Thank you Mama for putting me up on game at an early age💚! .. My mother taught me it was all about the gut. "Design a diet that will feed your #gut biome. If you take care of them, they will take care of you," she would tell me. .. Feeding your gut properly is a big step into boosting your #immune system. It's these guys that break down your food and prepare it for #digestion. The fresher foods you eat, the better it is for helping with gut diversity. The better balanced gut diversity, the better digestion and the proper absorption of #nutrients you will experience. .. This goes true for #plants as well. For this reason I grow and fertilize my crops with a #microbial tea every two weeks to increase microbial activity in my #soils. Since doing this, I've noticed over the years how my yields have increased and #disease has decreased in my family. This was this morning's harvest. What is consciousness?  .  Consciousness, at its simplest, is our "sentience or awareness of internal or external existence. Taking it a step further, it’s also an unlimited technology that is beyond or outside of creation.  Our consciousness can click in or out of existence as declassified by the CIA with the Monroe Institute.   . Once in existence in our universe, #consciousness exists as #intelligent #light.  . Scientifically speaking, let's break this intelligent light into two components: #matter and #energy.  . Matter is the material side of consciousness. That's what the #universe is created from. It appears that it is separate from us but it isn't, the #DoubleSlit, and modern #psychokinesis experiments show this. The other side of consciousness is energy.  Consciousness uses the energy side of itself to explore and perceive the universe via a #soul.  Consciousness is building a #reality out of itself, in order to know itself.  . We know that all matter is energy from E=mc^2. Being that the universe is made out of energy, consciousness has access to any point of information through #QuantumEntanglements. When energy is slowed down, it’s information.  We have access to this #information. So, what do you do with all of this? .
