Humans are weird: This land is my land
( Please come see me on my new patreon and support me for early access to stories and personal story requests :D https://www.patreon.com/NiqhtLord Every bit helps)   Conflict: Fenix Alliance/Human War. Alias: War of Broken Suns Summary: Border disputes between the Terran Republic and Fenix Alliance escalated into all-out war during the year of 3056.
Initial gains made by the Fenix Alliance were swift and projections of a total Terran collapse were predicted within sixteen months. However,  what the Alliance had not expected was with the speed in which humanity could shift industry to a total war footing.
By the mark of the second year the Terran Republic had halted the steady advance of the Fenix Alliance and began launching a series of counter attack all along the front line. Having stretched their supplies lines to maintain their earlier gains the Alliance quickly found their forces too widely spread out and easily picked off one engagement at a time. Following the disastrous battle of the Seven Stars, the Fenix Alliance military teetered on total collapse after the loss of the majority of their senior leadership. To add further strain to the war effort the outlining colonies of the alliance had all fallen under Terran control and human fleets were poised to enter the core worlds of the alliance.
Faced with imminent invasion of prime manufacturing worlds and the most heavily populated planets in the entire alliance, the remaining government officials reached out to Terran leaders and offered their surrender.
It was hoped that with this act the war would see an end to the suffering of their people; how little they knew of humanity’s vengeance. ------------------------------------
“These terms are outrageous!”
Tarsu threw the stack of documents back across the table in disgust. The shower of paper forms landing in front of the seemingly uninterested human delegation as Tarsu’s fury vented.
“Why would you ever believe we would agree to these terms?!”
The meeting had started not more than five minutes ago when the human delegation entered the room and quietly handed Tarsu and his fellow delegates of the alliance a series of forms dictating their terms for peace.
If Tarsu’s outburst had shaken them at all they were skilled at hiding it for he saw upon each of their faces a cold stare of indifference. Worse, they saw him as nothing more than a child throwing a tantrum; which only sought to enflame his anger further.
“Please calm yourself,” Tarsu’s fellow delegate Marox said as he placed a calming hand on his shoulder, “this is no time for raised voices.”
“But-“ Tarsu began before he felt the hand on his shoulder tighten. No further words were needed between the two of them and so Tarsu sat back down while Marox addressed the humans.
“I apologize for my friend’s behavior,” he began sweetly, “these last few months has been most trying for all of us.”
The lead human negotiator, Lin Zhao if Tarsu remembered the alien’s introduction, nodded quietly.
“Of course; the savagery of war often brings out the worst of any people.” Lin remarked softly. He looked past Marox at Tarsu and the pair locked eyes for a moment. A moment that was all Tarsu needed to know that this human was lying through his teeth with every word.
“Which is all the more reason we should conclude such…uncivilized actions with the agreements put forward today so we may work together to build upon a brighter future between our two peoples.”
Taru opened his mouth to mock this human but Marox spoke first.
“As do we, but you must admit these opening terms are rather confusing.”
Marox picked up his own copy of the planned peace treaty and turned to the third page.
“Specifically,” he began as he pointed to a certain section of the document, “I believe there was some form of translator error as it says you wish us to hand over four colony systems to you.”
Lin said nothing as he opened his copy of the agreement and turned to the page Marox had mentioned. He read it quietly before closing it and looking back up at Marox.
“There was no translation error, the peace treaty is contingent on the handover of these territories as well as any preexisting or future claims to them to the Terran Republic until the end of time.”
Marox’s mouth hung open in disbelief as Lin scanned the delegates opposite him.
“If there are any further discrepancies you wish to speak of please feel free to mention them now and I can clarify any misund-“
“Shut it!” Tarsu shouted as he was once more on his feet.
“What thinks you can steal our lands and claim them as your own?” he demanded.
Lin shrugged dismissively. “We conquered them four months ago for starters.”
Tarsu and Marox were left speechless by the brazenness of this human but Lin continued.
“We also require you to remove all military installations along the border with these territories which will be transformed into a Demilitarized Zone where no military force of either of our respective peoples will enter.”
As if sensing some further outburst to come Lin opened his hands in a giving gesture. “Those systems will of course still reside under your authority and can be administrated however you wish so long as no military forces are present in the DMZ.”
“Oh can they?” Tarsu retorted angrily, “How very benevolent of you to allow us to govern our own territories.”
“If that is unacceptable we can retain those systems as well.” Lin said as he cocked his head to the side and stared Tarsu down.
There was no emotion behind those eyes now. No anger, no empathy, no compassion; only a cold calculating logic that left the Alliance delegates uneasy.
“Tarsu!” Marox whispered harshly under his breath, “Sit. Down. Now.”
Before Tarsu had even taken his seat again Marox shaking his head at Lin. “Your original offer is much more preferable.” He began, shooting Tarsu the quickest of glances for silence as he was about to retort once more. “I think we should resume the main discussion again so we forgo any further confusion as we discuss.”
“I am afraid there is already a grave misunderstanding between us.”
Lin’s words surprised the alliance delegation as now the human stood up and slowly slid their copy of the peace treaty back towards Tarsu.
“You are operating under the presumption that this is a negotiation where we barter back and forth, trade saber thrusts and parries, and eventually walk away with each of us feeling like we have accomplished something.”
“This is not the current situation you find yourself in.” Lin tapped the document pointedly as if to emphasize his words.
“This is not a negotiation, this is a dictation; you will agree to these terms or the war will continue.”
Silence greeted the conference room as neither party spoke. Each of the alliance delegates eyed themselves in nervous fear and realization. Tarsu imagined that some of them had expected humanity to be just as equally tired of war when these talks began and that the terms would not be as harsh, but Tarsu had known all along that when humanity had the upper hand they would use it to the full extent. It was Marox to break the silence after what felt like an eternity.
“Surely you must understand,” his voice spoke pleadingly, “that these terms are far from equal.”
To Tarsu’s surprise Lin nodded in agreement. “That is true,” he said calmly, “but we just do not care for your perspective.”
Marox slumped back into his chair defeated; his arms slumping as if the weight of the universe itself suddenly came crashing down on him.
Tarsu did not waiver however and asked Lin “And what is to become of our people in those systems you would snatch away from us like cravens in the night?”
Lin reclined back into his chair and clasped his fingers together. “They will of course be given the option to return to your sovereign territories and remain citizens of the Fenix Alliance; but after thirty days any who remain will become citizens of the Terran Republic and will fall under the laws and mandates of our governing bodies.”
“You are not content to steal our lands, so you must steal our citizens as well!?” one of the alliance delegates spoke up next to Tarsu.
Lin looked at the alien as if they were nothing more than an annoying insect buzzing around his head.
“They have thirty days to leave, in which time we will provide transportation for them to ease the burden of their relocation.”
Before any of the other alliance delegates could speak, Lin stood up along with the rest of the human delegation in tow. “There is nothing more to discuss for this treaty.” Lin said calmly as he pulled out a strange circular device from inside his clothing and looked down at it. “You have until this time tomorrow to discuss it with your leaders at which time we will demand an answer.”
With this the human delegation began filing out of the room to the shocked expressions of the Fenix Alliance delegation. Lin was last to reach the door but stopped inside the doorframe and turned back to the group.
“I would like to remind you, that should you reject these conditions the war will resume; and the next time we sit down to talk of peace our terms will be..” he paused while fixing a cold gaze on Tarsu, “more substantial, with what we demand for peace.”
With that ominous warning the human left the room and brought a final curtain to a needless war.

Fic Writer 20 Questions
Thanks for the tag, @merlyn-bane!
1.) How many works do you have on ao3?
Eight!
2.) What's your ao3 word count?
217,911
3.) What fandoms do you write for?
*sobbing* Star Wars, my beloved. The brainrot is real; I am consumed. When I was still on FF.net, though, I had stuff up in Harry Potter and How to Train Your Dragon.
4.) What are your top five fics by kudos?
back then, i was dauntless
how to bring him home
if i don't make it back (from where i've gone)
though some would harm you
like lightning changing hands
5.) Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I absolutely do! I feel bad because I know I've gotten some lovely comments on chapters that aren't the most recent one, and those tend to get lost in the inbox, but I promise I'm working on it- if you get a response from a comment you left a year and a half ago, don't hold it against me 😅
I do it because I want so badly to build community here! I love getting comments from people, responding to something with a wee hint of a tease because I'm AWFUL and then getting a keysmash of a response and then exchanging snippets in the comments, truly, it fills me with delight- and I've met some absolutely wonderful people who I got introduced to by responding to comments-
Anyway. Community. That.
6.) What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Oh. Hm. Hm.
I... guess it would have to be though some would harm you? Although I'm not sure if I feel confident in that designation, because it's very much part of a multi-work series. And I'm too much of a sucker for happy endings to write a stand-alone fic that doesn't have one, I think.
7.) What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
Oh, neural plasticity, for sure! Short and sweet <3
8.) Do you get hate on fics?
A bit. I can brush off the "actually the Jedi were the real monsters" assholes easily enough, but honestly, the comments that hit the hardest are the ones that clearly come from people who think they're offering ✨constructive criticism.✨ Not only because I didn't ask for it, but also because saying my work is "fatiguing" or "I'm sure there's a decent story here, but it's being buried under what you're trying to do with it-" there's nothing constructive there.
Side note: the person who left that last comment deleted it about half an hour later, because when I went to reply, it had vanished from my inbox. I don't know if they did that because they didn't want me to be able to reply, or if they realized that what they said was unhelpful and mean, but if they ever happen to see this-
I still got the email, prick.
9.) Do you write smut? If so what kind?
Write? No, I haven't quite worked up the panache to try. Reading, on the other hand...
10.) Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
I do have snippets of one crossover that I actually posted in an anonymous collection, ha- an old BBC Merlin/ Good Omens/ Supernatural fic that I dug out of my old documents. Other than that, no- unless you count the Prequels and the Clone Wars as different enough to qualify as a crossover.
11.) Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I know of!
12.) Have you ever had a fic translated?
Also not that I know of- very much open to it, though!
13.) Have you ever cowritten a fic before?
Since I don't think taking drabbles in tumblr chats to ridiculous lengths counts, I'd have to say no- I'd like to, though!
14.) What's your all time favorite ship?
Codywan. Fiercely, unwaveringly Codywan.
Just to reinforce this- 292 of my bookmarks consist of Cody/Obi-Wan. The next most common romantic pairing (Aziraphale/Crowley) has less than half that, at 121.
I'm a goner, and I can't even bring myself to regret it.
15.) What's a WIP you'd like to finish, but doubt you ever will?
OKAY SO I've written snippets of a modern AU focusing on Helix, Needle and Stitch, and I'm totally gonna take this opportunity to rage about it. I'm probably never gonna finish it, but it gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling, so, hey- what else is fic for, really, if not for indulging yourself?
At first, it's just Needle and Stitch. It's just been the two of them, for as long as Stitch can remember. Needle's only a few years older than him, but he's raised him, kept him in school, kept a roof over their heads and food on the table-
Food on Stitch's plate, at least.
Then, one night, Needle does not come home.
A hit-and-run, the nurse tells him, although the words will not trickle through until much later. A coma.
He will not, they say patiently, come home for some time.
(There is so much that needs doing.)
Helix, meanwhile, is studying physical therapy at the local community college and working part-time at his brother Ace's bakery.
It's during one of these shifts that a skinny little twerp comes in and hands him a job application.
(Rent and bills and Needle Needle Needle-)
It doesn't take Helix long to realize something is... off.
Ace tells him not to push it, but-
The kid's a good worker. Great, as a matter of fact. He's never late. Stays past closing, too, if they've had a rush. He tells Helix about his brother and nothing else.
(His brother hasn't come to visit.)
Everything that's not sold at the end of the day gets packaged up and given out. They only toss in the dumpster what's really, truly inedible- stuff that got dropped in the kitchen, scraps left over from customers-
He thinks it's raccoons, at first, until he peers in and sees Stitch flatten himself against a heap of bags in the corner.
They package up leftovers for him, after that. A bit more than leftovers, maybe. Ace sets aside sandwiches. Helix buys him a thermos and tells him it's been in the lost and found for over a year. They make sure he eats.
(Needle's getting transferred out of the ICU.)
Stitch is trying. He's doing everything he can, and more besides. But Needle's life is too expensive and he's buckling under the weight.
(He hasn't even grieved. Not really. No room. No time.)
Eventually, something has to give.
He does.
(He hadn't expected someone to be there to catch him.)
Featuring:
Helix stumbling into adopting first one, then two idiot kids
Ace being a supportive brother
Needle finding his way home
Mace Windu as Needle's (unfairly attractive, Helix thinks) neurologist
Obi-Wan as a hospital social worker who gets assigned Needle's file
Cody as Obi-Wan's husband, Helix's cousin, and children's book author (Stitch's favorite)
(listen I am WEAK for author!Cody, truly)
(Helix was totally the one who got them together and he regrets it every day of his life.)
Sheev Palpatine as the epitome of the evil of the American healthcare system
The Melidaan crew running a long-term, non-profit care facility that offers both in-patient and out-patient rehab services
16.) What are your writing strengths?
(I'VE PUT TOO MUCH THOUGHT INTO THIS. SHIT.)
17.) What are your writing weaknesses?
I am, apparently, really good at writing breakdowns. >:3
18.) Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
Dialogue does not come easily to me. I have to work a bit to hit my stride. But I think it turns out well enough!
Hm. Coming from a purely technical perspective here, I think the reader should be able to understand everything that's spoken in a fic. If a character says something in another language, then I think the best way to convey that is, "X muttered something Y didn't catch," or, if the listener recognizes that it's at least in another language, "X muttered something in French."
If the reader should understand it, then something along the lines of: "'I knew we shouldn't have trusted him,' X muttered in French."
If the POV character doesn't understand the language, it doesn't make sense to provide the reader with a perfect transliteration of what the other character is saying. The character wouldn't have that knowledge. It can really take me out of the fic when two characters suddenly start conversing in written-out sentences in another language, and I have to scroll all the way down to the footnotes for translations.
19.) First fandom you wrote for?
But then again, that's just my opinion- I'm sure others have their own thoughts on this!
20.) Favorite fic you've ever written?
Harry Potter.
Hell, I have to say like lightning changing hands, if only because whatever fic I'm writing at the moment is my favorite. It's the act of creation that does it for me!
(Also because it's such a good opportunity to explore so many relationship dynamics.)
No-pressure tags for @jedi-enthusiast, @themonopolyhat, @shadow-pixelle, and @foreverchangingfandomsao3!

So I was chatting with @kalira last night and we got to talking about older file formats and programs (because we started writing on Ye Olde Computers), and I mentioned how my very first fics are all in .wri format, which was the old Microsoft Write program from like...Windows 3.1. I had converted a couple of those old documents to .doc and .rtf back in the early aughts, but there were probably 6 or 7 that I’d never converted, which was Not Great as time marched on and .wri files became deprecated.
Over the past ~10 years, literally nothing I have tried would open those files; all the Microsoft stuff I can find basically says to use WordPad, which will (technically) open the files, but they are chock-full of so many random characters that they’re virtually unusable. I figured I’d have to manually pull the content out of each one, but as these are all novel-length stories...uh...that was going to be an Intensive Process.
Anyway, after that, I woke up this morning thinking that, hey, it’s been a few years since I’ve tried; I should search again and see if I can find anything that can open .wri files so I can save them in a newer, readable format.
What I found was an article that said, basically, “try LibreOffice.” The most recent review I found said that it would open most legacy file types, and honestly as long as it would 1) open them in a readable format and 2) let me copy-paste them into a new Word doc, then I was going to be a happy camper.
So I installed it, figuring what the hell, and used it to open the oldest .wri file on my system, a Star Wars fic.
And for the first time in nearly 20 years, I could READ MY FIRST FANFIC.
Tumblr media
I’ve now opened and saved all of those old files as .docx files, so God willing, they should be readable for a long time to come.
So this is just a reminder: if you have old files that you haven’t converted to a newer format, do that before you (potentially) lose that ability entirely. And if you have legacy file types like .wri files specifically, give LibreOffice a try to get them open again.

MERRY CHRISTMAS GENTRY, as a gift I shall write you an essay as to why you should write about Anyone AFO being shirtless (instead of censoring it with a star wars shirt)
So why should you write about Anyone AFO being shirtless? Well first off I think shirtless anyone afo will bring about world peace. That man's chiseled abs could bring everyone together to admire them. Wars will stop and everyone will be singing together in harmony all because of the beauty of shirtless afo. I also think it'll make your fic super popular (more popular than it already is) you'll be drowning in kudos before you know it. It will also make Hori read your story and he'll cry from how perfect it is, he'll even allow you to retcon one thing from the canon story because that's the power shirtless AFO has over people. You'll also get super rich and famous (trust me plz) because everyone will be throwing money at you for writing such a beautiful and amazing thing (which is shirtless AFO). You'll also be given three wishes and you will be able to wish for anything you desire, this is because even the universe itself will be grateful to you for bringing a shirtless AFO into existence in your anyone story and so it will allow you to have three wishes. Doesn't this all sound amazing? Yes, it does I can hear you already opening up your document and writing shirtless AFO into the anyone story as we speak. Thank you Gentry for your time!
HOW DARE YOU IMPLY THAT I CAN OBTAIN ALL THOSE THINGS ONLY IF I WRITE SHIRTLESS AFO.
YOU DARE TO SAY I CANNOT OBTAIN THE WORLD ANYTIME I WANT? THAT MY POWERS ARE LIMITED IN ANY WAY?
ALL MY WISHES ARE WITHIN MY GRASP.
YOU COME INTO MY HOUSE AND, BLINDED BY YOUR LUST FOR THE MOST BASIC MIDDLE AGED MAN EVER, YOU INSULT ME?

15 years ago when I was half the age I am now, on 23 December 2008 I made an account on a forum. It was bulbapedia's forum, called BMGf for short, to discuss all things pokémon on. While I initially only made my account to win a fanfiction contest with what must be the most cringe story ever written (needless to say I did not win the contest), I started posting regularly and must have been an active poster on there for about 5 years. I feel like by the time XY rolled around I wasn't that active anymore. I made over 10 thousand posts, was personally responsible for popularing the mafia forum game, got made a mod and made over 200 friends if my friendlist was to be believed. They were some very formative years for me on the internet before the advent of social media.
I thought it would be a fun excercise for myself to see which people I am actually able to remember from that website. What impression did they leave on me looking back, who can I even remember from that long ago? Maybe 2 of my followers will read this and not know any of these people, maybe no one will read this at all. But I still feel like it's more fun to post this online on the off chance one of these persons actually reads it than to just keep it in a word document where I know for a fact I will be the only person to ever lay eyes on it.
I will go on an alphabetical order for readability, though this is not the order I started recalling in.
Aladar - I don't know his first name. He was a regular in a chat thread I frequented, he loved star wars and I think we had the same brand of humour. Though he must have become inactive on the forum years before I did and never played mafia with me, it's interesting he left an impression on me nonetheless.
America - Killi, I think this was her username but she'd change it so much I don't remember. I think we mostly bonded over the forum game mafia, but we also watched all of fmab together and were pretty close for a while, chatting often. Apparently she was manipulative and a bit of a gremlin to other people (called abusive etc.), but she was normal around me so I didn't let it bother me. I guess she felt a bit like a younger sister to me in that regard.
Archaic - Liam, as the website owner I was never really close with him but I've spoken with him a few times and in hindsight he was the most normal person on the entire site. He would host contests on the websites that I'd win, over the years I've gotten like three pokemon games from him.
Baron Brixius - an enigmatic kid with an odd sense of humour which overlapped a bit with my own, I liked egging him on. He ended up breaking the forum by naming himself <undefined> and got permanently banned when he did it a second time. He clearly had some issues going on but was never too open about it.
Buoy - don't recall his first name. Some of my friends were obsessed with him for his really weird sense of humour (and the fact he was a few years younger), though in mafia games he could be surprisingly sharp. I think we never really liked each other but we could get along if a mafia game needed us to.
Crackfox - Hayley, I feel like she was a bit mischivous in personality on the forum, but Hayley was brought into a chatgroup I was in a bit later so I remember her more from that. To me it seemed like she always felt like she was a bit of an outsider. I feel like she felt closest to me out of anyone else, I at least dm'd with her a lot on skype. In mafia games on the forum we would also team up almost always. In hindisght I feel like I maybe never truly understood her, one day she just upped and disappeared and I lost a close friend.
Croag - Emily, I guess she came across as kind and a bit reserved? I was in a skype group with Emily for multiple years and got to know her a lot better thanks to that, making it harder to remember my initial impression. Emily presents herself a bit distant with an ironic sense of humour in these group chats but I've met her irl and she where is very genuine and kind. I still talk to her to this day, though not as much as I maybe should.
Emi-chan - Another sister-I-never-had to me as she was a few years older, I really looked up to her and her artistic skills when she started frequenting the chat thread. Though we got along just ok, unfortunately I always felt some distance between us and couldn't really get close to her, before she moved on from the forum. She was into a touhou-esque series called .hack and to this day I've never encountered another fan of that.
Falcon Doveowl - Cara, another person who frequented the chat thread that I got along well with but was not super close to I think. I feel like I may be mixing her up to some extent with Luminosity in my mind, though I chatted with cara a bunch on skype as well I think which I don't think I did for luminosity.
Feralize - I forgot their name, they were always really calm and a force to be reckoned with in mafia games. I think I talked to them a few times on tumblr but I can't recall if they're still active.
FinalArcadia - Haley. I think she was the older sister of two twin girls one of which liked me and the other didn't, but I don't remember their usernames. I believe we got along ok. Someone who frequented a thread where people were all hetalia obsessed and would also play mafia occasionally. We're still mutuals here!
Gaskhan - or was it Ghaskan? I don't remember her name but she was from Portugal, she was a bit of a wallflower whose calm demenure got her promoted to supermoderator. She played mafia a bunch and posted in the chat thread occasionally, but in hindsight I wish I had gotten to know her better.
Gatorage - Axel was generally cocky, though I was in a chat group with him for years I don't recall his personality beyond that all that much. From what I recall while we weren't that close we barely ever got into arguments with each other either, which was rare for me at the time as I got into arguments with everyone.
Ghetsis-Dennis - The most obnoxious person I ever met online, he had a very strong belief system about what characters would be added to the next smash bros (Dawn and Zoaroark among others) and would not shut up about it. The only person I blocked on skype because he would not leave me alone.
Ghost - don't know his name, I feel like he looked up to me as I was a bit older. He was always rather stoic in how he expressed himself but as a chat thread regular we became friends. We both got really into gpx+ at the same time and would talk a lot about that, but I think eventually we just sortof stopped interacting as much even though we were both still active on the site.
Greece - Erin. Was her username actually Greece or am I mixing people up? I think she was a bit demure and we chatted sometimes, but I don't remember her that well. There was a lot of hetalia fans on the website who would change names and avatars so much I wasn't always able to tell them apart that well. I still feel like I'm forgetting someone I talked to a lot on this list, but I can't remember them. Maybe it was Erin, who knows.
Hellion - Don't remember his name. Incredibly cocky know-it-all guy during mafia games, was made a moderator together with me and seemingly always disgreed with me. Awful personality really, I still don't really understand how some people liked the guy.
Humonity - Ruben, from Malta. I felt like he looked up to me for a while, perhaps for my stylish way of playing mafia? He could be a bit eccentric at times but still very fun to talk to, I still talk to him about eurovision every year.
Hunter Blade - don't recall their name. A chat thread regular with a good sense of humour that I got along well with, they're one of the few people from this website that still follows me on here and reblogs my posts occasionally. I should talk to him again sometime.
Hurristat - David. Someone I got along really well with unti he became a moderator and went mad with the power. One day in a skype chat unrelated to the forum (it just had a lot of people from the forum in it) we got in an argument and he tried to to use his authority as a moderator to get me to shut up, which the angry teen I was I refused to give into and caused him to have a meltdown over his own powerlessness. Served him right, jerk.
H-con - Hakon from Norway. Someone from the chat thread I was befriended with, but I can't recall too much about them. I still have them on my switch friendlist (imported from the 3ds friendlist) as I do with some others on this list, and see him online playing games sometimes.
Ino-chan - Tony. Frequented the same chat thread I did. Had a unique deadpan sense of humour which I thought was hilarious. Posted a picture of herself once, and never again. Had a male first name and a male mii on the 3ds and wiiu. I still wonder once in a while, is she trans or did she catfish us for all those years. I think I was sort of close with her, but her distant personality made it hard to really get to know her.
Insana Dana - Dana, I don't think I was that close with her but we got along in various skype groups. I feel like she's one of the few persons who despite being in various fandoms would never get into arguments with others.
jda995 - Joel. Funny guy that I played some mafia games with but mostly know from being in a skype group together with. Very sassy, sense of humour comparable to Croag.
Leafeon800 - Alex is my bff to this day. On the forum we got paired up once in a program meant to introduce new people to each other. I thought our conversations were a bit shallow, and eventually we both got put in a skype group for people who owned mario kart 7 on the 3ds to race together. At first Alex was one of the people in the group I felt least close to, but as hormonal teens the people in that group (including me) were constantly creating drama and fighting. One day the drama was among the other members and I messaged Alex along the lines of "get a load of these guys", starting a trend of us dm'ing each other more and slowly becoming the best of friends. I can't even really remember what caused us to have such a good connection with each other, but I'm really glad it happened.
Leggo - don't remember her name, leggo was always very kind but a bit enigmatic in how she presented herself. Like she was both full of quirky personality but also rather stoic at all times. Such an odd combination. I wonder if she's still like that.
Luminosity - Not Clara, did I ever know her name? She didn't stand out too much, but enough for me to remember her. I think she was older than me and got along quite well with themissingno. I may have gotten some older sister I never had vibes from her, but my memory is fuzzy. I played mafia with her a few times.
Mariowie - Mario? A pretty reserved personality, I chatted with him in the chat thread a few times and the main things I remember is that he's Dutch and lives on an ostrich farm. I still interact with him on twitter, where he often ends up being the only person liking the single tweet I make once every 6 months.
Midorikawa - Ariana, a girl with such a strong personality that we would constantly argue with each other. However when we were on the same side arguing together with someone else I would feel a rush like nothing else. Almost developed a crush on this girl, but thankfully we disagreed more with each other on things than we agreed. She was very conservative.
Mintaka - Hyemin or Min was one of the people I felt closest to on the forum, a girl a few years older than me. She was a student in Seoul, very kind and a bit quirky sometimes and I actually feel bad I don't remember as much about her as I feel like I should. I met her and her family irl when they were on holiday in the Netherlands.
Neonsands - don't remember his name. A lot of mafia board frequenters would eventually start talking to each other on skype but I think neonsands was never one of them. I mostly talked to him during mafia games and he was either an opponent to fear or my favourite ally, a game where I was mafia with neonsands and sourcandy remains one of my favourite and most succesful ones ever. In hindsight I wish I had gotten to know him better.
Neosquid- I don't remember his first name. Neosquid was a bit of a weird kid who was a few years younger than me and appeared to look up to me. I chatted with him a lot and I think we shared similar humour, but unfortunately it's not the clearest in my mind anymore. I think he was dealing with some mental stuff, like how when he was 16 he dated someone 8 years older than him who then broke up with him because he was allegedly being abusive. Hope you're doing ok neosquid.
Paperhorse - Claire, she was like everyone's mom friend. Very warm and kind, but unfortunately I can't remember that many specifics about her. She loved harry potter I think and got married a few years ago, if she has children now I'm sure she'd be a great mom to them.
Phoenicks - a young republican who loved debating more than anything else and therefore also mafia games. We liked each other but weren't really friends, I think he respected me as a player but did not really show it a lot during games. Would write the longest post indicting someone as mafia which annoyed me a lot. It still annoys me when people are making arguments in really lengthy ways when they could be much shorter about it tbh.
pkmngreen - Frank, another person who I chatted with so much I don't recall my initial impression of them. In chats he was a bit cocky and I got into arguments with him sometimes. Thinking back I think Frank was more emotional than he'd like to let on and the jerk that I was I would sometimes take advantage of that to push his buttons. All done with love of course.
Pokemoll - Molly was 10 years old when she joined the forum and got made a moderator at 11, insane in hindsight. After I left the forum I followed her on tumblr and twitter a bit (and still do), watching her grow up in that sense made her a bit of a distant little sister to me. She's kind and not afraid to stand up for herself and while we don't talk to each other that frequently I think we have a mutual respect for each other. I always like seeing that she's doing well when I happen to catch a glimpse of her social media once in a while.
Pichuboy - don't recall his name, he was like the rival of buoy and I didn't like buoy so I liked pichuboy better. He was cocky but in a more serious way than buoy, but I never got that close to him. He was a bit younger I think and babied by some staff members.
Rayne - don't know his first name, rayne pushed for me to become a moderator which I could not hold onto long due to my online anger issues. But it was nice to have a guy trust in you like that. He was older than me and always came across as very chill, apparently he is a hardcore furry.
Revolvingscott - Scott, this guy must've been on the forum for a year at most with only around 800 posts (noob numbers) but as he posted in the chat thread I frequented he left an impression. He was gay and flamboyant about it and I loved his sense of humour, I think we liked egging each other on. One of the few people who would compliment my selfies which did wonders for my self esteem.
Ryuutakeshi - I feel like his name may have been Kevin, but it may not have been. He was a theater kid and though he was a few years older than me I never got older brother vibes from him. It was ok chatting with him but I don't think we ever got that close. He ended up dating someone from the forum who I also chatted with sometimes but wasn't that close to, I think her username was kayori-chan.
$aturn¥oshi - Steve, this guy was like 30 years old moderating the chat thread, always stoic and chill with seemingly almost no sense of humour of his own but happy to go along with the flow set up by others. He was gay, lived in a basement, owned two cats and was obsessed with michael phelps to the point I thought those were pictures of him. I wonder if I ever knew what his day job was.
Secretive Trainer - Danny, whose personality I don't remember that much on the forum, I think just pretty normal and down to earth in general. I've chatted with him more directly and I remember he's gay and loves all things nintendo, so we get along just fine. He reminds me a bit of my brother.
Shiay - Don't remember he name, didn't interact much with her but am including her for the female represntation of this list. She was obsessed with Morty from pokemon gold/silver, a big fujoshi and into brother/sister incest despite having an older brother herself. One of the first persons that made me realise there are some weird people on the internet.
Shiny celebi - Brenna was a lot older than me and always rather demure on the forum, like she had no personality of her own at all. I think that was a symptom of her autism. She seemed rather fond of me, as she would often send me messages on discord with her concerns about sjw-ideology making me hate myself for being a man. It felt a bit smothering.
Sourcandy - Don't recall her name if I ever knew at all, Sourcandy was feisty and a truly genius chaotic mafia player. I would often clinch with her during these games and people on the forum would jokingly ship us for it. I think we were rather fond of each other and could've been good friends, but due to mental health issues she would unfortunately often disappear for months at a time and we could never really become close with each other.
System Error - This guy used the blog add-on of the forum like social media before social media existed, writing multiple short blogs every day. Meanwhile I put effort in all of my blogs, making them all funny like some sort of amateur stand-up comedian and I'd consider my blog failed if it got less than 7 comments on it. These blogs truly were the social media of its time.
TheCapsFan - I chatted with him in some threads, he played mafia sometimes, and now he pretty much runs the forum I think. Unfortunately my final few years on the forum are a bit fuzzy to me and that includes what I talked about with Caps.
Theflamingbooger - Zach, I think. A chat thread regular, I idolized this guy for reasons I can't quite recall. Maybe a brother I never had kind of deal as he was like 8 years older older than me. He had a bad webcomic and became really into mlp later. He didn't really have a great sense of humour from what I remember, but was just averagely himself in the chat thread which was a nice chance of pace from the other whackos who posted there.
Themissingno. - Steve, a regular in our chat thread on the forum. Steve was truly like the older brother I never had, often teasing me, egging on my emotional outbursts (which would cause the mods to warn me to his enjoyment) with an odd sense of humour. But I don't think he ever did these things in bad spirit and was actually very fond of me. When I was whisked away into a skype mario kart chat he was actually a bit jealous which is pretty cute in hindsight. I met him irl once which was very fun.
Unown Lord - Guy who would only be in speculation forums for new games and post entire essays about how the next games should be prequels featuring apricorn pokeballs. If you told him his ideas were insane he'd write another essay on why you were stupid for disagreeing with him. He must've jizzed his pants when arceus legends was announced. Wish I didn't remember this guy.
Zeb - Liam, this guy hated my guts. I don't know why, I think he had issues. But by hating me he just gave me considerable power over him, any argument he started with me would inevitably lead to him having a meltdown. He was added to a skype group chat I was in and left after some time, probably because he couldn't take being around me any longer. I doubt he got far in life.
Zenax - a good mafia player who had the same age and birthday as my brother. Unfortunately I don't remember much else about him, I think he was a moderator at some point as well.
Zima - Zima might be the most wildcard person I've met on the site, obsessed with hetalia and I'm pretty sure she had some mental issues. They'd leave, come back, leave, changed her name constantly. She frequented a different chat thread than I did where I think people disliked her, but I was always quite fond of her.
While it's surprising to see I still remember a lot of people, it's also sad to see how many memories of those people have faded away. Some people have even blended together in my mind, making differentiation harder.

Tales of the Monkey Princess: A Hero is Born I
"The thing you need to understand about the old legends is that the story is never finished. There maybe no pages left to turn, but there is always more to the journey. Rising from the Netherworld, the Demon Bull King attacked. No one could stop him, no one could resist. No one except... the legendary Monkey King. The Monkey King used his magical staff to pick up a nearby mountain. He trapped the Demon Bull King underneath it. The Monkey King sealed the mountain with the staff that no other being could wield, trapping the Demon Bull King forever. With the battle won, the Monkey King vanished, never to be seen again. Legend says the staff still lies on top of that mountain, the one thing keeping our world from certain destruction. And with the Demon Bull King gone, civilization was able to advance into the amazing city we now live in. A world of elegant cultures, gentle loving people, a city brimming with five-star cuisine, and all because of the Monkey King."
Inside a small noodle shop, A man with slicked back black hair and glasses sat on a stool. He wore a red mei fan outfit with a white shirt and red scarf along with his black boots.
Across from him sat a girl with spiky, dark brown hair held up with a red bandana, honey brown eyes sparkling in awe. She wore an opened button up work uniform with a regular white T-shirt underneath, red jeans and black and white tennis shoes.
The young brunette exclaimed. "Oh, that's so good! Monkey King's so cool! He's so strong and handsome-" Posing as she punctuated with that last sentence.
The gentleman known as Mr. Tang chuckles wholeheartedly, interrupting the teen. "Oh, MK. And you thought you knew all the Monkey King stories." MK interjected. "Oh, but I do. I got his whole life documented extensively in this unauthorized autobiography of Monkey King."
She pulls out a red book, showing the cover of a small doodle of himself and monkey king as well as a small sticker. "Written and illustrated by yours truly. Like I knew he was born from a stone, and live behind a waterfall with his sweet little baby monkey friends! And- and- and oh!” MK's excitement was interrupted again, as Tang picked up the scattered pages that fell from the book.
"It's nice to know someone is taking in all these stories, pearls of wisdom dripping from my lips." He smiled, ruffling her hair and then clears his throat, hazel eyes now focused on the brown haired teen. "Well, you know the deal. One story, One free bowl of Jajangmyeon, hm?"
MK; too distracted with her book, looks up at Tang with a hum of confusion, before gasping in realization.
"Huh? Oh right, free noodles! Yep, on it. How heavy do you think a mountain is? Compare to like-". MK went to ask the scholar a question, the older boy quickly moving back, as a wooden spoon flung towards MK.
"Free Noodles!?" The bowl of noodles MK had been holding was flung into the air, quickly snatched by a rather angry demon pig, wearing a chef's uniform.
"No one gets a free meal at Pigsy's! I'm not running a charity here, Tang!" He yelled at him.
Tang sweat-dropped, smiling sheepishly at his husband and bopping him on the nose. "Ah, but Pigsy. I was paying with wisdom." He replied, making the Pig Demon roll his eyes.
"Yeah? Well, wisdom doesn't pay the rent, you freeloader! And you young lady!" Pigsy yells, looking at the delivery girl with a frown. "You've been slacking off all morning! I've got a dozen orders that need to go out, so quit slacking and get packing!"
The frown on MK's face turned upside down into a nervous smile, "Ya..." she spoke, refusing to make eye contact with Pigsy. "See, I was just about to take my break, so~....." she was making up excuses at this point, bad ones.
"Break....?" Pigsy spoke, his eyes closed as his body was trembling, not from fear, sadness, or even weakness. But anger.
“There's no BREAK in WAR!!" he said, grabbing the wooden spatula he threw at MK minutes ago, spinning it in the air before he grabbed it with his right hand his left arm folded behind his back, "I need workers, soldiers in the army of Pigsy's noodles! Hooke of the worlds longest noodles!" He said proudly with a smile.
"How else am i gonna expand my business if there gonna be territory?!" he asked, a scowl coming back to his face.
"Uh.. do you mean the one across the street?”MK asked, looking out to the window was another noodle shop owner, the shop owners sent glares to each other.
"I stand by my statement," he said, MK trying to find a way to escape but was quickly caught up by Pigsy grabbing takeout noodles that were ordered and shoving it to her. "NOW, hurry up!" he yelled, kicking the poor human out of the shop with the orders of noodles in her hands
"Alright!" Mk exclaimed before running off to her Tuk Tuk, she heard more loud noises from inside the shop.
"Hey, get back here, you coward!"
"No, Pigsy!"
"I want my money!"
MK could hear Pigsy unleashing his wrath on Tang, who in turn, cried out to the teen in desperation. ‘Hard to believe those two are married.’
With a shake of her head, MK starting the delivery bike and pulls out her phone with the address for the first order, before putting on a pair of headphones, With that, MK sped off into the streets of the city.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MK drives her Tuk-Tuk around the city, passing by buildings and other vehicles and people, She payed attention to her surroundings as she listened to music, making sure not to cause a crash or damage the only vehicle she has.
MK turned her attention to the readers.
"Hello! My name's Qí Xiaotian, but I mostly go my 'MK'. Anyway, You're probably wondering more about me? Well, let's see...I'm seventeen years old, I'm a delivery girl at Pigsy's noodles; the cranky pig demon you guys saw earlier.
The guy with the glasses is Mr Tang, his husband. I love those guys! They practically took me in and raised me."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Years ago on a rainy night, outside of the restaurant of Pigsy's Noodles, the sounds of crashing and clanging echoed through the alleyways. A human and pig demon stepped outside in the rain with to check the noise out.
"What in the World?" The young scholar and pig demon awed in disbelief.
Right before their eyes was a little girl, appearing to be eight, or seven. The girl was covered in mud from head to toe, her brown hair all disheveled and covered in dirt, maybe. She didn't had any clothing.
The girl shrieked in terror and his behind the dumpster, covering her herself and trembling. "Please don't hurt me! I-I didn't mean to root through your trash! I just looking for something to eat. I'll leave immediately!" The girl pleaded behind the dumpster.
Pigsy shined the light to see an empty, discarded to-go container, he had accidentally made an extra bowl for an order and had thrown it out earlier that day.
It take a genius to put two-and-two together.
Tang crept closer to the young girl, kneeling down with umbrella in hand. "Hey, it's okay, We won't hurt you. But, why are you out here so late, sweetie?" He asked in a gentle voice.
"I-I don't know, I...can't remember." The girl sighed and slowly crept from behind the dumpster, wiping her mouth with her sleeve.
Tang glanced back at his husband with a worried look before back at her. "Lemme guess. You don't have a home, no money, and so you dumpster dive for food?"
She nodded softly, messing with her hands a bit. "Yes sir." She answered.
Tang sighed, adjusting his glasses, he moved a bit, making the doorway clear for her to come inside. "Why don't you come inside."
"Huh?" She looked skeptical about his kind gesture.
Pigsy gave her a reassuring smile. "We promise won't hurt you, kid. I'm just certain you're very hungry for some actual food. I can make you more of the best noodles you'll ever have." He said.
She was still a little unsure about it, but soon as another crack of lightning whipped through the air, her eyes widened and ran into his welcoming arms.
"There there, it's okay." Tang said soothingly and closed the door behind them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By now MK was getting close to her destination, since there was not so much cars, she didn't pay attention that much, which was getting pretty stupid of her. She passed a sign that spoke 'Do Not Enter!', but the oblivious girl didn't see it as she zoomed through the road.
Then, she stops in front of the construction site as she took her her headphones off, she headed her way towards the elevator until she reached ground level, she was happily humming a tune as she looked around the area as she noticed a golden bird, which makes her confused.
'Why the heck is a bird here?' She thought as the bird flew out of her sight, then she heard a woman's voice.
"It feels like I've waited an eternity for this moment. Is everything in order?" She then heard another voice, a male's voice "Just making the final adjustments, Mother."
This made MK gasped, she whimpered as she hid behind the walls before she was spotted, she then looked out again, there she saw a mountain, on top was a tree planted there and the ray of sunlight was shining at the staff, whiched made MK tried to look closer, as she noticed it wasn't an ordinary staff, it was the Monkey King's staff!
"Finally, after all this time, we have the means to lift Monkey King's legendary staff." The woman spoke, which she was named Princess Iron Fan, Demon Bull King's wife.
"Wow! Monkey King's staff!" MK awed at the staff, she couldn't believe she was actually looking at the legendary staff! She looked around, wanted to inspect more, as she started climbing up to the pipes as the woman started talking again. "My love will finally be returned once we removed the staff.
"Huh?" She and the red boy, who was named Red Son, son of the Demon Bull King, noticed one of the Bull clones, Bob, started climbing into the mountain towards the staff. Above the pipes, was the same golden bird, as MK grunted as she reached to the pipes the bird was on, whiched scared it and the bird backed off a little as it looked at her, when she noticed the bird, she apologized for scaring them and looked down just to see Bob looking at the staff before trying to pull it off the mountain, whiched failed, losing both his arms, as the bull clone fell off the mountain and into the ground once more. Bob whimpered, noticing his arms gone as he looked up to Red Son.
"You fool! You think we didn't try that already? It's going to take more than a few robots to lift the Monkey King's staff. Only those deemed worthy can wield it. But I, Red Son, have designed this gauntlet to bend it to my will."
MK gasped, whiched almost made her fall, with the bird looking at her, as she used her hands to hold the herself and the pipe with the bag of noodles in her mouth, not wanting to get caught, she continued watching from above as Red Son used the gauntlet to lift the staff once more, he snickered once the hand of the gauntlet held the staff, which flickered yellow sparks, and started lifting it.
While trying to lift the staff, green fog started coming underneath the mountain, Red Son grunted as he tried to lift it up more, which fire started coming out of his hair, which made MK panicked from above.
'Is his hair literally on fire right now?!' MK thought panicked, as she continued to watched Red Son lifting the staff, he screamed as Princess Iron Fan watched him with MK along with the golden bird, making the surroundings around them starting to crumble.
After that, a clang sound was heard, as Red Son actually succeeded lifting the staff off the mountain. "Yes, I did it!" The Bull clones cheered at his success while Bob looked down in dismay, whiched MK noticed and looked at the Bull clone sadly.
After a second, Red Son noticed nothing was happening. "What?! Why isn't anything happening? Mother, are you sure this is the right mountain?" Red Son asked as Princess Iron Fan facepalmed at her son's question.
"No. Maybe it was that other mountain with the magical staff sealing away your father!" Princess Iron Fan spoke sarcastically as Red Son walked up to her, when all of a sudden, their surroundings started to shake as both of them turned their attention to the mountain, which was rumbling like crazy, making Iron Fan and Red Son looked at each other for a second before they covered their eyes for a moment as the Bull clones were pushed away by force when bright green light emerged on the ground, making them both looked at the light of bright green.
MK watched the green light grew brighter from above, the Bull clones were still thrown away, both Princess Iron Fan and Red Son smiled evilly at the bright of green light and strong wind. "Yes, Father. Rise! Rise!" Red Son spoke as he laughed evilly, the green fog cleared, to reveal the glowing green eyes of the Demon Bull King.
Demon Bull King snarled as he stepped, making cracks once his foot touched the stone ground, one of his horns had been broken from his previous battle, his appearance changed from his previous one after years being trapped from the mountain. MK couldn't help but looked at the scene in front of her eyes, both shocked and worried to see the Demon Bull King returned, as the golden bird followed her gaze in curiosity.
"Flesh. Bone. I have returned to the realm of the living!” MK continued watching from above, her arms struggling, telling her they couldn't hold it any longer, she looked at the bird just to see it looking at her, as he hopped to her hands.
"No! Shoo! Go away!" She tried shooing the bird, whiched failed miserably, she looked at the bird more panicked as it started pecking on her hands.
While MK tried to shoo the bird away, down below Princess Iron Fan greeted her husband happily, after centuries of being apart, they were finally reunited at last, she slowly goes up towards him to greet him. "Oh, Demon Bull King. How I've missed you~" She greeted.
"Princess Iron Fan, is it really you, after all these years?" The Bull King leaned down to her level, gently cupping her face with his large hands, she leaned into his touch.
"Yes, my love, it is me. We're finally together again." She sniffed, wiping her tears of joy away. Demon Bull King smiles, yellow gaze on his wife. "The years have truly been kind to you, he flirted making her smile. "How did you free me?"
Princess Iron Fan moved away to reveal Red Son still holding the staff with the gauntlet "hello, father...I've missed you" Red Son said smiling. Demon Bull King looked down at his son, his now teenage son in surprise.
"My Son.." he said lowering down and gently placed his large hand on Red Sons head. "The last I saw you, you were small enough to fit in the palm of my hand." Demon Bull King spoke softly, Red Son smiled happy to see his father again after so many years.
Demon Bull King stood back up and noticed the gauntlet holding Monkey King's staff "I believe you are the one who freed me?" Demon Bull King asked and Red Son perked up "Well, I did moved the staff. I learned how to harness it, to make its power my....I mean, our power of course." Red Son said, Demon Bull King stood taller and his eyes glowing green.
"Excellent, my son." Demon Bull King said smiling. Red Son smiled at the praise he was receiving. Red Son turns, grinning in glee, "Now together, we the Demon Bull Family will plunged the world to internal darkness!" He exclaimed, holding the staff above his head.
The Falcon continues to peck MK's hand, causing her to fall and lands on top of Red Son. She gets up and pales at the sight of Princess Iron Fan and the robot bulls glaring down at her with Demon Bull King right behind them, his green gaze eyeing her with anger.
"Uh..hello. Anyone order some noodles?" The brunette grinned nervously holding the bag up.
"Get off of me, YOU IDIOT!!" The bull prince roared has he erupted in flames launching MK off his back. Mk yelped has she lands on her behind and she whined, rubbing her sore butt.
He growled has he turns to her, hair and eyes igniting in flames. "Do you know what you’ve done!? You’ve—” He stops staring at her with wide eyes, red flames dying down and his green gaze staring at her making MK blink in confusion.
Tumblr media
Red Son got a closer look at the intruder, his heart skipped a beat.
She truly looked like an angel. Her skin was a nice tan, her face framed by her brown hair—which had came undone from the bandana she was wearing so her hair reached and fell to her shoulders. Her light chocolate eyes, her hourglass figure that made him all tingly inside.
Not wanting to get distracted at the moment, as he grunted and yelled at her angrily. "You ruined my moment, you stupid girl!" His cheeks a bit red when he saw her and tried to hide it, whiched failed miserably.
Then a foot stomped next to Red Son as he looked up to see his father glaring down at her. "A little eavesdropper had fallen into our midst. It seems a waste to crush something so insignificant as my first act as ruler of this new world, but so be it."
“N-no wait, please!”
Before Demon Bull King could stomped on the girl, Red Son stopped him before he could. "Wait, Father!" Demon Bull King looked at his son, confused.
Red Son cleared his throat as he moved his foot away for a bit and spoke up. "Waste not your energy on this peasant. Please, allow me to show you how powerful I have become in your absence!" Demon Bull King looked down at him with glowing green eyes as he spoke.
“As you wish." While still not noticing, MK tried to quietly slip away as she quietly mumbled, "Maybe I can use this chance to get away." As she tried to do so, but failed as she quietly gasped when Red Son turned around, just before she could escape.
"In some ways...you're very fortunate, noodle girl," She looked up as she panickly backed up more until she hit the staff. "Not many girls are lucky enough to be stamped out by the Demon Bull Family!" Red Son continued as MK turned to see the staff as she heard a quiet whispered "Monkey King's staff."
She then heard a loud stomp as she looked up to see Red Son as he angrily spoke. "Are you even listening to me? I, Red Son, will not be disrespected! You're History!" He angrily shouted, flames surrounding around him as MK looked at him with wide eyes.
Red Son then uses his gauntlet to land a punch on the girl, which MK yelped in panic then she lifted the staff and blocked the punched unexpectedly with her eyes close, thinking she met her end.
Unknown to them, the staff she lifted blocked Red Son's punch, which makes the surroundings around them cracked and blown away from force, when the dust cleared, Red Son's eyes widen in shocked when he saw the staff blocked by his gauntlet.
"No way! How could you possibly lift Monkey King's staff?!" MK peaked one eye opened before fully looking at the staff on her hands with stars on her eyes as she got up, the one tip of the staff glowing gold.
"This is impossible." Princess Iron Fan said as Demon Bull King snarled at her. "Ah! I don't know what's going on here, but I'm about to end it! That staff is mine!" Red Son yelled as he, the Bull clones and Demon Bull King tried to pounce on the girl to grab the staff, which made MK panicked and whimpered.
"I'M SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY BREAK!!" She yelled as bright gold light shined around the area making Red Son, the Bull clones and Demon Bull King pushed back by the sudden force. "This can't be." Demon Bull King spoke as Red Son screamed and landed harshly on the ground.
Princess Iron Fan grunted as she looked at MK, who was shocked and surprised at the same time. "Uh, that was more explosive than I expected." Princess Iron Fan slammed her fan on the ground as MK messed the staff around. "Stay back! I don't know how I'm doing this stuff!" MK warned them, but was ignored when Princess Iron Fan angrily spoke.
"That staff doesn't belong to you, little girl. Hand it over."
MK looked at the staff as she answered. "Mm, no?" Then, she held the staff still, liked it moved on it's own making the end of the tip hit the ground. "Okay, I didn't even moved that time!" She spoke as she suddenly yelped when the staff extended, she yelled when the staff launched her out of the underground, as Princess Iron Fan watched, she angrily spoke.
"Ugh! She can't escape with that staff." She turned to look at her husband, who had a dark aura around him. "Centuries trapped in oblivion, plotting my revenge. And all of it thwarted by a little thief!? I will tear the flesh from her bones!" He angrily yelled, his wife rubbed his arm in comfort. Red Son spoke up, still had bumps in his face from the injury as he pretended like nothing happened.
"Father, allow me. I won't fail you a second time!" Demon Bull King looked at his son, then spoke "See that you don't. My patience is past it's end." Red Son looked at his father as he turned around. "Of course, Father!" He then used his powers to get his vehicle out whiched is called the Inferno Truck.
"Look out Girl, I'm coming for you~" He chuckled evilly as he takes off.
Writer asks: 5, 10, 17, 21, 27
5. Do you plan? Or do you “wing it”?
……… :(. wing it…….
or like okay. blah blah i’m disorganized i sort of write out from nodes rather than working linearly through anything, but what, for Me, works as planning is setting out a preimposed thematic structure. so for my ongoing bering & wells fic (which i have “not” planned), i have section titles based on james clerk maxwell’s a treatise on electricity and magnetism, which means that i’ve effectively got an outline in the form of the titles i’ve pulled from that.
10. How many unfinished works are in your drafts?
previously answered but i did just find my like, big document of fic ideas. so it’s like, there’s ~9 wips, most of which won’t see the light of day, plus an exorcism/demonology wip that i don’t think i’ll ever finish because writing horror hard :( and it would be super long, and then there’s a like. evil long document which i am afraid to open.
17. What piece of writing are you most proud of?
blah blah yuck annoying answer i’m not really proud of any of them— i’m distinctly UNproud of all the multichapter fics i’ve never finished, to the point that i’ve orphaned them from my old ao3 lol. HOWEVER i’m trying for self improvement SO, back in 2016 i wrote this star wars fic as a birthday gift for a friend (funny story. i’d started writing this as a gift for them, then been like YUCK this is taking so much research i don’t want to do, wrote a criminal minds fic for them, then finished this one over winter break. so they got two fics out of me and also started me on this terrible writing criminal minds fanfiction journey) and especially considering how much reading about star wars i very unhappily and half-assedly did, i think this is probably my best worldbuilding and probably my best, like, narrative idea. also the dream sequence from the opening section of this demily fic— i fondly remember multiple lines from it. too uneven to say the whole thing but i think the tone sometimes hits really where i wanted, and i was pleased when that happened.
21. Do you listen to music as you write?
answered previously but i did also remember— in addition to the coil unreleased hellraiser themes and my big fela kuti playlist, i have a playlist of almost every nick cave & warren ellis movie soundtrack, and that is BANGER writing music.
27. Are there certain types of writing you won’t do? (style, pov, genre, tropes, etc)
answered previously but here, too, i wax on: my fondness for like, parody and experimentation means i’d probably try out many things once, at least for a bit, and many more that i’d be willing to consider if someone was committed enough to pay me. you’d never catch me posting 2nd person pov reader x character fic uncompensated, for example. also you’ll probably never see me post a finished multi-chapter fic but that’s more of a personal failing lol
lol just wanted to let u know I’m absolutely here for stephanie brown 👍🏽 (The other stuff too but STEPH)
sjkdfl THANK YOU. I never mean to be dramatic when I say like, 'oh obviously you guys won't care', what I always mean is that I do genuinely think that what I have just written is completely unappealing to almost any kind of audience I can think of, but because I write for myself and two other people this does not stop me whatsoever from writing 60k of it and declaring it the best thing I've ever written.
And STEPHHHHH. I started this story last year (!!!) and then I got really super distracted with Star Wars and we know how that went, and I love the story so much I was afraid to go back to it. Even now I'm kicking myself because the voice isn't quite right (although I can improve it in a lot of other ways - what the fuck was with me and commas a year ago? Jesus!). I've wanted to adequately pay respects for a long time to the teenage girl who I identified with so relentlessly in high school, and clearly nobody else is gonna do it, SO.
I only geared back up and got back to work on it because I spent two days falling down a fic hole looking for decent Batman fanfic and every single solitary thing I read was so freaking bad I got iridescently angry and opened up the document again. I dislike so much about the modern Batfamily fic zeitgeist and I have to solve my own problems.
I think a lot of artists can relate to the feeling of having that story you really want to write or that piece of art you really want to create, but your skills just are not there yet. All you end up with is frustration that the act of making this huge and great story into reality ruins it, and that you can't express this beautiful image you're desperate to share.
Then you come back ten years later a slightly better artist and you finally get what was in your heart down on paper, and it's ten times as better in reality as it was in your mind. It's rewarding.
On some level when writing I'm always kind of talking to myself. Lately I've found myself occasionally writing stories that talk to a younger me, when I was 11 or 15. There's always something a little lonely about it, like I'm speaking into a void or a grave, but it always feels like the right thing to do anyway. That kid's there whether you speak to them or not.
Tumblr media
This is what I was meant to write. Thanks for the ask!
MW2 Pairing Please 🥺👉🏼👈🏼
Pronouns: she/her
Race: I’m Hawaiian, Filipino, German and Italian (I’m a lot more things but these are the one I know by heart.)
Appearance: Recently I buzzed cut my hair so I don’t have my curly hair anymore, Hazel eyes, I would say I’m average height for a female (5’5), I’m more on the curvy size, glasses and light tan skin.
Personality: Oh boy where do I start, we’ll for staters I can be very goofy and very serious at times, I have a very dry and dark humor when it comes to my jokes, ENTP, usually at work I’m very bubbly and always being a motherly type figure to my kids, but I will add that I am Bipolar so my personality tends to change whenever I hit a manic episode but nothing to hurtful or mean just more of tired and hardly energetic which usually leaves me in bed for a few hours during the day usually on my off days I’ll let it sink in I’ll never bring that type to things to work.
Things I Like to Do: Reading and Playing video games is usually what I like doing on my free time if not I usually go to the gym to get out of the house if I don’t want to be around family, if not I’m usually drawing or doing a bit of voice acting for my friends series she has going on. If not I love a good hike or driving around very late into the night or star gazing.
Job/Interests/Education: I currently work as summer camp group leader which is me helping the kids learn new things, and play fun activities with them. But right now I just signed up for National Guard as a combat medic so I’m hoping I can head to training sometime later this year for my training. As for my education I actually have a associate degree in Digital art…yea 😅 I don’t know how my job or me joining the military even fits in with my degree 😅
Fun facts: I love tattoos and have a few of my own, I have two tarot cards (sun and moon), a ghost face knife and a Star Wars quote, I can speak a little Hawaiian, Spanish and German, I’m also bipolar, bisexual, I’m the only girl and youngest out of 6 kids, little bit autistic usually if I stim I like to trace or hold one of my friends hands or arms (usually my best friend bc he has tattoos on his arm and lets me color it in).
Johnny "Soap" Mactavish
How you met: Military After years in the National Guard, you would think as a combat medic you would have seen it all. But now you had an interesting story as you helped to patch up Johnny Mactavish. After a joint US and UK op, he presented to your tent with not 1 not 3 but 10 shallow knife wounds. The most you had ever seen was maybe 7? "This is a new record," you said as you cleaned his wounds and applied antibiotic ointment. "What can I say, lass? I am a record breaker," he smiled at you as you examined his extremities for any remaining cuts. You grabbed a variety of bandages and went about applying them to the necessary areas. Soon he looked like a child who fell off his bike with the amount of bandages on him. "Alright I think I got all of them," you smiled before taking off your gloves, "just be sure to let them heal and you can replace the bandages in the next few days if they fall off." You made sure to hand him a few extras as you knew combat and traveling would inevitably cause some of them to peel. "And try not to get any more cuts, I don't want my new record to be 11," you said before signing off the appropriate documents and sending him on his way. "Okay, bonnie but I might be seeing you around," he started as he got up, "gotta find more excuses to see your pretty face."
A peek into your relationship: You anxiously looked at your face in the mirror and adjusted your glasses. Today was the day your family would meet your boyfriend. "Nervous?" Johnny asked as he snuck up on you and nearly scared you have to death. "Yes!" you exclaimed before playfully hitting him on the shoulder. You had made sure everything was perfect, preparing some dishes from your childhood and relentlessly running through all the characteristics of your family with Johnny. "I come from a big family, sweetheart, don't worry" he said in an attempt to reassure you. But as you waited at the door, your nerves were unmatched. When the door opened, you saw your 5 older brothers and parents standing there. Your parents were overjoyed to see you but your brothers looked like they were about to eat your boyfriend alive. Your mother quickly ushered you to put down the trays of food and your brothers took Johnny aside for a little talk. As you chatted with your mom about some of the more recent events in your line of work, you could hear a mix of languages happening in the next room. You and your parents peaked your head in to see Johnny and your brothers fully engrossed in a conversation about the nuances of languages. "No you tube, its 'Pishin’ it doon out here'" you could hear your boyfriend say. Your brothers laughed before the oldest one replied, "why wouldn't you just say 'it's a downpour'?"
I'm feeling a lot better today, almost at my 100%. Thank you for your kind wishes.
Mi first draw to the fic? General of the First Order, Armitage Hux. I'm obsessed with that bastard, or rather, with the potential of what the canon could have had given to us, but finally didn't.
At first was a little bit daunting reading a 4 chapter unfinished fic with > 75k word count, but I decided to give it a go. I was engrossed with chapter 1 and 2, but what made me 150% invested in the story was minisode III, with all regarding the Finalizer and the quest of it's people for survival; it was amazing with the way you describe it, the tension, the urgency, the despair without failing into defeatism (Hux being a boss indeed.).
I remembered being pretty happy when I saw the update for minisode V (the mission on Naboo is one I re-read regularly), and I literally SCREAMED when a saw the update for minisode VI (I was at the office. I threw a glass of water to the floor to cover my fangirling from my coworkers XD) Needless to say, that that minisode grabbed me by the throat and will never let me go.
I came in for the terrible, uptight, brilliant and damaged Armitage, with the plus incentive of getting gingerpilot. I don't want to start waxing poetry about Poe, because I wouldn't have enough characters left on this ask, but that man? *Sigh* live rent free in my heart since TFA
BUT! all of this gushing for this two, is no a disparage for the Reylo. Canon Raylo never got my disapproval, but also never got me beyond "they're kinda cute together. That could be interesting" But their dinamic in the first of the new is richer a deeper, and a really absorbing facet of the story.
And your take and expansion of the secondary characters? They are everything. I wish Kes was my father (mine is not bad, but is in no way in Kes league. In. No. Way); Dopheld and Kaydel are (sometimes murderous) precious beans who deserve everything good in the galaxy; THE KNIGHTS OF REN, ALL OF THEM (TRoS made them dirty, is all I gonna say), I'm so pleased of how you tied them to the canon in their identities that I cannot believe how attached I am to them; and the Xionos, for better or for worse (fuck Hamada), and all of those from the Colossus and Resistance.
Everything in this story in rich, complex, and spellbinding, made with care, love and passion, like a intricate trapestry full of colors, forms a storys, open to us to appreciate and be in awe at.
Happy Star Wars and may the force be with you. Always
You've brightened my whole day, thank you so much for this message! I'm so excited you have a special place in your heart for Minisode III -- its "haunted ghost story" vibe was really fun to write. And I also loved writing Kes and Hux's dialogue in Minisode VI, what with the political dynamics between the Resistance/New Republic and the First Order as they learn to work together.
And of course, Dopheld Mitaka and Kaydel Ko Connix grabbed their very own side plot and ran with it, so good for them!! I have a very disorganized text document full of scene ideas for Rey and Ben, Poe and Hux, Mitaka and Connix... maybe someday those will see the light of day?? Right now they're an incoherent jumble of words, haha.
Honestly and truly, thank you so much for reaching out. The past year has been rough for me writing-wise. I've actually been trying to write an original novel, which should be fun and exciting, but I keep doubting my creative ability, convinced my plot ideas and original characters are no good.
Further fueling my anxiety, the novel I want to write revolves around controversial real-world topics that are really important to me personally, but I dread the thought of not doing these topics justice and unintentionally triggering online discourse. It really doesn't help that I sit on the sidelines of fandoms I love (i.e. Star Wars, Our Flag Means Death), watching fic writers and fan artists get harassed for any missteps -- real or perceived. It breaks my heart and leaves me too scared to write anything for fear of accidentally causing offense.
Which is all super frustrating because I LOVE writing. So thank you again for your kindness, support, and enthusiasm, and for reminding me why I love writing so much. Have an amazing day!!
and like, feel free to keep this in the inbox or delete it, or whatever you want, I'm just overly excited about the concept and sputtering ideas your way if you think any would be a fit 🥰😍
- I think Eddie wouldn't be too much into texting (autocorect killing him internally), but would love to call and video call. Calling him with video to explain how random things work in the house, like turning on the A/C or opening the automatic blinds, or just turning the TV back from cable to Netflix👌🏻
- he'd be skeptical about all the robots around the house. a roomba vaccum today, the Terminator of tomorrow. especially after he'd watch that one episode of Love Death Robots in Netflix (season 2,ep 1).
don't get him started on Alexa and her snarky comments 😱
- would be a bit freaked out about all the Cctv cameras everywhere.
- deep fakes, completly terrified about them.
- but then he'd start enjoying things too...
- would 100% cry at the LOTR movies
- gets addicted to a phone game, something super generic, like candy crush or Farmville 😂 then he slowly discoveres larger pc / console games. Star wars games like The Force Unleashed and Knights of the Old republic.
- you could make him a YouTube content creator for laughs, later in the series😂 also to give him an income he can spend freely and stupidly 🤔 gamer would be easiest or like a react channel, his weird comments about being a teen in the 80s making him quirky enough to gain a following. Or, or, or he could host D&D games, online, like maybe at first just with Dustin, Mike and Lucas's kids? grandkids? I can't do the math rn 😂 😂 but then other people would want him to be DM for campaigns.
This could also tie nicely with his lack of HS diploma (or identification documents really...). it might not be for everyone, but with a little luck, some charisma and hard work you can still make a living in 2022!
- he'd definitely be fascinated about the internet and the amount of porn on it. Rule 34 😂
- food delivery, best invention of the modern world. and frankly, just home delivery in general, he would order the most random things off adds and telescoping. vegetable cutting multi tools, 2 in 1 head scratcher and shoulder massage devices.
- take him to Disneyland, please! 😢 he'd be like a little kid on Christmas.
- wonder if he'd ever look up his uncle and what happened to him🤔
- it would be nice if the gang managed to clear his name and maybe say he became a victim too instead of being remembered as a murderer.
Hope any of these help in any way, I'm looking forward to many chapters 🤩
That's all I have for now, but, probably...
*Terminator voice* I'll be back!
Anon! Your message makes me so happy because my story has got your head spinning with headcanons of 2022!Eddie. I'm honored.
I reckon maybe the first part of your message got cut off though?
I love these ideas. It's TBA how long he'll stay in this day and age, so he might not be around long enough to need to make money, etc. But you're so right. His personality is so suited to YouTubing. Maybe big Buzzfeed Unsolved: Supernatural vibes, but more high energy.
Thank you for your message, and your ideas. Anything that I put in the fic will be credited of course. And please - be back. Anytime! xo Rhi
Last Line Tag! Tagged by @writingpotato07 I don't want to post a line from a chapter I'll end up just posting entirely in an hour or so. So here's something I wrote recently from a chunk that probably wont fit into the story. Tagging: y'know what, I'll leave this one open. Don't wanna tag spam my like... three mutuals (yet)
| | | | | | | | | | | “How many?” Helianthus asked, though the Sun blanched at the thought of even touching the crumbling old documents.
“Four thousand, seven hundred and… something. The exact number is irrelevant.
“But they were not irrelevant.”
“Of course not. They all mattered to me, every one of them.”
“They why do you never speak of them?” Helianthus finally asked, rendering his lover wide eyed and petrified. “I know they were important to you. But you never talk about any of them, even to me.”
The Sun shook his head, mumbling something to the stack of papers in his hands. Helianthus bent a little lower, turning his good ear to better hear the Sun’s words.
“I can’t, my love. I can’t go back there,” the god repeated, his voice straining to carry the weight of his grief. That was something Helianthus understood well.
His own dead grew in small increments every decade, the grief collecting like dust on his all his memories. Still, he knew his burden was different from the Sun’s. Everyone his lover lost met their end on one cataclysmic battlefield. The newly formed god was not given time to mourn any of them in the heat of battle and now he couldn’t allow himself even a moment to weep. Unless he wanted to risk losing the eternal war and dooming all mankind to the darkness it came from.
“If I were among those stars.” Helianthus shut his eyes tight. He didn’t dare say the word ‘dead’, though they both knew that was what he meant. He took a long, deep breath. “Would you never speak of me again?”
Writeblr This Or That
Tagged by @pens-swords-stuff
1. historical or futuristic
I've always loved history, and it's a lot easier for me to research the past than try to get technological when writing the future
2. the opening or closing chapter
I love a good story opening! Setting the scene, meeting the characters, discovering how the world works....
3. light+fluffy or dark+gritty
This one is hard, because while I love me some fluffy, lightheartedness, I think there's a time and place where you have to add realism in or else the story feels too Hallmark-y and saccharine. So I'll say light+fluffy, when I really can go either way, as long as it's not too grimdark and depressing
4. animal companion or found family
as much as I love a good animal companion (looking at Aang and Appa), found family is my favorite thing ever and the one thing that will sell me on a potential new story
5. horror or romance
Honestly, neither? I'm not a huge horror fan, but I also don't gravitate toward romance. Straight romance annoys me, while I'm a wimp for horror.
6. hardor soft magic system
Soft, I'm thinking. I like for it to have rules and make sense, but if you start going in too confusing with different Laws, my brain gets fuzzy and I stop understanding anything...or caring
7.standalone or series
Series unless it's a really good standalone. The more books, the happier i am
8. one project at a time or always juggling 2+
2+ is me being nice to myself. Even in my current wip, I've got 4 different documents related to the characters and their different plotlines. I do not have the self control to do one at a time
9. one award winner or one bestseller
I'm not super optimistic that I'll get either, but I'd prefer a bestseller because that means I've got people who like my writing, while award winner might mean my book is gonna torture some poor kid years from now on an assigned reading list.
10. fantasy or sci-fi
Fantasy times a thousand. I'll watch sci fi (StarGate and Star Wars fan for life) but I vastly prefer dragons and knights to space guns and aliens
11. character or setting description
Character. I am horrible at describing places.
12. first or final draft
Both, I think? Because it shows how far the story has evolved and grown
13. love triangle in everything or no romantic arcs
As someone who's borderline demi/ace, I'd rather just read about friendships than romance in everything. It's one of the reasons I gave up on a popular YA author I used to love, because romance is ALL THAT STORY HAS BECOME
14.constant sandstorm or rainstorm
Rainstorm. I love a good rain. When I'm lying in bed and hear rain drumming the roof when I'm falling asleep, it's like heaven.
Sorry for the late response, Nonny!
1- Of all of the original characters you have written, do you have a favorite?
Aaaaa, I don't think any of my original characters are beyond rough drafts at this point as I tend to write them for NaNoWriMo which has been chaos the past several years lol. I'm kind of fond of my 'Hurricane Party' cast, which is essentially a bunch of 20-somethings who end up running the White House for ~*reasons*~. Mainly because the entire concept is crack-y, and the vibes were kind of fun to write.
Still somewhat scared to open that NaNo document tho because I didn't actually have a plot there.
4- Which of your stories would you most like to see made into a movie?
The Star Wars massively post-canon "Various Ways the Jedi and Sith Could Diverge from Their Republic Originals" idea* I recently bounced around with an enabler. Specifically the Sith and Jedi branches who share a building, are essentially academics, and are very specific on being two separate groups even though all the paperwork from like a couple/several centuries ago says they're the same group. Fun antics include the Sith group being capitalistic assholes who patent a thing, the Jedi group releasing the thing publicly, the Sith group suing the Jedi group, and the Judge being extremely Done with the entire process. ANYWAY, I think it'd be funny to watch.
*- This is all very separate from my opinions on both the Jedi and Sith in canon
7- Do you have a favorite story among your body of work?
why must you make me choose... But all jokes aside, I'm really like how I wrote One Day. So I'll go with that one
Sick Days the Phantom Menace
Welcome to Sick Days basicly a DND campain of the Orginal Star Wars Movies based on the premises that the party takes the place of the main protagonist of the story.
Turmoil has engulfed the Galactic Republic. The taxation of trade routes to outlying star systems is in dispute.
Hoping to resolve the matter with a blockade of deadly battleships, the greedy Trade Federation has stopped all shipping to the small planet of Naboo.
While the Congress of the Republic endlessly debates this alarming chain of events the Supreme Chancellor tried to secretly dispatch two Jedi Knights but Qui-Gon Gin and Obi-wan Kenobi but they came down with the Mandalorian Super Warrior Flu. So it is up to their replacements to be the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy, to settle the conflict.
The first of four team members is Lord Garr Cultrift, a Cerean Nobel who has often been asked to settle disputes where a particular strong hand is necessary to achieve a goal. Lord Cultrift was at home looking over his finances, seeing if his household could financially survive his wife’s threats of divorce, when a servant rushed in. Lord Cultrift glares at his servant, disapproving as to why he was disburbed. The servant ashamed and embarrassed handed him a data pad, bowed and exited while Lord Cultrift yelled and cursed him out until he began to read the data pad. “SPECIAL REQUEST FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SUPREME CHANCELLOR OF THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC” the request outlined the mission details. Lord Garr Cultrift agreed to the mission, because of the large financial reward that just might save his nobel household from finical disaster. He had his personnel shuttle ready to the flight to Coursant.
Holt Achai, the second member of the team is part of the Senate Specialist Core, some people call him a spy but he and the senate calls him a Information Specialist. A Kel Dor Holt Achai always classified himself as a fringer but he serves as the eyes and ears of the Senate anytime the Senate launches an inquiry he is the one to inquire. He was at his desk at his office in the basement of the Senate building reviewing his next Op to investigate a courupt taxation offcial on Antares when his data screen flashes red, Holt's filtered breather let out a quiet and curious sigh. “What do we have here?” his deep voice rummbled through the empty office. As he opened his new orders he read the first lines “SPECIAL ORDERS FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SUPREME CHANCELLOR OF THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC”.  Holt read through the file, copied it to his data pad, grabbed his go bag and left for the docks to board the diplomatic frigate.
Pwon Uhusu was an Ithorian Soldier who just graduated Commando School to join the Senate Commandos; however, Coruscant is a very racist place especially in the senate building “you’ll think that in a building that represents every species in the galaxy they would have more than just human guards visible.” Pwon thought as he guards the back entrance where brandy, Wine, Ale and other alcoholic drinks are dropped off for senatorial use. Just then his CO walls in, one of the other commandos he actually likes. The CO takes position next to Pwon, hands him a datapad and says you're relieved. Confused as to why his cut 3 into his 8 hour shift. He reads the data pad that said  “SPECIAL ORDERS FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SUPREME CHANCELLOR OF THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC”. He skimmed the document and realized what was going on. “My first off planet assignment?”. “Yes it is now go get packed” His CO said proudly “I had to pull and few strings to get you on this assignment so don't let me down” Excited Pwon skipped off this could be the break he was looking for, if he did well on this assignment, the Commandos would have to take him more serisouly and hey maybe it will pave the path for more and more nonhuman Senate Commandos. As his mind raced he missed the racist comment his CO muttered “anything to get him out of this building and out of sight of the Senators.”
Sesh-Sesh Nijopps is a Gungan Scout. He was found abandoned in a forest on Naboo by a Naboo human family who took him and placed him for adoption, he was passed around to different orphanages on different planets it was on board the many transports that he gained his love of Astral Navigation, when we grew too old to stay at orphanages he got hired as an Animal Handler on the same freighter company that took him from orphanage to orphanage until a Navigator Spot opened up. Their company usually took contracts from the Republic so it was not unusual to have Orders from the Senate to ship live stock from here to their but when the Captain received “SPECIAL ORDERS FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SUPREME CHANCELLOR OF THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC” requesting Sesh-Sesh to come to Coursant they did not hesitate speeding through their current mission of delivering Therapy Tookas to Mandalore when they offloaded the Tookas two sick looking Jedi Knights tried to ask for a ride back to Coursant but Sesh-Sesh did not want to be sick for his special mission. To return to Naboo, maybe while their he could find his missing parents!?
On the ride from Coruscant to Naboo Lord Cultrift, Holt Achai, Pwon Uhusu and Sesh-Sesh Nijopps got acquainted when they appeared out of hyperspace and observed the dozen Trade Federation Battleships only reemphasized  the importance of their mission to break the blockade, by negotiation but by force if necessary. As they got landing clearance they all went back to get their kits together each was issued a blaster pistol if things got sticky, a commlink and a 100 credits. Except for the Lord Cultrift who brought a little more pocket change than the rest. They finally landed and deboarded as the four of them were escorted to a conference room by protocol droid. There they waited for hours waiting for the Viceroy of the Trade Federation when they heard a small explosian then a small hiss caught their attention they look toward the vents as an unknown gas was being pumped into the room.
