Pet Boarding in Heathmont
Finding reliable care for your furry friend can be a challenge when you’re away. Whether you’re heading off for a weekend trip or an extended holiday, you want peace of mind knowing your pet is in safe hands. That’s where Pet Boarding Heathmont steps in. With a growing number of pet owners turning to local boarding services, Heathmont has become a trusted hub for quality pet care. This blog explores what makes Heathmont ideal for pet boarding and why choosing a local provider could be the best decision for your pet.
Understanding Pet Boarding in Heathmont
Heathmont is known for its serene surroundings, community charm, and pet-loving culture. That makes it an ideal place for pet boarding services to thrive. Pet Boarding Heathmont offers not just a place for your pet to stay, but a warm and homely environment where animals are treated like family.
Many local facilities are run by experienced professionals who understand the emotional needs of pets while their owners are away. These caregivers ensure your pet gets individual attention, proper meals, safe shelter, and daily playtime. Unlike some high-volume kennels, Heathmont boarding homes often provide a more intimate setting, reducing stress and ensuring a more personalised experience.
Comfort and Safety First
When choosing Pet Boarding Heathmont, pet owners can expect safety and comfort as top priorities. Most facilities are well-secured with clean sleeping areas, temperature control, and fenced outdoor zones. Pets are constantly supervised, especially in common play areas. Regular health checks are a norm, and any signs of discomfort are addressed immediately.
In Heathmont, the staff at pet boarding services are usually trained in pet first-aid and behaviour management. So if your dog gets anxious or your cat refuses to eat, they know how to handle it gently and professionally. This level of care is essential for pets to feel at home while you’re away.
Daily Routines that Mimic Home Life
Many pets are creatures of habit. Shifting their routine can be stressful. That’s why Pet Boarding Heathmont services focus on maintaining schedules similar to home life. Morning walks, meal times, rest periods, and playtimes are structured to mirror what your pet is used to.
Some services even ask for your pet’s feeding and sleeping routine so they can follow it as closely as possible. Whether your dog needs a walk before breakfast or your cat enjoys a late-night snack, Heathmont carers will ensure routines are respected. This familiarity helps pets adapt quickly and reduces separation anxiety.
Socialisation and Playtime Benefits
Unlike leaving your pet at home with just a neighbour popping in, Pet Boarding Heathmont allows for supervised socialisation with other animals. Interaction in a controlled, friendly environment helps your pet stay active and mentally engaged.
Dogs in particular benefit greatly from social play. They get to burn energy, learn new behaviours, and enjoy the company of fellow canines. Cats, while more solitary, are given plenty of attention, play toys, and climbing spots to stay stimulated. The activities aren’t just fun — they promote emotional and physical well-being.
Professional and Personalised Attention
One of the biggest advantages of using Pet Boarding Heathmont is the level of personal care. Many boarding providers are small business owners who genuinely love animals. They often keep fewer pets at one time to ensure each animal receives the care they deserve.
Your pet won’t be just a number. Staff take time to get to know each animal’s quirks, preferences, and needs. Whether your dog loves belly rubs or your rabbit gets nervous in loud spaces, these details matter — and they are remembered by dedicated carers.
Why Heathmont Stands Out
Heathmont’s unique blend of suburban charm and modern facilities makes it stand out for pet boarding. The area offers ample green space, quiet neighbourhoods, and easy access from surrounding suburbs. It’s close enough to Melbourne for convenience but far enough to provide a peaceful stay for pets.
The local pet care community is strong, with many boarding providers working closely with local vets, trainers, and groomers. This network ensures that your pet will be in good hands — even if something unexpected happens. Pet Boarding Heathmont is more than just a service; it’s a support system for you and your pet.
Preparing Your Pet for Boarding
To make your pet’s stay more comfortable, a little preparation goes a long way. Pack their favourite toys, bedding, and enough food for the stay. Provide clear instructions about any medication or dietary restrictions. A quick visit before the actual stay can also help familiarise your pet with the new environment.
Some Pet Boarding Heathmont services offer trial days or meet-and-greet sessions. These are helpful in easing your pet into the new setting and ensuring the carers get to know your pet beforehand. It’s all about creating a stress-free transition.
Peace of Mind for You, Happiness for Your Pet
When you choose Pet Boarding Heathmont, you’re not just hiring a service — you’re ensuring that your beloved pet is safe, cared for, and happy. This gives you peace of mind to focus on your travel or work, knowing your furry friend is having their own little vacation.
Heathmont continues to gain trust from pet owners because of its dedication to quality care and loving environments. Whether you’re away for a weekend or a few weeks, knowing your pet is in the right hands makes all the difference.
Call Us for This Service
Looking for trusted and affordable Pet Boarding in Heathmont services? We’re here to care for your pet like family. Reach out today to schedule a visit or secure a booking. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Let’s give them a stay they’ll love while you’re away.

The issue with people constantly invading my privacy is still ongoing, and it’s only getting worse. It’s like no matter how much I express my need for space and respect, it falls on deaf ears. My roommate has chosen to ignore the situation, continuing to play it off as if I’m the one who’s crazy. This is incredibly frustrating and damaging to my mental state.
On top of that, people have been banging on my window, trying to treat me like I’m the problem when I’m simply asking for respect and to be left alone. This is completely out of line and crossing boundaries in a way that I cannot tolerate. It’s escalating to the point where now I’m being provoked and threatened with physical violence. This whole situation is beyond crazy. It’s like no one cares to stop this ongoing issue, and I’m left feeling vulnerable and attacked in my own home.
I don’t know how much more of this I can handle. My anxiety is through the roof, and I’m starting to feel more and more unsafe. The lack of support and the continued disregard for my well-being is infuriating. I need an end to this, and I need it now.

we've found it folks: mcmansion heaven
Hello everyone. It is my pleasure to bring you the greatest house I have ever seen. The house of a true visionary. A real ad-hocist. A genuine pioneer of fenestration. This house is in Alabama. It was built in 1980 and costs around $5 million. It is worth every penny. Perhaps more.
Now, I know what you're thinking: "Come on, Kate, that's a little kooky, but certainly it's not McMansion Heaven. This is very much a house in the earthly realm. Purgatory. McMansion Purgatory." Well, let me now play Beatrice to your Dante, young Pilgrim. Welcome. Welcome, welcome, welcome.
It is rare to find a house that has everything. A house that wills itself into Postmodernism yet remains unable to let go of the kookiest moments of the prior zeitgeist, the Bruce Goffs and Earthships, the commune houses built from car windshields, the seventies moments of psychedelic hippie fracture. It is everything. It has everything. It is theme park, it is High Tech. It is Renaissance (in the San Antonio Riverwalk sense of the word.) It is medieval. It is maybe the greatest pastiche to sucker itself to the side of a mountain, perilously overlooking a large body of water. Look at it. Just look.
The inside is white. This makes it dreamlike, almost benevolent. It is bright because this is McMansion Heaven and Gray is for McMansion Hell. There is an overbearing sheen of 80s optimism. In this house, the credit default swap has not yet been invented, but could be.
It takes a lot for me to drop the cocaine word because I think it's a cheap joke. But there's something about this example that makes it plausible, not in a derogatory way, but in a liberatory one, a sensuous one. Someone created this house to have a particular experience, a particular feeling. It possesses an element of true fantasy, the thematic. Its rooms are not meant to be one cohesive composition, but rather a series of scenes, of vastly different spatial moments, compressed, expanded, bright, close.
And then there's this kitchen for some reason. Or so you think. Everything the interior design tries to hide, namely how unceasingly peculiar the house is, it is not entirely able to because the choices made here remain decadent, indulgent, albeit in a more familiar way.
Rare is it to discover an interior wherein one truly must wear sunglasses. The environment created in service to transparency has to somewhat prevent the elements from penetrating too deep while retaining their desirable qualities. I don't think an architect designed this house. An architect would have had access to specifically engineered products for this purpose. Whoever built this house had certain access to architectural catalogues but not those used in the highest end or most structurally complex projects. The customization here lies in the assemblage of materials and in doing so stretches them to the height of their imaginative capacity. To borrow from Charles Jencks, ad-hoc is a perfect description. It is an architecture of availability and of adventure.
A small interlude. We are outside. There is no rear exterior view of this house because it would be impossible to get one from the scrawny lawn that lies at its depths. This space is intended to serve the same purpose, which is to look upon the house itself as much as gaze from the house to the world beyond.
Living in a city, I often think about exhibitionism. Living in a city is inherently exhibitionist. A house is a permeable visible surface; it is entirely possible that someone will catch a glimpse of me they're not supposed to when I rush to the living room in only a t-shirt to turn out the light before bed. But this is a space that is only exhibitionist in the sense that it is an architecture of exposure, and yet this exposure would not be possible without the protection of the site, of the distance from every other pair of eyes. In this respect, a double freedom is secured. The window intimates the potential of seeing. But no one sees.
At the heart of this house lies a strange mix of concepts. Postmodern classicist columns of the Disney World set. The unpolished edge of the vernacular. There is also an organicist bent to the whole thing, something more Goff than Gaudí, and here we see some of the house's most organic forms, the monolith- or shell-like vanity mixed with the luminous artifice of mirrors and white. A backlit cave, primitive and performative at the same time, which is, in essence, the dialectic of the luxury bathroom.
And yet our McMansion Heaven is still a McMansion. It is still an accumulation of deliberate signifiers of wealth, very much a construction with the secondary purpose of invoking envy, a palatial residence designed without much cohesion. The presence of golf, of wood, of masculine and patriarchal symbolism with an undercurrent of luxury drives that point home. The McMansion can aspire to an art form, but there are still many levels to ascend before one gets to where God's sitting.

Hi 👋 my friends My name is Samer Abu Ras, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and shattered hopes after the war in Gaza destroyed my life and my family’s. Our days were once filled with peace and security, but now we are homeless, without shelter or income, facing a bleak future. My wife Shorouq and our three children are suffering from psychological and health traumas due to this catastrophe. We lost our home and our jobs, and now we seek warmth in cold streets.

what i've learned today is a lot of companies don't value their IT as much as they should.
#are all these big airlines and gov orgs just letting random updates happen automatically?#IT should always control when updates get pushed to production machines and have a staging environment to test to make sure things like#total BSOD don't happen#obviously crowdstrike should've caught the breaking change but version managing security dependencies of your own products is important too

The 7 R’s of Sustainability:
Did you know that ‘recycling’ is step 6 of the 7 Rs of sustainability? The other R’s are just as important even if they are often forgotten.
Rethink- Do I really need to buy this? The point of this step is to stop and think.
Refuse- Does this product damage the environment? If so, refuse to spend your money on it. i.e. single use plastics, harsh chemicals
Reduce- How much of this do I really need? Buy less! Buy in bulk when you can as it often equals less packaging to throw out.
Reuse- Can I use this product again? Can I fix what I have so that I don’t need to buy something new? Reuse that plastic water bottle a few times. And instead of buying new, try thrift shopping, flea markets, yard sales etc.
Repurpose- Unlimited creativity! Does this item have another use? i.e. old torn clothes can be rags or plastic cups can be planters.
Recycle- Can I recycle this? Not everything can be. There are also some important steps to making sure your recycling is done properly. If unsure, look up local recycling regulations.
Rot- Can I compost this? Food waste, yard clippings, newspapers and many other items can be composted instead of being tossed in the trash. Composting is surprisingly simple and helps reduce harmful greenhouse gasses from entering the atmosphere.
What is the point of the R’s? The number one benefit of the 7 R’s are the reduction of the amount of waste sent to incinerators and landfills. The EPA website provides a lot of useful information. Other benefits that we can reap from implementing these concepts in our life are (as listed on the EPA website): • Prevents pollution caused by reducing the need to harvest new raw materials • Saves energy from not making a new product • Reduces greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change • Helps sustain the environment and natural resources for future generations • Saves money from processing our waste • Increases economic security by tapping a domestic source of materials • Helps create jobs in the recycling and manufacturing industries in the United States

Please don't ignore my story 🙏🌿
With great sadness and pain, I am writing this letter to ask for urgent help for my family who are suffering from harsh and difficult circumstances. Because of the war, we have lost everything beautiful in our lives: our home, our education, and our security. My children live in constant fear and anxiety due to the loss of their safe and stable environment.
We have tried our best to adapt to the current situation, but the difficulties we face make it difficult for us to secure the most basic needs of daily life. My children are deprived of education, which is a basic right for every child, and they are in dire need of an opportunity to build a better future. Without education, the hope of a decent life and a bright future becomes slim.
We are in dire need of your support and donations to rebuild our lives and provide security and stability for my children. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in improving our situation and securing a better future for us. We know that these are difficult times for everyone, but your generosity and support can help us overcome this crisis.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your understanding and support. We are grateful for all the help you give us.🇵🇸🇵🇸

I hope everyone will help my family survive the war🇵🇸
Hello, my name is Imad Naeem Muhammad Roqa.
I am 38 years old and live in the Gaza Strip that was afflicted after October 7.

I will tell you the story of my life and my family before and after October 7th I was working as a physical education teacher in a school in the Gaza Strip I was teaching and educating the children of Gaza, and I had great love for these children because of what I was doing in terms of raising and educating the children. My daughters used to go to school to receive proper upbringing and education

But after October 7, I lost my job, my livelihood, and my work stopped due to the Israeli aggression My daughters lost their education in schools
I have a family consisting of 3 girls, in addition to my wife, A girlie Wafa is 10 years old Walaa is 8 years old Leanne is 6 years old As for my wife, her name is Maha, she is 31 years old We lived in a house filled with love, reassurance, and happiness Until our lives turned into hell after the events of October 7th

We were forced to leave our home and move from our home from Gaza City to the city of Khan Yunis. The displacement was repeated and we were displaced to the city of Rafah. We returned and were displaced to the city of Khan Yunis because of this devastating war. During displacement, my daughters were exposed to skin diseases and epidemics due to malnutrition Lack of a healthy and sound environment We suffered from a lack of medicine and an increase in the price of this medicine if it was available in one of the pharmacies, in addition to the lack of hospitals and the lack of health care.

Now my family and I live inside a small tent made of straw and wood We suffer from the cold of winter and the heat of summer in this dilapidated tent We lost our home and it was bombed and destroyed by the Israeli army We lost what was inside of my daughters’ toys, clothes, and beautiful memories Our lives have become difficult, and from here began the story of torment and suffering in order to provide food, drink, clothing, and the simplest daily necessities and duties necessary for a simple life.
My daughters and I now stand on the food sheds in order to get food and bread We are suffering from the provision of pure drinking water The lives of my daughters and my entire family have become destroyed and disastrous The most difficult thing we face during this period is the lack of money to buy food and clothes
Therefore, I am begging you and asking you to help me with money, with my daughters and my wife, to go out and travel outside the Gaza Strip and provide the most basic necessities of human life, such as food, bread and water. To live in security and stability The cost of travel for one person from the Gaza Strip is 5,000 US dollars per person I want you to help me by donating money and extending a helping hand to my family to travel and live a life of stability and safety.
Thank you all.

Help My Family Escape the War and Start a New Life

I am searching for an opportunity to live safely, far from the relentless war. Our three children, Rahaf, Leen, and Aseel, are in desperate need of healthcare and a stable, secure environment.

What's new(ish) in the settler-colonial state of the US is that a series of bills have been passed in the House (the Baby Senate as I like to say) and are on their way to the Senate that make it harder to voice support for Palestinians while also making sure your direct taxes aid the genocide in Gaza.
These bills affirm the US's stance on the settler-colonial Zionist Entity and the implicit ties that the government has with Israel and really — just goes to show you how Israel is just one big base for American Imperialism.
Anyways, there's still time to call your senate and tell them that you don't want these bills that only further spiral the US into fascism so even if you think it might not do much — it's important that we document our dissent in official sources. And while you're at it — call your congressperson and tell them that if they voted for this you're not voting for them next election. If they voted against the bills, still call your congresspeople and tell them you support their decision to vote against these bills.
Here are the bills:
📍Resolution: HR 6126
Resolution Name: Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act Description: Gives $14.3 Billion To Israel From The IRS (Taxes You Pay). Like straight up. Just takes it from an IRS project, which used our tax dollars to begin with, to give to Israel "defense." Link to check summary: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/118/hr6126
📍Resolution: HR 798
Resolution Name: "Condemning the support of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations at institutions of higher education, which may lead to the creation of a hostile environment for Jewish students, faculty, and staff." Description: Will Penalize Students On American College Campuses For Supporting Palestine. This includes "Free Palestine" Protests as according to Rep Owens who introduced the bill (Click). Link to check who voted: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/118-2023/h578
📍Resolution: HR 3266
Resolution Name: "Tolerance in Palestinian Education Act" Description: They will be examining Palestinian education materials to see if it promotes "hate" or "violence" (aka are they teaching their children to become murderers??). Will inevitably require Revision Of Text Books In Palestinian Schools To Portray The Occupation In A Positive Light. Link to summary: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/118/hr3266
📍Resolution: HR 340
Resolution Name: "The Hamas International Financing Prevent Action" Description: Claims to stop financial support for "terrorist" organizations but considering that Gaza's government is run by Hamas, then this would mean Gaza will receive absolutely no aid and donating to people in Gaza could get you in legal trouble. Link to summary: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/118/hr340
There's a button for most of these bills that allows you to contact your representative directly. Please do take the time to contact them — while many of this isn't especially new to Palestinians, the difference is now that we have a larger power in numbers than we did in the past. Please make sure to advocate for you Palestinian comrades in the US whenever possible! Help us Free Palestine one step at a time!

Something I always think about is how being a bleeding heart hippy-dippy do-gooder is actually completely aligned with being a cold, calculating "facts dont care about your feelings" person.
Like actually caring for and accommodating everybody, preserving the environment and natural resources, prioritizing human beings over profit margins, and just generally being nice! All these things are actually in your best interest! All these things lead to better productivity, stability and security! From a totally self-centered, selfish view of the world and your fellow humans, you should still land here if you actually are cold and calculating like you claim.
Cruelty and disregard for other people leads to all kinds of wasted resources and inefficient practices, it leads to volatility and unforeseen consequences! Like i realize that the person who claims to be "cold and logical" is actually anything but, it just drives me crazy how people seem to think there are material benefits to that rationale when the opposite is true

Help an intersex family in Gaza!
Hi everyone. I'd like to share about a fundraiser that is very important to me. A good friend of mine is in contact with the organizers.
(Described in alt).
Their story:
"Hello, my name is Abeer. I'm organizing this fundraising campaign from Belgium on behalf of my family, who currently live in Gaza.
Since October 7, all families in Gaza have been subjected to genocide. My family is one of those families that has had to flee its own home several times because of the threat of regular attacks.
After two months, my family decided to return home and take the risk of being bombed at any moment rather than stay in the street. Our 4-floor building now contains over 100 people who have fled from different parts of Gaza. We always open our hearts for our own people, but we can't do it without your help and support.
My parents, Kamal (53) and Moukaram (51), are suffering from the war because of their age and health. My brother Suliman, his wife Rawan Abualnaja and their two-year-old daughter Bisan are trying to stay strong, but it's complicated by their little daughter's enormous needs. My other siblings who are not married are Mohammed 25, Inas 22, Ibrahim 17, Abdallah 15.
My family medical condition during the war:
My father suffers from delusional disorders. He can't work or help my family financially. Mohammed and Ibrahim suffer from a chronic disease, congenital adrenal hyperplasia. It is difficult for them to obtain medication in Gaza. One of their medicines has not been available in Gaza for two years. During the war, they couldn't get their medicines because they simply didn't exist anymore. My family members are still suffering. They don't want to be potential victims. They want to escape death and live like other families on the planet.
On 01/01/2024, they attacked the local mosque and the missile failed to explode and ended up in front of my family's house. My family is in danger and the missile will explode any second.
Since then, my family has decided to be evacuated from Gaza because of the senseless attack on our city. Please help me evacuate my family to Egypt so that they can rebuild their lives in peace.
I've been in Belgium for over five years. I feel useless because I haven't been able to do much except try to help them with their daily living expenses. That's why we created this campaign. We're raising funds to evacuate my family to Egypt, a place that offers a glimmer of hope and stability. However, the cost of the evacuation is high, hence our call for crowdfunding.
Every contribution makes a difference The funds we raise will be used for :
- Evacuation from Gaza for both families (Rafah border crossing fees for 9 people total) - Two months of temporary living expenses in Egypt, including food, shelter, and transportation - Passport fees - Food expences untill they leave Gaza
No matter how small your contribution, it can make all the difference in breaking the cycle of violence and uncertainty. By supporting our campaign, you are offering a lifeline to our families so that they can rebuild their lives, heal from their trauma and make a fresh start in a safe and secure environment. Please leave a comment and share our campaign with your friends, so we can reach more people and make a bigger impact. Together, we can make a difference!"
They are using a French platform called Papayoux Solidarite instead of GoFundMe. Abeer also has a Paypal account for non European donors.
They are currently at 33 588,78 €/ 50,000 €.
Let's see if we can get them to 34,000 today. Any donation matters, even $1 or $2 donations can add up.
We need to help them meet their goal. Intersex liberation means intersex liberation everywhere--it is so important that we show up in solidarity. Those of us living with CAH know how dangerous salt wasting crises are without medication, and how important it is to urgently help Mohammed and Ibrahim get access to the medications they need to support their CAH. Intersex solidarity means that we need to show up and support intersex people facing genocide.
If you can't donate, please share. Consider doing an art raffle to raise money. Do whatever you can to help this family because it is urgent, and we need to act in solidarity with them now and make sure that the intersex community is here to support them!

: ̗̀➛ bouncer simon 'ghost' riley - 01
cw : sexual theme, small sexual assault scene, violence
ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤㅤ collection - prev ⋆ next
the new bouncer had all the girls intrigued. you'd been working here for almost a year, and you'd never seen anyone like him. and god, you'd seen some weirdos in a strip club.
on his first day, the girls had been mostly intrigued by his physique-big, strong, face covered by a surgical mask and the hood of his hoodie, with 'security' written in bold across his back. but now, all the girls, you included, had one goal… hearing his voice.
that was the thing with ghost-how he had been introduced to the staff-he didn't talk. when drunk men started bothering the dancers, he didn't need to say a word. he just approached, and the fuckers got the message. if they didn't, he grabbed them and threw them outside. not a single word spoken.
word was that he was ex-military, and it would make sense. his sheer physical strength alone was proof-you had seen him throw a man to the floor like he weighed nothing, and that guy had to be at least 130 kilos. his posture was another giveaway, rigid and disciplined, always on his feet, eyes scanning the room like a hawk. then there was his silence-no one ever heard him coming. sure, the music was loud, but even without it, he moved like a ghost, blending so seamlessly into his environment that predicting his next move was nearly impossible. guess he earned that nickname.
but why would an ex-military man end up in a strip club in manchester? he either fucked up bad, or he was just done.
truth was, simon had been injured-his knee was shot, pain was constant, and command had benched him for good. no more deployments, no more battlefield. just a desk and a slow death in an office. so he walked.
he hated the way he would softly limp. to untrained eyes, it was barely noticeable, but to him? he felt like he was half of himself . this job was the only thing he'd found outside the military that still required some of his skills. he had no interest in working around soldiers-too petty for that. they didn't want him anymore, so he sure as hell wasn't going to help them train new recruits.
so he ended up here, at the magic stick. what a stupid fucking name. but the job? same as always-observe, analyze, attack.
it wasn't so bad. the job was easy, the place mostly clean, and the pay was good. he didn't need to socialize. sure, the girls had tried to sweet-talk him, but he'd just deadpanned them until they gave up. the only one who never really tried was the one he always had his eyes on. his gaze lingered on you when you were on the pole, when you walked past him to head to the back, when you led a man by the hand to the private rooms.
you were on your break, smoking by the staff door when he stepped out. normally, you were never shy-especially not around men, given your line of work-but there was something about ghost that made your hands sweat. you meekly offered him a fag, your voice quieter than usual. he said nothing. just looked at you, unreadable as ever. yet, somehow, the silence wasn't awkward. you were.
maybe it was nerves, maybe it was the way he carried himself, all stillness and power, but something had you spiraling. before you could stop yourself, you started ranting about customers, the same way you did with the girls inside. anything to fill the space, anything to ignore the heat creeping up your neck. call it a defense mechanism, call it whatever you wanted-but right now, you just needed to stop feeling so damn flustered.
once you were finished with both the rant and the fag, you made your way inside, quickly. "thanks for the therapy, ghost." you'd said. he still had his eyes on you, his expression unreadable, but you guessed you had annoyed him. just as you turned your back on him, passing through the door, you heard him.
"name's simon," he grunted, voice thick with that unmistakable manchester accent.
back inside, your cheeks were burning. his voice was so deep it should be illegal. it suited him, no doubt, and you'd be lying if you said just hearing his name didn't send a shiver down your spine. how could a man you had no shot with be that damn attractive? as you made up your little scenarios at night, you imagined his groans in your ears. you'd known he'd groan.
but life went on. you danced, he watched. until one night…
it was a busy night, even with only an hour until closing. many men were still sitting, watching all the girls on stage. you were out looking for the biggest fish-the man with the most drinks on his table, the one whose clothes looked the most expensive. it hadn't been a slow night, but you liked the money. little did you know, you were being observed too.
when you had chosen your target, you took him to the back. men here were always so eager for private dances. you explained everything meekly- how long, how expensive. and most importantly, you told him: no touching, not from him. "i do all the work, honey," you said, sitting down on his lap.
as you started your show, you knew he was going to be a difficult one. he kept trying to reach for your hips, your thighs. at first, you stayed calm, pushing his hands down gently with a soft smile on your lips. but as he insisted on moving his hands, you decided you were done. you quickly put your top back on, told him it was on the house, and that he could just leave now.
he didn't really seem happy with the idea. you knew what was coming, so you reached for the hidden button, pressing it to call security.
the man had approached you, trying to grab you again, pulling at your top, yelling for you to go back to dancing, calling you a whore. he even went as far as grabbing a handful of your arse. but before he could do more, he was on the floor, ghost on him, fists landing on his face.
once he decided the fucker had had enough, he dragged him outside. he glanced back at you before leaving, like he was waiting for something. "'m 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦," you said, nodding at him. to be honest, you were more than fine-you were hot and bothered. he had been protecting you. you.
you had worked in far worse strip clubs; you were no stranger to that type of behavior. that's why you liked this place so much: the security was efficient. even the guys before ghost didn't make you wait 10 minutes here. and ghost-he arrived in a matter of seconds. you didn't really care how he had gotten there so quickly.
after closing, you decided to take a shower at the club. even though you were sadly used to vile men, it was never a pleasant experience. you told the girls not to wait up for you; you knew the manager wouldn't be leaving for another hour, so you took your time.
what you didn't know was that simon always waited for you in the shadows. he liked to watch you reach your car, making sure nothing happened to you on the short walk from the door to the parking lot. so when he saw all the girls making their way out, but not you, he got concerned. he decided to investigate. he never thought he'd stumble upon this.
you were in the showers, and he heard the water running. reassured that you were okay, he was about to make his way out, ready to wait in the dark like a good guard dog. but just as he put his hand on the handle, the sweetest sounds he'd ever heard reached his ears.
"simon," you moaned.
you had no idea he was here, he knew that. he smirked, wondering how long you had been touching yourself to the thought of him. probably as long as he had with you. he had seen the look on your face in the private room, your eyes screaming '𝘧uck m𝘦.' he hadn't thought anything of it then, chalking it up to the adrenaline. but now? you were going to get what you asked for.
silently taking his clothes off, he made sure to lock the bathroom door. no one was here but you and the manager, but he was still thorough. old habits died hard. he took his mask off too. after all, he had no intention of this being a one-time thing. his sweet girl could see his face; he didn't care.
pulling the shower curtain open, you didn't even notice that. tsk. oh, that wouldn't do. he'd have to teach you to be more aware of your surroundings. the world was a very bad place.
you jumped when you felt a warm body behind you, hands on your hips. you were about to move your own hand from between your legs, but it was stopped. "don't stop on my account, lovie," simon murmured in your ear, his voice low and rough. "wanna hear all those sweet sounds you're makin'"
when you didn't do anything, you felt his teeth nip at your throat. "what? gettin' shy on me?" he laughed darkly, and you just whimpered in response. "ah, i see. need me to do all the work, yeah?" he asked, the smirk clear in his voice. and so, he did all the work.
you had been right, he did groan.

Trapped Family in Gaza Appeals for Help to Survive 🕊️🇵🇸🙏
I Samer Abu Ras, am reaching out to you with a heartfelt humanitarian appeal, after the ongoing war in Gaza has cast its dark shadow over my life and the lives of my family. Our lives were once filled with peace and stability before the onset of this catastrophe, but now, we find ourselves living in a situation described as nothing short of tragic.

My wife, Shurooq, our three children, and I are now homeless, without a source of income, and without hope for the future. My family and I have lost our businesses and our home due to the war, and we now have nothing left but the cold streets and troubled hearts.

My children are suffering greatly as a result of these horrific events. They have lost the security and stability they once enjoyed and are now facing new health and psychological challenges that threaten their lives. As a father and husband, I feel powerless in my ability to provide adequate protection and care for them.

My child, who is a year and a half old, is experiencing hardships far beyond his tender age. Since the war broke out, we had to flee our home and seek refuge in a tent in a displacement camp. My child lives in extremely difficult conditions, deprived of safety and stability. The tent does not provide adequate protection from harsh weather, and food and medicine are scarce. My child suffers from malnutrition and illness, lacking basic healthcare. He cannot play or grow in a healthy and suitable environment. My only dream is to see him grow up in a safe place full of opportunities

In the face of difficult circumstances, Samer Abu Ras and his family find themselves facing serious challenges in their daily lives. They reside in a modest tent lacking comfort and security, suffering from a shortage of clean water and food, and encountering difficulties in accessing necessary healthcare. Despite these challenges, they continue to express hope and resilience in confronting adversity, holding onto hope for a better tomorrow and a return to a more stable and secure life.

I appeal to you today, dear friends, to extend to me a helping hand in escaping this hell. Regardless of the size of the donation, every drop of generosity will contribute to alleviating our suffering and rebuilding our lives anew.

We need your help to secure the funds necessary to travel away from these destructive wars and seek a safe and stable environment where we can build a better future for our children
Let us stand together in these difficult times and let hope triumph over despair by providing support and assistance to those in dire need. Let us be part of the solution and build a better future for ourselves and future generations.
Thank you for listening and for the potential generosity of your giving, and for your generous donations that will change the lives of my family for the better.
With sincere gratitude and appreciation
Samer Abu Ras and family.
