I came out as oriented aroace to one of my close friends!

I told them they could ask questions, to which they politely did, and I explained a lot of it. I explained queerplatonic and alterous attractions and relationships. They asked how I would want my partnership to look like and some other questions too! It was super nice feeling supported and loved for who I am, especially with this identity, since I struggle to accept it so much. It’s truly beautiful to be aroace and I’m growing to adore it. I feel really really happy.

I’ve got two part of my hair shaved on the sides, and I dyed them blue and purple [: it’s blue on top and then blends into the purple. The rest of my hair is black btw!

I’m really hoping this turns out good 🥲🤞 I didn’t bleach the shaved parts, but it should be ok, because my natural hair is blonde.

I’m back from the store!

I got a fake wood piece, some hides, and a small bubbler system. Also, some of the chemicals for the water too. I’m hopefully going to get the live plants later this week 🤞

I’m going to the pet store today :D

I have a 37 gallon fish tank I got a couple weeks ago, and I’m finally getting the stuff to set it up. I need some live plants, decorations, and hides for the future fish. I’ve got the substrate already washed and added into the tank, so the things listed about are what’s left to buy. I’m getting most of that today, just not the live plants yet.

I plan on getting mollies and Corydoras btw :3

Welcome to the blog, folks!

The name’s Corbin, alongside a multitude of nicknames. My pronouns are he/him, and I use masculine terms primarily.

This is my introduction post, and I’ll share about me, and the blog itself too. Let’s get started!

About the blogger:

As I said, my name is Corbin. My primary nicknames are: Cory, Corbs, Corby, and Corb. Close friends are welcome to make more personal nicknames to use.

Again, as said before, my pronouns are he/him, so only use those for me, as well as masculine terms. Thank you!

I’m a pet dad to many animals. Mine are three rats and a crested gecko. I’ve also got 2 family dogs that I own alongside my parents. I’m also working on setting up a 37 gallon fish tank currently!

I am dynamically disbaled and chronically ill. I have hEDS and POTS, plus many comorbidities. I am a cane user, but I don’t rely on it full time due to my disabilities being dynamic. I also have other mobility aids that I may use for longer events that are lots of walking or activity. I am also neurodivergent, and I’ll leave it at that, as there are many things I am diagnosed with or are working on diagnosing.

I’m spiritual. I don’t know what all exactly I believe in, but I know some of it. It’s something I’ve been navigating for a few months now, but it’s a process that’s taking a while, and that’s ok with me.

Fair warning, I do cuss often. I only cuss around those who are comfortable with me doing so. I don’t do it very much when blogging, but it does happen occasionally.

I’m queer. I use many labels to describe myself, and am still navigating some of them currently. The labels I use are: GNC trans guy, pan, angled aroace (aroace-spec), lovequeer, lovepunk, and ambiamorous. The tertiary attractions I experience are: alterous, queerplatonic, exteramo, platonic, sensual, familial, and aesthetic.

A big hobby of mine is creating art. I do mixed media art, lots of crafts, photography that is primarily focused on nature, and writing short stories and/or poetry. I really enjoy music, and even used to play two instruments. My favorite bands/artists are: Ghost, Sleep Token, and some others too!

I like to read occasionally, especially comics, because the art parts of comics are gorgeous. I also enjoy movies too! A lot of the things I watch/read have queer storylines.

Researching random information can be fun for me soemtimes, especially if it’s a hyperfixation.

Upcycling and DIY fashion is another crafty things I enjoy doing, and it cuts down on fast fashion profiting, which is very important. I’m also interested in fashion overall.

Quality time with my loved ones is important to me, and I really enjoy the time I spend with them.

About the blog:

I don’t have a DNI written out, but just keep your bigotry and hate out of my space. I won’t tolerate, or even acknowledge it, I’ll just block.

My asks are open, but be kind and respectful, anons are off because I’m not comfortable with the chance of folks being ignorant towards me (ex. I’m queer, and queerphobia exists, so I don’t want anons coming here to be bigots, and hide behind their screens)

I’m open to making friends! I’ve made a few good friends from being online, and one good one on tumbr too! But don’t be creepy, I won’t tolerate that either.

I don’t post consistently. My schedule is all over the place, so my posting is too, lol. I’m online daily though, I just might not be posting.

please I beg one of u kind souls on tumblr explain to me what’s going on with my bearded dragon

So,

It started a few months ago, Rocky was feeling lethargic and he wouldn’t move much around his tank. He kind of just sat and basked and never really got up.

A few weeks ago, he began to lose his appetite and wouldn’t move his back legs at all. There is a bump on his elbow that is hard and his toes sometimes twitch. His feet and toes are very swollen too :( He still was eating a bit

Now, it is at its worst where he can’t use his back legs at all and he can only try to use his front legs, which are starting to give out as well. He doesn’t want to eat anymore and I haven’t seen any sign of him doing his business (probably because he doesnt eat)

I thought this was metabolic bone disease, but we went to the vet and he was baffled bc he had no idea what it was. His bones were fine, the bump on his elbow didn’t appear on the x-ray, and there was no sign of MBD or impaction.

Rocky is still getting worse and he doesnt want to eat anything; please if anyone knows what is wrong with him dm me or reply to this asap bc I don’t want him to be in pain he’s just a lil guy :(

If you have any questions about him please ask, I want to know what’s wrong with him as soon as possible so we can act and hopefully help him live more comfortably 🙏
