Does Damsel really... absolve the dragon for murdering dozens of women because they apparently deserved to die if they had a great great great great great grandfather who did a bad thing?

geralt and ciri are like the parent-child version of “would you still love me if i was a worm” test for relationships like “would you still love me if i was Evil incarnate and was a damaged child sick with a thirst for revenge and you would regret teaching me how to kill”

Okay, this is really fucking specific, but back when i was younger in Florida, my family would always go to the flea market and this flea market would let you feed the alligators for like $5 for 3 pieces of meat.
The meat, which was like cut up hotdogs, would be attached to these hella long wooden poles with fishing wire tied to it with a regular hook that you attached the meat onto.
And you’d just stand there, feeding the alligators, with a pole that was 4 times your size with your dad just helping you hold the pole.
Now imagine that, but the alligators are chocobos and its Sunny and Tubbo feeding rabbit and horse meat to the chocobos.
At one point, the capture some poor worker and Tubbo just lowers them into the Chocobo pit.
You are actually so real for that they would so do that
The Feds actually send a tax bunny and tubbo knocks him upside the head only for the bunny to wake up tied up and being used as bait to teach tubbos daughter how to “fish”.
Tubbo and Sunny on the edge of the pit, Tubbo standing behind sunny and teaching her how to properly lower the line and that she has to be patient to get a catch. He’s holding onto the poll behind her and complimenting her hand placement, meanwhile the bunny is losing his SHIT as the line gets lower and lower into the pit.

I'm going to say something controversial that I hate, but is completely true.
Will and Abigail barely knew each other. Their relationship was born solely out of a trauma bond, not any kind of love or substance. The obsession Will has towards her does not correlate with how weak of relationship they actually have. If Abigail saw anyone as a father figure, it would've been Hannibal because she barely knew Will. Will loved Abigail because she was such an important tool in his becoming. He didn't love her because he loved how passionate she was about dance, or how smart she was, how amazing her humour was, or how witty and sarcastic she was, or any of the things that made her who she was. He loved her for her darkness, and that's all he knew about her. Will's level of obsession with her did not match the depth of their relationship, and he did not love Abigail for the girl that she was, he loved her as a killer that complimented his own darkness. And I think it's sad that nobody ever truly loved Abigail for who she was fully.

do you think...would luke feel weird about emma marrying gilbert? they're supposed to be close in age, while gilbert is probably the closest thing he has to a father figure, despite having maybe a max of a decade between them?
then there's also, uh, the elephant in the room
anyways, i can see some angst about where exactly luke slots into this mess of a family. to their kids, is he uncle luke? big brother luke? but, like, it's emma so he probably has to concede that she's good for him, right? idk i feel like that probably makes him feel worse.
[i haven't read gil's route yet]

i could KILL him for this. motherfucker's every interaction with children has him being, if not nice, then at minimum kind and forgiving and genuinely invested in their wellbeing.
he asks crying kids what's the matter, he's afraid to hold a baby because he's worried he'll drop it, he goes after people who are mean to kids without a second thought. his whole mentorship with timothy hunter is him trying to do right by that kid no matter how he feels about it at the time. man would be the most loving dad in the world but because of his own awful goddamn father and the ways he thinks he takes after thomas, he doesn't think that's true. i hate.

actually what i think would be cool is an ace attorney game where each case is its own individual mini-spinoff. first case is kristoph gavin: ace attorney a few years pre-aa4 with apollo as kristoph’s college intern and clay as the defendant. we get to learn more about clay and apollo’s friendship alongside apollo+kristoph and krisnix dynamic. we’re forced to forge evidence because there isnt anything concrete proving clay’s innocence, giving us an inside glimpse into a corrupt attorney’s life. second case is simon blackquill investigations pre-UR1 where on someone else dies at the space center and metis is accused. we see more of athena/simon/aura/metis family dynamic as well as athena and juniper’s friendship as children. manfred von karma investigations (kid miles and vk family dynamic) or lana skye investigations (pre-SL9 ema mia gant jake angel neil) or mia fey ace attorney (maya lana pearl morgan diego maybe even dahlia and iris) or robin newman ace attorney/hugh o’conner investigations (self-indulgent but would be so cute)….the possibilities are endless……just fun little ways to expand on pre-existing character dynamics that might not have been discussed too much without necessarily making an entire game revolving around those characters
