As the party got started up again, Dolores was having a good time temporarily forgetting about what Mirabel said about the miracle earlier, looking around she sees Mariano starring at Isabela all lovey dovey the way that she wants him to look at herself with. Needing to get outside since everything is getting too much for her to handle. Dolores leaves Antonio’s room into Casita and starts concentrating on listening to Mirabel’s heartbeat so that they can relax together.

She hears no heart of her prima, impossible Dolores thought as she continues to try to find Mirabel all she hears is wild life and the river water flowing. Scared that she can’t hear her cousins heart beat anymore, Dolores bursts into the party and starts shouting that something has happened to Mirabel. Not wanting Alma to take control of the situation she blurts out that she can no longer hear her primas heart beating anymore and can’t locate Mirabel, that gets everyone’s attention and sobered up.

Alma knowing that this is serious has Dolores lead them around the village trying to find her, when they got to the bridge all they could find was the embroidered butterfly on the bridge looking like it got ran over. Dolores feeling that it’s her fault for not paying attention to Mirabel when the 15yr old was alone, starts crying what is she supposed to do with her gift that’s supposed to help the village but she couldn’t help her family. It’s like Bruno all over again, instead of hiding in the walls of Casita Mirabel is missing and gone with no heartbeat to search for.

The party ended early that night as everyone went back into their homes knowing that early in the morning is when they are going to search for the missing Madrigal.

As everyone went to sleep Antonio sneaks out of his bedroom and into the nursery and starts crying into Mirabel’s pillow devastated that his favorite prima disappeared and starts crying harder about how if he didn’t get a gift then Mirabel would have still been here safe and sound, as he falls asleep clutching the embroidered butterfly from her shirt. Antonios’ last thoughts are before exhaustion forcing him to fall asleep are: “I no longer want to celebrate my birthday anymore in the future.”

(The characters might be a bit ooc,since I still pretty new to this fandom so I’d appreciate any feedback and advice for how to write them better)

A/N:This has probably been my favorite twst fic yet so I hope I got him right

Perfect, that was the only way you could be,no less. Everything had to be perfect, not a hair out of place. You thought being at a boarding school would give you a break,but you still felt pressured to be perfect. You felt pressured to be perfect in every aspect of your life,which is why you were conflicted about your feelings for Jack. It was obvious that you liked each other,but neither of you were willing to make the first move. 

You were walking around the gardens,seeing if any of the plants needed some tending to. Once you were done you sat down under one of the trees,a few minutes later you saw Jack walking towards you. 

“Hello Jack”

“Hey Y/N,I was hoping you could help me” He held out his hand,he was holding a flowerpot with a plant that you didn’t recognize. It looked a bit yellow and wilted.

“With this plant?” You asked unsure about it,since you’ve never seen one before. It wasn’t as beautiful as a rose nor as perfectly symmetrical as any other plant. 

“Have you never seen a cactus before?”

“No,it was all roses and perfectly beautiful plants. I’ve never seen something so imperfect yet  so beautiful” You looked up to see him smiling at you. 

“They’re the only plants that grow back home.I brought one with me because it reminds me of home. I could take you there and show,there’s an entire valley full on them and when they bloom the flowers are beautiful”

“I’d love to see them with you” You lifted your hand to try and fix the cactus,it wasn’t that much different from other plants. It was back to green and even had an orange flower at the top. “It’s so beautiful even though it’s not perfect. But people still like them,I wish I could be like that”

“What?”

“Nothing,just thinking out loud. There you go,did you need anything else?”

“No,thank you. I’d still love you even if you’re not perfect” 

“You love me?”

“Of course I do,and I just want you be yourself around me you don’t have to perfect I’ll love you regardless”

“I love you too” Standing on your toes you kissed his cheek. His face turned red and his tail was wagging back and forth.

What Do You Think Would Happen If The MC Was Bruno Madrigal?

I really like reading MC What If/AU posts, and I have seen quite a few really good TWST Encanto MC ideas. But as good as they are, so far I haven’t seen any What If Bruno Was Taken To Twisted Wonderland posts or fanfics.

I feel that there is so much potential in that. Just imagine, what if instead of hiding in Casitas walls after Mirabel’s gift ceremony, Bruno was unexpectedly taken to Twisted Wonderland?

Maybe he becomes a staff member or wakes up as teen and becomes a student?

How would the staff and students react to Bruno’s quirky personality?

How would Bruno help the Students?

Would the school help Bruno get better at his visions? And how would his visions change the story?

What if his dreams turn into vision tablets and everyone wants them because they hold previously unknown history of The Great Seven?

There are so many possibilities with this premise and I would love to see what other fans would do with it. Feel free to use this idea for any future Fanfics or AU posts because I would LOVE read them!

Village of Miracles event outfits for Morrigan are finished! I was having a lot of fun looking into the concept art for Encanto as well as looking at other people’s OC’s for outfit inspirations that I gave Morrigan two outfits 🫣

Truth be told, there was no deeper meaning behind the dress being purple and the shirt and pants fit being green. Morrigan’s normal outfits are typically purple (that’s like their normal associated colour scheme) so I wanted to play into that, but also since they’re a Daisomnia student I felt like I should add green somewhere. I was worried about having too many colours in one outfit, and I just generally couldn’t decide originally on what outfit style I wanted to give Morrigan, so I compromised! Morrigan will wear whatever as long as it’s comfortable so they don’t have a preference over dresses or pants.

More of my thought process is under the cut! (I don’t want to make yall have to scroll through a long post on your feeds 😅)

I mentioned this in the RSA Outfit post, but Morgana from Sofia the First wears a mostly purple dress. I think that’s why I was drawn to making Morrigan’s event outfit purple initially. I used Mirabel’s concept outfit as a reference because I liked the look of the scarf wrapped around her waist. I also used Elena’s normal dress from Elena of Avalor as a reference because her kingdom is also primarily inspired by various Latin American countries. I really was just looking at the top, over the shoulder ruffle on her dress because I liked the look of it.

I primarily used the purples I already had swatched for Morrigan’s RSA uniform and then adjust them accordingly. Since Raven feathers are a one of Morrigan’s main symbols I added them as a pattern to the hip scarf. I also added little hand mirrors to the trim of their dress as a little nod back to their personal use of the magic mirrors.

For the more “masculine” outfit I chose to use a more green colour palette as a call back to their status as a Daisomnia student. I mainly used Bruno’s colour palette from the concept colour swatch image. However, I lightened the colour of Julieta’s lightest teal/aqua blue colour swatch for Morrigan’s shirt; I thought it would look better next to the darker greens. I also added the feather motif to the cuffs of the shirt sleeves just as a little detail.

It took me a while to figure out if I wanted to give Morrigan some kind of vest or ruana, but I eventually landed on the ruana after trying both options. I think Morrigan would like the looseness of a ruana. I used Camilo’s concept art as my main reference, though I tried to keep it relatively simple design wise similar to Bruno’s. Since I put the Raven feathers on the cuffs of their shirts, I added the mirror motif to the light stripes on the ruana.

For both outfits I wanted to add in Morgana’s red scarf without just sticking a scarf on Morrigan; the red is meant to be an accent colour to the purple/green palette. So, I gave Morrigan a red headscarf/bandana and their shoes in both outfits are red/red toned.

The only other change I made to Morrigan’s design for this fan event was I switched out the long ponytail for a braid. Idk I thought it would look good with the rest of the outfits.

I’m currently working on fleshing out this au/event idea so be on the look out for a future post on it! In the meantime my asks are always open so feel free to ask me any questions! I’ll try to answer as best I can with what I have figured out rn!

TWST x Encanto Au: I know Mirabel is in the Twisted Princess Au, but I want this one to focus only on Mirabel. After singing Waiting On A Miracle, Mirabel finds a mirror and is sent to Twisted Wonderland. But she is not the only magic less student! She meets a boy name Yuu (my version) who was also sent to Twisted Wonderland and they along with Grim are the new residents of Ramshackle Dorm. I wanted a story where my Yuu was his own person and not replaced with another character. More to come!

Honestly, out of all the Disney Heroines, Mirabel is probably the best slot in for a Yuu. Just because her story of being the only one without magic surrounded by people who do is similar to the Prefect being the only magicless one at NRC.

It may take some adjusting, Ramshackle is as far from Casita as you can get. But hey, Yuu is there to figure shit out with her and it will be ok.

OMG ABOUT YOUR ENCANTO YUU I WAS LITERALLY JUST THINKING ABOUT IT AAAA like idk if your encanto yuu has a gift or not- but like Encanto yuu having super hearing like dolores and having to close her ears everytime she talks to sebek since sebek is always shouting- (I might send in more asks about encanto!yuu AHSHHA)

SEND THAT ASK RIGHT AWAY! If I have time, I can make a short fic about them. About Encanto! Yuu, I always imagine them to have quite an amazing gift. (A little spoiler, I plan to make Encanto! Yuu as a child of Bruno.)

But let say, they have a gift like Dolores. I imagine them as a soft-spoken person and when they speak, it comes out like a whisper. And that super hearing come with quite disadvantage.

TWST x Encanto AU: When they are official students, Mirabel immediately starts working on creating dorm uniforms for herself, Takeru (My Yuu), and Grim. I also don't know who I want to be the father figure in Mirabel and Takeru, but I am leaning towards Trein because I started to like him because of the Glorious Masquerade.

The Ramshackle Dorm uniforms are in direct contrast to the actual dorm itself. They're bright and colorful with lots of texture and embroidery. Sure they might be a bit patched together, but in a way that's charming. Mirabel did an excellent job. Maybe she found an old sewing machine in the attic that's similar to the one she had back home and fixed it up so she can make their clothes and has a whole sewing room.

And yeah I think Trein would be good. I know I have a Crewel bias, but Trein deserves more recognition. He's a good man and a loving dad.

Hm... That is a great idea. Yuu is a typical fairy tale princess with all that flower and grace and elegance. Such a perfect student too. Smile so beautiful but for those that close to them. She may be not that perfect with that pride attitude.

Let's skip out a few event, shall we? We will jump to the VDC arc where Vil, Rook, Epel, and the rest of the selected are moving to Casita.

"Such beauty in this house! 100!" Casita playfully moves the tile and creates a tune as a welcome to them.

"The aesthetic here is perfect. Such a unique design. That graceful potato certainly does a good job taking care of this place. But, it lacks something. Some flowers will be good..." Said Vil until Yuu's voice can be heard upstairs.

"Did someone said flowers?"

As they go down with a vine wrapped around her. Ace, Jamil, Epel and Deuce only look at her with this 'really?' look. While Rook together with Kalim clapped and Vil nodded as the flowers bloom fillings the stairs and walls.

"Certainly much better, little potato." Vil praise.

"Please, it's nothing~"

"Show off..." Mumble Epel while Yuu just slap her hair to Epel. Making flowers bloom in his face.

Epel just spit out some of the flowers that got into his mouth.

"Oh my~. Sorry, I didn't see you there with how small you are." With that Yuu smirk and go to show the rest of their rooms. Epel just leave fuming in there.

"That girl!!!"

I kinda imagine Isabella Yuu and Epel has a rough relationship at the beginning. With Yuu doing a casual remark and it irritating remarks.

"Great! Now I live with two Vil's. Such a great day!" Epel fuming. Ace and Deuce that hearing that only snort.

"Yeah... You clearly didn't know them yet." Said Ace.

"WHAT I SHOULD KNOW IF THEY ACT LIKE A PRIDEFUL POTATO?!?!" Epel shouts angrily.

"... Vil clearly affected you now."

"AGH!!!"

Some problems raise and Epel has a big fight with Yuu. They have kinda a shouting contest until Vil and Rook break them apart. And just like the movie, Yuu accidentally grows a cactus. For the rest, just watch the song clip 'What else can I do?'

That's all I can think of? Well, after the song is over, Yuu kinda grows all kinds of weird plants all over the school and Crowley needs to check on them.

Hahaha lol a continuation of papa Bruno in twist, when Yuu introduces their dad to the rest of the cast there is only one thing in their mind, “how did that (Bruno) get this (Yuu)?! They don’t look like their related at all?” Basically the trope of wierd hobo parent having an attractive child.

They are shocked! They know it's impolite to do this but they can't help but ask this directly.

"...This is your father?" Ace ask.

"Yep."

"Uh... Don't wanna be rude but you both look almost nothing alike." Bruno gasp hearing that.

"W-what? B-but People said my child looks a lot like me!"

"Yeah... Maybe they didn't want to break your heart? How on earth THIS can become THIS!" Ace points it out for the rest of the first years to see.

"HOW RUDE! MUST YOU KNOW THAT MY DAUGHTER INHERITED MY HAIRS, MY EYES AND M-MY SKIN AND-"

"He is in denial, right?"

"Yep."

"Well, if you guys is that rude to him. I would not be surprised if he didn't give a blessing when any of you try to court his daughter." Grim remark and that make the rest silent.

Me again- Since i want to make it a 2 different ask, since you mention the door is still glowing and didn’t dissapear waiting for yuu to touch it. Have you ever wonder that one nrc student would sneak into casita and try to ahem get a gift but no no no cassita is smart and plays with the student (Making them tumble down the stairs, etc) while casita was teaching the nrc student a lesson, Yuu and the first year gang just walked in and wonder why cassita dropped some dude on floor passed out

Yep. Some greedy students hear about some magic dorm that can give magic to someone with the door. There many rumors surrounding it and they said there is one doors that is still not be claimed yet. So... They try their luck and become so unlucky.

Casita didn't like it. Is Casita a girl? Every time intruders try to touch the knob, the door will move to the right. When they try to touch it again. The door just moves to the side again then it becomes a weird chase around the house. And when the door stop moving, the student runs to the door only to find themselves not moving? Turn out the floor is moving like some treadmill.

Yeah... Yuu will have a shock every time they found the body of the student that becomes too exhausted to move again. Depending on the dorm the students from, Yuu will just call the dorm leader or the vice to handle them (Extra Punishment for the students)
