Vent Releasing Emotions Spell

Working on my mental health and balancing my first job have been rough. I found a vent in my journal that I honestly just wanted to let go so I thought I’d turn this into a spell!

What you’ll need:

-Paper with your vent (if you vented digitally, print out the vent!) -Any sort of bottle (in this case I used a glass coke bottle that was sitting empty in my truck 🤣) -Water

To begin, if your paper has blank space rip that off and save it. Next start tearing your piece of paper into to tiny pieces. Imagine all of your stress, frustration, anger, etc disappear. As you tear the pieces put them in your bottle. Next dump some water into the bottle to drown the emotions and problems. Lastly, throw in the trash (preferably far from your home if capable, I will be throwing this in my works dumpster with some other small garbage I have in here). Before you throw it in the trash, tell yourself that these emotions and thoughts and feelings will be taken far away from you, never to be seen or thought of again. ❤️🌞

sometimes it’s hard to reconcile that i spent my teenage years always in the hospital with them giving me some of the most intense & scary medications while refusing to look into the causes of my symptoms.

in november i was confirmed to have three chronic illnesses and it’s frustrating how my hospitalization records read as a wikipedia page for my conditions yet no one brought any of them up throughout 6 years of constant hospitalizations.
