freaks!
