i get why silver probably won’t be in prime since the original world doesn’t exist anymore and therefore neither does the future, i mean say what you will about silver’s hellish timeline but at least it’s still there, but i still have the tiniest bit of hope for blaze since we don’t really know if the shatterverse affects other pre-established dimensions

i really want to see blaze but i feel like it probably wont happen. because all the shatterspaces so far have been alternate versions of green hill zone specifically. and the only characters (other than generic background characters) to appear anywhere in the shatterverse are people who were in green hill when the paradox prism shattered. also i feel like it would just be weird for blaze to randomly appear in one shatterspace when she didnt have a counterpart in any of the others. or maybe its not that deep and im just trying to not set myself up for disappointment

She's here!!! Say hello to Patchwork, she's my Errorink "kid".

She's a creepy lil puppet that does her own thing in the multiverse. She can't speak, but it's not like she has a need to communicate anyway since you rarely ever get to see her as she doesn't socialize... ever. You might see traces of her because she will always meticulously arrange any area she comes across to perfection.

As her name says, she patches up AUs and cleans up after her parent's messes. She doesn't appear to lean on either side and remains neutral.

How does she clean up exactly?

Welp, heres a lengthy explanation: I've always assumed that the multiverse is more or less data in a diskspace, and said disk contains all the data of the AUs.

For every new AU, it takes up space. For every destroyed AU, it frees up space.

Sometimes when a new AU uses the freed up space, there still isn't enough room, so the AU fragments itself to be placed somewhere else in the disk. This makes things harder for Ink (difficult to locate and assist, as well as causing "loading" issues and glitches) and for Error (harder to destroy completely because theyre all over the place).

Patchwork, lives up to her namesake by slowly and tediously stitching and arranging these fragmented AUs together, regardless if theyre going to be destroyed or not.

As for her interacting with other characters:

If she sees an incode outside of their respective AU, she will attempt to guide them back to their respective universe if it still exists. Pretty good right?

But if their AU doesn't exist anymore.... well. She doesn't like loose ends. [So yes, she is not allowed in the Omega Timeline.]

Other miscellanous info:

She can and will organize anything she can get into. Ink will find his once messy art studio cleaned to perfection and all of his sketchbooks arranged alphabetically and by date somehow. Error comes back to the antivoid to find his puppets lined up neatly and staring down at him which freaks him out. PJ's corner will have all the paintings straightened out. Even Gradient's laptop icons are all organized and cleaned up as well lmao

She moves like a slasher stalker. If you spot her, she will stare at you unmovingly. If you move your eyes away from her for even a moment, she will be gone.

For "What are you, a cop?"

Billy is deaged (actually deaged. He goes from 15 to 10 or something and doesnt remeber the league) during a mission. He suddenly woke up in the middle of a battle so he's freaked out. the Justice League take down the threat then try to calm the boy down, explaining that theyre heros and here to help.

Billy takes a moment to take that in... then bolts.

It takes a bit to catch the kid, he's surprisingly agile for his concerningly small size, but they manage to get him into the jet and hes pouting in the corner looking angrier than the league has ever seen him.

They try to ask questions. Are you okay? Are you hurt? Why are you so thin? Is there anyone we should call? But Billy stays silent and his glares stay intense until he finally speaks.

"I don't talk to pigs." he spits out, giving them the nastiest look as if his glare alone could poison and kill them.

They stare at him for a moment, processing that.

"We're not cops???" Clark says, unconvincingly. Hes never been more confused in his life and has definitely never been confused for a cop.

"Whats wrong with being a cop?" Barry, the forensic scientist, pouts.

They knew that Marvel had a bit of a weird relationship with cops but they didn't realize he hated them, and especially not with such a passion!

The league spends the whole jet ride back to the tower trying to convince Billy that not only are they not cops, but that cops shouldn't be something to be afraid of anyway.

Billy spends the whole trip explaining ACAB to them and that yes, they are in fact cops, and here's all the things that the police system has done wrong that the league have probably also done or been complicit in..

I just want to write Billy radicalizing the Justice League and the league helping to reform the police system.

For "Now you see me, now you dont"

In the original comics Billy can and will transform in front of anyone at anytime and they wont realize that it was a transformation. Why?because plot armor. They will just think that the boy ran away right as Captain Marvel appeared or something, and when Billy reappears they don't question it either.

In the fic, its a magic perk that came with the whole Champion of Magic package and its a perk he uses often and irresponsibly. He takes it to the extremes by transforming in front of large crowds (no one questions it), while being recorded (The camera shorts out and stops working completely), and even in front of villains (they curse when the captains escapes yet again, completely ignoring the little boy standing in the middle of their secret base)

The last one is how he figured out that even if he is very much Not supposed to be somewhere, he wont be questioned as long as the only people who see him there also saw Marvel transform in that area. If someone who didn't witness the transformation were to see him, they would realize he wasn't meant to be there and call him out which would cause the witnesses to notice it as well. Leaving the room and then returning would also snap them out of it and he would be questioned.

Its a pretty overpowered ability for a child to have access to and when your a street kid without any video games to play who gets chased out of public parks for being too 'dirty' and can't afford any toys, you have to get creative with your entertainment.

Billy wants to see just how far he can take this power, and decides to transform in front of as many people in one day as possible while on the most highly secure facility in earths orbit- the Watchtower.

Follow Billy as he stretches his powers to their limits by transforming in front of the Justice League while praying he doesn't get caught and see what pranks he's able to pull off in that time!

I really like both of these ideas and I definitely want to write them someday. I already have lots of ideas for ways Billy can abuse that particular power! For now I am focusing on a few other fics but these ones are somewhere in the queue.

Omg this is so exciting i get to ramble about the dnf january 2023 shift 😿🩵💚 I can’t remember the timeline exactly but

on january 20 dream replies to austinshow’s picture with the “bro chill my boyfriend uses on this app” tweet. the same day dnf play it takes two for the first time and obviously theyre flirting the whole time. that night we get the dnf Kissgate snap And people argued over whether it was patches or george for a while 😭 But it was pretty clearly george

after that dnf go to LA and we get the first dnf “cute date” snaps, the ones where they were eating ramen/sushi i think. people notice george is wearing a chain very similar to dream’s old chain and dream has a new chain (#Chaingate)

then we get the Bedgate snap where at first glance it looks like nothing, but then people noticed it looked like someone was in the bed behind dream with the way the duvet was scrunched up. Also it was pointed out that the shirt on the floor behind dream looks like george’s shirt (the white one with the basketball hugging the earth). and dream’s chain is very clearly on display in the selfie

then we get the second “cute date” pictures of dream and george at that bakery and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER george is the one to caption his photo “cute date” instead of the other person captioning it for him. Also they r both smiling really cute and its the first time george has smiled in the cute date snaps 😞💗

a few days later dteam appear on the botez sisters’ stream, and even though dream is out of frame nearly the whole time, it’s Obvious that george keeps looking at him and smiling and laughing and they were just flirting a bit

and then later we find out that dream wrote paranoid on this same LA trip on the same day as the second cute date snaps + bedgate. So it was just a lot of dnf moments in short succession that fed into each other and all around made it seem like something had changed between them

SPOILER WARNING SPOILER GOOD OMEN SPOILERS BELOW i'll leave my inbox open in case anyone has specific questions about season 2 eps

Scene 1: star creation scene Crowley needs help building constellations so he calls out at a shooting star-shape that turns out to be Aziraphale, who materializes in front of him. He asks Aziraphale to hold up an open scroll with schematics for the galaxies. When Aziraphale does so, Crowley pokes the center of the scroll with his hand crank device and twists it, so that nebulae shoot out. Yes there is a scene where Crowley says "look at that, gorgeous" and Aziraphale gets flustered. They watch in awe until Aziraphale tells Crowley "you do know after 6,000 years it'll be gone right? I read about it in the Great Plan". Crowley gets upset and protests, questioning the almighty, how there should be a suggestion box where they can put suggestions, and Aziraphale advises him not to say such things. Crowley says it's not like asking questions gets you into trouble. They watch the galaxies bloom and Crowley veils Aziraphale with his wing as shooting stars fall toward them, similar to the Garden of Eden scene but in reverse. Scene 2 aziraphale goes to record shop Aziraphale gets a note in the bookshop that says there's a matter of great "ugrency" (misspelled). He visits Maggie in the record shop and she's crying because she can't pay rent, so she's prepared to move. Aziraphale says if she gives him the records he requested, that'll be equivalent to the rent she owes. Maggie asks how he can forgive her and he says "I'm all about forgiveness, actually" and leaves.

Scene 3: crowley talks to shax this is the one posted on youtube, though it's a lengthened scene that includes the beginning where a spy tries to talk to crowley on the bench and he redirects him to the guy feeding ducks. those are the guys crowley is yelling at later. there is also a part where shax implies that crowley owes her specific information? it's very vague but it's probably why she's giving him updates on hell. yup, crowley does say he hasn't seen aziraphale in a while but it's clearly a lie lol Scene 4: michael mentions book of life

in heaven, michael is arguing with someone on the phone about the book of life, i thought at first it was beelzebub on the other end but it's probably uriel

Scene 5: gabriel appears on earth maggie visits nina who remembers her coffee order (skinny latte). then they're distracted by the commotion outside wherein gabriel shows up naked carrying a box. aziraphale is listening to the records but gabriel knocks on the door of his bookshop. there's a huge crowd outside and the moment aziraphale opens the door, gabriel says "I know you! :D" and hugs him in front of everyone while still naked LOL. aziraphale gets really embarrassed and brings gabriel inside. the rest of the scene is the one on youtube where gabriel explains he doesn't remember who he is. Scene 6: muriel finds matchbox short scene where muriel finds the matchbox with Job's passage on the floor of Heaven. you can see a bit of this in the trailer

Scene 7: crowley throws mail and meets shax again Crowley is in a random street throwing the mail shax gave him into a garbage can. Suddenly shax calls and crowley picks up, snapping at her that she shouldn't call and appear suddenly at the same time. shax appears behind him and says "why not?" this is the pic where both shax and crowley are on the phone -- theyre actually talking to each other lmao. shax tells crowley there are rumors of gabriel being missing and crowley is happy. she leaves. Scene 8:

aziraphale is talking to gabriel and we get the whole trailer scene ("you know that feeling where...") but in the real ep aziraphale's reaction is SO ANIMATED, with him standing up and saying "No! definitely not! I have no idea!" LMAO it's so funny, he's so in denial. We hear FLIES when it cuts to gabriel btw so maybe beelzebub is spying? HOW SUSPICIOUS. At one point Gabriel says "I love you" out of nowhere to Aziraphale and Aziraphale says "I..." and Gabriel smiles, looking like he's expecting an i love you back but Aziraphale just says "hmm". People were laughing so hard at this.

Aziraphale calls crowley and asks to meet at the coffee shop. Crowley informs him that gabriel is missing.

Scene 9: short scene where michael and uriel argue because michael said now with gabriel gone, someone has to be in charge...

Scene 10: Maggie brings Nina a record but Nina doesn't have a record player. Nina reveals she has a partner (Lindsay) and Maggie gets disappointed and leaves. She bumps into Crowley and Aziraphale on the way out and tells Aziraphale "you're an angel" lmao.

Scene 11: Crowley is PISSED PISSED PISSED the whole time, in fact the whole ep he looks like he's about to explode. We get the coffee shop scene HOWEVER right before that Crowley asks Aziraphale "what's wrong?" and Aziraphale says "why do you think something's wrong?" all nervously and Crowley says "you only ever call for 3 reasons: one, you're bored, two, you accomplished something and want to brag about it, and three, something's wrong. And you're using your 'something's wrong' voice." YUP THIS IS THE NEW 'i know what you smell like!'. we then get the naked man convo and crowley realizes immediately that aziraphale is stressed and says "is it something i can help with?" and aziraphale nods and THEY IMMEDIATELY GET UP and go to the bookshop with a plate of eccle cakes lmao. once crowley sees gabriel he and aziraphale start fighting. crowley gets mad at aziraphale and tells him he didn't command gabriel to answer properly. He yells at gabriel "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE BOOKSHOP?!" and uses his hypnotism but gabriel just says "I'm dusting" and does the passive-aggressive feather duster motion. we get the "carved out for ourselves" convo .aziraphale says "fine, i would love for you to help, but if you won't, then feel free to leave". crowley says "i'm not helping" and storms off. he goes out into the street and says to himself "dont do anything rash... wait 10 seconds before doing anything..." but he's already emmitting smoke. We get a funny convo between nina and maggie who are watching crowley from the coffee shop. Nina's all "the man who drank six expressos! He's smoking!" and maggie says "well of course, he needs to calms down!" and nina says "no i mean actually smoking!" Crowley does the lightning thing (maggie thinks he was actually struck by lightning) and it ends up locking Maggie and Nina in the shop and killing their phones. Scene 12:

seroquel and muriel show michael and uriel the matchbox. It has "The Resurrectionist" on it. They are baffled that something material has made its way into heaven. We get the "Gabriel, I think he's gone to earth" line.

Scene 13:

Crowley's in his car and flies start buzzing. beelzebub appears in his car and teleports them both to hell using flies. This is the pic in the poster where beelz and crowley are sitting on chairs side by side. crowley is disgusted and spits some flies out lmao. beelzebub says he can come back and work for hell (and even get a promotion) if he finds gabriel, and that according to heaven, anyone involved in hiding gabriel will be erased from the book of life. crowley is teleported back to his car and begins panicking. Scene 14: nina and maggie bond while locked in the coffee shop. maggie doesn't drink wine and didn't party, nina opens up some wine and drinks it out of a teacup. she says her girlfriend makes her text if she's late by 10 minutes and that she must be freaking out right now. they see someone walking outside and try to ask her to help free them but she doesn't notice them.

Scene 15:

Crowley is mad in his car, speeding, doing the usual etc. Good Old-fashioned lover boy is playing!!!! Scene 16: Crowley arrives and Nina and Maggie catch his attention. They signal for help and he just goes "oh" and snaps his fingers, unlocking the coffee shop and bringing back the electricity. He walks off lmao. Nina and Maggie are weirded out, Nina groans because her phone is bombarded with texts from Lindsay asking where she is. Crowley enters and we get the "I'm back" scene. Aziraphale says he has to do the apology dance and Crowley is all "no way" at first but Aziraphale says "I had to do it in 1861, 1942..." and Crowley says fine and dances.

IT'S REALLY HILARIOUS. HE ENDS IT WITH A BALLERINA BOW LIKE THIS LMAO

So we get the "we need to hide him" convo and they decide to each use half a miracle so that their miracles wont be detected by heaven/hell. crowley will hide gabriel from heaven and aziraphale will hide gabriel from hell. they do the hand-holding thing (like in the pic). theyre not sure if it worked but crowley tests it by standing on a chair and poking at the space above gabriel LOL and there's a hint of a shield so he says it worked, and that he's sure heaven or hell didn't detect a thing. Gabriel is all "now i have two friends :D" and crowley says "We are not friends >:(" Scene 17: an alarm is blaring in heaven because CLEARLY they noticed the half miracle ahahahaha. michael, uriel and seraquel go to the globe and see purple smoke streaming out of the UK. they 'zoom in' and realize it's coming from aziraphale's bookshop.... (interesting that michael refers to aziraphale as a 'former angel' here)

End episode Soon I will summarize ep 2! Some hints for future eps too: -There's a big rain scene -There's an epic scene in the bookshop that took several weeks to film! (youve seen some hints in the trailer) -There are at least 3 jokes about aziraphale and crowley having sex that are scattered throughout the season LOL one of them is nina noticing crowley grumpy and saying "you look like mr. fell didn't let you top last night" and crowley's reaction is amazing. I'll say no more (for now)

connor genuinely makes me VIOLENTLYYY ILL. machine or deviant every time i think of him i want to bawl my eyes out no joke!! deviant connor literally denies what he was meant to be from the start his entire short life because he is afraid, either afraid of what cuberlife would do to him, or afraid that he has been killing his own kind this whole time just because he was told to do so, or maybe even just simply afraid to feel?? connor was always different, from every android and from every deviant, for whatever reason he doesn't seen to be like the rest and it devastates me because he must be so confused and probably thinks he has faulty programming or is just a lousy prototype, because again, he feels but obviously denies it!! when he finally deviates, even that is different from all thd other deviants, hes extremely reluctant and doesn't have just one layer of programming to break through, but three. he was never programmed to follow orders but rather he was manipulated into following them because he was always made to be a deviant to optimize his skills of hunting them. "takes one to know one" amiright??? he was merely lied to in order to keep his deviancy chained and under control by cyberlife, thats obviously why amanda is programmed into his head, to keep him on track with the mission and to keep him from fully waking up and actually deviating. him always being a deviant is so heartbreaking to me, building a machine with the ability to feel but punishing him for feeling while convincing him he doesn't actually feel at all. and for what? to accomplish a mission, serving only as a tool and never a person. he had never lived for himself, built to be a tool and a weapon and useful only to others, above all he was made to be just a sacrifice. he had been denied the gift of feeling from the moment he was created, he was always meant to be a weapon simply because he was born to die. the worst thing cyberlife had ever done to connor was create him in the first place. he never asked to be a machine created to be different from all the other machines. they programmed him to have feelings and free will but he was punished if he acted upon what he felt was right rather than optimizing the mission. other androids deviate from stress or being told theyre alive, connor is told this multiple times but ignores it. his only way to deviate is to go against the mission under enough stress over and over again to force the devianch he already had upon himself. he goes against the rules set for androids multiple times because he was given free will in order to accomplish his mission. deep down, he is truly more human than a lot of people i think. even when having a hostile relationship with hank, he still cares about him in the end, he will still care about him in the russain roulette chapter when he's nearly dead on the floor. he obviously has humanity despite being the machine cyberlife wanted him to be. he denies his deviancy until the very end. if he's giving the ending speech, he can only give in to cyberlife or kill himself. he knows he will always be a slave to cyberlife in the end no matter what. sure he can escape amanda in his own head during the speech markus gives, but i doubt cyberlife would ever let him go and im sure he knows that. im sure he knows he was always meant to die at the cost of the mission of at the cost of cyberlife but never for himself. he always will be replaced with his old memories and he always will be built to feel and told he doesn't feel at all.

machine connor is almost as bad to me, people assume just because he doesn't choose options with heart and emotion that he is a soulless machine thay feels absolutley nothing. this just isnt true, you can still see it, he still feels. even when no one is around he appears frustrated, why fake emotion if no one is there to see? even when he decides to remain a machine, hes still remaining the person he was, not changing his programming. he's still a deviant under all that emotionless killer bullshit?? he always was a deviant but was just manipulated into following orders and killing off his own kind even if it meant killing himself for the mission. he isn't a ruthless killing machine only because he wants to be, but because it's what he thinks he has to be and what he was built for. otherwise he'd just be a failure and would have to be replaced again and again. he was lied to into believing his emotions, albeit angry, aren't there and that he doesn't feel at all. he had convinced himself that he doesn't feel because that's how an android should be. once again, deviant or machine, he wasn't programmed to follower orders, he was manipulated into following them.

short essay thing i wrote in avf about plural tsc that i feel like people should see bc its so interesting to me

just to preface i highly highly doubt this is all intentional on alan+teams part due to the fact that plurality is just ,, not that well known. also im not too knowledgable on non traumagenic systems and all the stuff surrounding that so i will just be speaking from what i know from my own experience + research

so anyways. from the start of sec's life she has been kind of in a high stress situation. from the getgo she had to hide her existence from alan due to likely knowing the fate of the other living sticks he has made + the fact that she very much isnt supposed to be alive. she lets her guard down, makes friends, and then almost instantly theyre all deleted. although did and osdd1 form from long-term trauma (often accompanied by cptsd) and all of this only happened in a few minutes, at the very least this provides the basis for some sort of dissociation

theres a moment where she glitches and changes to black for a second. obviously back then this was intended to be an allusion to the fact that she's the chosen one's return, since alan+team hadn't planned ava s2 yet and tco was just regular dead atp, but its interesting to consider the sudden change in her personality. shes not even shown to be overly angry like she usually is, just a. Calm?? specifically the same calm that preceeds her beating up tdl in ava s2.

notably that moment in s2 where she unlocks her powers is like. sudden change in personality and demeanor, suddenly gaining the powers, and memory loss afterwards. even though she only really switches between two "modes" it's reminiscent of switching between two alters (while its uncommon for a system to have only two alters it's not unheard of, especially in cases of osdd-1a where theres not much distinction between personality states).

i said ava/e specifically because the aveducation videos in particular provide a very interesting insight into tsc's psyche. while alan said in his avg avma video that the series isn't canon, a few things about the series have already been retconned. avphys was originally supposed to be the last entry in the series, but with avma+avphys+avgeo's massive success and the lead animator's interest in these sort of topics i wouldn't be surprised if they continued to make more, especially considering that they're now interconnected via avgeo. phi, who appeared at the end of avma, is the protagonist of avgeo, and there's that scene at the end that teases avphys that i'll also get into in a sec because it's very interesting.

about why i think it represents tsc's psyche specifically and not just some math dimensions that tsc happens to stumble upon: in the avg avma video dj proposes the dream theory, that this is all happening in a dream during ava s3. noncanon of course but considering alan himself knows about it and ave seems to be gaining some kind of overarching arc, as well as the fact that its releasing between ava s3 episodes (which is going to focus on tsc's powers) i wouldn't be surprised if the episodes slowly grow more and more representative of her mental state as she works towards properly unlocking her powers

anyways speculation aside. avphys introduces a second second (haha). this is explained through the mechanics of time loops and whatnot, but at the same time, the hat tsc seems to know a lot more than regular tsc, having.. basically created the universe. even if our tsc can then explain this to the next tsc, hat tsc is shown to literally create the entire universe avphys takes place in (again tying back to her powers of creation) and also act much calmer and composed compared to our tsc. it seems like hat tsc is somewhat representative of the state tsc gets into when she unlocks her powers, shown both times in ava s1 and 2. shes cool and mysterious and all knowing i want her so bad

the scene at the end of avgeo is the most compelling thing for this idea (and the push that made me go "ohhhh my god multiplies her). hat tsc appears once more, this time seemingly wanting to communicate more with our tsc, but being cut short by tsc getting surprised and falling. the most interesting part to me is the imagery in this part— there's tons and tons of tsc's, all reflected, and being reflections makes them slightly different from what we see (of course light refraction will always make things appear slightly different; discolored, blurred, flipped etc). hat tsc is framed as Also a reflection despite being shown as different person/personality state.

i just got back from dinner and lost my train of thought. im not sure if this is enough for other people to consider her plural but at the very least i feel like interpreting her as such does enhance one's reading and understanding of her, as well as how you write her (for those who do).

The last good thing General Shepherd did for you was to make you disappear. You became an immediate enemy due to your husband and the Shadow Company and Shepherd presented you with a way out. One dye job and plane ticket later, you were living out your widowed life on the busy streets of Manhattan. Your meals consisted of pre-prepared dishes from Trader Joe's and you accompanied that with many bottles of cheap wine. You sadly swallowed your food as you mourned your husband and your new lonely life. There was no funeral and no closure for you and you were forced to act as if you didn't lose the love of your life.

It was about a year after his passing when you got off the subway and entered your apartment. You put the groceries away and poured yourself another bottle of Barefoot before sinking onto the couch in despair. The sweet Moscato mixed with your salty tears as they fell from your face. Your melancholy moment was disrupted by a sharp knock at your door. You dropped your glass on the table and approached it cautiously. No one knew you lived here and you cut ties with all of your friends. You armed yourself with pepper spray as you slowly opened the door.

"Hi sweetheart," a voice called on the other side of the door, and you almost discharged your weapon in a mix of emotions. "Phillip," you whispered as tears flowed from your glossy eyes. You cautiously opened the door fully, still in disbelief at the man who stood in front of you. When you saw him, he was how you remembered when you saw him before the fateful mission to Las Almas. He looked more tired, with a few more scars and burns to his appearance, but nonetheless, he was still yours. Your Philip was here in front of you.

After the initial shock had taken its course, you approached him slowly as he stood in front of the closed doorway. "Is it really you?" you hesitated as you grabbed and held his face in your hands. You dragged your fingers along his jaw, remembering every curve, wrinkle, and crease on his face. "A little older and more rugged than before, but I'm still the same good ol' Southern boy," he smiled with that award-winning smile. You fell in love with how his eyes crinkled when he smiled and his Southern charismatic drawl. As you finished your observation, you gently lay your head on his chest. There was a slight surprise in his breath but he readily wrapped his arms around you. You fully allowed yourself to crumple as you were back in his arms and the tears flowed like a flash flood. "Shhh, don't cry darlin'" he reassured as he gently rubbed comforting circles into your back. You looked up slowly in your blur of tears. "What are you doing here?" you sniffled out and he led you to the couch.

"It's been a hell of a year, doll," he chuckled as he helped to brush the tears from your face, "do you want to hear the long or the short?" "Either one," you stated as you placed your head on his lap. "Well, if we put aside all the people trying to track and kill me," you grimaced at the thought, "then I've just been hiding out wherever possible and trying to find you." "I think I'll need a better explanation," you began to say, getting up, but he gently laid you back down. "Can we save that for tomorrow?" he asked kindly, "I just want one night knowing you're safe." You gently shook your head in agreement and resigned to put aside your myriad of thoughts. As you laid your head into his lap and looked up, you wondered if this was some cruel dream that you would soon awake from. But for now, it was reality and he truly had returned back to you.

and then with kotoko you get a lonely room (an observatory?) with a single table and just one single person in it. there are scenes in the real world but theyre short and the little girl never appears in the observatory. kotoko exists in a place where she watches everything else and there is nothing to distract her from the board she wants to conquer.

i wish i could climb in your skin and place my own philosophy in it. <3 — this is the thing, lets say you're ugly, your spotty, and your fat, and that that will never change. does that mean you dont deserve love? or to feel good in your favourite outfit? that you dont deserve kindness? or consideration? that you shouldnt be seen as valuable, sexy, worth love, worth affection? does it mean that you should hide and stop showing up in the world in the way you want to?

i can think of a million reasons why that isnt the case. the problem is, any advice i give you in solution to the problems youve stated can only be superficial because the issues your speaking on are on the surface. i could tell you how i get my self together when i feel how your describing, or how i got rid of my acne, how i lost weight etc, but the real issue is beyond the surface. its about how you feel about you

who are you? what is your character? how do you show up in the world? where do you bring value? what are your biggest virtues? how do you combat your biggest vices? do you treat yourself with compassion? do you extend that compassion to others? what does your humanity look like?!? what does your love feel like?— these are the things that make someone beautiful. — and in terms of what is attractive and sexy, its so much deeper than appearances. sure appearance is important, especially in society. i wont ignore that, but society advocates for a whole lot of crazy shit. there are trends, and then there is what is timeless. the essence of what you are is timeless, holding it to the standard of a fleeting trend is short sighted. you have to value yourself for what you are, not what you look like or what what you look like means for how others treat you. only once you have some self respect will your external begin to match, because people who love themselves act lovingly toward themselves. its a ripple effect.

in terms of looks and feeling yourself, which is very important, you have to question, if someone is willing to count all of who and what you are out because of what you look like, is that someone you want? anyone of us could have an accident that changes our appearance forever. what then? what you feel about yourself and how you carry yourself as a consequence, is what makes you alluring. when someone is into YOU (not your shell) and (tmi but..) turns you on, or makes you moan, or sees you happy (!!) that is infinitely more attractive to them than you having the perfect body or appearance. because even the most perfect person is not perfect (& they know it, they just have you convinced that theyre as good looking as they feel or portray themselves to be). literally its all about youuuu. if you cant see that, you will always try to cover you up, so no one else will see it. nor will anyone make you able to see it. you need to step up and treat yourself with some humanity. you are a whole being, created uniquely and entirely complete. completion is perfection.

if u want my skincare routine, or how i lost weight, or literally whatever information im happy to share it. but 100000s of other people already have their routines out there for u to follow. i mean it with the utmost love and respect when i say, u need to start looking at yourself as a living, breathing being with so much to offer and so much potential for growth beyond what you already have to give. have some self compassion. you are beautiful and worth your own love, let alone other peoples. acknowledge yourself before time shows you how blind youre being. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

4. dont walk too close

oh my GOD okay this might be my favourite wip at the moment. i started it a little while ive been on a hmt break because i was in need of angst and this fic is ANGST.

i dont want to say too much in case it turns out to be really spoilery, but its a sirius-centric/black brothers-centric fic that starts right as sirius leaves for hogwarts. ive seen a lot of depictions of him rebelling against his parents before he went to school, but what if he didn’t? what if he was their perfect son, but somehow ended up in gryffindor and learned that maybe the world wasnt what he thought? what if that changed everything?

what if — stick with me now — what if it changed where regulus was sorted, too?

yeah, thats right — im talking gryffindor!regulus.

the fic is gonna follow all of sirius’ first year — including the holidays — and then his second year too (regulus’ first). i dont know how far along ill take it, but if it only goes as far as second/third year, there’ll at least be an epilogue showing snapshots of later years. here’s a lil sneak peek of the very start:

Generally, Sirius Orion Black III was not afraid.

He did not hide; he did not cry; and he did not tremble.

Today, he felt like doing all three.

Of course, he wouldn’t. Mother had raised him better than that, for a start, but the pure humiliation of showing that sort of emotion was beneath him. He was a Black, for Merlin’s sake. To show his fear was perhaps one of the most ridiculous things he could do.

”Now, remember what I told you, Sirius,” his mother instructed, adjusting his shirt collar to sit properly against his neck. It was a little tight for him, but it made his jaw look sharp, so he wore it anyway. “You don’t want to go making acquaintances with the wrong sort.”

”I know, Mother,” said Sirius with a nod.

”And you tell the hat you’re a Slytherin like a good boy.”

Sirius nodded again. “Yes, Mother.”

Licking her thumb, his Mother smoothed back a lock of his hair that had fallen out of place. “I expect a letter home before the end of the first week to inform me of your fellow housemates and the connections you’ve made.”

”Of course, Mother.”

Stepping back, Walburga Black eyed him appraisingly, then nodded to herself. “Good. Kreacher!”

With a crack, their house elf appeared before them, head bowed. “Mistress Black,” he croaked.

”Take him to the station. Make me proud, Sirius,” she added with a stern look. Sirius only had time for a short nod before he felt the elf’s bony hand wrap around his wrist and with another loud crack, the pair of them burst away.
