-IF BIG HUNGRY

-IF SMALL HUNGRY
-Must be Greek yogurt, MAX three times a day, because one time you had too many and your tummy hurt and you kept doing it and your mom said you had to stop -can add fruit and chia seeds-if small hungry but you have already consumed 3 yogurts, then handful of nut -if still hungry, but not enough for ground chicken, enter post-yogurt, pre chicken gathering, aka squirrel mode- squirrel mode until you are hungry enough for big chicken
-EVERYTIME YOU NEED GAS FOR YOUR CAR
-Go into gas station, find refrigerator, find healthy section-Grab packet of two wet hard-boiled eggs, preferably with salt, if no salt, you can get packet of salt from the little table -If sad at gas station, get breakfast sandwich, look at eggs, 50% chance to get eggs, you will know if you want them or not, but even if not, look at them-Every second wednesday, when driving back from therapy, get muffin - not every wednesday get muffin, but always get eggs- look around to see if in sweet or salty mood, then go get the eggs-protein chips
-POST WORKOUT
-Once a week, after workout, treat time-usually a bagel- Asiago bagel, egg, bellpepper, ham, Chipotle mayo, and chedder cheese-can also be breakfast sandwich or muffin-rarely, can be a restaurant you haven't tried, go and get treat
-LATE NIGHTS, AKA YOURE HUNGRY BIT YOURE SUPPOSED TO HO TO BED

Osteopenia (Thinning of the bones): Poor nutrition, excessive exercise, and/or purging (such as by vomiting or laxative abuse) can cause an unhealthy, low body weight When this happens, less weight bears on your bones. This can lead to bone loss and potential loss of muscle that supports and strengthens your bones. So… How do you deal with it? Vitamin and mineral supplements: You might need over-the-counter or prescription calcium or vitamin D supplements. try doing weight-bearing and resistance exercises 3 or 4 days a week. Weight-bearing exercises focus on carrying the weight of your body against gravity. Walking is a great weight-bearing activity, as are running, dancing, aerobics, hiking and tennis, but remember don’t over do it, you can’t be skinny when you’re dead.
Anemia and muscle wasting and weakness: Reduced blood flow: Anemia can limit the delivery of nutrients to muscles and joints, increasing stiffness. Increased lactic acid: Muscles deprived of oxygen produce more lactic acid, leading to cramps. Weakened muscles: Over time, anemia can weaken muscles. This makes them more susceptible to pain and injury. Keep your nails short to minimize nail surface area, where water and chemicals can be absorbed. Use a fine emery board to file your nails. Don't pick or bite your nails or cuticles. Buff your nails in the same direction as the nail grows. Consider applying a nail hardener to help strengthen nails. Switch to a shampoo and conditioner designed for damage control. Don't skip conditioner. Choose hair styling products made with hydrating ingredients.
Dry and yellowish skin: Carotenemia may be related to restricted dietary habits, hyperlipidemia, or a deficiency in the conversion of carotene into vitamin A by the liver. So here’s what helps! Moisturize. Apply moisturizer several times a day, especially when your skin feels dry and after handwashing or bathing, while your skin is still moist. Vitamin C, D, E and anti-inflammatory! vitamin B12 deficiency can cause yellowish skin so make sure to include it in your diet.

Here’s what you can eat to get your nutrients! Green, leafy vegetables, Orange and red produce, Nuts and seeds, beans, Whole grains, Egg yolks.
Low blood pressure: Low blood pressure occurs when blood pressure is much lower than normal. This means the heart, brain, and other parts of the body may not get enough blood. Normal blood pressure is mostly between 90/60 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg.

harm reduction is so so important 💗
here are my biggest harm reduction tips. these will help you keep your hair, enough muscle to keep from straining your heart, acne, and other negative (physical) health effects that restrictive dieting can have on someone.
1. take your vitamins!!! 💊 i take biotin vitamins, magnesium vitamins, and zinc supplements every day.
- biotin helps grow and improve the quality of both hair and nails.
- magnesium helps to support gut health and keeps you from passing out.
- zinc keeps skin clear and makes bones stronger. + if you are someone who has periods, zinc helps with cramps :)
2. have maintenance days every once in a while. i have a maintenance day when i’m ovulating, so about once a month. 🗓️
- maintenance days help your body keep up it’s metabolism.
- if you hit a plateau that you can’t seem to get out of, i recommend eating at your maintenance and implementing a moderate exercise routine.
3. implement protein into your diet please mother is begging you.🫀protein is necessary to give you a good shape.
- protein shakes, bars, and supplements are a great way to get more protein in with less calories.
- protein keeps your muscles intact which will give you the ability to be active in the future. it also keeps your heart pumping and your brain working hard.

Fenugreek
Fenugreek is my favorite it’s honestly so neat
It helps with removing b3lly f4t and bloating by helping you pøøp
It makes your Boøbs grow if you’re up for that
But best of all, it makes your sweat and your cøøchie smell and taste like maple syrup !
Some people may be allergic to this one and also don’t take too much at one time ts is powerful, it starts working 24-72 hours after you first take it
Biotin
I like the olly gummies because they’re fun
But seriously if we could stop our hair from falling out permanently we should at least try
It also helps with nails and skin so go off
Magnesium
Ts has me sleeping like I did when I was f4t after a b1g b4cked serving of biscuits and gravy AND it helps me p00p in the morning bye bye bl0ating
Vitamin B12
This is the vitamin that you get from eating red meat. It helps a lot with getting hangry or just anxiety. It helps your brain create dopamine/ serotonin which are the happy hormones.

Girlies!!!🩷 2 months ago I started taking a daily biotin supplement, I was repurchasing my regular ones, saw it on sale and thought why not.... after 2 weeks I started getting a little impatient, I thought it's overhyped and doesn't do much so I stopped thinking about it but kept taking it, can't hurt right?!? Iron: It is really common for young adults (especially those who are living on their own for the first time) to develop iron deficiency. Common symptoms are dizziness, a fast heart rate or brittle nails. If you have these symptoms check in with your doctor as taking too much iron can make you sick as well. If you are iron deficienct but don't have full blown anemia, you can take multivitamins that contain iron. These will help boost your levels and keep you full of energy.

Allergy pills: TAKE ALLERGY MEDICINE!!! Especially if you live in an urban environment that contains a lot of trees that produce pollen. It is not normal to be sniffling, coughing and feeling fatigued just from natural air. Generic works just as well as name brand.

Allergy Nasal Spray: If you are like me and your allergies are more extreme, I recommend a nasal spray. These can be prescribed by your doctor or bought over the counter.

Multivitamins: If you take nothing else, make sure to take a multivitamin! They contain the majority of vitamins we need everyday to function. So if you're feeling tired even after sleeping a lot, it might be that you're not getting the essential nutrients you need. This can lead to acne, fatigue generally making your body weaker. Make sure to look at the label to see how much daily percentage the bottle you chose has.

Probiotic: One of the most important parts of our body is our gut. It affects our mental health and functioning of our physical bodies. Probiotics help introduce good bacteria into our stomachs as it's needed to keep it healthy. Probiotics can also be found in drinks like kombucha.

B-12: This vitamin helps so much with energy! I started taking 500 mcg but I felt it wasn't enough so now I'm taking 1,000. It's always good to start with a lower dose of any vitamin to see how you react to it.

Biotin: We all know how beneficial biotin is for looking good. It helps strengthen your nails, hair and skin.

Calcium: This vitamin helps strengthen your teeth and bones. It's typically considered a supplement you start taking as you're older but by then it's already too late in a sense. I also recommend taking the magnesium zinc version. On top of these two being good for you, they help the calcium absorb so much better.

Fiber: OK I just ran out lol so here's a stock photo. Because most modern food is so processed we typically do not get enough fiber in our diet. Fiber is so important to keep our digestive system running. Adding 5 grams of fiber can make such a difference.

Saw Palmetto: If you have issues from hair loss like me, anemia is so awful, this can help a lot. Depending on your body, it can either help stop the thinning or even help regrow it. However this is a herbal remedy that can affect your hormones. Thus, it can cause mental health reactions and should be used with caution if you struggle with it.

i present to you my ✨ boy breakfast ✨
whole wheat bread with avocado oil margerine - 100kcal
the supplements i take are: 2 multivitamin gummies, 2 hair-and-nails gummies, 2 metamucil fibre, 1 iron, 1 apple cider vinegar + green tea extract pill, biotin, and vitamin c. i also plan to eventually add magnesium to the roster!
PSA: please remember to take your supplements and vitamins; don't even count the cals in them, as theyre so insignificant and youll probably burn the cals just by digesting the supplements themselves. please, stay safe and take your vitamins. we already put our bodies through enough, please at least give it the essentials!
