I don't have anything like a Scandinavia oc, but I've seen several of them! I'm not really too much into the Ancients, but I do enjoy seeing people create them - especially Celt is always fun - though for me it really depends on the way it is done 😅

To the question of a Scandinavia oc; I personally don't see the need for it? Norway, Denmark, and Sweden already exist during the Viking Age and before that the Scandinavian areas are said to be populated by Germanic tribes. I don't think it makes sense to have an own Scandinavia oc based on the history and culture of the area. Based on the history and peoples living there, Germania would have been the Scandinavian trio's father figure.

Daeran leaned against the fence of the sheep pasture and watched in amusement as three people tried to catch a sheep on the muddy ground. All the other sheep had been in the pen for a long time, waiting to be shorn, but one had escaped all the traps and was on the run.

The two older men were already exhausted. Their movements became slower and slower, they were no longer running after the fleeing animal, but instead crawling. Tishlia's attempt to direct them into tactically clever positions failed due to the condition of her assistants.

Again, Tishlia shot an angry look at Daeran, who repeatedly responded with a shake of his head. Reassured that it was no longer disturbed by the people's rapid movements, the lone sheep strolled quite close to Tishlia. She braced herself for one last attempt, not moving a muscle until the animal was in the right position to grab it with one leap.

The ground was slippery, Tishlia lost her footing and slipped, the sheep still firmly in her arms. Less than thrilled by the sudden weight on its neck, the woolly creature wriggled out of her grasp in a swift backward motion, landing the shepherdess completely in the mud of the sodden meadow.

The sound of Daeran's resounding laughter could be heard throughout the entire estate. Frustrated and finally discouraged, Tishlia gave up her attempts to catch the sheep and turned to her well entertained husband, who tried to stifle his laughter as she approached.

"Come here, my love, I think if we wipe off some of the mud here and there, it will be all right." He only wiped the mud from her lips with a silk handkerchief. "Yeah, that'll do it." He grinned, amused, and kissed her carefully so as not to touch the muddy mess. "Maybe we'll give you a bath now." Still, he couldn't help grinning when he saw the countess covered all over with mud.

There was still no smile on Tishlia's face, but rather something very reproachful. "Dae, you know very well that you could save us and her all this stress!"

Daeran looked at the fast breathing sheep standing a few meters away, looking at him as if it was waiting for something. He opened the small gate in the fence and called, "Come on Cloudy, let's go inside. The white sheep started to move, beaming with joy, and ran toward the house. "You are the shepherdess, Tisha, these shepherd things are up to you. I will not jeopardize my bond of trust."

Tishlia sighed and followed her husband through the small gate, trailing the tame sheep. "Dae?" She asked, clearly audible and tense.

Surprised by the change in tone, the count turned to face her in confusion and was caught in a very tight and muddy embrace.

Hmm... I think my favourite is probably making seasonal wreathes! I do this every year with @thatmooncake and they're so fun to make! We want to make ones for each season and not just winter, but we're getting really good at the winter ones now! ❄️💕

13. Do you listen to music while you write? If yes, what have you been listening to recently?

Not usually, but only because I’m prone to get distracted by the music and start daydreaming to it. I’m one of the people who likes to imagine dramatic scenes with my favorite characters doing stuff to the music while I listen, so I don’t do that while writing to avoid the distraction. Although, if you want some song recommendations, I really love some Circles by Post Malone and Waiting by Slothrust. I love me some Posty; I saw him in concert in November and he’s a super wholesome sweet guy. My dad showed me Waiting. Good shit 👌

37. What fic has been the hardest for you to write?

Also A Dream Come True 😂🤣 I didn’t plan the fic out/story board at ALL, and that fact bites me in the butt sometimes (see where tf is chapter 10 😆). When I started writing it, I knew the beginning, a few scenes in the middle, and how I wanted it to end, so there’s been hiccups trying to figure out how I’m going to connect those pieces. There’s also scenes where there’s some intentional awkwardness between reader and Ardyn, and my brain is just like “too much cringe cannot compute” and doesn’t want to write it 😂 Luckily chapter 10 is like 90% finished, I just have to write the last bit and finish editing. The one shots come a lot easier to me cause working through individual scenes isn’t super hard for me.

Another fic I struggled with was my FFXV Secret Santa piece, That Snowy Knight. Don’t get me wrong, I had a blast participating and would like to do so next year, but it really gave me a run for my money. Since I try to keep this blog Ardyn/writing centric, it’s only on my AO3. The ship my giftee asked for was something I was very unfamiliar with, so I worried I wasn’t doing it justice/was doing it poorly. Now that it’s done though, I really love how it came out 😁 It’s Prompto x Ravus if anyone is interested. Not a ship I’m particularly into, but it was fun (and challenging) to write regardless.

I really liked Barbie decided to become human. And Ruth talking about how uncomfortable it is to be human, but worth it. Very sentimental. Barbie went from being TERRIFIED of the slightest bit of cellulite to choosing to become human- about to be decked with sores and tears and blood and scratches and blemishes and zits and moles. She grew so much and finally learnt to put her fear away.

OH AND THE WHOLE THEATRE BURST INTO LAUGHTER AT THE PRESIDENT DROPPING THE ‘MOTHERF💝CKER’ WORD 💀

I LOVE the plot twist that the mom instead of the daughter was the one playing with Barbie. Such a great addition to the movie. Also the acting was so on point 💕

Edit: I totally headcannon Life in the Dreamhouse and Fashion Fairytale Barbie as bisexual, but Movie!Barbie is… so so aroace :3
