Bruce had always been stuck in an endless cycle when it came to relationships. He had always been seen as the ‘pretty boy’ (As Harv had so eloquently put it.) He was the rich airhead who was ment to sit around and look good while the other made all the accomplishments for the both of them.

This is what he was used to, this is what he had come to expect. Going on a date with someone new wasn’t going to change that. Clark wasn’t going to be any different than anyone else he had dated for that matter. Bruce knew that.

Then why go through with it? He didn’t have to say yes when he was asked out. Yet he did anyway, and the reason behind it was still a mystery. It was the hope he supposed, the hope that maybe it could be different. But simple reasoning could disprove that.

But here he was. Sat in a restaurant in Gotham,( Why would a reporter from metropolis want to eat in Gotham anyway? Bruce could have just flown over) waiting. He probably wasn’t going to show up anyway or if he did he’d probably just publish the whole thing as a story for the paper. God he hated those types of reporters.

He kept checking his watch, not anxiously of course, watching the seconds tick by. It had been exactly 204 second gone since the time they had agreed to meet ,not that he was counting or anything he just liked people being punctual. He most definitely wasn’t coming.

“I hope I’m not too late am I?” Bruce looked up and saw the mild mannered reporter smiling sheepishly down at him. He instantly remembered why he had agreed to this date in the first place, Clark wasn’t like anyone he’d ever dated before. He knew, no, he was sure this time would be different.

“No,no. You’re right on time. Have a seat.”

he has his uncle clark that would fly him around when he was a kid just because he thought it was so cool and probably helped him with his homework and made sure bruce wasnt being too hard on him and ahhhh

honestly dick and clark and their dynamic just mean so much to me

OMG AND Bruce’s boys (atp Dick,Tim and Jason) manage to track down Bruce and instead of being met with their Bruce they are met with the terrifying Demon head’s right had. What would happen?

Bruce getting resurrected in the Lazurus pit being a full circle moment for 'killed when being trained by the LOA Bruce.' What if his memories are clouded by the pit?? What if Ras/Thalia convinced him that he never left the LOA, that he's the Demon Heads right hand man? What if that's why Bruce would stay away for those Lost Days - because he didn't remember that he had a home to go back to. What if it took meeting baby Damian to kick start the memory of his OTHER sons, his boys, his first babies? RAAGHHHHHHGHHH

Oof oof oof, Bruce gets killed and dunked and automatically reverts into the Demon's General who is actually the most terrifying fully-human person to ever walk the earth, including Batman himself.

This was originally supposed to be an animation but I lost motivation to animate it. </3 So accept this very messy sketch instead. It is an interaction that has been in my head for weeks and I just had to let it loose somehow.

Harvey and Jason are busy doing their crime/vigilante thing together but then Bruce and Dick turn up at the function to stop them, and now it's going to turn into a custody battle except the battle is literal.

Something I’ve been thinking a lot about recently is the fact that when Jason was starting out as a crime lord there was another Crime lord in Gotham who would’ve taken Red hood under his wing.

And who might that be? None other than Two Face.

Think about it Harvey was Bruce’s best friend for years, they grew up together. So when Bruce’s son starts making a name for himself as a crime lord Harvey can’t just stand idly by and watch. No he’s got to help the kid.

And sure you could argue “How would Two face know Jason was Red hood?” Man was a lawyer he would have figured it out before Batman himself.

This isn’t even mentioning the fact that Jason probably has some facial scarring from being crowbarred/blown up so maybe Harvey sees himself in Jason just a little bit and feels like maybe he should keep an eye out for this kid, you know help him out a bit.

Anyway I just think it would be really sweet if even when Jason is an anti hero he takes it easy on Harvey because “Come on guys that’s Uncle Harv, I can’t arrest him.”

I may turn this into a fic idk yet.

As a British person this is too relatable 😔

Bruce inherited the British understatement thing from Alfred and it drives everyone around him crazy, because he'll be having the happiest day of his life and say, "This is nice." Or react to accomplishments like, "Hn." and perhaps a nod of approval if he's feeling it.

On the other hand the way Bruce expresses disappointment and anger is something Alfred can take no credit for.
