Something that this hyper-sexualized society tends to forget is that sexual relationships are not the only thing in the world. There's platonic relationships, familial relationships, romantic relationships, sexual relationships, beneficial relationships, etc.

Sometimes it seems like that hyper-sexualization in society can make people unloving and unaccepting of relationships other than sexual ones. Heck, us aces, aros, and aroaces have dealt with that for far too long. Sex and sexual attraction is NOT a necessary "human nature"; relationships are. And people who believe that it is necessary have mixed up relationships for only sexual.

In all seriousness, where the fuck else is it? IN OUR KNEES!? Those people arent WORTH it. Theyre just sour little jerks who, at least most of them, will never understand or want to understand. Put importance on YOUR mental health, 'cause what are they gonna do? Cry about it while you get better for yourself, others' health, and your own health? If they have a problem with that they need to get a hobby. Find that balance that works for your life & responsibilities, and your mental & physical health.
